Piers Morgan invites Ariana Grande on GMB to 'settle' SAVAGE showdown

Piers Morgan has always been one to share his opinion to all, regardless of what it is.

Sometimes, people praise him for it – but a lot of the time he lands in ongoing arguments, particularly on Good Morning Britain.

But his latest Twitter war resides on Ariana Grande, days after slamming Little Mix for their latest music video.

Claiming both Little Mix and Ariana use "nudity to sell records" it's no surprise that the Thank u, Next singer has hit back at the GMB presenter.

After Ariana's mother called out Piers for slamming Ellen DeGeneres, the pop star soon joined in.

Writing to Piers, she said: "Ellen is an incredible and kind human being… I use my talent and my sexuality all the time because I choose to.

"Women can be sexual and talented, naked and dignified.

It's our choice and we will keep fighting until people understand.

"I say this with all due respect but thank u, next [sic].".

"All due respect, but thank YOU.

Next…" Piers Morgan Quick to respond, Piers said: "Of course, women can do what they like – but if they/you use nudity to sell records to impressionable young female fans, I'll continue to call them/you out on it.

"All due respect, but thank YOU.

Next… [sic]." After Ariana went for Piers' career, he admitted he writes and criticising all sorts of people – including her.

Telling her: "I've written column praising AND criticising you, and you deserved both.".

Piers previously took an interest in Ariana after the Manchester attack on her show last year.

After initially slamming her for leaving the country, he soon apologised when she returned for the benefit concert.

Since their argument, Piers urged Ariana to come and settle their disagreement on GMB – and she's not the only one who's had an invitation.

Piers is also wanting Little Mix to join him on the show, after they called him a "t**t" on the radio.

If Piers' invites get accepted, it's definitely going to be an explosive show.

CBD Oil for Anxiety - UNEXPECTED Effects and Benefits - Duration: 9:47.

So just like the majority of videos on depression to expression I'm going to be honest

This is about having an honest dialogue about mental health and how much?

more honesty, can I express when I told you guys in part one that I'd be going off my

Antidepressants for three days feeling withdrawal effects. I've been feeling like complete ass today

To say the least but that's not what this video is about. So I'm feeling extremely anxious

A little more depressed terrible terrible headaches as well

so the point of doing this as you saw in part one was to try to at least

Provoke anxiety and have a controlled experiment to some degree to see whether CBD oil works

So what's gonna happen in this video is gonna smoke the CBD oil?

I'm gonna talk about the brand a little bit

All the links are in the description talk about the taste talk about the feeling. I've never done this before in my life. So

We'll see what happens here goes nothing. So this is called a phyno pen again the links in the description below, but if you're interested

Cost effective comes with one gram of CBD oil in the box with the pen and the charger you need to charge the pen

So I'm gonna open this up for everyone click on boxing. I'm gonna smoke it and

That's it so let's so enjoy so we have the CBD oil pen

Right here the vape pen take a look

So it's about the size of

Cigarette a little bigger actually language, but that's it. They're what we have inside is

That the pen that's the pen there

It's actually pretty beautiful

Did that

Fino pen if we open up the case, we have the USB

Charging cable. Okay doesn't matter if it focuses it's just a regular

USBC cable for charging goes right to USB and then you have this other adapter which I need

To actually smoke this stuff. Now the CBD oil is in a glass compartment here or glass tube

I'm not sure what you call it. It's one gram and I'll open this little box up. So that's that's the oil right there

Okay, and again, all the links are in the description if you want to learn more about phenyl pen and after this review

If you're curious and want us to try this yourself

This is one gram of CBD oil and what you do you take off the tip of the pen here? So now you have

just the battery pack and

What happens is all you do? It's all magnetic inside you drop the cartridge in did you hear that? I'll do it again

So you can hear it the magnet on the CBD oil pen

Beautiful

Sticks in just like that just like that

It's going nowhere and then it comes with the other adapter which you actually smoke with

So what happens is you smoke through the tip of the cartridge here?

okay, and

Then you have the full the full pen ready smoke from this end. This is just the battery pack. So here goes nothing

Let's see. What happens when I smoked some CBD oil

Pretending I've never smoked before in my life. I'm like, hey, so here goes nothing first time smoking

Some CBD oil let's see what happens. Oh

wait

That's cool

So I don't even know so when I inhale you feel the buzzing like it

It's it's I guess it's vibrating and heating the oil so you can actually inhale it so that's what the battery pack is for

cool sensation on the lips

Okay

Well, it's gonna get smoky in here, okay, um, that was good

That was good. So

Unlike smoking weed where I'd be coughing my ass off right now

If you're rolling with papers or anything, obviously, this is a lot smoother

It doesn't taste like vanilla or candy. It doesn't taste great

Like what do you expect but it doesn't taste like much

And I'm not I'm not coughing

So the taste is good or pretty neutral

Let's try another hit so I did a pretty big pretty big inhale there

And again, the the it vibrates just a little bit and it's kind of a cool sensation as I said before

And

No smell from it as well

You smoke inside a condo

And/or your place your furnitures gonna stink people are gonna people are gonna visit and they're automatically gonna know you're a pothead

So this is actually pretty awesome

Now I'm trying to figure out doing this video

should I

Wait a while. Should I smoke more and then do like a five minutes later thing on the camera? Maybe I'll do that

I'm gonna take a few more hits and then I'll do a review of how I'm feeling

Just so you don't have to sit there and wait

I'll just do a nice little close-up

for everyone so you can see the the smoke and what's going on here how long I inhale so

So I've probably had about ten hits and it hasn't seemed to move the like

Looks like there's just as much oil as when we started. So I'm gonna

Smoke a little more and then I'll talk about how I'm feeling

So just like any new therapy, we try any new medication anything anything like this, of course, there's going to be that

Possible placebo effect that we do experience, but I'm just gonna be honest and talk about how I feel

So at the beginning I spoke about maybe I was because I was nervous smoking this but my heart rate

Throughout the entire day and and me feeling anxious

You know anxiety.

I do feel relaxed and it could be just because I'm finally taking time

to make a video to chill to just

Not be productive for a second, but I am feeling very relaxed. I did have a headache all day today

the headaches gone

So that's big. That's actually really big. I didn't even think about that. That's huge. That's

Massive. Yeah, there's no headache. There's no headache

Because when I when I turned on the camera, I did have a headache with anxiety

But with the lights that I have here like that that made the my headache worse

But the same Lighting's on and after having about 12 hits

Headaches gone that's really interesting. That's very interesting

That's extremely interesting I did not expect that I

Did not expect that overall my experience smoking CBD oil

Has been a good one. This has been a very pleasurable experience. I didn't think it would be this smooth

I thought I'd be coughing my ass off, but I'm not I did not expect a headache thing. That is remarkable to me

I did not think of that at all

and

and just

feeling um, I

Don't know I I think there's just a little more pep in my voice now and again, that's maybe because

Just maybe because I'm chilling out and I'm making a video and stuff but for all the subscribers

you know that when I'm on camera, I I do my best and my part to be my true self and

And I'm very impressed by this

I actually am now. I'm going to be going back on my medication because you don't just cut cold turkey

Like I did and please do not do not get that idea. But this was just a way for me to test

CBD oil with

anxiety

Having a reason to do so to have a before and after right if I felt great smoking CBD oil

How would how would I measure this success right? So at least it was a little legitimate?

yeah, if you've never tried CBD oil and you're skeptical again links are in the description below if you want to try this one this

Is the pheno pen that's the experiment with CBD oil now?

Should I train on the water if the weather is bad? - Duration: 1:36.

as you can see out there this morning it's pretty rubbish for rowing but you can

often find a sheltered area where you row here we've got a great little

stretch of probably about a kilometre in the bay that's pretty much always

sheltered these sort of mornings give you a perfect chance to sit back from

the workload a little bit and not have to worry about the training pieces so

much so you can really focus on your technique also if your just doing a tune up before

a race there's plenty of room here to practice your racing starts the

practice may be lots of 30 and really train that VO2 max and get ready for

race day when you head out in rough conditions like this it's easy to get

disheartened with the way your rowing you might feel like you're not getting your

catches in, your boats unsteady, you know you finish is a bit messy but a lot of

those due to the conditions themselves so it's really worthwhile persisting to

try and be able to row well in those conditions it's not often that you get a

race it's perfect conditions a lot of the time there in the afternoon it's

blown up this might be really strong headwind or tailwind there's going to be

chop there's going to be wash from boats and if you're not used to rowing in

those conditions and another crews gone in and done an Ergo instead there's a

good chance you'll be able to beat them on race day so it's really worth

persisting with that water that isn't very comfortable you don't want to

go out and anything dangerous or a complete waste of time but something

that's a bit unpleasant can really do wonders for your rowing if you found this

video useful please like and share it as it really helps the channel if you

🔴LATEST 4K FIRESTICK - REVIEW & PERFORMANCE TWEAKS, BEST STICK SO FAR! 2018 - Duration: 16:08.

so this is the latest generation Fire TV stick from Amazon in this video today

we'll be doing a quick unboxing I mean really quick because I think pretty much

everybody knows where you get inside the box anyway but I'll show you how you can

configure this I'll show you some of the tweaks you can do to get the best

possible performance I'll show you how to install the mouse toggle which works

on the latest generation fire TV stick which are at the specifications on 4k

videos some gaming and we'll see how does it compare to the second-generation

fight TV stick and that's been the main stick I've used for all of my videos but

also we'll see how does this actually compare to the second generation fire TV

which we know is very powerful and has actually been my main streaming device

since I got here so before we open it let me just show you some of the key

features so we can see here it does support Alexa this does have the 4k

Ultra HD now the HDR is one of the key things that's missing from the

second-generation fight TV so I'm wondering now that you know if this does

perform well what I actually replace the fire TV with this thing so that remains

to be seen so we can see we got support for Dolby vision and Dolby Atmos this

does have a quad core CPU and it supports the 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi okay so

here is the new 4k fight TV stick society as we can see is just a little

bit longer than the second-generation fire stake maybe just a few centimeters

port wise we can see we just have the standard microUSB connector of course

there's no USB ports on here but you can still get the OTG cable to add some USB

devices but I will be showing you how you can install the mouse toggle to get

the virtual Mouse working on this we also get the HDMI extender cables so

plug in the fire TV stick via this is just so much easier because you get a

lot more flexibility with the head compared to plugging this directly into

your TV so I do recommend using this you do get a bunch of manuals but the Amazon

fire TV devices normally come pre-configured anyway and lastly we have

the remote control which does have the new volume rocker so this is something

that has been requested for some time so it's nice to Amazon listen to their

customers and put this in and with this you can adjust the volume of your TV

your sambar your amp system and imes and do bundles and batteries with this now

before plugging this in if somebody said to me hey tech doctor what's that one

tip that one killer tip that I can advise which will give us the best

possible performance boost on our fire sticks and I always recommend the same

thing guys that one tip is this so this is the official Amazon Ethernet adapter

for fire sticks this will basically allow you to plug in an Ethernet cable a

network cable a LAN cable have you wanna call air into your fire stick so instead

of using wireless you can actually use a wire now although this does support five

gigahertz Wi-Fi I always prefer to stream over a wired connection compared

to wireless especially for 4k and HDR content a wire would just give you more

consistent performance than Wi-Fi especially if you're not very close to

your route or if you have a lot of walls a lot of things in between you and the

route are having a wire will give that consistency compared to Wireless so I'll

be plugging that in as well and here it is guys it's a very small compact device

here you can see we've got the Ethernet port so this is where you plug in your

network cable and this is where you plug in the power so let's do that now so

let's plug this into our fire stake okay that's gone in there so now plug in

the power cable that normally goes into the fire stick over here and here uh

plug in one network cable okay let's plug we'll listen now okay so the first

thing we see when we do actually power on our new fire stake it's asking us to

pair a remote control and the way we do that because it goes with the different

languages is we just hold down the home key let's do that now okay that's all

done now let's press the play button to start choose our language

Perkins is now downloading the latest update so it's always a benefit for

buying official devices that you never have any issues with worrying about

updates because these devices are regularly updated so if there are any

bugs or issues your device will get the update and you can then get the fix get

us not just rebooting to applaud the update so just while waiting for the

guys we can just see how the remote control compares to the previous ones so

size wise they're pretty much identical except this one's got a bit of a chin

and here we can see we have the extra button for the volume up and down and we

also have a mute button which is also missing from the second generation for

TV stick okay so the fire stick is now started so probably the first thing I

noticed was just how snappy the user interface is so I mean Amazon fire TV

devices are generally quite snappy but this definitely has a real kick to it

now compared to the fire TV pendant and also the fire TV cube

those devices have a 1.5 gigahertz quad-core processor whereas this has a

1.7 gigahertz so in terms of Ross specs this is actually faster and for me this

does seem very very snappy indeed now its previously mentioned another key

thing about this stick is that it does support HDR as well as Doby vision and

also HDR 10 plus now compared to HDR 10 these formats can actually optimize the

color on a per scene-by-scene basis so you really can get the best picture

quality if your content supports here and if you do have Amazon Prime video

they do have a selection of content which does support both HDR 10 hdr+ and

even Dolby vision now as we know this also supports the voice controls via

LexA now comparing that with my second-generation fight TV this did

actually seem to respond a bit quicker so as soon as I press a what's the

weather in London so I mean just the other things your our thanks thanks or

our babies so just a delay from when you press the button to when it actually

expects The Voice Impa seems to be faster here comparing that to my

second-generation for ITV so so as a quite interesting point there okay let's

just do some tweaks on our fire stick to make sure we get the best possible

performance so the very first thing I'd like to do is we just go into settings

and then go over to applications okay so the first you want to change in here is

we go to the App Store let's click on that now what we want to do here is we

want to turn off automatic updates so so this is a process that runs in the

background and it makes you all of your applications are currently up to date if

you don't really care about that because this is only for the standard Amazon

applications so if you are installing your own apks this doesn't affect in any

way so I person would actually recommend turning this off because if you do turn

it off that's one less process running in the background one let's process

consuming memory and it should allow your device to run faster let's click on

that now let's turn that to off click back out there let's go to prom photos

so again I don't actually use this so I'm just going to turn this off so the

main thing to understand is if you're not using these applications or these

services they shouldn't be running in the background so the more things you

can turn off the better will be for your device so let's turn that to off and

let's turn now to disabled close back out there and let's go over to

preferences let's go into the privacy settings so

the very first thing you want to do guys is just turn the device usage data on so

let's click on that and this will tell you that they use this device data to

give you marketing offers and other things which which I personally don't

want them to do so I will click on turn off and next we can see they also

collect your app usage data so this is something also I recommend turning off

turn off then we have the interest-based ads so again I want to turn that off

let's back out of this data monitor you should also be set as off so make sure

that is let's back out of that now the featured content is the video

that starts playing when you're at the top of the menu so some people like I

personally don't so I always click on that and say turn off this means those

videos will now not automatically start let's back out of that ok let's go over

to my Wi-Fi TV now if you do want to install applications you will have to go

into developer options and change both these options to anse let's click on

that and we can see that now it says on and go down one more time and we can

click here again and here we just get a warning saying that you are going to be

installing applications from outside the official Amazon App Store so if you okay

with that let's click on turn on ok that's now done let's back out this

again ok so those are the quick tweaks I like

to do before I start using my fire stake let's back out this again in terms of 4k

Ultra HD content this device will play it without any issues whatsoever and we

can see if you're browsing content from the official Amazon video library it

will tell you if the content is you know Ultra HD 1080p or we know wherever the

resolution is and we can see this thing here is Ultra HD we can click on that

click on play now because that's working absolutely fine

that's a flawless picture there as well let's back out of that let me just now

try and pair a game controller and see if I can do some gaming on this new fire

TV stick so let's turn this on ok there we can see the game Sergi for us which

is this gamepad here let's click on that it says it's now connected let's close

this ok so we're now using the gamepad over Bluetooth onto our fire stake so

let's try quick bit of gaming here let's go into our apps

okay let's try some stuff okay so that was a terrible game because I don't know

what I'm doing let's try this racing game over here so

I was generally impressed with the quality of graphics that we sing here on

a fire stick and just just how smoothly a plays I mean obviously you never gonna

buy a fire stick for its gaming capabilities but the fact that you can

play games of this quality at this frame rate you know this smoothly I think

that's a that's a bonus let's try this jump nice

I was definitely impressed with that now one of the most common things that

people need when using third-party apks is the mouse toggle now the master

toggle has always been very reliable for me on the second generation firestick

however with the third generation with dependent and with the cube

lots of people having issues installing it where it just wouldn't load properly

and in some cases there was a workaround where if you use the 1080p resolution

instead of 4k that would also provide a temporary workaround however another

youtuber called Freitag he managed to find the fix which actually works on the

latest generation of ITV stick and the fix was to actually use an older version

of the mouse toggle and using that old version should work perfectly fine on

this latest fire TV stick so let me show you how you can do that so the first

thing we need to do is a standard an application called downloader let's open

that up they're gonna allow I click on ok now the first thing I need to do in

here is go over to the settings and where it says enable JavaScript we want

to turn this option on so let's press write on the remote and click on that

and click on yes so we now have JavaScript enabled let's go back to home

and for the addresses here let's type in HTTP colon well that's all typed in for

site forward slash bit tour ly ford slash TD UK that's me

ms4 mouse and then 4k for the 4k firestick so once again that's HTTP

colon forward slash forward slash bit door ly /td UK ms 4k let's type that in

and click on go or press the play button get actually take you to this mediafire

page and let's click on the green download button let's do that now and

now download the apk onto your device okay let's press down a few times and

then press write to install ok that's now in stores click on done and let's go

to our old application so the way we get to all apps is e hold on home key again

and go to apps let's go to the bottom of this list by pressing left and there is

a new mouse toggle apk there let's click on that let's click on always allow and

click on ok and the key thing to see hey guys is where it says status and at the

moment is stuck on starting so who we can see here says it that if the status

is stuck on starting you need to go to your adb settings and switch them off

and on so the way we do that is press the HOME key in the remote go with

settings go into your device my fire TV developer options and we can see here we

got a DB debugging on let's click on that to turn that off so that's now off

give that a second now let's turn that back on let's go back to the mouse

toggle we can see it's there let's click on that

ok so we've turned the ADB debugging off and then back on again we're back into

the mouse toggle and we can see here it still says starting now this is the tip

that basically Freitag worked out that even though it says starting you can

actually use the mouse toggle now and the way we do that as we know is we

double press the play buttons let me do that now one two and there's the virtual

mouse coy so and also you can move up and then down left and right that all

works fine and if you want to scroll obviously we got a countenance rate the

help if you want to scroll you press the fold key in the remote and that will

simulate you scrolling down now if you want to disable the virtual mouse just

press the play button once then press any direction on the directional pad to

press down for example and we can see that's now disappeared so

even though this still says starting the master is actually working absolutely

fine now looking at the benchmarks here we can see this is the Geekbench score

now the fourth generation fire TV stick be all the previous fire TV sticks that

were there including the second-generation independent and even

the fire TV cube even at the fire TV cube actually cost more than this fire

TV stick so I thought I was really impressive the only device actually beat

this overall was the second generation fire TV but to be fair the second

generation for ITV does have two two gigahertz cores and also two 1.5

gigahertz cores and we know the 4k fire TV stick has the quad core 1.7 gigahertz

CPUs are still very impressed on how close it was in overall performance okay

so what do I think about the new 4k fire TV stick well in a nutshell I think it's

a fantastic bit of hardware for the price that you're paying you're getting

you know the 4k Ultra HD playback you're getting HDR you're getting Dolby vision

you can Dobey utmost you're getting 1.5 gigs of DDR 4 memory so the fact that

it's ddr4 does make a big difference compared to some of the slower ddr2 ddr3

standards on top of that you have obviously the faster 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi

you do also get the much better remote control so really if you are using

something like a second-generation forest egg this is an absolute

no-brainer so let's compare this now to the fire TV pendant and the fire TV key

well as we saw this device beats both the other two in terms of performance

because this does have a faster CPU this device also supports Dolby vision and

HDR 10 plus so if those two things are very important for you then this is a

clear winner now if those two things are not that important for you then normally

I would say there's no point you're she paying money for this at 50 dollars or

50 pounds however right now you can get this for $35 or 35 pounds so I think at

that price with all these great features this is really a no-brainer now if you

still have the second-generation fry TV like I have and as we saw in the

benchmarks that thing is still a beast in terms of day to day usage this is

more than fast enough just in a navigator on the menu starting

applications is fast enough for me but it also gives me the benefit of having

these features like Dolby Atmos HDR and stuff which I'm not getting on the fire

TV so even if I wanted those devices if you do

want to get the lady features it does make sense to buy this on top of that

the factor is now only 34 dollars or 35 pounds and this really is highly

recommended by me that's all for this video guys many thanks for watching do

leave me a comment below let me know you think about the new 4k for steak I'm

running to give ways at the moment which are believing in the pinned comments so

one is for the GG TV 4 gig ram streaming box and the other one is for the

building GT one Ultima so I will be giving Bertha's away this month so do

check out that competition I'll also leave links for this firestick so if you

do want to check it out especially at this price I do think it's an absolute

ball game leave me a comment below let me know what you think and I'll

hopefully catch up with you guys real soon thanks

<font color=#E0E000FF>Lovely to meet you.</font>

Thank you.

<font color=#E0E000FF>Talk to me about these last few days</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>before next Saturday's election</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>what would you say to those men and women of Victoria</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>who are yet not sure what to do next Saturday?</font>

I think you've got to support the Andrews government

because you've got to support the government that is actually making change

and that can do something.

I think they've proven themselves in this government,

enforced a lot of reforms

especially in transport which is incredible.

I don't think any kind of government

since the last Labor government has done this kind of reform

and to really entrench it we need

to have another Labor government

to carry it through, yes.

<font color=#E0E000FF>How important is it in terms of the growth in this State,</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>which everyone is talking about,</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>it's very important to foster this growth</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>and to sustain it and to keep it in order to also fund publicly.</font>

Definitely.

Melbourne is the fastest growing city in Australia.

There is no doubt about it

Population growth is being felt in the inner city

it's been felt in the outer suburbs

and it's why we need to build the infrastructure for it

so as much as we are enjoying the economic growth

from the population growth

we also need to build the infrastructure

and have the capacity to house these people.

<font color=#E0E000FF>Talk to me about the diversity of multiculturalism</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>and how important that is to the Andrews Labor government.</font>

It's incredibly important.

The best decisions and the best outcomes

and best culture even

comes through multiculturalism.

Diversity is the key

in age, in sex, in heritage,

different perspectives and everything coming together.

That's when you get festivals like these,

a lot of people coming together

with the best ideas and the best outcomes.

<font color=#E0E000FF>What would a return</font>

<font color=#E0E000FF>to a Liberal conservative government mean for state</font>

It would regress our state.

I think they're focused on a Law and Order debate

which we're trying not to engage because it's fear mongering.

We don't want to fear monger,

we have a vision for how we want our state to be

and we want to execute that.

We don't want to create fear and anxiety in our communities.

We want to create confidence that we can govern

and deliver on better infrastructure,

deliver on the population growth

and deliver on economic outcomes.

Schools and health,

we've got a proven track record

so I think people need to look back at that and trust it.

<font color=#E0E000FF>What can you tell us about Richard?</font>

Richard has been the member for Richmond

for the last 17, coming on 18 years.

I think he has delivered on so many incredible projects.

Everywhere where I look

and everytime I'm walking with Richard it's like

"yep, we helped these guys, we helped them".

We've put up the North Richmond Community Health Centre,

he's done the Richmond High School,

he's done the Gasworks site,

he's delivered on so many things

and I think that's the kind of government,

the local member that you want,

someone who can have a say in government

and deliver on it and he's

an incredible, compassionate,

approachable man

and I think he represents the community well

and I think he'll do an excellent job

if he is elected again next year.

<font color=#E0E000FF>A champion of public housing.</font>

Yes, exactly.

He was a social worker before he was an MP,

so he understands,

he understands the community

and he's looking towards fairness and equality

especially for public housing tenants

and it's a passion of his

and it's a passion of mine as well.

<font color=#E0E000FF>Thanks so much.</font>

Thanks you very much.

Chronic Inflammation and ED - Duration: 23:12.

Hi, I'm Susan Bratton, your trusted hot sex adviser, and I'm here with Dr. Madiha

Saeed. Madiha has written a new book that I am totally in love with. You can get it

on Amazon and it's about chronic inflammation and it's called 'The

Holistic RX, like the holistic prescription to your health,

and Dr. Saeed and I are going to talk about what chronic inflammation

is and how it could be affecting your sexual vitality, your sexual health, your

erectile function, which is important for not just men but women and your pleasure.

So Dr. Saeed, I'm just gonna call you Madiha during the interview. Is that okay?

Excellent. Alright, so my first question is let's

just talk about what chronic inflammation is and give us a couple of

examples of the most common kinds of chronic inflammation people could be

suffering with. Like how do you know if it's chronic inflammation you have that

could be causing your problems? Absolutely. Oh my gosh, just thank you so

much for this honor. This is so exciting. So a topic near and dear to my heart.

Inflammation, and it really means, actually means, fire inside and something

that we're all familiar with, that the hot fierce life-saving reaction that

occurs when your body's immune system is trying to fight off infections, heal

injuries, and protecting us from disease. So all of that and basically we

would be left in danger, in a hostile world if it wasn't for

inflammation. There's two types of inflammation. There is an acute

inflammation, and that's a good inflammation. It serves a healthy purpose.

It lasts for a short time. That's basically if you cut yourself, a quick

sore throat, something that doesn't last a long time and you get over it. But

then too much of a good thing can lead to something called chronic inflammation.

Chronic inflammation is that hidden smouldering fire that

burns inside, that burns because of these constant chronic triggers from the

outside world and the internal world, for example as the body

tries to fight off unhealthy food, stresses, toxins, allergens and overgrowth

of bad bugs, low-grade infections, all driving obesity and chronic disease of

every stripe. So some of the symptoms that you would look for, you can

see these in young children starting from chronic ear infections to

allergies to asthma, colicky baby, constipation, digestive issues and as we

get older - all of your headaches, visual changes, waking around the midsection,

problems with joint pain, any way you have pain, it's inflammation,

allergies. We give you an anti-inflammatory, it's inflammation-

related, digestive complaints. No matter what you're dealing with, autoimmunity

and even cancers. So the list goes on and on about what kind of

symptoms can come from chronic inflammation, and I see it all in

my practice. So even all those vague symptoms that you don't really

talk to your doctor about can also be due to inflammation. Let's

start with women and when they're having loss of libido, painful intercourse, loss

of orgasmic capacity, those kinds of things, and they look like they might be

reasonably healthy people, but they can't really tell why they don't feel

good. Often it is chronic inflammation. How do you get to what the root cause of

it is? How do you get to know where in your body this inflammation is? I mean some

people you can tell they have gum disease, their teeth aren't good.

So they've got a lot of inflammation in their mouth which leads to heart disease.

Some women have upset stomachs. They don't go to the bathroom with regularity

or they have diarrhea all the time so they have dysbiosis, gut issues. How

does a woman pinpoint her issues enough to be able to reverse them because we're

going to talk about how to reverse chronic inflammation as well, but how

does a woman narrow it down? I don't feel good. I'm not sexually interested and

there's nothing specifically wrong with me that I'm aware of.

My first appointment is about an hour

apiece. I go through everything. I want to know everything and anything about that

woman or the patient that I have. They can just

think about themselves. Also, where do their deficiencies lie because

inflammation is a complex problem. And it's complex because the fact

that it is all these different pieces. I really like to focus on deficits in any

of your digestive health and detoxification and the four S - stress,

sleep, social and spiritual health. Deficits in any of those can lead to

inflammation and cause chronic problems. So because some people

could be eating really well but then they have a lot of negativity in their

lives or if you are a positive person but then your life

is full of toxins. So everybody has their specific

imbalances. And really targeting once we go through

those specific areas keeping in mind that that's where my deficiency may

be and then trying to really focus on that is a great starting point to

help with not just libido issues or other sexual issues but really all

the overall health and wellness and happiness. A lot of times a person

will know "oh, it's my sleep that's a problem. I can't sleep." Okay then

you drill down. Basically you're looking for a

person to tell you where they feel that things aren't operating well in their

life and then you get someone who says "I'm happy, I eat well, I feel

I get enough sleep but I just don't have that

vitality, that desire," and borrowing the fact that they're annoyed with their

partner. Then we have to look at things like the toxins in life.

I've been talking to my fans and followers a lot about changing their makeup,

shampoos, body soaps and lotions and the fact that your skin is

the biggest organ in your body and you're absorbing the laundry detergent

that you use, the dry cleaning fluid, the the fire retardants that are on

your new carpets or your sofas, not only all of the

convenience foods that one consumes, but the plastic-coded containers you buy

them in. Exactly, with all those xenoestrogens and their hormones,

the endocrine disruptors. The fact that you

hydrate but you're drinking out of plastic water bottles. There's

so many things to unwind even in our environment that can make a

difference. I had a sore throat and my doctor gave me

antibiotics and I took them and now she's killed off the

good bacteria in my digestive system in addition to yeast infection. Exactly,

it's an ongoing issue. This is where I start off

with all of my patients, in a specific place. I listen to

their story, I figure out what's going on with them, this is why

I named my book "The Holistic RX"

And it's because of the fact that this is really where I start with my patients

and I feel if we can have a really good baseline and

the rest of it we can build on them a lot better. Once our baseline is

strong, this is where I can move to my

beautiful little diagram here where deficits in any of these

pieces can lead to inflammation. That can cause your chronic diseases and so we

can quickly talk about each one of those, because where I start all my

patients on is with spirituality and gratitude and because that in

itself can turn genes on and off. It influences everything down

to your epigenetics and it lowers inflammation. They have done

studies where your heart rate variability if you're frustrated with

life and with your partner, your heart rate variability is

all over the place but when you're living a life of appreciation

things work so much better and it is coherent. And then when your

heart rate variability is like that then every year hormones start to work better

then you're less stressed and that improves your cortisol. We'll talk about

that but it works so much better and then especially for women I feel

like that is one place when every time I have a woman who comes to me with some

sort of issues, we got to start with a gratitude. He doesn't

do this, he doesn't do that, he doesn't do this. Let's focus on what he does

and now he's more sexy to you.

So really focusing on the positivity of what's going on in the world around

us what we have instead of focusing and what we've not been given really helps

with the overall lowering inflammation and how you feel inside and out.

Can you completely get rid of inflammation in your body? Can you be inflammation free?

What would it take to do that? So just with these pieces you can really try. I mean

obviously it's a balancing act. So for example I have four

children, 10 and under, I live with my in-laws, they live with me

and my husband works. He's also a family physician so has 80-hour work weeks

literally. So we're all trying to maintain this balance. We do the

best we can but I know for example I've had people with severe chronic

issues. My first patient was a 31- year-old with nine autoimmune diseases

myasthenia gravis, psoriasis, Sjogren's, Hashimoto's, a list

that goes on and on and she no longer suffers from any of those conditions. I myself

had lupus and Hashimoto's, and all these other acnes, dermatitis,

and digestive complaints. I no longer suffer from those conditions and now

that I know where my baseline is, I can tell when my body is feeling off-balance.

This is where I really like to focus on these

aspects to try to keep your body as low as inflammation as possible. So when

somebody really gets to know their baseline then it

becomes a balancing act of "Okay, today I'm more stressed, so I better do

this and this is why I'm having this, this is why I'm feeling this way. So let's

shift that stress management a little bit more

so that it becomes more of a balancing act. But how does it take to clean it

all up? Again it depends on the person. I've had people if they're really

gung-ho, in three months four months. I've had people where I saw recently

somebody with Petraeus's Ruby at Polaris and she is head-to-toe like a worst

eczema that you've ever seen. Her body's burning on fire and Grave's

disease, all these conditions. Three months it took her to reverse her

conditions. What did she do? So we talked about the

spirituality. Then we have social health which love does heal,

oxytocin, all of that is really important for the healing component. We have sleep,

making sure we're optimizing our sleep. That's when we're making all of our hormones,

that's when we're detoxing, lowering inflammation. So making

sure that we're sleeping properly. Stress leads to 80% of the

complaints that come to primary care physician and with

elevated cortisol levels, sex is the last thing on your mind.

Or we can help improve the the stress management by having lots

of sex. So it's an ongoing cycle. A fortuitous cycle.

and then we have detoxification that you had spoken about earlier. Just really

trying to clean up the environment and then working on the gut

health. Whenever you put food in your mouth, you want to make sure that it

follows three criteria. You want to make sure that it

keeps the gut balanced, keep the microbiome happy and healthy,

make sure you balance your insulin levels. That is a key component,

insulin. Because insulin resistance leads to hormonal imbalances that then

lead to erectile dysfunction and problems with libido and all these

other slew of chronic issues. So really you need to make sure the food balances your

gut bacteria, keeps your insulin and glucose nice and balanced and happy

and thereby your other hormones and you also need the most nutrient-dense

foods. I start with these places. I have people remove all

the junk like the refined sugars and the dairy, if you're sensitive

to it, and then grains to help optimize your

hormone levels so even you can heal on not one symptom but all of them

simultaneously. So that's where I start off with all my patients. It takes

a long time to reverse that gut dysbiosis. That leak that takes a little

bit long. Once you've gotten that far when you have that leaky gut, when

the material from your intestines is leaking into your bloodstream and

basically you're poisoning yourself from the inside out. It really takes a

couple of years of good clean eating grapes, of pure filtered

water. However, you feel the improvements immediately, the joy,

you start to have good bowel movements, your

brain fog gets lifted, you turn into new person.

Once I'm done eating avocados and nuts and seeds and sustainable fatty sea-foods,

and lower all of your barbecue foods,

you start seeing those. But it does take time because obviously after

you've improved your symptoms, you're not going to go back on that. That was

inflammatory food. You can never go back. You can have little cheats.

Even my kids we are no grain, no dairy, no sugar, and no processed foods in

our house. Because I don't feel like they need it. They don't

need any of that stuff, plus they are fully satiated with tons of

vegetables and a clean source of whole foods,

organic vegetables. My favorite thing in the world is organic

lettuce. I love it so much and one recipe I use all the time is my basic

salad dressing recipe. I like to use a nice filtered avocado oil, some loaded

sherry wine, or red wine, vinegar, locally sourced is always nice but get what you

can and once you start eating decent lettuce with delicious homemade salad

dressing that takes no time at all and you just shake it up at a shaker and

pour it on, it really increases your health and your sanity, your feeling

of being satisfied by the food you eat. It's leptin. And I

learned the fact that in your book you talk about how to identify what

the issues are and then you talk about all kinds very specific diseases with

the solutions to each of them step by step plus supplements and other

homeopathic remedies. I think you have in there aroma therapy, essential oils

and all kinds of healthy things and then you give recipe after recipe. So one of the

things that you've done with this gorgeous book that you've created is

you've given a person the how to identify the problem and then exactly

how to solve their problem across a wide array of problems. It is very well done and I

read a lot of books which is why I was so pleased to be able to interview you

for a short time. Now the question that I have is if someone goes to

their doctor and their doctor really can't help them identify and they need

some help getting through your book, they're not really sure what's wrong

with them, they can't self identify the issues are I know that you're based in

Naperville, Illinois outside of Chicago but do you do

Skype appointments or what would you recommend to

someone. You know what, there are so many doctors like me out there

and It's just not just me myself and I. We have an

entire organization like Institute of Functional Medicine and the Academy of

Integrative Health and Medicine. So there's lots of different practitioners

out there you. Look for functional medicine, holistic medicine,

integrative medicine and then take them my book. Also because this is where

I feel like a lot of them may be functional medicine people who won't know

too much about the integrative side of it, or the integrative integrative

physicians won't know much about the functional.

But the thing is they know enough to keep their mind open and learn. So you

would be able to get that kind of help from anybody. And we just got to

Google it. Find a really qualified,

licensed health practitioner around you who will be able to do the exact same steps.

So this book was really just

combined integrative holistic functional medicine all in one source for all ages.

So it gives people a place to start because I know, as a family physician, I

didn't deal with just one area, one disease, one symptom, I dealt with a

slew of chronic conditions, a slew of problems and I didn't know where to

start. This is the frustration that I had as a patient and have as a

practitioner, as a physician and so therefore I created this to one, help

adjunct your conventional care, even educate your physician

because again I am a family physician my brother is an interventional

cardiologist, my sister's a pediatric ICU physician. I have all these doctors in my

family. Literally every one of them and none of us was taught a single class of

nutrition. This is a guide that I've created to help

take you to even your doctor just because all the studies are in there.

It's all evidence-based and so then you can get help from anywhere. That is so

great. Well if you have been feeling like

there's something wrong or there is and you're not sure where to

start, I'd highly recommend that you go on Amazon and get "The Holistic RX" book.

You know that I don't do a lot of what feel like commercials for books and this

is an excellent book that will give you step-by-step instructions about how to

detoxify your life, how to eat well and how to identify the issues that are

problems and find the solutions so between The Holistic RX book and a good

functional medicine doctor in your area you can turn your life around. You can

turn yourself back on you can get your health and vitality back. I started as

someone who was ailing and failing, my hair was falling out, my knees hurt,

I couldn't walk up the stairs anymore and I went to a beautiful doctor who

helped me figure out that I had a gluten allergy and then once I got rid

of that, I lost my gallbladder. Once I got rid of that, I had

Epstein-Barr. Once I got through that, I started on the road to recovery of

reversing all of the things that I'd spent my whole life accumulating

through problems with allergies, eating breads and flours and starches and

sugars and taking birth control pills which were synthetic hormones. And by the

time I was 50, I was starting to go downhill and now I'm pushing 60 and I

have more energy than I did a decade ago because I was following the

advice that is the kind of advice that you're going to get in the Holistic RX.

So I love you. I care about you and I'm finding you fabulous doctors who have

really great information that you can hold up wherever you live in the world

and I want you to take good care of yourself. So there you go. That's

it. Thank you so much Dr. Saeed. My honor, my pleasure.

Alright. We'll see you on the other side.

O que é e como surgiu o G20? / What is and how did the G20 come about? ( subtitled ) - Duration: 3:47.

Welcome to Entretenimentos Diversos. Let's talk about what is and how the G20 - Group of 20!

Have you stopped to wonder what the G20 is and why does it exist?

Not? So let's know this and other curiosities!

Attention: The video is for informational purposes only!

The group:

The G20 is a group formed by 19 countries from different economies of the world, plus the European Union. The group aims...

to study, analyze and seek to promote discussions between richer and emerging countries related to the political issues...

of international financial stability and economic growth.

The story:

The G20 was created in June 1999 during a G7 meeting in Colombia after the world went through several financial crises in...

the 1990s, and on September 26, 1999 the group was formally created at the meeting of finance ministers. Its inauguration...

meeting took place on December 15 and 16 of the same year, in the city of Berlin, Germany. It ended up replacing the G33,

which was already a replacement for the G22, both groups that also aimed at maintaining the economic stability of nations.

In the face of the global economic crisis of 2008, the G20, which already had great importance in the world scenario at...

that time, held the G20 summit meeting and began to be held annually thereafter.

The objectives of the group already mentioned above, encompass issues such as the search for:

Privatization;

Deregulation;

Trade liberalization;

Elimination of restrictions on the movement of international capital;

Guarantee of intellectual property rights and the creation of an environment conducive to foreign business and investment.

The meetings between the members of the group are annual, with the presence of heads of state, government and finance...

ministers of member countries. Such annual meetings are formally called: G20 summit meetings. The president of the G20 is...

temporary, and the country will host the meeting in the year, for example: the next meeting will be in Buenos Aires,

Argentina (still in 2018), so the current president of the G20 is the current one President of Argentina, Maurício Macri.

Curiosities:

The G20 presents a different logo at each new summit meeting as it is set to reflect aspects of the venue of the next meeting.

Conclusion:

The G20 is a group formed by 19 countries from different economies of the world, plus the European Union. The group aims to study, analyze and seek to promote discussions and possibly, ways to seek international financial stability and economic growth.
