Youtube daily report w Mar 28 2017

Fall back boys!

Hurry up now!

Hey! Fabio from Football4Broz.

Today we're in Berlin together with 11teamsports.

We've already filmed an incredibly good video!

You'll find the link in description!

But today I'm gonna test the Tiempo from the brand new 'Motion Blur pack'.

I want to show you some great drills for defenders.

This is gonna happen with the help of Meti, Etem, Jannik & Patrick!

At the end of the video you'll have the chance to WIN 1 pair of the new Tiempo!

So stay with us!

Drill 1: Clear fast

Place two cones, one on the left and one on right.

Place some obstacles in between.

Your partner tells you to go right or left.

He's gonna throw you the ball for a header.

Important: Stay on your forefoot to be able to react fast.

Drill 2: 1vs.1

If the defender wins the ball..

.. he has to pass it between two cones.

This simulates a counterattack.

Drill 3: Adapt fast

Field width: 5x5 m

Your partner is on the outside.

1. Your partner throws you the ball.

Catch it one-handed and throw it back. (front cones!)

Repeat in on the other side with the other hand.

2. Repeat it with two volley-passes. (front cones!)

3. End it with two headers. (back cones!)

Important: After every move, get back to the middle of the field.

These were our defender drills you should train.

Don't forget to take a look at the other boys' videos.

If you want to WIN the new Tiempo follow these steps:

We're out. Bye!

Dogs, Beards, and Random Websites - Geeky Sh*t On The Net Ep 2 - Duration: 3:17.

Hey Geeks, it's Andrea.

I am back again with the second episode of Geeky Sh*t On The Net.

Today we are going to kick things off with this burger shaking its butt.

If you like burgers, maybe you'll like this other b word.

Beard.

More specifically, an American flag beard.

I could watch this cat drink from this bottle all day.

Speaking of cats, don't forget to do your daily cat clean up routine!

After you're done with that, you can look at this jegg.

That's a jean egg in case that wasn't obvious.

Here is a picture of Britney Pears.

Which wasn't actually found on the net, but instead my hard drive.

Because when I was a kid I thought it was funny to make this.

Yup.

Last year around this time a rancher actually used a lasso to capture a bike thief in a

Walmart parking lot.

Because being able to use a lasso wasn't cool enough, he decided to fight crime with

one.

If you're tired of losing ranks in Overwatch, here are some websites to check out while

you dry your tears.

You can let off some steam by smacking this poor guy in the face with an eel.

Drag your mouse left to slap him and back to the right to reset it.

Do it again and again until you are fully satisfied.

I don't want to admit how much time I could spend on this website.

All it does is find the location of your mouse pointer and load a picture of someone pointing

at your pointer.

Simple, but somehow kept me entertained for a while.

If you don't mind flashing light, here's a website that actually caught me off guard

and scared the heck out of me.

Staggering Beauty is certainly a website to note.

Speaking of Staggering Beauty.

The person that recommended it for this video is someone I met through Geeky Gaming and

so he is our Geek of the Week.

If that's a thing now?

Rob has a sound cloud that I definitely think you Geeks should check out.

He even uploaded Happy Birthday on my Birthday.

How cool is that?

I've been pretty open about these last few months being pretty hard for me and he has

been there more than anyone these last couple weeks, so go follow him on sound cloud.

He makes some great music, you'll be glad you did.

He's really a great guy.

Before we go, let's take a look at some dog pictures.

The world is always better with dogs in your life, right?

Well maybe not if they were actually doing this to you…

Some people let their dogs lick them, but I really don't think this is what they mean.

Unless there were no perspective things going on here and that man is actually 6 inches

tall.

If so, I wonder where he found panties so small.

Speaking of big boys, doesn't this fuzzy guy look like a human in a dog costume?

This little dog eared baby may not be amused…

But this poor dog has seen some things.

Oh yes he has, oh yes he has.

Speaking of seeing some things.

Oh… let's move on.

Did you know dogs can ride horses?

Or maybe little ponies like this little guy is doing.

Of course some just like to lay down and take a nap.

If he isn't careful when he jumps off, he might end up like this unfortunate puppy.

Here is a picture of a dog strutting down the beach like he owns the place.

You do you, dog, you do you.

And before we go, if you want a gif video to warm your heart and maybe make you cry

like it did to me.

Here is one of a dog being rescued.

As always all links are below for you to checkout for yourself.

Including the full version of that cute puppy.

Before you go, be sure to subscribe, like, comment, and join the Geek Army.

To join the Geek Army all you have to do is share your favorite videos with your friends

and on social media.

Alright Geeks, I will see you next time.

Inside MU Health: Step Challenge, Compliance, E-Verify, Nurse Immersion & Match Day - Duration: 1:54.

Are you ready to lace up for a new challenge in your life?

Don't miss the Friday deadline to sign up for the 2017 Step Challenge

coordinated by MU Health Care and Healthy for Life!

Invite your friends and family.

Just go to MyMUHealth and look for the Step Challenge icon to sign up.

Also on MyMUHealth, finish your Compliance Training.

The deadline is March 31st.

And Friday, March 31st is also the deadline to verify your dependents if they're covered

by your UM-sponsored health insurance.

See this website for more information: umurl.us/deverify.

[Nurse] Mr. Sims? (Groaning)

How are you feeling?

Nurse Immersion week was the kickoff for the newly-updated Nurse Residency program.

At this exercise, nurses responded to simulated patient emergencies.

[Melissa Beutenmiller] I don't think anyone ever felt like they were being judged

or felt stupid.

Everyone felt like they were learning.

And that was the goal.

To immerse the group in knowledge, skills and critical thinking.

It's hugs and tears of joy for the fourth-year medical students.

It's Match Day!

Ninety-seven fourth-year medical students ripped open their envelopes to

find out where they'll be doing their residency.

[Gabriella Stamper] I have been working on this forever.

It's so exciting to finally have a new chapter to start.

MU School of Medicine students continue to be highly sought after.

Ninety-eight percent of this year's class received a residency program match.

Twenty-five percent will stay here, to serve at MU Health Care.

I'm Teresa Snow.

LEARN FOOTBALL SKILLS THE MCGEADY SPIN - Duration: 1:14.

hello fellow tubers this is Kieran and

welcome to this week's tutorial we're

taking a look at this simple but rather

effective Mcgeady spin, this is the first

time i thought the Mcgeady spin used

against two Rangers players so let's get

into it step 1 all you're going to do is

as you dribble forward bring

the foot around the ball you want to

take it behind with and then use a tap

inside of the foot to tap it behind

bit like a Kryuff Turn, so as you're dribbling

forward bring the foot all the way

around and use it inside of the foot tap

it behind you.

Step 2 from there all

you're going to do is as the balls

coming behind you step around the ball

with your other foot and tap it out

away from your opponent so you've seen

at the beginning the best way of using

this trick is thought of as players that

are running behind you and then you get

the drop on them with the turn, start slow

build it up it's very simple but

effective move and I just wanted to

bring something a little different

because I think going back to some basic

skills every now and again helps you

become a better player even on the

streets so learning some good basic

skills helps you to if you like this

please like comment share subscribe be

back next week

Tucker Carlson Can't Sleep After This NSA Agent Told Him The 1 Thing That'll Bury Obama Last Night… - Duration: 2:01.

Tucker Carlson Cant Sleep After This NSA Agent Told Him The 1 Thing Thatll Bury

Obama Last Night TRUMP IS CHEERING!

By Paris Swade

Holy crap!

This is huge.

This guy came on Tucker Carlson last night after spending 20 years at the NSA and spilled

the beans on the entire organization.

If we hadnt won this election, think about how bad this country would have been.

Watch what former NSA agent Bill Binney had to say.

The program that is being discussed went on for more than two years under Obama and was

called Stellar Wind.

According to documents obtained by the Gaurdian, a federal judge would approve a bulk collection

of metadata every 90 days. It supposedly ended in 2011, but the interview above throws

that into question.

GRAB THE BIBS AND MELT THE BUTTER.

DEEP STATE GETTING SERVED ON A SILVER PLATTER.

From the Gaurdian:

Eventually, the NSA gained authority to analyze communications metadata associated

with United States persons and persons believed to be in the United States, according to

a 2007 Justice Department memo, which is marked secret.

THIS IS VERY BAD.

LET ME ASK YOU THIS: Why do we pay for the people of this nation to get spied on?

Share this if you think that this IS wrong.

This nation was founded on no taxation without representation. Our representatives

dont represent us anymore.

Its time to drain all of them.

SHARE this right now so that Trump has to respond to this.

We need to stop this crap now!

Why Scarlet Witch Won't Ever Get Her Own Movie - Duration: 4:34.

Scarlet Witch is a fairly new addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, although she

has a rich and bizarre comic history that goes as far back as most of the Avengers.

When it comes to getting her own standalone movie, that lengthy history might actually

hurt more than it helps.

Here's why we think Marvel won't give Scarlet Witch her own movie.

Olsen's not sold

Elizabeth Olsen, the actress who plays Scarlet Witch, has been enjoying a nice career lift

from the MCU, but isn't sold on doing a solo movie.

She said: "The pressure of a tentpole movie on my shoulders doesn't feel comfortable."

In the meantime, she's taken advantage of the tight scheduling of the Marvel machine

to find other projects.

Though she's obviously hesitant, Olsen did admit she might be interested, though the

story would "have to make sense for how it advances the world."

Toy troubles

Times are changing, but not that quickly.

Captain America: Civil War has the distinction of having the most female heroes of all the

MCU movies so far — and that's definitely a good thing.

However, just like Black Widow in the previous Avengers films, Scarlet Witch figures were

scarce to practically non-existent in the movie's initial toy line.

Take this Avengers vs. Ultron box set.

It's got nine figures — nine!

And while it doesn't include Black Widow or Scarlet Witch, two of the film's most important

characters, it does manage to find room for a figure called..."Sub-Ultron?"

Yikes.

Marvel has been working on these diversity oversights, and both Scarlet Witch and Black

Widow eventually got their own action figures — multiple versions, in fact — but the

historic reluctance to lean heavily on its female heroes doesn't bode well for the possibilities

of Scarlet Witch being allowed to carry a standalone film.

Like it or not, toys are still big business when it comes to superhero movies.

If they don't think a Scarlet Witch toy will sell, it makes a movie even less likely.

Bonkers backstory

Scarlet Witch is a great character for an ensemble cast.

She has a cool look, cool powers, and her magic skills are a nice balance to heroes

with tech weapons and hand-to-hand skills.

But, as useful as that might be, there are a whole lot of problems once you dig a bit

deeper.

Wanda Maximoff's history goes back to the same Silver Age comics era as the Avengers,

with her first appearance coming only a year after the team's debut.

Most comic book storylines got pretty weird in the 1960s, but hers set the gold standard

for wacky.

Wanda and her brother Pietro, better known as Quicksilver, were born after their mother

fled their father — more on him later — and were adopted by a guy called the High Evolutionary.

Oh, and they were also raised by a cow.

Yes, an actual cow.

Her name is Bova!

And that's actually only the start of Scarlet Witch's weirdness.

Her powers powers are basically magic, and in both the movies and comics, she gained

them by being experimented on.

Looking back to the comics, most of Scarlet Witch's powers are actually channeled through

a demon god named Chthon.

But she's also gained additional powers through deals with the character Mephisto — who

is basically Marvel's version of the devil.

Between her having a cow for a mom and all the business she does with literal demons,

making a movie that's true to her comics roots might be, well, a little challenging.

Family film issues

The cinematic rights to Marvel's X-Men franchise have been owned by Fox for a long while.

With the Marvel Cinematic Universe owned by Disney, the odds for a crossover are pretty

much nonexistent.

So things can get a little touchy when you have characters related to one another spread

between the two companies.

For decades of comic book history, it was pretty clearly established that Magneto is

Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's biological father.

Meanwhile, Marvel has since made that point a bit looser with some recent storylines that

suggest the twins were never mutants in the first place — possibly in an effort to better

match the films.

But no matter how you slice it, Scarlet Witch and Magneto have tons of comic book history

together.

For a movie to push all that out of the way could potentially alienate longtime fans.

Too powerful?

One of the toughest challenges in writing a character like Scarlet Witch is that they

haven't actually established an upper limit to her powers.

At various times in the comics she's re-written time and shifted reality, resurrected the

dead and brought characters to life out of thin air.

At one point, she willed the entire mutant species out of existence.

In the same way screenwriters often struggle to come up with worthwhile challenges for

characters like Superman and Hulk, Scarlet Witch could pose a similar problem.

It's one thing to have her save the day for a few moments at a time in an ensemble picture.

But on her own?

Whipping up a movie like that might be the one power she doesn't have.

Dick Cheney Is Ready To Start A War With Russia - Duration: 5:26.

Everyone's favorite war criminal Dick Cheney is back in the news telling us that, "What

Russia did in the US election could be considered an act of war."

Dick Cheney made that statement at the Economic Times Global Business Summit in New Delhi

over the weekend, basically saying that yeah we know for certain, "We know for certain

that the Russian government interfered with the US election.

They used cyber warfare tactics," this is what Dick Cheney said, "To get in there and

undermine Hillary Clinton's campaign, and this is what helped elect Donald Trump, but

I'm still a Trump supporter.

I'm proud to be a Trump supporter," Dick Cheney tells us, "But, what Russia did was clearly

an act of war."

Now, there are so many crazy things in Dick Cheney's speech that he gave at this Economic

Summit, that I don't even know where to begin, but let's start with the first one.

This act of war, as you call it Dick Cheney, is still under investigation.

For the love of God man, you already got thousands of American soldiers, and hundreds of thousands

of Iraqis killed because you didn't wait for proper intelligence.

Will you just relax on the calls to war against Russia right now?

Furthermore, if we do find evidence that they did interfere, and that it was directed by

the Russian government do you really think a ground war or an air war against a country

that has as many nuclear weapons as we do, is a smart idea?

I agree that if it turns out Russia did this there needs to be consequences, but those

can not be military consequences, because we're dealing with a military that's likely

as strong as ours, and it will not end well for anyone.

Dick Cheney doesn't care.

All Dick Cheney sees an opportunity for more war.

By the way, do you know what Russia has a lot of?

Maybe not as much as Saudi Arabia, but they've got a hell of a lot of oil.

That's why Dick Cheney's pushing for a war with Russia.

Furthermore, we still have to wait for the results of all of these investigations.

We do not know for sure who hacked in, who directed that person to hack in, who they

communicated with, what members of the Trump administration met with them, were they aware

of it.

There are to many questions that remain to be answered, so let's just shut up with the

calls to go to war.

Then you get into the fact that Cheney says, "I'm still a proud Trump supporter."

You've already admitted that he kind of stole the election with the help of a foreign government,

in your statement, according to you Mister Cheney, but you still support him.

If what you said earlier in your statement is true, that Russia did this, helped Trump

win, but you still support him do you support treason, because by your own statement, by

definition that's what that would be.

It's a little confusing there Dick Cheney.

I hope maybe you can clarify that for the rest of the American public, but everybody

has to calm down with this Russia mania.

Is it likely that this happened?

Yeah.

You'd have to be pretty thick to not be willing to admit that at this point.

We know there was a hacking, we know it's linked to a Russian, but we don't know what

the role of that person was.

Was it an individual?

Was it a government operative?

Was it a rogue government operative?

Yeah, we know that it happened, but we have to find all of the connections there.

Once we do we can not just launch a war.

There will be consequences.

Not under Donald Trump obviously, but we get the information maybe we can remove him from

office, but we have to figure something out that doesn't involve any kind of retaliatory

strike from Russia on the United States.

We have to be smart this, because they are, but stop calling for war.

Stop acting like we can solve all of our problems with guns and missals, because we can't.

Dick Cheney, you and your administration prove that.

You lost a massive war in the Middle East, and yeah you did lose.

What did you gain from that?

You idiots couldn't even take out Osama bin Laden.

You had to wait for Obama to come into office and clean up that mess for you.

I suggest that Dick Cheney just go away.

Nobody wants to hear your calls for war.

We know why you want to go in there, to get that Russian oil for your pals at Halliburton,

and we know that we don't know enough to really implicate the Russian government at this point.

We need more information and everybody needs to take a step back, take a deep breath, and

realize that we still have a lot of investigating to

do here.

Why you shouldn't judge League of Legends pros based only on their KDA - Duration: 7:09.

KDA ratio is the best-known and most widely-used statistic in League of Legends.

But while it shows us how many fights a player wins, it isn't a good enough stat to stand

alone.

That's because KDA is heavily influenced by deaths, but dying isn't always bad.

To accurately gauge player performance, we need to use stats properly, and that means

making sure we're measuring the right things, with the right context.

Let's dig in with an example: here are the KDA ratios of three NA LCS mid laners, following

Week 8 of the 2017 Spring Split.

Based solely on these numbers, Bjergsen has been the strongest performer by far, while

Froggen has been a little above average and Hai is way out of the running.

But this isn't the whole story, and we'll show you why.

It's time to expand our horizons with some core stats that every aspiring League analyst

should have in their arsenal.

First up, here are some more nuanced measurements around kills and deaths.

Kill participation, or KP, is calculated as a player's kills plus assists, divided by

the team's total kills.

Death share works the same way, but with… deaths.

KP tells us how much a player contributes to their team's fights, while death share

tells us how well the player balances their involvement with survivability.

Quick note: when comparing between players, remember that a higher KP isn't always better,

and a higher death share isn't always worse.

For example, some teams play a more spread-out style that leads to lower KPs across the board,

and some deaths are more worthwhile than others.

KP and death share are useful stats for all roles, but KP is especially meaningful for

measuring the impact of mobile playmaking roles like jungle and support, while death

share is most telling for mid and AD carry positioning, as they're often priority targets

in fights.

Here are the kill participations and death shares for our sample mid laners.

Although Bjergsen has the highest KDA in this group, Froggen actually leads in KP and death

share, showing just how crucial he has been to Echo Fox's success.

Hai has the highest KP on FlyQuest, but his death share is ugly.

This tells us two things: first, he takes too many risks trying to create plays for

his team, and second, he's often targeted by his team's opponents.

It would be great if Hai could tighten up his play and keep his death share under twenty

percent while still leading his team in kill participation.

Next up are two common resource metrics.

Creep score per minute is a player's last hits on minions or neutral monsters, divided

by game length.

Gold share is a player's earned gold divided by the entire team's earned gold, after

removing starting gold and inherent gold generation.

These stats help us understand a player's role on their team: higher resource numbers

should raise our expectations for fight involvement and damage output, while lower resource numbers

suggest a more supportive role.

Bear in mind that CS per minute and gold share are affected by both a team's willingness

to funnel resources into a player and by the player's ability to generate resources for

themselves.

Resources are both distributed and contributed, so context is key.

Here we again see Hai trailing the others, picking up far less farm than Froggen or Bjergsen.

Froggen has a larger gold share than Bjergsen, and Hai has the same gold share despite a

much lower CSPM.

That suggests either that they're both out-earning their teammates in kill gold, or that their

teammates are worse than Bjergsen's at farming.

Hai leads FlyQuest in both kills and farm, so while we can't necessarily praise him

because his numbers are still lower than the average, we can say that his teammates are

letting him down in the side lanes.

As for Froggen, these numbers confirm just how heavy a load he's carrying: his ADC

has the lowest CS per minute in the league at his position, and his top laner is second-to-last.

Compared to Bjergsen, both Hai and Froggen play more central roles for their team, so

we should evaluate them with that in mind.

Now we hit the really fun stuff: damage to champions.

Everyone wants to know how hard their favorite player is carrying, but be extra careful:

damage stats are the most context-heavy numbers in League of Legends.

Damage is very heavily influenced by champion choice and game length: poke champions like

Corki, Jayce, and Varus will always produce high damage totals, and the longer a game

goes, the more the per-minute numbers will get inflated as they level up and buy bigger

items.

When possible, it's best to look at damage per minute, or DPM, and damage share together.

For example, a high DPM with low damage share means the whole team's DPMs are probably inflated

by game length and frequent fighting.

Damage stats are most useful in determining the impact of carry roles like Mid and ADC,

who are often the main damage dealers.

Before we read into the numbers for our mid laners, let's identify potential champion

biases: Hai has played ten games on poke champions, while Froggen and Bjergsen have each put in

six.

We should expect to see a little bit of inflation on Hai's damage output.

Sure enough, look at Hai's numbers: they're way up there!

In fact, Hai and Froggen have the two highest DPM marks in the entire NA LCS.

Hai is definitely carrying his team, and he's doing it with less gold in his pockets than

Froggen, even if his champion pool is boosting his numbers a little.

You may be surprised to see how much lower Bjergsen's damage numbers are, even though

he's played just as many poke champions as Froggen and gets more farm.

Bjergsen gets a little leeway because his team fights less often than Froggen's, but

it's fair to say that Froggen is generating more value from his gold than Bjergsen, as

far as damage goes.

Time to put it all together: we started with a clear tier list based on KDA ratio, with

Bjergsen leading and Hai way behind.

Kill participation and death share brought Froggen closer to Bjergsen's level.

Some resource numbers helped us understand how central Hai and Froggen are to their teams'

success.

Finally, we looked at damage output, where Froggen and Hai both came out looking pretty

good.

Based on all of these stats, Froggen actually looks like one of the best performing mid

laners in North America, while Hai is providing a lot more value than his basement-tier KDA

might suggest.

The journey doesn't end here.

There are more stats to consider, from laning to warding.

And of course, we need to watch the games closely to understand where the numbers are

coming from.

But armed with this information, we can have a better idea of what to look for: Why does

Hai die so often?

Why does Froggen get so much of his team's gold?

Why are Bjergsen's damage numbers so low?

Better focus makes for better analysis.

Flowering Bulbs for Bees - Duration: 1:57.

Hi, I'm Christy Wilhelmi from Gardenerd and you're watching one of the videos that's contributing

toward the Honeylove Plants for Pollinators Series.

We've been sharing a lot of information about what to grow for bees and other great pollinators

and this week we're talking about flowering bulbs for bees.

Bulbs are one of the first plants that actually jumps up and flowers in the spring.

And some even poke through the snow, giving bees some food to eat even earlier than regular

flowers.

Some of my favorite flowering bulbs include things like crocus, which is one of those

bulbs that jumps up through the snow.

Also daffodils, agapanthus, all kinds of alliums, iris, muscari, hyacinth, cyclamen and bluebells.

You can buy bulbs either on line, from seed catalogs, from your local nursery and even

from big box stores like Costco, believe it or not.

They have a pretty good selection actually.

So planting bulbs is pretty easy.

You follow the package directions.

You dig a hole, depending on the depth that the plant needs to be, add a little bit of

organic fertilizer that's specific for bulbs.

It's usually higher in phosphorus and potassium, which are the two nutrients that make flowers

bloom and grow big and strong.

Mix a little bit of that in at the bottom of the planting hole, throw in you bulbs,

cover them up, and that's basically it.

You can plant most bulbs in the fall before the ground freezes over, so plant some bulbs

this fall and give bees and other pollinators something great to eat this spring.

If you like this video, share it with your friends, and don't forget to subscribe to

Gardenerd and Honeylove where you'll learn everything you need to know about bees and

growing food for them and you.

Why and How to Doodle - 5 Sketches - Duration: 4:14.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will just doodle

and have fun!

In the tutorial about two weeks ago, in which I gave different

techniques for shading with ink,

many of you told me in the comments that the one that you liked the most was this

doodle technique.

So, we will do more of that today,

with the addition of this spray bottle, to give a special effect.

You know that I always like to do be experimenting.

If we spray some water on the ink, it will run a little bit.

And it may create nice effects!

Or it may destroy the drawing [laughter].

I leave it that up to you, to decide.

And it´s ready!

That was really fun to do!

I will be making about 5 sketches today.

Next, let´s do an elephant!

By the way, this is an excellent exercise to losen the hand,

and any serious art school will have you doodle.

However, in recent times, many researches have shown that

it make if, great benefits.

And there´s even a successful book, called "The Doodle Revolution".

And some big companies, are even hiring specialists, to help their staff doodle,

as described in the book, it turns out that doodling can free up memory,

both short term and long term.

It can also improve your general retention of ideas and concepts

and increase your attentions span.

It can give you more a creative insight.

And generally, it expands your mind.

Of course it is also very helpful in working out new ideas.

Ok so in regards of how you should doodle, there are not really

a lot of laws on how you need to do it because doodling should be very free.

And you should really do what to do [laughter].

But generally speaking the idea is to do it very losely... with not a lot

of thought to do it; with no worries; trying to do a continuos flow, so

not lifting the pen or pencil off the paper too much,

and without regard to detail.

It looks pretty simple and that is because it IS pretty simple! [laughter].

I think that´s the easiest way of sketching.

It is so simple that we all did it when we were about three [laughter].

This is really fun! Let´s do another one.

This time, I will do it a little bit differently and start with some mood

lines or action lines.

That´s a ballerina and now we doodle on top of them.

We construct the shape on top of our lines.

As opposed to the other examples where I started just doodling out

and building the shape and volume as I went.

If you spray the water from one side of the paper, you may

control the direction of the splash, to give more movement to the drawing.

Ok, let´s do a last one!

I can doodle all day, but let´s wrap it up with this one.

I want to do a dancer, a sort of hip hopper, who is really

enjoying his dance.

As we said, the doodling has no detail.

But we should be able to capture the essence, the personality

and the mood, of our subject.

We started doing it a bit even, a bit flat and now we go over some areas

again, to create the shadows and volume.

It´s ready!

If you enjoyed it, please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends

and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you, on Tuesday ;)

Tomi Lahren Officially Fired From The Blaze - Duration: 4:07.

According to the New York Post, Tomi Lahren from The Blaze has officially been fired from

the Glenn Beck media outlet, following her one-week suspension for comments she made

on The View where she said that conservatives who were pro-life are hypocrites because that

means they want the government to interfere with people's own bodies.

A statement that is actually true.

You can't be in favor of small government and also be in favor of the government regulating

what you can or can't do with your body.

However, as I've said plenty of times, I do not believe that Tomi Lahren actually believes

that.

I believe she was trying to avoid a more intellectual argument with the members of The View with

people who know a little bit more about the world than she does.

Nonetheless, New York Post tells us that Tomi Lahren is officially unemployed, no longer

with The Blaze.

Still waiting on some more credible news sources, I guess, to come out and confirm this.

Because according to the Post, neither Glenn Beck nor Lahren commented on their story.

However, here's the thing, it's obvious that even if Lahren wasn't fired, she's going to

be out in September when her contract is up.

Her boss, Glenn Beck, went out publicly and denounced her comments, made fun of her after

she made them.

That's not exactly the kind of work environment that you want to return to even if they decided

to keep you.

If she were to stay, that would be on Lahren, and that would be a very bad decision, because

there's so many conservative, disgusting, horrible, media outlets out there, that she's

going to be fine.

Somebody's going to pick her up.

Somebody's going to stick a camera in front of her, and let her spew her hate-filled ignorance

to the masses once again.

She's going to be just fine.

She's going to continue to misinform, misdirect, tell us everything we do as liberals, or progressives,

or Democrats is horrible, and tell us that everything Republicans do is wonderful, and

great, and Donald Trump is just one of the greatest human beings that's ever lived, because

that's what Tomi Lahren does.

It doesn't help political discourse.

It doesn't provide any new information.

It doesn't educate people.

It just spreads hate, but that's what conservative commentators do.

Tomi Lahren is no different than Glenn Beck himself, or Sean Hannity, or Bill O'Reilly,

or Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter.

They all spread hate and propaganda.

That's been their job from day one.

If Lahren can't spread her propaganda at The Blaze, perhaps she'll go over to The Daily

Caller.

Maybe she'll go to Breitbart, or Infowars, or one of the millions of other conservative

hate websites out there.

She'll get another job.

We haven't seen the last of her.

She hasn't had some epiphany that maybe she's a little more liberal than she thinks because

she's pro-choice.

She's not pro-choice.

She said so plenty of times on her show.

Says the people who gets abortions are baby killers.

Again, Lahren is going to get another job.

She is not pro-choice.

Glenn Beck isn't making a stand to protect his conservative principles.

The man has been all over the place in the last year with his attacks on Donald Trump,

his attacks on the Republican Party, that weird interview he did with Samantha Bee on

Full Frontal.

They don't know what's going on.

Glenn Beck's never been a guy who's really been all there.

The bottom line is that Tomi Lahren hasn't stopped spreading her hate.

It's just going to find a different platform.

Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor // Spoiler-Free Review! [CC] - Duration: 2:57.

Alright, pals, today is a big day in my

reading life. Today is finally the

release day of Strange the Dreamer by

Laini Taylor. I received this book as

part of a Fairy Loot box that I ordered

purely because I had an inkling that

this is going to be their March book and

I was right. I actually recorded an

unboxing of that Fairy Loot box, but, to

be honest, it was mostly just me being

excited about this book, so I figured I'd

just record a video about it instead. I

received this book on Saturday, March

25th and I finished it yesterday, Monday,

March 27th and that entire two

day span was spent in this world and

thinking about this world. While I did

other things, my head, much like Lazlo's,

was in the Unseen City. To be honest, I'm

not really here to tell you a plot or

even a summary of what this book is

about. Which I'm sure you've probably

heard a lot about this book, but to be

honest, half the magic of Laini Taylor's

incredible story telling is that it

needs no introduction. You open that

first page and you already know that

you're a part of something they didn't

know you needed to be a part of, but you do

Lazlo, the main character of this

story, is such a precious character and

he has his faults and his moments of

pettiness but at the heart of it all

just is a dreamer who has nothing, who

was an orphan, who wants to see a city

that has been forgotten by time. Yes, it

is a story of gods and monsters and

beasts and alchemy and a city that has

disappeared entirely, but it's also a

story of love and loss and guilt and

regret and human connection and the

yearning for something that we fear we will

never get to experience. This book is

just magic. Laini Taylor's writing is

magic. It's a fairytale about fairytales.

It's a book about stories for

people who love stories. It's just

beautiful. I will say that there didn't

seem to be a ton of diversity in this

book. Some of the characters are

described as having 'brown' skin but aside

from that there's not really much

description of race at all, except for, of

course, the children of the gods. And

while there weren't a ton of relationships

presented of the ones that were

presented only one of them was queer and

was two - between two women. I've been

reading really diverse lately especially

in terms of race, sexuality, and mental

illness, so that was something that I

picked up on but I don't know that it's

something that actively hurt the story

except by omission. Hopefully in book

two we get more diversity across the

board. Because, yes, this is the start of a

series of some sort. I'm so enchanted by

this story and these characters. This is

honestly now one of my favorite books of

all time. I can't wait to experience the

story again. I'm going to buy it on

audiobook so that it can be told to me

in that format, in true storytelling

fashion. If you love lyrical writing that's

somewhere between prose and poetry, as

Laini Taylor's always is, if you love

fairytales, if you love characters that

subvert your expectations even though

you didn't know you had expectations for

certain types of characters, if you love

extraordinary world-building: this is a

book for you. I will be at Laini Taylor's book

signing at Waterstone's Piccadilly here

in London on April 9th, I believe it is,

so if you're in the area, come along to

that and we can geek out over Laini Taylor's

words. Also out today in the US is Radio

Silence by Alice Oseman which I will be

talking about in an upcoming video. Check

out both of these books! Thank you for

watching and I'll see you next time.

10 Things You Didn't Know Could Be Hacked - Duration: 11:38.

10 Things You Didn't Know Could Be Hacked - Simon checked

10) Pacemakers

Hackers can do some terrifying things.

But even the most paranoid among us probably never thought they could stop your heart at

the click of a button.

Well, it's time for a scary reality check because hackers can totally stop your heart

at the click of a button, assuming you're wearing a pacemaker that is.

As the technology improves, more and more pacemakers are connected to the internet.

That's great if you're kind of guy who likes programmers to be able to monitor and

update the thing keeping you alive, without having to cut you open every time.

But that connectivity also poses a serious risk.

In 2013 a hacker called Barnaby Jack revealed that hospital software was dangerously out

of date and that he could easily hack into the system that monitored patients' pacemakers.

Once on the inside, hackers could either shut off the device, rendering it useless, or put

it into "Test Mode".

In this mode the pacemaker would generate constant electric shocks, enough to overload

even the strongest heart.

Insulin pumps can also be hacked remotely, flooding a diabetic's bloodstream with enough

insulin to put them into shock.

Fortunately Barnaby Jack was a good guy.

Before his death in 2013 he used to hack into technology to point out its weaknesses and

encourage companies to upgrade their security.

9) Cars

If there's one time when you want to be in full control, it's when you're traveling

at 80 kilometers per hour while being surrounded by lots of metal.

Well, bad news, because hackers can take control of your car from up to 10 miles away.

Working with Wired Magazine, hackers Charlie Miller and Chris Valasek used their laptops

to take control of a reporter's Jeep Cherokee.

After messing about with the radio, the horn and the windscreen wipers for a bit, the hackers

stopped playing around and turned off the Jeep's accelerator.

The car was left powerless, forced to drift slower and slower down a busy highway.

The same hackers have also remotely hijacked Fords and Toyotas before, easily cutting the

brakes and even taking control of the steering.

How is such a total take over possible?

Well, an increasing number of cars rely more and more on electronics, which can be infiltrated

and directed by hackers in a way that older cars couldn't.

The threat of hacking was significant enough to cause Chrysler [cry-slur] to recall one

and a half million vulnerable cars in 2015.

Recent revelations from WikiLeaks suggest that even the CIA are in on the car hacking

game, with documents detailing how the agency could 'hack assassinate' targets by taking

remote control of their vehicles and crashing them.

8) Baby Monitors

In April 2015 New York mother Sarah was tucking her 3-year-old child into bed when she heard

something terrifying.

A voice coming from Sarah's baby monitor said, "Wake up little boy.

Daddy's looking for you".

After reporting the creepy event to the police, Sarah and her husband Jay discovered that

their baby monitor had been accessed by hackers and was being controlled remotely.

The hackers could see through - and even move - the monitor's camera, and they were also

able to speak to the child via the mouthpiece.

This story is just one of many equally disturbing reports.

In the same month, a couple in Minnesota heard strange music being played through their baby

monitor.

Investigating further, they found a Dutch website that was live streaming footage from

thousands of baby monitors in at least 15 different countries.

Sure enough, their baby's crib was on there.

It's not just baby monitors either.

Most household cameras are connected to the internet, meaning they can be hacked and their

footage can be put online for all the world to see.

7) Toilets

We've all heard of smart phones and smart TVs, but one thing you probably never thought

needed to be made "smart" is the toilet.

In 2013 Japanese company Satis released an "Automatic toilet" designed to open, close

and flush on command.

The loos also have a jet in the basin that sprays the users with a spurt of water to…

erm… clean them?

The device is controlled through the free "My Satis" app, which communicates to

the lavatory via bluetooth.

And this kind of toilet tech doesn't come cheap, with Satis' computerized crapper

costing over $12,000.

Unfortunately, or hilariously depending on your point of view, Satis didn't tell people

to change the standard security pin to access the toilet's bluetooth.

So all hackers had to do was enter "0000" to turn Japan's smart toilets from pointless

extravagances into surprise weapons.

While hackers could just force the lid to stay down and render the toilet useless, the

more popular option was to set off the spray cannon at random, shooting people with unexpected

bursts of cold water.

It may not be the deadliest hack on this list, but there's something about not being able

to use the toilet without the risk of being embroiled in an unwanted water fight that

makes this hack stand out.

6) Laptop Batteries

We all know that computers can be hacked.

But while we obsess over whether or not to download Norton or McAfee, there's one part

of your laptop that's usually completely forgotten about: the battery.

In 2011, Apple released a new series of MacBooks and included a small monitor chip in each

battery.

This allowed the computer to track its charge and temperature.

Intended to make the battery safer by regulating its heat, the device had the opposite effect

when Apple forgot to install any security for it.

Hacker Charlie Miller, you know the guy who crashes cars for fun, pointed out this flaw

at the Black Hat security conference that year, and explained that the batteries could

be easily breached.

Hackers getting into a battery might not sound that damaging, but such access would actually

allow them to install viruses onto the computer or just permanently shut it off its power

supply.

Plus the hacker could use the temperature regulating software to overheat the battery.

Not only could this burn someone, but raising the battery to a high enough temperature could

even cause it to explode.

And considering where laptops tend to sit, that could be very, very painful.

5) Satellites

Here's a pee-in-you-pants terrifying quote from a 2015 hacker conference: "It's kind

of a myth that satellite hacking is hard".

Yep, apparently while mankind was filling the sky with multi-million dollar spacecraft,

no one thought it might be worth looking into decent security programs for them.

That's like buying a mansion but deciding not to invest in locks.

One group of satellites in particular, the Iridium communications network, are particularly

susceptible to attacks.

Speaking at a conference called "Iridium Hacking: please don't sue us", hacker

Sec explained that these satellites don't have weak security; they have no security.

Just to make the point, Sec gave out 4,500 radios which, when plugged into a computer,

are powerful enough to intercept messages sent over the Iridium satellites.

Still, at least no one important uses Iridium.

Just the Pentagon.

While the idea of stealing military secrets may be scary enough, there's another deadlier

threat posed to hackable satellites.

According to security experts, there are 66 satellites in low enough orbit that a hacker

could reroute them, bringing them crashing down to earth.

4) The Emergency Broadcast System

TV viewers in Montana had a nasty surprise in November 2013.

While they were watching Jerry Springer spin-off, The Steve Wilkos Show, the program disappeared

and was replaced by a loud siren and a banner reading "dead bodies are rising from their

graves".

Spoiler alert: there was no zombie apocalypse in 2013.

But this raises two important questions about the incident.

Firstly, who watches The Steve Wilkos Show?

And secondly, who was behind this fake undead uprising?

According to local broadcaster KRTV, someone hacked into their Emergency Broadcast System,

implanting the false alarm and then airing it.

Years later and still no one knows who performed the hack.

While the people behind this prank chose to keep the 'threat' unrealistic, security

firm IOActive warns that local Emergency Broadcast Systems are incredibly easy to hack.

Why?

Because broadcasters have to buy special devices to inject the emergency messages into regular

broadcasts.

These devices come with default passwords, which most local stations haven't bothered

changing.

So, next time you see a broadcast telling you that The Walking Dead has come true, make

sure you check that it isn't a hacker's prank before you grab a chainsaw and head

off into the woods.

3) Traffic Lights

If you own an older car, you must have been feeling pretty smug when we were talking about

how modern vehicles are only a few clicks away from becoming a hacker's personal remote-control

dodgem.

But don't get too excited, because even if your car is hack-proof, traffic lights

are still unbelievably easy to commandeer.

Most traffic lights are now wirelessly networked, using infrared sensors to monitor the presence

of cars and decide when to change.

Ambulances, fire engines and police cars are equipped with special infrared transmitters

that, when activated, send out a signal to turn all traffic lights in front of them green.

While important for the emergency services, these devices are relatively easy to build

at home, and many people have been caught using them to speed up their commute.

And that's not the only way to manipulate traffic lights.

The sensors can also be remotely controlled through the wireless network they're hooked

up to.

In 2014 researchers at the University of Michigan successfully hacked into 100 traffic lights,

changing them at will.

Want to cause a multi-car pile up by directing traffic into itself?

Apparently that's not only doable but actually easy.

The same researchers claimed that traffic lights run by the company Sensys Networks

were laughably straightforward to break into.

Considering Sensys Networks runs traffic lights in America, China, the UK, Australia and France,

maybe it's time to consider walking to work.

2) Prison Doors

Fans of Mr. Robot will remember the episode in which Elliot has to hack a prison's security

system in order to free a ruthless drug dealer.

Well, that premise is not nearly as impossible as you might hope.

Prison electronics operate on a control system known as SCADA – and it has actually been

hacked before.

In 2010 the Natanz nuclear power plant in Iran was infected with a virus called Stuxnet.

The virus was designed to overwork the plant's equipment until it broke, while turning off

the alarms so that local technicians would have no idea the damage was occurring.

The virus successfully destroyed a fifth of the plant's equipment and set the Iranian

nuclear program back two years.

Some suspect that the US was behind the attack, but we'll leave that to AllTimeConspiracies.

The point here is that the plant used SCADA, and it was easily hacked into and abused.

Security researcher John Strauchs [strauks], who has designed the electronic security for

over 100 prisons, warns that a similar virus to Stuxnet could overload a prison's electronic

cell doors, frying them and destroying their ability to lock.

That would essentially free every prisoner in the jail, causing havoc and creating a

massive diversion for anyone who wanted to escape.

1) Air Traffic Control

So, you just found out your car can be crashed remotely, your laptop could explode, and a

satellite could come raining down on your head at any moment.

Hell, in some countries you can't even go to the toilet without being in a constant

state of dread.

By this point you're probably ready to burn all your electronics and run off to a deserted

island.

After liking this video of course…

Well, if your plan is to hole up in some undiscovered paradise, we hope you aren't expecting to

get there by plane.

In November, teenage hacker Paul Sant was charged with several counts of unlawful interference

with air traffic after he allegedly tapped into radio transmissions between planes and

Melbourne Airport.

He didn't just listen in, either.

He could apparently speak to the crew and even tricked one plane into aborting its landing

by pretending to be the tower.

The 19-year-old now faces up to 20 years in jail, but he is certainly not the only person

able to talk to pilots.

In 1998 the number of people found hacking into aeroplane radio frequencies and giving

false information was three.

In 2016 it happened 20 times.

Manipulating planes in the air may sound like the plot of Die Hard 2, but the ability to

issue false commands to pilots is far from fiction.

And in 2017 Bruce Willis is far too old to save the day.

So, those were 10 things you didn't know could be hacked.

Which entry scared you the most?

Introverts and Friendships - Duration: 4:37.

Hello my friends! Kaitlyn here! And have ever had trouble making or keeping friends?

Do you blame it on your introversion?

Let's talk about it!

(INTRO MUSIC)

Being an introvert and making friends, for me at least, has always been a little difficult.

Now it's combination of my introversion (because I enjoy being alone and doing things

alone that others might enjoy doing with friends) and my social anxiety (I don't know how

to act like a normal human in front of other humans most of the time) and my shyness (I

generally don't think people want to interact with me so I don't initiate social interactions ).

And I've got a video that talks about the differences between those 3 more in depth

if you want to know or if you just need a refresher.

So those 3 things combine to give me a unique friendship experience, but there are some

things I've learned over the years being an introvert and trying to make friends that I thought I'd share with you.

First, there's being "adopted" by an extrovert.

I think introverts have different opinions on this, but some of the ways that I've

been forced out, encouraged out of my comfort zone and my little box is by having

extroverts find me and like me and initiate a friendship with me.

I don't ask people to hang out. Very rarely do I do that.

I want to do fun things with people.

But I feel very self-conscious asking.

And a little bit comes from the feeling that if I make the plans then I can't just decide at the last minute,

like "Hey I'm feeling really socially drained and I just can't do this right now."

Which is very common thing for me to do.

Self-care, man!

But having a few extroverted friends, especially ones that know upfront that I'm an introvert

and can't go 100% for long periods of time, means that they get me out of my books

and my art and into the world to experience new things.

Now I know that some introverts are pretty bitter about extroverts. I was for a long time!

But then I started to see how their differences and when they understood mine as well could make my

life more vibrant and fun and filled with new experiences!

I will say though that it does takes time to find the right extroverts to be friends with.

But, I mean, like with anything.

Everything takes time.

There are going to be people--extrovert or not--who don't respect boundaries or your

need for alone time or self-care and really the best thing to do is just try to figure those people out quickly and then back away!

Second, is introvert on introvert friendship.

I love these kinds of friendships.

Although they can be harder to make sometimes.

Either because many introverts try to pretend to be the "perfect

friend" and really sociable and like up for anything and so you don't realize you

could have this friendship with them.

Or because many introverts just don't get outside of their bubble enough to find another

introvert who they fit with.

BUT this is kind of friendship that I established with Parker before we started dating and it is so important!

What's really beautiful about this is that you can get to point of comfort where you

can spend long periods of time with this person doing your introverted thing and they're

doing their introverted thing.

And essentially, you're spending time with another human being without it draining you.

When I first experienced this, it was life-changing!

I think what many people and really introverts ourselves get wrong about introverts is that

we don't want to or need to be around people.

I mean, humans are social creatures.

And though the kind of interactions we desire can vary from person to person, we still all want to

have meaningful interactions with others!

Not just our cats!

So I hope if you're an introvert struggling to make friends or an extrovert baffled by

someone who you think is cool and you want to be friends with but they seem to be elusive

that you find some hope and insight in this!

Making friends can be hard whether you're an introvert or extrovert! Bleh!

Trust me, it's taken me years and I am still no where near being a master of making friends.

But I have found people that I genuinely find interesting and that I deeply care about and

that I feel comfortable with.

And to me that's what's important. So yay!

Now I want to know what you guys think!

Do you have any interesting friendship stories?

Or do you have more questions about friend-making?

Tell me down in the comments!

Plus remember to like, favorite, share, and subscribe if this video made you smile!

See you guys on Thursday!
