PRECIOUS GFX 50R with Jonas Bendiksen of MAGNUM Photos | FUJIFILM - Duration: 3:07.

if you have the whole world

you know what is the thing you want to be photographing?

I guess these pictures for me are just a way to make myself carve out time

to stop and really feel I guess

it's sort of an exercise in stopping and being aware of what life was like right then

about a year ago I started this project called HOME

just photographing arrival of our youngest daughter and our life around that

that and that it's sort of a hunt sort of treasure hunt in the daily life

just be aware enough to see whatever moments of beauty surprise

tenderness that I find around me

A good camera is one that I sort of absolutely don't have to think about it

as a camera almost like just an extension of your your hands or your eyes or whatever

that's why I always like very simple cameras

I always set up every camera exactly the same

I use them fully manual mode so the way I use a camera now exactly the same way I use my first camera

which I stole from my father and when I was 15

you know for me it's all about simplicity simplicity simplicity

I think these pictures taken now actually means something

that this is valuable on another level to my own family to my wife to it to others around them

there are these sort of time capsules from what my life was like right then

and there's something immensely so beautiful about

you know working on something that doesn't necessarily happen

and I think this product well

Bone rubbing self movement that improve shoulder pain. - Duration: 6:18.

Hi my name is youhei ozaki. Thanks for watch this video. This time talk about bone rubbing self movement that improve shoulder pain.

My some customers have shoulder pain. At especially, feel pain into outside line more than center line of upper arm. That outside line keep to getting stiff. Pain of that outside line is remaining.

About upper arm is many the outside line stiff muscle more than inside line stiff muscle. Because frequency that put strength is become increase. For example,to have things etc.

Around of painful point is there is inflammation. I recommend to don't massage that place. Stimulation directly is not good. This line become hardly soft.

I found method that soften this line. And also you need few minute only. Your upper arm will be so soft by this point. I tell about that self care from now.

At first, put the elbow in desk. Check thing that don't feel pain by this position.

Second, check stiffness of upper arm outside line. The forearm become also soft into together by this self care. Please check the forearm stiffness also.

Next,do elbow angle into 90°. Please rub vertical with arm muscle line, find the upper arm bone. That place is outside a little.

If you can to feel hardness of bone, that is success. Case that your upper arm muscle been so stiff, the near bone of shoulder joint can not touch. Because bone buried by stiff muscle.

Bloated stiff muscle is not good. If you have so softness muscle, you can touch easily upper bone.

Self care point is OK with nearest place of elbow wrinkle. Use second joint of middle finger and push that place bone. I recommend to use edge point of bone.

Maybe you feel pain. Please twist forearm in this position. Please repeat this movement.

Maybe your self massage painful become strong. That is not painful originally. Many painful come out by stiff muscle.

Please confirm that the place you pressed can to moves at this time. If you do same place continue, your skin get hurt. I recommend to point or angle be change.

Movement of opposite arm is don't stop. If did this self care in air, your arm and neck will be so tired. Put elbow into desk.

Maybe you will get soften arm muscle with about 1 minute. And more, will get the soften forearm. Influence of upper arm stiffness is so big.

If you had stiff muscle from long time ago,it is give influence into many place. I recommend to have habit that search the place like that.

Please try it. Thanks for watch this video. See you!

hello everyone, I am Wesley Gimenez

Do you think this is possible?

the main question is:

Why does it work for some people?

with students and people who believe

can this be called self-defense?

in view of the fact that the aggressor

He'll come with everything on top of you.

this is something important for you to think

in mystics and martial fantasies

of course, the question of energy exists

but this is a big exaggeration

in the form of applying in self defense

put it into practice and see if it works

work with your friend in combination

or a suggestible person

but does not work with a skeptical person

Have you ever attended such a fanciful class?

ta la la la...

ta la la la...

We began to shine. Someone can stop us, right?

We began to flap. Someone had the right to stop them, right?

It's on my lips.

It's in my dreams.

It's a story told by two.

You say you want to be happy.

You've already been so many times.

What do you want?

What's lacking?

Where will you turn?

Even if you ask,

I won't have the answer.

The moment you support me,

don't forget

the promises we exchanged this summer.

We began to shine. If it's us we'll grasp tomorrow sometime, right?

We began to flap. If it's them then they'll find a shining tomorrow, right?

I was really expecting it.

I was really doubting it.

What was it? Who was it?

They say he's a good person.

He seems like a person I don't care about.

The morning glow is dazzling.

It pierces my eyes.

My breast hurts.

I was a little confused.

We began to shine. Someone can stop us, right?

We began to flap. Someone had the right to stop them, right?

Cos'è l'O.E.A.S.? Operatore all'Emotività, Affettività e Sessualità e cosa ne penso #DisabilAndo 2 - Duration: 12:06.

Hi all colors, welcome to this one new video; a bit of information first

to start: I added to this section Disable an old video that

regards the booking of the trip in train - I had shot if I'm not mistaken

couple of years ago - I changed the hashtag, and in the title also starts, and I added it to the

section of DisabilAndo. The second thing is that I opened a second channel of which

I have already spoken in other videos (if you missed them go see them), and

however you find the link of the second channel this infobox too. I do not know

when you see me, because I have in mind of put at least another couple of videos

before this, but here is mine programming will be terminated altogether

- two or three videos - I want to resume in hand the heading DisabilAndò con

the argument of the OEAS (acronym of operator of emotionality, affectivity and

sexuality). Someone has mistakenly connected

this ... this figure to prostitution; I would not see her as a prostitution

for a simple reason:

in the meantime there is no ... it does not exist exploitation, as we are talking about

selected operators and formats (I read this on the site, which is www.oeas.it, which

I will leave you, if anything, in description and in part I will draw: I can not read everything

because the text is copyrighted and I would not have any problems!

It is therefore about trained operators, and I do not read -as already

I had heard - nothing you talk about full report, so this one

it's already something that I think makes one Distinguishing: I was asked to say

what do I think of it, but first I wanted to go forward with some small extracts, indeed

with a small extract basically.

"The OEAS, according to its training, sensitivity and availability, can

help to rediscover three dimensions of sexual education:

the playful one, that is to discover one's own body, the relational one, that is to discover

the body of the other, the ethical one discover the value of corporeity; and al

same time helping the subject disabled person to become a protagonist

more responsible for their own relationships both sentimental and sexual,

fostering greater knowledge and self-awareness and a more adequate one

ability to take care of your own body and one's own person. There

lack of self-esteem is one of the brakes for a natural approach to the other

sex (or towards the same, I would say !!) The sexual assistant can help to welcome and not

repress the different instances of one's own body, senses and emotions ".

Personally, the thought that today had to be formed, both through the experiences of others - of which I will not speak more than once -

but above all through mine, e I think I will put this video banned

minors, I do not care if I get lost in it views and so on

because to talk about my point of view I have to speak explicitly, then

who has trouble hearing about sex close this video (sex of course

in all its facets, because sex is not just a complete relationship, let's remind it!)

I have always been reluctant regarding this type of figure, I do not know, perhaps for one of my kind of

Superman's relevance "I do it, me them I find, who should I ask? ", but here it is

I had to resize this idea personally, I had to resize it

as I have noticed that - perhaps even for the .. location, location where I am, the city of Grosseto,

which is practically disconnected from all the major Italian cities where it is easier to meet people in general

and not just potential lovers-mine experience has led me to downsize this thing because

too many times, decidedly too often I have been approached for mere curiosity

and no one has ever really told me: you know I have the curiosity to have some intimacy with you, to come to bed with you

because you are disabled! "because it would have been a little cute.

These people, as I said in another video, hardly came to orgasm

while instead I could get there,

because anyway these people stimulated certain parts of my body, they masturbated me, they gave me kisses - under my consensus of course -

and therefore by force of things I came, by force of things I had orgasm, however

these people did not have orgasm, from these people I did not notice

great involvement, even if only at the erotic-sexual level, and the other thing

which convinced me to review this figure was my personal problem concerning auto-eroticism

because I am, so to speak, perfectly able to comply with the practical act of masturbation

but, be careful after someone else put me comfortable, he stripped me

at least at least released at least pants and underwear if we are in

a half-season, and especially when ... ejaculation ended, of course

we must wash ourselves, that is, we can not stay with dirty parts, not

it is good for oneself first of all, and then also for inclusion in society

in short: would you approach a person who stinks? I do not think so. And so I have to ask to be sanitized

which, if this happens within a sexual relationship to me, also pleases me to be touched

I do not hide it, of course it is that if I have to call a person who will not have sex with me

(maybe he has only professional) to say: "look, lower my pants because I have to be in intimacy" and then later when I'm done

"Look, I'm finished, come and wash me," you see which is something personally a little bit ...

I do not know whether to say alienating but surely embarrassing, so I would prefer ... obvious that

- in a sexual context we talk, love is something else -

in a sexual context the ideal would be choose a partner that attracts us for

thousand thousand reasons, for the smell for the eyes, for the mouth, for the face, for that

that you think, and that obviously takes care of also of our hygiene: if you own it

this thing is not possible, rather that ask a person who is not

an OEAS but maybe a simple OSS (social-health worker) also to provide for a help for masturbation

Well, honestly, I would prefer an OEAS, obviously selected based on the ..

to the degree of empathy first of all, and then, then something has to shoot, that is, me

I'm not personally "set in stone" as they say in English

(the English) then "sunk into the stone "with regard to aesthetics

but ... I was saying as for the aesthetics are not

what the English would call "set in stone ", which should mean something

of the type "fixed in the stone, sunk in the stone "- I do not have a dictionary before

but it is inevitable that precisely because of intimacy it is and not of .. not

connected to love, personally something must also take off you can also, for

as for me, treat for example of a taste linked to the smell of the skin

I do not know ... I'm doing a more practical example about me: I usually like them

corpulent and hairy men, but it is me happened, for example, to meet with the gods

thin men with a smell in my opinion irresistible and

the spark is inevitably triggered, so from my point of view

I would invite not to demonize excessively the figure in general, then it is

clear that people are people one different from the other

the risk of finding an operator does not qualified, not adequately

qualified is always on the alert, but is always on the lookout for anything we disabled people

we may need to say that we must try and throw ourselves

(specific that of course I'm talking about the hypothesis of a person capable of understanding, not me

into mental illness because I do not have the competence)

I apologize for this blessed camera which fails to

straighten me correctly, but I think that at a certain point the important thing

it should also be some content. I thank Melania Costantino so much

he asked me this video a lot interesting, I invite you to propose new ones

topics for the DisabilAndò column below (notwithstanding that I too

I have others in the pipeline) but I do not want to do the channel of the

disability, it is right to do everything a little).

Subscribe to the channel, activate the bell to not lose mine

next video, and in the meantime we'll see each other

if you have the whole world

you know what is the thing you want to be photographing?

See you!

I Went to War at 17 - Duration: 6:18.

I was born on November 3, 1900, in the small town of Herzogenaurach, Germany

My mother ran her own laundry service where my older brothers and sister would help when we could.

We became known as the town's "laundry boys"

But that never bothered me because I was always distracted by my father's work

A few years earlier, he had to close his family's textile business

and was forced to work in a local factory as a shoe cobbler

It was difficult to see his family business gone, but if it wasn't for that,

I wouldn't have created one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Since I can remember, I've always had a strong love for sports and it was something I was great at.

Not just one or two sports either.

Track and field, skiing, soccer, football, boxing.

I loved everything about every sport, but I was also bothered by the same thing in every sport.

The shoes.

Keep in mind this was 1918 and back then shoes were just shoes.

To me, it seemed wrong using the same shoe for sprinting and soccer as each sport was different.

So, I set out to revolutionize the sports world

by creating professional specialized sports shoes that would improve performance.

Unfortunately my visions were halted when World War I broke out

and I was drafted into the war.

I wasn't even 18 yet when I got drafted.

It was something that changed how I would live the rest of my life

and promised myself to never waste another minute on something I didn't fully believe in.

So the moment I got back I converted my mother's washroom into a shoe workshop.

And along with my close friend we built our own machinery

from a bicycle since Germany was in an economic depression.

It was one of the most difficult times in my life

not knowing if what I was doing was right,

whether I'd succeed or if my ideas would work or amount to anything.

But this was what I believed in and it was what I was meant to do.

One of our first shoes would be used for track.

I experimented with many different types of materials ranging from kangaroo leather to shark skin.

But in the end, I settled on cowhide

and attached nails that we hand filed down into spikes to the bottom of the shoe.

When I showed people many thought it was funny or a fluke claiming it didn't work.

I ignored their words believing in the product and continued my work.

Fortunately my older brother saw the potential and joined me

as he was skilled in business and marketing.

We created the Dassler Brothers Sport Shoe Factory.

In 1936 at the German Olympic Games,

my brother and I saw the perfect opportunity to show the world that our shoes were what athletes needed

We would equip athletes from all around the world with our shoes to be seen on the world stage

Showing our shoes worked,

many of our athletes would go on to win their events and positively praising our footwear

Our shoes reached the world stage when American Jesse Owens won

4 gold medals in track with our spiked shoes.

The entire sporting world had never seen such shoes before and orders began to pour in.

But just as we opened new factories and began expanding

World War II broke out changing everything.

In order to keep the business alive, we were pressured to join the National Workers Party

or risk losing everything and putting over 100 employees out of work.

I was deeply saddened by everything.

What mattered to me most had always been sports and it's ability to bring people of

all colors and nationalities together.

Not wars that tore families and people apart.

My brother and I were drafted, but unlike my brother, I was released early in order to run the business.

We tried to manage our split through letters but my brother felt I wasn't handling the business well

and we began fighting more often.

Eventually, after his return from the war, we decided to split ways never speaking to each again.

He would become one of my biggest rivals with his own company,

Puma

With the United States looking to help the German economy recover after the war,

they provide me with leftover war materials so I could continue my work.

I had a workforce, materials, my innovative spirit, but was missing a name for my shoes.

I wanted to name it with the first 2 letters of my first name and the first 3 letters of my last,

but that was already taken

So when registering, I decided to add an 'I' in between.

officially naming my sports shoe company, Adidas.

It was fitting since my nickname was already 'Adi' anyway.

For my logo, I remembered I had created a football shoe with 3 stripes on the side added for stability.

I thought it was the perfect symbol showing our innovative spirit as a trademark for our products

and that later became the famous 3 stripes

For the next few years, we continued to develop new technologies always trying new ideas.

Even speaking with orthopedics and working directly with athletes hearing their needs,

what adjustments they liked or didn't

I think this is what set us apart from all other competing companies.

We listened to what the people wanted and together, we made ideas into realities bettering all sports.

People like Muhammad Ali and creating legendary boxing boots

or the revolutionary Stan Smith tennis shoes that would later become a fashion icon

showed the world that one shoe doesn't fit all.

It was always about the shoes and the people who play the sport.

The athletic competition, the trade, and part of the lifestyle

The way it brought people together, creating winners and losers and then witnessing those who lost triumph

and became greater pioneers of our time.

It is our simple belief that shoes are more than just tools

They are the embodiment of entire generations as a symbol of ingenuity but most of all

the determination never to give up.

My name is Adolf "Adi" Dassler

and I created the sportswear company

Adidas

[ENG] Maji Vlog ㅣ Daily Vlog of a food stylist ㅣHome food and dining out - Duration: 16:58.

I will make pasta with this pumpkin pasta sauce that I bought recently.

I made linguine and it tasted pretty good!

Stir fry salt and pepper in garlic. Then, roast shrimp, green bean. Then add pasta and cook.

Try to match the time to boil the pasta and the time to roast the ingredients.

It smells really cool! Pumpkin Smell!

I am going to eat it.

I put less pasta on this day than usual.

It was interesting! The pumpkin taste wasn't bad but fresh. But I think some people might not like it.

I have to be on a diet...

I ate while watching baseball.

It was Sunday but there was a shooting. So I bought bread for breakfast.

Shrimp and Wasabi Sandwich.

My camera can't focus. Hahaha

It's winter so I'm going to eat seasonal hwe(Korean sashimi)!

Whenever shooting finishes I get tired and always end with drinking and good food.

Soju

Cheers!

Yellow tail is perfect for winter.

I eat it with this oil sauce. (Oil and salt mixed together)

Then I finished with Maewoon-tang (Spicy fish stew in Korean)

I buy home appliances I want to have for each anniversary

My 9th anniversary present is Dyson Hair Dryer. Hahaha

I kept on hearing that it was good to dry hair quickly and to style hair well.

I didn't like the Dyson vacuum cleaner, so I hope I like this one.

I heard there was a place that sells burrito bowls like Chitpotle, so I visited.

I asked how I should order.

I ordered white rice, chicken, spicy sauce in my burrito bowl.

The burrito bowl was my late breakfast and lunch.

It was nearly the same as Chitpotle.

It was delicious! I am probably going to go often.

I finished my work and made a mussel stew. I ate cold food, so I craved hot food.

Fry the garlic clove in light heat, add the vegetables and fry them together.

Once the vegetables ripen to some extent, add mussels and white wine and fry them.

Put tomato sauce, water, chicken stock, oregano, cayenne pepper to boil and finish!

I also added pasta.

I poured enough water and boiled for over 10 minutes.

I topped it with some basil.

It's a predictable taste, but I like it because it calms me.

I used the dryer and the wind is really strong but quiet. I like it.

I covered my face because I have no makeup. Hahaha

I made meatball sandwich for lunch.

I cooked the meat slightly and added tomato sauce. Then I cooked it some more.

I added this to bread and spread some cheese. Then I cooked it more in the oven.

I added meatball and cheese onto a hot dog bun.

Add some cheddar cheese on top.

It's been cooked. Spread the Parmesan cheese.

Plate with potato chips and arugula.

Drink with beer as well.

It would have been more delicious if the meatballs were smaller in size.

I went to eat Samgyeop-sal (Korean pork belly) for dinner.

I think it'll be delicious.

Nothing happens the way I want it to. Hahaha

When I get stressed or my body gets tired, I eat a lot of meat and rice.

I did a little shopping for winter.

Fur indoor shoes

I also bought this white colored gas burner

Candle

The scent is so good.

I want to buy candles when winter comes.

Cute book

Thermos

I bought it to use for a fall picnic but fall passed.

I also bought a small size milk pan.

Kimchi Fried Rice! I ate it roughly.

I'm on the way to the market to buy the ingredients I need for work.

Christmas tress are already here.

I ate some fried fish cakes

Korean hot dogs

and donuts. Hahaha

I also bought some flowers I need.

For dinner I had Omelet Rice

It's food you have to taste eggs.

For breakfast I made red pepper paste stew.

Put in plenty of vegetables and boil them with the beef.

This red knife is a Chicago cutlery product, not a knife of good performance. There are many people who ask!

It's just a normal product.

It's nice to have big sized vegetables in the red pepper paste stew.

Add some oil, spring onions, and garlic and stir-fry. Then add meat and stir-fry together.

There are various recipes of red pepper paste stew. I'll make it another way today.

Add tofu, green onion, red pepper and boil it a little!

I'm going to eat it now.

I already had those side dishes ready. I just made the stew.

It was good!

The meat and red pepper paste go well together.

The potatoes and zucchini were good as well.

The rice bowl is too small. Hahaha

Lincoln and Thanksgiving: The Origin of an American Holiday - Duration: 5:35.

In Plymouth, Massachusetts, in the autumn of 1621, 53 men, women and children celebrated

their first harvest in the New World.

The great Indian chief, Massasoit, brought 90 of his men to the three-day party.

From all reports, a good time was had by all.

How did this event, which happened almost 400 years ago, become a part of the American

story and our oldest national tradition?

Credit goes to many people, but two stand out.

One you know, and one you should know: Abraham Lincoln and Sarah Josepha Hale.

More on both in a moment.

As a religious people, Americans have always had a keen sense they have been

blessed by Providence.

The pilgrims certainly felt this, and so did subsequent generations, including George Washington.

Washington was the first president to declare a national day of public thanksgiving

and praise.

But it wasn't until the Civil War that the idea of a national Day of Thanksgiving

fully took hold.

In the autumn of 1863—at the height of the Civil War, when Americans were bitterly divided—

Abraham Lincoln nevertheless called for a day of national thanksgiving.

Lincoln began his proclamation this way: "The year that is drawing toward its close has

been filled with the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies."

It was an extraordinary way to characterize 1863—the bloodiest year of the war.

But even "in the midst of a civil war of unequaled severity and magnitude," Lincoln

continued, the nation had much to be thankful for and much to look forward to.

The day was coming when America would again be united and experience, as Lincoln put it,

"a large increase of freedom."

It was a profoundly hopeful message, reminding Americans of their nation's capacity for renewal.

Lincoln's decision to call for a national Thanksgiving came at the urging of a far-sighted

and persistent magazine editor who believed such a celebration would have a "deep moral

influence" on the American character.

Her name was Sarah Josepha Hale.

More than any single person, she is the reason we celebrate Thanksgiving today.

By the 1840s, many states had established an annual day of thanksgiving,

but the date varied widely from state to state.

Hale saw the value of a day in which the entire nation celebrated as one.

For two decades, she conducted a campaign to consolidate public support for her idea.

As the influential editor of one of the most popular periodicals of the 19th century,

year after year she wrote columns making the case for the holiday; she published fiction and

poems with a Thanksgiving Day theme; and she offered her readers recipes for traditional

Thanksgiving dishes such as roast turkey and pumpkin pie.

And, by the way, she also wrote the nursery rhyme, "Mary Had a Little Lamb."

Presidents Zachary Taylor, Millard Fillmore, and Franklin Pierce, to whom she had written

letters, showed little interest in her cause.

But Lincoln saw its potential.

His proclamation was the first in what became an unbroken string of annual Thanksgiving

proclamations by every subsequent president.

Congress finally sealed the deal in 1941, when President Franklin Roosevelt signed legislation

making Thanksgiving an official national holiday.

Lincoln and Hale believed the act of expressing gratitude had tremendous healing power.

In his Thanksgiving proclamation, Lincoln spoke not as commander-in-chief of the Union

forces, but as president of the entire nation—North and South.

He made no reference to "rebels" or "enemies."

Rather, the president spoke of "the whole American people."

It's a message that resonates today, when Americans, even within families, are divided

over issues of politics and culture.

Thanksgiving, our nation's oldest tradition, brings us together just as it brought the

pilgrims and Indians together in 1621.

Lincoln said it best when he called on every American to celebrate Thanksgiving

"with one heart and one voice."

Thanksgiving gives us a moment to focus on the blessings of being Americans, on the prosperity,

security and freedom we enjoy.

If Lincoln could focus on these blessings in the middle of the Civil War, we should

certainly be able to do so today.

Here's a suggestion: at this year's Thanksgiving table, ask everyone to spend a minute to say

what they are grateful for.

I suspect you'll find your guests will have a long and eloquent list.

And if they don't, you can help them out: suggest they start with family, friends, and

living in the freest country in the world.

After all, if we don't give thanks, what's the point of Thanksgiving?

I'm Melanie Kirkpatrick, senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and author of Thanksgiving:

The Holiday at the Heart of the American Experience, for Prager University.

5 Ways Your Budget Is Backwards - Duration: 7:11.

I'm gonna give you five areas of a budget that you could potentially be

doing backwards and pick out three these bumpers here

so typically when people have money come in they prioritize what they do with

their money so there's a white bumper there and put a gray bumper here and

blue bumper there no I'm gonna make an assumption here and we all know that's

dangerous but I am willing to bet that a lot of people when they figure out what

their income is going to be the first thing they decide is what lifestyle they

can live so if they're making a hundred thousand a year five hundred thousand

year thirty thousand year they determine their lifestyle off of their income one

two three bumpers lined up in a row that's the truck we've been travelling

in the last nine months the second thing I'm willing to assume is that after your

lifestyle is this determined then you have to pay your bills

everybody has built and so you figure out okay this is a lifestyle we want to

live so we're living that and then our bills come we got to pay those so you

pay your bills this is our dog chief come here

Chiefs a black Labrador come here chief

good boy the third piece would be debt so a lot of people have loans for school

or their vehicle or mortgage and so that would probably be the third thing that

you pay is your house payment your car payment etc back

and the fourth thing would probably be there's something that you want to be

able to buy but you don't have enough money to do it and so you have to save

thank you

back the fifth thing that you think about is giving and giving some of your

money and if somebody asks you like hey could you give money too if you have an

excuse for not giving that's typically because you've already spent your money

on all these other things thank you back under that mindset the priority when

money comes in is lifestyle first then your bills then pay off your debt then

do some saving and then if you have some extra do some giving good boy hey see

the thing with that order is I think it's completely backwards the first

thing when your money comes in is give because true wealth comes from a heart

of generosity so whether it's 10% or more like figure out I had this much

come in set this aside to give second should be saving you should figure out

ahead of time like and make a commitment of I'm gonna save fifty percent of my

paycheck or whatever it is like you should be putting money aside whether

it's for retirement or buying how some day or whatever you should be saving

money the majority of your mind third would be your debt once you have like a

solid amount of emergency funds saved up then all your money should go towards

your debt financial debt is slavery a lot of people don't really realize this

that when you are in debt somebody else owns you in a sense financially like if

you have a car and you're paying somebody off for it you don't

technically own that car you don't own your house that you're paying a mortgage

on and so paying off your debt as fast as you can is extremely important after

you figure out how much money towards your debt you're gonna put every month

you should pay your bills now the reason why I think bills should be

second-to-last is because if you are doing all these other things first which

should be a higher priority you're gonna realize what you can afford and what you

can't so if you can afford Netflix then go ahead and have that and pay that bill

but if you can't afford Netflix this way of budgeting will actually tell you what

you can and you can't afford and so pay your bills and then that will determine

your lifestyle and so the order should really be your money comes in giving

saving debt bills lifestyle for the last nine months Taylor and I have been

living out of our truck and this is a pop-up rooftop tent we've had our dog

chief with us and there is no way we've been able to do what we're doing Living

location free for as long as we have been and for as long as however we're

gonna be if we didn't have a solid budget in place and so that's how we

prioritize our budget is when money comes in and first thing we do is we

give 10% or more the second thing that we do is we save the third we don't have

any debt at all and so all of our debt is paid off we don't know anything on

our truck or any school loans or anything like that so that's completely

taken care of and then we figure out our bills what can we afford as we're

traveling like how much food can we get every month how much fuel can we get

every month and we budgeted that out and then the last it that determined our

lifestyle and our lifestyle is pretty awesome right now I mean we're traveling

full-time we're getting to see tons of friends and family we're having amazing

experiences I'm doing youtube full-time my wife is doing essential oils

full-time we're doing stuff that we love and that we're passion

about so I would challenge you to go over those five things and they might be

a little bit different for you of how you would prioritize them but figure out

like is your lifestyle being the first thing on your list or is it the last

thing on your list I feel like that's the most important thing of how your

budget could be completely backwards hopefully this was encouraging to you if

you haven't done so already push the subscribe button all the way and click

the bell so you get notified when we post new videos hit the thumb war button

down below and if this was helpful for you consider sharing this video we'll

see you in the next one hats off to you good boy chief good boy yeah good boy

I won do it again okay

Major blow for Man Utd, influential ace green lights exit as January move touted - Duration: 3:07.

Man Utd could reportedly face a huge concern as Paul Pogba has said yes to a return to Juventus with a move in January being touted by the media in Italy

Speculation has seemingly been rife over Pogba's future at Old Trafford since he admitted earlier this season that he wasn't entirely happy, as per The Guardian

SEE MORE: Video: Pogba pokes fun at his infamous penalty technique with tortoise race  During his previous spell at Juventus, he established himself as one of the top midfielders in Europe alongside Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal, enjoying plenty of success both on an individual level and in terms of his trophy collection

However, he has struggled to replicate that form since returning to Man Utd in 2016, albeit he remains Jose Mourinho's leading figure in that department both on and off the pitch given the quality he possesses and the status he has achieved with his off-field brand building

Unfortunately for the Red Devils though, Corriere dello Sport claim that Pogba has said yes to returning to Turin with the suggestion that his relationship with Mourinho still isn't great

Further, it's even suggested that a January bid can't be ruled out as Juve have injury concerns in that department currently and could move their plans forward accordingly

Nevertheless, it's difficult to see United allowing Pogba to leave at all let alone midway through the campaign, unless they of course have a viable replacement lined up in the New Year

For now though, it's concerning enough that the suggestion is Pogba is keen on a second stint at Juventus, which would leave United with a major void to fill in their midfield if a move did materialise

Trump blasts former admiral in charge of Osama bin Laden raid - Duration: 6:14.

Trump blasts former admiral in charge of Osama bin Laden raid

Donald Trump criticized the former admiral in charge of the fatal Osama bin Laden raid, saying the military should have killed the 9/11 mastermind much earlier than they did.

The president went on the offensive after retired Navy Admiral Bill McRaven, who headed the Seals unit, accused Trump's attacks on the media of being a danger to democracy.

Trump responded by branding McRaven a Hillary Clinton fan and criticized the length of time it took the US military to locate and kill Bin Laden, claiming they allowed the terrorist to live in a 'nice' mansion in Pakistan for too long.

'Wouldn't it have been nice if we got Osama Bin Laden a lot sooner than that, wouldn't it have been nice?,' the president said on 'Fox News Sunday.

'You know, living - think of this - living in Pakistan, beautifully in Pakistan in what I guess they considered a nice mansion, I don't know, I've seen nicer.

But living in Pakistan right next to the military academy, everybody in Pakistan knew he was there. And we give Pakistan $1.3 billion a year and they don't tell him.'.

Fox News host Chris Wallace asked if he'd give the seals credit for taking out the terrorist leader. 'They took him down,' Trump said and added: 'Look, there's news right there, he lived in Pakistan, we're supporting Pakistan, we're giving them $1.

3 billion a year, which we don't give them anymore, by the way, I ended it because they don't do anything for us, they don't do a damn thing for us.

Bin Laden was killed in Abbottabad, Pakistan, on May 2, 2011, by U.S.

He had reportedly been living in the fortified compound less than a mile from Pakistan's Military Academy for years, raising questions on whether or not Pakistani officials had any knowledge of his where abouts. Pakistan denied any knowledge he was there.

Bin Laden reportedly didn't use the internet or cell phones in a bid to keep his presence a secret. The president also criticized McRaven as a Hillary Clinton fan.

The criticism came up when Wallace has pressed Trump on whether his harsh rhetoric on the media was hurting the country and the Fox News host pointed out that people like McRaven 'says that your sentiment is the greatest threat to democracy in his lifetime.

'Hillary Clinton fan,' Trump said of the retired admiral. 'Excuse me, Hillary Clinton fan.'. The president added: 'He's a Hilary Clinton, uh, backer and an Obama-backer.

Wallace had been pressing Trump on his feud with various media outlets. The president has been a frequent critic of CNN, The Washington Post, The New York Times and others - calling them 'fake media.'.

'Sir, leaders in authoritarian countries like Russia, China, Venezuela, now repress the media using your words,' Wallace said. 'I can't talk for other people, I can only talk for me,' Trump replied.

'But you're seen around the world as a beacon for repression,' Wallace said. 'The news about me is largely phony,' Trump said in response. Even sometimes they'll say, uh, 'Sources say.' There is no source, in many cases.'.

Wallace noted at the end of the pre-taped interview that McRaven has not endorsed in any presidential race. In response to Trump's remarks, McRaven told CNN: 'I did not back Hillary Clinton or anyone else.

'I am a fan of President Obama and President George W. Bush, both of whom I worked for.

I admire all presidents, regardless of their political party, who uphold the dignity of the office and who use that office to bring the nation together in challenging times.

I stand by my comment that the President's attack on the media is the greatest threat to our democracy in my lifetime.

'When you undermine the people's right to a free press and freedom of speech and expression, then you threaten the Constitution and all for which it stands.

McRaven wrote in a Washington Post op-ed in August that Trump has 'embarrassed us in the eyes of our children, humiliated us on the world stage and, worst of all, divided us as a nation.

HOW REACHING OUT CAN HELP YOU - Duration: 31:21.

Hi Beautiful angels, happy motivation on Monday and welcome back to our journey south love

So if you're new here on this channel

Consider subscribing because I'm sharing content that is gonna help you love every claim your true self

So before we start this interview, I want to ask you. How is your license? All right, living a healthy and balanced

lifestyle, the reason I'm asking is I am actually

interviewing today my dear friend Renee Louise

She's a self-love mentoring coach that helps many people all around the world get a more healthier

happy

Balanced lifestyle and I asked her to jump in very quick to share her journey

what anxiety depression how she was dealing with it how she gained her confidence to help others and why it is so

important

To do what she's offering people to do. So without further ado welcome Renee

Thank you so much for being here. And can you share us a little bit more about your experience?

with social anxiety

depression and how it feels how

You started the journey. I

Don't think I will waive her anxiety

I don't really struggle with depression per se but

When my anxiety got really bad, I got what I would call secondhand depression

So because I was struggling with it so much

And I felt like it was stopping me from doing things and my self-doubt and bringing my confidence down

then I would get upset afterwards but

We think that in depression a lot of the time they are

Correlated so all the time people have boys

Sometimes people have one or the other and then sometimes one causes the other

So you could be depressed and because you're so depressed and you're staying in home all the time

You get air see and it makes you anxious or vice-versa

you have anxiety and because you you feel like you're

Limited to doing things and that your you have such low confidence that that can make you feel depressed, too

But doesn't necessarily mean you have depression

so with that, I think that

What I'm finding is it was really really amazing is back then probably

From about the age of around the early twenties and

what I noticed is there was this trend and

More and more people coming in and speaking about different things like this

and I think that that it's very important because it inspired other people to talk up as well and then like oh

you know meet me - like I'm not alone and I think that there was a shift there was a massive shift and

Shift a couple of years ago, especially with celebrities and things as well. I think that makes package capable confidence

Oh, wow, like look at her or look at him

But but you know, there is celebrity like they put so much pressure

Like they they do movies and they're famous and it's sort of that mean that they can't be subjected to something like that

So I think that that that's been a massive turning point

and I also think that

That

It is unraveling more and more and people are feeling more

Comfortable to come out. Yes that people are feeling more and more

More comfortable with coming now compared to what they used to be and so for me my

Anxiety didn't really peak until

Probably my early 20s. So when I was studying I was working two jobs. I just broke up with my partner

Of six years, so I had a lot of stuff going on and prior to this

I was always a little bit of a nervous kid. I had some confidence issues, but I I never actually

Had a full-blown anxiety, like I was never diagnosed with anxiety, and it was actually it was quite crippling. So

when

When I first started going through this I had no idea what was going on like no I and you know, obviously

there's a lots of different symptoms for anxiety and

It's not the same for everybody some people have specific anxiety about

you know public social settings or

You know fear of flying or and then some people just have general anybody where they just get anybody about

multiple different

And everyone systems can range a lot as well so

We the thing that with anxiety is yes, you know it is it is a mental

A mental condition but there are so many physical symptoms and I think that's what makes it so scary as well

because

you don't know what the hell's going on, especially if you if

You kind of things getting dormant and just

Come out over a certain period of time through stress or something like that

So I was getting heart palpitations

I felt like a clean breathe properly

I

Had tingling in my arm like tingling sensation

Sometimes I'd feel that nauseous but I felt like I couldn't eat and that I need to throw up. It was that bad

I would shake it a

lost train of thought so

At that point of talk, but it was really really bad and I was working

I just I couldn't remember even the simplest of things like the simplest tasks like had been working there for four years and

Like what is going on with me like and you literally in those moments, especially?

Especially if you have an anxiety

Have like your pre position to have anxiety actual attacks

As well as limiting cytokine as follows so much that it actually becomes like a full-on attack

and

in those moments like you literally think that you're gonna lose control if you literally think that you're going crazy and like

Especially if you before like diagnosis like you have no idea what's going on

you can get a really think that you are insane and that

Nobody else is like you

Like

Yeah

When when did you find out? When when did you find out that what you have? How did you?

so it wasn't really until

When like I was really really quickly

But also my cell using everything like that and because I started getting attacks and I started

Feeling like I couldn't breathe

And like something was wrong with my heart

And then I went to the doctors and I said like this is what's happening. Like I don't understand what's going on

Like I feel like I'm like going crazy like I don't like it was

Was really really hard

and

He said to me you've had you're having anxiety attacks

you have you're having anybody and he put me on a mental health care plan, and he

It was a session he got me hooked in with a psychologist and that's where it all started

Assess for you, how was that process for you? Very difficult very difficult

Especially I think which a lot of people will be able to relate the labeling

So when you get told that you have something you feel different you feel weird you feel

Not normal, you feel everyone's gonna judge you

You know

I would never judge anyone anyone could tell me somethings like that and I would have never touched it but because it was me

everyone was gonna judge me right like

I'd lose my friends like all of these like horrible horrible thought

So that's where that's really wearing. Those thought hasn't been very hard to come to terms with

Luckily for me. I

Like my mom had experienced it so she could kind of relate to what I was going through

Not that it takes it away and I

Opened up to one of my closest friends at the time

I actually had a moment of vulnerability and I just I felt so alone not being able to anyone else really about it

That I opened up to one of my closest friends and she's like me too

Me too

so that that moment there like

was so powerful and so much to me because I knew that I had someone like

her like my mom like I had a good friend that I could talk to about it and she's like I get it I get

It like you were you know going crazy

like I get it and

Yeah, so that was that was really

Really really helpful to me to the other it's not to my friend about it and from then on there

I

Continued on with my third therapy sessions. I was given different practices and tools to be able to deal with it. But uh

I

also

Kind of like

Into study so I had to focus around something as well. I think that all those been too busy

Can it be bad if you don't make time to yourself, but it's also good to be able to

To have something to focus on whether it be for a hot like a hobby

Whether it be like a project whether it be work, would it be study like some people I know

Struggle with it so bad that they can't work. They some people can't even leave their own homes. You'd get that bad

And I mean not just you know, all today's really bad day. I can't leave my home

I mean, like I know people that just can't leave their home

Sorry, very, um

It's very very difficult and yeah like I I think that even though

People are becoming like becoming more and more out of that

I don't think people realize the extent that it can affect someone so I can get the Macungie hue

Especially if you years ago, like I'll suck it up like eat some concrete like, you know

stop being a pussy like you could goodbye because guys struggle to you and there's even more stigma with guys right they meant to be

strong and they meant to be masculine like

No bullshit, I call bullshit. They're still human

That's still capable of human things. Like if someone was struggling we can't thought we wouldn't tell them to suck it up

It's still it's do a health condition. I

can imagine for me as well going through depression and all that stuff people always said just shake it off like

To sleep and shake it off

It's something people don't understand they will never do so you went to therapy had

Friends that friend that can help you wait

When did you start feeling that the experience that you're going through?

That you wanted to share that with other people when I started realizing that

Like oh I got to a point where I became comfortable enough in myself

And I guess I could be it the amount of people that the more people that I opened up to

I realized the more people had it but

They involuntarily tell you and to you opened up about at first

and then it got to the point where and this might sound a bit funny, but people

People that struggle with it will know sometimes you can just tell you can just tell in someone with that

I'm even saying anything you just you just know you just know and you go

Hey you. Alright and you start a conversation and I think

the more that I spoke about

Like the more I realized wow, this is such a huge issue

like this is really really big like

More people need to talk about this more people need help more people need to know that it's okay

To go and seek help and to talk to other people

So that's when I kind of just you know, start opening up about it and I started

So speaking to other people about it

I started being honest with how I was feeling and not just putting on a smart pretending. Everything was okay

although I am a very positive person by nature even though I have had these struggles like

Just because you're a really positive doesn't mean you can't have a bad day. It just means that you try to put

A good perspective on a bad day

all right today was bad, but I got to watch my favorite show tonight like you it's really I think

trying to find those little moments and appreciate yourself or

The little wins that you've had in your day

whether it be for people that can't leave home whether it be going out and driving down to the corner and getting a coffee to

Them like it might sound silly but someone else it's a little whim

I think it's really important to be able to acknowledge that and to appreciate that as well and to be able to hold ourselves and

to

Chicken for a feels like we would a child if it was happened like if a child were sick

You would care for them

You would bring them their favorite chocolate like you've ruined their favorite movie like we need to do that for us as well

I think it's really really important

especially gratitude like

Gratitude has changed my life

It really has and that that has only really happened in probably like the last year I discovered gratitude. And at first I was like

Vicious killer you like just writing down this on a piece of paper. What's it going to do? But it's amazing. It really is

yeah do this number one, I think because when we

grateful for the things we have

it's neat to see the positive parts and

Focus on the negative so really that's a good one. Yeah and

how did I felt when it started to roll when you started to mentor and coach people and

Why?

not coaching them in like

The way people think they will like talking about negative feelings and overcoming it. Why did you choose?

the healthy lifestyle to change them as well like because you're helping that was a big part of

It was a big part of my recovery, I

Mean you never feel like you're never fully cured Asajj

It is something that sticks with you

Some people get to a point where it's

It affects them that little because of good coping mechanisms that kind of background noise

Whereas some people do continue to struggle. Um

So I think it was a big part of my recovery and and whilst I'm still on that journey

and I will openly admit I still have really bad days and I'm still I'm still

I'm still very much been journeying continuing but just because I'm not

the best I can be it doesn't mean that I still can't help other people and I think that's also really important for coaches as

well, there's a lot of them go into it because they've had their own struggles and they become passionate about it, right but

They have this feeling that oh, like I'm a fraud like I can't help people with this if I'm still struggling with it

No, you can't there's nothing to stop you because you're still gonna have bad days. You still you're still learning?

you're still on your own journey, but it doesn't mean that you can't help other people with things that have helped you and

I think the

You know, sometimes we're so good at giving advice

We don't take the advice for ourselves, but it doesn't mean that we can't help someone else at the same time as well

The active lifestyle and and the nutrition and the mindset

that has has really really helped me and there's a lot to be said to exercise like

Endorphins are

Amazing. They're so good to let out adrenaline if you struggle with anxiety

they're so good to

to ramp up your

Your energy and motivation if you struggle with depression and whilst

I do appreciate it and be so hard for people to get there

Once you're there and you have a workout, I've never ever heard anyone say that they feel worse after a workout

Yeah that endure

Especially first thing in the morning is amazing. It sets your started like that's your day off

I kind of really good low and it does like it lets that that nervous energy out and

Yeah, it's really powerful and same with the foods that we eat life

is

There's not enough knowledge about it I think yet

um, but it's definitely

loitering out there about the mind and gut

Connection like I think people are slowly. So here a little bit more about it until you properly do your own research

You can't appreciate

how much one can affect the other like um

You know, for example bananas like they have they have tryptophan in it

Which helps you serotonin levels? Like they literally nature's antidepressants like they help you

The same is milk, like going to sleep. It's got tryptophan in it that helps you relax you as well

So there's all these

Vitamins and properties include but we're not utilized enough and whilst by any means like it is a hundred percent. Okay to take medication

Don't ever think that it's not all that I'm saying, it's not I just think people need to try

Other means first, don't let it be just yet. Okay, this is a business. This is the Cure

This is the one or even what if you are on medication you still need to

You still need to invest in yourself and look after yourself. You need to give our bodies like ours

We need to fuel them with good stuff to perform. Well

yeah, so I think

That's definitely been a good help for me too in same with like, you know, processed food and sugars

Like we don't realize how those can affect our bodies and it's again until you do more research on it

You don't realize like some of the chemicals that are in them create anxiety

They create depression

Sugar you have a massive hit and then you crash

so

Yeah, definitely something I learned less the beginning of this year and then I started indeed

is that when you start realizing these things because for me it was like I don't get

gained weight that fast so for me eating sugar, in fact things doesn't matter I thought because oh

yeah, so you think well, I don't have to worry about that because I'm not gonna get that big and then you hearing oh

we get taught that like it's about like our physical body is right, but it

you can internally fat without being fat on the outside -

Exactly and then hearing what kind of fleece do to you and especially for me with a depression

I was like I'm addicted to sugar. I will not lie. I

Lowered it down afterwards after I got that seminar. I stopped I did it whole detox

I went healthy because I was like, this is the reason why it comes back

So heavily then if I feed myself only with sugar and fat

So I started the diets

It comes a little bit back to your below but it's definitely something that I think

That's so good that you share it is that the reason why healthy lifestyle and healthy food is not because of our body

it's about our mind and soul and everything and our feelings how

Yeah, I have literally seen

People who are skinny and they hop on the body scan

So it's um, like Dexter scan or something like that and actually measures your internal fat

So your visit very feel fat and their fat even though they've been they've been skinny

they seem maybe like a size 810 their fat is worse than a sumo wrestler not even kidding like

Go people go and do your research now like you can be skinny on the outside

It doesn't mean any healthy on the inside and if you've got a lot of internal fat you couldn't pressure on your organs

so so dangerous and that's not to say that you can't have a chocolate or you can't have ice cream or it's about

Balance, but it's about generally feeding our body

It's about generally feeding our body on on the average of with good food

So when people come to you to be coached

What is the process you go through it? And what's the main process that you guide them through to get to do it?

Well because it pretty much depends on

What they're coming to me for?

so because

Because I do a lot of self-love work a lot of people come to me with low confidence or

You know, they're wanting to lose weight. They're the main ones that I generally get and surprisingly enough. Most of my clientele are male

And I'm not saying but again

like I'm

not saying that that men can't do any of these things or and I'm such a huge person for

Advocating men's mental health as well, but it just surprised me. Like it genuinely surprised me because out and about

They wouldn't usually come to you with stuff like that but because they feel safe online my main clientele are men

So

yeah, it really really surprised me but I'm really happy that they were able to have the confidence to be able come to me and

Yeah, it really depends on what the total struggling is whether it's myself

Whether it's weight, whether it might be um, you know

Relationship problems or it might be

You know, they have trouble with fitting goals and following through and they need that accountability

I think the best thing about having approach is you have that accountability and some people just need someone checking in on them

Hey, have you done it?

Hi, like, you know if they need someone to answer to you because they can't prioritize their own needs. Will they put them to thought?

So that seems like a very busy guy

so because you're doing this full-time and then you have here your home and

All the things that you do have to do at home. How do you keep yourself?

Yourself balanced. What's your day-to-day?

Routine to keep yourself not getting anxious

calm and balanced

But I'm very organized I think

Organization if you live quite a very busy lifestyle, I think organization is very very important

and

You know

It's something as simple as prepping your meals on a Sunday and freezing them can save you so much time like yes

It takes a couple of hours out of your sunday, but it saves you so much time for the Western week

you can work you can go to training you can come home and then you can just relax and unwind

And I think the biggest thing for people with busy lifestyles is shutting that phone off at you know

9:00 9:30 10 o'clock at night shut that phone off

and

Start to wind down and get your body ready for bed and have a shower and have a glass of milk or tea

Brush your teeth, like let your body know that it's time to relax read a book if you want to read watch TV

It's fine. Try not to do it in your room

And because you want your body to know that okay what I'm going in my room going to bed

It's time to sleep

And I think that's one of the biggest things people are struggling with at the moment

And I'm actually fine-tuning my my nighttime routine at the moment to involve a little bit more

self-care

but I think that that's a huge thing for busy people is really trying to to have that hour or so for yourself to

You know

Maybe write down everything that happened in the day or things that you need to do tomorrow so that they're out of your head

Have a nice relaxing bath if it's been a really stressful day

Read your favorite book

Meditate is those guided meditations out there. There's meditations on YouTube

It doesn't have to be just closing eyes and breathing in and out

so I think that's really important to me because our society is so

So addicted to technology

And I know this is funny saying that I am saying this because we're actually on technology

but it's amazing for something but I think people they just don't know when to switch off and they feel like they have to

Continuously require straight away as well

I take time out for you even in your days

Especially if you work online or from home like set is that boundaries that clear boundaries?

Alright, so I wake up. I'm not even going to touch my phone for the first hour

I do not touch my phone in the morning for the first hour. It's me time

So I write I do my gratitude. I have a cup of tea. I have my breakfast and then I go

All right from this time to this time. I'm gonna focus on work stuff. You don't have to reply every half an hour

You don't have to pick

Up and reply back to every text message or every message on messenger or Instagram or snapchat like there's so many things that are happening

That we're constantly

We're constantly on the go. We're not having any downtime

So I think that that setting strict boundaries is really really little even you know

If you can have a phone that separate just for work as well. I think that they they all really hope so

When people hear it is they think okay if I implement this and keep continuing doing that?

I will have a balanced life and it will no bad days

But they are so when you have a little bit anxiety, what is your reaction? How do you deal with that?

And how are you aware when you have it?

Yeah

The biggest thing that I will notice is breath

Our breaths are sorry powerful

Especially to anyone that struggles with anxiety. So it resets your nervous system

so whenever you feel like you're on this little hamster wheel and you're going round and round around and you haven't had you had a

really really busy day

you actually even haven't had time for a break because some people don't even get breaks at work because they're that busy and like I

Mean it's not legal, but it happens

Especially if they work for themselves, they don't create those boundaries

so if you just find there's just

You've been so busy all day and you haven't been able to help it's been out of your control

Just take a minute to step back and focus on your breath focus on your breathing

It's the biggest tool that we have to reset our nervous system. It's so powerful

and

a

lot of people do struggle with meditation

Especially at the beginning but guided meditations are amazing

If you've never done something like that before and honestly our breath is very very powerful and it don't it helps it

Literally sends messages to our brain and helps that out reset our nervous system

So it's a biginsight if I can use for everybody is if you have a real overwhelming day

Focus on your breath or implement some daily meditation first thing in the morning or at night time before you go to bed

Whatever you find work for you

Okay, thank you for sharing that just one last question, um

For someone that is in his face, if you used to be that aren't going through feelings and not sure what they go through

having ultimate goal often happiest lifestyle

Knowing your journey now. What is your biggest advice for them to get out of that zone and create?

their life so

Reach out

Don't be afraid to reach that reach out and get help whether it be

whether it be reaching out even your mommy or dad or reach out your best friend or your father just

start a conversation with someone it is so important and if you know

If you feel like you're too nervous to go to therapy

Like if you re chatting someone I'm sure your friend

Mommy or sister or your brother or someone who come with you and help you hit those first few sessions, which can be quite daunting

It's the biggest place I can say is reach out get the help. Come on and help

Help you get back on track and it's okay. It doesn't mean that you're weak. It doesn't mean that you that you've failed

It's the strongest thing you can do is asking for help because it's scary and it's not easy

But I promise you it will be worth it

Thank you about reaching out. So if they feel like they want to reach out to you right now

Where can they find you and so on Instagram? I'm self

Loving power or connect with me on Facebook Renae Louise. Send me a message

I'd be happy to help out but it's my passion and I honestly want to help as many people as I can

That is my that is my why?

Amazing. Thank you so much. I will do that with all that information in the comments section below

One more time. Thank you for being here with me today and share journey and

You know

someone even

If they don't reach out to me if they reached out to someone else like I'm more than happy to help you

I'd love to help you or even if you don't want help for me

But you just want to send me a message and connect I'd love that too

You like it doesn't mean that you have to be coached by me

I'd love for you to reach out and connect, but I hope I really hope that this has helped at least one person that

I have it that even if I can have helped at least one person from this then

That's exactly my point of these videos because it's just we need to share our journeys and we need to share that we all have

The strength and the power to go through this

Absolutely, absolutely

And together we're stronger together

We definitely strong it together. It's connections and sharing and empowering each other. Absolutely

Thank you. Bye guys
