Hello friends, with you, Dinah! Welcome to my "Recipes Collection" channel.

Fruit and berry pies are popular all over the world.

Tasty, ruddy, fragrant, they are good at any time of the year,

But in summer, when the season of fresh fruits and berries - it's time to prepare this useful treat.

For these pies you can use absolutely any fruit and berries,

Fresh, canned, frozen, and thanks to their wide assortment, each time the taste of the cake will be unique.

Today I want to share a very successful and delicious recipe for this pie.

We will cook a coffee-nut pie with raspberries in jelly.

For the shape, diameter 26cm. We need:

For the cake: • 160 gr. Butter • 1 tbsp. Sugar (250 g)

• 2 tbsp. Flour (300 gr.) • 1 tbsp. Ground nuts

• 6 eggs • 40 ml. Very strong coffee (2-3 tsp soluble coffee)

• 1/2 tsp. Salts • vanillin

For jelly: • 500 ml. water • 200 gr. Sahara

• 2 bags of jelly for cakes (or 30 grams of gelatin) • 500 gr. Fresh raspberries

First, prepare the dough for the cake.

In the bowl of the mixer lay out the soft butter and lightly beat it, add sugar, vanillin and salt.

We continue to whisk.

We add to the bowl one by one, six eggs, each time whipping well.

In a well-mixed mass, a thin trickle is poured in strong coffee.

Next we add nuts, you can use any, I have a walnut, which I pre-dried in a frying pan and chopped.

In the flour, we pour out the baking powder, mix well and add the mixture to the mixer bowl.

Continue stirring the dough at low speed of the mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

This is the dough we got.

Bake cake will be in a detachable form, diameter 26 cm, the bottom of which I made with parchment paper.

We spread the dough into a uniform and distribute it evenly.

Cover the form with foil and send it to a preheated oven to 220 ° C (428 ° F), bake until cooked.

Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer, it must come out dry and clean.

My cake was baked for 50 minutes, it's completely ready, we get it.

Remove the foil, let it cool slightly.

Before removing the detachable ring, hold the knife along the edge so that the cake is easier to separate from the shape.

Remove the ring, turn the cake, remove the bottom of the form and paper.

In an inverted form, we lay the cake on the grate, and let it cool completely.

Meanwhile, while the cake was cooling down, I prepared the form in which it was baked, washed it and wiped it dry.

Shovel the forms slightly grease with vegetable oil and glue the tape of parchment paper.

In the prepared form, we lay a completely cooled cake and close the detachable ring.

We fill the whole surface of the cake with fresh raspberries.

Instead of raspberries you can use absolutely any fruit and berries.

That's what we got!

Now prepare the jelly.

In the ladle we pour out the sugar, the ready-made jelly for the cakes, mix everything well and add cold boiled water.

We send the bucket to the plate and bring the mixture to a boil.

If you are making jelly based gelatin, you can not boil the mixture.

Fill the cake with melted jelly, trying evenly to cover all the berries.

The amount of jelly is prepared at your discretion, tk. The cake is porous and some of the jelly can be absorbed into it.

Just in case, I recommend that the form is lined inside the food film so that the jelly does not leak.

Prepared pie is sent to the refrigerator until completely cooled.

Our cake is completely frozen, we get it.

Remove the detachable ring from the mold and remove the parchment paper.

We shift the cake to a dish and you can all call to the table.

Summer months, when fruit is abundant in abundance - it's time for fruit and berry pies.

These pies are always beautiful, high, very fragrant and tasty.

about that we are going to add a different kind of fragment layout files

along with the corresponding layer activity for that layered file so

likewise we are going to introduce fragment so the menus of the fragment is

in cage software the navigation drawer as we have discussed in the last

tutorial and not only in the navigation rover we also use the fragment in the

tab activity bottom navigation activity and many other places even the google

map and many of the things use the fragment activity so fragment if you if

you have a knowledge in what is a fragment and how we can able to use it

in android apps then you go to almost the basic idea of how android app is

working so in our daily life as I have discussed before in our daily life we

use many applications and most of the application really using fragments and

there and yeah today we are going to learn about it

so I know that fragment is a little bit confusing one so I'm going to show you

and explain it in one or two different tutorials so this is just a basic into

this fragment and just the introduction and the coming tutorial you will be

about how to use that fragment into this navigation drawer activity and switch

from one fragment to another using the navigation drawer items so first of all

in order to get data we how the blank activity which is a navigation rover

activity same as that from the last tutorial and we have the main activity

and many other layers files so the first thing is that we have to create a new

layout and a new Java class for a single fragment so and first of all I'm going

to create a new layer right click on the layout going to new creating layered

resource and I just want to give the name for this first fragment as fragment

oops ok fragment 1 maybe underscore one ok so now we have a layout file which is

named as fragment underscore 1 dot XML file so taking the text we have

everything same I'm going to arrange this so pressing the ctrl alt L now it's

a little bit arranger closing that and I try to create two or three fragments so

I'm going to create the second and third ok so now we have three different

fragments one is the fragment 1 2 3 ok so we have three of them so now we have

to create the corresponding activity file for each of these layered files so

first of all I'm going to create for this fragment underscore one so

right-click on the Java file there were folder right-click on that

going to new then go to the yellow class now we have to give a name I just want

to give the first class as fragment fragment one okay so fragment one and

we'll be discovering the same thing into fragment two and three so we have to

first of all we have to add all these lines recall for this fragment and the

lines record for just getting this layered file so now we got a public

class fragment one and what we have to do is that this is not just as you

activities so we have to introduce the fragment into this activity file so what

we have to do is simply add this extent then fragment so now this activity can

able to introduce layout from the fragments and they once that then all we

have to do is inside these collaborators we have to add the Alliance record to

get the wave files and the customizing edge so in the normal cases we have seen

one create as the method that introduced the setcontentview and it catches the

layered file so in this case of a fragment we have to use the one one

create view and one view created methods so for that all you have to do is

right-click between these two curly braces so I'm just right clicking over

here now over to the generate you can also get it by dispersing the out end

there and inside this small window you housing a lot of options and not know

that what off just the some options and from that all you have to do is go to

this override methods which can be opened by just pressing the control all

I'm just double clicking and show you this and all you have to do is from this

you have to find one create view one create just you can also search one

create so yeah here it is one create view and one view creator all we have to

do is keep by key pressing the control on the keyboard I'm going to select both

of these and clicking the okay and here we go now it automatically generated the

methods and all other things I'm going to remove this in this text I don't want

it because maybe you don't want it because I'm going to teach you all of

the things so now we have two different kind of methods one it's a one create

view and the second one is one whose view creator and inside that we have the

layout in flatter with a variable name as in flatter so the layout in flatter

is going to inflate that layer file into is this particular activity file so we

have view group then bundle and many things will be discussing the view group

and in the upcoming tutorials regarding this

fragment in this tutorial we are going to inflate the layout into this activity

and we are going to set up this layout so we already have created the layout

now we how to inflate that layout into this fragment so that you can able to

control the items in this layout using this fragment corresponding to that

layout file so all we have to do is you have to just remove some of the lines so

here you can see it returned super one create view there is no layout file

added so we have to remove this line in order to add the new line that catches

the layered file so we have to return then yeah we have to inflate that so in

flagged or in flat and the layout file about layout door fragment 1 ok so after

that we have to just add comma and as it is required by this one create view

methods of Hamid and container again comma and bundles every instance I just

leaving it as false and I will be discussing about this false and

container in the upcoming tutorials and finally closing that now yeah we got

that we how inflated the layout file which is fragment 1 and now here it is

all you have to do is simply copy the fragment one and replace just one with

after selecting this fragment one layer activity file I'm going to press f5 on

the keyboard to copy that class you can also press ctrl-c and ctrl-v but I guess

that f5 is better so that you can able to change the name I'm going to add

there too now in this case we have to replace this with two so now we have the

three different fragments one is a fragment 3 fragment 2 and fragment 1

and that's it so in the next tutorial we are going to use this fragment into our

navigation drawer item and we want once that user press each of the item then

user can able to switch from one fragment to another so yeah also I'll be

also adding the link all these source codes in my website which is check 0

comm which is actually under construction so as soon as possible I

will be adding all the source codes in my website so that even able to easily

navigate it and they just download it if you just want and if you're such a lazy

person to write all this code but anyways..,

You have been traveling a lot across Brazil and the conventions.

I'd like to know how is it been like,

knowing all the fans,

going to conventions in Brazil and abroad.

Tell us a bit how is it being for you.

For now, the conventions

are only here in Brazil.

But now, I think I went to 12 conventions.

So, before I went on these Power Rangers tours,

I didn't know anything of Brazil.

I knew Sao Joao da Boa Vista, my hometown in Sao Paulo state,

a bit of Rio and Sao Paulo.

Now I know Curitiba,

Recife, Salvador, Olinda...

Many places.

Which convention is the next?

This time, I will stay for 10 days in Brazil,

so it's Curitiba and Poços de Caldas, which is next to my hometown.

Unfortunately that's all.

I need to go back to Australia, because...

8 days already, so...

But I hope that this year there will be others.

And maybe others over the next years

not only here in Brazil, but we will see.

What do you like most and less about each country?

What a like less is the trip.

- It's a difficult part. - It makes sense.

I arrived before yesterday at 10 P.M.,

so that timezone is crazy.

35 hours traveling.

15 plus 15 hours of flight.

So it's not near.

It's a bit difficult, but...

I always had an huge affinity with Brazil, because I was born here.

And in Australia, my home had a lot of Brazilian culture.

A lot of music, food, we...

- Speak Portuguese. - Speaking in Portuguese.

That's how I kept my Portuguese.

In Australia, I always felt out of place.

I felt that connection with Brazil.

And I knew that I had more than only being an Australian.

But now...

Here in Brazil I love the Brazilian people,

the people from here is warm.

I like it a lot.

The Australians, sometimes, can be a bit cold,

with the English culture.

Australia is beautiful. I love Australia.

For me, Sydney is a amazing city.

So beautiful, so clean, so organized.

The only thing I think it's missing

is that warm that Brazilians have.

That's what I love about here.

Here in Brazil. Your favorite part are the people?

The people

and the Brazilian culture.

The depth of the culture, history, music...

That's what I miss in Australia, sometimes.

I love to come back here to see my family and friends.

And the fans from Brazil.

Australia doesn't have that.

- That's why... - No conventions?

There's a few, but Brazil has a lot more.

And there are loyal fans.

Power Rangers fans, so for me...

And see how much Power Rangers

imprinted in a generation of so many fans

in Power Rangers

to represent Brazil abroad.

Speaking of Brazil and Power Rangers,

And that opened doors for others actors

like Davi Passos from Dino Charge

and now Chrystiane from Ninja Steel.

Imagine, you think "I'm Brazilian,

I watch Power Rangers, I am a fan." and then

turn into an actor, a ranger,

joins into the production.

That is so awesome.

How do you feel being that door?

Do you think

there's a chance for other actors also become rangers?

Brazilian actors? Who doesn't want to be a ranger?

I remember of when...

we were talking about it here and someone asked

how was the audition

when you did Power Rangers?

Because I was also a fan.

And after years...

I think it was 8 years after I watched

Power Rangers on TV,

the opportunity of an audition arose.

Who knows someone there who is watching

with 10 or 11 years old...

It was my story.

I was 10 or 11

and never imagined that would emerge

- an audition to be a ranger. - An awesome audition.

So who knows,

the next ranger might be right there watching.

Speaking of Chrystiane,

there are rumors being published

about a crossover between Ninja Steel and Ninja Storm.

Do you know anything about it?

And as soon as I knew about it

I sent a message there asking if someone

knows about anything, and no one, for now,

from Ninja Storm knows anything.

on Australia, Wonderland.

is my Portuguese. I'd have to wait for a character...

But I think I'd have to wait

for a foreign character who's living in Brazil

or, who knows, something...

Funny that the current Pink Ranger's role, who's Brazilian,

was like that before she got the Pink Ranger role.

She also was an American who was in Brazil,

speaking a "Portuglish"...

- What a coincidence. - Was it on Malhação? (Brazilian TV show)

Yes. She spoke kinda in English.

- Is that right? - I didn't watched it.

I don't remember. I watched a few videos

and that reminded me of your story

I always was a great fan of the Brazilian music.

Growing up in Australia...

At my house there was always...

My mother is a musician. She plays everything.

Piano, acoustic guitar, accordion...

So, I love Chico Buarque,

- You love your origins. - Tom Jobim,

Djavan.

I think that Brazil...

I think there isn't another country that produced

so much music as Brazil did.

So many great musicians as Brazil did.

- Composers. - Yes.

I'd love to meet Tom Jobim,

go to a Chico Buarque concert, a Milton Nascimento concert,

I think that Brazil is a

country with a culture with so much music,

but also with great movies

and TV.

The entertainment here has improved a lot,

with many impressive productions.

That insertion of Netflix

making Brazilian productions

also enriches the country.

What I think that also helped

is that the Brazilian people supports

the Brazilian art.

Sometimes the Australian people,

when an Australian movie debuts in Australia,

they don't go to watch it.

They prefer to watch an American movie.

That helped

the Brazilian culture.

The Brazilian people supports their own culture.

So, congratulations

what are your next plans?

- Well... - Projects, ideas.

I'd love to do a Power Morphicon in Brazil.

It's a project that I'm doing with a producer here in Brazil

and I'd like to bring the other actors of Ninja Storm

to Brazil.

Maybe next year,

Unfortunately, I'll stay only 10 days here in Brazil.

Then I'll need to go back to Sydney.

But I think there will be

a lot of things to do here this year and the next.
