silk thread fish cut model bangles making - Duration: 6:03.

Hi Viewers

Now we will see how to make Silk Thread Fish Cut Bangles.

These are very easy to make,

and the items/material required for this are..

Silk Thread and a gold color thread.

Plastic Khada bangle

metal bangles

saree patches

cutter

glue

kundans

and stone chain

Ok viewers now I am taking plastic bangle and applying glue at inner side.

Took silk thread in 20 stands of 1meter size each.

Applied glue at one end and left the other end free.

Apply glue at inner side of bangle and stick the thread and wrap it around.

Make sure you wrap it gently line by line.

Like this..wrap the complete bangle.

Ok viewers now our wrapping is done now.

Just end like this and cut the extra thread and stick it.

These are the metal bangles...

Apply glue on the edge of this bangle.

Apply the glue only on the edges.

After that..stick a metal bangle on the edge like this.

Press it gently so that bangles sticks well.

Same way repeat on the other side too..

Both sides are stuck right...now let it dry for some time.

This is the gold thread. It is much stiff actually.

I am taking it in exact 6 strands

Apply glue at one end to join them all.

you can see here I have taken in 6 strands(lines).

Ok, our bangle is dried now.

Now apply glue at inner side.

Apply much glue, so that thread sticks well.

Because the thread is more stiff.

Once after sticking the thread and it's dry....

I am wrapping it in between the beads.

Also make sure you wrap it in cross fashion...like the way I am doing..

It should be wrapped cross like this.

It should look like adjacent cross lines.

Showing the other line now.

Like this finish the complete bangle.

Ok. Now we are done with our bangle wrapping.

It's almost done by now.

I am ending it here by sticking with glue and cutting it.

Apply more glue so that thread sticks well.

Remove extra thread with cutter.

You can see now how the line are formed.

Now apply glue again where we have ended previously.

and stick the gold thread there.

Ok, now I am forming or wrapping the lines in opposite direction to previous wraps.

This wrapping is also similar but in opposite direction.

I am wrapping the thread in between beads in cross fashion....

repeat this process for the entire bangle.

Ok, it came to end now.

Apply glue on inner side...

Cut the extra thread now.

Press it gently so that thread sticks well

Now we will make a design in middle.

That's why I kept the gap here.

You can see here. It looks like a fish cut here.

It looks so shiny as we have used gold thread here.

Apply glue in middle.

we are sticking saree patch here.

On both sides applying glue.

Sticking drop shape kundans there.

on both sides.

now..

I am applying glue on outline of these kundans.

I am measuring with stone line and cutting approx 4 stones..

Sticking those here..

Like that same way I am sticking other edges too..

I have stuck these stones on all sides.

Now our design is ready.

Our fish cut bangle is ready.

It's so shiny also.

you too can try these bangles.

thanks for watching my video.

Please subscribe..!

Please let me know your comments

Thank you.

Covered in bugs! Shenandoah National Park - Duration: 2:48.

Hey guys, it's Sarah here from sarahntripity

and welcome to my vlog.

This week I'm doing a little bit

of a throwback video to last September,

when I visited the Shenandoah National Park.

I don't know why,

but I never ended up making a video

out of any of the footage I took there.

I just never got around to doing it,

never really felt like doing it,

that type of thing.

And then this week I finally decided to actually use the footage.

Six months later, here we are.

So I hope you guys enjoy it.

If you like this video make sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe.

Thank you guys so much and have a great day!

Something that I distinctly remember from that day,

is the amount of stink bugs.

It was nuts!

They were everywhere.

We were constantly swatting the air,

picking them off of our clothes,

(A Stink Bug!) Joel: Stink bugs are everywhere!

finding them crawling up our legs.

It was nuts!

They were just everywhere.

I don't think I've ever seen that many stink bugs in one place.

So the day we went to the Shenandoah National Park,

it was so hot.

Oh my gosh,

it was stifling.

My dad accidentally dropped his phone

and smashed his camera.

Which was really sad,

because he had just gotten that phone two weeks beforehand.

And he smashed his camera right on the concrete.

I really hope you guys enjoyed this video.

Thank you again for watching

and don't forget to subscribe.

Bike Check - 2017 Diamondback Release 3 - Duration: 6:50.

We'll get back to how this happened later.

In light of the contest, a ton of you have been asking for a bike check on my 2017 Release

3.

After all, this is the bike that two of you will be winning.

The thing is, this bike isn't much different from the one I rode in 2016.

For that reason, I'm going to get into more detail than I usually do, starting with the

changes.

This year there's a water bottle mount on the downtube.

Also the cable guides have been streamlined a bit, holding closer to the frame.

Perhaps the biggest change this year is the color scheme.

The red back wheel was fun, but this looks more serious.

The whole bike just looks better.

The Release 3 is mid travel trail bike.

The fork has 150mm of travel, while the rear has 130.

This mismatched travel is starting to get really popular, as it makes for a firm and

agile bike that can still take big impacts in the front.

I prefer to run 4 volume reducers in the rear to give it a sharp ramp up.

Configured like this, 130mm has felt great on most trails.

I've read reviews like the one on Pink Bike that found 40% sag in the rear to be optimal.

I run mine closer to 30%, which makes the bike feel more playful.

It's possible that this reduces efficiency over chatter, but everyone has their priorities

and mine is jumping around.

On the topic of suspension, the Release has a pretty sophisticated linkage.

This Level Link platform feels great and is very effective and reducing pedal bob.

The only drawback is its complexity, since there are tons of pivot points to keep greased.

If you wash your bike recklessly like I do, you might need to break it down a couple times

per year to re-grease those points.

I haven't changed anything on my Release 3 save for the stem cap—oh and the chainring.

So what you see here is what it comes with out of the box; Sram Guide Brakes with 180mm

rotors, a Rockshox Pike RCT3, a Monarch Plus RC3 DebonAir, a KS Lev Integra dropper post,

Raceface Turbine Crankset, Sram X1 Shifting, and quite a few house brand parts, like the

bars, stem, platform pedals, and wheels.

They unnecessarily upgraded the factory switch on the KS Lev to the Southpaw lever, something

that many companies don't do.

Only someone who's used a crappy dropper post lever would know how big of a difference

that change makes.

On the other hand, they saved money on things that don't matter as much, like the stem

and bars, which are house brand.

The Blanchard rims that Diamondback also makes are really strong, as we've seen, in fact

the only rim I've ever bent on a Diamondback was an Easton Arc on my Mission 2.

I destroyed that twice actually.

As for the dropper post, the KS Lev isn't perfect, but it is the best option.

It sticks in the lower position, and the clamp makes creaking noises unless you grease it

really thoroughly, but otherwise I've never had one fail, and I've owned 5.

There are better dropper posts out there, but it's tough to beat the KS at this price

point.

The pedals are house brand platforms with replaceable pins.

Considering many bikes don't even come with pedals I find these to be more than adequate.

I've had no urge to replace them, although if I did it would be with Raceface Chester

pedals.

The Sram Guide Brakes feel good, really good, but they're not always reliable.

On several Sram guide levers over the last two years, I've had complete failures in

hot weather, particularly when the bike was exposed to direct sunlight.

Basically what happens is that the plunger swells up and freezes the brake in place.

After it cools down it usually works again, but sometimes the damage is permanent.

Luckily, Sram is really good about replacing them under warranty, and rumor has it that

the current run of Sram guide brakes do not have this problem anymore.

For the record, I did swap the levers on my old bike before shipping it out, so whoever

wins it should be in good shape.

Let's file this in the never happens on Shimano folder.

The Release 3 also comes with Sram X1 shifting.

I installed a Box One on my last bike, but I'll be running Sram on my 2017 model.

The Sram thumb switch is a better fit for my stubby fingers.

Whoever wins my old bike will get the Box, which I think is a cool bonus considering

how uncommon it still is.

Box shifted remarkably well, but I'd say that Sram X1 shifts probably as good, and

has a better clutch.

Let's talk about geometry.

Bike fit is very personal, and it's not always about getting a small, medium, or large.

I'm 5' 4" with a relatively broad build.

I don't like to go too long in the top tube, and definitely not too tall on the seat tube.

For the type of riding I do most, this is the kind of geometry I prefer.

All too often, I can't find a rental bike I like.

When I think of companies with good geometry for small people, Trek and Specialized come

to mind.

Others don't even make frames smaller than 16 for men.

Since someone will be winning one of these I should go over the packaging.

If you've ever unpacked a bike you know that they're covered in tape and foam everywhere.

I was happy to see this one packaged with straps, and blocks of foam, much like a bike

would be if you were taking it on an airline.

It also came with a suspension pump and a torque wrench for assembly.

It's not professional grade, but it's enough to assemble it properly.

I leave mine in the car now.

Like most new bikes, I needed to install the pedals, seat post, and the handlebars, then

set up the suspension.

I made a whole video on suspension that you can find in the description.

It mostly covers the fork, but the same rules can be applied to the rear.

So that's it for this bike check.

Two lucky winners will be getting Releases of their own, and we'll find out who those

winners are by mid April.

Thanks riding with me today, and I'll see you next time.

Corporate Thugs Target Consumer Groups And Consumer Lawyers - Duration: 11:19.

We've all heard the worn-out jokes about lawyers coming from comedians and politicians, and

even our friends.

They refer to lawyers as opportunistic ambulance chasers who are only out to make a quick buck

off of someone else's suffering.

These comments aren't as innocuous as you might think.

In fact, they're focused and developed as a highly financed, well-coordinated, decades-long

smear campaign carried out by business interest groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and

the world's biggest insurance corporations.

In 1971, Lewis Powell, before he became a justice on the United States Supreme Court,

sent a memo to business and political leaders, where he outlined what he believed were the

challenges facing the business community, coming from a group that he referred to as

the New Leftists.

During Powell's entire career, as a matter of fact, as a lawyer and as a judge, he was

a loyal, loyal servant to a system where the interest of corporations was always superior

to the interest of consumers who were victimized by those corporations.

In this memo, Powell suggested that business groups, specifically the U.S. Chamber of Commerce,

needed to come forward with direct campaigns in the media and by lobbying politicians to

paint anti-corporatist groups like trial lawyers and consumer groups as enemies of democracy

who are only out to serve themselves.

By the 1980s, the campaign was well underway, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the insurance

industry was leading the charge to discredit and dehumanize and vilify trial lawyers because

they were the only ones holding corporations accountable when they killed or crippled American

consumers with defective products.

Sadly, the public was willing to buy into those lies.

The Chamber of Commerce created a new department that they called the Institute for Legal Reform.

This group was created to be the attack dog of big business and Republicans.

Their only job was to go after trial lawyers for two reasons.

The first reason was because businesses didn't want to pay for their crimes.

The second is because, at the time, trial lawyers were the largest donor group for the

Democratic Party, a trend that's only ended once Citizens United allowed Wall Street bankers

to buy the loyalty of the Democrats.

Once the Chamber and their allies in the political world smeared the image of trial lawyers as

a whole, they began to target specific attorneys and law firms.

In a report issued by the Institute for Legal Reform in October of 2013, the group specifically

listed law firms and individual lawyers who they believed posed the biggest threats to

the profits, the profits of big business.

The attacks from corporate interest groups and politicians took a sinister turn.

In the last few years, they've provided just a small glimpse of what corporations really

want to accomplish, and that is putting consumer trial lawyers behind bars.

That leaves government regulatory agencies as dysfunctional as the FDA, as dysfunctional

as the SEC and the EPA, to keep their eye on corporations and try to keep corporations

honest.

Then, of course, there's America's corporate media that today is fully owned and operated

by huge corporate advertisers who threaten to pull billions of dollars in advertising

from ABC and CBS and NBC if those corporate media types go too far in protecting consumers

against corrupt corporations.

My guest tonight understands the attacks on trial lawyers better than anyone.

He was targeted for prosecution for filing claims against oil giant BP after the Deepwater

Horizon disaster.

Thankfully, he was acquitted by a jury of all 66 counts brought against him by the federal

government.

Throughout the course of his trial, in which he represented himself, he proved that he

was actually a victim of fraud himself.

Joining me now to talk about this is attorney Mikal Watts.

Mikal, take us right to the beginning of the story.

What were you doing that made BP so angry, where the federal government actually sided

up with BP, along with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in this fight?

Mike, I think it's interesting that in the largest environmental disaster in American

history, an oil spill that lasted 85 days and killed 11 good men, the United States

Department of Justice did not succeed in convicting a single individual within BP for the crimes

that led to that catastrophe.

What it did do is it set up, in conjunction with BP, a fraud task force, where average

citizens were hauled before courts all throughout the Gulf of Mexico and accused of submitting

fraudulent claims against BP.

Unfortunately, as part of that effort, our law firm got swept up in the middle of it

within two weeks of the time that the trial was supposed to begin, so the timing was very

suspicious.

Yeah, it was well-planned.

There's no question BP ... The ugly thing about this is that the U.S. government got

so close to the wishes of BP, it became like a lapdog for BP in many ways.

What did BP do to try to stop you from doing your job?

How extensive was it even before you went to trial?

Where do I start, right?

The bottom line is that about 360 different lawyers working together were putting together

the evidence against BP and the fraud allocution trial where the judge was going to decide

who was responsible for what percentage of the fault and who was liable for punitive

damages.

That trial was supposed to begin on February the 25th of 2013, and much to my shock, 17

days before, two of my offices were raided by the United States Secret Service.

There was an assistant United States prosecutor from the Southern District of Mississippi

who traveled to Texas to oversee the raids.

I was in Miami at the American Association of Justice Winter Convention and found out

about it through frantic phone calls, frantic texts.

We didn't know what was happening.

What I knew is is that I was one of the primary lawyers that was supposed to take on BP in

what was the trial of the century supposed to start 17 days later, and all of the sudden

my offices got raided.

It was a surprise, to say the least.

Mikal, I can tell you, let me say this for you.

You were regarded as one of the most effective trial lawyers on the team that was supposed

to be ...

I appreciate that.

... trying the case against BP.

You had taken the key depositions.

You had hammered BP.

You showed their criminal conduct.

You showed 100 different ways that the feds should have thrown these corporate thugs in

prison.

Deposition after deposition, you showed that, so I have a hard time believing this was just

a coincidence that all of a sudden BP talks the federal government into prosecuting you.

Let me get to the good part of this story.

You took them on, and you said, "Okay, you want a story?

Let me try my own case in front of you in trial."

You tried the case in Mississippi.

What were the results?

The results were as I predicted.

We didn't do anything wrong.

We knew it from the start.

It was a completely specious prosecution, what the motives were.

It's hard to even fathom that a United States attorney would try to wreck a law firm and

the 140 people that work there with the scant evidence that they had.

It helped that we didn't do it.

I felt that I was uniquely situated to defend myself, so I could talk to the jury every

day about what was happening and extol the virtue of what mass tort lawyers like you

and I do on a daily basis.

I think that that helped get the jury behind what was going on in terms of what the goals

were, and this case against BP was a righteous lawsuit.

Mikal, one thing you did is you rocked the world of a federal prosecutor who routinely

had set up for corporations versus trial lawyers.

You weren't the first one.

This was not the first time a corporation talked the government into going after a trial

lawyer.

You rocked this guy's world.

I think he quit right after the case.

Tell me about it.

In terms of not being the first time, some of the most prominent trial lawyers in the

United States ... A gentleman and a friend of mine now, Paul Minor, who you knew well,

in Mississippi was indicted and sentenced to 11 years for something that is beyond me

that he did anything wrong.

I think it was outrageous.

The largest class-action lawyers in the country got prosecuted for things that, I don't know,

I didn't see anything criminal there.

Dickie Scruggs, everybody is prosecuted under the Bush administration.

Mikal, I know you lived through the time when corporate America had the U.S. Chamber of

Commerce, they had the biggest insurance companies in the world, that had this plan that they

had focused for a decade how to go after trial lawyers.

Then it finally evolved to one thing we're going to do is, if it's a trial lawyer going

after a corporation, we're going to figure out how to put that trial lawyer in prison.

Let me ask you this.

Out of this, if you were to give us your ideas about what needs to be reformed, I mean immediately,

what do we need to do to change this scam type of prosecution that's been taking place

in the last 10 years?

The bottom line is it's without doubt that for the last 40 years it has been a goal of

the opponents of the Democratic Party to defund the party by going after trial lawyers, and

that's been a very conscientious, deliberate effort with $660 million of paid advertising

designed to, in effect, affect juries before they sit.

This phenomenon of criminalizing our politics, as has happened since Karl Rove took over

the Bush White House in the early 2000s and going after trial lawyers criminally, is I

guess now about 12 or 13 years old.

It's just shocking that this kind of thing could happen here in the United States.

To answer your question, there's a lot of things that ought to be done.

First, the entire federal criminal justice system is built upon the pressure that the

government can put on individuals who cannot bear that pressure, getting people to roll

over on people, to say things that aren't true, to threaten witnesses.

If they don't do X, they don't do Y, they're going to get prosecuted along with them.

Buy your peace by rolling over on someone else.

We were able to show that that happened in our case, but there's absolutely no consequence

whatsoever to any United States attorney that brings charges, however specious, however

false, however ridiculous as the charges against me were.

At the end of the day, I just got to go home, but there was no consequence on the prosecutor

for leaking evidence to the press, for bringing false charges, for pressuring people, for

putting their lives at jeopardy, just so that this guy could get a notch on his belt.

It was wrong then.

It's wrong now.

That needs to change.

There needs to be a substantial process where the United States Department of Justice remembers

that when its prosecutors take that oath, they're swearing, not that they're going to

get every conviction, but that they're going to do justice, and the goal is convictions.

This is a prosecutor that probably should not have been around that long after we saw

what he did in other cases.

Mikal, thank you.

Congratulations.

Keep up the fight.

I'm glad you're out there.

The Top 5 Reasons for NOT Taking Voice Lessons BUSTED! - Duration: 4:25.

I've heard many reasons why would-be students of singing don't take voice lessons.

Inside this video I'll highlight the top 5 reasons for not taking voice lessons and

I'll "bust them"!

Hi I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power To Sing.

I've taken and taught voice lessons for years.

During this time I've heard many reasons for not taking voice lessons.

Here are the top 5 reasons for NOT Taking Voice Lessons

I've heard these multiple times.

#1: I'm No Good at Singing

I know many teachers that will take a non-singer who's motivated to learn and make them singers.

Those same teachers also will take a singer who want's to improve and makes them better.

If you think you're no good at singing that's a great reason to start taking lessons.

#2: I Don't Have Any Money

Will you eat tonight?

Tomorrow?

The next day?

Then you have money.

What you're saying is I don't want to learn to sing intensely enough to make the

sacrifice of time and effort to get the money to take singing lessons.

If you want it badly enough, you will find a way.

A favorite quote of my from years ago is attributed to Ella Wheeler Wilcox

"There is no chance, no destiny, no fate, that can circumvent or hinder or control the

firm resolve of a determined soul."

A determined soul will find a way to afford lessons.

Period.

#3: I Can Learn To Sing On My Own

Yes you can, maybe.

Some people have done it.

I know at least two.

The rest spend hours, days, months, years watching YouTube videos, watching Idol or

The Voice or anything but actual lessons and never make any breakthroughs in their own

voices.

#4: Voice Teachers are Scammers.

Yes, probably some are.

In every field of life there are scammers.

So you've go to find someone reputable, trustworthy and experienced.

When you do, hire them and get some help.

It's likely you'll be surprised how fast you improve.

#5: There Aren't Any Good Teachers Where I Live

Try SKYPE or other online options.

Try courses.

As you're learning to sing, face to face lessons can be very powerful and effective.

Even if just a few to make sure you're on track.

Here are Three Reasons You Absolutely Should Take Singing Lessons

Number 1: A trained instructor will hear things you're not able to hear in your own voice

and will be able to help you.

You'll get better, faster.

Number 2: With the right teacher, You'll save 100's of hours or more.

Your progress will be rapid.

As a result you will save $100's of dollars instead of wasting time (and money) trying

to find improvement for free.

Number 3: You could be singing and performing and happier so much sooner.

Instead you've been stranded in "Vocal Neverland" trying to learn on your own.

Personally I've spent 1000's of dollars on lessons, courses, workshops and seminars

taking voice lessons and learning to teach.

I've always improved with every investment that I've made.

I've never regretted 1 cent spent on my voice or my teaching.

Caveat: Even the best teachers sometimes don't match up well with everyone.

If you don't get the progress you're looking for, and you've done the work, change teachers.

Learning your vocal type and practicing exercises for your vocal type is a great way to improve

your voice rapidly.

Do you know your vocal type?

Go to PowerToSing.com and take the vocal test which I call the PowerTest.

Take the quiz and discover your vocal type.

Then go to the Knowledge Center and watch the videos about your vocal type.

Download the free exercises for your vocal type and start improving your voice rapidly.

These exercises will help you experience real vocal progress now and get you ready to take

singing lessons from a skilled singing teacher.

If you liked this video, give it a thumbs up, make a comment, share it with a friend

and please subscribe.

I'm Chuck Gilmore with PowerToSing.

You can sing higher with beauty, confidence and power.

I'll see you inside the next video.

Good news monetization has been approved on YouTube March 31 2017 - Duration: 7:04.

good morning YouTube Theresa live here

from Savannah and I have good news i'm

going to show you this two of my videos

are approved for monetization do you see

that right there okay hang on I got it

and I want you guys to follow me to

follow me and ring my bell to be

notified to follow me and stay up to

date with everything that I do okay so

now this is one of the videos let's see

here it's called the right to choose

women's rights minimum living wage so we

started off with talking about women's

rights so then it would kind of segue

into the minimum living wage and that's

just how that's just how we talk and so

the this down here I'll show you some of

the transcript here and so I think this

is probably my husband talking he says

whether she has the baby or not but then

they put in policies that say okay they

want to shrink government so when they

shrink the government they don't want to

pay for anything to help raise the kids

and then they wanted oh and this is how

we got into minimum wage this is the

segue part right here and then they want

to take away minimum wage and so if

you're working trying to take care of

your family and you can't afford to take

care of your family and so then they're

creating the circumstances for poverty

in this country that's that's just how

it's being done and so he's been

watching this for years actually he's

taught me a lot about politics because I

didn't understand it that the economy i

found it boring actually as I age I find

it more interesting i have no idea why

but I do here's the other video right

here okay so we're talking about illegal

immigration and reform and I had the

camera set on spud and this is sort of

the process of oh I would say feeling

more comfortable

being in front of the camera because

well yeah I'll go into that another time

that was for more for him and so anyway

let's see here well let's go down here

and it says if you don't stop the cause

this is my husband talking then you are

not going to do it you're not you know

you're not going to stop people from

coming in he says that's like trying to

close the door after the horse gets in

but right now and I say why don't they

fine the companies that are hiring the

undocumented workers and he says because

the companies are saying that they don't

have a good way to tell if they are

undocumented or not and he said he

thinks it's a bunch of shit which is

probably true and then but the thing is

that the temp agencies the day laborer

trucks and they have here in the South

they hire people they'll do the same

thing and so he's suggesting that they

can they can all do the same thing too

and be held accountable and so you know

they're there are two issues right there

that are hot topics in our country right

now the right to choose and I just think

just the fact that the right to choose

is I don't know why they attach it to

abortion because of the fact to me I'll

like all I see with that is it's

oppressing women and taking away rights

from women so you don't even have to

agree with abortion there's a higher

message here that it is taking rights

away from women so I mean today it could

be abortion tomorrow it could be

something else and so you know that they

decide that they want women you know oh

let's say they decide to take away

makeup or something or what what else or

they tell you how you have to wear

certain clothing that's women's rights

you know men or someone else telling a

woman what to do so the right to choose

is more about women's rights it's

not about the actual subject itself it's

more of of telling women what to do and

so women should be able to do whatever

we want to do that's what what the whole

thing boils down to and then yeah and

then even like with illegal immigration

that does need taken care of it but the

thing is is they don't want to take care

of it they pretend on the outside that

they want to take care of it but they

really don't so well you will be talking

more about these topics but I just

wanted to let you guys know about the

good news here that these videos have

been approved that's great I think

that's great news because we want to be

able to talk about these tough subjects

and feel comfortable talking about

things like this I think it's important

because the the thing that I've noticed

is the dialogue has been lost a lot you

know with people amongst ourselves it's

like you know the thing that I feel is

if we start talking about things like

this then it's more like people take

sides there's nothing wrong with taking

a side but I think there is something

wrong with feeling like oh well we don't

want to talk about that because well

we'll just let them hash it out well if

you have that thought of will let

someone else hash it out then they

decide your rights for you and having us

as women been letting men and you

know men because they've been primarily

running this country haven't we been

letting them decide for us long enough

it's time to change and and so yeah

that's what I've been seeing but that's

been my maturing process you know as I

age I'm mature we all do you know so

it's like my mental thinking in seeing

through the matrix of how all this works

why wouldn't we get mad that's the thing

I think is yes we are going to get mad

and we should get me at once we

understand what they've been doing you

know the laws that they've been creating

designed to take away our rights to

choose as women and our rights to choose

has people in general in and so yeah so

I think that's about it for right now

but I want to thank you guys for

watching please follow me on youtube

ring my bell and thank you and I'll see

you guys soon I love you thank you for

watching let's have a discussion at

peace love and avocados

HOW SACRED SCIENCE ADDRESSES WHAT MODERN PHYSICS IGNORES - Duration: 7:11.

HOW SACRED SCIENCE ADDRESSES WHAT MODERN PHYSICS IGNORES

In a recent attempt to understand how conventional physics explains reality, I began to

read Lawrence Krauss A Universe from Nothing

Krauss is one of those famous scientists like Richard Dawkins who doesnt find anything

strange about the fact that existence IS.

Instead he takes EVERYTHING for granted and attacks, like Dawkins and Bill Maher, the

low hanging fruit of organized religion and its dogmatic, unproven Gods created in our

image.

When I tried reading his book I got a bit frustrated and then checked the index for

the word consciousness, and when I did not find it, I put the book aside.

The question really is what exactly is nothing?

First and foremost it is a concept.

Nothing does not exist.

What exists is, well, everything.

Nothing is the word or placeholder we use for null similar to zero in math but

in both cases (words and math) they are human abstractions or interpretations of Nature.

As such they are a step removed from reality and flawed by the limitations of our own perceptions

and consciousness a fact that escapes many modern physicists but which was in fact

apparent to great thinkers like Einstein and Schrodinger.

As Ive noted, we can use the concept infinitely large to understand the truth about

and yet, for example, while we know what a prime number is, and we know that there

must ALWAYS be one larger, we are incapable of going to the next larger prime without

 now a supercomputer.

We cant identify the greatest prime, but we can inadequately describe it as infinite,

and as soon as we do we know that, yes, there must be another.

How he finds geometry within a vacuum, or what science deems to be nothing, is

similar in my view to finding code (DNA) running in our cells.

His description of a mathematical geometric structure potentially at the heart of nature

(or a vacuum or nothing) that has energy flowing equally in all (infinite) directions

is to me very dramatic.

It resonates profoundly (Nassims website is the Resonance Academy) with the

notion of dimensions that was described in a recent article on similar thinkers.

What I loved about the video above is how it directly supports the notion of As Above

So Below in the same way propounded by Rodney Collin that 3D may be infinite

at a lower scale; that is perceived as a line a level below (2D) and as a point (one dimension)

from another level lower (1D).

(So that, for example, what we deem infinite as the Universe is limited in our view (by

our instruments) to a perspective related to our relative (smaller) scale.

A year for us is but a moment for the Sun, or more accurately its relatively shorter

movement in its scale).

Nassim also relates this sacred geometry to nature, pointing out the ubiquity of Phi (the

Fibonacci sequence) in how life manifests, among many other examples, and of course relating

both Phi and Pi to the ancient monuments of Egypt and other civilizations that did not

suffer from our own myopic scientific constraints.

It was Buckminster Fuller who discovered the significance of the full vector symmetry

in 1917 and called it the Vector Equilibrium in 1940.

With all vectors being exactly the same length and angular relationship, from an energetic

perspective, the VE represents the ultimate and perfect condition wherein the movement

of energy comes to a state of absolute equilibrium, and therefore absolute stillness and nothingness.

According to the physics of Nassim Haramein:

the 64 tetrahedron grid is the seed geometry of what eventually becomes, with

more and more octave growth, the infinite holofractographic vacuum structure of the

entire universe.

As well:

64 codons in human DNA.

64 hexagrams in the I Ching.

64 sexual positions in the Kama sutra.

64 classical arts listed in many Indian scriptures.

64 tantras (books) of the tantrism, which is a form of Hinduism.

64 is the maximum number of strokes in any Chinese character.

64 is the number of cells we have before our cells start to bifurcate (differentiate) shortly

after conception.

64 is fundamental in computer memory bits and coding.

64 things are needed to be able to approach the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord according

to the 2 copper scrolls that were found among the 300 Dead Sea Scrolls.

64 is encoded in the description of the Tetragrammaton in the Hebrew Bible, which is the 4-letter

theonym YHWH which means God in Hebrew.

64 is the number of generations from Adam until Jesus according to the Gospel of Luke.

64 forms or manifestations of the Lord Shiva in Hinduism

64 squares on chess and checker boards.

64 Braille characters in the old 6-dot system 64 demons in the Dictionnaire Infernal

64 is the smallest number with exactly seven divisors.

Even The Beatles knew: When Im 64 (hehe)

This all could, of course, just be a coincidence (Nassims Facebook Page)

(Note: I find the use of the word octave extremely interesting in the context of how

Gurdjieff and Ouspensky use this same term for the energetic unfolding of everything

in their cosmology.)

This is the essence of both number and dimension to me, then both are pointers, as are

most philosophical statements, to a greater Truth that we can only know beyond the intellectual

that Being is a vastly infinite and intelligence field in which we (another unexplained

concept) operate temporarily.

And the true science that can help describe it needs to be not only scientific but

also reverently Sacred in the face of its immensity.

This is a notion to which todays most vocal atheists remain oblivious.

No Excuses Just Obey Jesus Christ or you will perish - Duration: 3:52.

If you really want to follow Jesus

Christ, then you just obey Him and go

after Him, you make no excuses. You just

do as He commanded and as He tells you

to do every day. You repent and turn away

from sin, stop sinning, you are baptized

in water and you seek for the indwelling

Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit in you,

to guide and teach you. If you are

serious about following Jesus you do not

allow anything to stop you from obeying

Him, you do not look for excuses. Many

believers do not really know who Jesus

is. They do not understand that Jesus

Christ is the only way, that He is the final

authority, that He is the only one who

will decide who will go into heaven and

who will go into hell. They do not

understand that those who disobey Jesus

will perish. The words of Jesus Christ

are the words of eternal life, for those

who obey Him, but those who disobey and

disregard Him, will perish. Many believers

seek for salvation in the scriptures, in

the Bible, and they will quote you Bible

verses. They will tell you that Paul said

and Peter said but all that really

matters is what Jesus said, and what

Jesus says, because He is the final

authority. Jesus will not accept any

excuses. If you really want to follow

Jesus you make no excuses. You just

follow and obey Him, you just do as He

commanded and He will reveal Himself to

you. If you don't know what to do, you

pray and you ask Him, and you trust Him

and He will show you the way.

Without Jesus we can do nothing. With

Jesus all things are possible and

therefore there are no valid excuses for

not following and obeying Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ will make the way for you

to achieve that which He has called you

to do. You just have to follow Him every

day without excuses. Never say that you

cannot stop sinning, that's a lie. You

don't want to. Never say that you cannot

be baptized in water, you are not serious.

If you really want to be baptized you

will find a way. If you really want to

follow Jesus you will not allow anything

to prevent you to stop you. You will not

allow the devil to stop you. You will do

everything in your power to follow and

obey Jesus Christ. Are you serious about

following Jesus Christ or are you just

looking for excuses? Jesus Christ does

not accept excuses. May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I

am here to introduce you to Jesus Christ

Do You Feel Anxious When You Approach A Relationship? - Duration: 5:44.

so do you feel anxious when you approach

a relationship

hello my name is Augustus and I learned

about social barriers and norms to help

people become their true self in life so

if you like this video please hit

subscribe and like do you feel anxious

when you approach relationship honestly i feel

like any of us actually like anxiety

no one woke up today and thought to

themselves

man i really wish i was more anxious and

this really sucks if the anxiety is

directly relating to us trying to form a

friendship or a romantic relationship

with another person but today

I want to talk about this in terms of

uncertainty the reason that we are

afraid the reason why we're anxious is

because of uncertainty we don't know

what will happen will it be good? will be

bad?

that is the hindering factors for our

relationship

it feels unstable and because we feel so

anxious about the outcome

especially the negative outcome that we

are prevented from forward in this

relationship because if is a positive

outcome everyone loves a positive

outcome it's the negative ones the

consequences from it that really stops

us from what we're doing and the worst

possible outcome here is the rejection

and exclusion from society we don't want

to be out of the community we want to be

belong

somewhere and not being sure of where we

stand gives

us that anxiety yeah it hunts us but now how

do we go about approaching this sense of

anxiety when we're approaching a new

relationship there should be a healthy

level of anxiety but the one that i want

to touch today here should go deep back to

your childhood it goes back to how we

relate with our parents it goes about

how do we have learned about

relationships in the first place because

when we grow up we have different

backgrounds and we learned about

relationships in different ways so our

interpretation and understanding of

relationships and how to relate with

another person comes from our

experiences from the past and if we're

feeling anxious now a lot more than

other people about approaching a new

relationship that means this has to be

traced back to the past that we felt

something anxious about that

relationship we have with our parent or

caretaker people who taught us about our

relationships so let's get into the

exercise think back to a time as far as

you can remember for you felt anxious

when you have interacted with your parents

just think back how does that make you

feel in that relationship has that

anxiety what was the circumstance

what was the scenario that really made

you feel anxious and now after you have

that memory inside of you i want you to

think about what would you like to have

heard when you're in that situation as

Here Are The Most Profitable Corporations You've Never Heard Of - politics - Duration: 22:27.

Here Are "The Most Profitable Corporations You've Never Heard Of"

When I first started becoming aware of how sleazy, parasitic and corrupt the U.S. economy

was, I only had expertise in one industry, financial services. Coming to grips with the

blatant criminality of the TBTF Wall Street banks and their enablers at the Federal Reserve

and throughout the federal government, I thought this was the main issue that needed to be

confronted. What Ive learned in the years since is pretty much every industry in America

is corrupt to the core, more focused on sucking money away from helpless citizens via rent-seeking

schemes versus actually producing a product and adding value. Unfortunately, the healthcare

industry is no exception.

Todays post zeros in on a particular slice of that industry. A group of companies known

as Pharmacy Benefit Managers, or PBMs. Companies that seem to extract far more from the public

than they give back. Its a convoluted sector that is difficult to get your head around,

which is why we should be thankful that David Dayen wrote an excellent piece on the topic

recently. What follows are merely excerpts from his lengthy and highly informative piece,

The Hidden Monopolies That Raise Drug Prices. I strongly suggest you read the entire thing.

Below are a few highlights from the piece published in The American Prospect:

Like any retail outlet, Frankil purchases inventory from a wholesale distributor and

sells it to customers at a small markup. But unlike butchers or hardware store owners,

pharmacists have no idea how much money theyll make on a sale until the moment they sell

it. Thats because the customers co-pay doesnt cover the cost of the drug. Instead,

a byzantine reimbursement process determines Frankils fee.

I get a prescription, type in the data, click send, and Im told Im getting a

dollar or two, Frankil says. The system resembles the pull of a slot machine: Sometimes

you win and sometimes you lose. Pharmacies sell prescriptions at significant losses,

he adds. So what do I do? Fill the prescription and lose money, or dont fill it and lose

customers? These decisions happen every single day.

Frankils troubles cannot be traced back to insurers or drug companies, the usual suspects

that most people deem responsible for raising costs in the health-care system. He blames

a collection of powerful corporations known as pharmacy benefit managers, or PBMs. If

you have drug coverage as part of your health plan, you are likely to carry a card with

the name of a PBM on it. These middlemen manage prescription drug benefits for health plans,

contracting with drug manufacturers and pharmacies in a multi-sided market. Over the past 30

years, PBMs have evolved from paper-pushers to significant controllers of the drug pricing

system, a black box understood by almost no one. Lack of transparency, unjustifiable fees,

and massive market consolidations have made PBMs among the most profitable corporations

youve never heard about.

Americans pay the highest health-care prices in the world, including the highest for drugs,

medical devices, and other health-care services and products. Our fragmented system produces

many opportunities for excessive charges. But one lesser-known reason for those high

prices is the stranglehold that a few giant intermediaries have secured over distribution.

The antitrust laws are supposed to provide protection against just this kind of concentrated

economic power. But in one area after another in todays economy, federal antitrust authorities

and the courts have failed to intervene. In this case, PBMs are sucking money out of the

health-care systemand our walletswith hardly any public awareness of what they are

doing.

Even some Republicans criticize PBMs for pursuing profit at the publics expense. They

show no interest in playing fair, no interest in the end user, says Representative Doug

Collins of Georgia, one of the industrys loudest critics. They act as monopolistic

terrorists on this market. Collins and a bipartisan group in Congress want to rein

in the PBM industry, setting up a titanic battle between competing corporate interests.

The question is whether President Donald Trump will join that effort to fulfill his frequent

promises to bring down drug prices. Heres how it works

In the case of PBMs, their desire for larger patient networks created incentives for their

own consolidation, promoting their market dominance as a means to attract customers.

Todays big three PBMsExpress Scripts, CVS Caremark, and OptumRx, a division of large

insurer UnitedHealth Groupcontrol between 75 percent and 80 percent of the market, which

translates into 180 million prescription drug customers. All three companies are listed

in the top 22 of the Fortune 500, and as of 2013, a JPMorgan analyst estimated total PBM

revenues at more than $250 billion.

The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, the industrys lobbying group, claims that

PBMs will save health plans $654 billion over the next decade. But we do know that PBMs

havent exactly arrested skyrocketing drug prices. According to data from the Centers

for Medicare and Medicaid Services, between 1987 and 2014, expenditures on prescription

drugs have jumped 1,100 percent. Numerous factors can explain thatincreased volume

of medications, more usage of brand-name drugs, price-gouging by drug companies. But PBM profit

margins have been growing as well. For example, according to one report, Express Scripts

adjusted profit per prescription has increased 500 percent since 2003, and earnings per adjusted

claim for the nations largest PBM went from $3.87 in 2012 to $5.16 in 2016. That

translates into billions of dollars skimmed into Express Scripts coffers, coming not

out of the pockets of big drug companies or insurers, but of the remaining independent

retail druggistsand consumers.

Why havent PBMs fulfilled their promise as a cost inhibitor? The biggest reason experts

cite is an information advantage in the complex pharmaceutical supply chain. At a hearing

last year about the EpiPen, a simple shot to relieve symptoms of food allergies, Heather

Bresch, CEO of EpiPen manufacturer Mylan, released a chart claiming that more than half

of the list price for the product ($334 out of the $608 for a two-pack) goes to other

participantsinsurers, wholesalers, retailers, or the PBM. But when asked by Republican Representative

Buddy Carter of Georgia, the only pharmacist in Congress, how much the PBM receives, Bresch

replied, I dont specifically know the breakdown. Carter nodded his head and said,

Nor do I and Im the pharmacist. Thats the problem, nobody knows.

The PBM industry is rife with conflicts of interest and kickbacks. For example, PBMs

secure rebates from drug companies as a condition of putting their products on the formulary,

the list of reimbursable drugs for their network. However, they are under no obligation to disclose

those rebates to health plans, or pass them along. Sometimes PBMs call them something

other than rebates, using semantics to hold onto the cash. Health plans have no way to

obtain drug-by-drug cost information to know if theyre getting the full discount.

Controlling the formulary gives PBMs a crucial point of leverage over the system. Express

Scripts and CVS Caremark have used it to exclude hundreds of drugs, while preferring other

therapeutic treatments. (This can result in patients getting locked out of their medications

without an emergency exemption.) And there are indications that PBMs place drugs on their

formularies based on how high a rebate they obtain, rather than the lowest cost or what

is most effective for the patient.

Additionally, The Columbus Dispatch explained last October how, in some cases, a consumers

co-pay costs more than the price of the drug outside the health plan. But the pharmacy

is barred from informing the patients because of clauses in their PBM contracts; they can

only provide the information when asked. The excess co-pay goes back to the PBM.

Absolutely disgusting and should be criminal.

Game-playing with brand-name drugs pales in comparison to more profitable schemes for

generics, which represent the vast majority of filled prescriptions (though they account

for only about half of the revenues, since brand-name drugs are so much more expensive).

PBMs reimburse pharmacies for generics based on a schedule called the maximum allowable

cost (MAC). But the actual number is hidden until the point of sale. The contracts

are written in the form of algorithms, says Lynn Quincy, director of the Healthcare

Value Hub for Consumers Union. Its not a list of drugs with a price next to it. Nobody

knows what theyre up to.

The MAC list that goes to the pharmacy does not necessarily match the one for the health

plan. By charging the plan sponsor more than they pay the pharmacy in a reimbursement,

PBMs can make anywhere from $5 to $200 per prescription, without either player in the

chain knowing. While some spread pricing can be expected, the opacity of the profit stream

masks the allegedly low costs PBMs tout to health plans to get them to sign up.

PBMs can also charge pharmacies additional fees months after a sale. Direct and indirect

remuneration (DIR) fees were originally conceived as a way for Medicare to discover the true

net cost of the drugs Medicare beneficiaries purchased through Part D, by forcing disclosure

of all rebates from drug manufacturers. But PBMs secured a key loophole keeping their

disclosures to the federal government confidential, while arguing that DIRs also legally apply

to pharmacies.

The PBMs use of these fees also harms patients and taxpayers. Consumers pay co-pays or deductibles

for drugs based on the list price, without DIR fees or rebates that would lower them.

And retroactive DIR fees are routinely not reported to Medicare, as PBMs call them network

variable rates or pharmacy performance payments and keep them for themselves.

Obscuring DIR fees makes the net costs of drugs look higher to Medicare than they actually

are. As a result, patients hit the donut hole coverage gap in Medicare Part D faster,

forcing them to pay the full cost of their drugs. And it accelerates high-usage patients

into catastrophic coverage faster as well, where Medicare pays 80 percent of all costs.

All of this leaves subscribers and Medicare, i.e. the taxpayers, to pay more out of pocket,

as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services noted in a January report.

The question begging to be asked is why all the players in the marketplan sponsors,

drug companies, and pharmaciesput up with a middleman that extracts profits from all

of them? And the answer is the failure of federal antitrust policy.

Consolidation

Three years later, Optum gobbled up Catamaran, creating the current situation where three

firms control 80 percent of the market. Brill adds that the Big Three carve up the market

geographically, effectively not competing in certain regions of the country. Amid such

concentration, plan sponsors have little ability to select the best PBM on price or quality.

I just sat down with [one of the Big Three PBMs], I had half a billion dollars on the

table, says Susan Hayes. They said, Where are you going to compromise? Really?

Where else do I bring half a billion and they say where will you compromise?

With such monopolized control, PBMs offer pharmacies take-it-or-leave-it contracts,

with no opportunity to negotiate. These contracts employ punitive terms, including allowing

the PBM to audit pharmacies, allegedly to ferret out waste, fraud, and abuse. Minor

technicalities are used to extract money, says Susan Pilch, vice president of policy

and regulatory affairs for the NCPA. There are examples where you were supposed to initial

on the bottom right of prescription, not the bottom left. The PBM recouped all claims on

that. Gotta love that free market.

Other pharmacies have little recourse to fight back. PBM contracts frequently contain gag

orders, preventing them from talking to local elected officials or disclosing the terms

of the contract. Pharmacists complain of being threatened for mailing or delivering drugs

to local patients, which would compete with PBM mail-order operations. The combined toll

makes it difficult for independent pharmacies to stay in business. This takes away a

medical provider patients have used for years, said Representative Buddy Carter. Ive

had grandparents come to my store in tears and say I cant come here anymore.

Worst of all, PBMs dont stop at legal money-making schemes. At his site PBM Watch, attorney David

Balto compiled 56 pages worth of state and federal litigation against PBMs. Just

a handful of these cases yielded $370 million in damages for undisclosed rebates, artificial

price inflations, kickbacks, steering, and other deceptive practices.

Last year, Anthem sued Express Scripts for $15 billion, claiming the PBM violated their

agreement by charging excessive rates for drugs. Federal agents from two states issued

subpoenas for Express Scripts last fall, seeking information on the companys business practices.

In January, diabetes patients sued three drug manufacturers for conspiring with PBMs to

triple the price of insulin.

PBMs may even have contributed to the worst public health crisis in Americathe opioid

epidemic. An investigation by Stat News found that Purdue Pharma, makers of OxyContin, paid

off PBMs to keep prescriptions flowing for their product, over the howls of a state employee

health plan in West Virginia. In exchange for rebates, PBMs kept OxyContin on their

formulary with low co-pays, and without requiring prior authorization from the health plan to

dispense the drug. Overprescribing of OxyContin laid the groundwork for a crisis that killed

more than 20,000 Americans in 2015. Naturally, this wont prevent Jeff Sessions

from blaming recreational marijuana.

They were making a profit on peoples addiction, which is fricking criminal,

says consultant Susan Hayes. Rubbing their hands with glee that people are becoming addicted

to opioids. I cant believe it. Solutions?

Another model would empower pharmacies. A 2016 report from the Institute for Local Self-Reliance

highlights a quirk of law in North Dakota, which only allows drugstores to operate if

owned by pharmacists (similar laws exist in Europe). The law prohibits chain pharmacies

from entering the state. Not surprisingly, North Dakotas independents deliver among

the lowest prescription drug prices in the country, along with better health outcomes

and more drugstores per capita than any other state. This flies in the face of industry

claims that big chains and giant conglomerates save consumers money or improve services.

Why cant this successful model be replicated elsewhere? The answer is PBMs, says

Stacy Mitchell, the reports author. Because in North Dakota, independents are the only

game in town, PBMs have to negotiate with them. In other states, they have no leverage.

Unsurprisingly, PBMs and chains want the North Dakota law overturned rather than adopted

in other states.

For a more immediate impact, we must turn to Washington. And there, solutions often

emerge when one large industry starts pointing the finger at another. Under fire for their

many drug-pricing scandals, from Martin Shkreli to Valeant, the pharmaceutical industry has

tried to deflect blame by citing PBMs. GlaxoSmithKline CEO Andrew Witty said in a February conference

call that so much of the list price on the companys drugs went to non-innovators

in a system which thinks its paying high prices for innovation, a veiled reference

to PBMs. An industry-funded report in January asserted that manufacturers took only 63 percent

of gross drug revenues, attributing the decline to discounts and rebates paid to PBMs. (Of

course, this hasnt stopped pharmaceutical companies from earning higher profit margins

than any other industry.)

Doug Collins, a third-term House member, experienced the PBM issue personally, when his mother

couldnt get her regular medications and her plan had no substitute on the formulary.

I am a free-market person, as conservative as they come, Collins says. When dealing

with this, its not a free market. Buddy Carter, his colleague, has worked in independent

pharmacies since 1980, and sees himself as their voice in Congress. I asked him if he

had difficulty explaining the PBM market and its problems to his colleagues. Heck, its

difficult for me to understand and Ive worked in the industry over 35 years! Carter

says.

If the FTC determined that the PBM market was anti-competitive, they could sever the

relationship between PBMs and pharmacies through sanctions or divestiture demands. They could

even break up the entire industry to generate competition. And the FTC has the power to

demand the very transparency members of Congress and state legislatures believe is the key

to ending profiteering. But this would require a radical shift at the FTC, which has often

opposed state legislation to regulate PBMs or increase transparency. The FTC had argued

now for over ten years that lack of transparency is necessary because it can drive prices down,

says Brill, citing recent FTC statements. Prices have not been driven down, and we

need to take a different route.

The wild card in all this is Donald Trump. At his one and only pre-inauguration press

conference, Trump singled out drug companies for getting away with murder, vowing

to create new bidding procedures for Medicare and earning praise from the likes

of Bernie Sanders. But when Trump met with pharmaceutical executives two weeks into his

presidency, he focused more on speeding up new drug approvals from the FDA and cutting

regulations than on reducing industry profits. This lines up with the perspective of a key

aide, Silicon Valley billionaire Peter Thiel, who wants to overhaul the FDA process. (In

fact, the Republican Congress just overhauled the FDA process in one of the last bills signed

by Barack Obama.) Trump doesnt appear to understand the cost excesses in the supply

chain.

Trump did say in his address to a joint session of Congress that he would bring down the

artificially high price of drugs. And in his confirmation hearing, Health and Human

Services Secretary Tom Price, discussing Trumps idea for competitive bidding in Medicare,

said that right now the PBMs are doing that negotiation. I think it is important

to have a conversation and look at whether there is a better way to do that.

But where Trumps team will ultimately land is unknown. We need to get to a point of

clarity about whether the administration is serious, says the NCPAs John Norton.

Furthermore, any attempt to move forward legislatively on any part of health-care policy will run

headlong into the deeply polarized debate over the Affordable Care Act. While a bipartisan

alliance appears possible on the PBM issue in isolation, it will be difficult to separate

anything health-related from the Obamacare vortex.

The PBM industrys leading trade group isnt sleeping on the possibility of an attack.

Days after Trump met with pharma execs, the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association

issued an internal memo leaked by Buzzfeed, stressing the need for building a political

firewall in Congress to stop any legislative action.Frightened about drug manufacturers

highlighting a bloated supply chain, PCMA CEO Merritt laid out a six-point strategy

that included meetings

with White House staff and key members of Congress, a digital ad campaign targeting

congressional leaders, partnerships with right-wing think tanks like the American Action Forum,

and working groups to shape regulatory changes that make PBMs the savior instead of a villain.

We will continue to show how competitionnot government interventionis the way to manage

high drug costs, Merritt wrote, apparently without irony. Merritt even scheduled a meeting

with the main health insurance lobby, AHIP, to make sure the payer community is aligned

and coordinated. Only in America can three companies controlling

80% of the market be seen as competition. No wonder our economy is a total neofeudal

nightmare.

Dean Winchester II Desperate to be loved - Duration: 2:50.

Dean: See, when I was your age...

...I saw something real bad happen to my mom.

Timmy: I was scared.

Sam: Mom's gone.

Watching one of your parents die...

...isn't something you just get over.

Dean: And I was scared, too.

And she isn't coming back.

Shut up!

Dean: Don't you ever talk about Mom!

Ever!

Dean: I didn't feel like talking.

Don't talk about her like that.

Timmy: So, I cried.

Mom?

Timmy: I cried for my Mom.

Mom?

I wish for Mom to live.

Samuel: You tell me you don't want her back.

You don't think that wishes can...

...can really...

Sam: It wasn't real.

Dean: None of it is.

Mary: It doesn't matter.

It's still better than anything you had.

Timmy: And then she came.

Sam: But she changed.

Mary: I have to go.

Mary: Everybody leaves you, Dean.

You noticed?

Dean: I know what I am, Sam.

Dean: And sooner or later, everybody's gonna leave me.

Mary: You ever ask yourself why?

I mean, we get her back and then she leaves.

Sam: You think Mom would've wanted this for us?

I know she wanted me to be brave.

I'm scared, Sam.

Dean: I think about that every day.

I don't know what to do.

Sam: Let these be your guide.

Dean: And I do my best to be brave.

Mary: You're my little angel.

Sam: They can help you remember...

...what it was to be good...

Tell Mom I love her.

Sam:...what it was to love.

Dean: You should've seen it, Sam.

Our lives...

I wanted to stay so bad.

Mary: It's everything you want.

Mary: We're family again. Dean: I want us to be a family again.

Sam: We are.

But things will never be the way they were before.

Could be...

Mary: Dean, I'm trying...

Dean: How about for once...

...you just try to be a mom?

John: I'm sorry.

I put too much on your shoulders...

I made you grow up too fast.

Dean: We're your sons.

And you've been gone.

Our whole lives...

...you've been gone.

You were just a kid.

Don't.

Hunters are never kids.

Mary: I am your mother...

...but I am not just a mom.

And you are not a child.

I never was.

Sam: You wanted a family.

Samuel: You wanted a normal life.

Your mom wanted a normal life, too.

Since when is life about getting what you want?

Samuel: You remind me of her, actually.

I didn't ask to come back here.

Sam: She's struggling.

Billy: And you hate it.

Sam: I mean, she's trying to bury herself in hunting...

...to avoid dealing.

Sam (to Dean): And I know that's what you're doing.

Dean, the things I said...

No, Mom, you were...

Dean: Sometimes you got to do what's best for you...

...even if it's gonna hurt the ones you love.

It's not your job to...

...make my lunch...

...and kiss me good night.

It's...

When I thought something might've happened to you...

Mom!

...nothing else mattered.

Dean: Jo, you've got a mother that worries about you.

I never wanted this for you and Sam.

What if there was a different future for you?

Dean: Who wants something more for you.

Those are good things.

That's why I'm doing this.

That is what I'm fighting for.

You don't throw things like that away.

Might be hard to find later.

Dean: I kind of feel like I've been given a second chance.

I love you.

And I don't wanna waste it.

Dean: I love you too.

I'll never leave you.

Can we buy you breakfast, at least?

I would love that.

Images show considerably less activity at N. Korea's nuke test site: 38 North - Duration: 1:30.

North Korea maybe prepped and ready for another nuke test.

There are signs showing the regime need only await the order from its leader.

Kim Hyun-bin shares with us 38 North's findings.

In an analysis of the most recent commercial satellite imagery,.. North Korea-monitoring

website 38 North said on Thursday that there was hardly any activity at the North's Punggye-re

nuclear test site compared to images from the previous day.

In the earlier pictures,... around one-hundred people could be seen,... along with equipment

pumping water out of the test portals, but in the latest images there were no vehicles

or equipment.

It says that points to the possibility of an imminent test.

However,... 38 North also said Pyongyang understands the world is watching and the regime could

attempt to manipulate reporting about its nuclear developments.

That assessment was shared by an expert in Seoul...

"North Korea organized the portals just prior to conducting its previous nuclear tests,

except for the fifth one.

That doesn't mean they will go through with the test.

But it could mean that they are fully ready to conduct one."

Many experts say that there is a high possibility the regime could conduct its sixth nuclear

test next month, which has many anniversaries on the calendar, including the birthday of

late founder Kim Il-sung on April 15th.

"South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff says the regime could conduct a nuclear test at

any given moment, adding that it is keeping close tabs on North Korea for any signs of

unusual activity."

Kim Hyun-bin, Arirang News."
