hey guys anyone play roblox well if you haven't heard of roblox you must be
playing too much minecraft but seriously roblox is the next best thing from
minecraft now I actually have a little confession to make
I've been playing roblox yeah that's right minecraft is fun but roblox is
just all about the games and well you can play a lot of different games in a
short amount of time so although you can do building stuff with Minecraft and
that's pretty cool it's a bit like Lego roblox is just for a quick 10
minute game here and there and I'm really loving it so what I decided to do
was I looked at the characters and I wonder if I could just build them
characters in Lego now obviously you can get proper roblox minifigures but hey
they're not made of LEGO and these ones are so these are what I came up
with so far this is more like a summer outfit it could be a boy or a girl and
yeah it looks pretty cool this is my version of a Roblox knight he's got like a
crown on the top here and he's got a bit of extra gold and you can tell that
they're armored because of these little studs on the top and of course he's made
of all this silver or gray he is my version of a pirate he's got a little
parrot on the side here which is pretty cool it kind of could be a jailbreak
sort of person as well I like doing the stripes on these roblox characters
they're pretty cool and as you see you can either do like a white head put some
hair on or you can go with a tan color or even a darker tan it's whatever
pieces you've got this one here was one of the first ones I made
it's a white skin coloured and he's got some shoes on here but what are you also
notice he's got a cap on now I think that turned out all right given the fact
that we only have a limited amount of pieces within Lego but what do you think
there's a cap look okay is it believable and finally we've got this guy here now
I want it now I went ahead and put some a face on him so if you really want your
Roblox character to look realistic well you could go ahead and put a face on and
yeah I really like him not so good at drawing the faces but they've got full
animation here so there's probably more like their release
what does it release six where there's like six moving parts it's not so much
the super dynamic ones now and obviously you can see it's a blocky one so yeah
that's pretty cool so as I said I am playing roblox I've
actually got a account called and let's do this crew and a group called let's do
this crew and later I'll tell you how you can get free robux
so shall we make one of these robloxians well let's do this okay so these are the
pieces you need to make your own roblox robloxian so we're going to get started
with these pieces here most everything else you should have these are technic
one by twos and they've got like a flat plate on them you're going to need three
of those so we're going to use that to actually create the legs use one of
these Technic pins and push that right through there then we use one of these
on this side and one of those on the other side so that's going to give us
our leg movement I'm going to go ahead and put a 1 by 2 plate on top here and
now we need a 2 by 3 plate goes there and now we use a 2 by 3 brick so that's
the start of our robloxian now we're going to go ahead and put in a 1 by 2
with hole on that side a 1 by 2 with hole on that side and a or 1 by 2 in the
middle here now we're going to top that off with another 2 by 3 plate
so that's kind of what it looks like so far now we're going to go ahead and
build up their arms so for the arms who could use those one by two with whole
but you might find you've got some of these in your set these have got a one
by two with an actual pin now most of these come with like a propeller type
set so airplanes or anything like that but just see what you've got if you have
to use the one by two with whole you could just use a technique pin to join
them together so we're going to now go ahead and put another 1 by 2 brick and a
2 by 2 tile on top we're going to use a 2 by 2 brick another 2 by 2 brick and
we're just going to finish off his hands with this flesh-colored plate so let's
go ahead and build another one of those so we get the 1 by 2 with the pin and
another 1 by 2 put a 2 by 2 tile on top a 2 by 2 brick another 2 by 2 brick and
a 2 by 2 plate so we're going to pop those arms on now and that's what they
look like so let's go ahead and work on the legs so the way that we attach the
legs we want to attach one of these blocks onto this 1 by 2 now that's
really not going to work unless you have it offset that's not gonna look right so
we use one of these jumper plates it's a 1 by 2 with jumper and they just pop on
like that so now as you can see the 2 by 2 just fits on really nice so we'll go
ahead and do the other side a 1 by 2 jumper plate top that one there that one
there another 2 by 2 brick 2 by 2 brick and
this time we're using a 2 by 2 tile with a jumper in the middle now you could use
a plate whatever you've got so we'll just pop that on like that and
another one maybe here like that and we're almost done so now we need to work
on the head now normally you put the head on like that
but well that's not going to fit so what we use again is another 1 by 2 jumper on
this side and on that side and now if we pop his little
mouths here first they'll use a 2 by 2 round brick and we're going to go put
some hair on him so we can put some black hair it kind of looks a bit like a
crown doesn't it you can leave like that if you wanted to
or you could cap him off with one of these boat studs so that just gives them
a little bit of a round crown on top of his head and that is the roblox
robloxian how cool is that so you can go ahead and make these any way you like
any color and whichever pieces you've got lying around now this one's a little
bit different because I went ahead and just put a 1 by 2 jumper on the head and
nabel's me to put a little parrot on there so that one was pretty cool this
one it was a little bit different again if we have a look at this piece here
it's actually one of these Technic pieces but this time the actual studs
are on top so this means when we built it all the pieces are the right way up
so that a name will we put that on there like that and put these extra pieces on
for a special crown or emblem on top of his helmet so that one worked out pretty
well too all the others are pretty standard here we've gone ahead and put 2
by 2 tiles and that just gives us a bit of a stripe pattern so again that's
something a little bit different and again you can get these in multiple
colors I've got some in red some black and some grey so see what you've got
lying around so that's my roblox robloxians and as I mentioned I've got a
roblox group set up called let's do this crew so if you play roblox come over and
say hi and join the crew now one of the biggest problems with roblox when people
get started is they don't have any robux to spend and it's hard to get
your mum or dad to actually buy some for you so what I'm gonna do
is I'm gonna have a free giveaway in the let's do this crew group so come and
join and everyday I'm just gonna randomly choose one of the members of
the group to win ten robux so you're gonna be part of the crew to have a

they look really interesting and I've got a great idea I just need to figure
