And today we're in China, it's Shenzhen where takes place the biggest vape expo named IECIE.
I don't know full decoding of this abbreviation, but this is the biggest, huge and global vape event in the world
It really is. I asked people who were on different vape events about the size of those expos. They answer, that size most of them is equal to 1 exhibition hall in Shenzhen
And Shenzhen has 4 exhibition halls

Okay folks, we're continuing our journey through the expo and every second booth have its own closed system. This thing is hyped right now at Shenzhen expo, so I want to pay attention to the booth that have a lot of closed system devices
This company called OVNS. They make various closed system devices, starting from classic designs like this one
I can't tell you the sizes and measure other stuff right now, but it looks nice
In my opinion, this guys have the most interesting designs at whole expo. Maybe it sounds too harsh, but these devices appearance makes you want to buy and use it
Also guys make devices like this
I can see at least 5 or 6 closed system devices. They even have the device with a button - you press the button and it works. Cartridge is removable and refillable
I already taken two devices from that company and tried one of them. And I can say it's convenient and interesting
Okay, let's see what else they got. Here we have this interesting device. It's pretty nice and compact
I think it'll be nice to use this device
Also we have this plastic card style device. I can see something slides out and pop out like so
So closed system devices market is growing in China and this company is surprised me the most

It's convenient and interesting
Overall. A lot of closed system devices is presented at this expo, but this company is pleased me the most with their design, features and the fact that these devices are refillable.

Okay, by moving forward we're get into Innokin booth. It's pretty big booth. Guys has presented a lot of new products, but they don't want to show some of them on camera. They offered to show their new box mod
This box mod is called Protone, it is powered by 2*18650 and it looks like so
It comes in a kit with this atomizer. It's a sub ohm tank
So this atty isn't interesting to us, we're much more interested in box mod itself
This is compact box mod powered by 2*18650, on the top we have a 24mm atomizers fit
On this side we have a screen and single button to control this box mod. By pressing up and down you can adjust wattage. Scrolling right and left...I don't know how exactly it works yet
Well, I hope I'll get this box mod for review and I'll be able to tell you about it in details
Over here we have Fire button, it occupies this whole side. On this side we have a designer inlay for convenient grip, this side is blank - it's just a plastic
On the bottom we have a battery door which hides 2*18650. And as I can see Innokin have issues with that door
This is pretty interesting box mod called Protone by Innokin, it will be interesting to test it. It's pretty compact, have a nice grip and it turns On like so. 1 2 3

So friends. We're at VO Tech booth. This company is cooperating with several brands and manufacture different products. I did a review on some devices that they have here, at the booth, but there is a device that I want to show you right now
If you remember, previously I made a review on this box mod. This is pretty good looking mod with its own issues, but now guys has presented new one. New device with new design, new chip and they reinforce the cover, which previously used to break. Now guys fixed it
There is 4 designs, and here's all of them - they look like so.
Let's take a closer look. Over here on the top we have a connector, on this side we have fire button, +/- buttons, the screen and MicroUSB slot
And nice design of some clown or whatever it is on the sides
But that's not the main feature of this device.This device could be disassembled, so you can buy one box mod, buy a covers and it will look completely different
It's possible due to the fact that you can remove everything from top to bottom
In the end we get this plastic frame, which holds 2*18650. It's branded, connector stays in place
So you can buy a box mod, after this you can purchase different covers
And pop them, oops sorry, on the device like so
And you have absolutely different design. Nice and easy, box mod continues working
Nice. And cool. I like non-standard design. It's always interesting and give a lot of variations

Okay, we're at Coil Art booth. You all know Coil Art. Guys has recently presented new RTA - it's dual coil with bottom airflow. This RTAs deck look like so
Here we have bottom airflow - there's dots on the bottom and on the sides. Leads is tightened by the screws, which is in juice flow slots.
Here's slots for the cotton and liquid will get to the cotton due to the free space, which will left after you screw down the top part
Fully assembled this RTA look like so. As I understand this is Gold/SS color. This is how airflow adjustment works
And, apparently, here we have top fill. Which is opens...Nope, not like that. Oh well
In top cap we have the 810 drip tip with golden ring to matchy matchy
It looks nice. I want to try it
Next. Guys also released a box mod. I guess it's for 2*18650. Let's see...It's for 2*21700 with 18650 adapters
It have standard appearance, it looks like RX. Here it have holes for cooling the chip, Fire button, +/- button, the screen and MicroUSB slot

Okay folks. We're at Rogue USA booth. You all know them. This company is on the market for the long time, they're one of the coolest dudes.
This is Rogue mechanical mod. Come closer. With new engraving. You know that guys do a good job with engravings - it looks great and it's stylish. The design of the mechanical mod and its insides hasn't changed
But they have this new RDA which is looks like so. It have several types of airflow and this engraving on the top
It have classic deck. Look, the juice well is very deep. I guess it's a brass, but maybe it isn't
It have 510 connection. On the bottom I don't see any engravings, but I guess it will be there later
Look at this nice protruding pin. Everything is made for good conductivity and cloud production
Regarding the airflow. Adjustment is working like so. If you put the top cap like so you have that airflow, other holes are blocked by the posts
You can change the holes like so. And it have wide bore for massive clouds
Top cap is removable. I don't know what format will fit in here, but it's wide
Everything is made in Rogue style and as always it is made in USA
Very stylish and cool. I can recommend it you without any doubts, because this product is time-proven on the market long ago

But it's not about their logo, they have a new device K!D - it's a compact semi-closed system. This device have a fixed battery and liquid reservoir, which can be refilled
Over here we have a little red button. It's symbolic, especially if you use Apple products, latest Apple Watch for example, which have red button as well
It's very tiny device, but it's squared. Over here we have a 510 drip tip, you can use your own. And this is how new closed system by Hotcig look like
I don't know how this cover will be holding, but it is prototype, not retail version, so I think guys will fix the cover. We'll see what it will be like, it's probably will be sent to me for a review and I'll be able to tell you about this device

And today we've reached their booth, they've presented a new kit. This kit look like so.
This is a tiny box mod, on the side we have fire button, over here we have a screen and MicroUSB slot. It's all around tiny and comfortable
Here we have +/- buttons. If we look deeper...Is it possible to open it? Nope it isn't opening - it have fixed battery. Sadly I don't know its capacity yet
The screen is look like so. And the device is so tiny and it's rounded.
It have 510 connection and it fits up to 24mm atomizers. Connector is placed in the center
If you need a small compact device - it looks pretty good. I don't know what chip it have inside, but I hope it'll be working. It have 2 other color options, besides this white one
There is Black and glossy Blue
With stripes. All colors are with stripes
Also guys have EGO type devices and closed systems. There is a lot of closed systems
It's cool when we have many different devices on the market. And UD decided to go by the path of non-rebuildableablebleblebleumumum devices. I've got trouble of pronouncing it :)

So friends. We're continuing our journey at the expo, and right now we're at Dovpo booth. Here guys has presented their new box mod named Punisher 90W. It's pretty compact box mod powered by 1*21700 with 18650 adapter
It have soft-touch coating and it fits up to 24mm atomizers
On this side we have control panel - fire button, screen, +/- and menu buttons
Screen is look like so - as you can see it have a lot of information. If we hold menu button we can browse through the menu
It's a new chip by Dovpo and it's look very nice and easy. And I might say modern, because now it have Menu button with which you can browse and adjust everything
Also you can adjust the wattage with 1W increments. It's cool
Here's the battery slot. You can insert 21700 battery, right now we have 18650 with adapter installed. New format, new standard. Battery door holds very well, it doesn't play or rattle.
Maybe it have slight gaps, but this isn't issue here. And it feels very compact
It's a tiny box mod

Welcome to SoulWorker 101.
You will quickly realize that monsters can inflict enormous damage with just a single hit.
To minimize this damage, and to increase your own strength, you can equip gear onto your character.
By pressing the "U" button, you open the Gear window.
Your weapon is on the left.
Use it to inflict massive damage.
Your equipped armor is in the middle.
They increase your defense and make you more resistant to damage.
You can equip a helmet, shoulderguards, a chest guard and leg guards.
On the right side you will find accessories like rings and an amulet.
If you feel your equipment is too weak go to a Tuning Expert and click "Upgrade".
Drag the item you want to enhance into the window and then click "Upgrade".
Remember: All items that are level 4 or higher may break when you attempt to upgrade them.
We recommend using "Anti-Destruction" items, or try your luck, but be warned!
If you want your outfit to carry more personality and you want to express your character through clothing,
you can also equip special outfits, found in the "Fashion" tab.
These clothes can be obtained throughout the game or, alternatively, you can buy them in the Item Shop.

Okay folks, we're continuing our journey through the expo and every second booth have its own closed system. This thing is hyped right now at Shenzhen expo, so I want to pay attention to the booth that have a lot of closed system devices
This company called OVNS. They make various closed system devices, starting from classic designs like this one
I can't tell you the sizes and measure other stuff right now, but it looks nice
In my opinion, this guys have the most interesting designs at whole expo. Maybe it sounds too harsh, but these devices appearance makes you want to buy and use it
Also guys make devices like this
I can see at least 5 or 6 closed system devices. They even have the device with a button - you press the button and it works. Cartridge is removable and refillable
I already taken two devices from that company and tried one of them. And I can say it's convenient and interesting
Okay, let's see what else they got. Here we have this interesting device. It's pretty nice and compact
I think it'll be nice to use this device
Also we have this plastic card style device. I can see something slides out and pop out like so
So closed system devices market is growing in China and this company is surprised me the most

Overall. A lot of closed system devices is presented at this expo, but this company is pleased me the most with their design, features and the fact that these devices are refillable.

Okay, by moving forward we're get into Innokin booth. It's pretty big booth. Guys has presented a lot of new products, but they don't want to show some of them on camera. They offered to show their new box mod
This box mod is called Protone, it is powered by 2*18650 and it looks like so
It comes in a kit with this atomizer. It's a sub ohm tank
So this atty isn't interesting to us, we're much more interested in box mod itself
This is compact box mod powered by 2*18650, on the top we have a 24mm atomizers fit
On this side we have a screen and single button to control this box mod. By pressing up and down you can adjust wattage. Scrolling right and left...I don't know how exactly it works yet
Well, I hope I'll get this box mod for review and I'll be able to tell you about it in details
Over here we have Fire button, it occupies this whole side. On this side we have a designer inlay for convenient grip, this side is blank - it's just a plastic
On the bottom we have a battery door which hides 2*18650. And as I can see Innokin have issues with that door
This is pretty interesting box mod called Protone by Innokin, it will be interesting to test it. It's pretty compact, have a nice grip and it turns On like so. 1 2 3

So friends. We're at VO Tech booth. This company is cooperating with several brands and manufacture different products. I did a review on some devices that they have here, at the booth, but there is a device that I want to show you right now
If you remember, previously I made a review on this box mod. This is pretty good looking mod with its own issues, but now guys has presented new one. New device with new design, new chip and they reinforce the cover, which previously used to break. Now guys fixed it
There is 4 designs, and here's all of them - they look like so.
Let's take a closer look. Over here on the top we have a connector, on this side we have fire button, +/- buttons, the screen and MicroUSB slot
And nice design of some clown or whatever it is on the sides
But that's not the main feature of this device.This device could be disassembled, so you can buy one box mod, buy a covers and it will look completely different
It's possible due to the fact that you can remove everything from top to bottom
In the end we get this plastic frame, which holds 2*18650. It's branded, connector stays in place
So you can buy a box mod, after this you can purchase different covers
And pop them, oops sorry, on the device like so
And you have absolutely different design. Nice and easy, box mod continues working
Nice. And cool. I like non-standard design. It's always interesting and give a lot of variations

Okay, we're at Coil Art booth. You all know Coil Art. Guys has recently presented new RTA - it's dual coil with bottom airflow. This RTAs deck look like so
Here we have bottom airflow - there's dots on the bottom and on the sides. Leads is tightened by the screws, which is in juice flow slots.
Here's slots for the cotton and liquid will get to the cotton due to the free space, which will left after you screw down the top part
Fully assembled this RTA look like so. As I understand this is Gold/SS color. This is how airflow adjustment works
And, apparently, here we have top fill. Which is opens...Nope, not like that. Oh well
In top cap we have the 810 drip tip with golden ring to matchy matchy
It looks nice. I want to try it
Next. Guys also released a box mod. I guess it's for 2*18650. Let's see...It's for 2*21700 with 18650 adapters
It have standard appearance, it looks like RX. Here it have holes for cooling the chip, Fire button, +/- button, the screen and MicroUSB slot

This is Rogue mechanical mod. Come closer. With new engraving. You know that guys do a good job with engravings - it looks great and it's stylish. The design of the mechanical mod and its insides hasn't changed
But they have this new RDA which is looks like so. It have several types of airflow and this engraving on the top
It have classic deck. Look, the juice well is very deep. I guess it's a brass, but maybe it isn't
It have 510 connection. On the bottom I don't see any engravings, but I guess it will be there later
Look at this nice protruding pin. Everything is made for good conductivity and cloud production
Regarding the airflow. Adjustment is working like so. If you put the top cap like so you have that airflow, other holes are blocked by the posts
You can change the holes like so. And it have wide bore for massive clouds
Top cap is removable. I don't know what format will fit in here, but it's wide
Everything is made in Rogue style and as always it is made in USA
Very stylish and cool. I can recommend it you without any doubts, because this product is time-proven on the market long ago

But it's not about their logo, they have a new device K!D - it's a compact semi-closed system. This device have a fixed battery and liquid reservoir, which can be refilled
Over here we have a little red button. It's symbolic, especially if you use Apple products, latest Apple Watch for example, which have red button as well
It's very tiny device, but it's squared. Over here we have a 510 drip tip, you can use your own. And this is how new closed system by Hotcig look like
I don't know how this cover will be holding, but it is prototype, not retail version, so I think guys will fix the cover. We'll see what it will be like, it's probably will be sent to me for a review and I'll be able to tell you about this device

Here we have +/- buttons. If we look deeper...Is it possible to open it? Nope it isn't opening - it have fixed battery. Sadly I don't know its capacity yet
The screen is look like so. And the device is so tiny and it's rounded.
It have 510 connection and it fits up to 24mm atomizers. Connector is placed in the center
If you need a small compact device - it looks pretty good. I don't know what chip it have inside, but I hope it'll be working. It have 2 other color options, besides this white one

With stripes. All colors are with stripes
Also guys have EGO type devices and closed systems. There is a lot of closed systems
It's cool when we have many different devices on the market. And UD decided to go by the path of non-rebuildableablebleblebleumumum devices. I've got trouble of pronouncing it :)

Screen is look like so - as you can see it have a lot of information. If we hold menu button we can browse through the menu
It's a new chip by Dovpo and it's look very nice and easy. And I might say modern, because now it have Menu button with which you can browse and adjust everything
Also you can adjust the wattage with 1W increments. It's cool
Here's the battery slot. You can insert 21700 battery, right now we have 18650 with adapter installed. New format, new standard. Battery door holds very well, it doesn't play or rattle.
Maybe it have slight gaps, but this isn't issue here. And it feels very compact
It's a tiny box mod

All right, on to today's question, which comes from a house cleaner who asks this question.
Patrice: Hello, Angela.
My name's Patrice.
I was wondering why it's so hard to start a cleaning business.
I have worked a couple homes, but I'm trying to start my own business and it's very hard
to get any customers.
Angela Brown: All right, Patrice, that's an excellent question, but why is it so hard
to get started in the house cleaning business?
Well, it's hard because you're starting something new.
Now, the truth of the matter is, you only have 24 hours in a day, so whatever you were
doing up until now you're probably still doing.
All of the requirements of your day, getting people up, getting them dressed, sending them
off to school, packing people's lunches, doing laundry, housekeeping, dishes, getting your
vitamins ready, going to doctor's appointments, none of that stuff went away.
You still have all the same stuff that you were doing anyway, but now you're just adding
a business onto it, so it is hard.
One of the tricks about this is a lot of house cleaners just think that they're going to
jump in and clean a house here and there, and they don't think of it as a business.
But because it is a business there's a lot that is required.
There's a lot of education that's required, and so you're going to end up spending a lot
of time going on the internet and watching videos, and going through training, and reading
books, and learning about accounting, and taxes, and employees, and management, and
hiring, and firing, and how to motivate employees, and how to do customer service.
There's a lot that goes in with the business, and so if you just think you're going to wake
up one day and you're going to run and go clean a house or two and that's your business,
you're sadly mistaken because that is more like a hobby or a side hustle, and it's not
really a business.
If you are thinking about starting a business be prepared for a great, big chunk of your
time that you don't have right now to give.
You're going to have to carve some time away.
You're going to have to sacrifice some things in order to make this happen.
Now, that might mean you don't watch TV anymore because in the evenings then you will be focused
on learning about your business.
It might be that during the day you don't get to go to the neighborhood socials in the
morning, Mother's Morning Out, or whatever, you're going to be running flyers.
You're going to be doing things that small business owners do in order to get your business
up and off the ground.
Now, you asked the question, where do you get customers?
Well, you get customers wherever you are.
There's a big misnomer in the business that I've got to run all these advertisements and
I've got to go out there for customers, but the reality is if you live in a house there
are probably people that live around you that need house cleaning.
My suggestion is don't go very far.
Stay as close to home as possible, and your question to everyone is, "Who do you know?"
Who do you know, who ... And you can target your market by saying ... Let's say that you're
youthful and you have a lot of energy, and you know that menopausal women do not, or
that they care less about cleaning their house or it's not as important to them.
Maybe they're busy and they have businesses of their own and it's not a priority.
You might say, "Hey, I specialize in menopausal women.
I clean house for menopausal women."
Then you can ask all your friends, "Who do you know that's going through the change in
life who has less time to spend on their house?"
They're going to be like, "Oh, that's like five of my neighbors."
Okay, you're not asking, "Which of your five neighbors needs a house cleaner?"
You're asking, "Which of your five neighbors needs more help?"
Then what happens is they start talking that.
That's weird enough that at the next neighborhood breakfast or whatever it is, they're going
to say, "Did you know that there's a house cleaner in the neighborhood that specializes
in women of a certain age?"
They're going to go, "No way.
I need her help," and they're going to need your help because it is very specific.
I know a house cleaner she specializes in garage cleaning.
That's all she does.
Now, she also cleans houses, but she goes in through the garage door.
She explains to everybody, "I clean garages," and so she gets lots of people who hire her
to clean the garage.
Then, "By the way, I do have a house cleaning business.
Who do you know who," and they're like, "Well, I do.
I have a house cleaner right now, but you did an amazing job on my garage.
How about if you come give my house a try?"
She picks up a lot of business that way.
There are also people that specialize in their church only.
There may be a church that's geographically contained to a small area.
People don't travel 45 or 50 miles to go to this church.
All the neighbors go, and so they'll say, "Oh, I specialize in the church members.
All the church members get a discount.
Who do you know that's here in the church that is looking to upgrade their life or they're
looking for some extra free time?"
Then they're like, "Oh, well, Sister So-and-so," and they recommend you to somebody there in
the church.
There are a lot of different pockets of people.
I know that we had for years a great, big network of school teachers, and so that was
our market.
What other school teachers do you know that grade papers in the evening that are looking
for a few extra hands to come in and clean their house?
They're like, "All of us," and before we knew it, we had the whole entire network of school
teachers and we offered a school discount to that particular school.
Then when one teacher moved to another school
she took us with her to that new network of teachers.
Just be as specific as possible.
Don't try to run all the ads, and do all these mailers, and all these things because if you're
just starting a business you don't need gobs of clients.
You can only clean two or three houses in a day,
and so you're looking for 10 or 20 houses.
It's not gobs of houses.
You don't need to go out and spend thousands of dollars on advertising.
It's sad for me because I know solo house cleaners, they're one person, and they'll
spend upwards of $2,000 a month on advertising.
All that tells me either your scattering your net really wide or you're not very good at
house cleaning because you're not working off of referrals.
Once you start cleaning houses and once you have happy customers, ask them all the time,
"Who do you know who," and then change your sales pitch a little bit.
Maybe you were working for menopausal women and now you're working for new moms.
What new moms do you now that are so tired with the new baby that they need an extra
set of hands?
They're like, "Oh, that's four of my neighbors."
Great.
Then they call their neighbors and say, "I know that you just got a new baby in the house.
My house cleaner specializes in new babies and new moms."
Suddenly, you have a whole new pocket of leads that you can work those leads and you haven't
done any advertising at all.
The best advertising you're going to find is your happy customer telling their neighbors
and friends about you.
You don't really want their friends unless their friends live in the neighborhood.
I don't want to go clean my friend's house who lives 20 miles away.
I want my friend who lives next door.
I want to work in my own neighborhood.
I want to work one street over.
I might go two streets over, and I might go to the neighborhood next to me, but you don't
want your commute time to be 40 and 50 minutes because you don't get paid for travel time.
That's a lot of wasted time and energy in between.
Keep it simple.
It's not hard to start a business.
You are changing your whole life because you're adding a business to it, but the reality is
if you carve out that time and you really focus and your niche market, then you're working
smart, not hard.
The hard part is getting started and being really scattered, and trying to do all things
to all people.
Just focus on a very small, small, small niche and then as that grows your business will
grow and you'll be able to hire more people and you will expand.

How does China view upcoming inter-Korean summit? - Duration: 3:09.
Let's continue our pre-inter Korean summit coverage with part three of our special reports
on the varying perspectives from the major players in the region.
Today..... we are going to focus in on China,... Pyongyang's long-time ally,... to get a clearer
idea about what Beijing's expectations are.
Shin Se-min reports.
North Korea and China have a long history together.
They share a border, and have long been business partners.
Beijing has supported North Korea even when the rest of the international community had
turned its back on Pyongyang.
However, their close relationship had appeared to weaken,... as Beijing joined hands with
the international community to squeeze Pyongyang with economic and diplomatic sanctions.
But then, a dramatic shift in tone.
"The North Korean leader's first foreign trip since taking power, was here,… to Beijing,
meeting with China's Xi Jinping.
During their encounter, Kim reportedly said he was "committed to denuclearization"
and agreed to resume the long-stalled six-party talks,… last held some decade ago.
And watchers here say the diplomatic thaw could bring about genuinely positive results."
One of those results is an expanded role for Beijing.
"The North Korean leader's surprise trip patched things up with China.
We know that Kim had briefed the Chinese President of his plan and that gesture earned the North
Korean regime the full support of China when dealing with other countries."
"With better relations between the two sides, China will be able to play a bigger role in
helping and guiding North Korea to the path of ultimate denuclearization.
What China wants is to avoid a war in the region,... something both South and North
Korea want,... as much as the international community."
And as to what needs to be done to keep up this improved sentiment in the region,...
and eventually lead to the ultimate goal of denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula, some
experts say that neighboring countries should play a bigger role.
"Both China and South Korea should proactively handle the situation.
In order to make sure North Korea doesn't revert back to its reclusive regime, countries
in the region should also prove to the North their willingness to make this work.
And South Korea reducing its joint military drills with the U.S. can be seen as one way
of doing this."
There seems to be a more amicable atmosphere in the region in the final build up to the
summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
The North's Kim Jong-un made an unprecedented, humanitarian move this week,... visiting the
Chinese tourists who were injured in a traffic accident in North Korea, while also sending
"deep condolences" to those bereaved.
And the challenge for now,... at least,... is keeping the momentum going,... toward the
end goal of lasting peace on a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula.
