Guys, is so nice to have you again on another episode of
step by step with Javier Guillén
on today's show I'm going to show you
another dessert from my collection
the vanilla hazelnut verrine, let's take a look
STEP 1: HAZELNUT STRUDEL
200 g unsalted butter
200 g brown sugar
200 g powdered hazelnut
200 g all purpose flour
Well, we will make a strudel
the paddle attachment is already
on the mixer
we will add all the dry ingredients
powdered hazelnut
sugar
the flour
and we start to mix them
and now when the butter has mixed in thoroughly
we incorporate a second piece
now that it is well blended
we stop the mixer
and we spread it on a silicone baking mat
we spread it
and we bake it
to 150 degrees for about 17 to 20 minutes
let´s go
PASO 2: WHIPPED HAZELNUT CUSTARD
314 g liquid cream
31 g invert sugar
31 g glucose syrup
94 g hazelnut paste
471 g liquid cream
We will start to make the hazelnut custard
so, very important, we have
two different amounts of cream
we add the first part of the cream
invert sugar
if you don't have invert sugar, you can also use honey
glucose syrup
don't forget, this is a whipped ganache
we will prepare it first
and we will whip it the next day
it will have the Chantilly texture
like whipped cream
we add
the hazelnut
once it is boiling
we remove the heat
and now we add the rest of the cream
we incorporate the cream
and when brought to the boil, we pour it on a bowl
and we refrigerate it
for 4 to 5 hours
STEP 3: VANILLA GELATIN
152 g liquid cream
607 g milk
9 g gelatin
1 g Tahitian vanilla
41 g sugar
now, we are going to prepare the vanilla gelatin
so, we need to add the milk
and while it's still cold
the gelatin
we mix well
and now it's starting to get warm
we incorporate the sugar
we incorporate the vanilla
and we bring it to a boil
once it has boiled
we add cold cream
and we strain in
we do this to remove the vanilla bean
once we strain it, we put it on a jar
from the jar we will pour it into our glasses
it's ready now
we will leave it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours
STEP 4: MILK AND CREAM TAGLIATELLE
250 g Liquid cream
250 g Milk
100 g egg yolks
50 g sugar
325 g chocolate
4 g gelatin
We are going to prepare a chocolate custard
shaped like tagliatelle
you will see during the assembly why we call it like that
cream
milk
before it gets warm
we add the gelatin
and we mix well
while we wait
we mix the egg yolks
and sugar
we wait for the boil
and we pour some of it
and then we heat it again
use low heat
we will cook it at about 80 to 82 degrees
Now that the custard is ready
we pour it on the chocolate
and we blend it well
now we take it to the fridge
STEP 5: ASSEMBLY
well then, we have to finish our dessert
take the hazelnut cup
we have the gelatin
that has been in the fridge
we have our hazelnut crisp
that has cooled down already
and the custard
that, as I was telling you before
we will make it like tagliatelle
you'll see why
here we have our whipped ganache
with hazelnuts
now...
let's start by putting the ganache
in the mixer
while we are beating it
we add some
of the hazelnut crisp
take a look, we are using
a perforated nozzle
This nozzle will give us the tagliatelle effect
that's why the custard, like I said before
is a creamy tagliatelle
the ganache is ready
creamy texture
we fill it up
and now
we swirl unevenly
using a curled nozzle
we take some chocolate discs
and we add the tagliatelle on top

Hello tankers!
In today's episode, we'll be discussing the latest update.
We'll also be telling you about how you can earn yourself a VERY rare paint,
and what's coming your way for the April Fool's Day event.
The first piece of news for today is that,
following our experiments with micro-upgrades for M0s and M1s,
we've also made changes to the micro-upgrade steps
for M2 and M3 modifications.
Now, M2s only have 10 upgrade steps like M0 and M1.
However, M3s have 20.
This will keep the price lower, and make it possible to upgrade more regularly.
We've also increased rank brackets for battles,
so now there will be more battles available for everyone.
It might look like the players with lower ranks
will have a hard time in these battles, but that's not exactly true.
First of all, we've only added a couple of ranks,
so the change is quite small.
Additionally, in recent updates,
we've reduced the difference between high ranks and low ranks,
so the gap won't be so noticeable.
More importantly, it's now a lot easier to find battles.
Another important change is that with this update,
Daily Mission objectives can only be completed in regular, NON-pro battles.
Originally, we created daily missions as a bonus for players who play regularly.
But eventually, players began to abuse this system
by farming supplies and crystals in private battles with mults.
Of course, we have nothing against special rules for closed battles,
as long as they respect the Game Rules.
But when players take advantage of Daily Missions like this... we don't like it.
Of course, we understand that not everyone is trying to cheat the system,
so we've increased the rewards for daily missions by 10%
to compensate honest players.
There's one more part to the latest update,
and it has to do with the dreaded Critical Error.
In episode 126, we told you about critical errors in Tanki Online,
and what triggers them.
What happens, is that sometimes,
there is an unusual chain of events in the game.
Because of this, the client or browser go nuts and the error is triggered.
For the browser and client,
the critical error is like a protective mechanism
that is triggered in situations that it can't deal with.
With this update, we have removed the protective mechanism that triggers the error.
This is a very important step in the direction of finally solving the problem.
However, it has a side effect.
After the update, all the consequences of these unusual chains of events,
will start showing up in the game.
Some of them won't be noticeable.
But others will result in a number of visible bugs,
such as missing textures.
We think that these consequences
are not as bad as being kicked from a battle and losing all your progress.
Now our job is to catch and eliminate all the game bugs we find,
just like doctor House.

We've just opened registrations for the new Masters of the Sword tournament.
There are three categories: Solo, Tandem and Trio.
Any tanker with a rank of Brigadier or higher,
can participate and win crystals, hulls and turrets, including XT,
as well as Spectrum modules, Gold boxes and the unique paints Gladiator and Impulse.
And now, the event you've all been looking forward to
April Fools Day celebrations.
We've already kicked off the festivities on the 30th of March,
with discounts on Shop kits, as well as Micro Upgrades and speed-ups.
But the main event will start on the first of April,
and there are lots of goodies coming.
This Saturday, on the first of April, for 24 hours,
we'll have 30-percent discounts on all items in the Garage,
except micro-upgrades and speed-ups, which will remain at 25% off.
In-game festivities will also start on Saturday,
and go on till Sunday with the holiday paints, decorations, new gifts, and…

These will give you crystals, or some kind of surprise, such as:
All supplies activated.
That's double armor, double damage, and speed boost for 5 minutes.
And yes, the supplies will remain active even if your tank is destroyed.
Or you can become invincible for 1 minute,
which would allow you to deliver at least one or 2 flags.
Of course, April Fool's day is all about playing jokes on people,
so some of the gold boxes will contain a bomb
that will destroy everyone within a radius of 10 meters.
Additionally, the special golds can also reward you with,
1, 2 or 3 days of Premium Account.
A good gold hunter could probably farm a couple of weeks of Premium.
Now, crystals.
The special golds can hold a thousand, five thousand,
ten thousand, and even FIFTY thousand crystals!!!
And then there's the contest!
We'll be giving out a fully upgraded Magnum
to 3 tankers who can catch a 5,10 or 50 thousand crystal gold box.
On a final note,
here are two important things you need to know about the special golds,
so pay attention.
First of all, the full supply set and invincibility effects
will disappear if you try to change your equipment.
Second, all of the effects we've mentioned, only apply to the RANDOM gold boxes.
Player-dropped golds will have a regular look
and will contain the usual amount of one thousand crystals.

government in the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans.
(probably to protect Saudi Arabia) Ending the Registry put in place by President
Bush that forced Muslim men from tribal regions of the Middle East to identify themselves
when entering the country.

What's happening ladies and gentlemen,
this is Minh from Architecture Inspirations.
Today I'm going to show you how to
quickly convert Sketchup Materials to Vray Materials.
Let's get started.
When you download a model from 3D warehouse,
the materials that come with it might not
look great when it's rendered
since it's just Sketchup Materials.
But with the new version of Vray,
you can easily turn those Sketchup materials
into Vray Materials.
Here's how to do it.
The first thing I'm going to do
is turn on Vray Interactive Rendering,
so I can see the changes in real time.
Next, I'll press B to bring up the Paint Bucket tool
or I just click on this icon here.
Then I'll use this eye dropper tool
to sample the paint that I want to change.
Now you will see that material selected on the list.
With that material selected,
now go on to the Quick Settings Tab.
Then you can click on this button
and you'll see is a list of different presets
that you can use to convert your materials.
Since we are looking for a car paint material,
I'll just select Car Paint.
Now pay close attention to the frame buffer window
because the white solid material
will now change into a new material
that looks more like car paint.
I can even go in here and use the region render tool
to make Vray focus on one particular area.
There we go, you can see it better now.
Let's test it on another material.
Make sure you are using the Paint Bucket tool,
now you can just hold Alt and Left click
the material you want to change.
Then you'll see that material selected on the list.
Now go to the Quick Settings tab
and change to the preset that you want.
For this black car paint,
you can see that it has the default blue flakes,
but I don't really like it
so I can go over here
and change it to white like so.
You can even change the flake density,
scale, size, etc.
Just adjust it to your liking!
Now I think I'm going to change
the material of the rim as well.
I can sample it, then go to Quick Settings,
change it to, say, a Plastic Material.
Then I can reduce the reflection
and glossiness with these sliders here.
Alternatively, I can use materials
from the built-in library
to replace an existing material in the model
like for these tires.
I can first go to the library
and find a material that I want to use,
like this plastic leather material,
and then drag and drop it here
to add it to the list.
Also, remember that you can change
the way you see materials
with these buttons here.
Now right click that material and select copy.
Then go to the material that you want to replace,
and right click it to paste the plastic material here
There you go, it looks better now.
And that's all guys,
you can repeat those steps to fine tune it even more
but that's the gist of it.

Top 5-ish Anticipated Anime of Spring 2017 - Duration: 9:31.
This winter season was a bit odd in the sense that we had a fairly good run with some enjoyable
shows!
Out of the ones I was most excited for, there were several that followed through with the
entertainment that they promised.
Youjo Senki I watched out of the gate every week when I could, I enjoyed Tanya's constant
struggles with a world that was against her despite not exactly being a likeable character.
Lieutenant, you didn't know this was going to happen...
You didn't send them there to die right?
ACCA had an extremely slow start but to my relief put the pedal to the metal
in the second half, and it gave us one of the most kickass intro of the year so far.
We also had great shows that I wasn't even paying attention to at the start: Interviews
Interviews with Monster Girls and Miss Kobayashi being particular highlights for me, but never got
around to Little Witch Academia yet because Netflix doesn't understand anime fans.
Kemono Friends was an extremely surprising piece of entertainment for me, though I appear
to be in the minority.
And then Konosuba…
well it was...
A thing.
Not as good as I was expecting, and this is coming from someone who said that S1 was the best anime
of 2016.
But I should have known better.
Winter 2017 was actually a pretty good season to kick off the new year in a period where
the number of quality shows are few and far between the rest.
But enough about the PAST!
We need to start looking TOWARDS THE FUTURE!
So after combing over the chart for this upcoming season I have gathered together the anime
that I am currently the most excited for.
So Ladies, Gentlemen, and others, I present My Most Anticipated anime, of Spring 2017.
Let's Jam.
ATTACK ON TITAN S2 + MY HERO ACADEMIA S2
Let's just make this easier on ourselves
by combining two of the most obvious.
I enjoyed the both of these first seasons, they were highly popular when they originally
came out, and by all accounts they should be great entries to this season.
I fiddled with the idea of not having them on this list, because you know they are very obvious and popular,
But I figured that that would be a disservice.
Because I am truly excited for both of them, and I can't want to finally not have to block
out as many spoilers from people who have read the manga.
Now, of course, if you forced me to choose between the two as to which I'm excited for more…well
I'd have to go for MHA.
Mostly because it's been four years since Titan, and my overall excitement for the series
has wavered in that time.
When it aired it had that kind of magic to it because it felt different and new, but
the shock factor that defined the show for me has since worn away.
It was a series where death was a constant threat to every character, mysteries that were intriguing,
and a main character who is carried by others despite possessing the stereotypical shounen
fighting spirit, Attack on Titan season 2 I'm approaching with a bit more skepticism
than last time.
With this new season, to make up for lost time it really needs to hit home and give
us a reason why we've waited for so long, yet end in a way that doesn't leave us hanging.
The same rule applies to MHA as well, but considering the state of the source material
that seems unlikely.
ALICE TO ZOUROKU This is a series I'm expecting to fill my
slice of life gap for a while, despite you know not actually being part of that genre.
It's listed more as an adventure / mystery series about a young girl that has the power
to materialise things from her imagination, and after escaping some kind of scientific
lab she runs into an older man who may or may not help her.
It's an intriguing premise that I hope ends up going somewhere but we'll see.
The reason I was thinking it might scratch my Slice of Life Itch is because of its director,
who I know as the director of Kamisama no Memochou and more recently
Flying Witch from last year, which was a beautiful series if you haven't checked it out yet.
Downside is that he also directed an anime that I cannot remember and probably doesn't exist.
So I am slightly skeptical.
However my skepticism is not enough to stop me from being completely excited for…
SAGRADA RESET A large section of the populace of a small
town near the ocean all have magical powers.
From being able to enter the minds of cats, to the more extreme power of being able to
reset time back several days.
and the story seems
to revolve around two teenagers who have powers that synergize well together.
It give off this really weird feeling of craziness in its premise, and anything involving manipulating
time is difficult to pull off but the thing that makes me heavily optimistic is that it's
being handled by David Production.
Yes, the same David Production behind JoJo.
OH SHIT.
Now unfortunately the studio is the only connection to JoJo, and looking at the PV I doubt we
are going to get anything near that kind of insanity.
But David has been doing JoJo almost exclusively since 2014 only taking on other projects like
Planetarian and a monster hunter adaptation while they were also finishing off the second
half of Diamond.
So I'm excited to see them tackle more genres beyond the one that made them the most well-known.
Plus I'm sucker for anything involving Time Travel so I hope I'm just not going to be
disappointed.
Re:CREATORS This originally did not strike me on the outset
as a show I might be interested in.
The synopsis wasn't that intriguing and the art gave off the "standard modern light
novel fantasy" vibe.
Which, don't get me wrong can be good, but have a tendency to be more "meh" than
anything.
Then of course I glanced at the staff list.
It's being directed by Ei Aoki, of Fate/Zero and Garden of Sinners movie 1 fame, the
music is handled by Hiroyuki Sawano who I think needs no real introduction after composing
the score for every single hyped anime of its season such as Attack on Titan, Kill la
Kill, Guilty Crown, and Attack on Mononoke-Baccano.
Finally, the original story was written by Rei Hiroe, who was the original creator of
Black Lagoon.
Holy Crap, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck…
The biggest worry though is that it shares many of the team who worked on Aldnoah.Zero
and that's a show that had several….well problems with it, to put it lightly.
[EUROBEAT INTENSIFIES]
[AND SUCH IS A MYSTERY]
[Seriously though why have I not reviewed Initial D yet?]
Problems that I hope we don't see re-surface.
I can hope though that they won't everything will be fine and Re:Creators will be in contention
for best of season.
Of course, it has to be better than his last directorial work which I like to think
be the case. Maybe. We'll see.
and finally: SAKURA QUEST
Now some of you might look at this excitement that I have for this show
and peg it down solely to be me being a huge fan of Shirobako from 2015.
Same Studio, same character and animation designer, similar story of working women except
it's about a tourism agency instead of an anime studio.
BUT this is not the only reason!
Like I would be lying if I said that was not a factor, but it's all that PLUS: The series
is being directed by Souichi Masui.
Why do I care about Souichi Masui?
Because he directed Scrapped Princess, one of my favourite fantasy series from the early
2000's and I want to see more of his work.
I want to see him do THIS project in particular, because I remember the cheerful banter between
characters in Scrapped Princess and if that kind of direction gets applied here I think
that the series will be a definite highlight for me.
I really like seeing shows with a very clear, definite and achievable goal from the start.
Like a project or even a tournament, something that can be done in a set amount of time.
Mostly because I feel this will help push things towards a favorable conclusion instead
of leaving things open.
Sakura Quest has this feeling for me so I have high hopes for it.
As usual I also hope, and fully expect a series not on this list to come out of the woodwork
and surprise me.

Hello and welcome to Savoury Days Kitchen!
This is the first video in my "Back to basics" series
in which I'm sharing basic baking techniques and skills as well as simple and easy dessert recipes
in this video I'm gonna show you a very basic yet important skill...
that every home-baker needs
that is how to whip egg white and how to fold whipped egg white into other ingredients
you may have seen me whipping egg white in some other videos before
however in this video I'll do every step slowly and explain in details what we need (and need not) to do in each and every step
moreover, instead of using a mixer as usual, I'm gonna whip the egg white with a whisk by hand
hence I'll also share with you all of the tips to whip egg white by hand in the most efficient way
Let's start!
First, we separate egg yolks and egg whites
there are many ways to do it
for example we can use the egg shells...
or put the egg onto our hand and let egg white run through the space between fingers
Tip: cold eggs are easier to be separated
hence, it's best to separate eggs right after they are taken out of the fridge
if we need more than one egg white...
it'd be better if we put the egg white into a separate bowl (as on the screen)
before adding it into the large bowl of egg white
in this case, if an egg is not fresh or if we break the egg and let egg yolk mixed with egg white...
then it won't effect the rest of the egg white (and egg yolks)
after separating egg yolks and whites, we'll start whipping the egg white
there are 3 egg whites in the bowl and I'm adding some salt
salt is suggested to accelerate the foaming progress of egg white
the basic whipping technique is to move the whisk horizontal from left to right and back
instead of stirring or moving with a circular motion
we want to incorporate air into the egg white
which helps the egg white turn foamy
moving the whisk horizontally helps the egg white to splash
allowing more air to be incorporated in egg white
when whipping egg white with the right technique, we won't need to spend too much effort or power
when there are many large bubbles in the egg white, add cream of tartar
cream of tartar helps the egg white to be whipped more easily and to be more stable
and most importantly prevent the egg white from turning dry in the case of over-whipped
(overwhipped egg white will lose its shiny/ glossy appearance...
and the air bubbles can break very easily
normally for one egg white, we use about 1/8 tsp of cream of tartar
continue whipping the egg white, we could see that the air bubbles are turning tinier
when it looks very foamy, we start adding sugar
we want to add sugar in small parts
add whisk for the sugar to be mixed into the egg white before adding more sugar
this way the sugar will be "absorbed" into the egg white better
sugar plays an important role in whipping egg white
if there is too little sugar or no sugar, it'll be very hard for the egg white to reach "stiff peaks"-stage
in that case the egg white won't turn glossy but get dry very easily
normally, the amount of sugar that we need to whip egg white equals to 1/2 ~ 2/3 the amount of egg white
for example if our egg white is 30 grams...
then the amount of sugar can vary between 15 and 20 grams
the more sugar we add, the glossier, thicker the egg white becomes
and in contrast, the less sugar we use, the less glossy and more easy to turn dry the egg white is
hence, if you don't like to eat too much sweet...
you can reduce the amount of sugar but don't make it less than 1/3 of the amount of egg white
after adding all sugar, continue whipping the egg white with the same technique (moving whisk horizontal)
to whip egg white successfully (i.e. foamy, glossy, etc)...
...one important note is that the bowl, the whisk and egg white should contain no fat of any kinds...
...such as oil, lard, butter, egg yolk, etc.
if you don't use a mixer but whip the egg white by hand as I do in the video
then it's better to use the whisk like in the video (instead of a balloon whisk)
I just know about this whisk recently
and I was very surprised at the first time I used this whisk to whip egg white and whipping cream
maybe its the spiral shape that helps to create foam faster with less effort
if we whip with the correct technique then after about 3.5 - 4 minutes, our egg white will reach "soft peak" stage
we can see that the egg white has increased a lot in its volume
the egg white is also very shiny, glossy with smooth surface
and traces appear while we beat
if we raise the beater, some peaks can form
however, these peaks are quite soft and collapse/ cannot hold their shape
this stage is called soft-peak-stage
and in general, we don't want to use egg white at this stage...
because it's likely that the egg white will deflate when being mixed with other ingredients
hence, in most recipes, we will need to whip egg white a little bit longer, till the "stiff-peak-stage"
after the soft-peak-stage we can lower the speed of beating
as we continue beating, the egg white turns more glossy foamy and thicker
after every 30 seconds we can raise the whisk to check the peaks
when we see that the peaks can stand quite well by themselves
the tips can slightly bend but the whole peaks hold their shape well
...then our egg white reaches its stiff peak stage
and this is the stage that most recipes ask for
egg white at stiff-peak-stage is glossy, thick and quite stable
this is a mixture of egg yolks, flour, oil and milk that I prepare in advance
you can see this kind of mixture in many recipes of sponge cakes or chiffon cakes
normally, whipped egg white is required to be folded into this mixture
the folding process is basically the same for every recipe and can be done as follows
first, get about 1/3 egg white, add into the mixture and gently stir
the purpose of this step is to lighten the yolk mixture
and makes it more foamy, which allows the rest of egg white to be incorporated more easily
if we skip this step and start folding the egg white in right away
then it can be very difficult because the yolk mixture is too thick, you will need to fold longer
as a result, the egg white can be deflated
next we get another part of egg white and genlty fold it in with a spatula
this folding technique is different from stirring
first let the spatula hit the bottom of the bowl before folding over
we want to keep as much air bubbles in egg white as possible because they help the cake to rise
so, try to be gentle and fold with the right technique
dont break or deflate the egg white
the egg white should be well blended into the cake batter as in the video
there are some different versions of this folding technique
however the basic rule of all versions is to first let the spatula hit the bottom of the bowl then fold over
if we fold correctly, the final batter should look very fluffy, foamy and smooth with no large bubbles like this
...which guarantees a cake that rises in the oven

All the crap that Obama has been doing, all since Hillary Clinton LOST the Presidential
election, has been to undermine Trump's plans to save our country.

In the previous video, Ma Long practices his backhand attack against the
backspin ball of a chopper, but can't finish the point with his backhand.
However, it's not a problem for Ma Long when he uses the forehand to loop kill
this ball.
He has trained like that a thousand time.
Furthermore, the mechanism of the forehand attack is different from the
backhand attack.
The forehand topspin is much more powerful because there is no obstruction of
the body in the hitting direction.
Now look at the technique of Ma Long, you will understand it more.

legs.
