Dermatite Atópica - Tratamento com Hipnoterapia | HypnoDoc | OMNI Brasil - Duration: 6:40.
My name is Tatiana, I'm Biomedical and I have two daughters.
The youngest is Nicole and she's six years old.
The first time she peeled off, six months ago,
scared me a little bit.
Because, as she wasn't gaining any weight,
she was already seen the pediatrician,
the cardiologist, and several others specialties,
and they couldn't figure it out what she had.
The pediatrician, also, could not explain.
To anything that happened, they found a different diagnosis.
They thought it was a lack of care
so they gave a different treatment.
Until I found a dermatologist who diagnosed atopic dermatitis.
Presents:
Hypnotherapy in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.
Atopic dermatitis it's a chronic inflammatory disease,
which affects the skin,
whose incidence is around 10 to 15% of the population in general.
May manifest itself in isolation,
or can be combined by bouts of allergic rhinitis or bronchial asthma.
Children with atopic dermatitis
show as the main sympton: itching.
I asked them to intern her in the hospital,
because her leg was badly hurt.
She couldn't go to the bathroom, she was using diapers.
She felt emberrassed, couldn't go to school.
People in the school didn't like to get close to her,
because they used to say that she was infected by a bug, that she was hurt...
She suffered a lot because of the people that didn't understand what she had.
We, as hypnotherapist,
know that most allergies, most of the external things,
that doesn't have an explanation of a physical illness,
are related to the psychological.
That's what happens with most all allergies,
including Nicole's case.
If the dermatologist thinks that there is a very important emotional component,
which occurs most of the time,
he recommends a complementary treatment.
A psychologist, to reduce anxiety.
Other activities that may help decrease stress.
For example, physical activity, meditation, hypnosis, acupunture...
I didn't know anything about hypnosis.
For me hypnosis was what we saw on tv, cartoons...
I had no idea of how it worked.
So I got in touch with Rafa.
She sent me some videos so I could understand what was hypnosis,
how it worked, what it did...
So I thought: "that's what I need to my daughter."
Because I have no other place to go.
I have no one else to call for help. The hospital doesn't want anymore.
I can't deal with that alone at home. I need a solution.
I tried chinese medicine, I tried acupunture and nothing worked.
So they came to my office.
The first impression that I had was, really,
of a child who was suffering a lot.
She itched all the time.
She didn't have that joy that all the childrens have.
The Hypnotherapy Process with children,
works differently compared to the adults.
I always use the child's own imagination,
so that it can contribute with the treatment.
She imagined, invented, that there was a planet,
where there was only the Beauty and the Beast.
We used her imagination, we used a rocket to go there.
During those moments of imagination, it was where I was doing the treatment.
We also did a regression. With kids it's a little bit different.
We do the regression associated with an object,
not necessarily, she remembers the scene that happened.
In her case, she said it was a bug, from a cartoon she likes,
had come in throught her ear.
For us, as interpreters,
we think that it might have been something that someone said.
But we can not know for sure.
I ask her what solution she would give,
and she told me that there was a rope that she could pull out.
She eliminated this problem, by herself, using her own imagination.
She eliminated the problem she had.
When the session was over,
she moved as if she had nothing.
She got her purse, opened the door e left.
I did not need to pick her up.
She went downstairs then managed to bend her leg.
She was singing all the way to the bus stop.
She managed to sit down.
It was a relief to see my daughter differently,
from what she had entered.
When she got there she couldn't move, but she left walking.
After the hypnosis session,
I directed the mother to continue going to the doctor,
and that she talked to him about the possibility
of inserting the food, which she couldn't eat, gradually.
In the hospital we stopped everything.
No flour, nothing with the color red on it,
no chocolate, no milk...
Nothing that could cause the allergy.
Once that no exam that she had taken
has indicated any problem.
Today, after the hypnosis session,
Nicole never had any reaction, no relapse.
We didn't go back to the hospital,
she does no take antiallergics for continuous use,
she does not use any ointment. I do the hydration because it's necessary,
because of the condition of the skin. But she eats chocolate,
she drinks milk, eats red fruits and vegetables...
she goes to birthday parties, has fun, plays...
Today her quality of life is restored.
I would tell other mothers,
who go throught what I went with my daughter,
that hypnosis was
an option that appeared for the salvation of Nicole.
And that's what really happened. That's what brought my daughter back,
which took effect and left my daughter to be a child again.
That's what made her life, and mine,
come back and be perfect now.
To see the transformation in people's lives,
this is one thing that is, really, very rewarding.
Not only in Nicole's life, as we have seen today,
but in the lives of many people. We can see this transformation.
This is so good! I have no words to describe it.

Why Sleeping with a Taken Man Shouldn't Get You a Reality Show - Part 1 - Duration: 3:54.
Well, someone who probably had the Lemonade album on repeat right now
is Khloe Kardashian.
While fans of Khloe are furious at her boyfriend, NBA star Tristan Thompson,
they're also pretty mad at Instagram model Lani Blair,
one of the women Tristan allegedly cheated with.
But believe or not you guys, Lani might actually be winning.
According to Us Weekly, Lani, who also works in a strip club,
has reportedly been approached along with her fellow dancers to participate
in a VH1 reality show called Goal Diggers.
La La Anthony who's producing the show says it's about women who are trying to
become entrepreneurs through make-up lines, modelling and
a lot of different things.
>> [LAUGH] >> Why are you laughing, Loni?
>> Homewrecking.
>> It's important to say that it's goal
spelled G-O-A-L, like goal. >> Of course, it is.
That's what I meant.
My god, that's totally what I heard when I heard you say that.
>> [LAUGH]
>> Okay, so Jeannie.
Would you watch the show? >> No, I would not watch the show,
because, yo, I'm all for all women out there.
I'm a sister girl, I'm a woman who supports other women.
But the second you dabble into homewrecking, man, you gotta time out.
You are not part of my plan.
I'm not there at all. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> So when we make shows like these and
we make shows and other people tune in.
Anybody out there, if you tune in and watch it, yo, you're losing.
Who cares if she's winning?
She's just doing her, I'm not mad at her, I'm not mad at him.
I'm just like let's not support her, cuz then we're losing.
>> Yeah,
I think the show is not intended to be that.
I think what La La is trying to do is actually make a show about girls that
are trying to reach their goals- >> And diversify their careers.
>> I think casting this person,
in my opinion, would be a bad idea. >> Yes.
>> That's what I'm saying.
I also think it gets a little awkward.
Because if she is getting her celebrity and they are intending on casting her
because she got famous off of this scandal, I think that's super whacked.
So I don't think that women should get praised for doing something negative or
hurting another woman. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> So now you reward her by giving her
a platform and that's not cool.
I get the concept though.
I think the concept is dull.
I think casting her is not cool. >> Was a bad idea.
It puts a negative stamp on a great show. >> But so
many women will watch this type of show.
That's the reason why they do it.
I mean, that's the reason they're having this type of show.
I mean, the reality shows where there's confrontation and
things like that. >> I know.
>> You just need a different way,
we need other shows too. >> Yes, that is true.
>> But when you try to do the good shows,
people don't watch it. >> Well, see?
>> That's the thing.
>> That is so
true. >> But
I think the foundation of the show is not wrong.
The foundation of the show is women who have otherwise society judges as
questionable jobs, like strippers, who are trying to make it big and
really are talented.
It's the story of Cardi B.
We love Cardi B, cuz she's the underdog.
And she doesn't shy away or shame her past,
cuz she had to do what she had to do to get there.
I think the same thing of Bethenny Frankel.
Took a reality show to hate on other wives and
go through beat to become a bazillionaire that she is right now with
her- >> Exactly.
>> Skinny products that
takes something to put you on the map to get to where you are.
That's great, but let's not honor the women that are whack and don't play
fair and are not playing by life rules. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> We ask you, should women get famous for
sleeping with celebrities by being rewarded with reality shows?
>> [LAUGH]
>> At Rio,
said should women get famous sleeping with rich men get reality shows?
No, but we have been there and done that with endless spin-offs in different cities
and people still watch. >> Yep, that's what I'm saying.
>> Like you said, it's true.
-------------------------------------------
Why Sleeping with a Taken Man Shouldn't Get You a Reality Show - Part 2 - Duration: 3:31.
I think we have to be careful about what we glamorize.
Because I think the little girl from Cash Me Outside, Though,
that girl, I think she's getting a reality show.
The reality is, even though it's a reality show, not everybody is going to get the
same results doing these type of things. >> Right.
>> And young children are looking at this,
so we have to be careful who we make as role models and who-
>> Come on, mom!
>> [APPLAUSE]
>> I'm serious, you know what I mean?
>> That is true.
>> Because if a lot of kids start acting
like that, the reality is, they'll end up in juvie,
not on a reality show. >> That is
true. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> That's the truth, though.
>> They think they are all going to end up
on reality TV, and that is not the case. >> Yes.
>> 100%.
>> We just, I just think people,
as long as there are audiences for it, it's going to happen.
>> That's what we've got to stop,
making that popular. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> I'm going to say it.
>> That's what somebody said here,
I'm just reading this, and this is so true.
@doctorwhosaid, said,
that they reward teenagers who get pregnant with reality shows, so
I guess nothing is off limits anymore. >> Yeah.
>> That is true.
>> It's still a business.
>> We have to ask ourselves, too,
why do we watch those things, why? >> Because it's messy.
>> Does it makes us feel better
about our lives, why? >> Misery loves company,
if we're miserable, we like watching other people being miserable, too.
>> And it's an escape for
some women. >> And
it probably makes you feel better that their situation is worse than mine, or.
>> I honestly think it feeds
the worst part of us.
Meaning, if you don't want to think your life sucks.
Or you want to see somebody else losing other than you,
then you're that type of person who will watch it.
If you like laughing at other people, making fun of other women, or
having something to talk about.
Because you like trash talking,
you're going to be that person, I think it feeds that part of us that all of us have.
All of us have that. >> That's what they wanted to do with
our show, they wanted to make our show, I met a lady.
>> Uh-huh.
>> This was two weekends ago.
>> Okay.
>> And the first question, she came,
she said, I love the show, the next question, she said,
who is it that you don't like the least? >> Wow!
>> And I said, why would you ask
that? >> Yeah.
>> First of all,
I get along with all my cast mates, why would you ask that type of question?
>> [APPLAUSE]
>> You know what I mean?
But that is- >> Did you say that?
>> Yeah, I said that, and
she immediately apologized, because she realized, I was like,
we all hang out.
>> Yeah. >> We all like each other.
>> Yes.
>> That's what they try to do with our
show, they try to say that we don't get along,
that we couldn't get along. >> Yes, they make up stuff.
>> They make up stuff.
People, we get along, okay? >> We love each other.
>> We really do.
>> We really do.
>> Even when people try to stir up stuff
with us, I always say,
listen to the things that we said. >> Right.
>> Like don't listen to what people said,
listen to actually what comes out of our mouths, and
that proves who we really are as people. >> Exactly.
>> [APPLAUSE]
>> They'll never hear us talking bad
about nobody.
But that's just, people automatically want to go to the negative when it comes to
women, and that's just not true.
Just don't believe that, women can work together, we're doing it.
>> [APPLAUSE]
>> We work behind the scenes and
in front of the camera together. >> We do.
>> Yeah.
>> And we lift each other and encourage.
>> We help each other,
encourage one another, that's what it's about.
So hopefully this show ends up being more about, like you said, G-O-L-D,
gold diggers and uplifting women.
Even if they're in situations that don't seem like the obvious way to get to
success, that this show can be something that is a positive.
>> I know there's some hard working women,
they work just like everybody else.
So I can't, I don't want to knock their hustle, but it's just the side stuff,
the messy stuff I don't like. >> Yes, agreed.
>> But if you're a working girl, hey,
do your thing, so. >> Yes!

INJURED? HOW TO WORKOUT AROUND AN INJURY - Duration: 4:09.
good to go what's up everyone I hope you're doing well I'm in New York City
with Dave Bracetty and I was just doing an Instagram live 20 minutes ago the
most common question was how to bounce back from a workout injury how to bounce
back from a training injury and that sucks like I get it I sucks because
here's the worst part of it all when you're in the gym or when you're out
running or when you're doing something and you feel it happen and you're like
oh like your hamstring goes are you like all my shoulder goes and you're like oh
hold on maybe it's okay and then you try and do something and it hurts again and
you're like I'm hurt in that moment is the worst feeling cuz all of these
negative thoughts start coming in I'm gonna get fat I'm gonna ruin all my
progress and here's the thing when you start having these thoughts it fuels a
lot more negativity but think about this if a friend told you I just got hurt I
hurt my shoulder in the gym would you tell them oh you're gonna get fat you're
gonna give me your really fat or would you tell them like oh this sucks you're
gonna lose all your progress everything you've done so far is is over of course
not you would never tell a friend that you'd never tell anybody that you
wouldn't tell your worst enemy that may be your worst enemy probably not either
way you're telling it to yourself all in your head you're like you think it but
if you set it out loud you'd be like oh you're gonna lose all your progress
you'd be like well that was stupid so first the first thing you need to do
when you get injured is remember you're going to be fine that's number one
number two is you need to crush your nutrition the worst thing that people
can do when they get injured aside from convincing themselves that they're gonna
lose all their progress is say fuck it and go ham on on like donuts and and
pizza and ice cream and just say screw it to all their nutrition because hold
on
so anyway that's what I want you to remember no kidding
but when they go ham on doughnuts and ice cream and pizza and they just say
screw it
so that's really what you want to avoid when they say screw it and then they
lose all their nutrition because here's the Hat thing when you when you say
screw it to your nutrition then you feel even worse and then you start looking at
yourself in the mirror and even though it's been like six hours since you got
injured you feel like I'm already getting fatter I'm already losing on my
progress and that fuels a negative mindset you need to crush your nutrition
you need to really hone in on it because when you really harness that and you do
really well with it it's going to be more motivation to get back in and when
you're really crushing nutrition it makes it all worth it if you just say ah
screw it then that just feels a negative loop
that gets harder to get back into don't be an asshole to yourself you're gonna
be fine crushed your nutrition and then remember
there's nothing you can't train around unless you're dead you can always do
something the issue that people fall into is if you do powerlifting then you
feel like you can't do anything but powerlifting or if you do yoga you feel
like oh I can't do anything but yoga it might not be conscious they'll have its
subconscious you can always train around an injury I don't care if you hurt your
ankle hurt your shoulder hurt your back there's always something you can do no
matter what it's really just a matter of are you willing to push outside your
comfort zone and try something new maybe if you're a power lifter you
should go try yoga maybe if you're a yogi try lifting some weights there's
always something you can do you just have to get past this which is trying to
convince you that you can't
that was good

'George Lucas on Star Wars Being Anti-Authoritarian' | James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction - Duration: 3:40.
In school, I was of the...
I don't know, angry young man --
Sure, you were a rebel.
I come out of anthropology.
Yeah.
So, my focus is social systems.
Right.
And in science fiction, you got two branches.
One is science...
Yeah.
...and the other is social.
Right.
I'm much more of the "1984" kind of guy...
Sure.
-...than I am... -"THX 1138."
-...the spaceship guy. -Yeah.
The spacesh-- I got into spaceships out of cars.
Yeah.
I love cars. I love going fast.
Going fast.
So, I like spaceships.
Yeah.
But it isn't the science, aliens,
and all that kind of stuff that I get focused on.
It's the how do the people react to all those things.
Yeah.
And how do they accommodate them.
Yeah.
So, that's the part that really fascinates me and that I'm interested in.
But you did something very interesting with "Star Wars,"
if you think about it.
The good guys are the rebels.
They're using asymmetric warfare
against a highly organized empire.
I think we call those guys "terrorists" today.
We call them "mujahideen." We call them "Al-Qaeda."
When I did it, they were "Viet Cong."
Exactly.
So, were you thinking of that at the time?
Yes.
So, it was a very anti-authoritarian,
very kind of 60's,
against the man kind of thing nested deep inside of a fantasy.
Or a colonial --
You know, we're fighting the largest empire in the world.
Right.
And we're just a bunch of hay seeds in coonskin hats
that don't know nothing.
That's right. That's right.
And it was the same thing with the Vietnamese.
Yep.
The irony of that one is, in both of those,
the little guys won.
Right.
And the big, highly technical, empire --
The English empire, right?
English empire, the American empire...
Yep.
...lost.
Yeah.
That was the whole point.
But that's a classic us
not profiting from the lesson of history
because you look at the inception of this country
and it's very -- it's a very noble fight
of the underdog against the massive empire.
You look at the situation now where America's so proud
of being the biggest economy,
the most powerful military force on the planet.
It's become the empire
from the perspective of a lot of people around the world.
It was the empire during the Vietnam War.
And -- but we never learned, you know, from England or Rome
or, you know, a dozen other empires...
Empires fall.
...that went on for hundreds of years...
Yeah.
...or sometimes thousands of years.
We never got it.
Right.
We never said, "Well, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
This isn't the right thing to do."
And we're still struggling with it.
And they fall because of failure of leadership
or government often and...
Mostly, it's --
...you have a great line,
which is "So this is how liberty dies"...
We're in the middle of it right now.
...to thunderous applause.
Exactly. It's the -- it was a condemnation of populism
in a science fiction context.
That's a theme that runs all the way through "Star Wars."
And I think science fiction is so good
at these kind of social themes.
Yeah, the great thing about "Star Wars" is I had a thing,
I mean, a vessel,
that I could throw anything into.
Yeah.
But one of the biggest problems you have in science fiction,
with movies, you don't have it in books or anything,
but in movies, you have to create a real world...
Yeah.
...and it's a real world that doesn't exist.
Yeah.
And you have to do what --
Kurosawa used to say is it has to have immaculate reality.
Yeah.
Even though it's not real --
I like that term, yeah.
Even though it's not real.

Has Daniel Bryan Lost Momentum? | WWE Smackdown Live Apr. 24 2018 Review - Duration: 6:13.
Two matches made for Backlash!
Shinsuke Nakamura gets new music!
And is anyone else slightly worried that Daniel Bryan is just becoming "a guy" on the
roster?
I am Luke Owen, vote in the poll above my head to let me know what you thought about
this show as I review the 24th of April 2018 edition of Smackdown Live… in about 4 minutes.
Headline: MizTV With Big Cass
Smackdown Live opened with the return of The Miz to the blue brand who cut a loooooong
promo on Daniel Bryan.
His guest on MizTV was supposed to be Bryan, but instead Big Cass came out dressed in a
suit.
Cass cut a promo about how he was medically cleared the same day as Daniel Bryan but no
one wanted to talk about him.
While some might look at Cass and Miz and think it's a CTRL C CTRL V of Drew McIntyre
and Dolph Ziggler, it's not.
They're not working together.
Miz said he doesn't need Cass's help, and Cass told him that not everything is about
The Miz.
This is great.
This is interconnecting storylines, multiple feuds happening at the same time.
Backstage we found out Daniel Bryan had been laid out by Cass, and he later told Renee
Young that they will have a match at Backlash.
As much as I really, really liked Cass' promo, this does feel like a huge step back
for Bryan.
The Smackdown After Mania he was in the main event scene with AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura,
but now he's just another guy on the roster getting laid out and having a PPV match with
Big Cass.
This doesn't feel like it's elevating Cass - which is clearly the idea - it's
instead downgrading Bryan.
Headline: The IIconics def.
Becky Lynch & Asuka
The IIconics then cut another awesome heel promo on Becky Lynch and Asuka - falling over
themselves to laugh at their frankly rubbish jokes and impressions - man these two are
awesome.
They then beat Lynch and Asuka in a fine little match, with Royce rolling up Lynch with her
feet on the ropes.
Headline: NXT-Call Ups Are Coming!
We got a video package for Andrade "Cien" Almas to let us know he's coming soon, and
later in the night we got video package for Sanity - who are also coming soon.
Headline: Jimmy Uso def.
Rowan
With Jey Uso taking on Harper last week, it was Jimmy and Rowan's turn to have some
singles action ahead of their Greatest Royal Rumble match.
But while Rowan was decimating Jimmy, Naomi's music hit and she did her full entrance - distracting
The Bludgeon Brothers long enough for Jimmy to roll up Rowan for the win.
This was a really cool and effective ending.
It's just a shame that Naomi won't be there for the match this Friday.
Headline: Women's Contract Signing
Speaking of the Women's Revolution, and Renee Young brought out Carmella for the contract
signing for her match against Charlotte Flair at Backlash, who re-aired the same video package
she showed last week - but chastised the crowd for not giving it a standing ovation.
She played it again - when Charlotte Flair interrupted.
Cool as Vanilla Ice, Charlotte signed the contract and then slammed Mella's face into
the table.
This was a pretty good segment.
Headline: Shelton Benjamin def.
Randy Orton
We were supposed to get Shelton Benjamin taking on Jeff Hardy - but Randy Orton came out during
Jeff's entrance for the match instead.
This was a fun TV match, and as Jeff was standing at ringside, a masked man jumped the guardrail
and chop blocked him!
Randy took off the mask to reveal it was Old Man Withers, the guy who runs the haunted
amusement park!
No it was actually Sunil Singh, who got an RKO for his troubles.
This distraction allowed Benjamin to hit the Paydirt and get a win over Randy Orton.
It's great to see Smackdown elevate Benjamin, and he's another excellent hand to have
in this United States Championship division.
But you know what?
It's one thing for WWE to plant fans in the audience to cheer Roman Reigns, but it's
another thing for Oli Davis to plant fans in the audience to support WrestleTalk.
Headline: The Bar Heading Back To Raw?
Backstage The New Day were celebrating the release of their new book - which is a thing
apparently - when The Bar walked in to tell them that if they win at Greatest Royal Rumble
they're heading back to Raw.
Are those the rules now?
I know we shouldn't care too much about this rather expensive house show, but I do
wish the stipulations of these cross-brand matches had been made clearer so we could,
you know, care about the outcomes.
Headline: Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev Day def.
The Club
And in the main event, Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev Day defeated the newly re-formed Club,
when Nakamura blind tagged himself in and pinned Luke Gallows with the Kinshasa.
This was a really good main event, and Nakamura now has new entrance music that is slightly
more heelish than his previous one.
After the match AJ attacked Nakamura, but was on the receiving end of the Phenomenal
BALLARM.
Come on AJ, buy a cup man.
Road Dogg is booking this show, ask him where to get one.
Nakamura set up for a Kinshasa, but Karl Anderson channeled his inner Johnny Gargano and took
the bullet for Styles.
As Styles tried to recover, Nakamura hit Anderson with another Kinshasa to end the show.
So that was this week's Smackdown Live in about 4 minutes.
Hopefully you've voted in the poll above my head to let me know your thoughts on this
show using this ratings system from top to bottom: SmackDamn, SmackTastic, Smack Bang
in the Middle, Ellsworthy, and WWE Planting Fans To Cheer Roman.
Unlike Raw - which appears to be on pause while they get Greatest Royal Rumble and Backlash
out of the way - Smackdown feels like it's moving forward.
AJ and Nakamura's feud remains interesting, the United States Championship scene is ever
growing, we're getting teases of NXT call-ups, and the women's scene has multiple storylines
on the go.
And although Bryan has been taken down a peg to feud with Big Cass, at least there's
the inter-twining storyline with The Miz.
This Week's Smackdown Live is a low SmackTastic.
It wasn't as good as Avengers: Infinity War let's put it that way.
But did WWE really plant fans in the crowd to cheer Roman Reigns?
Check out Oli Davis' review of Raw by clicking the playlist to the left.
And don't forget to subscribe to the WrestleRamble podcast to hear our full spoiler-free review
of Avengers: Infinity War later today.

10 Best Lower Back Exercises to Relieve Low Back Pain - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 7:30.
oh hey everybody is Doctor Jo and Remy, and today we're gonna show you the top 10
low back exercises. so let's get started.
So some people ask me how many should I do of each exercise. well it really depends
on if you have an injury or if you're just looking to strengthen in general. I
always recommend just trying 10 of each and see how you feel, but if you have a
specific injury, make sure and talk to your doctor or physical therapist about
how many you should do first. number 1, pelvic tilt. so again you'll see the
pelvic tilt in a lot of different places. it's really a great way to kind of
exercise everything: your low back, your hips, even your knees a little bit
because all that's connected. so it's a good one to start off with first. for supine
pelvic tilt, lie down on the ground with your legs propped up, feet flat on the
ground. and imagine that you're trying to squish your hand if it was underneath
you. so push down rotate the hips and come back up.
number two, bridging. bridging is a great exercise not only for your lower back
but your hamstrings and your glute max. it's just a good general exercise
to get everything nice and strong. for bridging, bring both knees up and put
your feet flat on the ground. you can put your arms by your side, and then lift
your bottom up off the ground just to about level. so you don't want to arch
your back and you don't want it sagging just bring it up level and then slowly
come back down.
number three, the dead bug. so the dead bug is a really great strengthening
exercise for your lower back. make sure you're doing it correctly. you want to be
in a pelvic tilt while you're doing it, so if you don't feel like you can hold
that tilt, you might not quite be ready for this exercise. for the dead bug
exercise, put your back into a pelvic tilt. flatten it down then lift one arm
and the opposite leg just a little bit.
keep your back flat on the ground.
number four, a modified plank. plank is great to strengthen your core and your
trunk area. if you are past the modified, you can do a regular plank, but you
probably want to start off with a modified plank. make sure you're
squeezing in those glute muscles and staying in a fairly straight line. you
don't want your booty going up and you don't want it sagging down. for modified
plank, start in all fours on your knees and then come down onto your elbows
trying to straighten out your body as much as you can. squeeze your buttocks in.
number five, modified side plank. so just like the plank, you want to make sure you
stay in a straight line. if you're past the modified you can do a full side
plank, but you probably want to start off with that modified. for a modified side
plank, bend your knees and come up on your knees and your elbow into a
straight line.
number six, bird dog. so again we're going with some dogs, so of course it's one of
my favorites. this is when you kind of get on all fours, make sure you're using
your core to keep your back straight. it can be tough to start off with, so if you
don't feel like you can hold that tilt and keep that neutral position in your
back, you might not quite be ready for this one either. for quadrupeds opposite
arm opposite leg, get on all fours and try and keep your back straight. so not
sagging down and not arching up nice and flat. then lift your opposite arm and
legs.
number seven, prone leg extension on your stomach. when you're lying down, you might
not be able to lift your leg very high, but you don't have to as long as you
keep it fairly straight. this is great to strengthen your glutes, your hamstrings,
and your low back in general. for prone hip extension, lie on your stomach and
then pull your toes up towards you to help lock out your knee. you don't have
to lift very high, but try and keep your knee locked out the whole time.
number eight, prone swimmer. when you're lying on your stomach you're going to
lift your arm and your opposite leg. if this is painful at all, make sure you
hold off on it because if you don't quite know what's going on with your
back there are some injuries where you shouldn't do this one. for the prone
swimmer exercise, you're going to lie on your stomach with your arms straight out
in front of you, and then lift your opposite arm and opposite leg.
number nine, Swiss ball pelvic tilts. the
Swiss ball is one of my favorites in strengthening the back and the core in
general. if you don't have one, you can do it in a chair, but it's a lot better if
you do it on a Swiss ball. for anterior posterior pelvic tilts, you're gonna
bring your hips forwards and then backwards. but you want your upper body
to stay nice and vertical. so it's not leaning, but you're just doing the
movements at your hips.
number 10, Swiss ball hip flexion. again you can do these in a chair, and it'll
still strengthen your back, but if you do it on a Swiss ball it's going to be a
lot harder because you have to work the core a little bit more, and it's going to give
you a lot more strengthening. for hip flexion, try and keep your upper body
nice and vertical. don't crunch down while you're lifting up you want to
bring your knees straight upwards and go nice and slow and controlled.
so there you have it. those were your top ten low back exercises. if you'd like to
help support my channel, make sure and click on the link up there, and don't
forget to subscribe by clicking down there. and remember well yeah, be safe,
have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

Torque vs Horsepower | How It Works - Duration: 9:52.
drag racing! nascar! rally! racing! Awesome cars make awesome power. You know how we
compare them-- with stats but what's it really mean?! We're about to find out
we're talking about horsepower and torque the way Tony talks about it
torque is a grunt (ugh)... and horsepower is screaming! Torque and horsepower are both
ways of measuring force. torque measures twisting force and horsepower measures
work and work is force over time so let's start with torque you've probably
heard a foot pound pound is a measure of force if you weight 180 pounds
that's because your mass what you're made of is exerting 180 pounds of force
on the earth foot pound is a pound of force amplified by a foot of leverage
this is Jesse's toolbox and this is a weird bolt in a board... this is a wrench
I use a foot long wrench and apply one pound of force at that bolt I'm applying
one foot pound of torque on the bolt if I use this two foot bolt Buster and
apply one pound of force at this end I'm applying two foot-pounds of torque. If I
apply two pounds of force at one foot its force on the bolt is the same as 1
pound of force from two feet two foot-pounds or pound feet it's the same
unit because it's math! The distance from the point of measurement amplifies the
force through the lever arm. I wonder where it all goes!?!
engine torque measures the amount of this force that an engine can produce
let's get inside there the Pistons drive this crankshaft you can see that where
it attaches turns around this Center axis just like the wrenches turn around
the bolt each explosion in the cylinder pushes the piston down with force that
force is exerted on the crank pin in transferred to the shaft to get it
spinning torque is determined by two factors the amount of force on the crank
pin which comes from the piston in the distance of that force from the center
axis were thrown which varies by crankshaft makes sense if the throw
stays the same and we produce more force from the piston maybe with more
displacement we can increase the torque if the force from the piston stays the
same we can increase the distance of the pin from the crankshaft Center to
increase torque there's millions of combinations and variations that we can
tweak to adjust the force exerted on the crankshaft from the number of cylinders
to the shape of the engine even to the type of fuel we use which we can get
back to in a minute horsepower is a measurement of work and
work is force over time James Watt lived from 1739 to 1819 and he loved doing
math steaming we're changing everything during the industrial revolution in watt
wanted to give people a way to measure all of the work that was getting done
watt was watching work ponies which are not tiny horses ponies are their own
thing you can look it up but he noticed that a pony took about a minute to raise
220 pounds of coal out of a hundred foot well and being a scientist he increased
that number by 50% because a horse is about 50% bigger than a pony whatever
it's a unit as long as it's consistent it can be whatever you want it you
figured that one horse can do thirty three thousand foot-pounds of work every
minute the horse exerting one horsepower can raise three hundred and thirty
pounds of coal 100 feet in the minute or 33 pounds 1,000 feet in a minute or a
thousand pounds of coal 33 feet in a minute that's work that's horse power
the amount of force foot-pounds torque produced over time is horsepower because
torque is how much force an engine produces horsepower is how quickly it
can produce how much force we can dive into this by looking at how we measure
car horsepower on a dynamometer you can either put the car on roll
that'll measure the force produced at the wheels or if you attach a shaft to
an engine you can measure the force driving the shaft in to start your car
you put it in neutral and Floris well the engine would run so fast it explode
a dynamometer flies a load to the floored engine and measured the speed it
moves you can hook an engine to the dyno for it and use the dynamometer to apply
enough of a load to the engine to keep it at say 7000 rpm you record how much
load the engine can handle and then you apply additional load to knock the
engine speed down to 6,500 rpm record the load there then even more to get it
to 6,000 and so on you do the same thing starting at 500 rpm and then work your
way up what the dynamometer is actually measuring is torque and because of math
to convert torque to horsepower you just multiply the torque by the RPM and
divide it by 5252 that's horsepower y 5252 well I'm glad
you asked remember the horse from before with the
coal okay that horse moved 330 pounds 100 feet in the minute so 33 thousand
foot-pounds of work one minute is one horsepower now for my dumb brain let's
use a hundred pounds three hundred and thirty feet in one minute because that's
also one horsepower we need to show three hundred and thirty feet in one
minute as revs so let's think of the wheel the distance traveled in one
revolution would be two pi r or six point two eight three one six three
hundred and thirty feet in revolutions is fifty two point fifty two starting to
look familiar a hundred foot-pounds at fifty two point
fifty two rpm is one horsepower therefore one foot pound at 5252 rpm is
also one horsepower so you take the torque multiply it by the revs and
divide by five thousand two hundred fifty two and you've found horsepower
when you plot horsepower versus the revs per minute for the engine you get a
curve like this one an engine has peak torque where it generates the most force
it has peak horsepower where it produces the most torque most quickly when you're
trying to accelerate quickly you want to try to keep the engine close to its
maximum horsepower point on the curve that's why you downshift accelerating my
downshifting get closer to the peak horsepower on the curve you want to
launch your car from a stop you read the engine to get it right at peak torque
then you release the clutch to dump maximum power to the tires let's take a
minute to talk about why g's 'el makes more torque but not much horsepower
think about what torque is remember the long wrench
well diesel has a much higher compression ratio which means the head
of the piston can travel further in the cylinder that means the distance from
the center of the crankshaft can be greater that means more torque but
because the throw is greater it's got more distance to travel to get through a
revolution so it can't move as quickly and because horsepower is work done
quickly diesel engines can do a lot of work but not as quickly as a gasoline
engine when it's cranking at high revs that's horse power verse tore hit that

The Biggest Unanswered Questions On Friends - Duration: 5:25.
As great as Friends was, the show still left us hanging a little too often.
From relationships that just kind of vanished to issues that were never fully resolved by
the orange couch crew, even the most ardent Friends fans are left asking themselves at
least a few key questions no matter how many times they binge the full series.
With so many dangling threads, it's no wonder fans want a reunion so badly.
Here are the biggest unanswered questions from Friends.
The one with the missing middle names
Throughout the show, we learn most of the characters' middle names.
"Joseph Francis!"
"Rachel Karen Green!
"Your middle name is Muriel!"
With Ross Geller, the subject of his middle name never comes up at all on-screen, but
fans later find out his middle name is Eustace.
That leaves just Monica Geller and Phoebe with giant question marks over their middle
names.
It might not matter so much if not for the fact that the series actively toys with audiences
about that very subject.
In Season 2, we find out that Monica's middle initial is "E."
"I was going by it the other day, and I saw that there was a stock with my initials, MEG,
on it."
Then in Season 3, Phoebe decides to make up Monica's middle name when she signs for her
mattress delivery.
"Ooh, do I have a middle name?
Alright.
Monica Fallulah…"
As for Phoebe, well, we might never know her middle name, thanks to her twin sister selling
off her birth certificate.
"Your middle name is Pamela?"
"Yes."
"I never knew mine.
Do you remember what it is?"
"Yes, Phoebe."
"That's my first name."
We do at least get a brief bit of middle name resolution when she legally changes her name.
"Meet Princess Consuela Banana Hammock."
Who knew unstated middle names could be such an irritating open end?
The one with Phoebe's true story
It would take a pretty meticulous historian to piece together all of the details of Phoebe's
backstory, and even then, it would be wildly incomplete.
What we do know is that she and her twin sister were raised by their parents' lover, Lily.
The girls' birth mother chickened out on raising the twins, and their biological father abandoned
them.
Phoebe's step dad ended up in jail, and Lily ended her life, so Phoebe and Ursula were
left to fend for themselves in the streets, and it did not go well.
"I spent my sweet sixteen being chased around a tire yard by an escaped mental patient who
in his own words wanted to kill me or whatever."
"I was living in a Gremlin with a guy named Cindy who talked to his hand."
"I mugged Ross!"
As an adult, Phoebe marries a gay ice dancer to give him citizenship, eventually moves
in with Monica, and becomes the lovable little weirdo we meet in Season 1.
But despite all that twisted history, there are still a couple of stories Phoebe never
gets to tell on the show, like who she dated in Europe.
"I had a similar problem when I lived in Prague."
"Prague?"
"So much you don't know."
She also refuses to discuss her rap sheet in front of her friends.
"I gotta tell you, I looked at your record, you've done some pretty weird stuff."
"Yeah, we'll talk at dinner."
There's also the matter of how she came to stab a cop.
"Someday I'll tell you about the time I stabbed a cop."
"Phoebe!"
"What?
He stabbed me first!"
In other words, of all the characters' open ends, we really need to get some kind of Phoebe
Buffay spin-off series going just to fill in all the crazy blanks that are left by her
random asides throughout the series.
The one where Rachel's out of a job
The Friends finale does manage to settle at least one massive issue that informs the entire
series: Will Rachel and Ross ever get their happy ending?
Although we don't get to see enough of their second real shot at romance, Rachel abandons
her plans for her future after realizing that she does love Ross.
The two decide to make it work this time, refusing to "screw it up" for their daughter
Emma's sake, and… that's about all we get.
After ten seasons of random teaser hook-ups, all we get is a few moments of Rachel and
Ross reuniting before the whole show is over.
It's pretty cruel, really.
But now, it's not clear what Rachel will do for work.
She'd accepted a job in Paris after hitting a wall at Ralph Lauren and getting fired from
her old job after being caught interviewing for a gig at Gucci.
It's just coincidence that her old pal Mark passes by in just the nick of time and offers
her a new position.
"You don't want me to get a job?"
"Yeah, I'm sure he's going to give you a job, maybe make you his sex-retary."
Ross manages to bribe her old boss into offering her job back, twice, but she still chooses
to take the other job and even boards her flight… before changing her mind for Ross.
While it's settled that she and Ross are going to make some kind of go at a relationship
again, her professional prospects take a nosedive.
"I'm fine going back to a job where I've pretty much gotten everything out of it that I possibly
can."
Is she going to professionally stall out just to make her relationship with Ross work?
That's a bit of a bummer, considering how far she managed to come.
The one where Phoebe stops playing music
Phoebe has never been a good musician by any means, but that doesn't stop her from taking
the stage at Central Perk and playing her weird songs for the crowd, until she meets
Mike.
Once he comes into the picture, her playing time drops off significantly, and after she
and Mike reconcile, the only time we see Phoebe pick up a guitar again is to play a quick
birthday tribute song for Emma's birthday.
She never takes the stage at the coffee house in front of Mike.
In fact, it's not clear if he's ever even seen her play — and once they're together
for the long haul, she seems done with music altogether.
Taking off her rings to put on Mike's engagement ring is supposed to be some symbol of her
giving up some strange part of her life to achieve a semblance of normalcy, but is she
also surrendering another piece of herself in the process?
The fact that she declines to play in front of him seems to spell trouble for their long-term
compatibility.

Tara Talks: Shining a Light on the Habits That Block Our Joy - Duration: 3:07.
[music]
You know I always think of Charlotte Joko Beck, a Zen teacher, who says that
our inability to forgive, to drop blame,
is correlated to our inability to feel joy.
If our heart space is such that we're feeling resentful,
we're just not going to feel joy.
So we start looking: well how much
do we go through the trance of "something's wrong with you or the world"?
Then there's the "something's wrong with me" and the reality is
if we're in the trance of unworthiness,
any level of aversive self-judgment,
we can't embrace each other and our world in a real open-hearted way
- it can be mental, but we can't really love life.
Any turning on ourselves.
So we need to bring it above the line.
And a story of this that I got permission to share from
Janet, who's my assistant who many of you know as part of our community here,
I was driving somewhere and we were talking,
we were on the phone while I was driving and
she was telling me, kind of catching me up on the status of, she has like, you know,
a million projects that she does at once, including getting these talks out there, and juggling a lot
and she was basically letting me know that she didn't feel like she was doing justice to the whole
to all our many projects; there could be more blog posts, and
so much more to do on the web and refining this site and
how she was falling short, on many fronts
- basically not enough, you know, something's wrong with me...
And so I did what I did and said:
"You just have to know, I just so appreciate what you're doing and you're doing a great job and
you know how many people around the world get these talks, and are so grateful..."
- it didn't make a dent.
"Yeah, but you know this thing has been waiting for three months" and so on... So
I don't know how it happened but I just started singing to her:
"I am not enough I am never enough something's wrong with me
I can't get things right." Soon she joined in, we even tried harmonizing:
"I'm never enough, I'm never..." - you can join in if you want - oh it's "something's wrong with me"
You know, we went on and on... Anyway, then we started laughing and the dopamine started flowing and
we weren't - she wasn't in trance, I wasn't... Well,
we were in a different kind of trance, it was a happy trance, you know... But
you get the idea: that sometimes it takes a lot to shine the light on it
and sometimes we need each other's help but it can be a life habit
of being turned on ourselves or each other and blocking the joy that's possible.

When A Superhero Is Unemployed (with Lamorne Morris) - Duration: 4:29.
- Don't make me pull it out on you,
because I'll pull it out on you.
Oh I'll Louis CK you right here in a fucking heartbeat
BOOM (laughs)
- Someone's been busy today
- You're damn right I am, you know I saw a TED Talk
that said four hours a day, yeah, keeps you productive.
- Sounds like TED was talking about-
- Bullshit! Come on, man, I'm gonna stick my fist-
- Hello
- Hey
- You don't have to save the world today?
- (sigh) Baby you ain't gonna believe this,
oh my God this hurts to say it but, um,
the Justice League let me go again.
Apparently Superman thought that I was using poor judgment,
now let me explain something to you,
have you seen his costume?
Now that's poor judgment.
- You demolished another building again, didn't you?
- [Man] Yeah but just hear me out though,
there I was fighting with Hammer Fist.
All of a sudden,
he punches me through a building,
injuring dozens, killing six, impregnating three.
- Oh my God
- I know, oh my God is exactly
what I was thinking when they took away my hero endorsements
Yeah, my Captain Q plush dolls,
my signature banana hammock, my recurring role on Empire
as Cookie's secret lover Buck Johnson,
with that thing that hang all the way
to the floor, that's all gone.
- Did you file for unemployment?
- Nah, I ain't do that.
- Why not?
- Baby, are you not listening to me?
The building that I went through
was the unemployment office. Crazy.
- I hate to say this, but I think you should start
thinking about getting a regular job.
- A job?
- You know, just something part-time while you wait
for your next hero gig.
- Baby, I am a superhero, okay?
I gotta keep my feet to the ground, my head above water,
my boys to the men, you know what I'm saying?
I gotta keep my DV to the D - I get it
- My P to the V - Okay
- My H to the P to the V - All right
- Okay look, baby, listen to me,
I cannot sit in front of a computer screen all damn day
like you do, no offense, no offense I'm just saying.
- A lot of offense taken, okay?
My job is very important, I'm a Social Media Curator.
- Do you hear what you just said to me?
(laughs)
- It's so cute when you get angry.
Here's what you do for a living.
You make cat memes for an online video company.
- You love those cat memes.
- Yeah I do but they have no sense of comedic timing.
You understand? Me, I save lives.
There's levels to this, baby. There's levels.
- You also cause collateral damage.
(deep breath)
- I need a moment. Excuse me. Excuse me.
- Ow!
- I'm sorry
I shouldn't have said that.
- You know what you said, bitch.
- Are you crying? - No baby, I'm not crying okay
There's just something in my eye
from all that shade that's being thrown my way.
Why don't you just tell me how you really feel?
- I feel like you should get a job,
it's not like you get paid to fight crime anyway.
- Baby, I am a civil servant.
- Servant being the operative word.
There's no shame in getting a regular job.
- A regular job?
That's only gonna get in the way of my mission, baby.
- Clark Kent seems to handle working
at the Daily Bugle and being Superman.
- Okay you know what, it's the Daily Planet.
And also, that's bullshit okay?
Because that dude skips out on work
every single day to go fight crime.
Well I guess you can do that
when you're banging the lead reporter (laughs)
but that's none of my business now, is it?
- Look, baby, do me a favor okay? Support me.
- When have I not? I was the only person
who supported you and said you looked good in spandex
when black Twitter dragged you
saying you looked like Magic Johnson's son.
- Who, EJ?
That dude's sexy as fuck.
And you know I was experimenting
with Lycra fabrics, come on.
- Oh my god, look. If you're not gonna go to work,
why don't you consider selling this
rock thing you seized from a cult of doomsday worshippers?
- Oh, now you want me to sell the rock.
You want me on these streets selling rock to the community,
boys and little black boys and white boys and-
- This rock
- Oh, you mean the kryptonite
that I'm definitely NOT gonna use to kill Superman
because he had me fired from my job?
Yeah that's just research.
- It sounds like you're trying
to kill Superman with this rock.
- Who's asking?
- Stop

Pan-Slavism OR Neo-Slavism | WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE!? - Duration: 7:48.
*Translate this video to your language and make it accessible for non-English speakers*
Hello guys, what's good?
It's me Slavic Affairs, and today we're gonna be talking about Pan-Slavism and Neo-Slavism.
Pan-Slavism versus Neo-Slavism, what is the difference between the two?
I'm sure many of you are quite familiar with the word Pan-Slavism since it's commonly seen on the internet.
Neo-Slavism however, was an idea not so different from Pan-Slavism
and yet many of you probably aren't really familiar with it.
That's because Pan-Slavism was an older, original idea,
while Neo-Slavism was rather a short-lived movement
– that however doesn't mean it was poorly defined.
It actually had quite a few valid points as of course Pan-Slavism did.
But in order to fully understand the difference we must first understand what the two actually are.
So I'm gonna give you a quick look into the history.
Now, Pan-Slavism was a movement or political ideology that really got going in mid-19th century
much like Pan-Germanisation whose main goal was to unify all the German
and possibly also Germanic-speaking people in a single nation-state.
Pan-Slavism wasn't much different except for the fact it wasn't really as successful as Pan-Germanisation
which resulted in unified modern Germany.
But its goals were literally the same,
it aimed to achieve unification of Slavic people to counterbalance the other rivals.
Specifically both movements grew from the sense of unity and nationalism experienced within ethnic groups
after the French Revolution and the consequent Napoleonic Wars.
Now, Pan-Slavism had its main impact in the Balkans, where non-Slavic empires such as the
Byzantine Empire, Austria-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire and Venice—had ruled the South Slavs for centuries.
The first pan-Slavists were the 16th-century Croatian writer Vinko Pribojević and
the 17th-century Aleksandar Komulović, Bartol Kašić, Gundulić and Croatian Catholic missionary Juraj Križanić.
As I've previously mentioned the movement began following the end of the Napoleonic Wars in 1815.
In the aftermath, the leaders of Europe wanted to restore pre-war status quo at the Congress of Vienna.
Now, Austria felt the threat to this status quo were nationalists demanding independence from the empire
– specifically Slavic nationalists who represented the majority of their subjects.
Confirming that threat was The First Pan-Slav congress that was held in Prague, Bohemia in June, 1848,
during the revolutionary movement that same year.
The Pan-Slav congress was disbanded after young inhabitants of Prague had taken the streets
and in the confrontation killed the wife of Field Marshal Alfred I.
The city was then seized and martial law was established throughout Bohemia.
Pan-Slavism among South Slavs was a little bit different and in a way more successful
– for a certain period at least.
One of the differences was that Czech and Slovak delegates were both anti-Austrian
and also anti-Russian,
while South Slavs would often turn to Russia for support.
Austria feared that Pan-Slavists would endanger the empire.
In Austria-Hungary Southern Slavs were distributed among several entities;
there were Slovenes in the Austrian part (Carniola, Styria, Carinthia, Gorizia and Gradisca, Trieste, Istria (also Croats)),
Croats and Serbs in the Hungarian part within the autonomous Kingdom of Croatia-Slavonia
and in the Austrian part within the autonomous Kingdom of Dalmatia,
and in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under direct control from Vienna.
Now Southern Slavs had different goals,
Slovenes and Croats were closer to an alternative to Pan-Slavism - Austroslavism,
Serbs however, considering they had ties to the independent nation state of Kingdom of Serbia,
they were among the strongest supporters of independence of South-Slavs from Austria-Hungary
and uniting into a common state under Serbian monarchy.
In 1863, Dimitrije Matić, president of Association of Serbian Philology talked about the creation
of an ethnically "pure" Slavonic people.
He said: with God's help, there should be a whole Slavonic people
with purely Slavonic faces and of purely Slavonic character«.
After World War I, Kingdom of Yugoslavia was finally established under Serbian royalty of the Karađorđević dynasty.
They managed to unite Southern Slavic-speaking nations regardless of religion and cultural background.
The only ones who didn't unite with were the Bulgarians.
There however was an idea to create Greater Yugoslavia by to incorporating Bulgaria,
however the idea was abandoned after the split between Josip Broz Tito and Joseph Stalin in 1948.
This led to some bitter sentiment between the people of Yugoslavia and Bulgaria in the aftermath.
At the end of Second World War, the Partisans leader Josip Broz Tito,
a Croat, became Yugoslav president, and the country become a socialist republic.
Tito advocated Brotherhood and unity which meant equality among the ethnic groups,
including non-Slav minorities.
This led to relatively peaceful co-existence and prosperity
until the breakup of the federation that as most of us know wasn't as peaceful.
Now to cut through all the history lesson, what does Pan-slavism and Neo-slavism actually means?
Pan-slavism is basically idea of uniting all Slavic or Slavic-speaking people under one banner.
Essentially, the goal of Pan-Slavism was or still is, to create a single-nation state.
As Germany, Italy and many other countries did.
For example Germany before 1864 was split on many terriories and today they are all Germans.
Same with Italy for example.
Anthropologically Italians aren't all the same, there's a difference between north and south Italians.
Genetically there is!
And yet they are all Italians.
Anyways, you guys get the idea.
The problem with Pan-Slavism however is that since Russians represent approximately 50% of total Slavic population
this would probably mean all the other Slavs would eventually have to adopt russian cyrillic alphabet
and their language.
And guess what, many people aren't really fond of that.
Neo-Slavism however supports the idea that all Slavic countries should keep their regional identity,
culture, whatever.
Obviously since I'm a Slovenian, from a country with a little bit over 2 million inhabitants I'm closer to this idea
since I want my grandchildren to speak Slovenian.
There however is a little bit of a twist!
Although I'm closer to Neo-Slavism, until we all unite under one banner there will always be conflicts.
It's just the nature of people.
The bigger will always aim to overpower the smaller.
For example if we all join with Russia probably they will overpower us,
if we remove Russia, probably Poland will try to overpower the rest.
It's not evil, it's just how things are.
And this is Neo-Slavism, we keep our regional identity but really one will always be over us.
There will always be a »fight« between countries why this country have more delegates
and accept important decisions and why our votes don't count.
That's how this work.
Pan-Slavism however would after generations and generations of mixing mean a true single-state.
Slavic state.
There's however also a shitty side to it.
With this all the beautiful traditions, languages of smaller countries would eventually be gone.
And that's unfortunate because I respect every Slavic world, I respect the diversity
and I love seeing the different traditions of Slavic countries.
It's really hard for me to say what idea I'm closer to,
but at least now I hope you guys understand the difference between the two.
This video came to an end. What do you guys think?
What idea do you think is better?
