You know what I hate?
Those bodybuilding videos where it's like a dude standing there with his shirt off rambling
for 15 minutes, just to give you 1 fucking tip, and then it's some complicated shit that
you're never even gonna use anyway!
When I started working out, there was SO much info, it was basically the same as if there
was NO info!
I was like, "dammit, I don't care about all this extra stuff, just tell me what the fuck
to do!"
So in this video I'm gonna tell you specifically how to work out, and how to diet, so you build
the best body ever.
This is targeted at beginner and intermediate level guys.
I know there are tons of different things that work, but instead of giving you a shitload
of options I'm just gonna tell you ONE thing that's GUARANTEED to work.
And how do you know it works?
Because it's exactly what *I* did.
First, lifting weights.
• For the first month, lift 3 days a week.
Do 4 sets of each exercise, 10 reps per set, 2 minute rest between sets, so your body can
get used to weightlifting.
If the only weight you've ever lifted was your dick last night when you were on Pornhub,
you don't want to hit the gym and start lifting heavy as fuck on day 1, because it'll be bad
for you.
• You should do compound lifts.
This is shit that hits multiple muscles.
Examples: Bench press, deadlift, military press, squats.
• That's it.
• Once you've been lifting for awhile, you want to up the intensity and start lifting
heavier.
Doing anywhere from 5-8 reps per set.
You also want to split up your schedule to hit two muscle groups a day.
This is what my schedule looks like: Monday: Chest & Triceps, Wednesday: Back & Biceps,
and Friday: Shoulders & Legs.
Some people like to do one muscle group a day and that's fine, but I'm gonna recommend
doing 2 a day.
• The most important thing to keep in mind is to that you want to hit about 12 sets per
muscle group.
So for chest you could do incline bench press, flat bench press, and chest dips, each for
about 4 sets.
• Bonus tip: You only need to lift for 1 hour max each time.
Being in the gym for 2 hours a day is pointless especially for beginners and intermediates.
Second, cardio.
• A lot of guys who lift don't do any cardio, but I like to do it for a couple of reasons:
(1) Burning calories through cardio is a lot more fun than eating 1 less meal each day,
and (2) It's good for you to stay fit anyway.
If you get winded running half a mile, you're still gonna look pretty stupid regardless
of how good your six pack is and how big your biceps are.
• During your first few months of lifting, I recommend doing cardio 3 days a week, AFTER
you lift, for about 20-30 minutes.
Just jog on a treadmill, do the elliptical, have sex with some hot girls, whatever you
feel like, switch it up and use it as an opportunity to try different things.
• Once you've been working out for awhile, you can ramp up the cardio.
I like to do interval training, which is where you go fast and slow in intervals.
For example if I'm on a treadmill, I put it up to the max speed and do that for 20 seconds,
then I cut it down to a powerwalking speed and do that for 40-60 seconds, and repeat
that cycle 10-15 times.
That's it.
You can do it on a treadmill, or outside, or on the elliptical or the bike or any machine
other than the stairmaster.
I like to do this for 2 reasons: (1) it's a lot more fun, (2) it doesn't take up as
much time, and (3) it allegedly burns a higher percentage of fat than regular cardio.
I say allegedly because SOME people disagree, but I've ALWAYS had better results with intervals,
so I recommend it.
Just keep in mind that you should start intervals once you're already used to lifting, because
it is a lot more intense than regular cardio which means it can cut into your recovery,
so if you're just starting out you don't want to go too hard or you can get injured.
Third, diet.
• For your diet, all you really need to do is: (1) Eat healthy shit . Don't make a
big deal out of this, just eat shit that you think is healthy, like vegetables, fruit,
potatoes, rice, beans, and so on, and avoid shit that you think is unhealthy, like candy,
soda, and cheetos.
You don't have to over complicate it.
(2) Take a general estimate of how many calories you eat right now.
If you eat a pretty regular diet it's probably about 2000.
If you eat 3 meals a day and you also pig out on snacks while you watch Netflix at 2am,
then it's probably about 2500.
Now, when you start working out, you want to put on muscle, so you're gonna eat about
500 calories more than you usually do.
As long as you work out hard, do your cardio, and eat clean, you'll either gain very little
fat, or no fat at all, so you don't need to worry about that.
If you do find yourself putting on fat, then don't even worry about it, it just means you're
eating too much, so all you need to do is cut down on how much you're eating, and that's
it.
(3) If you're already fat, and you want to lose fat, then instead of adding 500 calories
to your current diet, just subtract 500 instead.
Simple.
You don't have to count calories, you can just eyeball it, but if you feel like you're
not seeing results fast enough and you want to do it then go for it.
So that's pretty much it.
In summary, lift 3 times a week at first, then progress to 5 times a week.
Do intervals for cardio.
Eat 500 calories more, or 500 calories less, depending on whether you're currently skinny
or fat.
I'm also gonna write out the exact workouts that I did this week as well as a full list
of exactly what I ate, in the description below, you don't have to follow it exactly,
I'm just gonna put it there to show you what *I* do, so you get the basic idea.

Today, I'm talking about one of my favorite topics that may be a little controversial for you
- three fruits that actually accelerate the aging process.
I'm going to give you a little snippet on the aging process today.
And I'm going to prepare for you one of my favorite treats that I have ever had.
If you've ever had froyo, you know you go to the yogurt place, you buy ice cream,
and even though it's coconut ice cream there's still sugar in it.
I'm watching you, okay?
I see you in Whole Foods, I know what you're doing.
I'm going to prepare for you today a Magic Shell recipe that is going to blow your mind.
It's going to tantalize your taste buds.
We roll the banana in a chocolate shell just like salt in a magic shell.
As you can see, the banana loves the chocolate.
It's absolutely amazing and it's one of my favorite things to prepare for kids and adults alike.
It's really simple to make too, literally, two ingredients.
So let's talk about three fruits that speed up the aging process.
And when we talk about fruits, I'm talking about fructose.
And you may say, well, what is fructose, Drew?
if you don't know anything about it, it's glucose.
Glucose is sugar. Fructose is sugar.
Now, some may argue and say, "Drew, fruit has fiber", all this other stuff.
But what it does is it causes aging.
What they are is advanced glycation end-products, A.G.E.
What do these do to speed up the aging process?
Well, they mix with amino acids in the body and the sugar to actually cause inflammation.
Now what happens when we cause inflammation in the body?
When inflammation is spiked up, it causes cellular death, it speeds up the aging process.
So how do we bypass that if we do decide to eat fruits that can make us fat?
We can hack this process.
And by doing it, we're going to create the most amazing, magical recipe that there is.
You see, I've prepared today, my friend, a little coconut oil which I love.
And if you don't have this in your house,
I want to strongly encourage you to get as much coconut oil in your house as possible.
Alright, so here's the recipe, just a few ingredients.
We got a half a cup of coconut oil.
Coconut oil is loaded with good fat, it's great for the brain.
Sometimes, I just put a little bit of this in my juice.
My green juice with coconut oil helps satiate me, keep me satisfied all day long.
We have one serving of protein.
I'm putting it in the pan just like that - one serving is actually two scoops.
We're going to stir it up just like so.
I don't really want it boiling so I'm going to turn this down.
And you want your coconut oil to be just warm enough.
When you cook the protein and the coconut, you don't want it to get too hot.
Because when you dip the fruit in there, you don't want it to melt the fruit right away.
You want it to shell a hard casing around the fruit.
Let's test it! That's hot.
Alright! So I have frozen strawberries, and you want to make sure your fruit is frozen.
And we're going to roll it around in the magic shell, just like so, dip it.
So here's another thing that I absolutely love to Magic Shell.
Blueberries, that's right!
Dump them in the pan like so, and get them out of this pan.
We're going to get the Magic Shell all over them.
So now we have magic shell blueberries.
Look at these! Kids and adults alike will love the Magic Shell.
You're getting the protein, you're getting the coconut MCTs.
You're balancing out the insulin spike.
You're getting the antioxidant protective power of the berries and a delicious snack, what could be better?
Now I know you've probably had this before - chocolate-covered bananas.
So we're going to make our own rendition of the world's healthiest greatest tasting chocolate-covered banana.
Half a cup of coconut oil and we got some of the world's greatest protein here.
So we got one serving of protein, here it is.
Mix it up, let it heat up. Stir it up, stir it up.
So we have our chocolate ready to go.
We're gonna let it cool off for a second.
And then we're going to coat the banana.
Here we go - chocolate-covered raspberries.
Do I have anything in my teeth?
Alright, so we have our magic shell fruit.
We got vanilla-covered strawberries, chocolate-covered bananas,
vanilla covered blueberries and chocolate-covered raspberries.
Again this is like better than Froyo.
It's better than that ice cream parlor that you've been going through every Friday to reward yourself.
Whatever it is, if you're craving sugar over and over and over again, every single night ,
I want you to try this.
And don't eat a lot of it, okay?
I'm not going to sit down and eat four plates of fruit.
I'm actually going to bring some of my friends in here in a second.
But I want to let you know that there's a creative opportunity here for anything that you love,
anything that you desire, just put a little tweak.
Now when it comes to aging, it's all about managing blood sugar levels.
It's all about controlling that insulin spike that we did in the beginning.
So how can you do that for your transformation?
Maybe it's challenge yourself over the next seven days.
For seven days, commit to having no more than 25 grams of sugar a day.
if you're drinking Coca-Cola, you're snacking on anything that has over 25 grams of sugar in one sitting, cut it out.
Drink more water, get more sleep, have high fat, high protein meals.
And if you need to splurge, try our magic shell fruit.
It's absolutely delicious, it's going to ramp you up and give you energy.
I just had a cup of blueberries and I feel like I'm on top of the world.

That was very normal. I was just about to finish my Bachelor's degree, I was living in Essen.

Since then I work there for over three years now and am still very happy
Since then there werent any new job offers really. So I got lucky.

The visuals first of all where stunning
The atmosphere was the best thing. It is impessive how dark it was despite those minimalistic effects/setting.

Did you watch the JonTron/ Destiny stream? I love his shows but he said really strange things on there.

The stream with Destiny was very different and I can totally understand that people didn't like it
He said so many things on there that were just plain stupid

I know we've been absent for a while, but a lot is cooking up
there has been a lot of work done on projects
also a lot of gathering of the components
It lasted a while but it was worth it! We started a new project..
Project Monarch
with which we're going to participate on this years CM World Series competition
The hardware is ready
Beside me is my brother
You all know him on forums as Nobody
You all know his project Silver TUF
Without him SS PC modding
wouldn't look as it does
He's a great support in every way!
And he will be involved in this project much more!

But let's do the small introduction
The core of this system is
this motherboard.

Graphic cards had to be rx480 because
because water blocks are only made for this

Now let's talk about the rest of the stuff
We will use two Intel SSDs
series 5
It will be in RAID
They will work just fine
CPU is also Intel
i7 6700 K
It has shown good work. We didn't go for a new platform because
We bought this ourselves
So it's not just sponsors, there is a personal budget involved
Even though we have sponsorships and we cooperate with them very well
We know how to do the work
We've shown a lot last year when we won 3rd place on CM World Competition
It's still hard, beside that, to get the hardware
We need to buy a lot ourselves.
So the processor, SSD and RAM memory are from personal budget
But that will never prevent us from making a great project
Which will be this time mostly from aluminum
It will have a metal construction
and all the masks also.
It's cut by laser, there is a lot of metal cutting work
All in all, this will be very, very interesting :)
Another interesting thing that has happened is in our problem with electricity
When we worked on the project
Chrono Master
You could notice that we worked a lot with Arduino processor
In the meantime we connected it with all sorts of power supplies
There were some sparks flying I must say
This time the company APC
Helped us and provided us with
electricity rail PM6U
which is a phenomenal device with 5 V adapters
which we will definitely use for further work!

Hi, I'm Melissa and this is my video for the month of March; I will cover three topics.
First, on March 1st, the NAD joined as CEASD and AFB hosted Capitol Hill Advocacy Day.
Many schools for the deaf and blind schools came together to discuss and rally for
the Alice Cogswell and Anne Sullivan Macy Act.
That Act will help improve the IDEA for deaf and blind children.
People met with their legislators or their staff in their legislative office.
The purpose behind that day was to lobby for the passage of the bill.
It was very inspiring to see students' participation that day.
This leads me to my next topic, I've been asked to explain what the process looks like when lobbying
for a bill with a legislator or representative.
First, we must share how much of an impact a bill will have on deaf people.
Next, share specific information with your legislators including statistics and any information that will
help your legislator (who was elected to represent you) or their staff
realize the positive impact of the bill if passed.
Keep in mind, these meetings are often with the legislator's staff rather than the legislators
who are often busy in Congress.
Before the meeting, you must ask for an interpreter in advance.
Once you sit down and meet, it is your opportunity to explain the bill and why it is necessary.
Personal stories are so important to help the legislators realize the proposed bill's impact
through your experience, not theirs.
Questions are also important.
You should ask questions like, "What are your plans on this bill?"
Then once the meeting is over, thank them before leaving
then follow up with an email that thanks the legislator or the staff for their time.
After that, it is important to keep an eye on the bill to know when it will be up for a vote.
Once a date is scheduled for the vote, email your legislator again.
Let them know you're aware of the bill's status and that you look forward to the legislator's support on the bill.
That will help remind them of your initial meeting.

Welcome to the ElfQuest Collector's Guide, showcasing a different collectible or Unboxing
video in every episode!
I'm your Pack-Leader for this Hunt, Mandy Roncalio-Meyer, or as i'm known around the
ElfQuest Web-World as my Elf-Self, Shadowfire! today i'm doing a very special unboxing! normally
i don't do unboxing for-- unboxing videos for vintage items, anything older than what's
being released right now, but this is a very special one, because this one actually came
from ElfPop himsElf! from Richard Pini! his name is on the box, right... cover that up...
right 'dere! so, this box is directly from ElfPop, it's a couple of things i ordered from him,
via the new ElfQuest eBay shop! to be honest, it's not really NEW.
ElfPop has run the eBay shop for quite a while, but-- um-- they used to have all the older
vintage collectibles that they had in storage available to purchase on the ElfQuest website,
via the Wolfrider Shop. just recently, the Wolfrider Shop has closed down, everyone,
so those bookmarks are no good anymore! um-- they now sell all of their vintage items that
they find in their warehouse via eBay! which to me, makes a lot of sense! um-- in the old
Wolfrider Shop, you had to write to ElfPop, and then you had to hope ElfPop saw your email,
and... it was a little- a little painstaking. and uh-- eBay seems to be a very good medium,
because...
BOOM! you buy, you sell, and it's done! so, ElfPop has now reopened the eBay shop! they
are keeping that stocked with vintage items! you can get many Reader's Collection books
on uh-- the eBay shop, you can get the "Not the Movie" on the eBay shop, uh-- you can
get the Wolfrider's Reflections CD, um-- both the Wolfrider's Reflections CD and the "Not
the Movie" come autographed... oh!
EVERYTHING comes autographed, duh! so, it's pretty awesome! now, obviously, what i bought
probably did not come autographed... though it would be really cool if it did! um-- what
i purchased was actually some vintage sweatshirts! these were sweatshirts from 1993, i believe
it was, from around the "Fantasy with Teeth" tour era! and back then, i couldn't collect
ElfQuest.
i LOVED ElfQuest, i've loved ElfQuest since i was about 6! but, i grew up as a poor kid,
and i couldn't necessarily afford to buy stuff back then.
so now i'm kinda playing Catch-Up with my collection.
it's fun though! and so this was a couple of sweatshirts that are actually, as far as
i know, still available in the eBay Wolfrider Shop-- ElfQuest Shop. and um-- they run
twenty-five dollars a-piece, uh-- with Free Shipping, i believe it was... and they're
pretty awesome.
the-the-- supplies were getting kind-of low, last i checked, he only had four of one of
them, and i believe ten of the other, so supplies are starting to dwindle a little bit! so i
will put links down in the description below to the ElfQuest eBay shop so that you guys
can go purchase your own stuff! there's a lot of cool stuff there, guys! so at the very
least, go check it out!
um-- all sorts of collectibles! uh-- you can get the Art Books, the Art of ElfQuest, and
all-that.

Art of Wendy Pini isn't out yet, but the, um-- Art of ElfQuest and the Art of the Story
of ElfQuest, you can both get--get both of those as well on the eBay shop... just--just
go there guys! i'm not going to tell you everything that's on the eBay shop, 'cause there's a
bunch of cool stuff! but in any case, what i got, was a couple of vintage sweatshirts!
from the 90's! and i'm excited to see these!

on there, guys! that is just beautiful work!
my goodness! *reads from shirt* ElfQuest: Fantasy With Teeth! so, there is one of the sweatshirts.
these are vintage, guys! these are NOT the ones that are available on RedBubble! you
cannot get this on RedBubble! this is ONLY available through the ElfQuest eBay shop!
they're vintage, they're embroidered, they're really nice! and they look comfy, i haven't
tried it on yet, but from what i've been hearing from other people that purchased these, they're
extremely comfortable! so, there they are, unfortunately, the only downfall, i'd say--
"downfall," is that the only size available is Mediums.
so, they look to be... a rather large Medium, so i think it's probably a Unisex Medium,
i imagine, but uh-- 'cause, this is a medium and it looks like it'll be comfortable on
me.
so, in any case, there's the black, with the nice embroidered patch right there.
set that one aside... they also have available... a Ash-Grey version! same exact sweatshirt,
it's got the same patch on it... it's a little folded on my patch, there we go... same exact
patch, "Fantasy With Teeth," ElfQuest, with the Howling Wolf logo, but once again, Medium-size
only!
Ash-Grey. it feel REALLY soft, it feels like it's going to be really soft and warm.
i'm going to get some good use out of these! i can't wait! aww! and it's perfect timing,
because it's still a little chilly outside, so i could probably get away with still wearing
these! but anyway, so there is the Ash-Grey, as well as the Black "Fantasy With Teeth"
vintage sweatshirts, available ONLY on eBay in the ElfQuest Shop! so i'll put links down
in the description below so you guys can go get your own.
as i said, the quantities look like they're kind of dwindling! so you should probably
go snag one while you can, if you can!

But it is always nice to see that genre is not died completely
and there is still new releases for this genre from many independent
film and game makers.
But in this gameplay video I will only show a small portition of the
gameplay on this video and i will recommend you to get this game directors cut from Steam
as it has 12 more minutes worth of material than in a free version.
And it has little price tag as 0.99 €
