MJX BUGS 2 SE Special Edition Unboxing & Hands On [Sub ENG] - Duration: 6:49.

hello everyone, welcome back to CoseCinesi

today we have a

new package that comes directly to me

from mjx RC that I thank is

a juicy preview and I open the package

together with you

let's see some things, even if

I honestly already think I know it

I searched online and I think there are not

videos related to this beautiful drone we see

if I can open it in speed in

meanwhile I invite you to subscribe to the

telegram channel that you find written

below in the description of this video

as well as the mjx drones group too

linked below

well yes guys it's just what

I thought new bugs 2 s and special edition

why special edition?

honestly I do not know why you call

special edition,

fact is that it is the new bugs 2, Now

we open it together in this video of

just unboxing we'll see what's in it

box we find the usual manual

quick instructions on this side

of the box we find the radio control

that should be the new one

In fact, here is the new generation

the new radio control the new type with

the display below here we find four

escort propellers and of course this

Bugs 2SE and as we know it is equipped with

gps, equipped with brushless motors, equipped

of room, I do not know if it's full hd or if it is

at 720p, however, here it is the new bugs

2 s new livery very gray color

very nice, it is 39 00:01:58,060 --> 00:02:03,700 practically painted gray in the

its shape in its previous color

regarding the characteristics

techniques I believe everything is unchanged

compared to the boxes where, however, remains mind

I do not know I have to do some tests

this here instead is the battery

also in gray lid color

gray and is always 1800 miles

for now by two usual connector cells

xd 30 and b pitcher above then

this also unchanged with respect to boxes 2

previous the battery is the hook on the

drone is of type 2 bugs you see is the

wheel as the second version bug

released six months ago, in short, the last bugs

2 released this type of hooking of the

battery at the bottom then in

this case has kept the new one

closing technique then in the box

we find the phone support from

attach to radio control, then from

attack the usual system above

remove the cap that fits the

support for the phone a

charger that charges the battery

of the drone through the door of

balancing, The connector of

balancing is naturally a two

cells and 7,4 Volt at a 1,5 A of

charge and the battery is charged

through this

connector on the balancing cable

of the battery,

Finally we find a screwdriver and a

key that serves to keep the i

engines when replacing the propellers

I also pulled out the bugs 2 w for

make a comparison with the new box 2

s

and I must say that aesthetically it seems to me

nothing has changed at all

room size are the same

even in the lower part it has changed

therefore the positioning of the brand c is

the lower body is not really the

itself because something has changed here

there was the brand c in this position

instead here it was put under here there

all grill tina to pass

the air is still the slot for the

memory

here for the sd to record videos ninety two 00:04:06,720 --> 00:04:11,310 let's see some holes in the placement

holes for fixing the screws

they are the same

yes it seems to me that it has not changed more than

so much, so at a glance,

remove the film from here

dimensionally also the cams are 99 00:04:22,680 --> 00:04:28,830 precisely the same so I will have to

force to try to fly c to see e

verify that something has changed a

resolution level because in fact

in the mjx site there was for a period of

time that had been indicated that this

room was a 720p,

instead now if you go to the mjx site that

you will link below in the description found

written that the room is a full hd

therefore equal to that of the 2w bugs, I have

also tried to sneak a peek

inside and it seems to me everything

precisely equal to the placement

of the two antennas to the positioning

of the chrism component of the

fpv room is everything all put into the

same position

so for now until I try it

use the changes in short

the most obvious changes are those

aesthetic this livery of gray color

silver compared to the red and black of the

previous version and the radio control

that in the bugs 2 s is of last generation

that is this here pillon and has maintained

so I think its flight skills

I hope to reach again at a distance

reached from box 2 first version

find yourself on the test I hope you reach

the same heights I hope have the same

performance of the bugs 2 w this gift is

It was really innovative when it is

released and is still one of the most

appreciated on its price range

ok end this first unboxing here

this first change of hands with the new

bugs 2 s and write me below yours

impressions awaiting proof of

flight I hope to be able to do soon

a lot of people are crossing me

things but I hope to do it as soon as possible

write your impressions tell me

what do you think of this new edition

I believe that anyway if you are already

owners of a b2w makes no sense

change, while if you want to buy the

bugs 2

now perhaps it makes sense to wait for this

here it is available to the public, Well

the unboxing is over guys thank you

I like it for the crushed vision

share the video subscribe to

youtube channel subscribe to the the channel

league I do not know of description subscribe

to the mgx group this fantastic brand

that there is a little changing life with

see his phenomenal drones

next video and bye bye!

Mercedes Camshaft Adjuster Magnet Diagnostics DIY - Duration: 5:21.

ladies and gentlemen Keith from iRepair Autos today I'm going to show you how to

test your camshaft position magnet sensors let's get started

hey but before we get started I know you've been meaning to subscribe to do

that no thanks first and most important part of this diagnostic is you're gonna

need a set of volt meters 12 volt power source I'm gonna use an auxilary battery

that I have set of alligator clips a wrench or any metallic tool and most

importantly a sensor in which you're going to test sensor and turning it

towards the connection point the electronics on the sensor you'll notice

two pins that are on the inside these pins are gonna be used in connection

with the voltmeter and our power source to get some readings off of the sensor

so the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna connect red alligator clip

to one of the pins and it doesn't matter which pin just choose one side making

sure that it only touches the one and not the other side black alligator clips

we're going to connect it to the opposite side making sure that they

don't touch

so once that's all connected up nice and good I like to then take my voltmeter

and just to make sure that they're not touching I'll put the voltmeter into

continuity mode continuity mode when there's a connection all the way through

it beeps so I'll touch both of these will be no continuity so what we're

gonna then do bring it in the 12-volt into the picture is we're gonna take the

other end of the red alligator clip and connect it to the positive side on the

battery so what we're going to do is we're going to put a voltmeter 2 volts

AC because we're going to be recording an AC current that's produced from the

magnet and so we've got our positive side connected to the positive tip the

black side is still connected to nothing at this point we're going to connect the

black side to the positive lead on our voltmeter rest that aside and then

taking the open end of this voltmeter that touch it to the battery and looking

at the readout on the voltmeter when I put a metallic object simulating the

camshaft spinning we should see voltage readings

see I went up to 0.45 move it away goes back down to zero point zero 1 1 zero

point four eight zero point 1 1 that reading is showing you that the magnet

is detecting the metallic in this case the tool but it will be the magnetic

camshaft and converting it into a signal electronics it

that the computer can then read so the electronics on the position sensor is

good now that we have done that let's disconnect the power turn this off

disconnect all the electronics the next thing we want to do is we should be able

to hear the magnet freely inside that indicates that it's not seized indicate

that it's not frozen on the inside this hole here allows oil to go in and these

little slots here allows the oil to come off so it's a lubricated system check

the back for any cracks on the plastic or any broken pins on the inside the

pins aren't broken usually what happens is this little rubber bushing right here

over time gets hardened dry it out and cracked and changing this part out is

easy enough I have video showing you how to change out complete part it will be

in the description below as well as the link in your upper right corner of this

video so that's how you diagnose your Mercedes camshaft position magnet sensor

hope you found this diagnostic video for the camshaft position magnet sensor

helpful stick around take a look at the channel I have tons

of other videos pertaining to Mercedes that you may or may not need at this

time but in the near future and I release a video every Monday if you find

Books to Get You in the Mood to Vote - Duration: 5:16.

Hi everyone. Wallace here again with your Monday video. Please ignore this fly that is

going around and it's driving me crazy. But we still have like 84 degree weather

here in Southern California. So flies are still abundant. Oh how I am jealous of

you who have had freezes. So today is the day before Election Day. And I'm not

gonna give you any books about how to vote. I'm not gonna tell you how to vote.

I'm just giving you a few books, not that any of you will really have time to read

them tonight. But um if you do, then you can start them. And if not, then at least

they're on your mind for future elections and why it's so important to vote.

And I know you're tired of hearing about it. So I'm just gonna tell you

about the books so you can see what I'm talking about. These are not like

political books. Well I guess one could be kind of considered political but

they're mostly about just stories about reminding us why it's so important to vote.

The first one is in the garden of beasts and this one's by Erik Larson.

It's not new. All of these are back listers. This one is about what it was

like for the US diplomat who went over to Berlin in the early 1930s and just

the very beginning of Hitler's reign. Like where he was going from like a

regular chancellor into a tyrant and just what the whole atmosphere was like

and how were people not noticing what was going on, and if they were, why

weren't they fighting it? I happen to think that this book is really relevant

right now and hopefully it won't become more relevant. But I think that it's

important that we all educate ourselves on what that time period looked like so

that it doesn't get repeated. So if this doesn't inspire you to vote, I don't

really know what would. The next is the hate u give and if you can't read this

book, then go see the movie. This one I believe it's a back lister. I don't know.

Maybe it hasn't been out for an entire year yet. It has I think at least has

been out for almost a year. This one is about a teenage girl who's driving home

from a party. She's african-american. She's with an african-american male

driver. He's not doing anything beside, I don't know exactly why they get pulled

over. And this is not a give-- this is not

like a spoiler. This is what the whole book is about. He gets shot and she's the

only person there to witness it and she's afraid to come forward and say

that the police officer did something wrong because she doesn't know what will

happen to her. It's hard for all of us to read and it's hard for people to have to

live this life. So it's important that we read this. It's important that we put

ourselves into a story that makes us uncomfortable enough that maybe we vote

because of it. The last one is a little bit more textbook-y. It's called

witnessing whiteness. And I will link to all of these. This one is mostly for

white people although people of color are obviously welcome to read it. But

it's really about white people being cognizant of our whiteness and the

privilege that that brings. And some of us don't really understand that. Not some

of us, a giant chunk of us don't understand it because people are feeling

that with these movements for black lives matter or these movements for

women or whatever movement it is that is not particularly about white men but

also just about white people in general, they're feeling um pushed out and

they're feeling "other." And this is really a gentle book just bringing attention to

the history of whiteness and the history of what happens when it's not looked at

as a privilege. And it's just a gentle pointing out of how white people can

notice how we're privileged just innately by being white. And then it

tells us a little bit about what we can be doing to help the situation of the

drastic differences between white privilege and non-white oppression.

It'll give you good information so that you can then use your gut to vote for

people and propositions that would help people who do not have the privilege of being

white. And by privilege of being white I'm just meaning the privilege of

society just automatically grants us because of the centuries of ways that

our ancestors have created their own privilege from from being white. So this

one is incredibly incredibly important. I'm just starting this right now with my

book club. I have friends who've read it and say

it's a life-changer. And it's incredibly uncomfortable to read but very important.

So if you want to read along, you can do that as well.

I hope today wasn't too lecture-y but I do hope everybody goes out and votes

tomorrow. Vote, vote, vote. If you did not watch Oprah's speech in Georgia from

last week, watch it. If you're even considering not voting, watch it. It was

brilliant. Until next Monday, happy reading.

AC because we're going to be recording an AC current that's produced from the

magnet and so we've got our positive side connected to the positive tip the

black side is still connected to nothing at this point we're going to connect the

black side to the positive lead on our voltmeter rest that aside and then

taking the open end of this voltmeter that touch it to the battery and looking

at the readout on the voltmeter when I put a metallic object simulating the

camshaft spinning we should see voltage readings

see I went up to 0.45 move it away goes back down to zero point zero 1 1 zero

point four eight zero point 1 1 that reading is showing you that the magnet

is detecting the metallic in this case the tool but it will be the magnetic

camshaft and converting it into a signal electronics it

that the computer can then read so the electronics on the position sensor is

good now that we have done that let's disconnect the power turn this off

disconnect all the electronics the next thing we want to do is we should be able

to hear the magnet freely inside that indicates that it's not seized indicate

that it's not frozen on the inside this hole here allows oil to go in and these

little slots here allows the oil to come off so it's a lubricated system check

the back for any cracks on the plastic or any broken pins on the inside the

pins aren't broken usually what happens is this little rubber bushing right here

over time gets hardened dry it out and cracked and changing this part out is

easy enough I have video showing you how to change out complete part it will be

in the description below as well as the link in your upper right corner of this

video so that's how you diagnose your Mercedes camshaft position magnet sensor

hope you found this diagnostic video for the camshaft position magnet sensor

helpful stick around take a look at the channel I have tons

time but in the near future and I release a video every Monday if you find

A Historical Get Ready With Me - 1950s Poland [PL/ENG] - Duration: 15:54.

That's a... gorgeous look

Hi, it's your meme mom! Aand

this video is going to be in Polish as well so

switch. ze subtitles. on. right now.

Hi.

Today we'll go back in time to the 1950s

And usually when I say 1950s, people think

Huge petticoats! Circle skirts!

ElvIs PrEsLEeEeY

But when I say 1950s in Poland

Well, that's a bit different.

Why is it that way? Mainly because

life in Poland was kinda harsh back then

The 1950s - I mean the first half

were deep into stalinism

And fashion was the tiniest of peoples' worries

They were slightly more worried not to say anything improper

so they don't end up in prison, for example.

But if someone had the time *awkward giggle* and energy

you could be interested in fashion as well.

But it wasn't easy - because fashion was considered

a very "Western" area of interest

Fashion was considered very "American",

something pointless, because

why would you need fashion when driving a tractor?

And to be honest

if someone was interested in fashion

they were automatically a bit suspicious

because it might have been a way to

express how committed you were to the "Western", hostile culture.

So generally speaking, it was BAD.

Of course we had Polish fashion magazines, we had Polish centralized factories

Clothes were being produced,

but it's mentioned in lots of diaries

that those clothes were

WeEaAak.

That the clothes were bad quality, and the patterns not fashionable

that the patterns were from a couple of years back

that the fabrics were, I don't know, like, a bit coarse and rough

that it was practically unwearable.

So most of the Polish women that cared to look at least a bit elegant and fashionable

they had to find alternative ways to do it.

For example, my grandma had an aunt in the USA

A typical "american aunt" lots of Poles have

And so she received packages from her and there were AMAZING pieces there

We still have a couple of those american dresses and you can tell

they're very well made even for today's standards

So I'm sure that back in... how long ago was that? A LONG TIME AGO

it must have been really impressive,

especially when compared with Polish clothing

that were worse quality.

If someone didn't have an "American aunt",

they could help themselves buying at "ciuchy",

that meant buying clothing at local markets where people sold things they received in packages from relatives abroad

Or you could make your own clothes, or have a seamstress do it for you

and a good, trustworthy seamstress was a very desirable "institution" back then

Almost every family had their seamstress and they treasured her

FiILleEmMoON

Generally speaking, it was good to know how to sew

And if someone knew how to make things from strange and unusual fabrics

that was also a very valuable skill.

*cat mama voice* And you can't sew! You can't!

But when you compare photos from the era

with American, French or British photographs

There's a BIG difference.

And I'm not saying Poles look worse, they just looked completely different.

And if we focus on the pattern itself, the mainstream fashion dresses

were indeed full, with colourful novelty prints

Elegant accessories were very much in fashion

Every woman - well, maybe not every, but a lot of them wore gloves, pearl necklaces, sunglasses

kitten heels, etc

But during the very same time in Poland, especially early 1950s

We were a couple years "late" and a lot of women still wore 1940s style clothing

You can see that especially when looking at the hair

that in other countries were more often than not worn really short,

especially in the early 50s,

while in Poland - up to mid-1950s - women wore shoulder-length hair

so the difference was quite noticeable.

Of course, not all women did, but the fact that longer hair "survived"

and it was cut short in Western countries

It shows how cut off we were from foreign influences

and every fashion came to us with a huge delay.

Ok, that's enough introduction

I'll be saying more stuff later

And because I don't want to spend any more time looking like your aunt Mary

I'll get rid of this right now.

Or you know what, I'll start with contact lenses, it's a regular part of my

'Get Ready With Me' and people seem to love seeing me put fingers in my eyes, so we'll start with contact lenses.

So my hair is a bit longer than shoulder length these days

And in the 1950s the mainstream fashion was very much into shorter hair.

So if we're going for, let's say, 1954, my hair would be much shorter even in Poland

So I'm gonna do a little magic trick and pin them in place without brushing

and I'll pretend it's just a very strong curl on very short hair.

Generally speaking, perm was a huge thing back then, you probably know that from

your *struggles with Polish pronunciation* grandmas and great-grandmas

That's why the hair was quite curly.

Polish hairstyles seem to have been a little more simple than the foreign ones, like if you compare

hairstyles worn by Polish stars - well, not really stars, actresses from the era

and foreign actresses, the Polish hairstyles

still look very much like it's 1949,

while the foreign hair is much more modern and every lock and wave has it's own place

Even the hair stylists from the era, either American or French, had this theory that each curl

has it's own place, should be curled in the right direction

and the whole hairstyle was supposed to be a thought-through construction

Well, in Poland that wasn't really an achievable look

also because we were cut off from the newest trends

so everybody had to do their best.

But if you compare the hair with what we wear nowadays, it's still pretty complex.

Ok, now I'm gonna use about a million of bobby pins

and I'm gonna try to pin it cleverly

so it looks sort of like it has something to do with 1950s.

You might have heard family stories about women using beer for their hairstyles

I think they used it for setting their hair on rollers or curlers

because it helps preserving the curl.

I haven't tried it myself, but I know girls that experimented with beer and it works.

Oh, great! There are two more rollers left in the back, that great Karolina

This should be called "How To Look Like Your Grandma - Tutorial"

To be honest, when I was doing my research on Polish fashion

after the war, so late 1940s and early 1950s

I was actually surprised how much Polish women cared about their appearance

Because the government propaganda said that clothing has to be simple and comfortable

and we should keep it low-key

And if we pay too much attention to our looks and our clothing

It's not what an ideal female should be, surprisingly.

We should be clean, the clothing should be neat,

but it shouldn't be too extravagant.

And you can really see it in the magazines from the era,

even in the fashion magazines it's always said that

it's more important that the clothes are simple and functional

It always says "restraint", that the clothes should be restrained

But when you look at the photographs, you can see that

the propaganda said one thing, and people did something else, most people wore what they felt like wearing

Obviously to a certain extent,

you had to be careful not to cross the line

because extravagance, especially the luxurious accessories etc,

were reminiscent of the pre-war period,

back when society was divided into aristocracy, the middle class etc

So you definitely didn't want to be reminiscent of the aristocracy,

if you lived in Poland back in... the times... I am speaking about right now

Can you even see anything? *doorbell*

Ok, I'm gonna put some light on my face WOOOOW

Ok, so these are my 1950s hair

So what was I saying before the postman came

Oh, yeah, so that was reminiscent of the aristocracy

and back then in Poland, life was crap for aristocrats

So, my hair is done

If I wanted a truly historically accurate make up, this is where I'm sort of done

and I would just add some lipstick

And maybe some powder, but let's be honest

Nowadays it's hard for us to get some American products,

but back then the make up industry in Poland was sort of dead

I'm gonna have to go and change, I can't keep talking in my pyjamas like that, it's awful

The light today is

TrRuUlLY InTrEsTiInG

It's actually interesting, because I read that

even using red lipstick was considered "too much" back then

But I think it was such a popular trend back from the WW2 era

that it was impossible to just kill it and say that wearing lipstick is lame

Because even in the early 1950s colored propaganda movies

you can clearly see the actresses wearing red lipstick

and I don't think they would be shown wearing lipstick as a prime example of a socialist woman

if that lipstick would have been a problem.

So this I think is an example of over-interpreting things

because I don't think wearing lipstick could have cost you a job or something.

Still, a lot of women didn't wear it, and if we compare it to let's say US, France or UK

where colored lipstick was incredibly common

in different shades, and it was obvious that you use it and never leave your house without it

then yes, Poland was very different if you compare it that way.

And also, Polish lipstick usually weren't that vibrant

They were dimmed, as was everything really, if you look at the clothes for example

What's typical about them is how dimmed and desaturated the colors are.

And those clothes from the early socialist years

are pretty much as grey and dull as life was back then.

I'm speaking of course about Polish clothes.

So now I'm gonna go and wear a dress

which you could say is a reproduction of what women would have worn

The pattern is those tiny white dots on a

background that's a shade of cappucino coffee... with cocoa?

No, that's not the shade.

The colour is based on the designs that appeared in the Polish magazines at the time

and also on the films from the era, which are awful

I mean, I didn't really understand what the propaganda was and how the first years of stalinism worked

until I watched those movies.

It fascinating and scary at the same time

because it's kind of like watching, I don't know,

like watching private videos from some kind of a cult, and you don't know what's going on, and everyone's using this weird language

So in these movies the female characters

often appear in dresses like this one

which are quite specific, I would say typically Polish, or at least typically Eastern Block

Because they are not following the mainstream fashion, but at the same time are heavily influenced by it

The Polish dresses often have really high necklines,

often have collars or the neckline is really tiny that completely covers the neck

They have quite fitting bodices

though the Polish dresses are often much more loose at the waist than the "foreign" dresses

and the skirt is not full, it's made of several pieces which gives it a more "A" shape

than the full look we know from the 1950s movies

Aaand this is what I've noticed watching those socialist realism movies

This particular dress was based on a movie called "Adventure on Mariensztat"

The female protagonist wears a similar dress in a couple of scenes

and my suspicion is that all of the other actresses in the movie are wearing their own clothes

and it's also possible that the leading actress is wearing her own clothes in the movie, because

this was a norm for Polish filmmakers at the time

Even Danuta Szaflarska (Polish actress) mentioned how they didn't have any money so she had to wear her own clothes

her best dress, to the film shoots

So I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case for "Adventure on Mariensztat"

There's a lot of threads here that shouldn't be here.

Ok, I'll be back in a minute.

Ok... Damn the light is going to drive me crazy today, what is even happening

So here's the dress

I'll show you the whole thing in a bit, meanwhile let's focus on the accessories

Obviously there isn't a lot of them

But they had SOMETHING. Mainly I've noticed women on the photographs wearing simple watches

This is my grandma's watch, and watches like this

were considered to be a practical accessory of a working woman

Then I have these fake pearls, they're also 1950s and also my grandma's

But this was a more elegant thing. I mean

it was something you would wear to a house party, to someone's nameday party

but you wouldn't really wear those everyday, like to work

I mean it also depended on the type of work you do, but it wasn't very practical

CoOme On

It shouldn't really look like that, they should be a bit more loose, but let's leave it that way

So when it comes to an early Polish People's Republic look

this is pretty much it. A lot will change after the Khrushchev's Thaw

in the mid-1950s, when the Western influences will become more accessible

and this was also the case with fashion

Some products, which Polish women had to either search for or make themselves, had become available

Even things as simple as ballet flats

it was impossible to get those in Poland and you needed to be really creative

A Polish designer Barbara Hoff came up with a way of making ballet flats out of tennis shoes

So when it comes to the beginning of 1950s, it was a very modest look

What I'm wearing here would still be considered quite elegant

Most women would wear separates, like skirts and shirts and jackets

I think it was also due to the fact that a lot of them worked

while in the Western culture

especially in the post-war USA the idea of housewives staying at home

taking care of the kids and the house, while in Poland it wasn't really possible

because, let's say, you worked a night shift at a factory and couldn't take care of the house all the time

I think the percentage of women working full time jobs was higher in Poland at the time

and that reflects in fashion, which had to be practical.

Which of course doesn't mean people weren't creative and coming up with their own solutions

THIS DRESS IS HOT

Ok, let me show you the whole thing and we're done.

That's it, merci

And I'm off... to bake a brain

Seriously.

Life's full of surprises.

Ramsey Replacement: Arsenal make shock decision over January transfer for star man - Duration: 1:51.

Arsenal have ruled out the possibilities of bringing back their former captain Cesc Fabregas to the Emirates, according to the Metro

The Spanish midfielder's current deal expires in the summer and he has yet to agree terms over a new contract with Chelsea

He has been linked with a free transfer to Arsenal where he spent eight years before moving back to his childhood club, as the club are set to let Aaron Ramsey leave the club on a free transfer

He revealed in an interview last week that he would be very open to a return to the Emirates as he is still fond of the club

"Arsenal will always be in my heart and I will never forget them so why not return

You never know,' Fabregas told Marca.'I feel fine still. In seven months my contract ends with Chelsea

However, the Gunners have quashed such possibilities, as reports claim they are not interested in pursuing a deal for the veteran

The player has also admitted that he would be interested in remaining at Stamford Bridge "I still believe in myself a lot and think I can add so much to this team,' he said

'Let's see what happens but I am happy here

Easy to Read Watches for Seniors that are Simple to Use - Duration: 8:50.

easy-to-read watches that are simple to use hello my name is Scott grant and I

am the founder and editor of greying with grace comm where I used my

experience working with seniors and the elderly to help make their daily lives

a little easier for many people checking the time and date as easy as a quick

look at your cell phone many elderly people however prefer a watch but feel

that most watches fail them these seniors need easy to read watches that

are also simple to use so what are the problems with standard watches most

watches made today are designed for a younger generation and they're for

younger eyes as a result some seniors have given up on using watches entirely

and just use a clock instead but it doesn't have to be that way what to look

for when choosing watches for the elderly here is the list of what to look

for when choosing the watch for seniors and the elderly number 1 a large watch

face make sure that the face of the watch is as large as possible the larger

the face the larger the display usually at least number 2 contrasting color

hands the minute and hour hands should be a contrasting color so that they

stand out from the background this allows people with failing vision to

read the time easier without straining their eyes number 3 look for large

numbers that take up the majority of the display for digital watches choose a

model in which the numbers take up the majority of the screen standard digital

watches usually have tiny numbers for the time date or other features often

these displays become crowded it may not be easily readable for seniors ideally

the time should be the only display on the screen number four big tactile

buttons try and find a watch with big buttons or dials because this feature

allows easy access to the other functions of the watch or setting the

time the buttons if any should also be

tactile meaning the user can feel them and feel the crunch when they depress

them number 5 adjustable straps check the number of holes in the watch strap

many elderly people have thin wrists so this means that they will need to fasten

the strap on their wrists much tighter more holes on the watch strap will help

give them more options a special note for seniors with dementia for seniors

with dementia only consider digital watch displays many dementia patients

cannot read a traditional watch face thanks to reader veronika for this

suggestion examples of easy to read watches for seniors so here are a few

watches I recommend that meet all or most of the requirements above scroll

below the video to learn more information about these watches or where

to buy them recommended analog watches for seniors the Timex men's easy reader

large dial watch this watch is an elegant classy watch with a large black

dial and easy to read hands bold full size numbers on the screen clearly

indicate the time so you may not even need to put on your glasses to check it

this watch is also water resistant up to 50 meters for short periods of swimming

or water exercise class for example the Indiglo light-up dial makes it easy to

tell time even in the dark the AIBA women's watch another great watch for

the elderly is this classic casual watch that has an easy-to-read white dial with

contrasting black Arabic numerals for easy viewing the watch face is quite

large which helps making it easier to see the soft gray leather strap provides

a smooth and comfortable wearing experience you can also get various

colors of watch bands if the gray isn't your color choice this

watch is splash resistant so it's suitable for everyday use but it's not

necessarily waterproof so you can't wear it while diving or swimming in the water

aerobics class this one is just a simple basic watch that does the job well the

unisex Ultima low vision watch the unisex Ultima low vision watch is

another great watch for seniors I really like that it has a one in five eighths

inch dial size with big black numbers that stand up perfectly against the

white dial face this makes it very easy for people with limited vision to see

the hour and minute hands are also big bold and easy to see it looks more like

a traditional gold watch that many seniors are used to wearing

users report that the band of the watch is also very comfortable because it

expands and contracts to give you a snug fit recommended digital watches for

seniors the atomic men's easy-to-read talking watch finally in terms of simple

digital watches for elderly people this one is nearly perfect for a variety

of reasons this watch sets itself every day with the atomic clock and it also

talks at the press of a button it says the time day date month and year out

loud it is ideal for seniors who may be unable to see clearly regardless of the

print size this way seniors can hear the time rather than trying to see it the

large oversized LCD digits are very easy to see and have a backlit display that's

perfect for daytime and nighttime viewing it also features a stylish

comfortable leather strap that fits nice and softly on the wrists the EO doe

unisex simple square dial rubber band watch this watch is easy to

read in the day and night the classic black background with a simple LED

digital display is perfect for elderly people who just want

the time without any other complicated bells and whistles note though that the

display does not stay on all the time the user does have to touch the watch

face to get the time to show this digital watch for seniors has a more

casual athletic styling due to its black details and a rubber band it's also

available in a pale gold color if that would fit your style better the watch is

also water-resistant capable of handling daily exposure to water while washing

hands walking in the rain or other light splashes here and there the men's

digital sport watch with date many seniors and elderly people especially

those in the early stages of dementia have trouble keeping up with the day of

the week and the date this watch could help with that in addition to showing

the time in an easy to see format it also displays the day of the week in the

current date I like that it uses the three-letter initial for the day of the

week personally I find the two later day abbreviations somewhat confusing the

time though is the central focus of the display with big bold numbers there is

also a backlight function for bright or dim lighting conditions it is waterproof

to 50 meters so it can be kept on for showering bathing washing dishes etc no

need for the senior to have to take it on and off and risk misplacing it one

concern to think about though this watch has a few buttons and some extra

functions like a stopwatch alarm and dual table settings so remember this

could cause some problems if the user pushes buttons and gets the watch

settings out of sync summary and final recommendations the best watch for

seniors and the elderly is one that is easy to read fits well and simple to

operate big bold numbers on large watch faces are generally best

and you can find simple watches in both analog and digital formats with the

range of who watches available for the utterly keeping track of the time and

even the date may not be as difficult as you might think especially for people

suffering from dementia or loss of vision let me know which watch you like

best and why in the comments below and of course questions are always welcome

too if you found this video helpful please share it with your friends on

social media and to learn more please visit greying with grace calm

of room, I do not know if it's full hd or if it is

at 720p, however, here it is the new bugs

2 s new livery very gray color

very nice, it is 39 00:01:58,060 --> 00:02:03,700 practically painted gray in the

its shape in its previous color

regarding the characteristics

techniques I believe everything is unchanged

compared to the boxes where, however, remains mind

I do not know I have to do some tests

this here instead is the battery

also in gray lid color

gray and is always 1800 miles

for now by two usual connector cells

xd 30 and b pitcher above then

this also unchanged with respect to boxes 2

previous the battery is the hook on the

drone is of type 2 bugs you see is the

wheel as the second version bug

released six months ago, in short, the last bugs

2 released this type of hooking of the

battery at the bottom then in

this case has kept the new one

closing technique then in the box

we find the phone support from

attach to radio control, then from

attack the usual system above

remove the cap that fits the

support for the phone a

charger that charges the battery

of the drone through the door of

balancing, The connector of

balancing is naturally a two

cells and 7,4 Volt at a 1,5 A of

charge and the battery is charged

through this

connector on the balancing cable

of the battery,

Finally we find a screwdriver and a

key that serves to keep the i

engines when replacing the propellers

I also pulled out the bugs 2 w for

make a comparison with the new box 2

s

and I must say that aesthetically it seems to me

nothing has changed at all

room size are the same

even in the lower part it has changed

therefore the positioning of the brand c is

the lower body is not really the

itself because something has changed here

there was the brand c in this position

instead here it was put under here there

all grill tina to pass

the air is still the slot for the

memory

here for the sd to record videos ninety two 00:04:06,720 --> 00:04:11,310 let's see some holes in the placement

holes for fixing the screws

they are the same

yes it seems to me that it has not changed more than

so much, so at a glance,

remove the film from here

dimensionally also the cams are 99 00:04:22,680 --> 00:04:28,830 precisely the same so I will have to

force to try to fly c to see e

verify that something has changed a

resolution level because in fact

in the mjx site there was for a period of

time that had been indicated that this

room was a 720p,

instead now if you go to the mjx site that

you will link below in the description found

written that the room is a full hd

therefore equal to that of the 2w bugs, I have

also tried to sneak a peek

inside and it seems to me everything

precisely equal to the placement

of the two antennas to the positioning

of the chrism component of the

fpv room is everything all put into the

same position

so for now until I try it

use the changes in short

the most obvious changes are those

aesthetic this livery of gray color

silver compared to the red and black of the

previous version and the radio control

that in the bugs 2 s is of last generation

that is this here pillon and has maintained

so I think its flight skills

I hope to reach again at a distance

reached from box 2 first version

find yourself on the test I hope you reach

the same heights I hope have the same

performance of the bugs 2 w this gift is

It was really innovative when it is

released and is still one of the most

appreciated on its price range

ok end this first unboxing here

this first change of hands with the new

bugs 2 s and write me below yours

impressions awaiting proof of

flight I hope to be able to do soon

a lot of people are crossing me

things but I hope to do it as soon as possible

write your impressions tell me

what do you think of this new edition

I believe that anyway if you are already

owners of a b2w makes no sense

change, while if you want to buy the

bugs 2

now perhaps it makes sense to wait for this

here it is available to the public, Well

the unboxing is over guys thank you

I like it for the crushed vision

share the video subscribe to

youtube channel subscribe to the the channel

league I do not know of description subscribe

to the mgx group this fantastic brand

that there is a little changing life with

see his phenomenal drones

TOUR E ORGANIZAÇÃO QUARTO DE MENINO/TODDLER ROOM TOUR AND ORGANIZATION - SUPER MARIO - Duration: 11:48.

Hi guys welcome to my channel.

in today's video we will invade Christiaan's room

Let's start. We are now upstairs.

And He wrote this...

Let's see what he is doing.

May I come in?

Hi Christiaan! Hi...

What are you doing? I am painting.

Ah, you are painting? Yes...

May I show the people your room? Yes...

Yes? okay..

So guys, I am allowed to show you the room.

This is his room.

It's very small.

Christiaan's room.

All the rooms in our house are very small.

Right?

And we tried to create space here. And I will try to show you how.

And this the view from the window side.

And we have here a frame, of AJAX

This was his first t-shirt he had.

From his favorite football team.

He's bed and the closet.

Rare from a stores here in The Netherlands called Leen Bakker.

Initially This room was meant to be a Super Mario Room.

because he loves Super Mario

And hubby bought this stickers from china. Very cheap

and He applied it on this wall.

And we have the bed sheets. They are also of Super Mario.

And on the corner we have his favorite stuffed toys.

The rabbit,

And this two Yoshi also From Super Mario

And here we have minions.

The bed is too big for him.

But he can use it for several years,

If he doesn't destroy it very quick.

And we bought this kind of bed because his room is very small

and because he plays a lot in his room.

There is space under his bed. Where he can play.

The bed comes with drawers.

One up here.

Let me show you.

And I wanted to put some clothes under here. But didn't want me to.

He wanted to put his toys in here.

So because it's his room I gave him this freedom to do it.

Look at it. He has cars, He has everything here. It's messy.

But I doesn't bothered me, It doesn't matter,

because even if I organize it. In two minutes it will be messy again.

He's bed also has this stairs, so that he can climb in his bed

We also have this little Ajax wall lamp.

He doesn't like to sleep in the dark,

so he got this lamp from grandmother.

The curtains are from his first room. Hi's baby room.

We still use it because they are dark.

And it keeps the room very dark when he sleeping.

Because in the summer time

it's usually very light (day light)until very late in the evening.

So...

with dark curtains he sleeps better.

besides these curtains I have the roller blinds.

And up there we have this bottle. And in there he has coins

When grandmother gives him coins or when we go to the supermarket He put it in there

And he also have stuffs he made at school

And he also have this coca cola can with his name on it.

And let's go down.

This is his closet.

And we have here a space this his favorite books.

And some school stuffs.

and up here, I have some bed sheets.

Pajamas's and some sport clothes.

From AJAX team

And on this side, up here I have

Clothes that don't really fit him or clothes that he doesn't use so often.

And down here I have shirts,

his bathrobe and some sweaters

alright...

I have here his bag and some shoes that he doesn't need.

that he doesn't use often

Because most of his shoes are downstairs

in our entrance we have a space for shoes

and down here we have his clothes. Which is not so much.

and...

Up here I have hi's t shirts.

and under, we have his pants..

I chose to leave everything down here. To make it easy for him to grab everything him self.

To be able to chose his clothes, what he wants to wear, when needed.

This is to encourage his Independence

and up here we have his picture,

which he loves a lot.

and in this basket

we have

some medicines

and in the other basket we have

his vaccination book

and his kindergarten notebook.

And we have here the letter C, from his name.

and as you can see, on this side we also have Super Mario stickers.

And on this side we have this tree.

guys this tree was made

when he was very small(a baby), at the kindergarten.

the made one for the kindergarten and one for home.

it was a way to encourage him to pee in the pot.

So

every time he peed in the pot

He was allowed to put a sticker on the tree.

And he wanted to keep this tree, so we kept it here.

and we have here some toys that he likes.

And there we have one of his favorites pictures.

and we have a a cup with colored pencils.

and this picture was in my room. But because he loves it so much he asked me to put it in his room.

So I put it here.

He is here painting.

Can't you? Should I help? No...

On this table..

He has... This is a tent

this blue one

From cars

That he has here.

He wanted it like this. For me it would just be the table without the tent

We also can place the table under the bed.

It's like a little office.

I preferred to put it on this side so he could be able to play under his bed.

and

he wanted the tent, so I left it like this.

because, after all this is his room..

under the table I have this box here where he has toys.

To not be organizing, when he finish playing, I put everything back in here.

And on the other side, I have a trash can. It's from when he was a baby.

I see a ball there.

let me show you...

So guys, this trash can it's one of those that

kept the smell of the diapers inside the can, which means that the room doesn't smell bad.

I still have it in this room.

we don't use it often.

When he has paper he puts it in here.

and the chair where he is sitting is from the other room.

So when he needs it, when he wants to paint. I bring the chair here.

Because we don't have a chair for this table

Maybe one day we will buy one for him. But for now we will use this one.

And on the floor he has this carpet, which is from Ikea.

He use it to play with the cars

and we have home toys here.

As you can see he also like minions.

And here we have a organizer, for his toys.

the minions, and here we have some bears from when he was a little baby. He wants to keep it.

I have here a step, which he uses to pick up things that are higher.

For example when he wants something up there.

he stands on this.

I takes what he needs.

I left what he needs on his reach.

The lamp, I am not sure if you can see it, let me turn it off.

This is the lamp

with stars

it's here since his baby room.

So guys this it. His little room.

And there is Christiaan.

Christiaan thank you for allowing us to see your room.

you welcome

What would you like to say to them?

Hello guys(in Portuguese)

Thank you for watching our video. Yes...

kisses to you all, bye until next time...

Bye Christiaan, thank you.

Bye...

Shipping Container House 💰How much did it cost? Part 2 - LTP EP 053 - Duration: 24:08.

Well, it's been a year since we started building our tiny shipping container house.

So it's about time to update you guys on the cost of building a shipping container house.

So, let's get started.

I'm Duca.

And I'm Roberta.

And together we are building our own tiny shipping container house.

So, don't forget to subscribe.

And to join us every Monday for a new episode.

Well, for those of you who don't know

this is part 2 of a small series inside of our big series.

What I mean by that is that

it's the second video about "how much did it cost to build our shipping container house?"

I mean how much is costing because we didn't it finish yet. We still have a lot of work to do.

So basically, this is an update of the old cost video.

So, what did we talk about on the other video?

So, on the part one we talked about: how much cost to build the footings (US$ 444).

(*all the prices in US Dollars)

How much we paid for the shipping container (US$ 2738), some modifications (US$ 492).

How much did it cost you cut the shipping container (US$ 790) to install the windows (US$ 2215)

to weld the window frames.

Paintings (US$ 295) and the wooden deck (US$ 1610) and roof and gutter (US$ 820).

Miscellaneous (US$ 523).

So basically that's all we talked about on the first part, and that's the total amount.

US$ 9,927 -> Brasil R$ 32.263 Total until episode 22.

We're gonna leave the video on the description bellow.

So if you're curious to know more in depth informations about all these prices...

Like how many screws we used on a deck, What kind of...

How many pieces of wood and what kind of painting

and how much each kind of painting costs and all these...

How many bottles of gas for welding how many kilos of...

And everything.

All the details are gonna be on this episode.

But there is one exception that... when we posted this video we haven't finished yet the wooden deck.

So we have an extra US$ 313 on the wooden deck (Soffit and Fascia Board).

So that's the update price on this stage of the building. US$ 10,240 -> R$ 33.280Brasil).

So what did you since then?

So since then we have been working a lot.

So basically the first video we did on maybe 4 months of building. (*actually 5,5)

And now we've been building for one year.

So in this past 6, 7 months or something (*6,5). We have done so much.

So, we did the internal framing, the insulation, the ceiling, the plywood walls, the electrical design, the green wall.

A canopy for the entry door. We did some more painting, a lot more cutting and welding.

Miscellanies again.

We built some working benches. We are sitting on it.

And we bought some new tools.

So, that's what we're gonna... yeah, a lot of new tools, yep.

So that's what we're gonna talk about today: all this new stuff.

So let's get started.

Internal framing (Wall framing).

Framing basically we decided to use a metal frame instead of wooden frame.

The reasons are... we have a lot of reasons.

We're gonna leave on the description also the episode about framing.

You can check it out if your curious why we used that.

So basically we used 15tracks + 58studs (US$ 219.46).

Around 400 screws (US$ 8,92).

And 12 planks of the wood Cambara (3/4" x 3" x 10ft) US$ 62,43.

Oh! That's the frame. Yeah. I was trying to remember what was it.

The wooden frame that we have.

Yeah, we have metal frame for the walls.

But we have a wooden frame around the windows for architecture purpose.

Just because we think it's really good.

We like the... it's just a good design. It feels good to have like a wooden hardwood framing.

So, that's...

The total for the framing was US$ 290.81.

That's the total for framing.

So that's wall framing and window frames.

That's the total.

The insulation.

Insulation we decided to use a kind of insulation that's called 3TC here.

It's just the company that sells it in Brazil.

But it's basically aluminium foil with a eps core.

With aluminium tape to join to make sure you seal all the joints.

So we used 1011 sq ft of aluminum foil (US$ 361.90).

We still have some leftover that we are gonna use to cover the windows to protect against the sun.

And also to insulate the doors of the shipping container that we didn't do yet.

Because it's gonna be a storage place and we don't want the storage place to get hot.

And we used aluminum... 820 feet of aluminum tape. That's a lot of tape. (US$ 5.88).

But that's a really cheap tape also. So it's fine.

6 cans of spray foam (US$ 43.38) to insulate around the windows and doors.

Yes, because this kind of insulation needs to be really sealed

and it's hard to seal with tape around the windows.

It's just the... the metal won't glue the tape. So used spray foam and it's really good.

Like... it seals really really well. And it was not that expensive also.

And we used some contact glue to...

Yeah, we didn't use much so we're not gonna put the price of the contact glue here.

Because we use a lot more contact glue on the ceiling panels.

So we're gonna leave this glue for there and just pretend this was leftover from the panels.

So the total for the insulation was this (US$ 411.16).

And talking about the ceiling.

Yes. Ceiling is something that could be cheaper. It could, for sure.

But we wanted to do the ceiling as it is. It just looks great.

We're just in love with the ceiling.

We love the exposed beams.

Yeah, it's just a...

We could do like drywall on the ceiling, that would be a lot a lot cheaper.

But I think we don't regret because it just looks really good and it was a little bit expensive.

So let's go to what we used on the ceiling.

6 sheets of plywood (5.25ft x 7,2ft x 1/2") US$ 148.70.

32 pressure treated pine (10ft x 1 1/2" x 2 3/4") US$ 129.73.

Yeah, the pressure treated pine is to make sure the plywood wouldn't warp.

We built a box on the top of the plywood.

So just to make sure it won't warp much, because I mean it always warp, you know?

10 white laminated (10,1ft x 4,1ft) US$ 338.73.

That's what's expensive.

The laminated because we wanted to have a laminated finish and laminated comes in a really not wide panel.

So we needed to buy a lot more than we actually used. So that's why it's so expensive. But...

We have a lot of leftovers.

And we're gonna use that for the furniture. So it's fine.

Does... You know... it seems expensive now, but we're gonna use it in the future then it's gonna be for free.

So it's...

12 beams (10ft x 2" x 4") US$ 108.11.

The beams are just exposed beams, it's 2x4.

We're gonna... we did already.

We just used it to support the ceiling panels and it looks great.

Around 300 screws (US$ 10).

31 pounds of contact glue (US$ 115.97).

That was a lot of glue.

We glued for a long time.

And that's the glue we also used for the insulation. So it's the same thing.

12 ounces of spray contact glue (US$ 7.41).

That was just a test that we didn't really liked. We have just tried to use contact glue spray and...

We didn't know much to use of it.

It was like... I think we used too much because it's just hard to control it but we decide to use the old method.

The stain the we used on the beams we are gonna put with the painting.

Yeah, welding and painting we are gonna put all them together, even though there are different, you know... jobs.

We're gonna just add them together. It's easier.

Ceiling US$ 858.65.

So the plywood walls.

Plywood walls, that was a long long job. That was the last thing we have done and the plywood walls...

was a lot of work because we didn't know at first if we're gonna do plywood walls or

drywall and drywall and plywood, here in Brazil at least, they have different width.

So basically comes in different sizes panel and we decided to use plywood instead of drywall.

So the studs were not exactly right place where they were supposed to be.

So we had a lot of leftovers.

Yeah, we needed to cut the plywoods into a lot of pieces but we used all these small pieces to

do the walls where are gonna be cabinets. So we used all the plywood. We didn't throw anything away.

So it's good, but we had a lot of work.

So we used 13 sheets of plywood (1/2" x 8,2ft x 5,25ft) US$ 465,82.

Around 700 screws (US$ 8.11). And some scrap MDF (US$ 6.76) that we used to build some templates.

Yeah, but it wasn't that expensive. The total amount is US$ 480.69.

For the entire wall of the shipping container. I think it's a pretty good price.

Electrical we didn't do a 100% of the electrical yet. I mean we didn't... we almost didn't do anything.

All we have done...

We've just prepared it.

Yeah, we did like all the preparation for the future electrical wiring.

We have only the conduits inside of the walls.

We have some electrical boxes.

We have 328ft of 3/4" conduit (US$ 21.62).

But we have a lot of leftovers.

Out of this we used probably 60%.

40% is left. And the reason for that is because we're gonna have shafts

and inside of the shafts we also are gonna have conduits.

So it comes in a huge roll.

It's cheaper if you buy like that, so we just have leftovers for the shafts that we're gonna use in the future.

So 10 conduits connectors (US$ 2.05).

And 9 small boxes, electrical boxes (0.8" x 1.6") US$ 7.05.

1 big electrical... 1 big electrical box (6.8" x 7.3" x 3.1") US$ 6.26.

1 lamp.

External lamp (entry door) US$ 32.70.

The lamp is just really cool.

Yeah, the entry door lamp we also bought some wiring for the lamp (20ft of 1/16" wiring - US$ 1.17).

We didn't wiring yet, but we needed to turn on the lamp.

How we're gonna you know... put the lamp in place and not see how it looks?

It looks great, we love it.

So, we just used 20ft of wiring.

So the total amount for electrical until now is this US$ 70.85.

It's gonna be a lot more than that for sure. But it's just the beginning.

So, the green wall.

The green wall basically is just reinforcement rebars

welded together to form a place where the climbing trees can climb in the future.

So we used 6 bars of reinforcement (20ft x 1/4") US$ 25.10.

That's the thickness of the rebar.

Green wall US$ 25.10.

And the paint we used we're gonna talk in the painting. The welding we're gonna talk in the welding.

Canopy.

Canopy is a long story.

A lot of people say that our canopy is over engineered.

I don't agree with that necessarily.

But the reason why we did that canopy is because we really wanted to try this method that is ply-glass.

That's how it's called. It's plywood with fiberglass.

So it's how some people build boats.

And we spent 3 weeks (*actually 4) building the canopy.

That was a good experience.

In the last episode about the canopy we have all the cost detailed.

So here's the link for the canopy.

Yeah, it's easier to see there because it's just too much to add here.

And the total cost is this.

It's US$195.35.

I don't know people say it's expensive but I don't think so. Because if we bought like I a ready canopy like a...

cheap canopy would cost like 200 and something.

And we have a canopy that's it's gonna last longer than the shipping container.

And we liked the result.

It's been a few months and it's just exactly the same way it was.

I'm looking there because it's right there.

But looks exactly the same as it was when we built it and it's gonna last for a long time.

Painting.

Painting is curious because we've been buying so many different kinds of painting for the last year

and we always have some leftovers.

That means that right now a lot of stuff that we painted

was using painting that we already add on the first video.

So we are not spending much on painting lately.

We're gonna say... we're gonna tell you about the paintings we've bought since then.

Yes. Since then we bought one gallon of thinner (US$ 11.85).

1/2 gallon of synthetic enamel (US$ 15.68).

5 gallons of undercoating (US$ 59.46). That's a lot because the can of undercoating is just 5 gallons.

It's huge.

But we're gonna use it for so many things like, we painted the whole ceiling, internal ceiling with it.

We painted the whole south external wall.

And we're gonna paint all the rest of the container.

It's a really thick rubbery paint that sticks so well to the metal

and then you can paint with synthetic enamel on the top.

So we really like it and this amount is probably gonna be enough for a whole shipping container.

So it's pretty good.

One gallon of stain (US$ 40.22).

That was for the beams, for the ceiling beams.

20 ounces of black matte vinyl (US$ 9.66).

That was for the brackets of the brise outside.

And the total cost for painting.

That's the total cost US$ 136.87.

Yes. So that means like of course in the past 6 months we used a lot more painting than this.

What we mean is that we used the old paints that we already had so the cost is here.

It's on the before video, on the last video.

Cutting and welding.

Cutting and welding we did a lot more on the first half of the house.

Because it was when we cut the windows and install the...

You know... we cut the shipping container, installed the window.... openings and whatever.

Right now all we have done with cutting and welding are...

The beam, we have a structural beam to hold the ceiling panels on the center of the house.

The brackets to hold the framing.

Oh, yeah, the brackets to hold the internal frame. There are a lot of small brackets.

All the metals we used are also leftovers.

So the metal beam we had leftovers from the windows,

so we didn't add the price because it's already back there price.

The connection.

The brackets for the brise. Yeah, we're gonna have wooden stripes.

Stripes?

Strips. Yes, strips of wood outside of the house to make sure the sun won't touch the shipping container itself.

And also the green wall.

We didn't build the brise yet, it's just the brackets. We're gonna build in the future and the green wall.

It's just a little bit of weld, it's not much.

So we used 11 pounds of MIG weld wiring (US$ 35.13).

2 bottles of MIG welding gas (75%Ar 25%CO2) US$ 59.46.

9 flap discs (US$ 15.47), 11 cutting discs (US$ 11.02).

And the total amount is US$ 121.08.

Flat disc and cutting disc we didn't finish all of that yet.

And the 5 kilos, 11 pounds of MIG welding we still have some left.

But we need to add the price.

But whenever we need to weld something we still have some material.

Miscellaneous.

Miscellaneous, it's just we always spend a lot. It's just like you know...

Brushes, rollers, gloves and glasses and everything that we used and just we run out of it or breaks.

So we have... Yeah, that's is 500 dollars (US$ 446.97). It's a lot.

But this is the way it is.

Working benches.

We're sitting on it.

Yeah, we built 4 working benches.

One for the circular saw, one for the miter saw and 2 other ones just to work on the ceiling.

So we can you know have something to step on.

And we have new shelves.

It's really hard sometimes to work in the shipping container that we have not much space when it's a mess.

So we built 3 shelves so we can store some of our tools and it makes a lot easier to work.

And we spent on that 90.66 dollars, but it's cheap.

The reason why it's so cheap is because we used a lot of materials leftover from other jobs.

For example the wood for the ceiling panels we used to build the bench,

one of them at least.

The rest we used leftover of plywood and you know all leftovers.

And for the part 2 we spent US$ 3,128.19.

So that's the total amount for the last 6 months and the months before we already spent US$ 9,000 (US$ 9,927 + extra deck US$ 313).

It's easier to talk about the grand total. So the great total of everything we built.

US$ 13,368.19.

That's the total amount for buying the shipping container,

transporting the shipping container to the land,

to make all the modifications, install windows doors,

build the framing, the walls, the ceiling panels, the canopy...

Everything.

Everything we have talked about.

Yeah, the whole thing.

I don't think it's that expensive.

I think is expensive, but I mean like...

Not including labor because labors...

Yeah, we're slaves.

Of course it could be cheaper. It could be a lot cheaper. But are they... it's all based on decisions we made

the material we are wanted to use, the wooden deck on the top that we didn't need to have.

We mean like... a house doesn't need a wooden deck on the top and we spent a lot of the wooden

because we have such a nice view that we wanted to have a wooden deck.

So it's basically...

It could be cheaper it could be more expensive.

I think it's all right.

And the tools.

Tools. We have a lot of tools.

It's just...

We have all kinds of tools you can imagine and it before the building we didn't have anything.

So it's hard to build having tools, without tools it's impossible. So we need to buy tools.

We spent until now, since the beginning of the building

US$ 5,493.85 on tools.

That means circle saw, miter saw...

Everything.

Welding machine... everything you can imagine.

So total amount with the tools...

US$ 18,862.04

So that's how much we spent on everything: tools and...

Not including labor as I said before because we are working just us.

Sometimes friends come around.

Yeah, we didn't spend not even one dollar in labor until now.

We didn't hire anyone to do anything.

I mean, the only thing we hire was a truck to... how you call like a... a crane to put the footings on place.

And the land.

And the land. The land is...

A lot of people on the first episode asked about how much did cost the land that we are building on,

because it's such a nice piece of land.

Doesn't make sense to talk about the land.

Because people that watch our video there are all over the world.

It's just like people are in the States, in Europe, in Russia, in Australia, in New Zealand, in Brazil...

in Jamaica.

Anywhere you can imagine.

Even inside our city the cost of the land changes.

Yeah, real state can change so much. This land could cost US$ 10,000 in a place

and it could cost 1 million dollar in a different place.

So what difference does it make if we talk about the price of the land?

And second is because this land is been in my family for 28 I think like 29 years.

Yeah, like... you can consider 30 years.

So 30 years ago not even the Brazilian currency was the same.

The Brazil currency was a different currency so we really just don't know.

I asked my daddy and he just doesn't really know how much would cost if we put the past price in the present.

So we don't need to talk about that.

Just if you want to know the price of a land you call a real estate agency in your town.

It's much easier and more precise.

So, another thing Is the variation of the dollar since we started building until now.

Yeah, the thing is we are in Brazil

so all the price we gave you they are in American dollars that we converted to American dollars.

But the price of the dollar changed so much in the past year.

When we started the house the dollar was 3.25 Reais.

Then it went all the way up to 4.1 Reais, and now it came back to 3.7.

So it's hard for us to convert every single piece of something that we spent money.

So it's easier to give you the total amount. If you are in Brazil we spent R$ 45.069,17 on the house itself,

on all the materials and we spent R$ 18.444,75 on the equipments.

So that's the total amount in Reais. That's what we actually spent, we didn't spend it in dollars.

So, that's what we spent on the house. R$ 63.513,92.

We still have a lot to do.

Yeah, the truth is...

You guys must be wandering...

So why are you talking about how much it costs to a shipping container house if the house is not ready?

We believe the house is almost ready to be considered a house.

All we need to do be considered a house is to install plumbing and electrical,

that's not much. It's not that expensive.

After that if you buy a house, that's how the house comes. The house doesn't come with furniture.

Sometimes they put some flooring.

Yeah, but I mean like if you buy an apartment it comes only an apartment.

You don't have furniture.

You don't have all stuff... everything you have inside you add yourself.

So that means that's basically almost the price of shipping container house.

I think we can consider it. But even though I'm saying that we have a lot of work to do.

So let's talk about what we still plan to do on the house.

So we still need to do the flooring.

We still need to build some walls between the kitchen and the bathroom

and the bathroom and the storage place.

How's the floor gonna look like?

Yeah, we're still studying about this.

Yeah, we wanted to do hardwood flooring, that looks really cool.

But we are deciding what kind of wood we want to use.

So... but it's gonna look good. It's gonna be a really cool project.

Wait for it.

So we still need to build all the bathroom, we still need to build the furniture.

All the appliances.

And 3 wooden decks.

Wooden deck we still have one wooden deck in front of the house on the entry door.

Another big one on the back of the house, on the corner of both sides of the house.

And we're gonna have a roof on this big deck.

And in Front of the shipping container doors, where it's gonna be the storage place,

we're gonna have another small wooden deck.

We still need to paint the shipping container.

Plumbing, we still need to the the plumbing.

A lot of digging for the plumbing.

Electrical part. We need to plant the tree but before that we need to paint the shipping container.

And I think that's it, right?

And the wooden brise.

Yeah, the wooden brise. I don't know if brise...

let us know in the comment section bellow is a wooden...

Do you guys understand what we mean by wooden brise?

Or only French people understand what we mean by that.

It's some shade for...

In Brazil we use this word that I guess it's French that it's like stripes of wood to create a shade.

Stripes, yeah.

Strips.

Yeah, strips of wood to create a shade, you know.

Like just like a lot of wood to make sure the sun won't touch the plate of the shipping container.

And in this way, it's not going to be hot inside. I mean, it's not already...

Like the insulation we did, the walls are not hot at all.

Yeah, but just...

Just the doors that are made from glass, so the sun heats the glass and...

And some of this we're gonna do after we move in.

Yeah, the idea is to build the furniture now, the plumbing and electrical and the bathroom

and then we move in and we can do the outside.

That's gonna be fun.

Excited for that. But it's gonna take a while still. A few months.

And we have new Patreons.

That's pretty cool. Yes it's the first time in a long time... I mean it's the first time ever

that we have Patreons that are good friends of ours.

They are supporting is actually since before we start the project.

When we arrived back in Brazil with the idea

I think they were one of the first persons we told about the idea of building the shipping container house

and starting a YouTube channel and the whole thing.

They are with us since the beginning.

So Lina thanks so much.

João, thanks so much.

You guys are awesome.

It's just like a huge help.

But we also have a Patreon that we've never met before, that's also really cool.

Yeah. Stevan, welcome on board.

Stevan, thanks so much.

It means a lot to us that you ere just on board of it with us.

And that's really cool.

If you guys don't know what we're talking about. We're gonna leave a link for Patreon.

That's basically a way of getting closer to us a way of supporting the channel and supporting our project.

And it's just...

Let's explain our project.

Oh, our project, yeah.

Yeah, maybe it's the first time you're here, right?

We are basically building a tiny shipping container house.

Without any prior experience.

We never done anything before we've never worked with any of these tools before.

And we decided to have a youtube channel that's just following what we're doing

and showing all the small details of process.

The process... the good and the bad process, like all our mistakes. We also show on the videos.

So we launch a new video every Monday morning on Brazil time. (*every Monday EST 9AM)

So if you want to watch...

I think it the best way is to... we're gonna leave a playlist.

(The playlist will be here in)

In this playlist has all the episodes so far from day 1 to 53.

We're on the episode 53 today.

Yeah, so one year and one week.

So you can go to this playlist and you can watch the whole thing.

It's really cool.

Sometimes we go back and watch it. This is cool to see how the house used to look,

because so different from what is looking now.

And that's it, right?

Yeah, I think so.

If you watched this or if you like what you're watching right now

it helps a lot just leave us a like. That helps a lot the channel.

And if you like it even more you can subscribe to the channel.

I think it's not a bad idea.

You know just subscribe, you hit the button, you click on the little bell and you come back every Monday

because we can entertain you.

I mean like we... don't expect someone professional that know what they're doing.

Not at all.

We are not professionals, we don't know what we're doing.

But for sure...

This is not a how to for sure.

For sure we're gonna show you all our mistakes and hopefully you won't make the same mistake.

Hope you learn from our mistakes and don't do the same.

We make mistakes so you don't need to make them.

So I guess we see you guys next Monday.

Unoxing IrisColor e Nespoli - Duration: 8:43.

good guys, today I will do an unboxing of the products that have been sent to me

after I went to Milan fair where I met Giuseppe Cardile

of iris color and responsible for the medlar group, now I'll show you

what was sent to me and then to consequence the products you will see me

use in the next, in future videos in conclusion.

As for the iris color, now in the meantime, take out the products then, there

I'll show one by one and I'll explain a little features

then we have: fiber-fix, oil nutrilen, then we have the top wax, do not worry

I show only a little bit so fast and after approaching the camera and I'll explain

better this one billion products that it has arrived to me, that I really am

really many! These are between quotes the normal impregnants, then

here, a box in the box, where there are special products

The bi-components, we have: two boxes of tape for repairs, which is beautiful

it becomes very hard, even of this I will do it a dedicated video; then we have some

two-component finishes, then I'll explain to you what are they for?

I have the banquet so small that I do not even have a place to put them all! And this is one ...

This is the box of the Nespoli

Let's see what they sent me, there's the Easy Touch jar, held like this

it is useful, very useful, when we are at paint walls maybe on a ladder

without going up and down all the time.

Then there is Easy Touch always to paint a bit bigger on the stairs

for the roller I guess and the other and by brush.

Then they sent me, two reels one big and one small and the rolls

replacement for water-based products they are distinguishable from the blue color, two

brushes always for products based then water, a big roller

and a small one with sponges spare parts for wood products e

a nice very very ergonomic brush. A big roller, to paint the walls with

let's say the can-fresh jar saves freshness you need not to do

drying the bristles; a brush for solvent-based products

and other brushes always for wood, these two here are for paints a

solvent this I think is universal and these, with bristles

white, they are for water based products. But I think these are a bit

universals well let's start: then the Iris color sent me the repair wrap

it's a ribbon for repairs, bi-component, a component

it is precisely the scroll here and the other component is water,

I will show you in a dedicated video like it works. Then, they sent me the waxes and

the guys in the Oak series, this is it a wax, is a waxed impregnant and in

meaning that it is an impregnant therefore protective for wood and more has

the waxed effect gives that lucidity detail of this wax

I will use in a project, I think in the next, I will show you.

Then there is the Top gel is always a waxed impregnante however being gel is suitable to be

applied on ceilings because it does not run off, we have the decorative impregnating, this

here it is solvent based while this, that has the celestial writing,

it is water based even these can here to be just spread out with a roller brush

either from water or from solvent or also in rag. Let's move on,

then there is this that, in my opinion, is a stuff spectacular!!! It's really beautiful, it's

precisely the Timpest oil nutrilen, is a impregnating oil and water repellent

anti-dust and more revive also the wood; how can we use this

here for example if we have a nice piece of furniture to revive we can use this that

has the convenience of having the sprayer type window washer let's say is an impregnant

it nourishes the wood and in addition it protects it also an antistatic and dustproof e

makes the surface beautiful shiny, they could also be used for

clean to revive the color of the frame and precisely make it

protect it and make it like new then we have, always of the Timpest,

the anti-worm, which I realized, I have it used in the frame of the clock

my digital project, if you have not seen it I leave the card here at the top.

I realized that it has an effect this is also waxed, release one

slightly glossy surface. Then, there is fiber fix what I did to you

see, that I've already done a video dedicated, is a spectacular tape for repairs.

Let's move on to the products bi-components, we have branded Gekos, always

distributed by iris color, the finish ceramizing, it is a finish

epoxylilicon for vertical surfaces, there is the component A to be mixed then yes

adds component B, it mixes again and after leaving it to rest for 5

minutes can be given on the surfaces vertical and indeed to effect

ceramic glazed type, should be used exclusively with

a roller, then we have a finish high thickness is always a finish

bi-component like the other, from casting thing it means from casting means that we are

making a table a plan of a something we want to protect

particularly well, we must bead all sides around, just like for

make a resin casting and go to pour in the finish here, it is

self-leveling, and then levels off from alone,

we will protect our artifact. Then we have the multi surface finish, me

I showed the jar that small but, as you can see, here I have it

many are an epoxy resin for vertical surfaces therefore also this

it does not drip, even this should only be extended to roller that exists in various finishes

this is the satin, then there is the opaque, and there is also the glossy version.

I hope the video was interesting, to have let you know

of new products. Below in description find the link of both the della Nespoli e

also of the iris color, which they gave me the possibility of using, one i

his brushes regarding the Nespoli. Finally I have gods too

quality brushes! And Giuseppe Cardile, of iris color gave me the

possibility to try this mountain of impregnating paints for mine

projects and therefore to have also some paints and quality. All the products

of the iris color you can find them at leroy merlin obi brico i i vari

the various briko. I have only mentioned those more known, however I leave you under the

link, see you next Monday

with a new video
