Recipe of Georgian khachapuri - Easy and fast - Duration: 8:03.

Hello Friend how are you? I'm Svieta. Today you I bring a dish that will fall in love with you.

They are tortillas that are stuffed inside with cheese and they are called khachapuri.

They are typical of Georgian cuisine, from the Caucasus. Friends the Khachapuri are ideal for the

breakfast, for a snack, for food, for dinner, for ... any time of the day.

With a tea or with a coffee they are an authentic delight.

You will see how after trying them they are going to turn into one of your dishes

favorites

They are super soft, incredible.

They are very juicy inside.

And they become very easy.

The first thing we will do is prepare the dough.

In a bowl we put 2 yogurts. Natural yogurts, without flavor.

They are 125 g each.

We add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda Sodium or baking powder or chemical yeast

Royal type.

Cascamos 1 egg.

We remove.

We add ½ teaspoon of salt.

We sieve all-purpose wheat flour. It's the common flour, the normal, the cheapest

from the supermarket.

With the help of a spoon we stir very well.

We add 2 tablespoons of oil.

We remove.

We finished making the ball with the hand.

Cover the container with a piece of plastic and leave the most at rest 20 minutes.

To fill in the khachapuri I will use 250 g of feta cheese and 250 g of gouda cheese.

You can use the cheese that you like most but yes it would be good if you used the cheese

soft paste and hard cheese.

Grate the cheeses.

Shell 1 egg and stir.

We divide the cheese into 4 - 5 equal portions.

Sprinkle the table with flour.

We dump the dough on the table.

And we divide the dough into 5 pieces.

We make balls.

We cover the balls with plastic, to that do not dry out on the outside, and we leave them

at rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the table with flour.

We take 1 ball.

We put it on the table and stretch it in a circle 10 - 12 cm in diameter.

Put the cheese ball on top of the circle.

And we lock her in the mass.

And now we stretch the ball in tortilla 20 cm in diameter.

First with your hands and then we will help each other with the roller.

And so the tortilla has remained.

Of half a centimeter of thickness.

In the same way we form the remaining tortillas.

At medium heat we put to heat the pan.

My frying pan is 26 cm in diameter.

Once it is hot, we spread the pan with small amount of oil.

And put the omelette in the pan.

After 2 minutes, or when you see that it has golden on the bottom, we turn it over.

And on top we spread it with butter.

When you see that it has gilded down, remove it from the pan.

And we spread it with butter.

In the same way we cook the khachapuri remaining.

MMM…

...I'm sorry, friends! :)

The Khachapuri never fail. It's a dish that everyone likes it Starting from the

smallest of the house and even the most large, older than the house.

Please tell me in the comments if You have liked these tortillas stuffed with

cheese. And, in general, if you like food of the Caucasus.

Subscribe to my channel if you have not already done because it's totally free.

Until next time.

Synod w cieniu homoherezji. Zobacz wstrząsający reportaż PCh24.pl pt. „Synodalność w dobie kryzysu" - Duration: 39:39.

Synodality at a time of crisis

With the end of October 2018 another synod summoned by Pope Francis came to an end. This time it was a synod about youth, and was so named the Youth Synod.

Yet this gathering of bishops was held in an atmosphere of scandal,

when just before the beginning of the Synod a great scandal of sexual abuse was revealed in the American Church.

There is one more matter that perhaps cast a shadow over it – the shocking letters of Abp. Vigano, a former apostolic nuncio in the United States,

which revealed the extent to which the homosexual lobby had infiltrated the Church and part of the clergy.

Admittedly, with this background and in such an atmosphere holding the Youth Synod could have been particularly troublesome.

The testimony of Abp. Carlo Vigan? shocked the Church.

First of all, it shocked the American Church, which was the main stage of the scandal but also the Universal Church, of course, including the Vatican.

It was like a thunderbolt out of the blue. Here is a fragment quoted from the booklet containing all Abp. Vigano's letters published by PCh24.pl.

"The virtue of chastity must be recovered in the clergy and in seminaries. Corruption in the misuse of the Church's resources and of the offerings of the faithful must be fought against.

The seriousness of homosexual behavior must be denounced. The homosexual networks present in the Church must be eradicated."

And one more short fragment: "I implore everyone, especially Bishops, to speak up in order to defeat this conspiracy of silence that is so widespread,

and to report the cases of abuse they know about to the media and civil authorities."

The publication of these letters with this content had to shock not only the Church in the United States but also around the world.

So what was the reaction in the Vatican?

Among the reasons for these sexual abuses many bishops, clerics, observers, and vaticanists cited "clericalism".

It's not really clear what that means.

Not many people reacted as courageously and straight as to say that – taking into account that most of the homosexual scandals concerned men and young boys

– homosexuality was to blame for this – the homosexual culture that unfortunately got into the Church through some crack.

The case of Abp. Vigano is so serious that it not only influenced the Synod in the Vatican, not only the media policy of the Vatican but also the life of the archbishop himself.

It's the first time after many, many years that a Catholic archbishop has had to go into hiding. Abp Vigano is in hiding now.

It's not known where he is.

The publication of Abp. Vigano's letters just before the Youth Synod of course was not a coincidence.

It was intended to discuss the "homosexual orientation" at the Synod and the acronym "LGBT"

was written in the working document or the "Instrumentum Laboris" for the first time in the history of Church documents.

In preparation for the Synod I read the working document or the Instrumentum Laboris.

It's a difficult read. It's written in sociological jargon or to use a more Biblical reference – full of babble.

And then in Paragraph 197 I came across such a phrase: "Some LGBT youths,

through various contributions that were received by the General Secretariat of the Synod, wish to «benefit from greater closeness» and experience greater care by the Church,

while some BC ask themselves what to suggest «to young people who decide to create homosexual instead of heterosexual couples and,

above all, would like to be close to the Church." The term "LGBT" is the emblem of homosexual circles, it's a symbol they want to be used all around the world.

How did that happen that this most prominent emblem of a society hostile to the Church appeared in the official language of a Church document?

The testimony of Abp. Vigano was a spanner thrown in the works, into the mechanism being made by modernist circles in the Church,

who had for a long time wanted to change the traditional moral teaching of the Church.

For the first few days of the Synod the media reports were exactly such: that there was some talk about "LGBT", about other "sexual orientations",

about homosexuality, about experiencing someone's "sexual identity".

At one of the press conferences the bishops were asked if anyone was teaching the moral doctrine of the Church to young people, reminding them of that doctrine.

What could be more fitting than reminding the young to live in accordance with the moral doctrine of the Church?

Well, the reaction of the bishops was at least surprising!

During the Synod I took part in numerous press conferences.

And a strange thing – at those press conferences and in various statements of the participants of the Synod one motive kept coming up:

all of them wanted to learn from the young people – bishops, cardinals, hierarchs, people with teaching authority wanted to learn from the youth.

This clearly means the concepts had been confused, switching the positions of the "ecclesia docens" and "ecclesia discens" – the teaching Church and the learning Church.

What will confusing these two Churches lead to, when the learning Church starts teaching the teaching Church?

Just behind me there is the press center of the Vatican, the so called "Sala Stampa", well-known to you from many TV reports, also from ours.

At such conferences when bishops came into that room during the Synod, we learned which issues were being discussed in various language groups.

And so we heard that there were talks about migrants, about ecology, about economics, about happy life, about Iphones, about the new media,

how to be happy, how to live in tolerance… And what about Jesus Christ? – you might ask.

What about the Ten Commandments? What about the articles of faith?

What about the deadly sins? What about the works of mercy, both spiritual and corporal?

Well… there was not much talk about them.

And maybe the Youth Synod was not so much a synod about young people, or at least not only about young people?

For is it really possible to discuss only problems of young people for three weeks?

Some influential Vaticanologists, some experienced journalists claim that this Synod was also about continuing the synod, making it permanent,

about showing the path of synodality in the Church, the path which is supposed to be a way of democratizing the Church or maybe even of parliamentarization of the Church.

When talking about the Youth Synod we cannot forget the Apostolic Constitution "Episcopalis Communio," which was published just before the beginning of the Synod.

This document introduces the term "synodality" as an instrument of administering the Church.

We seem to be standing at a crossroads, the Church seems to be standing at a crossroads. Unfortunately, the Church is changing.

But "ecclesia semper reformanda", the Church is a self-repairing mechanism, maintained by the Holy Spirit.

And God is able to bring good out of every evil done by people.

Ant the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church.

It was announced by its Divine Founder.

Even more: He said he would be with us, with the Church till the end of time.

St. Paul adds if God is with us, who can be against us? Those against us won't matter.

Finally, in the final document of the Synod there were many points about "synodality".

Some of the Church fathers wanted these points to be rejected probably because they had received this text with these points just before the vote,

and they had not talked about "synodality" before.

These points were imposed on them. In the end, the "LGBT" issue was not introduced into the document.

There was "accompaniment for homosexual persons" based on previous documents and the Catechism of the Church.

The issue of opening the Church more to women was introduced, because maybe some thought the Church was closed to them.

There was the topic of courageous cultural conversion as part of the women's issue.

There was also some reference to the Instrumentum Laboris, which by some is interpreted as the possibility of including the Instrumentum Laboris

in the ordinary teaching of the Church. But for that to be the Holy Father himself must express his opinion.

One thing is sure: the Youth Synod was also concerned with "synodality", young people were listened to and the bishops decided that all of us,

as the Church, should listen to young people and that synodality should continue.

After the conclusion of the Synod we were to go to our countries, to our dioceses and parishes and there we should still continue the synodal process.

What does it mean? What will it look like? Of course we will be reporting on that for you.

We spent a week here in Rome with you. We were here for you and thanks to you.

Without your support we wouldn't have been able to record these materials, write articles, talk with interesting people,

bishops, priests, vaticanists. Thank you for that and we'd like to ask you for your support in the future.

What To Say When They Ask You What It Is - Duration: 7:11.

Hey hey good morning it's gonna be a really quick training today

I'm Johan Van Aarde, today we are going to talk about what you say when people ask you what is it ?

f you're using an iOS device, such as iPhones and iPads, you can adjust your device settings to show captions, when available. * Go to your device's home screen. * Tap Settings. * Tap General > Accessibility > Subtitles & Captioning. * Tap next to Closed Captions + SDH to turn on captions for videos, when available.

And whether your network marketer or doing any kind of

presentation to somebody once they hammer you with what is it or what it is

you need to take control of the conversation the one asking the

questions is the one taking control okay so whether you're network marketer and

wanting to send somebody a video or asking them in person if they're open or

on social media to your opportunity or your product or service whether you are

an insurance agent asking people prospecting them or you know even at a

trade fair for example or you sell any kind of thing where you have to do a

presentation to somebody or let them watch your video or what it is the

moment the person asks you if you ask are you open to my product service or

opportunity what is it do not ignore the question tell them this is let's use an

example this is network marketing it's a chance for you to earn extra income and

if its in the health and wellness industry I can't tell you more I have a great video

for you to watch let me know how soon you can watch it and when you tell me you

have watch it I'll call you and then we can discuss it or I'll do the

presentation for you now if you're sitting in person with somebody you'll

get it totally if you have any questions I cover that in my presentation if

there's any other questions I'll jot it down we'll answer it at the end and it's

fine if they ask the questions and jot it down and do answered for them but

most of the time all of their questions will be answered in your presentation if

it's a properly built presentation or in the video that you

send them now they keep asking you what is it then I would just simply have

posture and say look I told you all the answers will be questioned we answered I

cannot possibly tell you this in a few minutes and I simply am too busy I don't

have the time create urgency if you feel this might not be for you then don't

bother and don't tell me that you're watching I want to attend the

presentation but if you are open to the idea then we will go through that are

you open to seeing what it's about okay then move on so do not let them

keep asking you trying to explain the whole thing it's the worst worst thing

you can do because the person asking the questions have the control and it's your

product and service and yes you need to make money I know that but you know what

they need your product and service more than what you need their business

because there's plenty to go around if you have an abundance mindset there's

plenty to go around so always make sure that you are in control and asking the

questions so do give them a brief little overview but not along one quick

sentence eat a little immediately to your presentation the video or a meeting

they have to attend whatever it is in the way that that it's structured for

you now if they keep asking then I just mentioned this do not let them take

control of the conversation if they said you just cut to the chase just tell me

how much it is or just tell me what I need to purchase anything like that and

it's like if if that is what you're asking me then I am doing you an

injustice by trying to tell you that because you will have no idea of what it

will do for you in other you know most people is they have one radio station WIIFM

what's in it for me if you don't do a proper presentation to see the video

so they can see what the product service or opportunity whatever it is can do for

them their lives your family their business

then you haven't done them proper service at all so why even bother to

tell them and you need to be strong and firm on that and say this is the process

you will see why we do it it is for your benefit and not for mine

and if they said nope nope I don't want to just release yourself from it and say

this is not for you and as we say here in beautiful Hawaii Aloha Aloha means

hello and goodbye so especially for you guys with Network marketers

don't come across as needy come from a place of posture now also what if the

person says to you yeah send me the video or send me the link and I'll get

back to you when I watched it it's like I'm sorry I am so busy I don't have time

to follow up with people so I prefer yet you tell me so please tell me how soon

you can watch it I'll schedule something in my calendar and I'll call you to

discuss it right afterwards if they say no no just send me the link or whatever

it's like okay you are not open to this opportunity I wish you all of the best

and here's the thing while you do that guys if that person cannot follow

instructions now and be cooperable you know and work with you and be a team

player how can you expect them to be a team player down the road so just move

on I hope that gave you great value this will be published on our blog next

Tuesday at johanvanaarde.com or also rugbydude.com both dot coms

you'll get the full video you'll get all the layout of it and you know what you

guys here in social media get it first and then those will get the summary to

blog post the edited version get it first that's on my email list so go ahead and

subscribe to our email list I send out great trainings great nuggets

especially my Aloha 5-0 on Saturdays its the 5 things that keep me busy or

entertain me and a lot of people's gotten great value of that plus it also

gives people the best of my trainings from the week now you can do that

at SMRecruitingBlueprint.com with that you will also get my social media

recruiting blueprint and it really doesn't matter what the product or

service is it's a template for you to prospect people over social media

be in control of the situation and not be the spammer or anything like that

Will there be a breakaway European Super League involving Man Utd, Real Madrid, Juventus? - Duration: 3:41.

Earlier this month, online publication Der Spiegel claimed top European clubs were plotting to form their own competition

The report, based on documents obtained by whistleblowing website Football Leaks, indicated a new league formed independently of UEFA would be a 16-team competition with a group stage and a knockout round, beginning in 2021

In addition, the league would consist of 11 founding members and five guest teams, with the founders immune from relegation and guaranteed spots in the league for 20 years

The document alleged the 11 founding members of the new league would be La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, Premier League heavyweights Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Serie A duo Juventus and AC Milan, with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain rounding out the group

The same document suggested that the five guest teams would be Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Marseille, Inter Milan and Roma

So, will there be a European Super League? UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin has now responded to the claims, saying a European Super League "will not happen"

Ceferin and Andrea Agnelli, chairman of Juventus and the European Club Association, have made their positions clear following speculation of secret discussions over a new league competition

"The Super League will not happen," Ceferin told BBC Sport. "It is in a way a fiction now or a dream

" Juve chairman Agnelli added: "I can confirm we have never seen, never discussed, never been involved in the creation of this document

"We are fully engaged with UEFA in shaping the game going forward." The pair insist Europe's top sides will remain part of UEFA, while also holding plans that could redraw the European football landscape from 2024

"We have some ideas," Ceferin explained. "All I can say is that any Super League is out of the question

Participation stays. And everybody will have an opportunity to compete in every European competition

" A third European competition to run alongside the Champions League and Europa League is set to be confirmed next month, and Agnelli said: "It will be our duty to safeguard the great heritages of European football, but on the other side I think we are very well aware that we have to safeguard markets, we have to think about upcoming markets

"We have to think about Poland. We have to think about (countries like) Turkey, we have to think about Russia

"Fans can rest assured that if we put our hands to making a new product it's because we want to make sure that fans across Europe engage

"

[ENG SUB] Unboxing Platform Shoes & Styling! Fila Concours - Duration: 5:25.

Hi guys and my Ryunas

It's Kyung-Ah from Ryu's Penna (Fashion Youtuber traveling life)

If you've seen my clips before, you'll know

I really like platform shoes

So, I brought the shoe that's a collaboration by Fila and Folder. (It's a platform shoe, and you can only buy this from Folder)

I brought the white color and grey, and I'll show you this while unboxing it with my outfit

Let's take a look!

Ta da~

I'll show you them buy each color

First, this is the white one

Isn't it cute?

The shoelaces are originally these

It's a white lace with a bit ivory in it

But since there's a stripe lace together inside, you have a choice

Personally, I liked the striped lace, so I changed it

this is the grey color!

Since it's warm grey, you might think that it's a bit beige

But, it has a more cool feel then beige

also, it's a little different than other cool tone grey colors, so it's nice

This is the basic color for the shoelace

The lace inside together is the same striped one ago

So, you can change the shoelaces into white!

You can choose the laces to match your outfit

Since this kind of all-white shoes go well everywhere, you can wear them daily

As you can see, the grey tone isn't the same for the whole shoe

And the material is slightly different, too

There are surely more details than the white one

Actually, these two colors look nice with any looks,

but the grey one especially goes well with jeans and non-patterned bottoms

I'll show you the outfit cut for both,

but I'll do the detail explanation with the white color

You can easily see that it's platformed

The character of platform shoes is that it looks a bit tough and round

As ugly shoes are the trend, these types of shoes can be easily seen

There's a friend of mine that really likes going to concerts

Those kind of people seemed to like platform shoes more

Since it's comfortable, it's really the best for standing shoes

The Fila Concours I brought, has a 4cm high platform

Also, there's a unique engraving on the heel

Because I had this on while styling it, the bottom is a bit dirty, but can you see the engraving detail?

Isn't this detail really pretty and unique?

Since the engraving is deep like a tire, it'll be nice for frozen floors in winter

It'll prevent slipping!

And personally, I thought that

If your bored with the design, it'll be nice to color the engraving for a DIY custom

I learned that this design was first launched in 1996

And it's relaunched with the BACK TO 90s Project

Retro style is the trend, for sure

It really matches that mood, well

These shoes happen to have been the same age with me

I have a sneaker type platform and a boot type platform,

and the good points of sneaker types is that they are comfortable and your ankle looks thinner.

As you can see, these kind of ugly shoes' platforms come out really thick

So, that's why your ankles can look thin (Wearing by hand LOL)

So, if I give a small tip on styling,

it's a good idea to match short skirts or jogger pants that show your ankles out for a skinnier street look

Of course it'll be a good match for a hippy pants that cover the ankles

I only showed you white and grey

There will be much more colors out at January

There will be navy, cream, pink, black, so you can wait for it

Actually, white and grey are already my taste,

but white and grey are a bit different

So, if I like the other colors, I might buy another

Well, I think it's time to wrap up my unboxing and review,

so I'll show you my stylings using the Fila Concours

Well guys, I showed you the Fila Concours unboxing with my platform sneakers stylings.

How were they?

Actually, the boots I usually wear are domestic brands

And other platform shoes are from oversee buying, so it was hard to give information about them

But, I was so glad this time that I could introduce a cute platform sneaker to you guys

Well, this is the end of this clip!

If it was fun or useful

See ya next time!

Bye!

Where do I start to build a podcast? 001 PODCAST PRODUCERS PODCAST with Neil Mossey - Duration: 10:10.

Hello, I'm Neil Mossey, welcome to the Happy Hut and thank you for clicking on this.

Welcome to the very first episode of the podcast producers podcast.

I feel like this should be music playing at the moment or something...

That will come in time with other episodes but this is the first one and I am very

excited. And by excited I mean I'm terrified. I've got this going out on YouTube, on my

YouTube channel... Hello YouTube, if you're watching there.

And if you're listening on the audio podcast there's a link in the description to where

the YouTube videos are. And if you're watching on YouTube there's

a link in the description for where the audio podcast is and where the website is.

So really pleased that you're here. If you're watching on YouTube at this point I'm probably

going to stop looking at the camera now just so I can give my all to this as an audio podcast,

but you're in good hands. I've actually already recorded the first episode

but I wanted to record and upload this thing first. I wanted to record an introduction

partly to test to make sure that everything works but mostly I just wanted to get an episode

in the can and online to get the Podcast Producers Podcast going.

My background is in TV, radio and online production. Well, the things I've produced and written

- maybe there's one or two of them that you might have heard of if you are in the UK but

it's a lot of stuff - I've recently made a couple of podcasts and

one of them has turned out wonderfully. I'm really really proud of it. It's... it's

a closed series - it's just a small number of episodes. I'm really pleased with how that's

come out. But the other podcast is an open and ongoing

series. And I've hit this complete wall with it.

I can only describe it as a podcast wall. I can't get past it, so I've started reaching

out to people I know who've been making podcasts and what's been really comforting

is that the people I've been talking to - it looks like they have a podcast producers wall

as well they have obstacles that they've had to get around and they're actually grappling

with different problems that I haven't even thought of yet.

Yesterday I went to have a chat with one my really closest longtime friend Stuart and

he is involved in a podcast that has recently been released. We were talking about some

of the things that's come up, and how he's actually got this podcast made and we were

talking for for a while and we're going so deep into talking about podcasts and and how

he make them that I asked him if I could record the conversation.

I got my phone out and put it on the table - it's in a coffee shop - busy coffee shop

- I'm just recording it on my phone with no microphone and I'd never do that.

I'd never set out to record a podcast just on my phone with no microphone in a busy coffee

shop, on a table, and uh but we kept talking for an hour we didn't stop talking. And it

was a really good chat and I want to share that chat, so I'm going to release that as

the first interview episode. It will be the next episode because I want to share this

complete journey with you and I'm going to do that by making it better as I go along.

I am going to try and video them too so that you'll be able to see... you'll be able to

see the environment that I'm recording in. You might see some of the equipment or some

of the other things that we'll see. I'm not sure if that's a good idea. I'd like

to put all of the podcasts on YouTube anyway in audio form. I'm not sure if it's a good

idea having the camera because what I like about podcast is the intimacy and I'm worried

that the that the camera is going to get in the way of that - but it's just an experiment

so we'll see we'll see how that goes. I think my biggest fear is that this is a

podcast about podcasts and I'm worried that it comes off the eye that the best idea I

could come up with for a podcast is a podcast about podcast. It feels really route one but

it absolutely comes from a genuine place. I do really want to share the process and

share other podcast producers talking about the process in real time.

When I got home yesterday I sat down and I wrote down what I want the podcast producer

podcast to be, and it came out like this: I want it to be prolific

I want to meet with as many podcast producers as possible

I want to publish as much material as possible and wherever possible I want to

make this podcast for free I want to see if it's possible to start making

a podcast with no money or as little money as possible.

I mean, I know I've got the camera, and I've got a microphone.

I'm doing that because I don't have a a good audio recording device so even using the camera

for me was my little workaround for making a podcast.

I want to do this in a way where anyone can use what they've got to hand to put their

podcast idea online. Podcast producers are - I think - are anyone

involved in making a podcast even if you're just thinking about doing it, if you're listening

to this you're a podcast producer - whether or not you've actually got a podcast yet.

You're a podcast producer. I'm hoping that if I can keep this going long

enough that anyone will be able to share their ideas or to share tips or to put questions

that other people - other podcast producers are facing - and that will all help each other

out. I want to talk to as many people who have

a podcast going to help them find a new audience for their podcasts and finally I really want

to try and get as many people as possible to make their own podcast and if I could just

stumble through this process and share everything with you I'm hoping that you'll see that you'll

be able to do this. There's so much - as you know - because you've

looked this up there's so much that you need to get together and any one person will have

certain skills you might be good at talking to people or booking guests or you might be

good at operating the audio equipment or you might be really good on the computer.

So you might be really good at editing the audio and putting it on a website.

You might be really good at social media, so you might be really good promoting

your podcast. But there are so many aspects just to get this thing out of your head and

online as a completed podcast stream... I think there are very few people who can

do all of that and I think that between us between however many people watching this

- I think nobody's listening to this podcast - I think no one will listen to this episode.

That's what's getting me through actually recording it and uploading it - but if

anyone is going to listen to it they're going to have different skill sets and they're

gonna have different ideas and they're going to have different experiences and

I think the more that we can share those the better.

So that's it - thanks so much for joining me for the very first podcast producers podcast,

with Neil Mossey episode 001 "Where do I start to build a podcast?"

If you've got this far - if you have listened - I don't believe anyone is but if you have

listened to this I would love it if you were able to say hi to me.

There's ways to contact me in the show notes on the audio podcast and on the YouTube video.

I've put all my contact details in the description but you can also leave a comment or give me

a thumbs up. Also I'm taking a guess that you listen to

loads of podcasts so you know the importance of subscribers. So if this is a journey that

you might want to come with me on - if it's a journey that you want to share with me - it'd

be lovely to see you there as a subscriber but anyway I hope this helps.

It feels presumptuous of me to ask you if you've got any questions but if you have got

any questions I'd love to hear them and let's do this!

Podcast Producers Podcast. Hello, please help my daddy get 1000 subscribers,

just click on his face thanks bye!

November 20, 2018 | Tuesdays With Terry | Orphan's Promise - Duration: 2:41.

Hi everybody welcome to Tuesday with Terry it's great to be with you today.

I'm just thinking today of how we talk a lot about poverty, but you know where

poverty exists, usually there are a lot of other negative things existing also.

One of the things is violence and that's what happened to a little boy named Omolemo

that's in South Africa. And when children see things like this, trauma is

created in them. And yet, what we find is when opportunity is presented to them,

when they're allowed to dream again, when they're allowed to grow and to create,

there is a whole new future that opens up and it overcomes the negativity of

the trauma they've experienced. I'd like you to watch his story... "Like many boys

his age, seven year-old Omolemo loves to play outside, but one day he witnessed

something terrible. "I was playing and I saw two men chasing someone with a knife.

I heard one of them say to the man, 'I am going to get you! They grabbed him and

beat him and stabbed him in the back of the head.' I was so scared." Omolemo ran away.

While an ambulance came to take the man to the hospital,

Omolemo hid inside his house waiting for his mom to come home from work.

"After that, I didn't want to go out riding alone at night. I couldn't sleep,

I thought someone would try to kill me too. Omolemo was invited to attend

Day Spring Children's Village, which is supported by Orphan's Promise. He made so

many friends here. He's no longer afraid to play outside. "I like playing with the

other children. I feel safe and happy. I sleep so well during nap time and I'm

not scared anymore because I learned that no matter what happens God is

merciful." Omelemo gets good meals and also

attends school here. "It makes me happy to see my teachers.

I loved them and I know they love me. They teach me about Jesus and I

know he loves me to.o I thank God for the family he gave me, food, warm food on a

regular basis, education, a safe place to be it's all changed this little boy's

life and thousands like him where you are making a difference because of your

kindness and generosity. I just want to say thank you for seeing the need, thank

you for doing something about it. God bless you!

Somewhere. This would be a really cool game to play and really easy to clean up and use so next we're gonna look at the

Super studio Disney Princesses taking a look at the box. It says Osmos super studio

Your drawing comes to life. The oslo base is required. And this is fun for ages 5 and up

This is the Disney Princesses. The back says all the same things

this one also includes the notebook the marker the app which is free and

The eraser and the also a basin device is not included

There are lots of pages. I love how you can erase and do them again. You can do them with friends

It'll be fun to do with family this holiday season. There are so many really cool things. You can draw

How Can We Stay Productive Over the Long-Haul? - Duration: 2:19.

Well partly, it's what I do, so I just have to come up with content.

So, the longer you write, the more you interpret the world as a writer, which means you're

just constantly looking at the world and saying, what can I write about, what's interesting,

what would be of interest to other people, what's of interest to me?

And so you just kind of look out at the world as a big opportunity for things to write about,

things to think about.

In terms of productivity, I'm a very, by nature, a very undisciplined person and its always

been that way.

As a kid, I just lived in a world of chaos and, but over time was finding that, you know,

I've got a family to lead here and bills need to be paid and I'm involved in a church now,

and I've got responsibilities to that church and started going looking for tools, for help.

And, a lot of false starts, you know, read this book, oh this is going to change my life

and you put all these systems in place and it all kind of falls apart after a week or

two, or a month or two.

And I came to realize that I wasn't thinking about things in a distinctly Christian way.

So I was taking essentially secular, mainstream ideas, which can be very, very good, but they

don't have the spiritual foundation.

So I had to kind of go back to the foundation and say, why should I be productive?

What does being productive have to do with being a Christian?

So I built, really for myself, a theology of productivity.

And then on top of that theology of productivity, I could build out an actual process of it

and that's what I laid out in my book Do More Better.

So, the temptation is, just tell me some tools I can use that will get my life organized,

so I will feel good about myself and I'll be able to put lots of x's through little

boxes to indicate that I've gotten things done.

But, far better to go right down to the beginning and say, why should I do anything at all?

What does it mean to be a productive Christian?

How can I live in this world in a way that's pleasing to God?

🍬 How High Blood Sugar Causes Wrinkles & Accelerates Aging - Duration: 3:25.

Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,

Of course, most people know that sugar in any form, isn't really good for you.

This includes regular sugar and natural "cane" sugars, as well as syrups and high-fructose

corn syrups, which is found in so many products.

Sadly, Americans on average, consume almost 70 lbs of sugar each year.

That's about 7 tablespoons DAILY!

And you may know that all of this extra sugar leads to obesity and diabetes, in addition

to other health problems such a high blood pressure, cholesterol, inflammation, pain,

fatigue and so forth.

In fact, it's damaging to all of your organs, and your brain.

However, most people don't realize that high blood sugar and insulin levels, accelerates

the aging process and causes wrinkles.

Wrinkles, deep lines and sagging skin are a partial byproduct of the process known as

glycation, in which excess sugar molecules attach themselves to collagen fibers and ultimately

cause them to lose their strength and flexibility … We call these bondings AGEs, or advanced

glycosylation end products.

The result?...

Your skin becomes less elastic and more vulnerable to sun damage, fine lines and sagging.

Sugar and other high-glycemic carbohydrates such as breads, starches, potatoes, baked

goods, pastas, desserts and soda, are rapidly converted to glucose in your bloodstream.

Your body then secretes extra insulin to help lower the blood sugar and things just keep

getting worse and worse.

Over time, your body becomes less sensitive to insulin and thus, your pancreas has to

secrete even more, just to lower your blood sugar levels back down.

The bottom line is that the higher your blood sugar and insulin levels, the more wrinkles

you'll have over time -- in addition to all the other health ailments I mentioned.

As a side note, all of this damage to your skin, is also negatively affecting your scalp

and thus, causes hair loss and thinning.

But, that's for another video...

One supplement that helps lower blood sugar and more specifically, decreases glycation

which causes the wrinkles, is Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA).

You can take it topically, but it's far more effective and less expensive, when taken

orally as a supplement.

Additional ingredients that are good for BOTH blood sugar and wrinkles is Vitamin E, Biotin,

Pantothenic Acid, Selenium, Chromium and Trans-Resveratrol.

Now, because this is such an important topic - not just for your overall health, but just

for vanity reasons.

I've got two links below this video, in the description area that I want you to take

a look at right now, while it's fresh on your mind.

I have another YouTube video you can watch, entitled "10 Clinically Proven Ways To Lower

Blood Sugar"

Additionally, if you just want faster results with less effort, you can take a specific

formula that already contains all the natural ingredients I just mentioned, plus about 8

other clinically researched ones that will help lower your blood sugar naturally, while

reducing your wrinkles.

Have a happy and healthy day!

Te chuparás los dedos con estos khachapuri de queso! - Duration: 8:03.
