their own day of recognition, says the White House.
The Vietnam War Veterans recognition Act of 2017 will now designate March 29 as National
Vietnam War Veterans Day.

to earn the praise that they deserve.

This bill was co-sponsored by Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-IN).
The bill was passed in the Senate last month and just recently got past the House this
week.
According to the Olean Times Herald, Toomey held a phone call on Monday to talk about
the National Vietnam War Veterans Day.
He said the following:
"Some of them were actually treated quite poorly," he said.
"And that was a tragic period in our history driven by people's perceptions of the war.
Fortunately, that, I think, is behind us now.
And I hope and I believe we've gotten to a place where the American people realize
how much we really should be grateful to the men and the women who served this country
in Vietnam during that very, very difficult time."
When many Vietnam veterans came back from the war they were attacked, spat on and disparaged.
It was a shameful time.
Let's help remedy this.
If Toomey's bill is signed by Trump, then March 29th will forever be designated as Vietnam
Veterans Recognition Day.

This is pretty cool since it allows for both games to sort of cross-advertise for each
other, and makes Hearthstone pretty cool flavorwise for people who were or still are a fan of
the Warcraft games or World of Warcraft.
Still it's definitely cool for games to have their own unique storylines as well,
and so it's awesome that Hearthstone has started moving towards having some original
storylines.

A lot about the true origins of Kazakus are unknown, although there are rumors that he
is a dragon in disguise.
Regardless, Kazakus is the prime source of "corrupted mana potions" for sale in the
Mean Streets, as he believes that anyone should be allowed to have power, as long as it's
at a price.
Kazakus' tusks are warped because of all the corrupted mana he uses, and no one knows
where the portal on his torso leads too, although many think it's another dimension entirely.
Whatever the case, this master alchemist is an awesome original character for the hearthstone
universe, and a super strong card as well.
Patches the Pirate Next up it's Patches the Pirate!
Patches is a member of the observer race, also known as floating eyes, which are essentially
giant floating heads with tentacles, giant mouths with sharp teeth, and lots of eyes.
Patches is the first observer pirate we've seen in any Warcraft game so far, and the
joke seems to be that other pirates are jealous of him because he gets to have more eyepatches.
Beyond that we don't know a ton about Patches history, but we do know that he's an awesome
card and a great character!
Inkmaster Solia Up next it's Inkmaster Solia!
Solia is a blood elf and a powerful member in the Kabal faction in the Mean Streets of
Gadgetzan.
Solia is a tattoo artist and has made all the tattoos currently on members of the Kabal.
Solia's tattoos show a member's devotion to the Kabal, and can be used to generate
a ton of magical power.
Beyond that not a ton is known about Solia, but she does allegedly run her own tattoo
business, so what more do we really need to know?
Aya Blackpaw Moving on it's Aya Blackpaw!
Aya is a member of the pandaren race, and the leader of the Jade Lotus, another one
of the factions in Mean Streets of Gadgetzan.
Aya is also a member of the Blackpaw family, and the last heir to its massive fortune.
Using this money, Aya is able to hide her shady activities behind her family's charitable
history, and she secretly issues orders to her bodyguard White Eyes, who most people
think is the leader of the Jade Lotus.
Aya is one of the only known characters with the ability to create Jade Golems in the lore,
and it is believed she got that power by talking to a certain king coming up next on our list.
Kun the Forgotten King Last but not least, let's talk about Kun
the Forgotten King!
Although he is now just a spirit, Kun was originally a member of the incredibly powerful
mogu race.
The mogu are strong in both physical and magical aspects, and were originally created by the
titans to help protect the land.
Unfortunately they fell prey to a curse created by the Old Gods, and became ruthless monsters
that have fought with the pandaren for a very long time.
Kun himself was likely a ruler of the mogu at some point in the past, and currently his
ghost has helped Aya Blackpaw be able to summon Jade Golems.
Kun also looks almost exactly like Norushen, a titanic watcher created to guard the heart
of Y'Shaarj.

My name is Eric Worre.
Today I want to talk to you about the power of assumption.
What happens when we assume?
And I think people when they first get involved in network marketing, they use this power
not to their benefit.
They use it to their detriment.
Here's what I mean by that.
Too many times people assume negative.
They assume something bad is going to happen.
They assume they are going to be rejected.
They assume that people aren't going to join.
They assume that people are going to be too busy.
They assume that people don't have enough money.
They assume that people already have a job that they love.
They assume that people are living the life of their dreams.
They assume all of these different things.
And the majority of the times those assumptions are wrong.
And here's what happens when you assume those types of things.
You start to project those things.
When you assume somebody doesn't have the time, you are going to start projecting in
little ways the fact that you probably don't have a lot of time.
I know you are busy, can we just find a little time to get together.
Could you squeeze this business into your busy schedule?
You start to assume and to project those assumptions into the conversation.
And that projection is not healthy when you use this in a negative term.
Now here's the other side of the coin.
And here's what the leaders inside of network marketing and in entrepreneurship in general
do.
They assume success.
They assume radical success.
They assume people are going to find the money.
They assume people are going to find the time.
They assume that people are probably not happy with their current situation, that they aren't
making enough cash flow, that they're not working at the job of their dreams.
They're not living up to their true purpose.
They assume all of those things.
They assume people are going to want to engage with their products.
They assume that people are going to want to start their own business.
They assume that people are going to be impressed with their opportunity, with their company.
They assume that people will find the time and find the way to get to the company convention.
They assume all of those things and more.
And with that assumption they start to project those things.
And they project those results.
See if you assume in the negative, you project the negative and that starts to come back
at you.
Your assumption proves real.
But if you assume on the positive, you will start to project into that positive, in a
thousand little ways that you can't even measure and the return of that assumption to the positive
is going to give you the results that you and the person you are talking to are looking
for.
So assumptions and projections are very powerful things, make sure that you are avoiding engaging
in the negative assumption and projection, and you are leaning in to the positive assumption
and projection.
That's what leaders do.

at first? Yeah. Hey! It wasn't too bad! It
was actually quite easy. I widened the
base of Darling's neck and I shoved her
on, and now she's on her karate chop body!
But I don't like that karate outfit. She
needs something that's in her color
palette. So I bought this Pink Passport
collection, which comes with a doll and
several different outfits here, and I
like that blue sparkly dress for Darling -
at least for an evening look - and I even
like this Sunday top. So let's get
Darling in a casual outfit first. [Little girl] Fashion!

and those shorts. She's ready to meet
Rosabella for Sunday morning coffee. I
bet you they're still roommates at Ever
After University. There they are,

like - I actually got a different fashion
pack for Rosabella, and I think that that
fits her sort of Bohemian style. And now

3.3. Why We Avoid the Burden of Change - Duration: 4:26.
Here's an interesting question.
How does the process of working for social justice—a goal that's supposed to be oriented
toward the collective good—instead end up with so many people conveniently advocating
for what benefits them, or the groups they identify with, personally?
Are people really that selfish and cynical?
Or is there some sneaky, insidious process that tricks generally goodhearted people
into thinking they're working for the common good…
when, in fact, they're really more concerned with their own narrow interests?
I think it's the latter.
And I think it's important to understand how it works,
so we can avoid falling into that trap, and help out others who've fallen into it.
Everybody has their own individual goals.
And everybody but sociopaths also want this world to be as good as it can possibly be.
Who doesn't want the greatest possible abundance of health, happiness, peace, prosperity, love,
joy, and all that good stuff—for themselves and for everybody else in the world?
But making the world as good as it can be means change.
And change means at least some of us are going to have to assume the burden of change.
This dilemma over who needs to change, and how, and why—
is what we seem to always end up arguing over.
Of course, people don't want to assume the burden of change if they don't have to.
But there's more to it than that.
Almost all of us have an above-average opinion of ourselves.
Rightly or wrongly, we feel like we mostly get things right.
So we come to the table expecting that maybe we'll have to make some minor adjustments…
but not at all expecting to have to make major changes.
In fact, we reason, if somebody tries to tell me I have to make major changes…
they must be wrong.
And, if I know I don't have to make major changes…that must mean that somebody else,
or some other group of people, needs to accept that responsibility.
So now, everybody refuses to believe they need to make major changes…
and is working hard to figure out who does.
Everybody equates, in their heads, the goal of the common good and the goal
of scapegoating somebody else…even though those goals are totally at odds with each other.
That's how we all initially come together with good intentions…but end up
bickering over who's to blame, treating every imposition as if it's a huge injustice.
How should we handle this instead?
By accepting that everyone needs to share the burden of change.
It's fine to make a respectful, well-reasoned argument about how and why some other people
need to change their behavior, in order to make this world as good as it can be.
But if you aren't also accepting and articulating your responsibility,
then you aren't collaborating in good faith.
You're looking for a convenient scapegoat.
Nobody gets to avoid the work of making this world as good as it can be.
Nobody gets to just sit around and make the rest of the world
revolve around their beliefs, their traditions, or their culture.
Stop playing hot potato with the burden of change.
Let's accept our common responsibilities…and figure out how to change together.

we've all-- well, you've all been there. Apparently.
Called out in front of the class, had to present in a meeting, or found yourself in some other
awkward A F situation where even though you were not aroused… you all of a sudden became
a hands-in-pockets kinda guy who really needed to carry that Japanese Design textbook with
him at all times.
Clearly erections don't always equal lust. I think it's time for some harrrd truths
about erections.

I'll admit, I've woken up next to a hard penis or two in my time. But sometimes, they
were asleep–
So what's up with it going up when it's not supposed to.
Well reflexogenic or psychogenic erection – which are boner caused by physical or
mental stimulation, have some interesting science behind them. Your penis is ruled by
your autonomic nervous system, just like your heart rate and blood pressure, which you also
have very little control over. Also, emotional stimuli like anger are processed by the same
part of the brain that deals with sexual arousal, so it is fair enough that sometimes the signals
get confused. Whilst this type of response seems to happen less with age, it seems to
explain the motive behind make-up sex, as anger processing is so close to sexual arousal
processing within the brain.
Even male fetuses inutero can experience erections as young as 16 weeks gestation and clearly
they're not fantasizing about anybody on Netflix.
We've all heard the expression 'going from six to midnight', but it's actually
during the early morning hours – more from midnight to six – that you're most likely
to be experiencing nocturnal erections. It's during these hours your body enters periods
of REM sleep, or dream sleep, and this is when you have 'nocturnal penile tumescence':
about three to five erections through the night that last for 25-35 minutes each. Whether
you're dreaming about your secret lover or Tuesday's English exam has nothing to
do with it.
Scientists believe the reason for this nighttime penile flexing is simply to maintain tissue
health through pumping oxygenated blood (about 4-and-a-half ounces) through the vessels and
tissues in the penis. Liiike doing your stretches without even having to try. Thanks Body!
Since REM sleep happens just before you wake up, you often enter wakefulness with the lingering
effects of your nocturnal erections, often called 'morning wood' or 'morning glory'.
Morning wood can make it tricky to pee in the morning since the urethra closes when
your penis tissues or corpora cavernosa are full of blood. If you just wait a little while
it will pass and you can enjoy a comfortable breakfast at the table with your family.
The next erectile phenomenon is the Reflex Erection. This erection can occur in response
to strong emotions like feeling angry, stressed or nervous, which seems like an outlandishly
inappropriate response in such a situation.
Another type of reflex erection could be caused by really needing to pee, because your bladder
sits right over your prostate gland and can apply pressure on it when its full. But as
discussed, an erection can make it difficult to pee, so good luck negotiating that vicious
cycle…
And of course there are the very normal Hormonal Erections experienced by every teenage boy
as he grows into an adult, leading to an average of 11 potentially embarrassing moments each
day. Puberty causes a surge of hormones that lead to these unexpected hard-ons that are
unfortunately outside of their control. Again, they do not necessarily equate to sexual arousal
and are just a healthy part of growing and lengthening penile tissues. So I suppose in
a scientific and anatomical sense, they're not so much comical as impressive, and a sign
of greater things to come.

How to Send and Receive Text Messages Using Ruby - Duration: 4:24.
This Ruby SMS Quickstart covers
both inbound and outbound SMS but for both
of those we're going to need a phone number so let's go get one.
We'll start in the Console and search for a 215 number
and I'll grab the first Philadelphia area phone number I find.
Click Buy, Buy This Number and then
Setup number. We'll come back to number setup later.
First, let's talk about Outbound SMS.
Your application makes a POST request to Twilio and Twilio
sends a text message. It's that simple.
We'll start by using Bundler to initialize
a Gemfile. Inside of that Gemfile
we'll declare that we want to use the twilio-ruby
helper library gem.
Heading back to the terminal we'll use
Bundler to install the helper library gem.
Then we'll create a
send-sms.rb file. In here
we pull in the gems
from Bundler.
Then we're going to need some credentials for our Twilio account,
namely, the Account Sid and the Auth Token.
These look like this but I have my values
stashed in environment variables so we'll use
those instead, both the account_sid and the
auth_token.
Next we'll use those credentials
to create a Twilio::REST::Client object
passing in both the account_sid
and the auth_token.
Then we'll use the @client to create a message.
The `to` phone number will be my phone number.
Phone numbers look like this when we use them
in Twilio but again, I have my phone number
stored in an environment variable so we'll grab that instead.
The `from` number will be the Twilio
phone number that we just purchased in the Numbers Console.
Then the `body` will be the text that's sent
in the text message.
We'll set that to "Robot invasion!
Reply back with any sightings."
Then we'll head back to the terminal and we can use
Bundler to run the script
and a text message will appear on our phone.
Now let's talk about Inbound SMS. A user
sends a text message to your Twilio phone number. Twilio makes an
HTTP request to your app, and your app returns some instructions
in the form of something called TwiML. If the TwiML looks like this
then Twilio sends a text message back to the user's phone.
Let's write the code to make that happen.
The first thing we need to do for our Inbound SMS use case is to update the
Gemfile to include the Sinatra gem. We'll use
Ruby's Sinatra web framework to return TwiML
from our application. We'll use Bundler to install it
and then we'll create app.rb to hold our server code.
We'll start in here by pulling in the gems with Bundler.
And then we'll create a
POST route on `/sms`
which will be the route that Twilio will contact
when a text message comes in.
In here, we'll set some TwiML.
This is going to be the TwiML
<Response> that will be returned
when a text message comes in. Since it's a Response
we will respond back to the text message with
a message of our own that says "Added to our
list of robot sightings! Head for the Hills!"
Then we'll return the text of the TwiML.
We'll go back over to the terminal and run
our application using Bundler and this will fire
up on localhost:4567.
There's only one problem: Twilio can't reach
localhost:4567 so we'll use ngrok to create an HTTP
tunnel. This'll give us a publicly addressable
URL that Twilio can reach for our server code.
We'll take that URL back over to the Number
Console and paste it into the "A message comes in" webhook
and add the "/sms" route.
Once that saves
I'll take my phone back out and send a message back
to our Twilio phone number
and we get the response!

very excited this morning I am back in
Walsall, England I am at Dave's Cafe a
lot of you guys watched me this is a
rematch challenge about two weeks ago I
was here to take on Dave's Breakfast
Challenge and as you guys watch I did
lose but it was an undefeated challenge
back then and Dave wants a reasonable
challenge that more people are able to
attempt and actually have a chance at
beating, so I decided to come back to
reattempt or attempt their new challenge
they've created, it's basically Dave's
Breakfast Challenge basically everything
that you guys watch me take on the first
time without that massive five egg omelet with
all of the chicken and the cheese and
five of the pieces of toast so on this
new challenge there's a 40 minute time
limit instead of the old half hour and
now there's basically five of everything
there's five sausages by bacon five hash
browns five fried eggs there are five
pieces of toast two and a half fried
bread and two and a half toast there's
black pudding that we've got a whole
bunch of beans tomatoes and mushrooms
along with some chips so a
delicious-looking proper English
breakfast plus the chips, but I've got 40
minutes to finish if I do win I'm going
to get the 15 quid meal for free and
this is an undefeated challenge so I'll
be the first person up on the wall of
fame let's get this challenge started!
All right now I ran out of time last
time so I'm not going to do that again
but very happy it is that freakin omelet
is not there because it was heavy last
time along with there's not so much
bread I'll be able to enjoy the rest of
the meal but I've got 40 minutes now
let's get this thing down get win number

then we'll go from there!

India in talk with Russia For Multi Million Dollar Deal to Upgrade 1000 T-90 Tanks - Duration: 4:12.
India has begun talks with Russia for a multi-million dollar deal to upgrade the army's nearly 1,000 T-90 tanks, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified because the talks are private.
Under the deal, Russian firms will transfer the tank technology to Indian partners in a bid to shake off the armed forces' over-dependence on Russian supplies, they said. It aims to ensure India's fleet of battle tanks will fire more accurately, move faster and provide better comfort to the crew, they said. The upgrade program would be undertaken by both the Indian ordnance factories and private sector firms.
India has inked contracts for about 1,450 T-90s from Russia since 2001, of which 124 were bought directly from Russia and the rest are being license-built at an Indian ordnance factory. They are the Indian Army's main battle tanks deployed along the borders with Pakistan in the Rajasthan desert, Punjab and on the Jammu and Kashmir plains.
"India's focus should be on Russians building Indian technology partners for upgrading the T-90s, as the Indian Army operates the largest fleet of these tanks in the world," said K. J. Singh, a former Indian Army tank commander and independent analyst. Russia is a major supplier of defense equipment to the India armed forces, with at least 60 percent of their arms inventory of Russian origin.
The talks for the T-90 upgrade program began earlier this year and gained pace at a two-day India-Russia industry conference hosted by the Indian Ministry of Defence in New Delhi on March 17 and 18, the people said. Over 100 Russian and 150 Indian industry representatives joined the conference, including officials from Uralvagonzavod OAO, the original equipment manufacturer of T-90 tanks.
The India Defence Ministry spokesman Nitin Wakankar said he had no comment on the talks. A spokesman for Rosoboronexport, Russia's state arms exporter, couldn't immediately comment on the report.
India and Russia also finalized agreements for the maintenance of the Air Force's 270-jet Sukhoi combat fleet at the conference. The two deals, worth $315 million, were signed by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. with United Aircraft Corp. and United Engine Corp. for the long-term supply of spares and technical assistance for five years for the Sukhoi combat planes.
The projects will operate under the umbrella of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' program that seeks to boost domestic manufacturing. Major Russian companies, such as United Aircraft, United Engine, United Shipbuilding Corp., Russian Helicopters and Uralvagonzavod made detailed presentations on cooperation with Indian companies at the conference.
At the event, Minister of Defence Arun Jaitley described Russia as "a key, long-standing and time-tested partner" in the defense sector, and said the support extended by Russia to Indian defense platforms was "critical" for the war-preparedness of the armed forces.
"Historically, Russians have extracted their price, and have kept us dependent on them, by selling licensed-production in the name of transfer of technology," Singh said. "But in the long run, it is in India's best interests to seek autonomy in supply of spares for the Russian platforms."
