How To Play 'Alone' by Hollyn on Guitar (For Beginners) - Duration: 10:36.hey brothers and sisters I'm gonna show you how to play Alone by Hollyn this
was my first cover that I put out two three years ago I'm wondering why I
didn't do this tutorial before because it has such a cool guitar part so I'm
gonna show it to you standard tuning the verse sounds like this the intro and the
verse
and I don't know if the tempo is correct but what you need to know is the
shape of your fingers it's a very fun thing to play so you put your first finger on
the fifth string of the fifth fret and your third finger on the second string
sixth fret and this shape is something more or less that stays throughout so as
you can see these two frets are right next to each other only in the second
chord you move your fingers slightly apart but otherwise the other chords
have a similar similar pattern of how you hold your fingers and the chords
actually D minor F Asharp A so you are playing these chords up here in a very
fun way and that's the sound you get and then I slide up from D minor to F my
first finger remains the same but it's now on the eighth fret and now instead
of using my third finger I'm gonna use my fourth finger just because we are
skipping one fret in between where as here it was together and here we skip
so I'm using my third my little finger my *fourth finger and this will be on the
tenth fret so that's eighth and this is the tenth and you have that sound and then you
want to go to A sharp which is on the top string 6 fret and this is a shame shame
sape the same shape as your D minor chord on the third string is where you
place your third finger and slide down one fret down respectively on the fifth
fret and sixth fret did you get that was that confusing so
first thing is fifth sixth fret of the fifth string and second string when you
slide up to the 8th fret and the 10th fret same strings then you move up to
the top string and the third string of the sixth and seventh fret and then you
slide down to the fifth and sixth fret with the same pattern now for the
picking you are holding the same strings that you
pressing with your left hand fingers you wanna do it in a very staccato
way and it's gonna be like this
you want that stop stop stop stop to come
not like that
you want to stop stop stop it so how you're gonna do that
is every time I pick I'm going to release the pressure on my left hand so
as opposed to
so every time I pick I'm releasing this pressure and it's gonna
look like that
that's how the
sound comes so the first two chords my right
hand is playing the same strings
but the next two chords it shifts
one string up both these fingers because that's how my left hand is shifting as
well so I'm basically following my right hand with my left hand
following my left hand with my right hand
top string and the third string
same as what I'm doing
with my left hand
so that's the intro and the verse it's it's fun to play easy
simple and if it's not easy and simple don't get angry with me for using those words
but keep trying and you will get it and I'm not sure this is exactly how they're
playing or they playing a fuller chord like this I just play those two strings
because it's much more easy for me and then we have the chorus which is full
chords how I play because it's around the same area I don't want to like shift
my hand too much if you want to go to playing the chords over here that's fine
but how I play it is the full bar chord of A sharp did I tell you the chords it's A
sharp A D minor and then F this is A sharp
do you know how to play A sharp if you don't it's the same chord as what we did with
our left hand in the sixth and seventh fret but we are adding more notes once
you get this shape of the bar chord everything is gonna be the same except F
okay so I just I'll just say this shape once and that you know can apply it in
the other chords as well first string where it is in the sixth string sixth fret and I
put my second finger on the third string of the seventh fret fourth finger on the
eighth fret fifth string and the fourth finger on the fourth string 8th fret I
don't know why that's so confusing to say and you have this if you don't know
how to play the entire bar chord like I'm pressing all the strings to give it that
full sound then you can just play the top four strings and it'll still sound
okay but to give it a fuller sound press all the strings with your one finger and
that's going to take so much time but do it so as you can see the first chord and
the second chord are similar except is sliding down by one fret
the third chord you just move one string down same shape same shape and
here it's different so either you change the shape the shape
is actually like this okay as opposed to this so either you change the shape and
remove your second finger and press three strings how I'm doing over here or
you can use your second third and fourth finger to press those three whatever
works for you or you can even just play these two strings and just leave out the
second string entirely it's a little less full of a sound
but it works so then we have
it's a nice song to sing anyway in the first round is four chords and the second
time you just stop on D minor and you repeat that pattern 2 times oh yeah
let's go to the strumming of the chorus so I'm doing two down strokes slap two
slap down down slap down down slap
the second time when you stay on D minor is when
you can strum properly like
it's hard to tell you my strumming
patterns because my strumming patterns are based on what I play so if that
doesn't work for you figure out something of your own I'm not trying to
be mean I'm just allowing you children to grow in your guitaring you can do
so many things with the chorus with the strumming but just remember to give it
that kind of percussive feel that is there in the original song which is
really important to the song hold hold leave hold hold
leave by leave I mean release the pressure that you're holding so that it
gives the muted muted sound so like or just simply slap like experiment and try
things out so you have the verse and then you have this chorus and you have
the verse again and then you have the chorus and then we go to the rap you
should totally check out my cover for that because it was so hard for me to
rap I just did this
of course it sounds very very plain but this is the the kind
of groove you want to give definitely you want to give that slap to it to give
it a more percussive feel so what you do if you aren't rapping it's the same
thing as the chorus but instead of doing a down stroke you can do a Down stroke
or you can just pick use three fingers and pick
same patterns so I'm just picking the three strings I'm leaving
one in the middle because I can't pick with four fingers that's a bit weird so
I'm just picking the top string the fourth and fifth string I'm gonna come
down on it and slap it down BAM you want to hear it I hear me rap yeah let's go
yeah I forgot it's quite hard to play and rap at the same time but I did it it might
cover anyhow no I didn't I played the guitar separately by the way this is such a
stupid like don't get distracted I don't know if I distracted you now by it but
it's just I was folding up my tripod yesterday and it pinched my skin so hard
that skin came out and it was bleeding I just put a bandage to kind of prevent
further damage in that area it's not hurting or anything like that anyway
that's the song that's all there is to the song and like I said check out my
cover I really like this song and I really loved singing it so the link is
down below and in the card in the video I'm Vihan Damaris on how to Thursday
signing off and I'll see you on serious Sundays bye and always strive to be
like Jesus and
tell me what songs you want me to teach next on guitar or in
singing if there's a song that you want to sing and you're not able to sing I
can teach that too because I also sing you know
kay bye

2x50 watts of music on the road - car stereo audio amplifier "Farenheit Q2-320" - Duration: 8:41.Found for review here is an ancient two-channel car amplifier
"Farenheit"
from the company "Power Acoustic", model Q2-320,
which means that the model has 2-channel
and the maximum output power for both channels is 320 watts.
The amplifier provides a highly effective audio amplification
of any content connected to this amplifier.
There are several connection configurations with additional equalizers, audio processors
in a common such customizable audio system.
The amplifier is equipped with short-circuit protection in the load and thermal protection.
"Farenheit Q2-320" is the first car device that is on my channel.
Well, all the technical characteristics and dimensions of this amplifier
are presented in this table, please see.
The amplifier is made in a sheet metal housing.
The upper border is made of transparent lilac
plastic, on which is fastened with 4 screws,
such a thick plate that performs a purely decorative role.
To install the amplifier in the car
in the elements of the radiator there are positions for fixing the screws.
The amplifier is old enough, even rust appears, it was used last time about 10 years ago.
On the back side are all the terminals.
This is for connecting acoustics. Do not look, that there are 2 channels here.
It is possible to use 4 speakers.
And 3 terminals for power connection: -12 Volts, Remote and +12 Volts.
To use the amplifier,
the connectors Remote and +12 Volts are short-circuited.
And there is also a fuse, like this.
To output sound, you need acoustics with a resistance of 2 to 8 ohms - this is very important.
In my case, this is a 3-band "Pioneer" speaker
with 4 Ohms resistance, model TS-A2011, maximum power 350 watts.
The amplifier is equipped with two types of inputs:
a high-level input
and a low-level input. These are 2 channels. There is such
a 6-pin connector.
And here also 2 channels are connected: -, + right channel, -, + left channel,
this middle one is not used, and here the signal ground is the lower middle one.
And here are also 2 LEDs - green and red.
Green lights up when power is applied, red indicates protection.
There are several controls on the front panel of the device. For example, here is
the "X-OVER" switch, which allows depending on the connected acoustics,
for example, if we connect a subwoofer,
we switch the switch to the middle position "LP",
and only the low-frequency spectrum of the signal is output to acoustics.
With the help of this crossover regulator "LPF" you can adjust
the transmission frequency from 40 to 300 Hertz.
That is, we add a few mid-range frequencies, we hear musical instruments.
Now we cut them.
And the entire range is the switch in the "FR" position.
If it is necessary to select the middle frequency, then switch the "X-OVER"
to the "HP" position,
and also by means of the regulator it is possible to cut
off the entire frequency, which is lower from 40 to 300 Hertz.
Well in this case below 40 Hertz
or below 300 Hertz.
Well, that is, it's a high pass filter - a midrange filter and a low pass filter.
And accordingly there are regulators.
If it is necessary to add a low-frequency component, there is such a bass boost switch.
Here it is off.
On.
And adjust the level of the input signal.
Minimum.
In this amplifier, several options for connecting speakers are possible.
The 1st mode is the main mode
when the left and right speaker systems are connected as follows:
+ right, - right, - left, + left.
In this case, the resistance of the acoustic speakers should be from 2 to 4 ohms each.
To connect a subwoofer, it is clear that in mono mode,
it is necessary that its resistance be 4 Ohms.
In my case it's
"Alphard XE", 150 watts.
Well, it's clear that you first set the switches on the front panel
to the desired position
to output only the low-frequency signal, adjust the crossover frequency,
and connect as follows:
"-" right goes to "-" speaker and "+" left goes to " + "dynamics.
In this case, the subwoofer.
And the third option is when you have a subwoofer connected in mono mode
and 2 broadband channels are connected in stereo mode,
while the subwoofer should be 8 ohms.
We connect through the inductor.
Well, and 2 channels of speakers 4 ... 8 Ohm the resistance
must be connected through the separation capacitors, and, depending on the cutoff frequency, the requirements
for the inductance and capacitor ratings are listed in this table.
By the way, this is an instruction in pdf format.
I will leave a link to it in the description.
Overload of power supply unit - current is not enough.
I have several times assembled and dismantled the body of this device,
and I have not much impression of him.
Everything looks like something collective-farm, clumsy.
And even this plate is turned out like a samopal. So I took off this whole body kit.
With the help of screws such secured. Here, just such plastic lies.
Well, such a scheme. The amplifier is assembled according to the traditional scheme.
The final cascade requires about 25 volts.
And here such an inverter is built on a KIA494AP controller.
The heat sensor here stands on the radiator, more precisely on the body.
With the help of an insulating gasket, the terminal
4 transistors are fixed to the housing: here 2, here 2 - the left and right channels.
As the final ones, such transistors are used.
With some elements of the scheme can be found in the photos
that I will post in their posts.
Okay. In any case, such an amplifier is automotive. I repeat this "Farenheit Q2-320",
which is well, by chance, got to the review. I decided to introduce you to him.
Well, on this I say goodbye to you. Good luck to all! I'll see you soon. Till!

first finger remains the same but it's now on the eighth fret and now instead
of using my third finger I'm gonna use my fourth finger just because we are
skipping one fret in between where as here it was together and here we skip
so I'm using my third my little finger my *fourth finger and this will be on the
tenth fret so that's eighth and this is the tenth and you have that sound and then you
want to go to A sharp which is on the top string 6 fret and this is a shame shame
sape the same shape as your D minor chord on the third string is where you
place your third finger and slide down one fret down respectively on the fifth
fret and sixth fret did you get that was that confusing so
first thing is fifth sixth fret of the fifth string and second string when you
slide up to the 8th fret and the 10th fret same strings then you move up to
the top string and the third string of the sixth and seventh fret and then you
slide down to the fifth and sixth fret with the same pattern now for the
picking you are holding the same strings that you
pressing with your left hand fingers you wanna do it in a very staccato
way and it's gonna be like this
you want that stop stop stop stop to come
not like that
you want to stop stop stop it so how you're gonna do that
is every time I pick I'm going to release the pressure on my left hand so
as opposed to
so every time I pick I'm releasing this pressure and it's gonna
look like that
that's how the
sound comes so the first two chords my right
hand is playing the same strings
but the next two chords it shifts
one string up both these fingers because that's how my left hand is shifting as
well so I'm basically following my right hand with my left hand
following my left hand with my right hand
top string and the third string
same as what I'm doing
with my left hand
so that's the intro and the verse it's it's fun to play easy
simple and if it's not easy and simple don't get angry with me for using those words
but keep trying and you will get it and I'm not sure this is exactly how they're
playing or they playing a fuller chord like this I just play those two strings
because it's much more easy for me and then we have the chorus which is full
chords how I play because it's around the same area I don't want to like shift
my hand too much if you want to go to playing the chords over here that's fine
but how I play it is the full bar chord of A sharp did I tell you the chords it's A
sharp A D minor and then F this is A sharp
do you know how to play A sharp if you don't it's the same chord as what we did with
our left hand in the sixth and seventh fret but we are adding more notes once
you get this shape of the bar chord everything is gonna be the same except F
okay so I just I'll just say this shape once and that you know can apply it in
the other chords as well first string where it is in the sixth string sixth fret and I
put my second finger on the third string of the seventh fret fourth finger on the
eighth fret fifth string and the fourth finger on the fourth string 8th fret I
don't know why that's so confusing to say and you have this if you don't know
how to play the entire bar chord like I'm pressing all the strings to give it that
full sound then you can just play the top four strings and it'll still sound
okay but to give it a fuller sound press all the strings with your one finger and
that's going to take so much time but do it so as you can see the first chord and
the second chord are similar except is sliding down by one fret
the third chord you just move one string down same shape same shape and
here it's different so either you change the shape the shape
is actually like this okay as opposed to this so either you change the shape and
remove your second finger and press three strings how I'm doing over here or
you can use your second third and fourth finger to press those three whatever
works for you or you can even just play these two strings and just leave out the
second string entirely it's a little less full of a sound
but it works so then we have
it's a nice song to sing anyway in the first round is four chords and the second
time you just stop on D minor and you repeat that pattern 2 times oh yeah
let's go to the strumming of the chorus so I'm doing two down strokes slap two
slap down down slap down down slap
the second time when you stay on D minor is when
you can strum properly like
it's hard to tell you my strumming
patterns because my strumming patterns are based on what I play so if that
doesn't work for you figure out something of your own I'm not trying to
be mean I'm just allowing you children to grow in your guitaring you can do
so many things with the chorus with the strumming but just remember to give it
that kind of percussive feel that is there in the original song which is
really important to the song hold hold leave hold hold
leave by leave I mean release the pressure that you're holding so that it
gives the muted muted sound so like or just simply slap like experiment and try
things out so you have the verse and then you have this chorus and you have
the verse again and then you have the chorus and then we go to the rap you
should totally check out my cover for that because it was so hard for me to
rap I just did this
of course it sounds very very plain but this is the the kind
of groove you want to give definitely you want to give that slap to it to give
it a more percussive feel so what you do if you aren't rapping it's the same
thing as the chorus but instead of doing a down stroke you can do a Down stroke
or you can just pick use three fingers and pick
same patterns so I'm just picking the three strings I'm leaving
one in the middle because I can't pick with four fingers that's a bit weird so
I'm just picking the top string the fourth and fifth string I'm gonna come
down on it and slap it down BAM you want to hear it I hear me rap yeah let's go
yeah I forgot it's quite hard to play and rap at the same time but I did it it might
cover anyhow no I didn't I played the guitar separately by the way this is such a
stupid like don't get distracted I don't know if I distracted you now by it but
it's just I was folding up my tripod yesterday and it pinched my skin so hard
that skin came out and it was bleeding I just put a bandage to kind of prevent
further damage in that area it's not hurting or anything like that anyway
that's the song that's all there is to the song and like I said check out my
cover I really like this song and I really loved singing it so the link is
down below and in the card in the video I'm Vihan Damaris on how to Thursday
signing off and I'll see you on serious Sundays bye and always strive to be
like Jesus and
tell me what songs you want me to teach next on guitar or in
singing if there's a song that you want to sing and you're not able to sing I
can teach that too because I also sing you know

Till!

Trump Administration Says People Will Die If We Have Cleaner Air - Duration: 3:14.Ever since Donald Trump came into Washington, DC, was sworn in as president, we have seen
this administration and Trump himself use the weirdest possible logic to kind of explain
why they do things a certain way.
But recently their decision and their explanation as to why Americans need to breathe dirtier
air is by far the most absurd thing that this administration has ever claimed.
According to the administration, if we allow states like California to have stricter fuel
efficiency standards, which means cars can't emit as much pollution and burn more gas,
we have to make them more fuel efficient, which reduces air pollution, if we allow them
to do that to reduce the pollution, more people are going to die in this country.
That is the argument that the Trump administration is making while they're attacking the state
of California for having stricter fuel efficiency standards.
If we have cleaner air by regulating auto emissions and fuel efficiency, people are
going to die.
People will die because we're trying to help the environment.
They say that because according to them, which the statistics actually do not back this up
in any way, but it's going to make people drive smaller cars and not those big SUVs,
and as we all know, the small cars are far more dangerous than SUVs, so when they get
in a wreck, they're probably going to die.
But they wouldn't if they were in a gas-guzzling SUV.
Therefore, according to the administration, more SUVs, fewer smaller cars, more emissions,
fewer deaths.
Yeah.
Nothing about that makes any sense because nothing about it is based in reality.
In reality, enacting tougher fuel efficiency standards, reducing the amount of air pollution
in the United State, could save up to 110,000 lives every single year.
More than 100,000 lives per year saved as a result of cleaner air.
But the Trump administration doesn't want to hear that.
They want auto manufacturers to be able to forget about fuel efficiency, stop making
better engines and better cars that save us money by having to fill up the tank less,
all because they want us to burn more gas.
They want the auto industry to save a few dollars, even though they kind of owe us big
time for bailing them out a few years ago, but screw that, right?
Let's just let people breathe dirtier air because we somehow think that dirty air is
better than clean air and it's going to actually save lives instead of cost us lives.
But, then again, that's the kind of twisted circular logic that we have seen from the
Trump administration since day one, and there's no sign that that kind of logic and just basic
stupidity is going to go away until Trump himself gets out of office.

Las Jefas: Loquita Bath & Body | Fierce by mitú - Duration: 5:47.- Hi, I'm Yamira, and I quit my day job to become la jefa
of Loquita Bath and Body.
And here's how I did it.
Before Loquita, I was working as a pharmacy tech
and a full-time mom, also, and a wife.
I wasn't happy doing what I was doing.
It just, was veering to an area where it's more,
instead of taking care of everybody
and taking care of people's health,
it was more leaning toward the money-making,
and I didn't like that.
And I've always been creative, whether it was making stuff,
or painting, or taking pictures.
I've always needed a creative outlet,
so I was looking for something to do
that would get me out of what I was working on.
To me, loquita is a term that I decided to take back.
As a teenager my dad would tell me,
"¿Estás loquita?" in a bad way.
I would tell him, dad, I want to go to cosmetology school.
He told me, "¿Estás loquita?"
And I'm like, yeah, I am crazy, Si, estoy loquita,
and I'm going to do what I want to do to make myself happy.
So, English, Spanish, it doesn't matter, I'm crazy,
I'm loquita, and I'm cool with it.
When I first started Loquita,
I think I started it off as a hobby,
not really knowing if it was going to go anywhere or not.
So I started it as a hobby and working at the same time,
so I was working a full 40-hour schedule, I had my kids,
where I barely saw them any time, and I was trying to do
this other thing, seeing if maybe
that would take off somehow, some day.
So I created mani bombs,
which are little bombs that are for your hands.
About the time that I was selling the mani bombs
I was also making nail polish, and I've always loved
to paint my nails.
That's how it all started, with nail polish.
I saw people selling it, and I'm like, I bet I can
make it too, and I have ideas for colors.
So I did a jamaica nail polish, I did an horchata
nail polish, a salsa verde, salsa roja.
The audience wasn't there, but for the mani bombs,
the audience was there for that.
People loved them so much, and I created them
with so much moisture that it would take care of your skin.
They said, well, why don't you make bath bombs, please.
I would love the same recipe you used for this
because I've used bath bombs before,
but they always dry out my skin.
But your mani bombs are incredible,
they're incredibly moisturizing.
That's how the idea started.
Okay, I'm going to make bath bombs.
But I didn't want to just make them plain,
or the same thing that you can buy somewhere else.
I wanted to make them something that spoke to me,
which is a Latina, which is how the concha idea came
because at the time, conchas are very popular, and I'm like,
okay, I see the concha clips, I see the concha ears,
but there's no concha bath bombs.
That's how the concha bath bomb idea came about.
Then I started thinking, there's so much inspiration
that I can use, there's conchas, pan dulce.
That's how I decided to do the Latina bath bombs.
When I started selling them, they were a big hit.
I was selling out within seconds,
and I was also working full time.
It got to the point where I realized I couldn't do both,
I could not work 40 hours, have my kids,
and do this business.
It was a point, I was in a path where I had to choose
which one did I want to do?
Did I want to just quit my business that I started
that was a huge hit, and keep working?
Or did I want to work just for myself
and have a more open schedule?
That's when I decided that I needed to quit my job.
I took this on full time thinking, I'm going to have time
for my kids, thinking I'm going to have time for myself,
and do my business as well,
but that didn't work out that way.
I was just working so much on putting out product
that I didn't have time to practice self-care for myself
and take care of myself.
I knew I was at the point that I needed to get someone
to help me out so that I could practice some self-care
for me, so that I can practice what I preach.
And then, how did I learn?
A lot of research.
I don't think people realize how much information
you have at the tip of your hands with technology,
with cell phones, with Google.
Google has an answer for everything.
There's so much information out there, that people
have put out there for recipes, and how to make bath bombs,
or information about a certain oil or a certain butter.
The information is out there for you, it's free,
it doesn't cost you anything.
You can learn to do anything from the internet.
I have a passion for self-care.
As a Latina, I feel like you really need
to take of yourself, and it's a thing that your grandmas,
your aunts, your moms have been telling you for a long time,
que te tienes que cuidar.
And we never pay attention, and it always goes over our head
or in one ear or out the other.
You really do need to pay attention to that.
You really do need to cuidarte, take care of yourself
and practice self-care because you need to make sure
that you are full to be able to give to others.
And I think representation matters, which is why I started
to make these products, because
I didn't see myself in other products.
I didn't see myself in a popular brand.
I didn't see it calling my name, calling my attention,
or giving me nostalgia that I love.
So that's why I felt like I needed to make this,
to represent everybody else.
To represent all the concha lovers, all the ones
that grew up with these things, like, ponte las pilas,
or sana, sana culito de rana.
I feel like social media has definitely given me
that sense of community.
When I post something and I see the comments
and people are like, oh, I love that, or, yes queen,
or whatever it may be, it definitely feels like
you're surrounded by your people.
It feels like you're surrounded by your comadres,
and your friends, and la vecina.
That's how it feels like, it feels like a community
because they're connecting with you, they're commenting,

Reading the Qur'an as a Quaker - Duration: 7:04.There is within Islam a sacred saying called a "hadith," in which God is speaking and
God says, "I was a hidden treasure and I desired to be known."
This was one of the motivations of the act of creation itself.
"I was a hidden treasure and I desired to be known."
If that desire— that deep desire—is imprinted on the very fabric of the universe, then our
coming to know one another across religious boundaries is a sacred task and a holy opportunity.
So I traveled among Muslims who live from Boston to California, and I just had one question
for them: would you please choose a passage in your holy book and talk to me about it?
The result was a series of precious conversations, because what they brought to the conversation
was their love for their faith, for God and for the experience they had of encountering
God's revelation through the Qur'an.
One of my Muslim teachers told me, when I asked him, "what is it like to read the
Qur'an?" and he said it's this experience of overwhelming divine compassion.
You feel yourself swept up into this divine presence where you feel so loved that nothing
else matters.
Any other desires you had in the world just disappear.
You are where you want to be.
At the same time, you feel this overwhelming sense of compassion for others.
And he told me if you don't feel that, you're not reading the Qur'an.
I spoke with Muslims from many places that are within the spectrum of the Islamic community.
I spoke to Sunnis, I spoke to Shiites, I spoke to Sufis, I spoke to men, I spoke to women.
I spoke to people of many ethnic heritages.
If there's one thing I learned, it is that whatever you think Islam is, it's wider
than that.
One imam—who was by 39 generations removed a descendant of the prophet Muhammad himself—spoke
to me and said that for him, one of the jewels of the Qur'an was this notion that you do
not repel evil with evil.
You drive away evil with goodness.
And if you drive away evil with good, then you find that the person whom you regarded
as your enemy can become your friend.
Another Muslim teacher taught me that according to the Qur'an, when we hear about good and
evil, our task is not to divide the world into two teams—here are the good guys, here
are the bad guys—but rather, our inclination towards evil is found in every heart and that
is where the fundamental conflict resides.
This to me sounded very close to the message of early Quakers.
I believe that for a non-Muslim, encountering the Qur'an for the first time might be perplexing.
You might imagine being parachuted down into the book of Jeremiah.
There you land: you don't know the territory, here are these prophetic utterances (which
is how Muslims see the Qur'an) and in Jeremiah they don't always have names attached to
them.
They're not in chronological order and they're not thematically arranged.
I believe the Qur'an can read like that to a newcomer.
That's why I think it's valuable to read it in the company of persons who have been
reading it their whole lives.
What is it like to read someone else's scripture?
I think it's quite possible that it can change you in ways that I can't predict
for any reader, except to say that it will make your life richer.
It will make your life better to know this.
I am not a trained scholar of Islam.
I did some preparation for this project, but mostly what I did was go out and talk to my
neighbors, and it changed my life.
And so I would like to encourage anyone who's hearing these words to go out, cross religious
boundaries, talk to their neighbors, because your life will be changed too.

My Dharma Is To Teach Mysticism, Ultimate Wisdom - Duration: 8:11.My Dharma is to teach. Whenever I tried to get out of it or want to go away from it,
the law of Karma attracts me to come back and again and teach it, make me
teach! it Karma is very accommodative. The reason why I don't
want to teach is because I don't have anything new to say. And then that's why
I want to stay away. But then, now I'm trying to get into levels of teaching
that are very useful to humanity. Especially the stem cells and the
Mantras and the Sounds -- they're quite useful. And I'm very excited about
it
Contemporizing teachings, mysticism -- particularly that's my Dharma to
teach mysticism which is the ultimate knowledge or you can call wisdom, that
everyone must want to use in order to exercise their full potential. So, for
instance, thought manifestation
is the ultimate teaching and everybody has the ability to do it. But yet the
teaching has to be contemporized in a scientific way. There are people who
contemporize teaching by mixing up things and denying things and not trying
to focus on what is important for Humanity. For instance, I'm distressed
by looking at people, who have great large followings, talking against Karma, and also
against Vedic Astrology. These are profound sciences. Vedic
Astrology and Karma -- profound sciences. And you would spend a lifetime teaching
the material, what are called literature survey, how karma or astrology.
Many, many lifetimes are needed. And to just to dump them, and then say that they
don't exist -- is not right. It is ignorance that makes one to do that. Again,
by ignorance, I mean ignoring --not that they call them ignorant people but they
ignore the amount of literature that is available a very profound understanding
and just call that there and to say that there is no karma and there's no you
know say a planet's governing your life these things will in turn create bad
karma for those people who mislead other people because people are not by nature
intelligent because they don't have the time trying to steady karma Australia
astrology in the case I'm very happy that at least the University Grants
Commission in India and also the Supreme Court of India and the Parliament of
India they all passed laws to uphold
Varick astrology and University Grants Commission said go and study astrology
and funds are available for that and yet we studied like any other sciences so
it's very important that you have to be careful about what you are
conveying to people
and in this video I particularly wanted to talk about my own Dharma but then I
just went off and then talked about astrology and karma that's relevant to
because the core of my teaching revolves around and karma astrology and then how
they can be used the knowledge can be used in in favor of us yoga sister for
instanced talks about karma and my sister very clearly says to Rama Hey
nothing is determined and there are ways and means by which you can properly
understand karma and change it and that is what the other thought the teaching
is for the Avatar so when I say it is not determined it is only relatively
truly it is determined and it is not determined and in order to completely
overturn karma is very difficult not impossible
then he had to go completely against the
planets I know it's create your karma and then
there is also karma which is not created by planets - and in the upcoming days I
would talk about karma in relation to shrimp regime because Brazil is very
powerful karma removing technology particularly the Karma relating to
finance god bless
you

Trump Lied About His Wealth To Get On Forbes' 400 List - Duration: 3:01.According to reporter Jonathan Greenberg, who back in 1980s, the early 1980s, was with
Forbes Magazine, Donald Trump called him in 1982 attempting to get on the Forbes 400 list
of the 400 richest people in the United States.
But he didn't just call to say, "Hey, you should put me on this list," no.
At the time, Mr. Greenberg did not know that he was talking to Donald Trump because Donald
Trump didn't call himself Donald Trump on the phone.
He called himself John Barron.
Luckily for us, Mr. Greenberg happened to have a copy of that audio recording.
If you want to listen to it, it's in the link in the video description.
But let me tell you, you listen to that audio and it is 100% clear that yeah, John Barron
is Donald Trump.
There's no question about it.
That is Donald Trump's voice.
Not to mention the fact that he's already been busted using that John Barron name several
other times in the past.
Then, of course, we have the fact that he named his youngest son Barron.
If you're going to use a fake name in anything you do in life, probably a smart idea to not
name one of your children the same name as your fake name.
I'm just guessing.
I haven't ever had to use a fake name.
Hopefully I never will, but I have had to name children and I wasn't completely stupid
about it like Donald Trump is.
But anyway, he uses the fake name of John Barron.
You can listen to the phone conversation where he's talking about, "No, no, no, no, I have
so much money.
I have tons of money.
You got to put me on your list.
Or excuse me, put Mr. Trump on your list."
He claimed to have a hundred million dollars at the time when in reality, according to
all available records, Donald Trump only had $5 million at the time.
Here's what this story means.
Obviously there's nothing illegal about this, but I guess technically you could argue that
it is if he's trying to get people to invest in his businesses and lied about his worth
in order to get people to invest in it.
That absolutely is illegal, but we can't prove that that happened.
Nonetheless, what this proves is that Donald Trump is so psychotic about his own ego that
he is willing to not only lie about his worth, but lie about who he is as a human being when
speaking to a reporter for an article.
Honestly, who even looks at that and says, "Well, these are the richest people, these
are the only people in the world that matter."
No, but Donald Trump is so vain, and vacuous, and shallow that he had to create a fake persona
just so that he could be on a list in one issue of a magazine.
That's the kind of pathetic personality that we are dealing with as the president of the
United States.

ASPERGERS TEST: How To Test For Aspergers (FAST) - Duration: 7:24.in this video you're gonna learn how to test for Asperger syndrome at home
effectively and fast coming right up
hey what's up I'm Dan I have Asperger's Syndrome ADHD and OCD I make videos on
helping people understand autism from an artistic point of view every single week
so if you want to learn more remember to hit that subscribe button so I've looked
around on the internet for other ways and other websites that have tests for
Asperger syndrome when I found this one in this video the most effective way to
test for Asperger's syndrome in your own home as a starting point oh and I'd also
like to know do you prefer saying Asperger syndrome or autism spectrum
disorder let me know in the comments below
welcome back Aspie World Fam the most awesome and most accepting family on
YouTube and if you're not a part of the family already make sure you hit that
subscribe button so you become part of this awesome accepting movement so we're
going to talk about what is Asperger's syndrome
what is the aq test and how we test for Asperger's syndrome
why this test is effective and then what do you do after you get your score from
this test because they're not sort of question a lot of people actually have
so why is Asperger's syndrome Asperger's syndrome is a neurological
condition that impairs people's social interaction and communication abilities
this is more common with people when they're trying to communicate socially
when they're trying to learn and understand in an academic point of view
that this is kind of a pattern that you may see somebody struggling in these
areas and it could be because they may be on the autism spectrum and Asperger's
syndrome is part of the autism spectrum it is at the higher end of the more
high-functioning autism spectrum disorders but it is still nonetheless a
very serious condition and Asperger's syndrome is part of the autism spectrum
disorder and is still on the autism spectrum condition and this is something
that we need to remember so as absolutely symptoms sometimes it's
called the hidden disability a lot of people don't really know that they have
it because it's not you know if you're physically disabled people could spot
it mildly because it's identifiable by a you know a third party it's a wheelchair
or something or a crutch or whatever that may be
but with Asperger's syndrome and autism these are classed as hidden disabilities
so how do you know if you have a hidden disability or not well the best way to
do it is to do some home checks I'll do some kind
of maybe home testing and see if it's right I mean you can sit down for ages
and do loads on those research and read like a ton of books and see if any of
those books actually help match up to the condition and then say well maybe
this person has it and then you have to go through all process of talking to
specialists and stuff but before you do that there is another way that you can
test for Asperger syndrome and see if you or a person you know how's the
condition if they're willing to take this test so why is it aq test well on
aq test is an Asperger's quiz Asperger's quota which basically means that it's a
series of questions that you answer honestly and openly in a certain format
and then it will score you on how well you did so basically how it works is
that you'll have a list of about 50 questions and each of the questions is
very specific to the condition of Asperger's syndrome now you have four
options you have like strongly agree slightly agree so I disagree and
strongly disagree so you have to answer the question about one of those four
items so once you do that and you have to go through every single one and the
best thing I can say about this actual test is that within aq test you have to
be honest and you have to go okay don't don't try and think about how you you
know you think seven inspection could feel or how you think somebody who's new
nurotypical should feel think about how you feel and how you will answer the
question specifically because again this is testing how much characteristics or
traits you have that align with this condition so that you can get the help
and access to help that you need effectively and efficiently so once
you've actually gone through all of the 50 questions and answer them honestly
and this is the best of your ability you can then click go get my score and then
it will score you so the scoring process can be anywhere from one to fifty and
the idea is that if you are between you know 28 and 33 that's kind of like
borderline autism or Asperger's syndrome but if you are from like 33 to 50 that
bracket means that you are more than likely on the spectrum or definitely
have of the condition that you're on the spectrum and this would advise you to
seek it further now for instance I scored 48 on the test when
I did it and this is one of the things that I did to go and get my diagnosis
and I'm going to talk about that in a short while if you're interested in
learning more about symptoms and traits of autism click the card above here
because I made a video on that specifically so why is the aq test
effective now the aq test isn't just something
that somebody's plonked online and said oh this will tell you if you have autism
or not no no this is an accredited way of doing it so when you go through an
autism screening when I have my diagnosis I actually took two or three
of the aq tests with different psychologists on autism specialists
because they use it as a base like a baseline for answering those specific
questions that affect the tride of impairment which is how they diagnose
autism in people so this test is highly effective and it is the most effective
way to test for autism and Asperger's syndrome in a person but the beauty of
it is you can do it from your own home I have actually left a link for this test
in the description below so you can actually do the test after this video I
find it very very effective and this is what I did so I wanted to talk about you
know what do you do have to get your aq test score and what do you do you know
so you've got you squeezed any test you got your score what's next well if your
score is lower than 33 I wouldn't think too much about it but maybe revisit it
again maybe in a year or two to see if you feel like you're gaining more
symptoms or something that isn't right because again let's also do the timing
you may be feeling really good and positive on one day and you may answer
the quiz it may not honestly reflect how you are as a person and how your traits
affect you but what I would say is that if you're from 33 to 50 I would say that
you should do what I did and what I did is I got this score result and then I
went to see my doctor but before going to see my doctor to speak about getting
a referral to an Asperger's specialist or an autistic unit or an autism
specialist or a mental health team to talk further about this in process of
getting a diagnosis I actually then compiled a list of things well I didn't
do it my family members on my partner she wrote down that list of traits that
she could see in me that were kind of non neurotypical traits where obviously
I couldn't really pick them up because yeah they are me and this is my daily
life but she could also find out if something was
not really new typical in the sense so once you've compiled your list and you
have your aq test score you can take both of these documents to the doctor
and ask for a referral to a mental health team or an autism specialist or
an Asperger specialist because they will be the ones to help diagnose you but the
thing is if you're helping them do their work for them and you've got an aq test
score and then you've also got this list of traits you're kind of ahead of the
game and or help speed up the process because it is a long process to learn
more about autism check out the next video in this line and hit that
subscribe button so you notified every single time I upload a video I'll see
you next time guys peace

Top 10 Batman Ninja Surprising Facts - Duration: 5:23.Hey guys!
Welcome back to Top 10 Nerd, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.
Batman Ninja has just come out on digital release, and the reviews are pouring in.
Everyone's looking forward to some awesome Batman vs Joker action in feudal Japan.
But some people are doubting the greatness that is Batman Ninja, so I'm here to give
you some cool info about it to get you ready for it!
Don't worry; I'll avoid spoilers as much as possible, and try to keep plot points vague.
If you finish this and want more, check out our video on the Alternate Versions of Batman
next!
But first, get ready, it's time for the Top 10 Surprising Facts About Batman Ninja!
Number 10: It's Batman's anime debut!
This might surprise a lot of people given Batman's insane popularity, but this is
the first Batman anime ever.
I checked, because I couldn't believe it to be true, but I couldn't find any.
Which makes this even more of an amazing event.
It's really cool to see him reimagined in such a unique style, and it allows for fighting
styles that are common in anime but less so in Western media.
Very cool.
Number 9: Joker isn't the only baddie.
Even though the trailer focused largely on Batman and the Joker, Joker isn't the only
villain in town.
It turns out a bunch of Gotham's supervillains had been sent back as well, and had been working
to create criminal organizations in this new world.
We've got Gorilla Grodd, Deathstroke, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Penguin, and Bane.
We caught glimpses of them in the trailer, but they look totally awesome in the movie.
Batman definitely has his work cut out for him, but thankfully, they aren't the only
time-travellers around…
Number 8: Batman has allies.
Yep, as was seen in the trailer, various members of the Bat Clan are there to help him fight
against the villainous bosses.
With him are Red Robin, Damian Wayne's Robin, Red Hood, Nightwing, Cat Woman, and of course
Alfred.
Who built a bat cave, because of course he did.
They've all been beautifully reimagined to fit the art style and time period, while
still having really unique characteristics and a definite futuristic look.
Which makes sense, because…
Number 7: The characters were designed by Takashi Okazaki.
Hardcore fans might recognize the name, but if you don't, he's the creator of Afro Samurai,
the classic manga about, well, a samurai with an afro.
It makes total sense to call him in on this; the futuristic-yet-feudal setting of Afro
Samurai fits really well with this story, since we have the futuristic heroes and villains
in the time of feudal Japan.
And he did a bang-up job.
Number 6: It was written by Leo Chu.
Yep, the Afro Samurai just keeps coming.
Leo Chu was the writer for the Afro Samurai mini-series and movie, and he was brought
onto this project as well to write the English screenplay.
Given the similarities between Afro Samurai and Batman Ninja, it's an understandable
choice, plus we knew he was already tight with Okazaki.
Don't worry, these points won't all be just a list of credits, but the Afro Samurai
parallels are super relevant.
And these guys did such a great job that I think they deserve the spotlight.
Number 5: The Joker and Harley become farmers.
I won't explain the various events leading up to or following this reveal, since it gives
away a bunch of plot points.
But at one point, Batman comes upon Joker and Harley seemingly living an innocent life
as farmers, without any memory of who they were, or even who Batman was.
How did they become farmers?
Will they ever get their memories back?
Guess you'll have to watch it to see!
Or, like, scroll down to the comments, I'm sure people down there will tell you.
Number 4: Batman isn't really a ninja.
Despite the title being Batman Ninja, Batman looks and acts a lot more like a samurai in
this movie.
The ninja thing doesn't come in until fairly late in the film.
Which is quite interesting, because the ninja motif would obviously work really well with
the stealthy and cunning Batman.
That said, I think the samurai thing is heaps cooler, so I'm totally fine with it.
Especially since it let Chu and Okazaki work a lot more in their samurai wheelhouse.
Number 3: Bane is a sumo wrestler.
I couldn't not put this as a point, I'm sorry.
I won't go into each villain and their new depiction, but Bane as a sumo wrestler is
just so incredibly perfect and so incredibly disturbing that it had to be on here.
If I could do a Bane voice I'd do some Fat Bastard lines in his voice right now, but
I can't, so I won't.
Consider yourselves lucky.
Oh and Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are voiced by Tara Strong.
Who plays Timmy in Fairly Odd Parents, among countless other characters.
I thought that was cool but not cool enough for its own point.
Next.
Number 2: It's really good.
Honestly, I know this sounds like a weak point, but given the mediocrity of DC films of late,
some people were a bit worried.
But clearly the animated films aren't falling prey to the issues the DCU is facing, because
this has been wiiiiidely hailed as an excellent movie by critics, sometimes called the best
Batman film ever.
I know reviews are subjective, but when they're so consistently amazing, it's a pretty clear
indicator of greatness.
Number 1: There is a monkey Megazord.
This one's a spoiler for an awesome plot point, so I'll keep it vague just to whet
your appetite for the movie.
At one point, one of the protagonists gains access to Gorilla Grodd's monkeys, that
combine into a giant samurai monkey to fight a big baddie.
Which just gives crazy Power Ranger vibes to us Westerners.
This is one of the really anime-ish aspects of the movie, and as you can guess, it's
absurdly awesome.
That's it for today!
Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top
10 Nerd for more videos!

and you hate clicking!
Let me know your thoughts on Batman Ninja in the comments down below!
Just be careful, apparently some losers think it's fun to post Infinity War spoilers in
the comments.
So try to avoid that, and try to avoid thinking about how sad their lives must be.
Until next time, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey with Top 10 nerd.

Fortnite: Stone Circle, Wooden Bridge & Red RV Location | Heavy.com || CACAO TV - Duration: 4:31.Fortnite: Stone Circle, Wooden Bridge & Red RV Location | Heavy.com
A new week of Battle Pass challenges arrived today and with it comes the final set of the season.
This week players are asked to find a Battle Pass star between a stone circle, a wooden bridge and a red RV.
If you don't want to do the searching on your own, just follow our guide to the location.
This spot isn't all that difficult to find as it requires players to drop at Tomato Town, hopefully with their freshly purchase Tomato Town skin.
While you can track down the bridge, circle and RV on your own you can also just drop at the location and collect the star without doing any of that.
If you've played the game long enough you probably already have a location in mind but if you're new or have no idea what the game is describing, just follow our map and pick up the star.
The stone circle mentioned in the challenge is to the south of Tomato Town, the red RV in in Wailing Woods while the wooden bridge is directly east of Tomato Town.
The Battle Pass star is located on a dirt clearing next to a log.
Just collect the star and you're done with this week's challenge.
As mentioned before, this week marks the end of the Battle Pass challenge weeks so if you still have other weeks to finish up, now is the time to do it.
Season 3 of Fortnite: Battle Royale ends April 30 so there's only a few days left.
If Season 4 is like Season 3 then we can expect little to no downtime between seasons.
As Season 4 approaches we'll likely be getting another Battle Pass with new sets of challenges.
One thing that also might happen with the new season is the destruction of Tilted Towers.
It has long been speculated the new-ish location would be the victim of a comet strike but now more evidence has been revealed.
Yesterday Epic Games tweeted out an emergency broadcast alert, featuring a llama, and has since pinned the tweet and made it their headed which certainly indicates something is happening.
The TVs in Tilted Towers yesterday also began to broadcast the alert which left many players wondering what was going on.
Coupled with the maintenance yesterday there were many players who thought Epic Games was preemptively destroying Tilted Towers but that did not happen.
There is also evidence of a new game mode on the horizon.
The new mode, dubbed Impact, has been datamined earlier this month and it certainly sounds like it will focus on the looming threat of the comet.
The mode has not been officially announced yet so stay tuned for more info.
Fortnite: Battle Royale is out now on Xbox One, PS4 and PC via the Epic Games Launcher. For more Fortnite: Battle Royale coverage, content and guides stay with us here at Heavy.
