【MUKBANG】 Chinese Popular Luosifen Noodles! That's More Than I Expected!! 8.6Kg, 11653kcal[Use CC] - Duration: 8:54.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (English subs by ~Aphexx~)

so today tadaa! I'll be making something that is popular in China ?luo sui fen?

~chinese is difficult to pronounce and I'm not sure if I said it correctly~

is what its called

recently I just started using weibo an SNS that also shows videos on its platform

and on there I asked everyone what is popular in china and they told me about this

and its only been a month since I started using weibo and I've already crossed 600k followers ~so happy~

thank you so very much I've received so many comments there

and there are even people who respond to me in Japanese on there I'm really thankful to you guys

alrighty lets get cookin'

this is the instant ?luo si fen?

and inside is.... tadaa

all this was inside it aside from noodles its full of flavor packets

lets start by boiling some bok choy

after washing and cutting the bok choy boil it in salted water for about 30-40 seconds

cook till the centers of these start getting a bit transparent

these will be used as toppings so set them aside

boil the noodles

they sort of remind me of 'harusame' vermicelli they look like they're made from rice

I'll be making 10 packs worth this time and since they all won't fit into the pot

I'll be making 5 packs worth in this regular sized pot

they've softened right up and are starting to lose its transparent look

and once again boil up 500ml of water then add our cooked noodles and this 'yuba' (tofu product)

and cook the noodles till they can be cut using just chopsticks

and after transferring to a bowl add the soup

bamboo shoots, and this was called 'gr. bean' but, really, what is it?

the bok choy, quail eggs, peanuts,

and add vinegar and sesame chili oil to taste

tadaa they're done don't they look yummy

these are the famous ?luu su fun?

10 packs worth wouldn't fit into one of these bowls so I split it into 2 bowls

there's the same amount in both

as far as weight goes w/o the bowl its 4.3kg so both of them is roughly 8kg

I made a bit much

if it was purely food (mass) I wouldn't probably be able to eat all this but I'm able to eat quite a lot if there is soup as well

itadakimasu the noodles are so slick and look so yummy

this is what the broth looks like its got ra-yu chili oil in it

its super delish the noodles are so slick and have a bit more bite

than 'harusame' vermicelli its like something just between a ramen and harusame

the noodles are so thick that they aren't like a harusame vermicelli at all

yum

these are kinda light and easy to eat

and the soup is uncomplicated in its flavoring its a very chinese-y flavored soup

its a flavor that is easy to drink and its got so many ingredients in it

I'm amazed at how deluxe this instant noodle dish is

chinese food is so yummy I don't think we have this dish here in Japan just yet

the noodles are truly delish and since they're made of rice it reminds me of 'Bifun' (correction: pho)

but these feel smoother and have a bit more bite than 'bifun' (correction: pho)

oh wait no.... no its not bifun I was thinking of PHO.... its PHO, PHO

there is qual egg in it

so many toppings for an instant noodle and with all that is in here the only thing extra that I

added here is the bok choy

the gr. bean is flavored nicely it really adds to the yumminess

this is yuba (tofu) seems so healthy

the bok choy is so crisp and delish

so hot in here

I think I over did it on the ra-yu sesame chili oil its a bit on the spicy side now

the peanuts give it a nice tasty flavor that is so delish

the noodles are so slick

so hot right now

I really did over do it on the ra-yu chili oil its rather spicy

so sweaty right now if I don't speed things up this bowl will get soggy

but wait a minute these noodles might not get that soggy

just like pho these don't get as soggy as (wheat) flour based noodles

so hot

K, so mostly its just the soup that remains and since the noodles might get soggy I'm going to

start on this bowl right away

the noodles are so smooth

this chinese ra-yu chili oil might be spicier and hotter than our japanese ra-yu

oh no its not at all perhaps its the soup itself that was spicy

I totes thought it was spicy from all the ra-yu its got that strong sesame flavor to it now

the smooth noodles don't get too soggy

its so yummy with all these different toppings in it

its so yummy when you mix em' all up with all the flavors coming together

I especially love these 'yuba' tofu

they remind me of 'age' (tofu product)

SPICY~~~~

adding some vinegar really changes things up so nicely

I really did overdo things with the ra-yu BUT!!! BUT!!!! even after adding it there is this much remaining

they're super generous aren't they

~since they gave me so much of it I totally thought that it was OK to dump a whole lot of it in

but it might just be that the soup itself is spicy

so today there was a bit too much so I'll be leaving this soup

and its so spicy as well I added too much ra-yu to it ~I'm so sorry~

gochisosamadeshita this ?luo si fen? was super delish

they're a lot like pho but there's something a bit different these feel a bit more 'noodlier'

and it was so yummy from all the extra toppings that they loaded into it

the peanuts and yuba were my faves among them

the quail egg were yummy as well

thinking back there wasn't any meat in it ~well... perhaps there was some used in the preparation~

and there wasn't anything written on the packages saying the contrary

and it did actually say to add the ra-yu and vinegar to taste and I went and added too much of the ra-yu to it

the vinegar and ra-yu really helped stimulate the appetite

and I made a bit more than I expected today

perhaps I'll make a porridge out of these later

adding some egg would maybe help to combat the spiciness as well

special thanks to all the chinese people who told me about this

this ?luo sufen? was so yummy if you have the chance please give it a try

and if there is anything you'd like me to do or eat please tell me about it in the comment section or via twitter

or even on Weibo as well if you liked this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI

I Love You, America: The Song (Official) • I Love You, America on Hulu - Duration: 4:44.

I love you, America from sea to shining sea

From the East Coast to the West

And whatever's in between

I love you, America

The old red, white and blue

I love you, America

And everyone in you

Ow!

I love you, men

I love you, women

I love straights and I love gays

I love all the Americans

From places far away

I love you if you're Haitian or Korean or Irish

I love that you're Mexican

And I love that you're from--

uh, Afghani--uh, Lyb--Tur--

- North Carolina. - Carolina

I love black people, I love whites

And Asians, too

I love Latinos, Muslims, Christians

Buddhists and the Jews

Wait a minute. What am I doing?

I'm listing kinds of people.

I'm categorizing human beings

and putting them into little, individual boxes.

I mean, whether I mean it or not,

I'm part of the problem.

I love you, mailman person

I love you, bus driver, too

I love you, police officer

Well, that's--yeah, that's easy for me to say.

I mean, I can walk into any encounter with the police

assuming they're gonna serve and protect me.

That's my luxury. That's called white privilege.

You know, a few years ago, I was sitting around

and I go, wow, there's a real epidemic

of cops murdering unarmed black teenagers.

And then I realized that's not an epidemic.

That's how it's always been.

I'm just aware of it now because of social media.

And I was so f***ing ashamed.

And, f***, I just wanna be a good ally.

How can I be a good ally?

- It's not my job to teach you how to be a good ally.

- Right, no, I know. You're right.

Of course. But there's no way I can know

unless someone whose experience I could never understand

is willing to-- - Sarah.

Seriously, take a class or something.

I'm busy. I'm not all black people.

I'm just me. I'm just Retta.

I love that about you

I love you, liberal bubble

I love you, racist South - Hey.

- I love you all so much

I wanna put you in my mouth

I love you, California

New York City, too

I love whatever this state is

Uh, I said California, right?

I love you, Indians

I mean, Native Americans.

Oh--First Americans.

Ugh, I can keep up.

I said I can keep up. [laughs]

I'm great!

I love you, America

Amber waves of grain

And those corn fields and those corn fields

And--Jesus Christ, there's so many corn fields.

We make so much corn. This is crazy.

Holy s***. F***.

I love you, America

Purple mountains majesty

From the Great Lakes to the Great Plains

To America's p***y, the Grand Canyon.

I love you, people who didn't sign waivers for this

I love super hot guys

And I love big, fat pieces of s***

I love-- Oh, that-- [coughs]

Oh, that's too high.

I--I--I--I--I--

I love you, America

The old red, white and blue

I love you, America

But not everything you do

You know, sometimes I just--

I get really, really mad at you

and the stupid s*** that you do.

And how you vote for these rich f***s

that lie to your faces and then

systematically rape you of your rights

and your job and your healthcare.

And then you call me Hollywood elite?

Dude, I'm from f***ing New Hampshire.

And you're mad at me for wanting the best for you

and for getting pissed when you vote against

your own best interests.

I'm caring about you.

I'm condescending to you.

[snapping]

You kitty, why don't you run away?

Are you a homeless cat?

Today I want to show you some landscape.

So I came to here by bicycle.

But maybe you don't know what is there.

Anyway I show you.

Here we go, 3, 2, 1.

What is that?

Do you see that?

You see?

It's a river.

I can't see the river from this point. I'm standing at a bank.

It looks like the Amazon.

Lawless area...

I can see the river only there.

This place is one of my favorite place.

But I don't live around here.

Recently I always stream and didn't make a film.

So I'm shooting normal film today.

Anyway this film will be shit.

I always use a laptop so my eyes are tired.

When I see that kind of empty place, I don't feel any stress for my eyes.

But my eyesight is...ups, someone coming.

That guy is jogging now.

Is this T-shirt good?

And back style...

Can you see it?

I got from Furia when they came to Japan.

I show you again. Is it a forest?

Is it the jungle?

It looks broccoli...

A train coming...

I can't see any river.

In the wintertime, these trees are dead and it also looks beautiful.

Yeah, there is the river.

EP11 170321 COOBER PEDY - Duration: 6:20.

Hi! So, I'm in Coober Pedy finally.

Had something like a sleep, and it's about 9 am,

surprisingly chilly.

I have a day here, so I'm just gonna wonder around.

This is what the "opal capital of the world" looks like.

Ever since the opals were discovered, European settlers have been coming here,

mesmerized by it's multicoloured glow,

and the money it promised.

I already made friends with 3 dogs, had breakfast

and... alas, I lost my sunglasses,

and got myself some earrings.

This is an absolute middle of nowhere.

So quiet...

I'm not sure what someone who is not a photographer would be doing here,

but that - that thing over there -

is a photographer's postapocalyptic dream!

It's getting hotter and hotter!

So this is Old Timer's Mine -

which one of the shop owners recommended me to go to.

They're shining in the walls...

And this is a model of a local home.

Heat has pushed most of the people to live underground, in homes called "dugouts",

and the tradition continues to this day.

If a family needs more space, they just dig a few more rooms,

sometimes discovering opal treasures in the process. Pretty cool, hey?

I have been to caves before, but not opal ones!

It's very beautiful,

and there are also opalised seashells, which got me curious

about what is opal to begin with.

I've never done that research. I should!

A bit more about mining: this is a blower.

it works as a giant vacuum cleaner that sucks up rock from a shaft.

Oh, look! A... flower pot!

Oh, look! A spaceship!

Actually... as I later learned, it is a spaceship.

From a movie called "Pitch Black". Some other films have been shot here, including

"Mad Max", "Red Planet" and "Priscilla, queen of the desert".

Dust hangs in the dry air,

and flies are chasing every living being in constant search for precious moisture.

What is amazing, is that this used to be sea.

It used to be underwater.

Long-long ago, millions of years ago this - all of this - was underwater.

Plesiosaurs, giant squids swimming all around...

clams and crabs living their lives...

And then the sea disappeared, living fossils behind.

encased in stone, bones and shells slowly disintegrated,

partly replaced by silica from the sand, dissolved by evaporating water.

Silica hardened and became an opal.

That is why there are opals in form of seashells and belemnites - ancient squids.

Quite amazing, isn't it? Desert that used to be a sea.

It's almost 8, and I've come again to this car.

Crazy, insanely awesome scrap-metal car.

A camper-van, transformed into a mining device,

left in the middle of nowhere for scrap metal,

which will probably look amazing at night!

I'm gonna wait till it gets darker.

A rusty monster,

like Frankenstein's creation it seems to be stitched together from different parts.

Forgotten and abandoned in the heat of the desert.

CNN 10 | October 2, 2017 | An independence movement in Spain | Daily Listening - Duration: 10:01.

Thanks for starting up your week with CNN 10, your objective explanation of world news.

I'm Carl Azuz at the CNN Center.

First, today, we're taking you to southwestern Europe.

There are about 49 million people who live in the nation of Spain.

Sixteen percent of them

live in Catalonia.

This is a wealthy region of Spain that held a referendum, a vote yesterday on whether

Catalonia should become an

independent country.

Catalonia has its own government, which determines much of the region's health care, education

and tax collection policies.

But Catalonia also

pays tax to Spain and some of the politicians who wanted to be independent say it's unfair

for the tax money from wealthier regions like Catalonia to

go toward funding other parts of Spain.

But back in 1978, more than 90 percent of Catalan voters supported the Spanish constitution,

which mentioned the indissoluble unity of the Spanish

nation.

Only Spain's parliament can change that constitution and the nation's government

and supreme court have said it's illegal for Catalonia

to hold a vote on independence.

Spanish national police raided some Catalan polling stations and fired rubber bullets,

in an effort to keep the vote from happening.

Hundreds of

injuries were reported.

Most of them of civilians, but 13 officers were hurt as well.

The Spanish government and the Catalan government each

blamed the other side for the violence.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

REPORTER: First, it was the students, then came the firemen, and finally, the farmers.

The last day of campaigning in Catalonia's independence

referendum may have drawn to an end, but the tension on the streets is only building.

The Spanish government has said Sunday's vote is illegal and

must not go ahead.

Barcelona's port has become a staging ground for Spanish police, extra forces and police

vans shipped end from the across the country, all to try

to block people from voting.

The Spanish government has seized millions of ballots and campaign leaflets, arrested

Catalan officials and closed down political Websites.

It's a vote long campaigned for by separatists in Catalonia.

The region in northeastern Spain already has limited autonym from the central government

in Madrid.

It has its own flag, its own national anthem, and its own language.

But still, many Catalans want more.

They want full independence for their region, which is Spain's number one tourist destination.

Famous for Gaudi,

the iconic Sagrada Familia.

AZUZ (voice-over): Ten-second trivia:

Chronic traumatic encephalopathy is a disease associated with what organ?

The brain, the heart, the liver or the skin?

Also known as CTE, this disease is associated with repeated injuries to the brain.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

AZUZ: There's a lot of mystery surrounding CTE, and one of the biggest medical challenges

of this disease is that doctors aren't able to diagnose

it in anyone alive.

They've had to examine the brains of dead people to confirm evidence of CTE.

But that could change, thanks to something called CCL11.

It's a protein found in the body.

It's associated with inflammation.

And a new study published in the journal "PLOS ONE" found that brains previously diagnosed

with CTE also had increased amounts of the CCL11

protein.

If a link is confirmed between this protein and CTE and if CCL11 can be detected in the

blood, there's a chance it could establish an

indication that someone has CTE before he or she dies.

But researchers say it's too early to know if any of this is for sure and even if a link

is established, there's no known treatment for CTE.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

DR.

SANJAY GUPTA, CNN CHIEF MEDICAL CORRESPONDENT: Lately, it's been difficult to talk about

football without mentioning concussions.

Why?

Well, mounting concern over disease called chronic traumatic encephalopathy, more commonly

known as CTE.

SUBTITLE: What is CTE?

GUPTA: In the world of medicine, CTE is a relative newcomer.

In football, we just learned about it 10 to 15 years ago.

Here's what we can say: it's a progressive degenerative brain disease.

It is like Alzheimer's.

It can start with memory loss, mood swings, and

difficulty in concentration, developing into progressive dementia, even possible thoughts

of suicide.

But unlike Alzheimer's, CTE can also result in significant aggression and lack of impulse

control.

The big difference: symptoms tend to begin much earlier in life, closer to your 40s instead

of your 60s.

In both diseases, there is no known cure.

Researchers believe there's only one way to get CTE and that is repeated hits to the

head.

What happens is that you get a build up of an abnormal

protein called Tau in the brain.

Scientists do know both the location of the Tau and how much Tau in the brain determines

the symptoms you might

exhibit.

But scientists don't yet have a magic number of hits that results in CTE.

It also isn't known who exactly would develop CTE.

There's some players

who take many hits and never develop symptoms.

Factors like genetics and age of exposure to the trauma could play a role.

How do you know if you have CTE?

Just because you have symptoms doesn't mean you have the disease.

In fact, as things stand now, you can only be

diagnosed for sure after death.

Scientists are researching how to diagnose in living people.

A prominent group of researchers have found over 90 percent of former NFL players have

developed CTE.

But remember something important here, the

number could be so high because of something known as selection bias, that means the brains

that were studied were from people who worried that they

had CTE.

Also, it's not just football players that need to be concerned.

Boxers, soccer players, people in the military, anyone who's exposed to

constant head trauma can develop it, too.

AZUZ: Stan Hays has responded to more than 40 disasters across America in the past years.

And that includes Hurricanes Harvey and Maria.

He's not a

first responder or an expert in search and rescue.

He's a grand champion pitmaster, an expert in barbecue.

And with the help of 6,200 volunteers, Hays' nonprofit organization, Operation Barbecue

Relief, has provided almost 1.7 million meals for

survivors and rescuers.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: All right.

Joplin, Missouri, hit by a devastating tornado.

STAN HAYES, CNN HERO: May 2011, the Joplin tornado hit.

It's about two and a half hours from my house.

I have been competing in barbecue for

years.

So, we decided we're going to get a bunch of the barbecue family together and go down

there and help.

A hundred and twenty thousand mills were served in 11 days.

We came to a realization that we got an opportunity here to do something that could make

a difference.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I'll talk to you.

HAYS: Over the last six years, we responded to tornadoes, floods, hurricanes.

Heading down to Texas to Hurricane Harvey.

Our goal is always to be in an area within 24 to 48 hours after a disaster strikes.

We have water on that interstate.

Holy cow, what this community is going through.

Our focus is getting it done.

Hurricane Harvey is our 42nd disaster.

Here, you got 48 more for these pork loins going on.

They're rubbing them down.

The core group are all pitmasters or grill masters.

But our volunteers come from everywhere.

So, these smokers just keep rolling.

It gets in to the logistics of supplies coming in.

We'll load those on and then come back.

We have pork, turkey, vegetables.

The greatest thing really is, everybody coming together.

There's a lot of love put into this by a lot of people that want to help.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That's the whole spirit of everybody here.

Let's just get those meals into the belly of people who need it.

HAYS: We put the world out through different groups.

In that way, we know where the meals are going.

Barbecue, besides being a nourishing meal, is comfort food.

Do you guys need any meals?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You have no idea what a hot meal means to somebody who's lost

everything they own.

So -

HAYS: To know that you're a little part of picking their spirits up, you can't help

but bring a smile to your face.

It's amazing.

Yesterday, you guys put out 43,350 meals.

Thank you to everybody that was here.

(APPLAUSE AND CHEERS)

HAYS: It is people helping people the best way we know how.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

AZUZ: It's one thing to call a cab.

It's another to take a seat in one of these.

It's a taxi service being tested in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

And you'll notice first that it flies, and second, that it has no driver.

Sound a little sketchy?

Well, the Emirates crown price was the first person to try it, so that might boost confidence

in the service.

No word on cost yet, but the drone

taxis has 18 rotors.

It's guided by GPS.

It's electric buggy, buggy, buggy.

And it can take off and land vertically so there's no need to taxi

down the runway.

We're not sure how the competition would respond if they see that thing flying Uber-head,

or actually giving people a Lyft.

They may call it

unfair, but it could be the future of both a ride and the thrill ride, or at least the

service that is literally above all the rest.

I'm Carl Azuz and this is my stop.

Hop in tomorrow for more CNN 10.

[♫ music ♫]

Welcome to my October plan with me

And it's finally Halloween month

Which is like the most exciting and scariest time of the year

You might think

But Halloween is only one day

Well sorry to tell you

You're kinda wrong

Halloween is not just one day it's a state of mind

I actually don't even like scary stuff so

I'm here for all of the candy and the pumpkin spice and

Cute little kittens

And bats

I just really love fall and October so

[♫ music ♫]

Except for the design I haven't changed a lot of things in my monthly design

I'm still using my language tracker but honestly it's just depressing how

little time I have for like practicing all of the languages I wanna learn

I should take that time actually

It's me it's all me

[♫ music ♫]

I'm still tracking all of my habits and

I have monthly goals and a list of the books I wanna read

[♫ music ♫]

This month I'm also doing something called Songtober

I'm not actually sure if this is something I came up with or if somebody else did it already

Honestly I can't be bothered to look it up

Because yeah I don't know

This is not something you should do

You should always credit people but

Yeah Songtober for me means that I wanna work on songs and

Like maybe even poems

Every day of the month

it's not really like a - i don't know - thing

I wanna start online

It's more of a personal choice because

I wanna like improve my songwriting skills

And it takes ages for me to finish a song

If you decide to do Songtober just tweet at me with the hashtag

I'd like to see what you come up with

[♫ music ♫]

My new financial trackers have been very useful and I'm gonna keep it that way

For at least i don't know a couple of months until I like find

An even better option

My favorite part about it are the expected expenses

It helps me keep track of how much money I will have left

For - I don't know - books [laughter], food

Book are more important just saying

And I can see how much money I spend on like personal items or food

Entertainment

[♫ music ♫]

My weekly and daily spread won't change for a while now

Next month I'm gonna expand the university section

Just because classes start again and I will have to do homework

This month I don't need that much space for all of my uni work

[♫ music ♫]

Thanks for watching my October plan with me

If you enjoyed the video please give it a thumbs up

And subscribe if you don't wanna miss my next videos

In the comments below I'd also like to know what your favorite party about Halloween and

Fall / autumn in general is

I hope you're having a wonderful day, don't drink too much Pumpkin Spice Latte

And I'll see you next time! Bye!

A cover for the ebook (PocketBook 640, 641) - Duration: 2:56.

Hello! I'm Korney.

I bought a cover for my e-book in China.

This is my pocketbook 641 aqua 2.

I use a waterproof e-book. Because I like to take a bath and read medieval erotic novels.

But I did not find a cover for 641 models. And I risked to order a cover for 640s.

Let's check if it's okay and the cover will fit.

They are gifts. This is a protective film on the screen and a special cloth.

This is a stylus.

It's very nice to receive gifts. But I need to check the cover.

Everything is perfect.

Now it is known that the cover for 640 models is ideal for 641 models.

Link to this cover is in the description of the video.

And I'm going to the bathroom and reading medieval erotic novels.

Thumbs up. Subscribe to the channel. It was Korney. Bye.

But the inside surface of the cover is made of fabric. So I'll read in the bathroom without the cover.

5 Bizarre Sleeping Disorders - Duration: 4:10.

Sleep is one of those necessities that human beings require in order to remain healthy

and alert for whatever the next day may hold. Some people dont get nearly enough, while

some end up sleeping too much. Sleep is supposed to be that blissful part

of our day where we allow our bodies and minds time to relax so that they can repair themselves

leaving us energized and ready to tackle the next day.

For some people with certain rare sleep disorders however, strange things happen during sleep.Things

so strange that they can be at best terrifying for the sufferer, and at worst, deadly.

5. Sleep Related Eating Disorder Lots of people enjoy a midnight snack once

in a while, but for an unfortunate few, eating at night becomes a regular, compulsive habit

which they have no control over. Eating disorder specialists use the term Night-time

Eating Disorder (NES), whereas clinical sleep researchers refer to a Sleep-Related Eating

Disorder (SRED) to describe the same type of nocturnal eating behaviours. Its unclear

whether these are distinct or separate disorders, but both involve near nightly binges, and

a complete lack of awareness from the sleep-eaters. Mainly affecting middle aged women, SRED sufferers

will binge on high calorie foods, such as sweets, chips, cookies or fatty junk foods.

4. Kleine-Levin Syndrome Kleine-Levin Syndrome (KLS) is a rare neurological

disorder that mainly strikes during the years of adolescence. Patients experience prolonged

periods of sleep and strange, altered behaviour. KLS episodes are cyclical and can last for

days or even months, giving rise to the nickname Sleeping Beauty Syndro When an episode

starts, it may be preceded by flu-like symptoms. The patient becomes drowsy and sleeps for

most of the day, only waking to eat or go to the toilet. They may sleep for up to 23

hours a day and during their wakeful periods, the patient exhibits uncharacteristic, bizarre

behaviours, including increased appetite, childishness, and sometimes an uninhibited

sex drive.me by some sections of the media, even though over 70% of known cases have been

males.

3. Sleep Bruxism Sleep Bruxism is more commonly known as teeth

grinding, and is probably one of the more common sleep disorders. Research claims this

occurs due to anxiety, suppressed feelings of anger, or perhaps from stress.

2. Exploding Head Syndrome Possibly a candidate for the best medical

condition name ever, Exploding Head Syndrome is a parasomnia which, fortunately for the

sufferer, doesnt involve any actual heads exploding.

The condition was first described in the 1920s by Welsh physician Robert Armstrong-Jones

as a snapping of the brain. In 1989, neurologist John M. S. Pearce completed a

detailed study of 50 patients with the disorder. Sufferers experience an extremely loud explosive

noise in their heads, often accompanied by a flash of light.

1.Sleep Apnea Sleep Apnea is one of the more serious sleeping

conditions, and generally presents itself in the stopping and starting of your breathing

while sleeping. The condition can cause a stroke in some people, and loud snoring in

most. It not only affects your sleep but can severely

impact your health and your quality of life.
