#DBAGroup tells its story. CHAPTER 5. Innovation in the DNA code of DBA Group. - Duration: 1:39.

I'm the Innovation Department Manager.

It's quite a young department

despite the fact that DBA has always had an innovative spirit.

I've worked for DBA for ten years,

but I've also worked for DBA Progetti and DBA Lab,

giving me an understanding of the group's various activities.

The innovation department is involved in modern technologies,

such as the Internet of Things, big data, machine learning or AI,

and decision support systems.

We conceive and develop systems

which are able to automate industrial processes

mainly in the port sector.

We have a great team of researchers working on these systems,

who have specific degrees in automation and telecommunications,

and who combine their expertise to create very complicated systems

which integrate mathematical algorithms

into advanced automation components

and cutting-edge biometric components.

If I had to sum up DBA Group in one word,

I'd have to say "home".

The De Bettin brothers have always encouraged me to express my ideas,

ever since my first year here.

And this has made me feel at home here.

I wish I knew how to kiss.

Are you joking my ass?

I did not think it would be this easy to find a leprecorn.

Let's go chep it out!

They weren't open yet.

Man, Ireland frickin' sucks!

I like Dulbin but

it's little bit rapier than I thought.

(Inhales) Ahhhh!

(Inhales) Ahhhh!

Ironman you're cool as heck.

Why yes, the Leprecorn museum should be open right now.

Get out of my ass.

I found the Dublin Castle.

They say it's a hundred feet big

and it's not as cool as I was hoping.

Didn't think it would happen, didn't think it would happen.

Didn't think it would happen...

Danosaur.

I guess I could call it a day and leave Driblin but,

what's the point?

Yeah Dulbin's pretty cool,

I think I'll get some dogs together

and play some football later--

oh.

Whoa baby boy, Ryan's!

Whoa baby boy, Flannery's!

What is it- what is it-

what is it named after my ass?

Put a couple of small things inside my ass.

I'm at Saint Patrick's Cathedral,

but it's not even Saint Patrick's Day,

it's a- some-

it's a different day.

Holy snopes look at this billboard.

isn't it pretty as a peanut?

I think I could just stand here

and look at this billboard all--

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!

Are you joking my ass?

I'm at the Gwines Brewery,

let's go see if we can get pint of the bad juice.

Mmmm, yum, yum, yum.

Big boy drinking it up.

What a day I've had here in Dublin.

I never did get to see any leprecorns or anything

but at least I got a pint of the bad juice.

It even was the best day of my whole life.

Believe, Pray and Speak by Faith - Duration: 22:10.

KENNETH: Put the Word of God in your heart, in your mouth, in

your eyes, in your ears, and keep putting it in there, keep

putting it in there, keep putting it in there, and keep

putting it in there until it begins to come out your mouth.

(Singing) I know my God has made the way for me.

I know my God has made the way for me.

ANNOUNCER: Today on the Believer's Voice of Victory,

Kenneth Copeland teaches you to develop the love of God in your

inner man. Renew your mind to think, speak, and act in faith.

There's nothing that can defeat you because love never fails.

KENNETH: Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Believer's Voice

of Victory broadcast. Father, we praise You today, and we

worship You. And we give You honor and thanksgiving

for this broadcast today. We open our hearts, we

open our minds for revelation from heaven. And we give You all

the honor and the praise for everything that's said and

everything that's done on this broadcast today. There will be

many, many, many people all over the--everywhere the sound of my

voice is being heard today that will be healed miraculously. And

there will be many that will have situations in their lives

suddenly straightened out today. I heard you say that. And so we

want to give You praise for it right now, Sir, and give you

much worship and honor and the glory to the wonderful name of

Jesus. Amen. Hallelujah. Just as I started praying, I heard the

Lord say that, so, praise God, receive your healing. How do you

do that? Well, we've been talking about it now all last

week and then this week also. Jesus said, "Whatsoever thing

you desire, when you pray--" When you pray, that's when you

start believing. How do you start believing? You believe it

in your heart, and you say it with your mouth, "I believe I

receive. I believe I receive. I believe I receive healing," or a

better way is, "I believe I receive my healing." And go

through the Bible. All the healing scriptures belong to

you. Every one of them belong to you. And you go there and look

it up. For instance, under the curse of the law, Deuteronomy

28:22, "fever, inflammation, consumption," or tuberculosis,

all three are named in that verse as being under the curse

of the law. Galatians 3:13 says I've been redeemed from the

curse of inflammation, the curse of tuberculosis, and the curse

of fever. I've been redeemed from it in the name of Jesus. So

Father, I want to thank You. I want to thank You that I believe

Your Word. I want to thank You that that belongs to me because

Jesus is mine, and I belong to Him. And so I believe I receive

my healing from inflammation. Any inflammation in my body, any

kind of disease that's fired up inflammation in my body, I

believe I receive healing for inflammation. I believe I

receive healing for fever. I believe I receive healing for

consumption, or tuberculosis, or any other kind of lung disease.

I believe I receive it, and I thank You for it. I believe I

receive it. I thank You for it. Now let's take that situation

there with inflammation. I believe I receive my healing

from inflammation in the name of Jesus. I thank You for it, and I

forgive if I have ought against any. And I thank You. By faith,

I say it, "The inflammation is gone, and I praise You." "Yeah,

but Brother Copeland, I still feel it." Well, let's see--what

we're doing will change--it'll change it. As it changes, the

feelings change because the spiritual--the spiritual power

of faith in your spirit is being ministered from your spirit into

your body and is removing inflammation. I believe I

receive it. Now, you--as you begin this--remember, you have

the measure of faith. "I just don't have any faith." Yes, you

do. You read Romans 12:3 again. And you go back and read

Ephesians 2:8. And you go back and read Romans 10:17. Praise

God. You have it. You--either that or you're not saved. "Oh,

Brother Copeland, I know--you know, I know I'm born again. I'm

baptized in the Holy Ghost." Well, you've got faith. You

couldn't have got there without it. It is the gift of God,

praise God, not of yourself. So do you begin--if that's where

you are right now, then that's where you need to start. "I

believe faith is working in me now. I believe I receive my

faith growing." See, you're using faith to grow faith. "I

receive it. I'm strong in faith. Glory to God. I believe I

receive strength in my faith. I believe it. I receive it. I am

strong therefore in faith." See, now that's your faith speaking.

You have that measure of faith. Now, II Thessalonians 1:3, the

apostle Paul said to the church at Thessaloniki, he said, "Your

faith grows exceedingly." So now, how does faith grow? It

grows by feeding it on the Word of God. Matthew 4:4, Jesus said,

"Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that

proceeds out of the mouth of God." So the Word of God is to

your spirit man, your inner man, what physical food is to this

natural man. Now, I want to say this: You know, you can just

feed this natural man on junk all the time, and you can't keep

the thing well. And it just starts showing up--bad food and

the wrong stuff, you could get ahold of stuff that will kill

you, man. Well, the same thing is true with your spirit man.

It--the Word of God is life unto them that find them. The

Word--faith cometh by hearing, hearing by the Word of God, not

religion, the Word of God, the Word of faith, the Word of love,

the Word of joy. Glory to God. Amen. So start feeding on it

every day, day in, day out, every day, every day, feeding

your faith, every day feeding on healing, feeding on the

prosperity promises of financial situations you're facing. Faith

works the same. You believe in your heart, and you say it with

your mouth. "I want to thank You. Praise God. I believe I

receive my financial miracle today." "Well, how much--you

know, how much are you believing for?" "Well, you know, all I can

get." Well, that ain't any good. You need to take the time and

get before the Lord. Find out what His desire is in your life,

where you need to be going financially. You need to be

increasing financially. Don't just sit around and just take

what you--what you can get. No, no, no, no, no. Now, you're

feeding your faith on the Word. Go back and get these

broadcasts, feed on them, watch them over and over and over and

over again. And then give it a rest for a couple of days, and

then go back and do it again. Go back and do it again. Look up

all these scriptures, praise God, and begin to confess, "I'm

a new creature. I have the measure of faith that God has

given me. Glory to God. Hallelujah. I'm a new creature,

and I'm strong in the Lord." See, you're feeding your faith.

You keep feeding your faith. You keep saying it with your mouth

because you believe it in your heart. Don't get sidetracked by

your feelings and start saying something else. Just before

I--well, I was getting dressed this morning, and Gloria walked

in, said, "You're teaching on faith again today?" I said,

"Yes, ma'am." She said, "Well, don't say anything that you

don't want to come to pass." I said, "Yeah, that's good." She

said, "That's just coming across my spirit and across my mind,

'Don't say anything that you don't want to come to pass

because you have what you say.'" That's the way the system is

built. That's the way it works. So-- "Well, it just doesn't work

for me." Oh, so that's what you want to come to pass. Mm-hmm,

well, if you say so. "No, no, Brother Copeland. No, that's not

what it was." Don't say that. Put the Word in your heart, in

your mouth, in your eyes, in your ears, and keep putting it

in there, keep putting it in there, keep putting it in there,

and keep putting it in there until it begins to come out your

mouth with you having to think about it. I'm going to say that

again. Keep feeding on the Word, keep putting it in there, keep

putting it in your eyes, putting it in your ears. Go to Proverbs

4:20, 21, and 22 and it will tell you exactly the process for

receiving. "Incline thine ear--Attend to my word," put the

Word of God first place; "incline thine ear unto my

sayings." What it says is right and not what you thought or

felt. "Don't let them depart from your eyes." You keep

feeding it--putting your eyes on it. Begin to see yourself

healed, begin to see yourself with it, begin to see yourself

prospering, begin to see yourself strong in faith. Amen.

That's the way you do it. But you-- "Well, now, this--I'm

telling you, this lemonade that I've got here, this is good for

me. I believe in that. Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah, that's just good right

there. That's good. I believe in that." Now, see, that could be

something that the doctor told you, and you set it right there

by your bedside. I got it. It ain't gonna do you any good.

You've got to get it in you. Well, it's the same thing with

the Word of God, and it says, "Protect your heart with all

diligence; for out of it flow the forces or the issues of

life." "They are health to all that find them, and medicine to

all their flesh." God's Words are health. God's words are

literally medicine to your flesh, but like the

prescription, you have to get it in the system for it to do any

good. So that's where you feed it. You feed on it all the time.

You don't take two or three days off and just feed on a bunch of

junk, just pure bunk. It'll do the same thing that bad food

does to your physical body. Amen. So, now then, let's go

back over to I John. Well, we're not with that. Thank You,

Father. Stay in a place of receiving. Stay on the God side

of everything. God's on your side. He's not doing--now, the

devil will come along and tell you He doesn't care anything

about you, but he's a liar from the start. Amen. So stay on the

God side of everything. Don't start talking crosswise about

your faith. "Well, my faith is so weak. Well--" No, no, no, no,

no. Don't be doing that. Don't be saying things that you don't

desire to come to pass. Say those things that you desire to

take place and continue to say them. Feed on the Word and

continue to say it. Feed on the Word and continue to say it.

Praise God. Just continue to say it. Amen. Continue to say it.

Continue to say it. Feed on healing scriptures. It will keep

you well. Praise God. Thank You, Father. Now, I John 4, and let's

begin reading again with the 16th verse, "We have known and

believed the love that God has to us. God is love; and he that

dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is

our love made perfect--" Now, that word "perfect," it's

talking about developing, talking about maturing, talking

about being in constant state of growth, and exercising it.

"--that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as

he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love." Well,

of course not, God is love. Isn't that what that said? "God

is love." "But perfected love," developing, growing, practicing

love, "casts out fear." As you begin to speak love words, as

you begin to renew your mind on the love of God, as you begin to

grow in the Spirit as these things--your spirit begins to

fill up with these things, then the fear that was in there,

that's carnal stuff. That's not--it operates in the same

envelope, the same spiritual envelope as faith. It is a

spiritual force, but it is 100 percent weak. I tell you what,

it is so easy to get rid of fear when you fill up on the Word of

God, you fill up on the love of God, you begin to confess it, "I

refuse to fear. Glory to God. I rebuke you, spirit of fear. I'm

not--I am not connected with you. And I love my neighbor as

myself. I love my God with all my heart, all my soul, all my

mind, and all my strength. I love the brethren even as He

loves the brethren. And glory to God, I walk in His statute. And

I do those things that are pleasing in His sight. And He

fulfills the length of my days and takes sickness from the

midst of me!" I mean, it just--and fear just collapses in

the middle of all that. Amen. Now, "There is no fear in love;

perfected love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He

that fears is not made perfect--" He's not been

developing the love of God, because if you're majoring on

love, then when fear presents itself, love just rises up and

just hammers it. Amen. I know what I'm talking about. All of

these things are done by faith. But faith worketh by love. So

you're using your faith to develop your love, and you're

using the love that's been shed abroad in your heart by the Holy

Ghost in developing your faith. Hallelujah. So one is working in

developing the other, but you've got to watch this thing. It's

all what you believe in your heart and say with your mouth is

what's coming to pass. Amen. I mean, that's the way the system

works. Last week, we went through--we went through a

whole--that we went through one, two, three, four, five, six,

seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17. We went

through 17 scriptures on the power of words. In the 12th

chapter of the book of Matthew, Jesus said, praise God, "You

are--you'll stand judgment for every idle word. You are

justified by your words, and you are condemned by your words."

Look at that. All judgment happens right here. Amen.

And--well, we won't take time to go through all that again, but

like Job 3:10 said, "Let the weak say--" "I'm weak. I'm so

tired. I don't know what I'm going to do." No, no, no. It

said, "Let the weak say, I'm strong." This is a word

created--now listen to me. We're going to get something right

here. You've heard me say this part before. This is a

word-created, word-dominated, word-controlled environment in

which we live. Now, you can't change that. You can't change

that fact that we live in a word-created, a word-controlled,

a word-dominated environment. You can't change that, but you

can choose the words under which you are ruled. You can't change

the fact that it's words, but you have authority to change the

words that dominate and rule your life. Amen. Now, let me add

this to it: "In the beginning, God said, Light be. Light was."

That's the way He brought everything into existence. Back

up. "In the beginning, Love said--" So let me put it like

this: We live in a Love/Word-created, a

love/Word-controlled, a Love/Word-dominated environment.

He upholds all things by the Word of His power. Yeah, but

wait a minute. "In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with

God, and the Word was God." Wait a minute, back--back up. "In the

beginning was the Word, the Word was with love, and the Word was

love." Glory to God. The Word of love brought it all into

existence. It is the Word of love that's upholding it all

today. So if you will get the Word of God and the love of God

developed inside your inner man and renew your mind to think

like that and to talk like that and act like that, I want you to

know, there's nothing on this earth that can defeat you,

because love never fails. It may look like it's all going to fail

and go down the tube, but, glory to God, if I go down the drain,

I want you to know something, this is going down under me.

This Word of God and the love of God, Who is love, Who is God, is

going to have to go down that same drain because I'm standing

on Him. I'm standing with Him. I'm standing with--hallelujah.

Whoo! Glory to God. Well, I'll be back in just a moment.

DIY Wood Sign - Duration: 1:53.

Hi, I'm Tara with the Hobby Lobby Creative Studio!

Maybe you've been searching for that perfect piece to go over your mantel.

Or maybe it's just time to change out the decor you already have.

Either way, you're going to love today's project: a customizable wood sign.

You'll start with a wood plaque and add wood appliques.

I'm using gel super glue to adhere mine.

Once they're set, paint on a thin layer of chalky-finish paint and let it dry.

And now for the customizing part.

Stencils and hand lettering are a couple of my favorite looks.

They're quick and easy but still let you get as creative as you want.

When the paint is dry, lightly sand the plaque to give it a nice worn look and to bring out

the wood grain underneath.

Now let's add the finishing touches.

I'm going with a decorative tack on each applique.

You'll find several different styles in the Crafts Department.

And instead of attaching hanging hardware to the back, I'm going to give the front

a little more decoration with bronze-plated handles.

Just hammer them right onto the plaque… …and slip some ribbon through for hanging.

Glue to secure, and it's ready to display.

I attached mine to a pre-made wreath, but you could also leave it just like it is.

It'll look great no matter how you style it.

We have tons of options when it comes to wood embellishments for crafts of all kinds.

Be sure to browse the aisles and let us know what you're making!

Korea succeeds in developing its first light aircraft for commercialization - Duration: 4:43.

The nation's Leisure aviation is still very much in its infancy.

But playing catch-up is something Koreans have a knack for.

This year, a 2-seater light aircraft was developed.

80 percent of it made using home grown technology.

Oh Jung-hee sheds light on the technological breakthrough as well as the obstacles to clear

for the industry to take flight.

Flying high into the sky and looking down on the earth below -- it's a dream that many

have fantasized about in the past.

Flight has come a long way since the Wright brothers first took to the skies over a hundred

years ago,... and with rising incomes across the globe,... more and more people dream of

flying their own airplanes as private pilots.

The United States and a few European countries are leading the light aircraft market.

The industry is just getting started in Korea; though the country exports its T-50 supersonic

jet, one of the world's few trainer jets,... it hadn't produced any aircraft for personal

use.

But, this year... a two-seater light aircraft was fully developed for the first time in

Korea... and is now having test flights.

"It's been a long, seven-year journey for Korean researchers, firms and the government

to develop this aircraft, the KLA-100.

The plane is already drawing lots of attention... due to its cutting-edge technology and relatively

low price."

The aircraft can fly at maximum speed of 245 kilometers per hour... for up to 6 hours.

Its body is made of a light carbon composite... and the plane is equipped with an automatic

flight control system and digitalized instrument panel,... all made with home-grown Korean

technology.

There's also a parachute for safe landing in emergencies.

The plane will set you back around 130-thousand U.S. dollars,... relatively cheap, with similar

aircraft costing around 160-thousand dollars.

"Up to 80-percent of the plane's technology is purely Korean technology... mainly used

for the control system, landing gears and hardware.

Of course there are other aircraft with similar strengths as ours in the market already, but

they're expensive.

Ours has a strong price competitiveness."

Usually it's just ordinary people with licenses who want to enjoy leisure sports or personal

travelling... that fly light aircraft.

Pilot Lee Yoon-sang says the aircraft is very sophisticated and agile,... easy to learn

for beginners.

"Before I came to join this project, I flew Cessna 172 and small planes like Eurostar.

But compared to those airplanes, this plane is very easy to fly -- that means, easy to

learn.

It's very good, especially for the beginners."

KLA-100 was developed to satisfy rising demand in Korea... as well as to be sold overseas

-- mainly to China and Southeast Asia... and ultimately to America and Europe.

The aircraft is expected to boost the local economy by over 10-million U.S. dollars and

create 2,000 jobs.

Its development is not only significant in that it's Korea's very first commercialized

plane... but also in that it will enable the development of other fourth industrial revolution

technologies.

"KLA-100 can serve as a test-bed for many technologies Korea wants to develop... like

electric planes or unmanned aircraft.

This is very important because if we buy and use planes from other countries, it's difficult

to test new technologies as we don't have much data on the plane itself."

Since 2014, the Korean government is carrying out projects to stimulate the leisure aviation

industry... and regional governments are establishing airstrips.

The country hopes to expand its aviation technology to ultimately produce larger airplanes in

the future.

"Korea's technology was a bit too weak to produce large airplanes, so we chose to start

with light aircraft,... the entry barrier of which is relatively lower.

Now with the KLA-100, the basic infrastructure is set up... to finally develop 50-seater

airplanes in the future."

The creation of the KLA-100 is the culmination of what many in the industry have long dreamed

of.

But at the same time, it's only the start of a new breakthrough in Korea's aviation

industry... and the beginning of another journey to develop aircraft using 100-percent Korean

technology.

Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.

Things We Take For Granted Living In the US - Duration: 6:20.

Hey there so I live abroad and there are things that when I got to my my location

that I was like, what! You can't get that here? So today we are going to talk about

things that you take for granted when you live in the US. stay with me Hello

lovely people Kellie here so I wanted to share, put that over here, I wanted to

share with you guys things that you take for granted living in the US, So if you

don't know I live abroad, I no longer live in the US and so I have a different

appreciation for some of the things that I can't get here that were so easy and

readily available in the u.s. so I have six things on my list they are not in

any particular order but I just want y'all to appreciate man appreciate!

Right ok so the number one thing that you all take for granted getting in the

u.s. are certain foods like here getting grits,

yeah like grits, don't mess with me. Cornmeal and even cheese is a bit of a

challenge you go into the grocery store and it's like scavenger hunt! What can't

I finds today? So it's kind of like, wow ok let's go on a hunt and some things

you have to either special order if they don't get a request for you will never

see it mm-hmm exactly never ok so the number 2 thing is

getting mail. I have been to a few different countries where getting mail

is a challenge, you gotta mule yo shit in. It's like hey anybody coming from

the US? Can you bring me grits!? You know, so getting mail is actually a challenge

it's not like you can have people put together care packages for you and some

countries will allow certain things in and some countries will not allow

certain things so even if they mail you a care package, it may

still not get there. So those of you that are bitching and moaning about the US

Postal Service, trust me you better be dang gone happy because yeah it don't work

that way all over the world. Okay so the number three thing that you should be

grateful for if you were in the states that uber drivers know how to read GPS

for real every time I call uber they can never find me and then when they do

finally find me they don't know where I'm going but you got GPS and they'll be

like is this where you're going I'm like dude I've never been there before you

live here I don't or I haven't been here very long so that's why Uber gives you

turn by turn because I don't know where the hell I'm going you're supposed to know where

the hell I'm going that's why you driving right okay so the next thing that you

all should be grateful for is especially if you chocolate being able to find

lotion that does not have whiteners in it for real we don't all want to be

vanilla folk I am can you see my queendom

can you see my queendom I'm loving being chocolate I dig this mocha latte Chocolat,

whatever the hell you want to call it this melanin happening all up and

through here okay I love it and I don't want to just have the white face from

trying to put lotion on or sunscreen or whatever so till you take it for granted

that you can get lotion so I am a coconut oil gal because it won't change

my skin color and it's easier to find than lotion that does not have whiteners

like seriously so the next thing that people take for granted is that

everybody knows English and I'll be honest with you so this is funny when I

got ready to move to the country that I currently live in

I was like well maybe I should learn you know some of the language and everybody

was oh no no no it's fine they speak English they speak English

they speak English mm-hmm they do speak some English but they

don't understand a lot of it so let me flip back to a story with uber so I you

know you look at have the little app, uber driver and I was on one side of the street

there was a median in the middle of the road and then he was on the opposite

side of the street and you know he don't know me from a hole in the wall so he

calls me up and he goes do you see my truck I says yeah I see your truck I'm

across the street I'm headed your way he says do you see my truck so

about that time was in the middle of the road I was like yeah I'm in the median

and I'm coming right there and he goes don't see my truck I said click I'll be

there when I get there he was asking the question but he know what the hell I was

saying so learn the basics because just because they speak English does not mean

they truly understand what the hell you saying okay so I said that this list

wasn't in order of importance but I kind of lied so I guess technically speaking

this is my last thing that you might take for granted but it's like at the

top of my list Amazon does not deliver everywhere I know I know I said but

here's the problem I don't appreciate that Amazon don't deliver everywhere so

you know what screw this nonsense, I am out of here I'm headed back to the US BYE

Organic versus GMO Foods: Top Reasons to Choose Organic and Avoid a Chemical Cocktail! - Duration: 10:44.

Imagine this. Imagine going to the store and here's a can of pesticide

and over here is a can of hormones would you go into a store and buy, oh I want that

can of hormones and I want that can of pesticides and you bring it home and you

just start drinking and eating it would you do that?

Thank you so much for tuning in for another episode of Our 2nd Act with

Paige and Silke for YOUR second act of life ...that's right for your second act

of life, thanks so much for tuning in Paige I wish you were in studio that we

can do this together I know soon Silke I'll be there soon

well this is the next next best thing so we will be carrying on you know in

studio together and on Skype but this way we will be coming to you once a week

with an important topic that we want to share with with our demographic and

today we're going to jump right into the heated argument if you will all over the

internet about organic versus non-organic or GMO Paige

why is eating organic why is that something that especially at this time

there in our life that we need to pay attention to ...well you know if you think

about it Silke our population how much did we not know when we were growing up and the

foods that we were eating and the pesticides and the you know things that

weren't natural that we were ingesting in our body and now here we are second

actual second act of life and we have a lot of inflammation in the body so I

don't know if there's any clear-cut research A plus B equals C this is what

happens but I can talk to you about personally with my husband who's had

chronic illness with levels of inflammation my patients with levels of

inflammation and me asking what kind of foods do you eat you know organic not

organic and if you know if they're eating some organic and some not organic

what foods especially vegetables and fruits are they eating that they don't

buy organic if I can tell you off the tip of my tongue this could be right

this could not be right but out of my research if you're going to have certain

fruits and vegetables that are not organic because it can be very expensive

like strawberries and apples buy organic buy organic so well we're going to get

into that a little bit more in detail but I do want to just you know emphasize

what you just said is whole issue with inflammation why is

inflammation is the so important Paige you know my understanding is really the

root of all illness and it gets worse and worse as we age ...yeah it does and I

don't think there's any pinpoint of exactly what causes every piece of

inflammation but you think about it we're talking about organic versus non-organic

right now right right if we're going to ingest food that has pesticides and

things that aren't healthy for you our bodies are not meant and made for taking

that in and breaking it down so of course it's going to do something to our

body right right just common sense so all these

layers of inflammation that go on the body create a virus create so many

different chronic illness joint pain brain fog difficulty with the gut gut

issues neurotransmitter issues that all affect everything that

we do and our daily living yeah well and I think to me you know

when I read some of the controversy between the two sides it's not you know

whether if organic food is really more nutritious is it is it not is the

pesticide issue it's the hormones is the antibiotic that's that that's where I

you know where I get swayed because I don't want to eat the growth hormones

and everything else that that is in meat of course you know we stay away from a

lot of the meat already but in dairy products ...yeah and if you think about it

when we reach 50 the late 40 50 especially for women the hormonal changes that are

going through and then you're ingesting what you had just said into your body

when we're already having hormonal issues I mean that's a recipe for a

perfect storm of issues problems chronic illness you name it

how do we implement organic eating I mean it is it is it not too late at this

point will it make a difference what what can people expect if they just

change at this point ... I'll tell you I've seen this just with my patients and

clients that who are very ill now of course there is other

components medically going on that they had to address when they change their

diet and they started eating foods that didn't have the pesticide the

antibiotics the things that you were talking about and they started to really

pay attention to what they ingested they started to feel better, their brain

started to operate better now does that mean just eating this type of food is

going to make it completely better I would say that illness is complex

there's components to every piece of it but when you start to turn to pesticides

herbicides whatever it is antibiotics and take that out of food that you eat it's

going to make a shift and a change in your body ...you know from your experience

what are some just some guidelines on food that you if at all possible buy it

organic and if not what can you do ...so not that I'm the expert because we're

going to have an expert on but just what I have learned that you know there's

certain vegetables and fruits if it's in the ground buy organic because of those

pesticides in the ground you don't know what's in the soil imagine this imagine

going to the store and here's a can of pesticides and over here is the can of

hormones would you go into a store and buy oh, I want that can of hormones isn't I

want that can of pesticides and you bring it home and you just start

drinking and eating it would you do that I don't think so

that's a great point ... when you think about your food really choose hmmm do I want

to drink those hormones do I want to drink those pesticides do I want to

drink or eat those antibiotics so I know the original question was were there

specific foods I do know strawberries and apples I've been told to make sure

that you always get organic and you know there's going to be times that you can't

get organic for whatever reason whether and ...why is that why are strawberries and

you know I'm not sure I don't know but I've always been told and what I've read

is that strawberries and apples are going to do anything I don't know if

it's because it seeps so much into the fruit that might be a really good

question for our expert yeah ... but here's a tip that if you

have some vegetables and fruits that you just for whatever reason couldn't get

organic get a bowl of water put it in a sink put them in there and then pour

white vinegar in there and just let it sit for a few minutes take it out and

let it dry it's supposed to kind of pull things out they also have particular

light bulbs that you can buy you put the food fruits vegetables underneath that

are supposed to extract and pull out the impurities of it you can also use Reiki

for it or types of energy work to actually put over your food so

energetically that changes and shifts the food better so your body can digest

and it's healthier you know and this could be people out

there listening going oh yeah you know there's woohoo stuff you know and the

scientists you know that create all this GMO stuff so what do you say to

that to that argument that you know GMO is is better really than organic because

you can produce more you take up less land I mean I don't know if we really

even want to go down that road ...I'll go down that road okay I go back to because you

know how much that I work with the body right so I or anything I'm going to go

back to walking in that store and picking up those hormones and picking up

those antibiotics yeah if it's not natural to our body there's always going

to be some type of an effect that happens within the body and not just

physically but mentally emotionally and energetically as well mm-hmm and we can

reproduce as much as you want but how are we reproducing it and can it digest and

it doesn't fit into the natural component of our body probably not so

why not when you're in a grocery store pick up things that don't have

pesticides or hormones or antibiotics in it wouldn't that this make sense but I

do want to say one thing about that Silke... okay I believe that every

person in the world should be able to afford to eat organic food it should not

be at a high price because guess what you don't take care of your body you end

up in the doctor's office you end up with illness you end up with disease and

that wraps into healthcare system and the high cost I mean it's a whole

vicious cycle ...yeah well in I think that there's a lot of people out

there you know bringing us organic food at an affordable price there's all kinds

of new businesses yes thank God ... cropping up for lack of a better word and

we're going to be linking to lots of new businesses and articles etc we're also going

to be talking with nutritionists that specialize and know a lot about organic

cooking and preparation so you know we'll be bringing you some specific ways

of being able to implement healthy organic eating you know I'm excited

about talking to our experts and I'm so looking forward to having you back in

studio soon ...thank you for joining us on Our 2nd Act with Paige and Silke for

your second act of life ... yes I'm having fun with that tag line okay Paige talk
