I'm Phenrir or, if you prefer, Mailoki.
Aim of this introductive video is to explain
what will be the long series I'm going to make.
To be short: I want to create an entire video playlist
where I'll be explaining everything
concerning the world of Final Fantasy XV,
and where I'll try to clarify its functioning
by bringing forth data and clues I collected
and by sharing my speculations and hypothesys.

or free from any kind of clue,

I have so much to discuss about and the only thing that is actually stopping me
is to find an adequate distribution of themes
which should maintain everything I say clear and the videos not too long.
Also now, while I'm speaking to you

since without their support all this wouldn't be possible at all.

For the moment I have really little to add to what I've already said,
except I'll try to follow the chronological order of Ultimania
and, obviously, everything I'll be saying will be eligible for corrections,
since Final Fantasy XV actually is a title which will receive updates during the whole 2018.
However I preferred to start from now this series of videos
because I honestly prefer having to add something or correct some assertion
instead of waiting for an entire year.
My main purpose will be sharing with community my personal point of view,
so there won't be any space for arrogance by me,
nor I'll accept it from you amid the comments.
Everyone is free to think what he or she likes,
I'm not here to convince anyone of my opinions nor I'm here to be convinced by anyone.
I'm human and surely I'll make some mistake,
so - in this case - I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong,
but I truly hope the toxic and unreasonable part of the community
which follows FFXV with the only aim of sprinkle hate everywhere
will abstain from doing it in this case, since Final Fantasy XV's problems are real,
they're many, huge and also severe, and we know it,
developers know it, and so if today I'm here writing videos about this game
it's not in order to destroy it more than I already did in the past with my "Rant Play",
but instead to give dignity (and sense)
to a "Lore" with an incredible potential.
A potential which, unluckily, hasn't been properly exploited.
My effort here is designed to celebrate the good in this game,
considering mistakes and horrors are easily traceable by anyone.

If you're like most e-commerce marketers, email marketing is an essential part of your
business.
But as effective as email marketing is, it's not enough on its own.
In fact, 44% of marketers say increasing engagement rates
is their number one challenge.
Mail the right emails at the wrong time to the wrong prospect,
and people will opt out of your emails (or worse, move to a competitor).
But, if you send the right emails at the right time
to the right prospects, you'll create lifelong loyal brand advocates
for your business.
Now who doesn't want that?
I know you do!
So now is the time to take notes, cause I'll tell you how.
The three most important types of emails you should be sending are
1.welcome emails
2.Trigger emails
3.Retention emails
So, let's start from the beginning with the welcome emails.
Welcome my lords
First, we have the traditional welcome email, where you thank visitors for joining
your company newsletter, and pace expectations for what's to come
You only have one chance to make A really good first impression.
And if your introduction to a new prospect isn't memorable, any other emails you
send won't be, either.
You need to aim for originality.

the curation email
Let's have a small quiz: What does the following albums have in common?
One by The Beatles, The Immaculate Collection by Madonna
and Gold: Greatest Hits by Abba.
They're some of the best-selling albums of all-time.
Want to know why?
Because people love curated content.
It doesn't matter whether it's music— or, in our case, physical products—
because people love buying the best of the best.
And that's why the curation email is so popular.
Here's an example from Huckberry.
Curation is effective but it allows recipients to choose what they want to learn more about.
But there's another reason why it works well:
It allows email marketers to segment recipients based on interest.
Imagine if you're running an online furniture store
and your newsletter curates the best furniture under the following categories:

service like Infusionsoft, and one recipient always clicks a link to,

Brooklinen knows shipping is a common reason for cart abandonment and overcome it
by giving recipients a chance to activate free shipping themselves.
This is really smart.
Mailing campaigns like that not only encourages engagement;
it builds a two-way relationship between Brooklinen and their customers.
Whether you're offering free shipping like Brooklinen
or inviting recipients to start a free trial of your product,
like we do, here, at Sleeknote, you need to give readers a reason to
engage with your campaigns.
And remember: make it memorable.
The last of the welcome emails is the referral email.
You might also be asking for referrals on your thank you page
(and if you're not, you should be), but are you doing it in your email campaigns,
too?
Bombas are a perfect illustration of asking for referrals.
They not only instruct their recipients what they need to do, step-by-step;
they ask in a fun, humorous way.
You might not be able to offer free socks (few can),
but everyone has enough money in their marketing budget
to offer an Internet high five at the very least.
Who can say no to that?
That was the welcome email, so now it is time to have a look at the trigger emails
Trigger emails are triggered by a particular action
taken by a recipient (such as visiting a product pricing page).
So what do you offer in your trigger emails?
One of the most effective incentives to use in trigger emails are discounts.
Especially if you send abandoned cart emails.
In fact, 54% of shoppers are likely to purchase abandoned products if they're offered again
at a discounted price.
But be careful.
There's a fine balance between offering too many or too little discounts.
Do it often enough and you'll lose money.
Do it too little and your customers might turn to a competitor.
The silver lining here is to offer discounts to customers who are already engaging with
your marketing campaigns.
Once people have purchased from you, an order confirmation email is triggered, right?
So now, while you can use the order confirmation email to offer additional discounts or
encourage engagement, it's also a way of pacing your customer's expectations.
Your order confirmation email is prime email real estate.
Well, it's nothing but a digital receipt, but it's also a way of reminding shoppers
that buying from you—rather than a competitor— was the right decision.
Pretty great decision, ehh?
The next trigger email on this list is the upsell/cross sell email.
Upselling is when you invite a prospect to purchase a more expensive item.
And cross-selling is when you recommend a related or complementary product.
It's why McDonald's asks, "Do you want fries with that?"
And of course you do
Here's a great example from Dollar Shave Club
who sends this email after a customer has made an order.
It's a great way to earn more money for your business
while giving value to your customers.
And the final type of email you should be sending is the retention email.
We all know it costs 5-25 times more to acquire a new customer than it does
to retain an existing one.
So, how do you reduce churn and improve customer loyalty in the long-term?
By sending emails that remind your audience they're still important to you.
It's happened to me and I bet it's happened to you, too.
You invest your time, attention, and energy in growing your email list
only to have a percentage of your readers unsubscribe.
Send them an email telling them that you miss them
and that you have a special offer for them if they return.

Dailymail.co.uk reported: Bill and Hillary Clinton are not speaking to each other after
a blazing argument over her election book, it has been claimed.
The former President threw a manuscript in the trash after Hillary ignored his advice
not to publish it, according to author Ed Klein.Bill had red-penned the book in an attempt
to improve it, a friend allegedly told Klein, but flew into a rage when Hillary refused
to read any of his notes.
According to Page Six, the friend said: 'He told her the book made her look bewildered,
angry and confused, and that those were poor qualities in a person who aspired to be a
world leader.
'He hated the title because calling it "What Happened" would only make people say, "You
lost."
'He urged her to postpone the pub date and rewrite the book, but she yelled at him and
said: "The book is finished and that's how it's going to be published".'

Hi everyone I hope you're doing well
today is a new Halloween tutorial
and I wanted to do the Cheshire cat
I already made it last year
but it's not exactly the same
if you like it keep on watching!
First of all I cover my brows
so I use a glue stick and put a lot over my hairs
then I comb them up
I use makeup wipes to remove the excess of glue
and I set with powder
I do my base as usual with my beauty blender
I apply my concealer and put some on my brows
I put some more corrector on top
I use my flash palette to do a pink contouring
I contour my nose as well
I draw some lines with a purple flash color
I set with a translucent powder
With my sugar pill palette
I made the pink and purple pop more
I use a pink color ink
to do my brows in pink
I draw some lines with the purple Pro Paint from Graftobian
I start my eyes with a white pencil on my waterline
and put some on my inner corner too
I do my bases with a purple pencil
I forgot to put some white shadow on my brow bone and lid
I continue my bases and draw the cut crease
I do my transition color
mine is Dollipop from Sugarpill
I now add Poison Plum from Sugarpill
I do my eyeliner as usual
I put some on my inner corner as well
I put Cosmic Kitten from Rouge and Rogue up
and some from Sugarpill on the bottom
I cut them so they fit under my eyes better
I do the nose with the same products I used for the brows
I highlight with a white liner
I put black around with epic liner from nyx
I draw my mouth shape with a beige pencil
And I start with my teeth and a white aqua color
Take a flat-round shaped brush it will help you for the teeth
Once my teeth are done I can do the black
I start around, and then between the teeth
With my purple and pink shadows
I put some shadows around the mouth
I add some white to bring the volume
I do the neck with the products I used for the brows
I simply do some lines with big flat brushes
My wig is from Melody Susie
I had some cat ears but wouldn't find them
My contacts are from Fashion Lentilles and I put them
at the end because I cannot see well

Xposed For Android Nougat|Marshmallow|Lollipop[Explained] - Duration: 3:32.
Hey what's up guys shark jungle is here , in this tutorial I'm gonna show you how to install
xposed framework on android Nougat , the same steps can be done on android Lollipop or android
marshmallow ,I'm gonna show you that it's working on devices running Stock android like
nexus 6P and I believe that it will work for most Android devices as you see this is galaxy
S7 running android Nougat and I successfully installed xposed on it , now let's get it
done
1-first your device has to be rooted and you have to have custom recovery installed on
your device , I recommend to use TWRP recovery If you don't how to install a custom recovery
then, you will find a link in the video description showing you how to do it
you need to download xposed framework.zip file and I'm gonna show you how to choose
the right file for your device as you see you have 5 selection from 21 to
25 and those numbers related to which android version you have ,as you see in this picture
API Level 21 for 5.0 22 for 5.1 23 for 6.0 24 for 7.0 and 25 for 7.1
I'm gonna choose 25 cos I'm running android 7.1 on My nexus 6P
The next screen you have to choose which ARM you processor is ,for Me it's ARM64
If you are not aware which one to choose just download Hardware info App
to get accurate information about the device processor and Api level
as you see my API level is 25 and the processor is Arm64
Make sure to download xposed installer APK file to install it after flashing the firmware
download xposed uninstaller.zip file and this file is very important if anything bad happens
for example if you got bootloops after flashing the framwork the only way to get it back to
normal is by flashing Xposed uninstaller.zip file
Now let's reboot into recovery as a precaution do a nandroid backup before
flashing xposed , there is a link in the video description , showing you how to make nandroid
backup make sure to watch it Now hit install navigate to the zip file location
then swipe to flash reboot system and wait for the device to boot
up, the first boot may take sometime for optimization Now I'm going to install Xposed installer
apk file
as you see now xposed is installed and you can download any module you want .
These steps can be done on any device running Stock android or AOSP based ROMs , Samsung
devices Stock firmware may got a bootloop so make sure to follow a specific tutorial

haul for you guys I wanted to jump on and show you the things that I got
because a lot of these things I got on clearance so you're Michaels you know
may still have these clearance items these I got a little while ago so these
may not be available anymore but I still wanted to show them to you
guys cuz they were such a good deal and they're so pretty
I love the iridescent dresses on these I'll probably use these as cards but I
might cut these out and use them for crafts as well and I just love the you
know a sparkly skirt this is looking fabulous and I thought these are really
really pretty so had to get those and then I also got this one with the flower
print dress it's like a really pretty sundress and I love the orange flowers
so I had to get that one and then this one on clearance as well this is a a
banner a kind of like a minty green sparkly banner and I'm not gonna use the
banner either add this to like my paper crafting or you know something like that
I thought it was really pretty with I call the flower the flower prints inside
and guys this was such an amazing deal I had to get this this literally was
originally $14.99 and they think it was like a ridiculous like you know discount
I think I got this for like two or three dollars and I've never used traveler's
notebooks before so this is really my first you know experience I guess if you
want to call it that with a journal with a traveler's notebook I love the palm
trees and the green elastic and just the sparkly white and then inside you could
get one notebook I think you know this one only fits one notebook it's really
pretty pink inside I love the Flamingo I'm notebook inside and then it's just
plain paper that's really pretty and I couldn't pass
it out for like you know super clearance price the other thing I got on sale as
well um I got these recollection die-cuts and you get a whole bunch you
get 50 pieces and this was originally $4.99 I think I might've got this for
like $2 or something like that and they're really pretty says hello then I
also got this by Lady Jane this is a tag with envelope and I love anything coffee
related I like this minty green color says classy and it's caffeinated I love
that and it does come with an envelope I'm probably not gonna use the envelope
but look how cute it is it looks like a little mini white manila envelope with a
kiss kind of like if you've kissed it you know after drinking coffee or you
know when you drink coffee you kind of leave your lipstick on the coffee rim
sometimes it kind of kind of reminds me of that so I thought that was super cute
how to get that and let's see I got these little teeny tiny stickers and you
guys know I love anything food related so I had to pick this up you get 58 mini
pieces and you get slices of cake candles and some macaroons and some
stars so this would be really cute for your planner or your travelers notebook
yeah let's see I got this on a major clearance as well these are Christmas
tree scented glue sticks and let's see I scanned all these guys and they do smell
like Christmas tree I can only imagine when it starts burning and your glue gun
the scent is just gonna come out and hopefully hopefully it will linger and
and the project that you're doing so if you're giving it as a gift it'll be
really nice to kind of you know the for the person who gets your have email can
smell the Christmas tree scent with these yeah let's see guys I got also got
this by recollections stamp and stencil set and this is a mermaid theme I love
this mermaid I don't know if you guys can see it but she's kind of just
there and this one here she's swimming and then get some stencils as well so I
got that as a clearance price and I got this is this gonna this is new I've
never seen this before but I thought was really interesting and they have the
cutest things I think they have a cupcake I think even a coffee cup but I
got the donut because I just like the donut and it's it's craft smart sticker
by number kit and uh I was younger I used to love to paint by numbers and
it's sort of the same idea but with stickers so I thought it'd be kind of
like a fun little project to do maybe you won't like when you're watching a
movie or just you know when you have a little time in your hand look at this
this is these are the other but they did have more of these so I think they're
just showing I guess what's related to this so here's like a hot cocoa mug this
is a donut that's what I have they had macaroons and then they had the I guess
like a Frappuccino they call it okay they call it iced coffee okay coffee mug
macarons doing it and iced coffee aren't these adorable I love me I might
pick up more of these after I finish this one okay and then I needed some
more ponytail holders so I got these and I just I love like neon colors and these
just looked really strong and thick and I have kind of thin hair so I think this
will hold up my hair really well and it's just a really fun color so I got
that and let's see I picked up some duct tape I use this for I sell things on
Poshmark so I used this to kind of decorate my
boxes when I send them out and guys look at these little cupcakes how cute these
are and this was on sale as well so that's why I picked it up and I love
duct tape because it's really strong so you know I'm not worried that my boss is
gonna open up so I got that and then I also picked up these cute little tissues
with the perfume bottle it says beautiful blooms perfume bees for
Valerie and these were only four to nine cents
Clarence section I thought they were really cute so I had to get those they
had a whole bunch of letters but I just picked them to be and I also thought
these look at these cute little spoons measuring spoons and these are ceramic
so these will break if you're not careful I've broken many of these
ceramic measuring spoons but I you know and I vowed that I was never gonna buy
them again because they do break pretty easily but guys then I saw the donuts
and I was like yeah now I have to get these they're so cute so I picked those
out yeah let's see what else did I get guys I got these some cities also by
recollections and I got these because you can do you know kind of embellishing
on your pocket letters or your projects and you get gold pineapples and green
pineapples you get flamingos feasel I guess like watermelon slices I haven't
got these guys they're so cute and to go along with that also my recollections
kind of like the confetti style I also got these and what got me was look at
the gold unicorn and there's teapots in there and flowers
and just the pastel colors isn't this cute and look at the hearts there's so
many pretty things in here so I'll find it use for this I think it cuz I just
think it's adorable yeah this chandelier stamp I got this
little cactus stamp I had to get this one it was kind of on the fence on this
one but I thought it was so cute I love the little flower on top so I got that
this is my favorite I think well one of my favorites I like them all but look at
this gorgeous like vintage or antique tea pop with the cup and saucer it's not
beautiful and then I got this hydrangea this is
one of my feet favorite um flowers so I got that I'm looking forward to coloring
this and kind of blending colors I think it's gonna look so pretty and I got this
one I should just got this one today this is a kind of a woodgrain
you know print I love woodgrain I think it's just so pretty and very just earthy
earthy Oh rather I I had to get it I think it's so pretty and I got I also
love doilies so I got this really humongous doily and these guys are 50%
off at Michael's today I'm not sure how long the sale is gonna be but I did pick
these up because they were 50% off so if you're interested in any of these go to
your Michaels cuz all stamps are 50% off right now because I kind of just wanted
to try a few um I got this one this is the original tacky glue I actually saw
this and at the dollar store after I bought this actually but I already had
bought it and you know I got it with a 40% coupon so I wanted to go ahead and
try it I heard it's really good and does it says America's favorite craft glue
and I also got 25% bonus size so I got it and I also picked up this one I
already used this one a little bit for DIY project I'll try to link the project
that I'm talking about it was a glue gun stand where I have my glue sticks and
everything I'll try to link that for you above so you can see what I'm talking
about but I did use this glue for that project for that DIY project and I also
got this one this one got good reviews on the Michaels site so I went ahead and
picked this one up this is the Tombo Tombo aqua mono liquid glue and it has a
broad tip and a pen tip which is really nice so I went ahead and pick that up to
try it out I picked up also this undo remover it says it removes it
ESA's tapes gum tar crayon lip balm grease and more and I liked the fact
that it's got this little thing here so you can kind of if you want to scrape
something up you can cut you can put a little bit of the liquid in here and
just kind of you know scrape it out whatever you need to do and this also
got really good room to get recommendations from other youtubers
that I've watched these ribbons today I wanted to show you these because they're
so pretty and there's such a good deal there's 60% off so I got this one I'll
be Halloween ribbon is 60% off so I wanted to show you this this one is the
unicorn one and look how pretty this is I love it so I got that color I got this
one in which is called angel I got this one these are all these are both called
princess but one is blue and one is pink and look how gorgeous these are I love
this little fuzzy one aren't these pretty
so I just wanted to you know do this video so I can show you some of the seal
things that are going on right now I also picked up some paper that you can
see right here I love this vellum one and it's got a gold print on it which is
really really pretty I also got this one which is I guess it's kind of like a
doily like a big square like doily edge paper and it's a light blue and it's
also pearlescent I'm not pretty and this I wanted to try it this was only
available on the Michaels on site this is a combination of me going in person
to Michael's and also a michaels.com order so I got these two the these are
vinyl paper and they have adhesive back so I thought this is you know you can
kind of cut these out with your paper punches or your metal die-cuts and
they'll have the adhesive back whatever you cut out so why don't you go ahead go
ahead and try this you can also do label for anything that you want to label so
no I thought they looked interesting so I went ahead and ordered them on the
site something else that I also had to get on michaels.com was this create 365
happy planner for the classic planner and this will cut out square pieces that
you can use to embellish your planner pages we are happy to create 65 have a
planner and this is what this looks like and let me grab a piece of paper okay so
this is how this works so you kind of just stick it in here and you just press
it and then you have a perfectly cut a little square which you can you know
embellish your squares and your happy planner for the classic one it's not for
the mini or for the larger one is for the classic one but you can use this for
anything you don't not just for your happy planner you can cut squares to
embellish cards this would be great for pocket letters for flip books pretty
much for anything so I had to get this I thought it was awesome so next I also
got some stickers of course you guys know I love my stickers I picked up this
Halloween one which was I believe it was like 60% off and of course with the
drinks I had to get this look at these guys ball jars with hearts in them cute
this one was on clearance it's like a little I guess like rhinestone yeah
they're called rhinestone stickers in purple and pink look at these gorgeous
hearts I love these they're shimmery hearts and
cut they kind of looked like doilies a little bit I don't know I have a thing
with doilies I think it's so cute I also picked up these they're called
bling stickers and they're just basically strips of different colored
beans I'm gonna get that and these are a repeat purchase for me because I just
love them I love the gold background and then the pearl well um you know
embellishments on these aren't these pretty
look at that and guys they also have their Christmas stuff out so and these
are pretty cheap there are three bucks actually I think you are cheaper than
that just three bucks oh well maybe I did pay three bucks I thought they were
two bucks but anyhow I did pick them up I got these beautiful snowflakes and I
love the fact that they have kind of like an ombre effect likes you see if
you see the blue with the purple and it's got you know kind of glitter going
through them and look at these cute cute gingerbread men how are they cute love
these I love the fact that he's got red buttons and lime green buttons I think
that's probably what sold me that's a little bit different instead of having
like the Christmas green I have like the lime green like neon green and I also
picked up these gift felt ones the gingerbread ones are also felt and I
like the fact that you get green gift boxes with the red ribbon and then you
get red boxes with the green ribbon guys I think that he's gonna wrap up my
Michael saw I actually do have a few more things to show you but I don't want
to make this video super long so I will go ahead and show you the other things I

The Reedy Creek Improvement District: Disney's Government - Duration: 7:00.
Disney World is twice the size of Manhattan.
It offers four theme parks, two water parks, over twenty resorts, and a downtown shopping district.
Sometimes it feels like Disney World is its own small country.
So it's no surprise to learn that Walt Disney World has its own government.
It's called the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
How did it come about, why did it come about, and should it continue to exist?
Back in May of 1967, Florida Governor Claude Kirk Jr signed new chapters of the Laws of
Florida that simultaneously created the city of Bay Lake, the city of Reedy Creek, and
the Reedy Creek Improvement District which would hold jurisdiction over both.
This district has far more governing power than normal, allowing for their own building
codes, called the EPCOT codes.
The district is also responsible for running their own services, such as fire stations,
EMS, power distribution, water treatment, waste disposal, and road maintenance.
The Reedy Creek Improvement District is able to fund these services through taxing the
landowners within the district, which happens to be Disney.
This means that Disney is largely able to fund the services that are crucial to the
operation of Walt Disney World without placing the financial burden onto the other taxpayers
of central Florida.
The district is governed by a five person board of supervisors who are elected into
their position by the landowners within the district.
Who again, is Disney.
Or specifically, it's a set of trusted and loyal residents that Disney allows to live
on property.
This means that Disney is able to elect a board who will govern the district in a way
that benefits their needs as a resort.
On paper, Disney and the Reedy Creek Improvement District are two separate entities, but realistically
speaking, they're one in the same.
The district was designed by Disney to operate in a way such that Disney would be able to
steer its direction unopposed.
So why did they go through all that trouble?
Afterall, Disneyland doesn't need its own government to be successful.
Universal Studios Florida doesn't.
So why does Disney World?
Well it's rooted in the original plans for all of the land Disney bought up in secret:
EPCOT.
Walt had dreams of a functional city of the future that would act as an example for the
rest of the world to follow.
It was an idea born of the mid 1960s, when cities in America were facing a rise in crime
and a drop in quality of life.
EPCOT was meant to be a cutting edge city that would constantly be upgraded to showcase
and utilize new and exciting technology.
It would take advantage of new construction techniques, new modes of transportation, and
new methods of education for its younger residents.
All of this had Walt worried that the red tape of old bureaucratic building codes and
construction regulations would slow down that progress and at times put a stop to it.
He obviously wanted everything to be safe, but they wanted to go about it the Disney way.
So by forming the Reedy Creek Improvement District, Disney would have more than anything
else, the freedom to develop EPCOT how they saw fit.
Unfortunately Walt Disney would pass away in December of 1966, before he could realize
his dream of EPCOT.
Not only America, but most of the world, was in shock at the sudden loss of Walt.
He had been the face and voice of a studio that created classics for decades.
To many he was "Uncle Walt", and a face they had come to see on TV every week during
the Disneyland TV show.
The world lost a beloved icon that December, and I mention all of this because I believe
it was significant to what would happen next.
Walt's brother Roy would ultimately decide to lead the company and move forward with
the plans for Disney World, which would be renamed to Walt Disney World.
Internally there was hesitation as to whether or not Walt's dream city of the future was
still possible, but externally the company was dedicated to making EPCOT a reality.
In order to do that though, they needed the freedom that the Reedy Creek Improvement District
would bring, and so it was petitioned to Governor Claude Kirk Jr.
Now for a moment let's put ourselves in his shoes.
Disney has approached us with plans to build a cutting edge city of the future dreamed
up by the very man who came up with Tomorrowland.
Florida, which at the time wasn't the tourism heavy hitter it is today, had the opportunity
of being the home of a city that the rest of the world would look to for inspiration
at a time where city life was gaining an especially bad reputation.
It would bring with it hundreds of millions of dollars of investment to the state not
to mention tens of thousands of jobs and multiple industries for EPCOT's industrial park.
All Disney asked for in return was a specially legislated district to get the job done.
While the combination of powers was new, no individual power granted to the district would
be uncharted territory for Florida.
Lastly, the whole country was still facing the shock of losing the American icon behind
it all, the near universally loved Walt Disney.
It seemed like a no brainer, and so it's no surprise that the legislation passed.
It passed unanimously without any debate in the Florida senate, and only saw one "no"
vote in the house.
The promise of an ideal city at a time when the US needed it, the shock of losing an American
legend, and the promise of economic prosperity for Florida created a perfect storm that gave
birth to the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
It's history leaves us with numerous questions.
For one, should the Reedy Creek Improvement District still exist today?
The dream of EPCOT the city is long gone, and it's clear that Disney intends to keep
the property mostly as a vacation resort.
They even went as far as to deannex the town of Celebration in the 1990's in order to
make sure they didn't lose any power over the district.
So why should Disney continue to have the freedom that the district brings?
Yet on the other hand, the district continues to allow Disney to shoulder the tax burden
of the various departments that service the resort, and Disney's record for safety is
exemplary, so perhaps it's easier to just leave it as-is.
It also raises the question of whether or not we could ever see something like this
happen again.
In today's world I think it's safe to say there is no one public figure so universally
loved as Walt Disney was at the time.
We're far more distrusting of corporations than we were fifty years ago, and while less
developed areas might welcome the attention a company like Disney may bring, would a modern
state's government grant them that much power without question?
I suspect the answer to that is no.
I believe that the Reedy Creek Improvement District is a product of its time, and just
one more reason why Walt Disney World stands out as a unique and one-of-a-kind experience.

But Scripture is clear.
As Romans 4 states, "When people work, their wages are not a gift, but something they have
earned."
But people are counted as righteous, not because of their work, but because of their faith
in God who forgives sinners.
Now Martin Luther tried to justify himself by works, but to no avail.
As he wrote,
"I felt that I was a sinner before God with an extremely disturbed conscience."
No one is declared righteous through the works of the law.
This is a gift received by faith alone in Christ.

Girls Generations Yoona is known for her beauty, and like many of her fans, male idols cant help but fall for her too.

One of the segments required the guys to choose a girl as their partner. Both Chansung and Nichkhun ended up choosing Yoona as their ideal partner.
It seems as if Chansung and Nichkhun are not the only members who are fans of Yoona. During the Star Golden Bell Idol Special, the members of 2PM were asked to choose who their favorite member was.
Chansung, of course, chose Yoona. Junho and Taecyeon also chose Yoona. Taecyeon reasoned that it was because she was beautiful. Junho claimed it was because she knows how to be funny. Highlight.
When the members of Highlight first debuted, they made a guest appearance on Super Juniors Kiss the Radio program. There, they were asked to choose their favorite Girls Generation member. Dongwoon, Hyunseung, and Junhyung all chose Yoona.
When Daesung was an official cast member of the comic variety show, Family Outing on SBS, Yoona had made an appearance on the show. When he saw her, he couldnt hide his excitement and began to show how much he liked her.
He couldnt help but try to impress her, even though many of his attempts failed. When asked who Jay Park thought was the best idol girl group, he replied with Girls Generation. Out of all the members, he chose Yoona.
He claimed that he was very thankful towards her because she greeted him warmly when they met at Ne-Yos concert.
During a news segment, Lee Jun Ki mentioned Girls Generation. When asked which member he favors, he immediately replied with Yoona. He even sent a video message to Yoona when he was in the army.
Park Ji Sung was speculated to have liked Yoona for a while before he confirmed this through Running Man. He was given several girl group options and ended up choosing Girls Generation.
When asked to choose one member out of Girls Generation, he also chose Yoona.
When B1A4 appeared on the famous idol variety show Weekly Idol, the hosts asked the members which girl group they wanted to get close with. Gongchan replied with Girls Generation and mentioned member Yoona.
On an episode of KBSs Sang Sang Plus, Jo Kwon was asked to choose who he thought was the prettiest out of all the female guests there.
He chose BEGs Gain as the one with the most charms, but Goo Hara as the prettiest one. However, when asked who he thinks is the prettiest out of all girl group members, he chose Yoona.
Lee Seung Gi has been known for being a huge fan of Yoona since she has debuted. The two even dated for a time between 2014 and 2015.
Before they were in a relationship, Lee Seung Gi always made sure to show his love for Yoona. It was no longer a surprise when he kept claiming Yoona was his ideal type. Fly to the Sky Brian and Super Junior Leeteuk.
On an episode of SBSs talk show Strong Heart, Yoona revealed that there was one person that kept telling her she had to marry him in the future. She revealed this person to be Leeteuk.
As mentioned before, Lee Seung Gi is a huge fan of Yoona. When he heard this, he was infuriated. Leeteuk even claimed Yoona is his ideal woman. During the same episode, Brian claimed he would also like to marry Yoona.
SHINee JonghyunOn an episode of MBCs idol show Flower Boys Generation, the hosts asked Jonghyun to pick his favorite member out of the Girls Generation members. Although he had a hard time at first, he ultimately chose Yoona.
