in this lecture we're going to be covering off power query power query is
a powerful tool for transforming all of your data however even if your data
requires no transformation it can save you a lot of time if you have to refresh
any of your data inside your Excel workbooks the two most typical ways of
refreshing data in Excel is either copy and paste or opening your files and
repeating all of your steps by setting up your workbooks with power query
you'll be able to simply click a refresh button to update everything in your
models in Excel 2016 power query has now been built into Excel has moved to the
data tab and has been renamed to get data in Excel 2010 and Excel 2013 power
query came as a free add-in from Microsoft and is downloadable from their
site if you're using Excel 2010 or 2013 you can get a link to the Microsoft site
for the download in the lecture notes to use power query we simply come over to
get data and we can see here that we can extract data from a number of file
formats here we have an Excel workbook a number of different text file formats
databases from Facebook or from a number of other sources for this example we're
going to use a simple text file which is stored in a CSV file format we're going
to come over to our example file here employees 2017 and here we can see a
preview of our data to carry out any cleaning or transformation operations on
our data we can click the edit button but we're going to cover that off in a
separate lecture for now we're just going to go ahead and click load you can
see here that our data has automatically been added to a table for easy use our
table has been given a name employees 2017 which was the name of our file if I
want to generalize this a little bit more I could rename this so that this
table could be reused for data from different periods say employees 2016 or
employees 2018 and still have our name reference make sense throughout our
different formulas over here we the query this contains the import
specifications for getting our data into Excel the nice thing about this is that
anytime all data gets updated all I have to do is come over here and click the
refresh button and that will refresh now the things to keep in mind here are that
first of all the data is pointed to a specific file so if your file name
changes you're gonna have to update this now it's quite common in various
workflows that your files get renamed with either versions or dates attached
to them to simplify your workflow I recommend always outputting the file
with the same file name into the same location and simply adding an extra copy
of the file often to an archive folder which does contain your date for easy
reference to the different files now if you do need to change where this file is
pointed to you can come over here and click Edit this will take us to the
query editor most of these options to do with cleaning and transformation so
we'll cover that a little bit later but for now you'll notice over here that we
have some properties including the name of our query again I can adjust this to
be something a little bit more generic down here we have all the different
steps which have taken place on our data so the first one here is specifying
where our data comes from promoted headers basically means that the first
row of data contains the column names and change type adds these 1.2 ABC which
basically specifies this is a numeric number with decimal places and these are
text fields so to update the settings for our file location I can come back up
to source I can click this little cog icon here which is the settings for this
parameter and I can click browse here to change the file that I'm pointing to
after this has all been adjusted you can come over here and click OK now if this
data doesn't refresh straight away you can come over here and click refresh
preview now there's one other setting I want to talk about here and this is
sitting under the advanced editor clicking on advanced
editor will take us to a script which has been created for us one of the
settings here columns equals to 14 basically meant that when we imported
our original dataset it contained 14 columns now the problem
with this being part of our import specification is that if we have less
columns or more columns then our data is not going to import correctly it's quite
often where you have a data set and then you realize that you need to add
additional columns to it you go back at the fields now here if you ended up with
say 15 or 16 columns those would be then truncated down to 14 columns again this
was not actually a problem in power query back in Excel 2010 in Excel 2013
however in Excel 2016 Microsoft has decided to hard-code this value as part
of the script that's created to make power query more flexible and more
easily refreshable when you update the number of columns and your data sources
come over to here select columns equals 14 make sure that you also select the
comma and simply press Delete I'm gonna click done and then close and load to
exit power query now anytime our data is updated I can simply come and click the
refresh button here or the refresh button at the top here in another
lecture we're gonna cover off data cleaning and transformations using power
query however this right here is the
predominant way that I use power query because I do my data transformations
predominantly in R I think power query can be a really great way of loading
that data into Excel so that users who only have Excel are able to easily
consume and pivot that data while also being able to refresh the workbook when
the data gets updated

Rest - Living an INSPIRED life with Doc Nuzum | INSPIRED Health Formula - Duration: 4:23.
Jonathan Hunsaker: Are you getting enough rest?
Is your body getting enough rest?
Stay tuned to find out how much you need.
Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx.
Thanks again for tuning in.
Today, we're going to continue to talk about INSPIRED: The 8 Pillars of Health.
Today, we're talking about the letter R, Rest, and you hear it all the time.
Did you get enough sleep?
Are you getting enough sleep?
And one of the biggest questions is, do you really need to get sleep, and how much sleep
or rest do you need?
Let's go ask Doc Nuzum.
Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Okay, today, we're talking about rest.
Rest and recuperation are pretty interesting in that your body does its healing while you're
resting.
We have our autonomic nervous system.
That's our automatically-functioning nervous system is what that means.
Autonomic nervous system.
On one side, you have the parasympathetic aspect of the autonomic nervous system.
On the other side, you have the sympathetic aspect of the autonomic nervous system.
When you're awake, most of your functions are over here in the sympathetic nervous system,
and when you're asleep, most of your functions are over here in the parasympathetic nervous
system.
When you're in a full-blown fight or flight response, you're entirely over here in the
sympathetic nervous system.
If you don't come back out of that, you have a real hard time resting and recovering.
Coming out of that fight or flight response is extremely important for us so that we can rest.
One of the ways of enhancing that is adaptogens.
The other one is to make sure we're going to bed at the same time every day, making
your sleep a habit is extremely important.
If you don't sleep, you don't heal.
You realize if you go for six weeks on minimal sleep, meaning four hours a night of sleep,
there's over 700 things that start to go wrong with your metabolism.
There's sugar metabolism, there's thyroid metabolism, there's adrenal hormone metabolism,
there's gut metabolism, there's 700 different things that start to go awry if you're not
sleeping well at night.
So, rest is extremely important.
Think about this.
You're an athlete and you go, and you train, you go to the gym, you do all these different
things and you push yourself to the limit.
Did you know that all the gains that you make happen while you're resting?
The whole adaptation process gets finished as you sleep, and your body rebuilds itself
stronger.
After you stress it with the exercise, your body has to rebuild itself before it can be
stronger.
In that whole rebuilding process, that's where the adaptation happens, and you actually
become stronger.
So, when you're sleeping is when you get the most recovery or recuperation, but also,
we have to have down time.
Think of this.
Even God took a day off.
He created for 6 days and then he took a day off.
So, if God takes a day off, we should take a day off every once in a while, alright?
If you don't ever have down time, it causes more stress.
I recommend 8 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period.
Not everyone can stay asleep for 8 hours straight.
But making sure you get 8 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period is extremely important.
Other things, taking some down time, getting some rest where you're not sleeping, but
rest.
Take some time off.
If you work 24/7/365, eventually, if you burn the candle at both ends, the candle goes away
real quick.
So, I hope that helps you understand rest and recuperation.

Tony Robbins: DON'T DOUBT YOURSELF (Powerful Motivational Speech) - Duration: 11:09.
[Music]
and confidence is not something you have
is something you create and you can
create at any moment in time a sense of
confidence is nothing but a sense of
power within yourself a sense of
certainty that you can pull something
off and you can create that feeling
literally in a moment it's not something
that you live with there is no one that
I've ever met that no matter what
situation they're in is always confident
everybody gets knocked off kilter at
times the key is can you turn the
confidence on when you need it so you
can get the most out of yourself does
that make sense so far so you've got to
remember that feeling confident is
nothing but a state of mind and you can
change and create any state you want at
any moment in time no matter what's
going on around you you've got to
remember that any feeling you've ever
had in your body whether it be fear
anxiety concern depression frustration
or ecstasy power unstoppable 'ti
confidence success those emotions any
emotion you feel comes from the way you
use your physical body the only way you
can feel anything is by the way you move
the way you breathe your facial
expressions so if you're not feeling
confident you don't have to
intellectually try and pump yourself up
because it doesn't always work
I'm sure you've tried it time to go well
I need to be confident I know I should
be confident but you're still not there
let me tell you the quickest way to get
confident is to change your physiology
radically emotion is created by motion
the way you move your body physically
the way you breathe your facial
expressions instantly affects your
emotional state the way you feel and the
way you think so if you need confidence
you must move in a confident way you
must literally put yourself at level 10
or above if you're confident enough you
can develop the competence but if you're
competent and you don't have confidence
you'll never succeed
there are many competent people who
could accomplish incredible results but
they're missing the confidence am I
suggesting to you to be foolhardy no
what I'm suggesting to you is learn how
to turn on the confidence rapidly use
enough of it to learn what you need to
know to be competent in effect
and produce the results but you'd be
surprised how much more you know then
you realize if you really get yourself
in the right state of mind does that
make sense
try it try moving your body in a
confident way stand the way you be
standing if you felt unstoppably
confident breathe the way be breathing
if you felt unstoppably confident really
go for it put the kind of expression on
your face that you have if you are
unstoppably confident and make some
gestures actually move your hands out
with some powers if you're trying to
make a point with real power and what
you know that what you're gonna say is
gonna be effective and just notice how
that feels
say something say yes and the tone of
voice is somebody who is totally
confident don't lose yes with some power
and just feel that feels in your body
get a sense of it turn on more intensity
than you would normally use when another
person just feel it in your body so you
feel what it's like you want to be able
to turn it on just by turning your body
on this is critical with this is a power
you can go from being afraid to strong
in a matter of moments
now try something really stupid and
silly using your physical body
effectively can put you in a state of
confidence no matter what was happening
around you no matter how intense the
situation no matter how scary no matter
how difficult you always have that
resource
don't ever say to yourself again what
good food is break out of that jail if
you don't feel like you have confidence
create it right now it's not a thing
that somebody gave you years ago it's
not something you missed out on it's
something you create by the way speak by
the way you move by the way you gesture
control your mental focus remember what
you focus on is going to determine how
you feel so if you focus constantly on
how things might not work out and you
look it in your brain all the
possibilities of well what if this
doesn't work or what if that doesn't
happen about your mental focus of course
you're gonna lack confidence
remember we experience whatever we focus
on so if you're focusing on how things
won't work you're gonna feel the pain
that you associate to that you're gonna
create a tremendous amount of doubt and
then it usually becomes a
self-fulfilling prophecy you don't get
what you want but when you expect and
focus on one result you say this is what
it is I'm going to accomplish this I
expect it immediately your level
self-confidence goes up and you feel
active immediately because your brain
says hey if I do this I can get some
pleasure in my life does that make sense
that's the process we're talking about
we must control our focus and one way to
do it of course is to control our focus
by controlling the questions we ask
ourselves invariably people who have a
lot of doubt ask questions are creative
if you walk around in life believing
that the only way you can feel confident
is if you've already accomplished
something you got a problem you're
limiting yourself to the number of
things you can ever feel confident about
and succeed in other words some people
say well how can I be confident when
I've never done it before
listen I feel confident all kinds of
things I've never done before you say
well that's because you're a screwed up
well that's not why it is it's because I
come from a belief system that says this
that if I can imagine it I can achieve
it so if I can even imagine it I know I
can achieve it and that allows me to be
confident plus I have a belief system
that says if I'm committed there's
always a way to make it work and no
matter how tough the situation is if I
don't know how to make it work somebody
else does and I can get their help so I
come from that place and that allows me
to be confident I know I can get help I
know if I'm committed there's a way to
do it and I know that anything in the
past I've really been able to imagine
accomplishing and finding a role model
for I can't accomplish
hey listen everything you do now you
once weren't good at everything you do
now there was a time when you had not
done it why wait to get confident
besides that I know I can be confident
about what I'm about to begin because I
know look if it doesn't work out I'll
learn something and that makes me feel
confident because of that learning will
allow me to be better in the future
in other words set yourself up to be
able to be confident again I'm not
suggesting me foolhardy I'm just telling
you how to turn confidence on when you
need it and most the time you do need it
what's the potential of any human being
I personally believe it absolutely is
unlimited none of us even come close to
scratching are real potential there are
a lot of people who go out there and
take a lot of action and still get lousy
results why action by itself is great
but it is not
enough success starts with our beliefs
that is the core of your performance
think about it see the potential is
there but if for some reason you start
out with some learning beliefs like well
I don't have that much self-confidence
anyway or I don't have the background or
I've never done this before so I
probably won't succeed anyway if you
have that belief are you likely to tap a
lot of your potential highly unlikely
now if you don't think you're gonna
succeed you're not using much potential
are you likely to take massive action
hardly now when you tap a little bit of
potential and you only take a little bit
of action what kind of results do you
get a little bit of results if any now
what does that do to your brain and your
beliefs your brain goes see I told you
so now you have this reinforcing belief
matter because it points back to that
experience so what happens you have even
less belief you have even less potential
you take even less action if that's
possible you get even worse results and
now you're truly locked into the
downward spiral to the point where now
you start looking and how can you do the
very least to get by that's called death
rattle to personal success the opposite
is also true too sometimes people have
an experience in life or for some reason
they get a result or something happens
and they begin to absolutely believe not
just hope but know that they can
accomplish something when that happens
whether it because you changed your body
or you had a new experience you're gonna
tap a lot more potential when you know
you're gonna succeed aren't you and
therefore you're gonna probably take a
lot more action knowing you're gonna
succeed you're inspired you're gonna go
for it when you take a lot of action and
use a lot of your potential what kind of
results you get usually great results
when you get great results what does
that need your belief your brain goes
boom see I told you you would succeed
and sure enough now your beliefs are
even stronger so what do you do you tap
even more potential you take massive
action and you get even greater results
what happens you believes even stronger
and now you're in that success cycle
you're in that place where you literally
have momentum that drives you to a whole
new level
that's how beliefs are formed you might
say well how can I get results though
what do I do if I'm on the downward
spiral well you don't change your
potential that's always there you don't
just take action although that's a great
first step you've got to change your
beliefs and that one of the easiest ways
to do that is change your results in
advance if you want to succeed you need
to rehearse over and over succeeding
until it's so real for you your brain
begins to believe it now you'll tap or
potential you'll take better action in
real life you'll get better results
then it'll reinforce your belief and now
you're off and running does this make
sense this is the way to create lifelong
unstoppable self-confidence if you
really want to be confident know what
causes people to lack in it focusing too
much on yourself and not enough on other
people will guarantee that you'll lack
confidence what do I mean I mean some
people like confidence because they pick
themselves apart they spend all day
every day
analyzing themselves why did I do this
why don't I do that how come I never
accomplish these things they asked lousy
questions they get lousy answers and
they create a tremendous amount of
self-doubt you wanna have more
confidence stop analyzing yourself so
much and focus on other people how you
can contribute to them and as you start
giving better people you'll feel more
confident about what you can even do for
yourself that makes sense and finally
this you can feel confident if all you
do is remember some of the things you've
accomplished in your life you are a
successful competent person you've done
a lot of things in your life extremely
well no matter who you are what your
background is there are things in this
world that you are really good at things
you've really accomplished in your life
that you've got to be proud of every
human being I meet I know is my superior
because I know all of us in life have
focused our attention on various things
and whatever you focused on a lot you're
good at
and every human being I meet in my life
I know that I'm superior to in some way
as well that makes me feel confident as
well knowing I can learn from other
people and that I can give too so in
order to help yourself really have
reasons to feel confident not just put
yourself in state but to feel like you
got reasons all you've got to do is
manage your memories better pull out
some of your memories of tough
situations in your life well you didn't
think you could pull it off but you
turned it around you have some of those
don't you situations when you thought I
could never figure a way to pull this
off and yet you did you need to remember
more of those and lessen the times and
you felt overwhelmed pull out of your
memory files some of the references that
can show you that you deserve to be
confident that you're competent and
confident that you can make things
happen even in the toughest of times and
use those examples to remind yourself in
the future that whatever's going on you
can find a way

Maybe You Don't Actually Need an App - Duration: 5:07.
Hey, this is the Daily Overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps!
Now today, I wanna talk about how maybe you don't actually need an app!
Ok, so a lot of times that I'm talking with prospective clients, so they call up and we
talk about their app idea or the things they wanna do for their company or for themselves,
I end up in this situation where I have to tell them that it's not an app what they need,
they probably need a website instead.
So an example would be, let's say a gardening company.
I've never done anything for a gardening company so I'm not under NDA on this - dude, I've
signed so many NDA's, sometimes I feel like I should be in the witness relocation program.
So let's say it's a gardening company, so they'll say "I have a gardening company and
I want people to go in there and see the different types of gardening we could do.
And they select it, and then they contact us and we come to their house and we do the
gardening."
perfect.
And I say "Well, how often will they need to do this?", and they say "well just once".
Then I'll say "actually you know what?
I think this probably should be a website rather than an app".
Which you would expect, right?
If it was you, you'd think it was something that they're only gonna use once, it doesn't
make sense for someone to download the application, use the app once, and then uninstall it later,
or leave it on their phone taking up space if it's only a one time thing they need to
do.
But, you wouldn't believe the amount of disappointment I hear in people's voices when I tell them
that, I just don't get it!
They'll say "yeah but you know, the thing is, a lot of people use mobile apps now and
apps are the future", I hear this all the time.
By the way, if anyone in the conversation between me and the client should be saying
apps are the future, it should be me!
I'm the person that's selling it!
But I'll say "you know what?
I get what you're saying here, but people won't be using it that often, it's a lot to
get them to download, you have to convince them to download the app, use it one time,
and then they keep it, but if they're not gonna use it again there's not really a use
for it, right?"
An app and a website are two completely different things.
My criteria, and I know everyone has different criteria, and PWA's - progressive web apps
- are blurring the lines here a lot, but for me if you're only gonna use it once or twice
then it's not worth installing as an application.
Like online shops - I've never installed an app for an online shop.
I've just never seen the purpose of it but I know there's a lot of them out there, I
know that a lot of clients contact us with that kind of stuff.
So eventually, so when I try to say it should be a website and not an app, and they say
"no, we really want it to be an app because apps are the future", and then I'll say "well,
we'll compromise, how about we do a web front end and an app companion, a companion app,
so you have both one single API, the logic will be in the API", and they'll say "yeeeeah,
if there's time we'll do the website too", and I think "fine.
Ok".
It's really hard, especially when business is slow.
When business is slow and somebody calls up and you need the work and they tell you something
and you go "I don't think this is what you need", or whatever, it makes things really
hard.
So, the lines between apps and websites are, for a lot of people, are blurred.
You guys are developers so you know the difference, you know that an app is an app.
An app does something, an app is not just a bit of marketing material.
A lot of people think, take your website and make it into an app.
I've never seen the purpose of that.
It's hard enough to get people to download your app when it's useful, let alone when
it's just a bit of marketing material.
A lot of times apple will reject that kind of stuff because it doesn't have any practical
value.
So anyway, if you guys do client work, do you ever find this?
Do you find this with, you know, sometimes people call you up and they tell you about
their app and you're like hmmm, I think it should be a website!
I don't see a reason for this to be something on the app store but ultimately they decide.
I could be talked into it.
If it's something they really want, I'd rather we did it better than them taking it to somebody
else who takes all their money and says "no, that's a fantastic idea, we'll do it for you".
I'd rather we do it in a way that we have an API that can later on be converted, so
we have a web front and we're using something like angular, or a nice web-fronted framework
and we can just mix them all together.
For those of you guys who've done client work, do you have this kind of problem too?
I'd be really interested to know.
It just seems to happen so often to me, so anyway, let me say it again - thanks for subscribing
and liking the videos!
That's it for today, I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!

[Eng] FGO - Achilles My Room Lines Translation - Duration: 13:22.
You drew a great Servant!
Anyway, I'm the Rider-class Servant, Achilles
Yeah, yeah, the Heroic Spirit well-known for having his heel as his weak point
Well, to catch a hold of my heel is not something just anyone could do!
The name, "mankind's fastest legs", is not just for show, you know?
Hey, Master
Even if you stay cooped inside, what will that solve?
Come! Let's depart
Even when I was alive, I had a hard time dealing with superiors like kings...
It does not fit my nature
Naturally, the enemy's the same, I just can not deal with them
Well, you can use me as you please...but if it's something I don't want to do, I'll refuse, you know?
If you want me to do it no matter what...you'll have to use a Command Spell
(Chiron) Geh...so Teacher is here
A, ah...No, um, if he's ally then it's fine
Ya, It's just that we fought once
That guy gave me a thorough beating, determined to break my joints...
Just remembering it is enough to give me nightmares
(Heracles) Oh, it's Hercules
It's alright, he's an ally, he's an ally, he's an ally...!
No, but, I would like to try fighting him once, is that no good?
So I can't...
Tch
(Atalanta) It's Sis Atalanta...
What, how nice
She's laughing now
That's more than enough for me
Master... You have my thanks
(Penthesilea ) Aaah, Penthesilea is here too, huh
Hm, 「I'd be fine with getting killed by her to apologize」 is what I was thinking...
But since I won't be able to protect Master in that case, it's no good
I'm a Servant now...
My bad, but if you're my opponent, I'll kill you again
If you are my ally, then...I'll leave my back to you
(Hector) Hektor, huh...
Well, if we are allies then it's fine
Since facing him as an enemy is troublesome
When it comes to me, he's not playing around...
That hurt!
Hektooor! You bastard, you threw a rock at me!
Okay, let's have a one-on-one once more!
Don't run away! I discarded the spear!!
There aren't many things I like more than combat
Alcohol, women and wealth are all just accessories for a fight
I don't like being told what to do...
Let me do as I like
The Holy Grail, huh~
Well, if you ask whether I want it or not then I'll have to say I do want it, but I'm not really fixated on it
Looks like there is something going on
What should we do?
What's wrong, Master?
Do you have some business with me?
Sheesh, what a friendly guy you are
.....hahahahahahaha!
Well, your instructions are as challenging and rewarding as possible
Alright, what's next?
Master, huh...
Well, how do I say it, it's that...
I'm grateful for everything
Thanks
If it's for you, I wouldn't mind throwing away my life
Oh... My Master
I am the one who swore allegiance to you
During my life or after death, I never thought I could leave my back to someone who's not even a warrior to such an extent...
To think being trusted as someone dependable would feel this wonderful
Anyway, I'll be in your care from now on too
That great runner youngster...
Well, it doesn't seem like there will be a need to kill each other this time
I have high expectations for those feet
I ought to be grateful for what you did that time
You're cheeky just like a child
Do you want to get bitten next time?
Achilles...
So that insensitive hero is here
He's different from Shakespeare in a sense, but he too has a side that brings nothing but trouble
Unconsciously, that is
Just like I thought, this guy's the most comfortable for me
I'm not good at putting together armor
I feel a little sorry for Mother
That's it, that's it
Thanks
Oho...this thing is pretty nice
It's a wonder how it doesn't hinder movement, I don't get it
It is nothing but conspicuous on the battlefield...
In the first place, heroes are supposed to stand out more than anyone else and get killed for it
Well, killing each other while covered in armour does seem weird to me!
Well then, Master
Now that you've raised me to this extent, take responsibility, okay?
If it's you, I believe you can bring out my full-powered sprint
In a long life, the time you spend with me will be like a blink of an eye...
Why don't we run together, huh
Now, get on, get on!
Oh, this is a pleasant feeling, isn't it
Now then...
For you to stand before me, does that mean you want to be defeated?
Alright, fate has been bound
Let's kill each other...Shall we!?
I'm ready
I'll crush you!
Ouh!
Leave it to me!
Let's go
Alright, I'll scatter you thoroughly!
Serya!
Haa!
Toh!
Too slow!
You're too soft
Here's my real speed
*whistles*
Come, try standing in my way!
My chariot is like a star, mercilessly crushing you as it runs you over!
It's already too late!
Troias Tragōidia (Immortal Chariot of Storms and Raging Waves)
Xanthos, Balius, Pedasos, let's go!
Let's speed ahead by risking our lives
My life is like that of a falling star!
Troias Tragōidia (Immortal Chariot of Storms and Raging Waves)
Hahhaー!
Guoooooooh!
Guh!
I'm beaten...
It has been a while since my last loss
My bad, Master
So this is as far as I go...
Sorry, Master
Be safe...
Geez, this's why I told you
We[1] spent half of our lifetime doing nothing but fighting, you know
Nah, you're pretty strong yourself
If fate allows it, let's fight again

Winter in Prostokvashino | Russian Language - Duration: 15:44.
-Well, well. Well, well. -Yes!
- What is going on? - Yes.
- The end of the 20th century is near... - Yes!
While we have only one pair of valenki for two. Just like at the days of Yore.
Yes!
-How did that happen? Do you not have any finds?
Meaning, you don't have enough money?
We have enough funds, we don't have enough intelligence.
I told this hunter- get yourself valenki. And what did he do?
What did he do?
He's gone and got himself a pair of sneakers. They're cuter, he says.
He did it without thinking.
In the winter, what's our national countryside clothing?
Valenki, warm pants, sheepskin coat, and a fur hat.
Nobody wear sneakers in the winter, even students.
-Dummy, he's a dummy -Well, tell him that
Open his eyes, so he can be enlightened.
I can't, we are not talking for 2 days already.
Not two- three!
- That's not a problem, you can send him a telegram, or a letter. That's why you have mail service.
What you can't say you put in writing.
What form do you prefer? An ordinary one or a congratulatory one?
Ordinary, ordinary! Why would I spoil him?
- He doesn't want to spoil me! I don't need anything from you!
- I don't have ordinary ones, only congratulatory.
- See, again unpredictable expanses. Well, give me your thing, congratulatory.
Sharik, you're a dummy.
That's incorrect!
If the form is congratulatory, you need to congratulate the receiver.
Well, okay okay.
Congratulations, Sharik. You're a dummy! What should I say further?
- Typically, they are talking about weather. -Weather? Our weather is good.
This is what you call "good"?
There's a storm blowing for 2 days, woof! Has stormed the entire hunting down!
And you, dear Dog, be quiet!
When you'll be writing your response, you'll talk about your weather.
I won't be responding to him!
I will throw this rake at him, so he won't be calling names!
-Why throw it, when there's mailing service? We will pack it and give it to Cat.
It's going to be a parcel now.
You were sent a rack through a parcel, they wanted to throw it at you.
-What, what, what, what? For that I will throw an iron at him!
Hold on a minute!
More than a kilo now, it's going to be a package.
We'll mail it in a moment.
And if you want to roll a barrel at him,
it's a container shipment.
Trans-agency of countryside deals with that.
I am so annoyed by this all.
Our apartment reminds of a TV programm
It's called "What? Where? When?"
And why so?
- You never know, what is thrown where, and when it will all end.
All also, from your gasoline all of my flowers have withered.
They didn't wither from gasoline.
Flowers typically wither in those home, where the atmosphere is too strict.
But ours is too silly.
You and Uncle Fedor play ping-pong and chess.
And bought this "Zaporozhets" old and corroded.
I don't even know anymore, what else you need.
- We have discussed it and decided
Mhm.
- That we absolutely need to get the second child from somewhere.
Mhm!
To take down strictness and anger.
Oh! Never!
- And for New Years we want to go to Prostokvashino.
- If you so desire, go to your Prostokvashino as much as you want.
But I can't, I have a performance at the New Year's "Blue Light" TV show.
Hop on the last train, and come to us.
I definitely love nature,
but not that much
for me to hop on trains with a concert costume.
-That's right! It's very cold now in Prostokvashino.
You need a concert coat and concert valenki there.
- Oh, I wonder how are my Sharik and Matroskin..
- Department of Communications, Prostokvashino sector.
Talking letter.
It's the first time I ever receive such thing. I wonder, what's in there?
- It's me postman Pechkin, I got a magazin "Murzilka"!
- Sharik and Matroskin start to divide their belongings.
P-R-D (period)
- Will soon start to saw down the furnace. -C-M-M (comma)
- And the the hut. - P-R-D
-Postman Pechkin - P-R-D
Wow, it's good that you came. I need to send an urgent telegram to Sharik.
-Please, fill out this form. - Sharpie
Uncle Fedor will soon arrive. Period.
Hurry and get my valenki and go to the forest and get a Christmas Tree.
14 words and shipment. It will be 50 kopeks.
Dear Sharik!
You have got a telegram. Will you respond?
- I won't, I don't have money. - Well, search in your pockets.
-Ha-ha-ha! I don't even have pockets. I will draw him an answer.
- Well, and what is it? What kind of folk art is it?
- This an Indian national hut. It's call "finger to you" (wigwam, wordplay)
- That's crazy! We found him, almost, in the trash.
Washed him, cleaned him well. And he's showing us fingers!
Oh, would be better if Uncle Fedor found a turtle in a box instead of you.
Really? I feel bad to shop down Christmas Trees!
If everyone will start doing that for New Years,
We will have stomps instead of a forest.
It's only good for grandmas, when there're only stomps in the forest.
And why so?
- Why so? Dumb! You can sit on them!
And what will happen to birds and rabbits? Did you think about them?
Look at him, thinking about rabbits. Who will think about us?
Admiral Ivan Fedorovich Kruzenshtern?
- Let me wonder with a purpose of professional development.
Who will be this Ivan Fedorovich Kruzenshtern?
I don't know, only that it was a name of a ship, on which my grandma would travel.
Ha-ha! He probably wasn't like you!
He was a good person, since they they called a ship in his honor.
He wouldn't chop trees down, unlike someone...
It will be New Year soon, the bell is already ringing.
- To me it seems like it's not the bell, but someone is kicking the door.
- Yes? Come in! - Hello! Guess, who I am.
- Admiral Ivan Fedorovich Kruzenshtern, a man and a ship.
-Oh, you've lost your mind - Who's there, Who's there?
- This is me postman Pechkin, I brought a magazin "Murzilka"
- Hurray! Happy upcoming New Year. And... where's Uncle Fedor?
- He's in the car, we can't get through, the road is covered in snow!
- Well, I heard of riding dogs
But a riding cat- that's too much!
- Have you heard of a riding postman? - It's nothing!
Our road are so bad in winter...
that's you can meet a riding scientist. Saw it myself!
-Hold up, hold up!
The car got out of the pit. I can go further myself.
(Song) And more and more I notice, that it looks like someone took my place.
I am not dreaming of seas. A TV replaced the nature for me.
What happen yesterday, I need to forget starting tomorrow, starting tomorrow.
Not neighbours, not friends, nobody can recognize me.
- You have got a weird setting table, going in circles.
-It's not a table, but everything got a spider web on it.
Every pot has that "table", on a furnace even.
Since they weren't talking.
- But we've already resolved everything, when we were pushing Uncle Fedor out of the snow.
Because, a collective labor, for my good, it unites.
Matroskin!
- I am glad that everything ended well, Happy New Year to you!
- You won't be celebrating it with us?
No, and don't try to convince me. In our days, the main entry at the table is what?
- Flowers? - Bones!
A TV! But yours is only showing a spider web. I will go to my place.
- Don't leave! We will fix our TV for sure.
Since, they will show our mom on a "Blue Light" show.
We'll definitely fix it!
And there's a beautiful Christmas Tree in the backyard. Real and alive. Let's dress it up!
Yay! Let's do it. But we don't have any toys. Nothing to dress up with.
What do you mean nothing? We have a lot of ancient things in the attic.
Let's dress it up with those!
Can I have your undivided attention? Please make
smart faces- I open a photo-hunt on you.
What's the news there in Moscow?
- Me and dad decided to get a second child
Oh wow, people used to get coats and cars,
but now they started to get children.
What a moment!
on TV, some guy with bug moustache has gifted your mom flowers.
- I would twist out this big-ear guy's ears.
- I will show you this guy. Here he is!
Here, this insidious dude with a normal appearance.
Oh, hahaha! It's not a dude at all!
It's a manager of mom's activity.
Oh, now our mom will sing.
- But it's all in vein. Your TV doesn't have any sound.
So bad that we don't hear our mom.
She was getting ready for this show for half a year.
Oh wow!
They show your mom here and there. How far the technology has gone.
- It's not technology, it's me who's gone here, by skies.
But a concert was recorded on tape.
Hurray! Our mom has come!

for fear of being called racist,
back off.
Thank you for your listening.
At UCLA, she was allowed to give her
"Blue Lives matter" speech,
and many in the audience
applauded.
They did let you finish your speech.
And then they stormed the stage.
Black lives, they matter here!
Black lives, they matter here!
First they just shouted,
drowning out any possible questions.
Black lives, they matter here!
Black lives, they matter here!
It has a party atmosphere.
Some kids are smiling as they're
turning the camera around and taping each other.
Black lives, they matter here!
Now it's almost an expectation
that if you're a minority student on campus,
you're there to protest.
Eventually the protesters took over the stage.
From UCLA, Mac Donald went to Claremont College.
There, she was met with posters saying:
Shut Down Anti-Black Fascist Heather Mac Donald!
This is preposterous.
I have spent enormous amount of time in high crime,
minority neighborhoods talking to the
good people there who are desperate for more police,
who have a right to expect the same
freedom from fear
as people in safer neighborhoods take for granted.
My agenda is to try to give voice to these people.
To say that I'm Anti-Black is ridiculous.
Nevertheless, activists formed a blockade
in front of the lecture hall.
Black lives matter!
They prevented anybody that had planned to hear me
from entering.
Joining us tonight is Heather Mac Donald,
Strangely, Mac Donald's student host
proceeded as if the hall were full of students.
But it's just the two of you in the room.
It was quite odd.
Mac Donald's speech to the empty room
was recorded for the internet, but no students
could ask questions
because they couldn't get past this protest.
Shut it down, shut it down, shut it down!
There's a school newspaper reporter
going around with a camera
trying to get opinions
from people
and
instead of expressing their viewpoint,
they put their hand in front of
his camera.
I'm with the Claremont Independent,
and I'm wondering if you might be willing to just
tell me anything at all.
I'm with the.. ok, alright.
The people exercising what is clearly
historically fascist behavior, which is in the case of
the Berkeley riots,
vandalizing, breaking glass, setting fires,
beating people up,
that they go under the moniker anti-fascist.
Yeah, they call you a fascist.
They called me a fascist.
I have not tried to silence anybody.
The atmosphere is one of academic freedom.
Ronald Reagan once called Claremont a place that
fostered discussion and debate.
Learn to deal with controversy in both politics
and economics.
No more, says Mac Donald in this City Journal article
titled From Culture to Cupcakes.
College once promoted an understanding
of Western culture.
Today, there is an enormous bureaucratic infrastructure
dedicated to teaching students that they're victims.
She calls that the Diversity Bureaucracy.
What do you mean Diversity Bureaucracy?
UCLA has a Vice Chancellor
for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
That Vice Chancellor makes
$445,000 dollars a year.
The Berkeley Division of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
has a $20 million dollar budget.
Our biases disproportionately benefit certain groups
and harm others.
There's a co-dependency between
the exploding diversity bureaucracy
and these narcissistic, delusional students
who act out little psycho dramas of oppression
before an appreciative
audience of diversity bureaucrats.
Psycho dramas of oppression?
Absolutely, these students...
They think they're oppressed.
They think they're oppressed.
Do we believe in objective reality?
Is anybody allowed to say that they are not oppressed?
Shut it down!
Shut it down!
Shut it down!
They sincerely, I think, believe
this is a racist society,
there's the history of racism in America,
that it's stacked against them by us white people.
But I take issue
with the unthinking charge that we remain racist today.
But we white people run Western society.
We have a head start.
We have the most money.
It's not fair.
Develop some sense of perspective.
You have at your fingertips,
every book that has ever been written,
you're surrounded by a beautiful campus.
These students,
who are among the most privileged human beings
in human history,
to be at an American college with educational resources
available to them, that the Renaissance Humanists
would have killed for,
actually think of themselves as victims.
And that, to me, is a very sad state of delusion.

Rhino 3D CAD Technique #14: Pipe surface Study in Rhino 6 (2018) - Duration: 17:15.
Hello everyone, starting with the Rhino 6 Autodesk
t-Spline is no longer available for Rhino, so in the old time, this kind of really
smooth surface it's really easy to achieve in the t-spline in the Rhino
We can still make it happen. It just take a few more steps. Today, I'm going to show
you from this step, from red color, getting into the purple color. Welcome
back to PJ Chen Design channel. This channel is to share Rhino 3D
knowledge to help students and 3d model professionals to learn various Rhino
techniques. Are you ready? let's get started.
when we have a model something
like that, the intersection look really harsh. If we look at the render view, you
can see there's a fold line there. In order to make them smoother, one
way that you can do is to give the fillet edge on all
four edges, but before we do that we need to make sure they are intersect. So
what I'm going to do is using the trim tool. it's going to use this as
a cutting tool. And then we want to cut somewhere intersected, so we're gonna trim
where on the other side, so it will no longer see from this view. Okay
and then we hit ENTER, we hit ENTER again to bring back to previous command, and
this time we're gonna use those two (shape) and to trim off where is the intersected so
we're gonna trim off here, and trim off here. so on the bottom they are for
different part but one you can hit enter and select all of them and join them
together all right so one of the way to make it look a little bit rounded on
those edges we are going to use the fillet tool. Right here going to the
solid tool that you will have this "fillet edge" and
You are going to use a radius for 2, so select all the edges for radius for 2
and then you hit ENTER then you will get something like this it's not too bad
let's take a look on the render view. It's not too bad, but instead of
one line you become two lines. but you still get to some sort of the edge there.
The way I'm going to show you is take a few more steps. Let's turn on the final
result here. It takes few more steps to get that but what is good is like you
have really rounded edges. All the way from this edge to the other edge, okay
so I'm going to delete this guy and starting from the scratch. Let's start
building this structure I'm going to use the rectangular tool and turn on my
Grid Snap and counting about 4 (units) form each side
so 4 from the left, 4 from the right, and coming down here with the same
distance. Okay so that's one. And then I was just using the Gumball to rotate.
Holding my SHIFT (key) and hit the ALT key and then you'll see the "+" sign and that's
how we make a copy. Okay so I select all of them and trim somewhere in the middle
okay hit ENTER so you got that cross there we are going to use the same
radius as simple. So let's go to the fillet the curve and let's set the
radius for 2, and we want to click all those edges so there will be 2 over
there. Alright so now we have all of these, I'm going to create the
arc which is the half round shape. it's kind of snapping right here and then
going from the this point to this point. Alright so I have an arc
there and I'm going to copy that one's moving from this end point to that end
point. Okay, so now what I like to do is creating the surface, so that's going to
the surface "extruded curve straight" and let's
extruded this curve from this point to the end point, where the radius ended.
Let's do the other side starting from the end point to the end point. Alright,
so now we have 2 (shapes), instead of doing everything over again. I'll go to the top
view rotating 90 degree, hold my SHIFT key and hit the ALT key, so now I have
those copy. So the key is how are we going to make everything in between
I'm going to divide the center model
into the four parts. Let's go to make a straight line, and this is the
guideline for how the surface is going to flow, and so we are going to make
another line here. And then I'm gonna pick up those two lines and have
them split each others, so let's pick up this line, and split with this one, so you
got that one split. We are going to do one more time, we'll pick up this line
split by this line. so we have those two straight lines. I'm going to put it into
the green color, so it's easier to tell. Okay, other lines we will need is
the edge here, and here. Okay so I'm going to use the command-
it's called duplicate edge (DUPEDGE) and I'm duplicate this edge and this edge, okay
and then they will be split by those two green lines so now I have this like
quarter of the circle they will be sending to the green layer
as well. I also need the bottom one instead of trimming I'm just gonna
explode it. Now, they are right there in the green layer as well. So let me turn
off the rest of the layers. it's easier for you to see this, the green layer.
Okay so for the green layer we need to creating the surface in between.
There are few things we can think about it how to create this one. First of all, we can
create it by join those back together, and using sweep 2, so there will be
rail1, rail2, from here. Let's take a look how it will look. so sweep 2,
rail1, rail2, from here to here, and then
very quickly you kind of notice there is a line in the middle. even though the
starting point is rounded but because the end you have that point so that's
why you get this pointed surface there. Let's see the render view, so it's easier
to see. So sweep2 in this way it definitely not gonna work. Alright.
so we're gonna delete this and think about other way, if the corn is the point
it's gonna be the problem what about we don't want that point. So I'm
gonna create an arc. It's going to snapping into this endpoint and also
snapping into this endpoint, and then I want to move the arc the third point
to the end of that point, so that will be really symmetrical in this view. Now we
want to check from the side view that the arc that we draw is completely flat
on the top. because we don't want it to bump, right? so let's take a look if
this way will work we still want to use the sweep2. Rail 1, Rail 2, you go
from the bottom to the top it should be fine right, so now we are looking at this
this is really really nice we're gonna click OK
so we got a really nice surface right there now the question is how we're
gonna do the middle part, before we do that let's take a look if is anything
stick it out on the top? it's nothing stick out, so we're going to do is to
use the rotate tool, and hit "0" as center, and I'm going to make sure on the
command bar that "copy= yes" okay, and holding my SHIFT, click 1,2,3 and
4, alright, so now they are connected right this way
all right that's turn on the blue layer and make sure that they flow really nice
okay let's take a look on the render view all right so now this seems to look
really nice but look I still can see the line over there. So that means
this doesn't blend with this way. if we take a look on the "analyze" and then we go
into the "surface", and then you can have "zebra", so you pick up this surface
this, this, and then you hit "zebra" and you kind of see they are little bit off.
right there. okay, so what is the other way we can work with this surface to make it
blend a little bit better, Alright so I'm going to go back to my green and
then go back with the steps. Alright so this is one of the curve
there and actually I'm going to mirror to the other side and just for the
comparison. Okay and then we're gonna delete this one. We were using this and
this as our rail I'm going to put into the red color. Alright, so those two are
the rails. What if we reverse and see what happened. We're gonna use the green one
as a rail so that's going to the surface- Sweep2, you go here and here and starting
from here end it there. Okay so let's take a look almost identical right there
but that's turned on our layer over there
and let's do a comparison. Before we do that let's hide all the curves and you
hide them. okay so let's take a look on those and see if they are better. Okay so
going to the Surface- Analyze surface- Zebra, and let's pick up all this
this surface let's take a look on it. it seems it match much better it's
because the beginning and the end (curves) share with the same curve (from surface) okay and compare
with this one you can see it is off a little bit, and let's also take a look on
the render view. Alright so this is the one that we just made, as you can see is
get as much smoother at this point and this one you will see a line okay so
even though you are using the Sweep2 on both of the surfaces, because the
way you pick on the rails, and it indicates where the direction it goes. It actually
make a huge difference. Okay so I'm going to delete the old one and we are going
to stay with the new one. okay now let's go to the top view
we're gonna do the same thing. We gonna go into a rotate hit on "0" holding the
SHIFT (key) make sure "copy=yes" and let's go this way
alright so now we have all of these, you might see a little bit of line over
lapping because I intended to make my curve a little bit thicker, so you will
see better. Alright, they actually are just match. Now the surface we
can use is the command is right here "surface from 2,3,4 edges"
so I'm gonna pick up 1,2,3,4 (edges) and it will create surface. So let's
take a look on the render view again so that's the render view it doesn't look
too good at the center because the surface we create is from two three four
edges and you kind of see this a tiny break there. so it doesn't look good
We're gonna go back and re-evaluate the surface that we make. We're gonna delete
this one, and we're gonna call out the curve that we made. So right here let's
go ahead to staying with the green one. so the green one that we had this curve
and we also have this curve. Alright, so notice that the sweeping the in
different direction does make the surface like tiny different, but does
show in the render. In this case I'm going to try Sweep2 again so we are
going to explode this one, so it becomes two curves. I wanted to do is to
make sure the curve is matching the edge of this surface. so let's go to Sweep2 and
this gonna be Rail1, Rail2, and pick the edge, surface edge to be your
cross-section, so then we will make this surface let's turn on the render view to
take a look. Seems like it goes much better from this surface to this surface
okay, so let's take a look and see
how you look to others. So the same command for rotate, and you're gonna
snapping into the endpoint holding your SHIFT and go from 1, 2, 3, 4,
and hit SHIFT (key) so now look at the render view it looked much better than what we
have before and that's turn on this and again you're gonna select all of them.
I'm sorry, select all the curve and again you're gonna select all the
curve just the curve, just the curve, and we want to hide it, alright so just get
curve alright sometimes you see this line there but
actually they there's no overlapping over there how do I know is you can
actually join them and then this if it is overlapping you won't able to join
them. so the way I can join them I know there's no gap. We want to do one more
test. Let's go to analyze- surface and let's do zebra again. so this time I
wanna pick up the whole things and see how thing is actually flow to each others.
Alright well again this surface right there flow really well we want to see
how's the top and by by moving this you don't see much of the interruption is
going there so I will say this is a good to go for what our purpose here. This is
the way I will use for creating some really smooth surface without the t-spline

15 Ways Being a Highly Sensitive Person Affects Your Love Life - Duration: 4:28.
15 Ways Being a Highly Sensitive Person Affects Your Love Life
Love life is affected by many faros, and one of them is highly sensitive trait.
There are some good and bad effects of having highly sensitive trait.
1.
Compassionate
This one is good because you can understand your partner without him or her saying a word.
You also can support your partner easily because you know what is wanted.
2.
Taking their feelings
Unfortunately, you also can absorb their negative emotion while reading and understanding their
emotion.
That is, you can get carried away, and it makes you feel miserable somehow.
3.
Confidence building
You are really great observant, and you can see details in people before you.
That is why you also can pick up little signs that they are not aware of and start supporting
them from that side.
4.
Obsessed
Unfortunately, you also can be too obsessed with your partner and it makes you being overprotective.
5.
Seeing through perspectives
Since you are highly observant, you can see people and situation from different perspectives,
allowing you to get work around of certain issues without too much problem.
6.
A sense of insufficiency
This is like you regret something because you cannot satisfy your partner.
This can be a great hurdles that make you feel ashamed of yourself.
Thus, it prevents you to being open to your partner.
7.
You cannot be alone
Empaths or highly sensitive people actually need time alone to recharge.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve because they always want to be a good friend
to other people.
8.
High expectation
You may expect too much because you think other people are caring, considerate, and
affectionate.
However, not all people are same.
9.
Self-depletion
In order for you to care others, you pick up their emotion, gestures, and feeling.
Unfortunately, it makes you tired overtime.
10.
Over aroused
When you think about people with high sensitivity, you should think them as being super responsive.
However, when they are stimulated overly, the reaction is unpleasant.
11.
Calming
When you are healthy, you actually give positive vibe which is calming and comforting.
12.
Easily stimulated
As you know, highly sensitive people are stimulated easily.
That also happens even though they come from external world such as from television, news,
music, radio, and many other means.
Those things will deplete your energy as you pick up their emotion.
13.
No confrontation
You are too strong to receive stimulation from conflict.
That is why you tend to avoid conflicts and leave it unresolved.
14.
Too judgmental
Though you may be nice in terms of giving support by looking at fine details of your
partner, you also can see their flaws even if it is too small.
This makes you too judgmental and it makes your partner uncomfortable.
15.
High self-awareness
Fortunately, high sensitivity people can learn from what they experience.
Thus, they are able to adjust their power and ability depending on need especially in
a relationship.
All in all, that's the "15 Ways Being a Highly Sensitive Person Affects Your Love Life".

5 Ways to Recover Your Intuition After Narcissistic Abuse - Heal cptsd - Duration: 11:21.
hi everyone okay so today I want to talk to you
about intuition and how we get that I had this person that wrote it and they
said something about you know you're always talking about gut feelings and I
don't have that I'm have gut feelings and so I wonder you know how do I get in
touch with my gut feelings well of course this is a common problem for
people that have had narcissistic abuse because we cut ourselves off from being
in our bodies we and the gut feelings are in our bodies are not in our heads
and so what a lot of us have learned to do with with abuses we dissociated and
so we're kind of out of our out of our bodies and usually thinking about things
like what are they thinking of me and stuff like that versus how do I feel in
my body and even what do I think of them we are very very concerned with how
we're being perceived these first thing you want to talk about when it comes to
intuition is the first thing I think would be really really helpful is if you
went back in history and you just sort of did a archeological dig through your
life and think about times when you knew I think that's things that went maybe
went bad when you knew but you ignored it because you didn't have proof so you
felt like something wasn't right but you didn't listen to it because you didn't
have proof and then it proved out to be right or or the verse or it was
something you just gotta do so you can that felt good so you went with it or
you didn't go with it and it would have been good so times when you either
either either you had successes with this or you didn't
have successes with this but either way it proved that you had the intuition
that that voice was working in you because it does work in all of us it's
just how much are you available to receive the messages and this was a huge
problem for me it's gotten way better but if if you know I because I was I was
out of my body a lot and had dissociated a lot of the time and there's some sighs
there's some different ways you can know if this is you tend to do this if you
have a really hard time with directions like knowing where you are in space and
telling you like or like knowing which way to North East West the other thing
or even though knowing left and right at the drop of a hat you that's a really
common trait for someone who's had abuse and to cope with it has ads going
out-of-body a little bit do you have that just something to ask yourself or
if you tend to have things like bruises appear and you don't know where they
came from you don't remember hurting yourself
it happens to me all the time less so than it used to but all right so but
yeah just if you can just do a little archaeological dig and find out time
swin whether you listen to it or you didn't that's not the question here the
question isn't you know did you did you you know tap into it and make a success
of it that's not that the question here the question is did you get the messages
even if you ignored that because most of the time there are times when I have I
have good examples ant things that would have been good and things that would've
been bad both that I ignored and and I you know I wish to I wish they hadn't
they didn't they and a big had big consequences ignoring him on both on
both the good and the bad said the second one is meditation and this can
take all kinds of different forms and there's all kinds of different ways of
meditating that you can look up out there whatever system works for you at
least like 10 minutes a day every day just to quiet your mind just quiet your
mind and then later as you get more used to the idea you can post questions
ahead of time and then make yourself available for hearing some answers
during meditation and a lot of times what will happen is you'll notice that
if you the answers might come after you have forgotten about them for a while
maybe got a really good night's sleep or had it you know a good time doing
something took care of yourself somehow and kind of put this question on your
mind that's when the insight might come the next time you do it after that after
you've sort of refueled a third thing that you can do about
about intuition is ask for guidance okay so this is where this is where you
however you do it and you know if it's prayer if there's writing if it's
basically you're just asking the universe you guide you to speak to you
to to be with you and help you when you're likely open yourself up and
saying like one of the most glorious prayers of all prayers which is please
help me that's one of the very best prayers another great great prayer is
thank you you know those are those are just about the two best prayers that
there are but it's okay to go ahead and and you know speak your truth and just
ask for some guidance too you know you don't have to know the answers whatever
is out there whatever resources are there for me help me I need I need some
guidance just ask for guidance ask for some help
pose questions and like I said give yourself a little break pose a question
and then sleep forget about the question and sometimes really great breakthroughs
happen right after that and then the fourth phase is pay attention pay
attention to visceral feelings pay attention to what is if you are having
if you are having your heart racing lump in your throat hit your stomach
attention if your pom-poms are sweaty if your you know whatever whatever it is
if you feel warm and good and contented just pay attention to your visceral
reactions they're gonna be more prominent when it comes to the negative
things so when it comes to like the fear and anxiety that's probably where it's
going to come the best and and these are really really helpful higher assistants
are really really helpful as long as you haven't let it run away with you and you
haven't started you know you don't watch a lot of scary stuff and you get
yourself freaked out as long as it's in check this is what keeps you from making
the mistake going down that dangerous road or going in the car with that guy
or you know it's what keep keeps you safe and you don't know how many times
how many countless times it has kept you safe you know that's the thing you don't
know for all you know the times when the accident happens and someone gets hurt
or someone dies how many times did they get safe okay then if you are not even
getting if you still after all these four things you still have not any idea
what the gut instinct is all about nothing's working for you you have no
visceral reactions you just you're still clueless then what you have to do if you
have to move your body you have to get physical you have to get up off the
couch and get some physical movement in your body get outside get your hands on
the dirt possibly exercise move your body even even just moving it just
standing up can make a big change but standing up stretching walking around
the house walking outside in the fresh air that's even a better one you know
just change your state by change by moving your body all these other things
don't work then that's the next thing to try and you know always you can do
things like drink get some more water and trying to get a little bit more
sleep if things like that will also really help your intuition because you
know we we all do have it and it's our system that is in place to keep
safe and to protect us and also to help us have have opportunities that might
seem serendipitous or or whatever but they're really not they're really right
there and it's part of being in touch with your with your spirit and if you
have been really used to talking yourself out of doing things that you
cannot see you know that you can't prove and you know give a you know a real-life
reason why you're doing it if you're if you've gotten used to not listening to
things of script that seems to Lulu for you then you're gonna be out of touch
with this and so it's important to try and tap back in and it is a it is a
feminine trait and so if you're a person that is very you know for matters you
know for whatever balance in your life you've had to really have strong
masculine energy to get things done and to excel in business to take care of
matters whatever it is this will be harder for you so get in touch with your
feminine your sight and because that's where the intuitive energy is let that
you know can I let some things go as far as you have a realistic cause effect and
proof and be able to touch it and feel it and explain it in it which is a sort
of a more masculine way of thinking and so the more you can tap into just
letting there be mysteries in the universe and letting there be feelings
feelings be powerfully and guiding forces and having that be just as
legitimate and that means something you really believe the better off the easier
this is going to be for you okay everybody thank you very much and if you
could write in the comments about what one of these things have you tried
that's really worked or if you have any other ideas for how you can get in touch
with your intuition I would love to hear it
or when is your intuition you like really saved the day for you I would
love to hear a story like that so please write that in the comment and subscribe
and keep coming back okay I'll talk to you guys later bye bye
you
