welcome back my name is Brandon Haneline your Jeep Informant and if this is
your first time here and you want to be smarter after this video then you
currently are you've come to the right place. Make sure you subscribe
along with clicking that bell so today we'll be using a 2018 Jeep renegade I
want to see if the electronic parking brake can actually be used in an
emergency situation, now before we find out if the electronic parking brake
can't actually be used as an emergency brake let me give you a quick little
history lesson. Now 17 years ago BMW decided they were gonna launch the
all-new electronic parking brake they did this on the 7 Series and then 13
years later jeep decided they wanted to do it on the cheap cherokee KL body now
since then Fiat Chrysler automobiles have been using this across the platform
on several different vehicles such as the new Pacifica the older Chrysler 200
and also the renegade but what's interesting to me is there some
manufacturers out there that don't even have a parking brake at all the two that
I know about Tesla and the other expensive Koenigsegg sometimes I think
manufacturers are taking the human interactivity out of the vehicle and
putting more electronics in there which to me doesn't make it as fun to drive I
enjoy driving how about you well enough about that let's head out to the Jeep
now the Auto vlog Channel did this on his 2015 Ford Fusion
but we're gonna try it here on the 2018 Jeep renegade let's see what happens
when you pull it up going 41 miles an hour
and when you do that you just get a little tug there's another little tug
and it almost feels like it applause and let's go applies and let's go so if you
had a manual park brake lever and you had an emergency then you would just
yank that thing up as hard as you could to stop the vehicle as
quick as possible so what would you do in this situation with the electronic
one so what you would do is you pull the little lever up and you hold it and when
you do those parking brakes grab real tight to bring the vehicle to a stop as
quick as possible now if you let go of that that would just be like putting the
parking brake down so it releases then now a little more technical information
on this parking brake system it actually does use the the brake pads that are
used for your standard braking there's just an actuator on the back of it this
thing a kind like a screw kind of and when voltage is applied one way it
screws it in and when voltage is applied the other way it screws it out all right
now here's some more information that you may not know about the parking brake
so if you've got it in Drive okay and you've got the parking brake not applied
the vehicle is stationary and you open the door with the seatbelt unplugged you
let off the brakes and leave it automatically applies the brake because
you know I guess it think we're gonna fall out or something so as you can see
the auto parking brake has not checked off there so what we experienced was not
the auto part brake that's just a basic standard safety feature this on the
electronic parking brake system so what auto park brake actually is is when you
have that checked and you're driving down the road and you come to stop and
you put it in part boom right there you can see the parking brake sets
automatically you don't have to pull that little lever there so to answer the
question can the parking brake be used for an emergency yes it could but they
don't call it emergency brake for legal reasons well that's all I have today

WordPress Dropshipping Store: The Semi-Automated Method In 2018 - Duration: 8:23.
Dropshipping is one of the fastest and easiest ways to start an e-commerce business and in
this video, I will show how to sell physical products online, without having a warehouse
or any product in your inventory.
Hi everyone, my name is Robert and in the next minutes I am going to walk you through
a semi-automated method for contacting suppliers and having them pack, store and ship your items.
This is by far the easiest method to dropship with WordPress since it lets you browse AliExpress
products and immediately pull them into your product catalog with full product descriptions,
pricing information, and images.
What's more is that when an order goes through, a message is sent to the supplier, who then
sends out the product on your behalf you.
Most of the legwork is removed, opening up the time to focus on marketing and sales.
Are you ready?
Let's get started!
Most dropshipping operations utilize the WooCommerce plugin, which makes it easier to sell both
regular items and dropshipped ones.
For the purpose of this tutorial, I use the PRO version of Shopisle WordPress theme, and
if you want to see a detailed tutorial on how to install and setup WooCommerce, please
take a look at the recommended video above or check the links in the description box below.
Now, if your entire store will have drop shipped products, you won't have to worry about
adding new items right now.
However, it's wise to play around with the WooCommerce interface so you understand how
the online store works.
If you know WooCommerce in and out, jump directly to the next step or go to any of your desired
steps by using the timestamps in the description box below.
Two tabs control the majority of WooCommerce, with one of them called WooCommerce.
Here you can find options for orders, coupons, reports, settings, status, extensions and
more, while the other one is called Products, which is where you view and add items like
products, categories, tags, and attributes.
Ezusy automates the entire process of drop shipping.
It's done by linking to AliExpress and letting you pull products and product information,
regardless of which suppliers provide the products.
AliExpress is a well known online marketplace with mostly Chinese suppliers.
It's similar to Alibaba, but you still get close to wholesale pricing without buying
in bulk, making it perfect for dropshipping.
Now, Go to the Ezusy website then click on the "Create An Account" button to get started.
Select the free plan, which lets you import up to 150 products and fulfill 50 orders per month.
This should be a fine and very good start for a small business.
The next page asks you to create an account.
After that, click the Submit and Continue button.
The confirmation page is simple enough, and Ezusy also sends you a confirmation email.
Select the Use Ezusy Now button to proceed.
Install the Ezusy Google Chrome extension.
This is what imports AliExpress products to WooCommerce.
After you choose the Add To Chrome option it places the extension in the upper right-hand
corner of your browser.
Now, go to your Ezusy dashboard and click on the Settings tab.
Here, you paste in your online store's URL, then the only thing you need to do is click
on the "Connect" button.
As long as you're logged into your WooCommerce store everything should work fine.
Select the "Approve" button.
This sends you back to Ezusy where the site URL shows up along with a new consumer key
and consumer secret.
WooCommerce ads these keys to the settings automatically, so you don't have to do anything
in there.
Click the Save button to complete the process.
Now your online store is connected to Ezusy and ready to browse AliExpress!
The point of Ezusy is to locate reputable AliExpress suppliers without calling every
one of them.
In addition, it allows you to pull products directly from AliExpress so you don't have
to insert your own descriptions, prices, and images.
Start by going to the AliExpress homepage.
It all depends on the desired products, but for this tutorial, I'm pretending like I'm
running a gift website.
So, I searched for gifts and found a few options I might want to sell.
When you hover over an item with your mouse cursor, the Ezusy logo shows up next to it.
Click on this to add it to your Ezusy product library.
The logo also pops up when you're viewing a full AliExpress product page.
Keep in mind that sometimes clicking the button gives you a small confirmation, but I've
noticed that sometimes the button only flickers, or do nothing.
It works regardless.
Go back to the Ezusy dashboard and click on the AliExpress Imported tab, which is the
blue one below the search tab.
This reveals all products recently added from AliExpress.
It lets you adjust important settings such as pricing auto updates and stock auto updates.
Feel free to change anything you want.
The most important part is the Push To Store button.
Once pressed, it sends all product details to your online shop, while also connecting
it with the supplier for them to send out the purchased products.
Remember that this process might take some time, so please wait a few seconds before
checking it.
After you push some products to your store, go to your WordPress website and locate the
product database.
This list now shows all items you've pushed from Ezusy.
You can see here how the initial product information is pulled from the AliExpress supplier.
Some of it looks great (such as the images,) but there's still work to do with the lengthy
title and description.
After you do all the finishing touches, you can start promoting and selling those products
right away, and once you got sales, you will make money.
You also might be able to find some local, or non-AliExpress suppliers, that end up being
your best providers.
However, I still feel the most streamlined way to drop ship with WordPress is through
Ezusy.
It automates the majority of the process and works great for startups that would rather
spend time on marketing than contacting dozens of suppliers.
