3 stages of recovery postpartum physique

After birth, the shape of the sister completely changed, the three-circle measure becomes unfamiliar.

The following is a postnatal care regimen to help the body return to its original state in three phases.

Phase one: This stage lasts for the first 4 weeks after birth, called a period of inactivity.

During this time the genitalia of the mother changed much, the fastest recovery also.

Women should pay attention to the following issues:

Keep your body clean, especially clean vagina by using a female sanitizer such as Lactacyd FH.

Gynoformin is diluted in cold boiled water to wash the vulva and perineum outside

Always keep dry, prevent infection after birth.

- The temperature in the room must be appropriate, because the baby room temperature should average 26 to 28 degrees Celsius

It is best to use air to open the windows to vent.

- Take good care of your breasts, every time you need to clean the breast and to remove the milk

Try to feed your baby's breast and then the opposite breast

Do not breastfeed midway because the mammary gland does not produce much milk, but it also increases the risk of colostomy, which is easy to conceal.

Clean the udder after each feeding with warm water, keeping the udder clean and dry.

- Resting completely does not work to restore the body.

- Eating: through the process of successful transcendence, physical strength is partially lost due to blood loss during birth.

Due to fatigue and loss of strength during labor, it is essential to maintain good health, especially during this period.

It is important to provide plenty of protein such as lean meats, beef, eggs, cooked foods and plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruit.

Do not eat raw, cold and fishy food.

Note when the belly should not be too tight because of abdominal distention and difficulty breathing, moderate ice comfort feeling comfortable.

- Entertainment: listening to music, watching comedies very well

Avoid watching action movies or mixed emotions because it makes women anxious at every movie.

This is not good for breastfeeding mothers.

- Body training: can walk lightly in the second week onwards, avoid lying much because it can cause discharge

Exercise with gentle movements in the morning when sunrise, so combine sunbathing for the baby, a period of 30 minutes.

This stage should not have sex.

Because of the production, the uterus is still large, the cervix is open, the placenta where the tail was not healed.

Stage 2: This period lasts about 4-6 weeks after delivery.

Anatomical and physiological changes during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as changes in all basic organs, will return to normal during this period.

Therefore, at this stage, women should pay attention to the following:

- Whole body cleansing and genitals are always clean, dry ice.

- Maintain breastfeeding day and night, this period of breastfeeding more than the first stage, on average every 2 hours breastfeed once, amount of milk 80 to 100ml.

Need to sleep enough average daily 8 to 10 hours, noon about 2 hours, night is 8 hours

Let the body regain health as well as change the anatomy and physiology are back to the original.

Need to stop swimming, badminton, running, aerobics

Because the body is returning to its original state, excessive activity will affect health.

Still maintain belly bucket daily, at night should release the bat to the body to regulate breathing as well as comfortable rest.

- After 4 weeks, sisters need to go back to obstetrics and gynecology, assess episiotomy or caesarean birth as well as general ultrasound.

To have a plan for postpartum contraception at the advice of a specialist.

At the same time, the baby is also examined to assess the health of weight and length, and prepare the shots as prescribed.

Stage 3: The period from 6 weeks to 1 year after birth.

After 8 weeks of birth the woman's body has completely recovered

Women can work, work normally, the couple can return sex.

However, this is still the period breastfeeding mothers should in every activity

Eating the mother needs to keep healthy and protect the milk supply and some points to keep in mind.

- Maintain a rest, working on average 6 to 8 hours.

Avoid staying up late and work in hazardous environments, hard work, stressful work.

- At this stage of the menstrual period again, contraception is necessary because it takes time to take care of the baby and restore health.

Depending on the economic conditions, time and suitability of the body that you choose contraception methods such as insertion of the contraceptive, oral contraceptives.

- Maintain abdominal belly during an average of 3 months, helping the body to be firm, not sagging.

Should only be maintained during the day when work activities, night should be taken out to help circulation and respiratory well circulated.

- Exercise and sport: this time on, the body has completely recovered, body shape has returned as before.

Women can participate in the sport, which they love.

Watch out for extreme sports, stress sports because it affects the health and breastfeeding.

- You need to get your baby's shots properly as prescribed in your baby's health book.

Kenapa Bahasa Inggris? (Why English?) - Duration: 3:01.

intro

After many videos that I speak with English in,

FINALLY!

I created a video with the language from my home country,

The Indonesian language

So, hi

This is how I sound when speaking Indonesian

So please stop suspecting me,

because I'm not lying about my origin

Now, why do I make my videos in English?

Well

I started an animation channel because I was inspired by Domics and other foreign animators

For the beginning I made a similar content

as first steps to suit myself in Youtube world

I really want to make Youtube as my career,

So I use English

So I can reach audiences from all over the world

And also,

I'm not confident with my speaking

My sentences aren't well structured

because this is my casual everyday speaking

So I'm bit worried

What if I make a video with this kind of dialogue?

Can people from various region understand me?

Because Indonesia has so many different regions and accents

I can be more confident when speaking English

and for me it's easier making script in English than Indonesian

Don't panic, my comrades

because in the future

I will make more content with Indonesian language

or, toast?

Now, I won't talk too much in this video

because I will travel to Malaysia at August 11th

So I hurriedly finished this video before that

By the way...

It is already August, isn't it?

it means...it will soon be

August 17th, Indonesian Independence Day

So, Happy Independence Day!

For those who are watching before the 17th,

please come back here at 17th

In this part, okay?

(singing a song that I don't dare to translate myself)

The universal sign of : get out

Hahaha, I'm such a weird person

Those who are still in school,

you will have flag ceremony and many exciting events

sigh, I kinda miss my school days

Oppo R11 Review: Pretty, But Pricey - Duration: 6:00.

It's been awhile since my last Oppo phone, the Find 7A.

It was a bad enough experience to make me avoid their phones for years.

But with their aggressive marketing these days in Singapore,

I thought I'll give them another chance.

This is a stunning looking phone.

Especially in this shade of red.

Some may call it "inspired by iPhone"

but I think Oppo took it to the next level.

It's really thin, and the curve at the sides feels great in the hand.

I also love how the antenna lines and the chamfered edges looks on the phone.

Talking about iPhone look-alike,

you even get this case in the box that looks like the one that Apple is selling.

But I'm not complaining about a free case though.

I also love how they used a black front unlike Apple,

and I also love how fast the fingerprint sensor is.

It's using a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED screen,

which looks to be the exact same panel that the OnePlus 5 is using.

Which means that while it looks good indoors,

outdoor visibility isn't that great.

The panel looks greyish under direct lighting compared to other displays, and yes,

I can even see a bit of jello effect while scrolling.

I've seen some reviews that mentioned the lack of an oleophobic coating as well,

so I'll recommend just keeping the preinstalled screen protector on.

I also wished that it copied the OnePlus 5's capacitive buttons.

It's just way more flexible, and the default android buttons

just looks a bit off when you swap the order like this.

The R11 is the first phone to utilise the Snapdragon 660 chipset,

probably the best 600 series chipset from Qualcomm so far,

and comes with a few features normally found on higher end chipsets.

It's paired with a good enough amount of storage and RAM as well.

In day to day usage,

the performance is pretty decent considering the heavy skin that Oppo uses.

Apps launches quickly, and playing games on the highest graphics settings are mostly smooth

with just a bit of dropped frames once in awhile.

So yeah, I'm pretty impressed with the chipset.

Battery efficiency seems good too even with just 3,000mAh.

A day of heavy use is easily achievable, and Oppo's fast charge solution is still one

of the best I've used.

There are 2 downside here though.

The fast charging requires a proprietary charger,

and it's still using a microUSB port.

Which I don't think is acceptable even on a mid-range phone in 2017.

I know software experiences are always quite subjective.

One man's meat, might be another man's poison.

ColorOS 3.1 is as toxic as it gets for me.

The best way to describe it would be a bad iOS clone.

From the control centre, settings page, notifications,

and the way some apps looks.

And these are things that I can't really change with a launcher.

For me I switch around iOS and Android devices frequently,

and the UI differences are sort of second nature to me now.

So when I use Android, I have a certain expectation of how things works.

Same for iOS.

Maybe I'll get used to it,

but this disconnect really throws me off.

There are some nice ideas in the software,

like the screen-off gestures, or the ability to clone some apps,

but these are really nothing new or unique.

Of course if you're specifically looking for an Android phone that looks like iOS,

this is as good as you're going to get.

Talking about being similar to iOS, the camera setup is pretty much the same story.

You get a 16MP main camera with a 20MP secondary camera that gives a simulated 2 times zoom.

It's a familiar setup to the OnePlus 5 I reviewed earlier with a few minor differences.

Like the camera actually switches at the 2 times mark rather than at 1.6 times.

The metering of the images is just a tad brighter than what I like,

but it's not a big deal.

And most importantly, the image processing actually looks better than the OnePlus 5.

The camera's dynamic range is actually decent.

Details looks good, and the camera doesn't exaggerate the colours too much.

Most of the time, it's a pretty nice experience.

You also get portrait mode of course, with a decent looking effect if the background

is not so complicated.

The secondary camera doesn't really work in low light conditions though,

so when you're zooming in, it's all just digital zoom.

Which is why I still prefer a wide angle or a monochrome secondary camera over this setup.

Image quality in low light is actually still pretty good as long as you have steady hands.

Something that I wasn't really expecting from a mid-range phone.

Video recording wise, as long as you stick to Full HD,

you'll still get decent electronic stabilisation.

One of the highlights of the phone is actually the front camera,

which is a whopping 20MP sensor.

I don't think it's necessary, but the images does looks nice.

In normal shooting mode, the camera produces natural looking selfies with nice details,

and you can simply switch to beauty mode if you want to.

At $699 Singapore dollars,

it's a pretty expensive mid-range phone.

Not to mention a few other compromises I haven't talked about,

like the lack of NFC for mobile payments,

the average sounding speaker,

and the lack of any sort of water resistance.

Then looking at the prices with a 2 years contract with a local carrier, you can get

an LG G6 at a cheaper price,

or the Xperia XZ Premium at just a tiny bit more.

Even if you're looking to buy it off contract,

the OnePlus 5 is just a better phone and a better deal.

I do get that for regular consumers,

they probably won't care about some of the things that I'm complaining about.

When you talk about the basics like the performance of the phone, the battery life,

the screen quality, and the cameras, it's actually a decent phone.

The image quality is actually better than the OnePlus 5 despite a similar setup.

But I'm going to assume that since you're watching this review,

you're a bit more interested in tech like me.

To me, at the price that Oppo is asking,

it's just not a phone that I think is worth buying.

Thanks for watching my review of the Oppo R11,

if you want to see more reviews in the future,

be sure to subscribe to my channel.

Thanks, and see you guys on the next one.

MAKING SLIME (GONE A BIT WRONG) - Duration: 3:51.

Oh my God

Measure 15 millimeters of white glue using the supplied measuring cup and pour it into the bowl

Now I'm gonna scrape down the walls of the cup to get as much of the glue out as possible.

Now I'm going to get some water and pour it in the same bowl as the glue

Now we're going to add in our paint.

Now it's time for us to add our activator

As you can see, it's slightly forming.

Now I'll attempt to knead the slime although it looks like it's a bit sticky.

Seriously, ugh this took forever to clean up lol

So once again, we're gonna add in our glue.

And we just add our activator. We're just gonna mix, and then

I'm truly for sorry for ruining the (beat) drop and replacing it with Dora music.

We're gonna go ahead with our clear slime.

Once again, we're gonna start with the clear glue

And we're gonna pour it into a bowl.

We're gonna put in our water and activator

It starts to form.

Once again, this is not working..
