how to start...
tada
today I'm going to haul things I bought for fall
i've been buying clothes and makeup for the past month or so in preparation for fall
so I wanted to show it? brag about it? lol
so I'm filming this haul
I feel like I've spent too much money but...yeah...you know....how it is....
shall we get started?
first
tada
stylenanda !
stylenanda's currently my favorite brand
first is...
it's kind of dirty;;;;
it's a little wrinkled right now;;;; oops
it's just a basic white long sleeve shirt
there's printing on the front
and there's printing on the back as well
it says "a coward is incapable"
I've been really into long sleeves lately
so I've been buying a lot of long sleeves
and I wanted a white one too so I bought this one
next is
this is also a long sleeve shirt
this one's khaki
it's a thinner material than the white long sleeve shirt
and the sleeves are pretty long
thats why I've been into long sleeve shirts
I used to really dislike long sleeves
because a while ago all long sleeves used to end at the wrists
and I like having sleeves go past my wrists for some reason
but since lately extended sleeves are trendy
most long sleeves now extend past my wrists
so I keep buying them;;;
next !
it's this crewneck sweater
when I saw this on the site I thought it would be soft on the inside like most sweaters
I don't know if you can see
but it's...what do you call it
uh
what is this....
it's not soft !!! it's that rough material
and I normally don't like sweaters like this that aren't soft on the inside
so I'm a little dissapointed
but I think it looks nice and I like the fit of it
it's a kind of baggy and at the length I wanted it to be at
the front part is shorter than the back
I do really like it so I think I'll wear it
but I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with it
next
this is an indi pink cardigan
it's the perfect thickness for fall in California
and it's a drop shoulder which I really like
because my shoulders are on the narrow side
so when I wear things that end right at the shoulder, it always falls a little past mine
and it looks kind of awkward
but the fit on this cardigan is really loose so I like it a lot
this also came in black, beige, and white, I think
so when I get the chance, I'm planning on buying it in beige as well
next
next
next
tada
it's just a basic white tee
and it says "atelier" in a dark red
the reason I bought this is because
I have this rule(?) when it comes to white shirts
which is, if I see a nice white shirt, I'll buy it
because white shirts get dirty really easily with sweat and makeup
and I really don't like that
so I end up buying a lot of white shirts
so I saw this on the site and liked how it looked
and the white shirts I wore over the summer are pretty dirty now so I'm planning on tossing them
so I got this to wear over the fall and winter
and the last thing I got from StyleNanda is
tada
this is...can you tell like this
it's a tight fitting black turtleneck long sleeve shirt
it's in a thin stretchy tshirt material
and it's in a tight fitting style
so when you just wear this, your undergarments kind of show through
so I actually didn't buy this to wear on it's own
but to layer under tshirts or blouses or the like
there's actually a blouse I bought from StyleNanda a while back
and it's v neck cut
so I thought it would look nice with this turtleneck during the fall
so I bought it
next is
kind of hard to see like this but
it's a pair of denim overalls from urban outfitters (sorry the focusing died on me;;;;)
I saw this online in the sale section
it was originally 89 dollars
but I got it for around 20 dollars (helllaaaa)
it was such a good sale price that I ended up impulsively purchasing it
next ~
these are clothes I bought from Aland
and this is actually the package from Korea that I opened in my vlog (episode 1)
my aunt in Korea shipped this package to me
firstly
tada ( i need to stop)
it's just a yellow tshirt
it says "orangeade"
the quality of the shirt is a lot nicer than what I was expecting
and I've really been into the color yellow lately (hence the background) which is why I bought it
but I do think I'll probably wear it more in the spring or summer than in the fall
this is also a long sleeve
I'm way too into long sleeves right now...
it's this black and whitestriped long sleeve shirt
there's a small patch
and it's of a thicker material
so it's perfect for the fall
this is what I was wearing when I went to the Hyukoh Band concert in my vlog (episode 2)
and next is
a long sleeve shirt
((feeling a bit ridiculous by this point))
this one's black though !!!
I was originally planning on buying this in a medium
but it sold out so I bought it in a large
so it's a little big
but it's not too bad since I like oversized clothing
the sleeve length is a little past my hands which I like
it's really comfortable and nice
and I really like the printing on the back
so I feel like I'll wear this a lot
next, this is
a crewneck sweater
and there's a grape patch(?) embroidery(?)
((i forgot the word in korean))
well there's a grape
when I saw this online I thought it was actually just a thick long sleeve shirt
but like the sweater I got from StyleNanda
the inside is that rough, scratchy material (seriously why do they even make clothes with this)
so I'm pretty disappointed
and if you look at the sleeves there's two cuff layers
this didn't look that weird on the pictures online
but in person it looks a little weird
I'm not sure what the purpose of this was
so I'm kind of disappointed in this sweater
but the little grape is really cute
so I think I'll wear it...maybe... (do you see me trying to convince myself)
this is why shopping online, especially internationally, can be a problem
next
I kind of purchased this impulsively
but it's actually my favorite from this haul
this red hoodie
the reason I like this hoodie is firstly
it's a really nice red color that's not too bright or dull
and the fit is really loose and baggy
so it's really comfortable
but it's not too big or long either
and these drawstrings
normally the drawstrings on most hoodies are thinner
but this one is really thick which makes the hoodie look cuter
I really like it a lot
and the last thing I bought from Aland is
this really big
flannel? I would call it?
it's like a thick flannel jacket
it has a hood which is attached with buttons so you can remove it if you want
and the deatil on the sleeves is really nice
and I really like the houndstooth pattern
and on the back it says "everything is not bad" (which sounds kind of funny but eh)
it's really long and oversized which (if you can't tell by now) I really like
2 weeks ago?
it was my sister's birthday
so we met up with our parents
and went to the South Coast mall in Socal
and we went to Madewell which is a brand both me and my sister love
and bought some clothes
so first off
tada
it's a coat
it's just a very basic style dark gray coat
because it's a pretty basic style and color it's easy to wear and pull off
and it's not overly long on me
it's not super thick
but it's probably a little heavy for fall in Cali
but it's perfect for winter
the reason I bought this so early though is because
I actually don't own any coats
and I was trying to buy one last year
I went to a ton of stores but ended up not being able to find one that fit me
because I actually have a hard time pulling off coats
since I'm on the shorter side and my shoulders are kind of narrow
it's hard to find one that fits me well
so when I tried this on at the mall
and thought it actually looked pretty okay on me
I bought it immediately
tada, boots !
I actually almost forgot to mention these entirely
I bought these a couple weeks ago online at urban outfitters
the reason I thought of these while introducing the coat is because
since last year I really wanted a pair of black chelsea boots
and like the coat, I looked around for boots like these everywhere
but when I found one I liked they were always sold out in my size
so this year when I saw these online at urban outfitters
and saw they had my size
I bought them immediately
going back to Madewell, another thing I bought is
I ordered this online in store because they didn't have my size in the store
and it just arrived today (which is why the lighting is different;;;)
it's a brown cardigan
it's just a basic style cardigan
it's of a thicker and warmer material than the indi pink one from StyleNanda
and it's a long cardigan
I really like Madewell's long cardigans because they're at a good length for me
and it has pockets !!!!!!
so I really like it
I heard there was an & other stories at the mall so I went
I bought a lipstick
this lip is perfect for that "fall vibe"
it's in the color "saffron masala"
I really wanted a fall lip
and I was originally planning on buying Mac's Chili
the color of this lip is different from Chili though
if Chili's a more deep red-orange color
this lipstick is more of a red-brown
although the colors aren't similar, they both give off that fall vibe I wanted
so I just bought this one
and at the mall I went to Sephora
and bought stuff from Clinique
first this,
this is Clinique's Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer
I'm in the color 0.5 breeze
the reason I bought this is because it has a semi-matte finish which I prefer
before this I was using the Too Faced Born This Way foundation
and I really liked this one too because
it's also a sort of semi-matte finish
it feels hydrating because I think it has coconut oil
but it's not sticky and I really dislike sticky foundations
so I was using it really well
bur for some reason, starting summer
I started getting paler
I have no idea why
if it's because of some product I'm using
or if it's because I just don't go out a lot...
I really don't know why my skin is getting lighter
but I got too light for my old foundation
which is why I ended up buying this new one
and next
cheek pop
cheek pop blush pop
are there two names??
I got it in the color nude pop
come out !!!!!
this is so popular that I don't really think I need to say much but
can't open...
it's so pretty. i love the flower
I actually swatched this everytime I walked into a Sephora
because I've been really into blush lately
and it's such a popular blush
but everytime I swatched it I always wondered
mm is it that pretty?
so I never bought it
but recently
I got convinced through CHAESO's videos
and ended up buying it lol
but it definitely looks prettier actually on the cheeks that swatching it on your hand
it's a very subtle flush, almost like a contour, that's perfect for the fall and winter
and...where'd it go
this is a perfume rollerball
it's from Nest Fragrances
called "Black Tulip"
this is—
it smells so good
it's summer(?)
i mean, not summer
winter(?)
i mean, not winter
fall ! (lmao)
it's the perfect scent for fall
how do I describe this
I don't really like perfumes that smell super flowery
but this one's just kind of sweet?
it's sweet but it's not the spring kind of sweet
but the kind of deep sweet smell that reminds you of fall?
it does have a flowery scent
but it's not like "I'M A FLOWER"
it's subtle
if I had to compare the feeling of the scent to a fruit
it's like a blackberry?
it has that deep subtle sweetness
I should stop putting it to my nose lol
so that's the end of my fall haul (fall waste?)
I'm not sure when or what content I'll be bringing next
but I'll try to bring something interesting as soon as I can
if you liked this video, hit like & subscribe !
and come back and chill with me next time
how do I end this...
