BIGGEST UPDATE LEAK EVER! *3 NEW CARDS* | Clash Royale

Seau clan wars is finally out and apparently there is a brand new card coming out in May at the moment

We're not really too sure what this card is going to be however here are three of the possibilities

Earlier today though this picture surfaced on reddit

And it was leaked by Apogee Studios if you're unaware who they are they're pretty much like the most

Notorious leakers in this clash royale community, they have leaked so many updates in the past

They're super credible and most of the time all of their leaks are legit with that being said I can't 100%

Say that one of these is coming out next month

But the odds are where we're gonna be seeing one of them and before we do get started in yesterday's video

I said a leave a light for french fries and comment for chicken nuggets the winner of that

Battle war is the French fries so today?

We are here with another like versus comment war but today it is Android versus, iOS

Here are all the cards so on the very left. We have one lady next to her

We have two ladies and then on the very right we have no ladies at all moving right on over to card number one though

This is pretty much just a level five Archer from clash of clans like literally clash of clans clash Royale clash of clans

Clash Royale there really isn't too much of a difference here in

COC like the archer has a bow and arrow instead of this massive crossbow so I mean I guess they're kind of different

But as far as the outfit goes like these two cards are pretty much

Matching now in clash of clans the archer Queen had like a miniature

Expo in her hand and if you're looking at this card it looks like it has that mini

Expo as well so from the looks of it this card is like a hybrid between the

Archer and the archer Queen if I had to pick a rarity for this card though

I would assume it's probably rare and the reason for that is we have the magic Archer already

But that's a legendary then we have the hunter that card is an epic then we have regular archers which are a common card

so I feel like it would only make sense if this Archer card was rare as well as far as the

Elixir cost goes I would just assume three to five elixir again

If you're comparing the cost of like archers

Musketeer the hunter the magic Archer all that is kind of within this range so three to five I feel like that's fairly reasonable

moving on to card number two here

We have a pimp with his two side pieces in all seriousness though

I feel like this may be a spawner card hear me out, so we have the dude in the back

Maybe he's kind of like a witch and then he just keeps popping up like two identical troops at a time

Maybe he can only have like two at once honestly

I may be completely wrong

But this is my thought process as of now so as far as a rarity goes on this guy honestly

I have no clue so if he's a troop that spawns archers

that's pretty similar to like the witch and the knight which the witch is an epic the knight which is a

Legendary so if this guy is joining the spawner family. I'm not sure where he'll fall in into this category

He looks pretty Diesel those girls

Look pretty cool

As well, so we're just gonna throw him in the legendary category for now and as far as a rarity goes again

He looks pretty sick looks pretty tanked these archers look like they aren't trying to play around so let's just throw him at like that

Five to six elixir here and now moving on to card number three at first glance. You're like okay

This is just a singular lava pub, but it kind of has legs

So it's not just a normal lab a pub think of this as like a walking lava pub poem

Imagine when this thing pops like holy shit

This card is pretty damn sick imagine putting glowing spells on this thing miron those clone

Spells are just getting a whole bunch of them because if this thing pops like a lava hound

But it's tanky like a golem or ice golem

My mind can't even process. How cool the concept of this card is so as far as like a rarity goes

I don't really know I mean it resembles a lava pulp, which in itself is a crappy card

But then again it seems like a mini tank similar to the ice golem

So I don't think this hard would be super rare in fact

I would say common or rare as well

And as far as the elixir cost goes if this thing has similar hit points to an ice bomb

I would assume it's elixir cost would be low as well

Maybe in that 2 to 3 range, but if this thing is pretty

Tanky like a knight or even a golem then of course the rarity and that elixir cost it may be way higher no guys

District Representative | How I got my job & where I'm going | Part 2 | Khan Academy - Duration: 6:46.

My history really begins when I moved

to the United States from Venezuela in fifth grade.

During that time, Hugo Chavez had come into power

in Venezuela, and my mother and father didn't feel

comfortable about what my safety situation was going

to look like in the following years,

so I moved in with my mother in Virginia.

At that time, I didn't know any English.

I didn't really know how things worked socially,

so something as silly as asking a girl that I liked

to hang out ended up with me asking her

to grab coffee in fifth grade.

So as I went through middle school and high school,

I started getting more of an idea of what I needed

to do in class, for the language,

and socially I started making some friends.

I personally didn't know what the plan was

or what people were supposed to do.

My father in Venezuela was a doctor

and my mother had studied education,

however she didn't know how the system worked here

specifically, so it wasn't something

that we talked about at home.

However, my friends at the time,

they were all planning for college.

It was a very affluent area, and I think I was very

privileged and lucky to be able to be around them.

I didn't come from particular wealth,

but being around them gave me that drive

to say I want to be with my friends.

Where are they going?

They're going to college.

Where are they going to college?

And I ended up attending James Madison University

in Virginia, and I studied philosophy, I studied sociology,

and psychology as my major finally.

And I personally think that the sociology and philosophy

that I studied in college was really helpful

just in taking a step back and seeing the different

perspectives and trying to really step

into other people's shoes and see how,

whether or not you agree with them,

they arrived at that perspective

through their own looking glass,

and that means their experiences throughout their life.

So no matter what, you can't be angry at somebody.

You can only help to understand it

and see how you can be of assistance.

When I graduated college, I really hadn't made a plan

for what would happen after.

I wasn't going to grad school.

I wanted to take some time.

However, with psychology if you don't start

in your internships to plan for grad school

and start applying, there aren't really a lot of options

after graduating if you're an undergrad.

So I went back home to live with my mother.

So I ended up staying on her couch.

And it was great to see my mom and my sisters again more,

but it gave me a little bit more drive to say

I think it's time for me to go somewhere else

and not really have a safety net,

maybe not look for a job that a family member

or a friend was gonna give me,

but really look for something that gave me more meaning.

So I moved to Los Angeles at the time.

My girl friend from college was living here,

so that made the transition a lot easier.

I originally moved with $400.

After I bought the ticket that's what I had left.

So it was a little tough at first, but I found a job

working at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy

doing not behavior interventions at first.

It was a teacher assistant position.

But I worked with my boss and kinda sold them

on some of the things that I thought that we could do

for the kids to improve the time that the kids

spent in the classrooms and maybe to decrease

some of the time that the kids were spending outside

of the classroom.

So I was able to transition that role to a teacher assistant

and behavior intervention assistant.

After Camino Nuevo, my boss, who was very helpful

in letting me define what my role was there,

he told me after the first year and a half,

he said look, if you don't leave this year,

I'm gonna have to fire you.

You need to find a path, and you need to start looking

for something and I don't think that it will be education

at this level, I think that you can work more on the policy

aspect than kinda planning at that larger level.

So he introduced me to his previous

public relations job, the company called Sorrell Associates,

and I started a temporary position internship with them,

getting to work on all different types

of issues including education,

but whether it's land use and access campaigns

and communications, crisis management.

So I really got to sample a lot of different issues

on the private sector.

After about seven months, one of my bosses there

got a call from a previous vice president

who were at their company who was now the district director

so the manager for a legislative office.

And she said, hey, do you have any people,

any interns there, anyone in the office that you think

would be a good fit to do outreach, that is bilingual?

And I was recommended and I went on my first interview.

Obviously it was assisted and I think they were cheering

for me, so I was offered the job after

talking a little bit about what I did at the school.

District representatives on average

did not need to study or particularly study

political science or sociology.

For that matter, there's no test to get in.

There's no application other than the job application.

There's not certification.

But the general track that most people take there

is once they begin to get involved with politics,

they volunteer on campaigns, then engages

as unpaid volunteers first and really get

to grow with candidates.

And then when candidates transition into elected office,

they're bringing some of the people

that were essential to their team.

For district representatives, there are three or four

paths that I see are common.

A lot of district representatives will go to law school

or pursue a higher education degree,

usually tend to veer towards law,

to then go into public service or public policy.

A lot of other reps will stay in their jobs.

A lot of reps will transition to community organizations

or companies that they had worked with and they got

to know really well, and what they did

and it sparked something for them.

And a lot of them will just kinda burn out

and take a little bit of time to figure out

what they want to do next.

But I just wanted to show you because it's a new feature. I want to share this and it's free and it is

exceptionally easy to set up you

Know basically you can change the text down here

You know change your color, and and that's it so what its gonna do is going to capture your

Emails if people want to sign up okay, and then you can link through to MailChimp

And connect it to MailChimp down there, so you gonna have to have a male chicken count

I'm not gonna go over how to set that up, but MailChimp's very very easy to use and

It is definitely the big player clicking

Sending out lots of emails, okay?

You'll notice it says this email list build builder appears when we have detected a user who is likely to

Subscribe it only appears once per week, so this is kind of the interesting thing going on here it seemed

It doesn't tell you when it's gonna show up or why?

And also it will only appear once a week so on my website that I put it on

I just saw it, so I'm not going to show you exactly how to get it to come up

But you know if you're looking for a really quick way to put an email capture on your site

This is a pretty good option alright. Everything. We share this works great

Was The Persian Princess Mummy Actually a Murder Case? - Duration: 5:11.

In October 2000, a mummified 2,600 year-old princess discovered by Pakistani resident

Ali Aqbar was put on the black market with a price tag of $11 million.

The Persian Princess had allegedly surfaced in a region close to Iran following an Earthquake.

The mummy was sent to Karachi National museum where it underwent vigorous analysis.

Experts from around the world gathered to discover the origins of this once in a life

time discovery.

Following a wave of publicity and meticulous investigation, the mummy was proved to be

not only an archaeological forgery, but possibly also the victim of a murder.

The Persian Princess was in fact the body of a 24-year-old woman who had been alive

and kicking 24 hours prior to her mummification.

In today's episode of the Infographics show, we ask – Was the Persian Princess Mummy

actually a case of Murder?

Pakistani authorities were, in October 2000, alerted to watch a video tape made by Karachi

resident Ali Aqbar who had a mummy for sale on the black market for a cool $11 million.

The mummy had supposedly been found after an earthquake by his Iranian friend, and they'd

decided to sell the mummy and split the proceeds.

Aqbar Ali eventually led the police to where the mummy was held in storage in a region

bordering Iran and Afghanistan.

Police raided the property, seized the mummy, and brought it to Karachi National Museum

where officials inspected it.

Encased in its gilded wooden coffin set in a stone sarcophagus, the object looked authentic.

On the mummy's head sat a gold crown embossed with seven cypress trees.

Gold trinkets were also laid in the coffin suggesting that the mummy was of royal or

noble blood.

It had been wrapped in Egyptian style, and ancient Persian inscriptions were written

on the sarcophagus.

On its breastplate proclaimed, "I am the daughter of the great King Xerxes.

Mazereka protect me.

I am Rhodugune, I am."

All indications suggested that the mummified remains were 2,600 years old and belonged

to a Persian princess.

Both Aqbar and his Iranian accomplice were accused of violating the country's Antiquities

Act, while experts from around the world gathered in a bid to try and claim ownership of the

mummy.

Curators were at first convinced that they had come across a once in a lifetime archaeological

find.

No remains of the Persian Royal family had ever been discovered, and mummified royalty

were not generally found in Iran.

Diplomatic tensions rose as both Iran and Pakistan sought to establish ownership of

the mummy.

The event was televised and written about in both academic and media circles.

A detailed examination by experts included CT scans, chemical testing, carbon dating,

and expert analysis of the written script.

A cut on the stomach of the body looked like a wound and dislocation or damage to the lower

vertebrae was possibly the cause of death.

The jaw of the woman had also been broken.

A hieroglyphics inscription across the chest of the woman read, "I am the King of this

Land," alerting expert suspicion.

Also the wooden coffin was not as old as her body, and the mask was only about a hundred

years old – which was relatively recent considering the presumed age of the mummy.

Although the sarcophagus was carved with royal symbols, closer inspection revealed lead pencil

marks that had been made to guide the carving.

CT scans showed the mummy belonged to an adult woman no older than 24 and 4 foot 7 inches

in height.

All her internal organs had been removed (counter to the Egyptian method) and her stomach cavity

was filled with a powdery substance.

Chemical analysis suggested her body and hair had been bleached, and her abdomen had been

stuffed with modern drying agents such as sodium chloride and bicarbonate of soda.

Carbon dating revealed that the woman had died in 1996, four years prior to her discovery

as the ancient Persian princess mummy.

Asma Ibrahim, the curator of the National Museum in Karachi concluded that the object

was a fake.

Investigators believed the fraudsters took a fresh corpse from grave robbers in a burial

area between Pakistan and Iran.

They would have then removed the internal organs and dried out the body for a period

of months.

The intricate forgery would have taken several months and a team of scholars to execute.

A person with knowledge of anatomy and embalming techniques, a stone carver, a cabinet maker,

a goldsmith, and someone with a rudimentary knowledge of the ancient languages had to

have been involved in the fraud.

Also a facility to conduct the mummification and house all the chemicals would have been

required.

The act of mummification would have had to have occurred 24 hours after the woman's

death, leading to the possibility of the Persian Princess being a modern day victim of murder.

In light of the museum's evidence, the Pakistani police opened a murder investigation and interrogated

the middlemen involved with the original black market sale.

The woman, however, was never identified and the matter remains a cold case.

It will probably remain so, unless somebody with evidence steps forward and sheds some

light onto the curious case of the Persian Princess Mummy.

But then again it seems like a mini tank similar to the ice golem

So I don't think this hard would be super rare in fact

I would say common or rare as well

And as far as the elixir cost goes if this thing has similar hit points to an ice bomb

I would assume it's elixir cost would be low as well

Maybe in that 2 to 3 range, but if this thing is pretty

Tanky like a knight or even a golem then of course the rarity and that elixir cost it may be way higher no guys

My history really begins when I moved

to the United States from Venezuela in fifth grade.

During that time, Hugo Chavez had come into power

in Venezuela, and my mother and father didn't feel

comfortable about what my safety situation was going

to look like in the following years,

so I moved in with my mother in Virginia.

At that time, I didn't know any English.

I didn't really know how things worked socially,

so something as silly as asking a girl that I liked

to hang out ended up with me asking her

to grab coffee in fifth grade.

So as I went through middle school and high school,

I started getting more of an idea of what I needed

to do in class, for the language,

and socially I started making some friends.

I personally didn't know what the plan was

or what people were supposed to do.

My father in Venezuela was a doctor

and my mother had studied education,

however she didn't know how the system worked here

specifically, so it wasn't something

that we talked about at home.

However, my friends at the time,

they were all planning for college.

It was a very affluent area, and I think I was very

privileged and lucky to be able to be around them.

I didn't come from particular wealth,

but being around them gave me that drive

to say I want to be with my friends.

Where are they going?

They're going to college.

Where are they going to college?

And I ended up attending James Madison University

in Virginia, and I studied philosophy, I studied sociology,

and psychology as my major finally.

And I personally think that the sociology and philosophy

that I studied in college was really helpful

just in taking a step back and seeing the different

perspectives and trying to really step

into other people's shoes and see how,

whether or not you agree with them,

they arrived at that perspective

through their own looking glass,

and that means their experiences throughout their life.

So no matter what, you can't be angry at somebody.

You can only help to understand it

and see how you can be of assistance.

When I graduated college, I really hadn't made a plan

for what would happen after.

I wasn't going to grad school.

I wanted to take some time.

However, with psychology if you don't start

in your internships to plan for grad school

and start applying, there aren't really a lot of options

after graduating if you're an undergrad.

So I went back home to live with my mother.

So I ended up staying on her couch.

And it was great to see my mom and my sisters again more,

but it gave me a little bit more drive to say

I think it's time for me to go somewhere else

and not really have a safety net,

maybe not look for a job that a family member

or a friend was gonna give me,

but really look for something that gave me more meaning.

So I moved to Los Angeles at the time.

My girl friend from college was living here,

so that made the transition a lot easier.

I originally moved with $400.

After I bought the ticket that's what I had left.

So it was a little tough at first, but I found a job

working at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy

doing not behavior interventions at first.

It was a teacher assistant position.

But I worked with my boss and kinda sold them

on some of the things that I thought that we could do

for the kids to improve the time that the kids

spent in the classrooms and maybe to decrease

some of the time that the kids were spending outside

of the classroom.

So I was able to transition that role to a teacher assistant

and behavior intervention assistant.

After Camino Nuevo, my boss, who was very helpful

in letting me define what my role was there,

he told me after the first year and a half,

he said look, if you don't leave this year,

I'm gonna have to fire you.

You need to find a path, and you need to start looking

for something and I don't think that it will be education

at this level, I think that you can work more on the policy

aspect than kinda planning at that larger level.

So he introduced me to his previous

public relations job, the company called Sorrell Associates,

and I started a temporary position internship with them,

getting to work on all different types

of issues including education,

but whether it's land use and access campaigns

and communications, crisis management.

So I really got to sample a lot of different issues

on the private sector.

After about seven months, one of my bosses there

got a call from a previous vice president

who were at their company who was now the district director

so the manager for a legislative office.

And she said, hey, do you have any people,

any interns there, anyone in the office that you think

would be a good fit to do outreach, that is bilingual?

And I was recommended and I went on my first interview.

Obviously it was assisted and I think they were cheering

for me, so I was offered the job after

talking a little bit about what I did at the school.

District representatives on average

did not need to study or particularly study

political science or sociology.

For that matter, there's no test to get in.

There's no application other than the job application.

There's not certification.

But the general track that most people take there

is once they begin to get involved with politics,

they volunteer on campaigns, then engages

as unpaid volunteers first and really get

to grow with candidates.

And then when candidates transition into elected office,

they're bringing some of the people

that were essential to their team.

For district representatives, there are three or four

paths that I see are common.

A lot of district representatives will go to law school

or pursue a higher education degree,

usually tend to veer towards law,

to then go into public service or public policy.

A lot of other reps will stay in their jobs.

A lot of reps will transition to community organizations

or companies that they had worked with and they got

to know really well, and what they did

and it sparked something for them.

And a lot of them will just kinda burn out

and take a little bit of time to figure out

what they want to do next.

Was The Persian Princess Mummy Actually a Murder Case? - Duration: 5:11.

In October 2000, a mummified 2,600 year-old princess discovered by Pakistani resident

Ali Aqbar was put on the black market with a price tag of $11 million.

The Persian Princess had allegedly surfaced in a region close to Iran following an Earthquake.

The mummy was sent to Karachi National museum where it underwent vigorous analysis.

Experts from around the world gathered to discover the origins of this once in a life

time discovery.

Following a wave of publicity and meticulous investigation, the mummy was proved to be

not only an archaeological forgery, but possibly also the victim of a murder.

The Persian Princess was in fact the body of a 24-year-old woman who had been alive

and kicking 24 hours prior to her mummification.

In today's episode of the Infographics show, we ask – Was the Persian Princess Mummy

actually a case of Murder?

Pakistani authorities were, in October 2000, alerted to watch a video tape made by Karachi

resident Ali Aqbar who had a mummy for sale on the black market for a cool $11 million.

The mummy had supposedly been found after an earthquake by his Iranian friend, and they'd

decided to sell the mummy and split the proceeds.

Aqbar Ali eventually led the police to where the mummy was held in storage in a region

bordering Iran and Afghanistan.

Police raided the property, seized the mummy, and brought it to Karachi National Museum

where officials inspected it.

Encased in its gilded wooden coffin set in a stone sarcophagus, the object looked authentic.

On the mummy's head sat a gold crown embossed with seven cypress trees.

Gold trinkets were also laid in the coffin suggesting that the mummy was of royal or

noble blood.

It had been wrapped in Egyptian style, and ancient Persian inscriptions were written

on the sarcophagus.

On its breastplate proclaimed, "I am the daughter of the great King Xerxes.

Mazereka protect me.

I am Rhodugune, I am."

All indications suggested that the mummified remains were 2,600 years old and belonged

to a Persian princess.

Both Aqbar and his Iranian accomplice were accused of violating the country's Antiquities

Act, while experts from around the world gathered in a bid to try and claim ownership of the

mummy.

Curators were at first convinced that they had come across a once in a lifetime archaeological

find.

No remains of the Persian Royal family had ever been discovered, and mummified royalty

were not generally found in Iran.

Diplomatic tensions rose as both Iran and Pakistan sought to establish ownership of

the mummy.

The event was televised and written about in both academic and media circles.

A detailed examination by experts included CT scans, chemical testing, carbon dating,

and expert analysis of the written script.

A cut on the stomach of the body looked like a wound and dislocation or damage to the lower

vertebrae was possibly the cause of death.

The jaw of the woman had also been broken.

A hieroglyphics inscription across the chest of the woman read, "I am the King of this

Land," alerting expert suspicion.

Also the wooden coffin was not as old as her body, and the mask was only about a hundred

years old – which was relatively recent considering the presumed age of the mummy.

Although the sarcophagus was carved with royal symbols, closer inspection revealed lead pencil

marks that had been made to guide the carving.

CT scans showed the mummy belonged to an adult woman no older than 24 and 4 foot 7 inches

in height.

All her internal organs had been removed (counter to the Egyptian method) and her stomach cavity

was filled with a powdery substance.

Chemical analysis suggested her body and hair had been bleached, and her abdomen had been

stuffed with modern drying agents such as sodium chloride and bicarbonate of soda.

Carbon dating revealed that the woman had died in 1996, four years prior to her discovery

as the ancient Persian princess mummy.

Asma Ibrahim, the curator of the National Museum in Karachi concluded that the object

was a fake.

Investigators believed the fraudsters took a fresh corpse from grave robbers in a burial

area between Pakistan and Iran.

They would have then removed the internal organs and dried out the body for a period

of months.

The intricate forgery would have taken several months and a team of scholars to execute.

A person with knowledge of anatomy and embalming techniques, a stone carver, a cabinet maker,

a goldsmith, and someone with a rudimentary knowledge of the ancient languages had to

have been involved in the fraud.

Also a facility to conduct the mummification and house all the chemicals would have been

required.

The act of mummification would have had to have occurred 24 hours after the woman's

death, leading to the possibility of the Persian Princess being a modern day victim of murder.

In light of the museum's evidence, the Pakistani police opened a murder investigation and interrogated

the middlemen involved with the original black market sale.

The woman, however, was never identified and the matter remains a cold case.

It will probably remain so, unless somebody with evidence steps forward and sheds some

light onto the curious case of the Persian Princess Mummy.

What Really Happens To Your Body When You Eat Hot Sauce - Duration: 4:34.

There are many ingredients out there that can up the level of heat in your dish, but

the easiest is a good shake of hot sauce.

It doesn't just amp up your favorite foods: Hot sauce can also have a big impact on your

body and your health, both immediately and in the long-run.

Between digestive effects, energy boosts, and increased longevity, there are a whole

lot of things that can happen to your body when you eat hot sauce.

For example ...

No pain, no gain

That characteristic hot sauce burn comes from capsaicin, which is that spice-inducing molecule

naturally found in chili peppers and the like.

Capsaicin binds to the receptors on your tongue that detect temperature and indicate pain.

That's why your mouth gets hot and feels like you're in some big-time pain whenever you

take a bite too inundated with hot sauce — even though you're really just fine.

The heat is on

Whenever you take a bite of something drenched in hot sauce, your body undergoes thermogenesis,

which is the process by which your internal core temperature rises.

It makes you sweat, your nose gets runny, and your face gets red because the tiniest

blood vessels in your body — called capillaries — dilate as blood rushes around.

Feeling fine

Soon after your tongue starts to feel the burn, your nervous system, responding to the

cry for help it's getting from the rest of your body, releases endorphins, which, as

every Legally Blonde fans knows, makes you happy.

According to NPR's The Salt, these endorphins, released to help you cope with the pain, do

just that by making the nerves on your tongue more tolerant of the pain.

Straight to the heart

If you've ever eaten a bite of hot sauce and felt like your heart was pounding a little

faster than it had been before, you weren't just imagining it.

That's because hot sauce increases the amount of blood flowing towards the stomach after

you eat it.

It also causes your heart rate to increase as well, which revs up the circulation of

blood all throughout your body.

Spit take

While you've likely battled a runny nose during or immediately after eating hot sauce, you

might not be quite as familiar with the watery mouth that can accompany it.

Your salivary glands kick into overdrive in an effort to produce enough saliva to clear

out any capsaicin still present in your mouth.

Make sure to keep a napkin at the ready.

Burning up

According to Everyday Health, if you're prone to heartburn, you should avoid eating is spicy

foods like hot sauce because they can encourage heartburn.

Slate noted that the initial sensation is not actually heartburn, but rather the capsaicin

binding to receptors in your esophagus, which causes the burning that feels like heartburn.

Occasionally you can get actual heartburn after eating spicy foods when the capsaicin

again causes the muscular valve at the top of the stomach to stay open for too long,

letting acid move back up into the esophagus.

Allergies be gone

In an interview with the Huffington Post, Dr. Clifford W. Bassett, the medical director

of Allergy and Asthma Care of New York, said that the capsaicin in cayenne and chili pepper

can help clear up congestion.

Try adding some hot sauce to your breakfast the next time your seasonal allergies start

to flare up — it might just help you nip them in the bud.

Hot sauce for fitness

If you're trying to burn off a few pounds, you might want to up your hot sauce intake.

According to Science Daily, because capsaicin raises your body temperature, it could help

rev up your metabolism and help you burn more fat, making your weight loss efforts more

successful than if you didn't incorporate capsaicin-containing foods into your diet.

It's easy to incorporate hot sauce into a variety of dishes, so you might as well give

it a shot.

Long-term benefits

If you consistently eat hot sauce over the years, it could help you lower your blood

pressure, according to Science Daily.

If you eat capsaicin-containing foods regularly, over time, the molecule will help the blood

vessels in your body to relax, lowering your overall blood pressure.

According to 2010 research published in the journal Future Oncology, capsaicin may also

work well at suppressing the growth of prostate cancer tumors.

Which means less of this.

"Deep breaths.

That's not all: eating more hot sauce could also help you live longer.

According to research published by The BMJ in 2015, when adjusted for other known risk

factors, eating a lot of spicy foods correlated with greater longevity for both men and women.

Eating spicy foods most days each week led to a 14 percent relative risk reduction for

the people in the study.

Sounds like a taste worth acquiring!

to read sometimes they don't always give us guys clear signals. It's just not in

their nature to tell a guy when to make the move. She's probably not gonna tell

Matt: Women don't usually do that. They just expect the guy to know when to make

the move and it's all about reading her sub communication. You see, women do

certain things to let a guy know that she's interested, so let's break that

down. But before we begin I want to mention two things, number one, subscribe

to this channel right now because we're always coming out with fresh new videos.

And number two, I want to make a disclaimer. Because I see a lot of new

students falling into a deadly trap when it comes to this. A lot of guys when

they're talking to a girl will constantly look for signals to see if

she's interested. They're trying to look for any clue to see if she likes them, a

lot of guys won't even approach a girl unless they know that the girl likes

them. It's because they don't want to get rejected. And I get it man,

rejection sucks. Hey baby... how's it going? But here's the deal, if you're with a girl

and you keep thinking.. Does she like me? Oh she just flipped her hair does that

mean she likes me? Oh she just stepped back! Does that mean she doesn't like me?

She touched my arm! I think she likes me! Oh she's going back to her friends, maybe

she's not interested? What you're doing here is putting her on a pedestal, and

making her the prize, and unconsciously you're trying to prove yourself to her,

and win her over. And I can tell you right now that if you do that, you're not

gonna get the girl. So when you first see a girl that you want to talk to, don't

care about signs of interest, don't wonder whether this girl likes you or

not, instead wonder whether you are gonna like her or not. Have the attitude of "hmm

let's go see if this girl is special" or "I wonder what's special about this girl?"

Let's go find out. You have to assume that she wants you

man! And that she needs to prove herself to you. You want her reacting to you, you

need to have the mindset that you are the prize, and that she'd love to be with

you. She just doesn't know it yet. That's the mindset of a guy that actually gets

girls. So now that I've given you the disclaimer,

let's go over the signs that tell you if she's interested. According to

anthropologist Helen Fisher, the human body decides if they find someone

attractive within one second of looking at them. Literally the instant she sees

you, she knows whether she's DTF or not. Doesn't mean she'll go home with you

right then and there, you still got to do some work but you'll put you in the

potential lover category or not very very quickly. Again, women

don't tell you straight up if they're into you or not, you just have to look at

their body language. When human beings are attracted to someone blood flows to

their cheeks and they can't help but blush. If her cheeks are red and she's

blushing, there's a good chance she's into you, or she just put on a lot of

blush. Prolonged eye contact is another huge indicator of attraction, but don't

think that just because a girl looks away, it means she's not interested. Often

women look away because they're just nervous, or they don't want to seem too

interested in you. You know it's kind of creepy or weird if you just keep staring,

if a girl does keep staring at you and never looks away.... then run like hell!

She's probably crazy and we'll be waiting for you in your bushes when you

get home. Let's face it, those guys are just not that perceptive especially when

it comes to women, so I gotta clarify again if you're waiting around looking

for these signals for her to, you know, tell you to come approach her, just go

approach her. If you wait around trying to make sure that you see all the right

signs, then you're gonna miss out on a lot of opportunities, and probably work

yourself into a frenzy from all the waiting around and chicken out. Now

once you've made your approach, and you're talking to a woman, there's a few

more signs that you can look for to tell if she likes you. When you're attracted

to someone, your heart starts pumping faster. So you can either break out your

stethoscope, or listen to hear if she's breathing heavy. You can also check out

her pupils. Our pupils tend to dilate when were attracted to someone. Look down

towards her feet, if her feet are facing you, then she's subconsciously trying to

align herself up with you. If her feet are pointing away, there's a good chance

she wants to leave. Check out her arms, specifically her sleeves. Women that are

attracted to someone tend to roll up their sleeves as a subconscious way to

show off more skin. Another thing that women tend to do when

they're attracted to a guy is close the distance between her and the guy but

this goes beyond just her moving closer to you, if she moves a glass or a menu

closer to you that could be a subconscious sign that she wants to be

closer to you. Or she just wants you to buy her something off the menu! If a

girl's into you, she'll likely touch her hair or back of her neck. This isn't a

conscious decision, rather, a primal instinct to expose her armpits which

release sex hormones designed to turn you on. That's right, it's a not B.O.

it's sex hormones... Well, that being said, I can't stress enough that you really

don't need to worry about all these signs. The problem is that most guys

don't notice any of these signs, and so they don't make a move and they end up

losing the girl, because she gets tired of waiting around for the guy to man up.

So I say if you like a girl then go for it! Make a move. If she's not into you

then she'll make it perfectly clear. The only sign you really need is whether

So quick story, one time I met a girl on the streets of London and we went on an

just not social, whatever. So eventually I said, "Hey let's go back to my place" and

she complied and I would have missed out on a pretty fun experience if I would

have just given up because I didn't see any of the standard signs. So if one way

of making the move or escalating doesn't work, for example in that case, it was

touching her was not working, she was not a touchy girl, try a different form of

escalation. In that case, it was moving from venue to venue and see if that

works. Of course if she's not receptive to any form of, you know, moving the

Why Hollywood Won't Cast Jaden Smith Anymore - Duration: 8:42.

Jaden Smith was once a promising actor, but something happened on his rise to fame to

cause him to disappear from the spotlight.

While children of Hollywood stars often find it difficult to step out of the shadows cast

by their famous folks, Jaden has been doing everything in his power to create his very

own shadow since the moment he was old enough to perform.

But as Jaden grew from a young boy to a young man, his relationship with Hollywood began

to sour.

The early box office promise he'd shown all but vanished, and the actor/rapper/philosopher

has been distancing himself from Hollywood ever since.

"I miss my dreads, right?

But they're still on.

Like spiritually, they're there, and spiritually I can behind them, but you just can't see

them."

After Earth aftermath

Even if you've never seen 2013's After Earth, chances are you've heard of it.

The disastrous sci-fi blockbuster starring Will and Jaden Smith as father and son cost

$130 million to make, but only returned $60 million domestically — and landed an embarrassing

11 percent Critic Score on Rotten Tomatoes.

"What was I supposed to do?!

What did you want me to do?!"

Will told Esquire,

"That was the most painful failure in my career.

[...] My son was involved in After Earth, and I led him into it.

That was excruciating."

Jaden even won Worst Actor at the Razzies the following year.

"And the Worst Actor goes to...

Jaden Smith!"

Odd reputation

In 2014, the hacker group Guardians of Peace stole a bunch of sensitive information from

Sony Pictures — and among the hackers' haul were private emails between executives.

Most of the headlines were about big time stars, but Will Smith's kids also came up

in conversation.

According to Us Weekly, TriStar executive Tom Rothman emailed former Sony head Amy Pascal

a link to an interview that the Smith kids did with T magazine, writing, "1.

In the T mag interview, Jaden theorized,

"Your mind has a duality to it, so when one thought goes into your mind, it's not just

The youngster then went on to claim he could manipulate time, saying,

And if you are unaware, your whole childhood, your whole life can pass by in six seconds."

The then-16-year-old Jaden gave a number of unconventional interviews over the next few

years, each one as baffling as the last.

"My whole life revolves around educating myself, and just letting more- and educating the people

around me so that we can all be happier."

In 2015, he told GQ that he had built his own pyramid from scratch, saying,

"The tip is missing, but the whole structural thing is built, and it sits at 12.5 feet tall.

I'll Instagram a picture of it once this comes out, so people know what I'm talking about."

The following year, Jaden told Pharrell Williams that "nothing is real" during their chat for

Interview magazine.

"The ones who know, know.

But the ones who don't know, just don't believe."

Science over cinema

After the crushing disappointment of After Earth, Jaden's movie career seemed to be over

before it had really even begun.

It would be three years before he acted again, and during his time away, Jaden and his sister

became more interested in the pursuit of scientific knowledge than they were in making movies.

He told GQ that he and his sibling had started their own mystery school, saying,

"Plato, Pythagoras, all these students had mystery schools.

And what they learned in there was sacred.

Like, you couldn't say the word 'dodecahedron' [...] outside of one of the mystery schools

or they would, like, kill you or whatever.

Because it was such a sacred shape."

The celeb even compared himself to scientific pioneer Galileo, saying,

"People think you're crazy — I feel like it's an honor, actually, for people to think

I'm crazy.

Because they thought Galileo was crazy, too.

[...] I don't think I'm as revolutionary as Galileo, but I don't think I'm not as revolutionary

as Galileo."

"Strawberries aren't berries, but bananas are, and so are watermelons and avocados.

How?"

Under critical review

Jaden once referred to himself as, quote, "the future of music, photography and filmmaking,"

a claim that angered a number of journalists in these fields.

For the New York Post, Kyle Smith wrote of the star,

"Jaden's primary activity these days seems to be trying to be the black Boy George, minus

the talent."

It wasn't the first time a journalist had suggested that Jaden was all talk and no talent.

The New Yorker wrote of his performance in After Earth,

"Jaden, though agile and skillful, isn't a charismatic actor; he doesn't put a lot of

personality into the part, and he doesn't have a deft way with the dialogue."

Cinemixtape was similarly critical of the young star's performance, predicting:

"Jaden would do well to bottle some of his dad's charisma for his next go-round.

If he wants a career in film, he'll need to do better than this."

'No support' in L.A.

After failing his driving test in 2017, Jaden took to Instagram to share his disappointment

with fans.

But his thoughts quickly turned from driving, to life in Hollywood:

"I'm about to move out of L.A. [...] There's just nobody here that's really like supporting

the youth or the youth's creativity and the things that we want to do."

A few months later, Jaden moved out of his parents', quote, "compound" and into a $4

million estate in the quiet, gated community of Hidden Hills, California, which reportedly

stopped being so quiet after his arrival.

One resident told Daily Mail,

"This was a quiet neighborhood, but Jaden and his entourage are turning it into their

own personal kingdom.

He has a sense of entitlement.

[...] He doesn't care if security reprimands him or gives him a warning, he just continues

to do whatever he pleases."

Netflix 'n fail

Not long after he moved into his $4 million pad, Jaden received word that Netflix was

pulling the plug on The Get Down after just 11 episodes.

He'd played graffiti artist Marcus "Dizzee" Kipling on the show, which was created by

Baz Luhrmann at the eye-watering cost of $190 million.

"I see lights in the darkness!

Yeeeaaaah!"

But luckily for Jaden, he had another project lined up with Netflix…

An anime 'train wreck'

While some of Netflix's original anime series have been getting rave reviews, others haven't

been received quite as warmly.

Created by Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig, 2017's Neo Yokio stars Jaden as a vain "Magistocrat"

who spends his days socializing and his nights hunting demons.

"Fashion is not a commodity."

"Oh yeah?

What is it, then?"

"It's a glimmer of hope in a cruel world!"

Polygon reported the show's real fault was in the writing, with the review:

"Kaz is an easy character to hate because he's based entirely on Jaden's Twitter persona.

His philosophical statements are eye-roll inducing and every moment of exaggerated teenage

angst results in you muttering 'give me a break' under your breath."

Geek.com called Neo Yokio a, quote, "mesmerizing train wreck" and a "glorious failure."

All about the music

Jaden has announced new musical projects on several occasions, but he never seems to go

through with them.

In 2016, he tweeted that he wanted to become a K-Pop star.

And even though he confirmed he'd be dropping a K-pop single, the track never materialized.

In April 2017, he said that he, his sister, and his girlfriend Odessa Adlon were starting

a rock band together, even posting a preview of a track...

...But nothing ever came of that either.

Then, in November 2017, Jaden finally dropped the album he'd been working on all these years.

"How long has he been working on this damn song?"

The 17-track SYRE: A Beautiful Confusion received mixed reviews from critics, but those who

didn't like it, really didn't like it.

Pitchfork called SYRE a...

"Paranoid fantasy that mixes new-age thinking with apocalyptic rhetoric.

[...] It would be generous to call this kind of songcraft scatterbrained."

Jaden finally revealed his true intention for SYRE, telling Vanity Fair,

"I want that vibe to come across so that people can say, 'Hey!

Everybody [...] isn't always happy 24/7.'

Because people like to think, 'Oh, there's certain people in the world that just have

it all and they have perfect lives.'

But that's just so not true.

And this is a big shine on that."

"It's like duh-nuh-nuh,duh-nuh-nuh,duh-nuh-nuh,duh-nuh-nuh.

That's exactly what it sounds like."

Can he turn it around?

Jaden has been quietly re-establishing himself as an actor over the years, securing low-key

roles in two feature films in 2018: Skate Kitchen, and Life in a Year.

And he plans to tour North America promoting his album, in early 2018.

The rapper also intends to release a deluxe a cappella edition of SYRE in 2018, and to

also drop its follow up ERYS before the end of the year.

So, while he might not have been cut out for a career in Hollywood, don't expect Jaden

Smith to go quietly.

Or to stop sharing his genius.

First of all, you have to know what a Mantra is.

There are so many definitions of Mantra.

And it has almost become an English word.

Mantra is Man- tra.

"Man-" is "Mind."

"-Tra" is "to protect" in Sanskrit — that which protects your Mind.

Shreem Brzee is going to protect your Mind.

Protect your Mind in two ways.

Protect it with prosperity thoughts and protect it also against confused, negative poverty-thinking.

So that is what it is going to do.

That's why a Mantra is often conceived as something extraordinary, something magical,

something super-normal, something Divine.

It is Divine.

A Mantra is of a Divine origin.

And where did it originate from?

It originated from the Space.

And in this case, there is a prosperity galaxy.

There are so many galaxies.

And we cannot even go to Mars or Moon and live there.

But the Rishis were able to go there and live everywhere.

And then, this is one of the galaxies that they have been able to reach in their meditation.

And they brought this Mantra Shreem Brzee.

And initially, I have to tell you that Brzee was the one that was revealed.

And Brzee will remove karma and [it] will give money.

And how it works: As you begin to use this Mantra, it will completely change not only

Every human being goes through episodes of self-doubt, hesitation, and not feeling good

enough to do things and achieve fulfillment in life.

Lightworkers and all others who are on the journey of the spiritual path carry these

burdens on a more intense level which results in confusion and paralysis.

Often, they find these obstacles difficult to overcome.

However, this is always at the core of each one�s awakening.

While we know that, as lightworkers, we�re more attuned to our energies and the interconnectedness

of all beings in this universe, we couldn�t avoid the fact that people are also hard on

us.

We constantly encounter criticisms no matter how much we try to fake ourselves just to

fit in the society.

It�s this �fitting in� that we find most challenging to deal with.

Being more �awake� than 99% of the population on this planet means being truly different

in genetic frequency, perspectives, and sensitivities.

However, even with our advanced awareness, we are still human.

We still yearn to belong, to be mutually understood, and loved.

What brings the most pain is, when our own family members fail to meet us in our current

consciousness and turn out to be our worst critics.

Nevertheless, when we understand the things that make us act this way and develop strategies

to hurdle the obstacles, the journey becomes easier.

5 Main Causes That Make Each Lightworker Doubt Themselves

Let�s take a look at the contributory factors of these self-degrading emotions and the tips

to overcome them:

1.

Seeing the human side of our esteemed mentor or spiritual leaders.

There are people whom we looked up to for guidance and spiritual insights.

They could be our respected elders, teachers, mentors, religious institutions, or idols.

When these people are overcome by their human side and intentionally tell us deceptive information

or spread disinformation, we start to criticize ourselves for not having seen what�s coming,

or for resonating with their philosophies.

We then doubt our spiritual gifts as well as our clarity, judgment, and discernment.

This leads to making us doubt our intuition for not seeing the truth and not making a

conscious decision.

Tip 1: Be aware of the distinction between intuition and emotion.

Just because you�re emotionally attached to this person or philosophy that doesn�t

mean your intuition is damaged.

In fact, it cannot be damaged.

You just might trust it less, or be mislead by another similar emotion like anxiety or

fear.

Tip 2: Determine what you�re being told, who told you, why, and why now.

Does it resonate with you because it�s convenient?

Is it what you expect to hear rather than what you need to hear?

What�s the track record of the source?

Is it verifiable?

Is the message full of fear and confusion, or is it one of inspiration and proactive

change?

And most importantly, does it resonate with your own truth?

If the message has truth in it, it doesn�t matter who the messenger was!

2.

Believing things must be perfect.

One pitfall of a lightworker is the idea of perfection.

We tend to visualize how things must go in one or more aspects of our lives, such as

parenting, health, fitness, relationships and others.

No matter how we envision positive outcomes, we forget that the way we make those things

doesn�t necessarily need to be like we think they need to.

Tip: Remember that your soul is great, vast, and have powerful energies trapped in a limited

physical body.

No matter how great is your essence, you�re inside a limited mind and body.

Instead of feeling frustrated, disappointed and falling short of your idea of perfection,

embrace these things.

Be aware that these pitfalls are your guides in arriving at your destination and finding

your rightful place.

3.

Picking up different frequencies.

We live in a world where frequencies of all kinds are scattered: from people, technologies,

lunar cycles, solar flares, etc.

We pick up on these frequencies and experience bodily symptoms of all kinds, such as headaches,

allergies, sleeplessness and many others.

Sometimes, their effect is emotional.

They make us feel emotions that don�t quite logically fit in what�s happening around

us like anxiety and fear.

We are confused and we start doubting our intuition and even emotional self.

We don�t even understand if we�re sick or plain crazy.

The more aware we are, the greater the symptoms.

Tip: Keep a record or journal of your feelings, emotions, and symptoms.

Write when did it occur and how.

Know then if these are truly yours or something that you just picked up.

4.

Disconnecting through technology.

Technology plays a big role in today�s society.

On our own, we�re disconnected physically from people as we spend more time with this

technology.

When we�re with someone for a date, a business meeting or any situation where we feel we

could physically connect with others, that�s the time that these people get distracted

by technology too.

We long for undivided attention, but when these situations come up we feel unworthy

and unwanted.

We also constantly see people in social media who seemed to have perfect profiles, perfect

lives and totally happy.

This adds up to our feelings of self-doubt and self-criticism.

Tip: Be mindful of the amount of time you spend in technology and be as objective as

possible.

Use technology to keep the most of your human interactions and experiences and better communicate

with others in a most genuine way.

5.

Being involved in twin flame or soulmate relationships.

Many people in their spiritual paths find themselves involved in twin flame relationships

and deep soul connections.

While this may appear ideal, others choose to stay in the �runner phase.�

The runner phase is the circumstance where one is overwhelmed by the power and connection

of the relationship and finds it difficult to handle in mind, body, heart and spirit,

making this person figuratively and literally run out of the relationship.

This makes the one who is waiting for resort to second-guessing, feeling depressed, anxious,

and angry.

Tip: Bear in mind that these relationships are meant to inspire and strengthen you.

My doctor and I parted ways, my car broke down when I went over a curb that I didn't

And Ezekiel had a very rough day—really, some terrible nightmares that when he woke

up through him into a panic.

They were just awful.

I have to remember he has Fibromyalgia as well, and yet has nothing for pain.

The hardest thing for me was when he listened to the message about Chiara, he cried and

cried and cried.

So, when I came into prayer tonight, I was spent, absolutely empty and had I cried a

great deal with him and for him.

As I listened to and entered into worship, I thought I saw Chiara in the spirit holding

my right hand, with Jesus beside her.

So I said, "Is Jesus your Lord?"

She replied, "Jesus is My Lord, My God and My all."

Now guys, in my experience I have never heard a demon make that confession; they have always,

categorically, stomped off indignantly, saying in an ugly voice, "NO!

JESUS IS NOT MY LORD!!!!"

So... that was a pretty good indicator to me that something unusual was going on.

Anyway.

I decided I'll listen very cautiously.

Believe you me, I'm gonna check this out with the Early Church Fathers.

I want to see exactly how this all fit in with the Early Church.

And, she did begin to speak to me.

She said, "Do not beat yourself up, Mother.

There is so much that is yet a mystery to you.

But I encourage you to embrace His will with all your heart, and be convinced of His Faithfulness—for

much glory will come from this healing.

In no way would Heaven mislead you in these most difficult hours and lead others astray.

What He has told you, what He has said, shall surely come to pass.

You must be strong and faithfully believe in His promises to you.

"As you have often said today, 'Not all are called to die at 18 or even 22, as many

of the Saints have.'

You have not been called to die at all; not because of fear, but for the purposes of God—as

startling and unusual as they are.

"Your only call is death to self—and believe me, that's a big one, especially in your

case.

But do not be concerned.

It is a long journey with many baby steps and you are progressing.

There are times that seem like a setback to you, but that is only an illusion.

They are times of reconsideration, so you may step back and see how far you have come,

then move forward with more energy and resolve that you are going to make it, because He

lives in you and is with you in every possible way."

Just as an aside here, when she was saying that - I was wondering, 'How does she know

all these things?'

And I realized, in Heaven, everything is plain and clear to everyone else.

They look at you and they already know everything about you.

It's instantaneous, because Holy Spirit permeates everything.

And there's no flesh to get in the way.

And there's no demons to deceive you!

She continued, "I was asked to visit you both, because you are suffering much as I

did and you have brought glory to the Lord Jesus by sharing my testimony.

And for that, I thank you greatly.

"There are so many young people, Mother, who haven't a clue as to how to live a holy

life.

They look at the saints of old and say, 'That was then, but now are modern times.

It's not the same.'

I beg to differ with you, young ones; it is quite the same.

Suffering and long-suffering are still very big factors in the lives of modern men.

And for that reason, I was chosen to live and die a white martyr—testifying to the

power of Jesus to transform souls, until there is nothing in the world left for them and

they are pleased to ascend into His arms, leaving everything of the world behind.

"It was very, very hard for my mother and father.

They were quite beside themselves that now, their only child whom they prayed and waited

for, was to be taken from them.

This was unbearable pain to them until the Lord's love stepped in and embraced them,

making them saints, as well.

As you have often observed, Mary made the sacrifice of her son for us—and that, too,

is excruciating.

"I want to encourage you to remain faithful to His promises to BOTH of you, for He will

surely do as He has said He will do.

"I love your Channel, and I will surely send souls to you who need to confront their fears

and misunderstandings about who Jesus really is to them.

"Good bye for now.

But I am only a thought away, and I support you with my prayers to the Father.

Everything will be ok.

The darkest hours are just before dawn.

And Dawn is coming."

Well, I was kind of left speechless at that point, and I just said, "Thank you."

"You are very welcome," she replied.

And I said, "Lord, are You here?"

He quipped, "And where else would I be?

Aren't you in need?

Didn't you just receive Me in communion?

Don't I shelter you in the shadow of My wings?

Always?"

Wow!

That is saying a great deal!

Yes, You do.

Thank you.

What am I to think of this encounter, Lord?

"It is no different than what you encountered in Heaven with St. Ita, Moses and others.

Her presence in the Cloud and her attentiveness to your circumstance are a gift from Me.

On Earth, so many feel all alone, even though I have given My Word and it is written: There

is a Cloud of Witnesses cheering you on and even lifting you to My Father for success

in your missions.

"And I am blessed, Clare, that you have had the courage to be utterly honest with

our family of Heartdwellers, knowing full well you will be persecuted and falsely accused

because of these encounters.

"The truth is, there are many ministers of God who have dreams and interactions with

those in Heaven, but they don't dare to say this is authentic, right and normal by

My standards.

They know they would be rejected by those who have little discernment and cling to religious

customs before Truth.

"But no matter.

You have been faithful and I am pleased, despite your fondness for caramel Franppacinos.

Really.

Lay down the guilt and be at ease.

Stop beating yourself.

You are coping, and sometimes when souls cope, they reach for their baby bottle or their

thumb and just comfort themselves.

"By the way, your caramel is some of the best I've ever tasted."

(He smiled.)

My husband says it's too bitter...

I don't make it very often.

But if the Lord likes it, great!

I smiled.

He lifted my chin and said, "See there, I made you laugh.

I see those wounds and the stress you are dealing with, and I want you to be comforted,

without guilt.

"My Heartdwelling Brides, humble yourselves before My mighty hand and I will show you

great things you never dreamed possible.

You have been stolen from, under the guise of protecting Truth—when in reality, Truth

has been exchanged for men's spurious conclusions, fears and trending doctrines.

The flack you will get from others, if you embrace what I am teaching you here, will

be the more intense, the more threatening it is to current thought and doctrine in the

modern church.

"You are not to base your lives on healthy tradition alone, but also on the Scriptures.

And there are still many, many dots you have not connected to reveal the truth of what

is indeed happening around you."

At that point, I remembered that Ezekiel had had an encounter earlier today, and I said,

"Lord, did You allow her to visit Ezekiel earlier today?"

Jesus answered me, "No, I did not allow it; I sent her to him to comfort him in his

concerns for protecting you from what he has been feeling on a bad day.

I sent her to encourage and share with him some of the same things she suffered, so he

wouldn't feel so alone."

After He said that, I broke in and said, "Ezekiel has been recovering from weakness, because

he didn't have an appetite."

And all of you who have been praying - changed that.…

Anyway, he (EZ) said the enemy had been messing with his head, threatening, "You're going

to Hell.

You are not serving anyone but yourself.

You're deceived.

You belong to me (meaning satan saying that) Worship me and I will heal you."

Etc. etc.

And they were tormenting him with these things.

In addition to all of that, when he saw the video about her, he couldn't stop crying,

and crying, and crying.

And of course, that causes gut pain to fire off.

Well, after several hours of this, he was worn to a frazzle, and he saw Chiara in the

spirit smiling at him.

He immediately suspected a familiar spirit, so he said deliverance prayers.

When she didn't leave, he asked her to pray the Our Father with him.

He especially listened to see if she would garble the "deliver us from evil," as

the demons normally do when they pray through someone who's not sincerely a Christian.

But she said the prayer beautifully, clearly and with a glow on her countenance.

At that point, he had some confidence that it truly was a visitor from the Great Cloud,

and so he listened to her.

She told him not to protect me from times of symptoms and pain.

That he should be patient, as timing is very important in his condition and his healing.

That she was also terribly humiliated when certain cleaning functions were done for her.

And that he could not see from his perspective what is truly going on with all of the circumstances

he and I are suffering.

Also, that it was very important for him to have faith that God is faithful to His promises,

and that her mission in life was very different from his.

I think you all remember the messages the Lord has given me about a soul being predestined

before birth—that they are shown what their life will be and asked for their consent.

Well, Chiara knew from conception what her path in life would be.

She was, however, a normal Christian girl, until she had a profound conversion when she

embraced Jesus Forsaken as a part of her studying with a group that felt called to that particular

devotion.

Actually, it really is quite amazing to me, that the Catholic church has allowed different

devotions to blossom, all of them examined for doctrinal soundness, and approved or disapproved.

And as a result, it is really a multicolored family—each group has their own very special

focus they feel called to.

You would think an institution like that would not allow for variety, but for some reason,

they allow, embrace and approve such things.

Well, we are all so different.

The Franciscans had their own focus as they served the poor.

And they taught simplicity.

Mother Theresa had her own focus, St. Francis de Sales had his special focus.

I mean, there are hundreds if not thousands of different callings under one huge umbrella.

I was quite shocked when I learned about this.

I thought they were very limiting, stodgy and controlling—that everyone had to be

alike.

So, that was a big surprise for me.

Well, my dear Heartdwellers, the Lord has shown us three episodes where the Great Cloud

plays a part in an individual's life.

And I say: take it or leave it.

'Cause I want to do some more research on this and see what the Early Church and the

Desert Fathers had to say about this phenomenon.

I, for one, have been very blessed by the events in Heaven and events in Chronicles

of the Bride that involved the saints.

And I just can't find fault with it.

I guess one of my biggest witnesses is that there is only one Head to the Body—and that

is Christ.

If there were two bodies, one for Heaven and one for Earth...

Well, if that were in the Scriptures, I would have to reject this idea.

But on the contrary, the Lord is clear about being THE Head.

Singular.

So, what are we going to do with these revelations?

Certainly test them.

Well, I'm going to receive the good that has come to me from this.

And I can't get over how Jesus broke the ice on this one, when He appeared with Moses

and Elijah all glorified on Mt. Tabor.

So clearly He was demonstrating that the Great Cloud is not the same as a witch calling up

the dead.

Rather, it is holy conversation and encouragement from those who have gone before.

You know, and that reminds me of the angel in the Garden that came to comfort Him.

Again—Heaven's messenger coming to comfort Him.

I have to confess that I have already cried to Chiara, "Please pray for me that The

Father will give me more love for His Son and I will learn how to suffer without complaint

as a gift of love to Him."

And then I thought, 'You know.

I really want to compose a prayer to her.

Something like, "Dear Chiara, you can see now what we cannot see.

You know our struggles from what you have observed.

Please intercede for us to Father God, that we will come to love and give ourselves completely

to Him saying, 'If He wants it, I want it too.'

And that we will trust that His grace will truly be sufficient for us.'

Well, at that point, the Lord broke in for a moment, and He said, "Clare, these are

good thoughts and prayers.

Rest assured that your path is different than hers and that I will still do what I have

promised you.

You've not bitten off more than you can chew.

I am very much guiding your requests and petitions.

Jesus continued, "Heartdwellers, you are to use the same guidelines in the spiritual

world with any visitor that you use with Me.

See to it you are not led astray by demons masquerading as saints and angels, as so many

have been.

Use your discernment tools and beware of flattery or fear.

These are two of the manipulative tools that will most commonly be used to try and mislead

you.

Test the Spirits and see if they are of God.

I will be with you in this.

"And for the rest who do not wish to recognize angels and heavenly visitors, there is no

condemnation.

That is your choice.

And let us preserve the beauty of our relationship together with no guilt whatsoever.

"But in saying that, there is no detraction from our pure relationship if you do cultivate

this gift of the Spirit, welcoming a heavenly visitor and exercising discerning of Spirits.

In truth, this is no different than welcoming a friend on Earth into your home, and discussing

your trials together and asking them to intercede before the Father for you.

"The Body is One indeed, under One Head.

Amen.

Amen."

Some homeowners in one of Colorado's nicest communities are angry about one homeowner

because he has a lot of parties at his house.

These aren't your run of the mill parties, no- these are SEX PARTIES!

The house is located on Avery Way in Castle Rock which is an upscale neighborhood with

normal families but these sex parties have neighbors pretty pissed off.

In fact, they say it's time to take action.

The residents are complaining about parking problems and noise.

But their biggest concern is that the children could be exposed to the sexcapades.

Fox 31 Denver reports that one neighbor, who declined to provide her full identity, said

she received a copy of a party invitation from an anonymous person who is concerned

about the events.

It shows 400 guests were invited with 87 people, including 35 couples, sending a "yes"

RSVP.

"I think it is disgusting," she said.

The invitation references the "Thunderstorm Play Palace" and boasts a 7,500-square-foot

dwelling with every amenity, including alcohol, food (complete with a vegetarian menu) and

chocolate fountain.

The risqué invitation also advises guests to bring their own condoms and show respect

for the "new furniture."

The neighbor described guests as being from all walks of life.

"Some of them are so old that they struggled walking up the stairs," the neighbor said.

She adds the attendees even brought their own festive refreshments.

"(One) had four crockpots showing up like they're going to a Bunco party or something,"

the neighbor said.

The invitation showed donations are taken at the door, $70 for couples and single men,

and $20 for women.

The party organizer does not want to reveal his identity but said he is the victim in

the controversy.

"There was significant harassment so far I've received from the neighbors," he

said.

He said neighbors tried to block his driveway with trash cans and a guest's car was keyed,

resulting in expensive damage.

The party organizer, who is a father and husband, said he understands his neighbors' concerns

and has made efforts to conceal anything that might be offensive.

"There are no open areas you can see outside to have the children or anyone see what they

don't want to see," he said.

He said he has also installed sound-proofing in the home with close attention paid to the

basement windows.

Still, neighbors say they can hear disturbing sounds coming from the home — sounds they

don't want their children exposed to.

"You can hear people doing what they're doing," one resident said.

The Castle Rock Police Department said it is working with the neighborhood homeowners'

association (HOA) and city officials to investigate the issue, but the party organizer is not

breaking the law because he is only taking donations and the events are contained to

the privacy of his home.

Pretty crazy stuff!

The Democrats are on a path to complete party destruction, and Bernie Sanders is driving

the train straight off the rails.

Sanders, who is out of touch and out of his mind, is set to introduce a COMMUNIST "jobs

plan" that would have every American working for the government.From Breitbart

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is set to unveil a plan that would give American workers who

want or need jobs guaranteed government jobs that pay at least $15 per hour and have health

benefits.

The progressive Vermont senator's guaranteed jobs plan would entitle any American a job

or job training in U.S.-funded projects in infrastructure, the environment, caregiving,

and education, but he did not provide a cost-estimate or plan to fund the proposal, the Washington

Post reported.

A representative from Sanders' office said no funding estimate was available for the

project because staffers were still crafting the proposal.

Two other potential 2020 presidential candidates—Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Sen. Kristen Gillibrand

(D-NY)—have expressed interest in crafting similar proposals.

"The goal is to eliminate working poverty and involuntary unemployment altogether,"

said Darrick Hamilton, an economist at The New School who expressed support for a guaranteed

jobs program.

"This is an opportunity for something transformative, beyond the tinkering we've been doing for

the last 40 years, where all the productivity gains have gone to the elite of society."

Critics of the plan have said guaranteed jobs proposals would not be sustainable or affordable,

and would cause massive job losses in the private sector.

Studies have shown that states and cities which choose to enact a $15 per hour minimum

wage trigger job losses.

A December 2017 study found that once California's minimum wage hike takes effect in 2022, the

state would lose 400,000 jobs.

"It completely undercuts a lot of industries and companies," Brian Riedl, a senior fellow

at the Manhattan Institute who opposes the program, told the Post.

"There will be pressure to introduce a higher wage or certain benefits that the private

sector doesn't offer."

The proposal is unlikely to gain favor with Republicans in control of Congress, and even

most Democrats have slammed similar plans as unrealistic.

"It would be extremely expensive, and I wonder if this is the best, most targeted

use of the amount of money it would cost," said Ernie Tedeschi, an economist who worked

for the Treasury during the Obama administration.

The Vermont senator's proposal comes days after he declared President Trump's agenda

"dead" if the Democratic Party wins the majority in the House or Senate.

The globalist judge just undid everything President Trump did to undo Obama's illegal

DACA program.

The ruling stands for 90 days, while President Trump's administration prepares their rebuttal.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump administration to continue accepting Deferred

Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications, dealing a major blow to the administration

as it attempts to wind down the program.

U.S. District Judge John Bates, a George W. Bush appointee, became the third federal judge

to reject President Trump's explanation for ending the program, ruling that the decision

by the Justice Department that the program was unlawful was "virtually unexplained."

Trump rescinded DACA in September, giving Congress six months to pass legislation in

its place.

Bates ordered the administration to continue DACA, which gives protections to immigrants

brought to the U.S. as children.

Bates also ordered the administration to accept new applications, a first in the ongoing legal

battles over the decision.

Bates stayed the ruling for 90 days to give the administration time to come up with a

better explanation for ending the program.

Two other judges have issued similar rulings, but have only ruled that the program should

be allowed to continue while litigation plays out.

Here are a few facts about dinosaurs you may not know!

8 - Fuhgettaboutit If you've never seen Jurassic Park or if

you HAVE seen it and still think cloning dinosaurs is a good idea, I've got news for you.

It's most likely never gonna happen.

According to a study published in The Royal Society, it would be quote, "highly" improbable

to clone dinosaurs.

DNA apparently has a half life of 521 years.

Furthermore, microorganisms speed up the rate of decay, and reactions with water result

in bond degradation.

Long story short, the team of scientists led by Morten Allentoft at the University of Copenhagen

and Michael Bunce at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia concluded that DNA is virtually

unreadable after about 1.5 million years.

Since dinosaurs have been gone for roughly 66 million years, the odds of cloning a dinosaur

would appear to be virtually impossible!

7 - Velociraptors Misrepresented If you really wanna get nitpicky, there are

several things wrong with Jurassic Park.

For starters, they really should have named it "Cretaceous Park" since most of the

dinosaurs featured in the film were around during that period.

Of course, that just doesn't roll right off the tongue.

But the most obvious error is the portrayal of Velociraptors.

The raptors in the film are depicted as large pack hunters with advanced intelligence.In

reality, Velociraptors were probably about the size of a turkey and there's never been

any evidence that they were all that smart.

While they probably had a higher brain size to body mass ratio than many of their peers,

their intelligence is overstated in the movie.

I mean, they probably couldn't have figured out door handles, even if they had door handles

back then.

The Utahraptors, however, were probably about the size of the film version of Velociraptors.

Also, many experts think that Velociraptors would have had feathers, which they definitely

didn't have in the film.

However, let's not let these details take away from Jurassic Park, because that movie

was definitely a classic!

6 - Not all of them were…..

When we see Dinosaurs depicted in the media, be it books, films or museum exhibits, they're

seen as these gargantuan reptiles who wreaked havoc on everything.

Indeed, many of them were very large creatures, but not all of them were huge.

For example, the Lesothosaurus was probably about six feet long and shorter than most

humans.

Or better yet, take a look at what's believed to be one of the smallest dinosaurs.

The Compsognathus lived roughly 150 million years ago in present day Europe.

Based on the fossils of two skeletons, Paleontologists estimate that these guys were about the size

of chickens, which really…….isn't all that big.

This dinosaur was also believed to have feathers, which is a much different image than scaled

creatures we have in our minds usually.

Other dinosaurs might have been even smaller.

The Caenagnathus, for example was believed to have weighed in at just 3 pounds, while

measuring a measly 2 feet long.

Then there was the Microraptor, a tiny feathered, dinosaur with four wings that was just about

2 feet long.

These guys were likely nocturnal hunters who preyed mainly on fish.

Oh and also, check this out.

The Parvicursor was this tiny little reptile that lived about 72 million years ago.

Although they were fast, they were tiiiiiiiiiny.

At just 15 inches long they only weighed about 5 to 6 ounces.

Long story short, not all dinosaurs were huge!

5 - Domination is the only nation We've been around for just a very short

amount of time on earth.

In that span however, we've become top dog on the planet.

We've learned to control fire, to build giant civilizations, to adapt to use tools,

and of course, we've even come up with Netflix and chill.

So yeah, we've done pretty well!

But for the sake of reference, keep this in mind.

Dinosaurs roamed the earth for roughly 165 million years!

That's wayyyyyyyy longer than us.

During their tenure, they more or less ruled everything.

Early evidence of dinosaurs suggests they date back to roughly 243 million years ago.

And while an exact date is hard to nail down, they became the dominant species during the

Triassic-Jurassic Extinction event 201 million years ago.

After that, Dinosaurs ruled planet Earth.

On the Geological Timescale, this period was known as the Mesozoic Era...which itself is

divided into three periods spanning between 165 and 177 million years, known as the Triassic,

the Jurassic, and the Cretaceous Periods.

It was at the end of this last period that an asteroid pummeled earth, wiping out about

75 percent of the species on the planet, including pretty much all of the dinosaurs.

But for now, as a point of reference, they were living on earth far longer than they've

been extinct, and a heck of a lot longer than we've been around.

4 - Warming things up Sauropods are one of the most iconic dinosaurs

in popular culture.

Living mainly during the Triassic and Jurassic Periods, these large herbivores populated

much of planet earth.

And while they went extinct along with many of their peers, they left a rather, ummmm

interesting legacy behind.

In a nutshell, their farts warmed the entire planet!

With many subspecies among their ranks, different Sauropods grew anywhere from 20 feet to 130

feet long.

Often reaching heights of close to 20 feet high, and in the case of the Supersaurus,

60 feet tall, these guys were pretty big.

And they were vegetarians!

So given their large size, their farts were pretty powerful.

Experts calculated that during the height of their reign, Sauropods were collectively

pumping out about 520 million tonnes of methane per year.

That would put them on pace with our current greenhouse gas emission.

They just didn't have Al Gore to make movies about it.

Experts theorized that they would have warmed the planet by about 33 degrees.

Interestingly enough, fossil records do indicate that the planet was much warmer back then,

as evidenced by the lack of polar ice caps.

It's worth noting that as Sauropods became less common, the planet continued to become

warmer.

So whether or not they were solely to blame for the warm planet remains unclear.

3 - Extinction Level Event This event is known scientifically known as

The Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event or the Cretaceous–Tertiary extinction.

We're just gonna call it The KT Event from here on out.

But the news here is that when it occurred 66 million years ago, and it was the end of

the dinosaur's reign.

Scientists speculate that an asteroid barreled into the planet, causing a sudden mass extinction.

Anywhere from from 75 to 80 percent of the planet's species were wiped off the face

of the earth, and a new era, the Cenozoic Era, was ushered in.

By the way, you, me, and every person who has ever lived are part of this era.

When this event occurred, Dinosaurs were pretty much finished.

The few remaining survivors were the ancestors to modern day Crocodiles, which makes sense,

and birds...which is rather surprising.

In fact, Chickens are considered to be very closely related to dinosaurs.

According to a paper published in BMC Genomics, chickens, along with turkeys, have experienced

fewer genomic changes than any other archosaur.

Archosaurs are a scientific grouping of animals that consists of dinosaurs, birds, and crocodilians.

Since birds are considered to be descendants of dinosaurs, scientists can glean useful

information about dinosaurs from the genetic data of birds.

For a while, it was assumed that the extinction was a process.

The planet was warming, then getting really cold, disease was widespread, and egg eating

mammals started to become a thing so Dinosaurs had a hard time repopulating.

But by the 1980's, the idea that a massive asteroid rocked the planet, sending huge amounts

of debris into the atmosphere became the accepted theory.

While some paleontologists dispute this theory, this is what the credible fossil records show!

2 - The Largest One Well we talked about the smallest dinosaur

ever.

So how about the largest dinosaur ever?

The Patagotitan is the biggest Dinosaur ever discovered!

Well the fossils were discovered, you know what we mean.

It was first discovered in 2013 when an Argentinian farmer stumbled upon some fossilized bone

on his property.

The bones was so big, it took two weeks to uncover them.

But when they were eventually unearthed, it was estimated that the bones belonged to a

type of Sauropod that stood 130 feet tall and weighed 69 tons, or roughly 138,000 pounds!

That would just be insane to see in real life if we're gonna be honest here.

Of course it's been pretty well established that Sauropods were big dinosaurs.

Some Sauropods supposedly were so big, that their tail whips may have cracked the sound

barrier, creating sonic booms!

Sauropods could have used their long powerful tails for defensivee purposes and communication,

among other functions.

The whole "supersonic speed" idea comes from Nathan Myhrvold, the founder and CEO

of Intellectual Ventures.

Using a computer model and a scaled down model, he's been trying to prove his theory.

1 - They Actually Existed This seems like a crazy thing to even have

to address, but yes, dinosaurs, did in fact exist.

We have the fossil records to prove it.

To entertain the idea that they didn't exist, you would have to accept that scientists have

made up evidence and staged fossil records just to fool the public into thinking giant

reptiles once roamed the earth for their own amusement.

Anyways, much like the resurgence of the flat earth theory, it seems that there are still

many people out there who don't believe dinosaurs existed.

For example, there's a group called "Christians Against Dinosaurs."

As their name would suggest, this is a group of Christians who've set out to prove that

dinosaur fossils are a hoax.

On their website, they claim to welcome debate and to encourage reasonable discussions about

opposing theories.

In practice, they systematically question the intellectual integrity of the Scientific

Community and accuse them of fabricating evidence for the singular purpose of attacking Christianity.

Anyways, humans have been discovering fossils since pretty much since the beginning of recorded

history.

Like any other scientific discipline, as time progresses, our understanding of fossilization

and paleontology has improved and we now understand what dinosaurs were.

Using radiometric dating, paleontologists can theorize when these reptiles existed.

While the term "dinosaur" wasn't coined until the 1800's, and humans didn't have

a great understanding of them before that, advances in science and technology have allowed

us to carefully study fossils, and from these scientific studies, develop theories that

are widely accepted to be accurate.

So while it should go without saying that everyone is entitled to their opinions and

thoughts, we think it's safe to say, dinosaurs did exist.
