Hello everybody I am Julia Dantas and today I am going to show you three really easy

classic Halloween makeup costumes all based off of this makeup look right here

so you guys want to get some Halloween inspiration then please keep on watching

So for this look I want to pale out my face I'm going in with a lighter

foundation and then of course I'm gonna be applying a little bit of concealer

underneath my eyes and on the top of my forehead

so for this look the contour is really really important and that is

what's going to make this look really come to life so I'm mixing a cool tone

contour shade with a little bit of a grey shade and when I'm hollowing out my

cheeks I'm kind of bringing that downwards and then I'm just hollowing

out all of my prominent features I'm going back into that gray shade from my

Pierre Cosmetics palette and I'm using that to do my eyebrows so that

everything is really cool tone.

Moving on to the eyes in the same palette I'm

gonna be picking up a light brown color and I'm just gonna dust that right in my

crease as a base and then I'm gonna go back in to that gray shade with a little

bit of Fix+ and put that really pigmented on my

eyelid and then of course I'm gonna smoke out my bottom lash line as well

I'm also gonna bring this underneath my eyes to make them look super sunken in

and hollowed out

To finish off my eyes I'm gonna be applying a little bit of

black eyeliner and I just went ahead and popped on my lashes

Moving on to the

lips I want them to look super muted so I'm just applying a little bit of

concealer on them and then at the very center of my lips I'm applying a little

bit of that gray eyeshadow to make them look super spooky

So my first look is

you guessed it a mummy so I have a pre-soaked my cotton bandage in a little

bit of tea overnight and this is gonna give it that decaying distressed look

that I want and I'm just wrapping it around my head and neck

Moving on to look number two we are gonna turn this mummy into a scary

vampire so I'm just swapping out my lipstick to really sell this vampire

look and I'm also gonna shade in my lips with a little bit of black eyeliner to

give it that really ombred effect

For my third and final look we're gonna be

doing something a bit more on the spooky and grungy side so I'm gonna be turning

myself now into a ghost I have teased my hair up so it's super

super big and I'm spraying some white hairspray into my hair to really sell

this ghost look this look is definitely a little bit more fun and theatrical and

last not least I'm applying some fake cobwebs to my shoulders and neck area

That is my top three favourite last-minute Halloween costumes based all off of this

makeup right here which was super easy to achieve it's crazy how your

hair and your costume can change the whole vibe of your makeup right? And if you

Number 10 was Submitted by Sweezamin SpinalPalm SpinalPalm and his girlfriend were at a concert.

The concert started out great... until she got up on stage and went to the microphone.

That's when she said, "MY BOYFRIEND WEARS DIAPERS AND POOPS HIMSELF EVERYDAY!"

Obviously, that wasn't true.

But she pointed at SpinalPalm and said that they were over.

She left with the keys and took SpinalPalm's car.

SpinalPalm was furious and called his dad to come and chase her down.

But she got away, and to this day she still has SpinalPalm's car.

Number 9 was Submitted by Crazyrobloxian GhostToast It turns out GhostToast's girlfriend was

on crack, and one day while they were hanging out, she started yelling and saying the room

was waving.

GhostToast asked her what's wrong, and she grabbed a huge knife out of her pocket and

tried to stab him.

He held her arms back, grabbed my phone, and called the police.

She was taken to juvie, but not before telling him, "We're through!"

Later, once she got out of juvie, she brought a ladder to GhostToast's house at 4:ooAM

and climbed through his window to try to stab him.

If GhostToast hadn't been up trying to watch every Danger Dolan video he would've probably

died.

Number 8 was Submitted by DabbingDaniels Legna Legna was with girlfriend at a paintball field

one day, and they were about to go together in a round, so she said "when I shoot three

paintballs into the air, come to the middle of the field."

She shot three times, and Legna ran into the middle of the field, completely unguarded.

Then she shouted at me "This is how I feel about our relationship!"

And absolutely PELTED him with paintballs.

She even got the entire opposing team to go after JUST him.

Legna asked her after the round, "Why did you do that?"

And she replied, "I'm a lesbian."

Number 7 was Submitted by RoseTheOg Snewpee Snewpee was at home on her birthday.

She was waiting for her boyfriend to come out of work and say happy birthday.

He eventually texted her saying, "I love you!"

But then he replied saying: "SIIIIIKE.

I'm breaking up with you, where's my stuff."

Snewpee replied "It's on the stove.

We ran out of charcoal."

And she never texted him again.

Number 6 was Submitted by Boi_itz_boo_boo Ramona

One time, Ramona dated a guy named Thomas in the 8th grade.

He was the type of person who just wanted to stay at home, but Ramona was the type of

person who wanted to get out.

On their two-year anniversary, Ramona suggested they go out to eat somewhere.

He gave her an odd look and replied, "You're such a stupid bitch.

You know I'm broke as shit."

They had a big argument and Ramona went home.

When she woke up the next morning, she found he had broken into Ramona's house and damaged

or stolen bunch of stuff.

He also carved the words, "FUCK YOU BITCH.

WE ARE DONE YOU STUBBORN ASS WHORE!" into her wall.

Number 5 was Submitted by Laughing_Fandom Melissa

Melissa's boyfriend decided to break up with her while they were graduated.

Not before or after.

DURING.

As Melissa was handed her diploma, she smiled back at her boyfriend, and he walked up to

her on the stage.

He grabbed the microphone and said, "I'm sorry...

I'm breaking up with you."

Everyone gasped in disbelief and Melissa just started crying in front of everyone.

She was depressed for the next year and wouldn't do anything but read her old fan fictions.

Pandora met her boyfriend back in high school, and they dated for almost 4 years, into their

college years.

They were both really into bondage, and one night they started getting into their usual

fun.

But just as he got Pandora tied to the bed, he said "I'm breaking up with you."

Then he walked out, leaving Pandora tied up, and shut and locked the door behind him.

Luckily, Pandora's roommate had brought her key with her.

She got back after 4 HOURS.

When Hellbent was 18, he moved into a brand new apartment.

It was very cold outside when he was moving all his stuff in, so he got sick.

The next day Hellbent's girlfriend sent a text asking, "want to hang out tonight?"

Because he was sick, Hellbent said no.

So at 2:00 in the morning a brick came through his window.

The brick hit him in the leg and broke his knee.

A piece of paper attached to the brick said, "Fuck you I'm breaking up with you cheater."

Apparently she was there for four hours trying to hit the second story window.

Number 2 was Submitted by RTSTim Pringle Pringle got married when he was in the US

Navy.

A few weeks after his marriage, his submarine was going out to sea for two weeks before

his major deployment.

Pringle's wife was sending emails to him back and forth until around 3 days before

he came back, so he got worried.

On the way home, Pringle kept calling her cell phone until a man answered the phone

and said "quit calling my girlfriend."

When Pringle finally got home, his house was emptied.

Everything was gone, all the furniture he bought, all the electronics, everything.

He talked to his neighbors, who showed Pringle who the new man was, since she had brought

him to his house.

It turned out Pringle's wife left him for a heroin junkie.

A week later Pringle had to go on his deployment in the Artic.

today I will show you my way of sharpening drill bits for boring in wood....

I will show you how to transform drill bit for metal to drill bit with pilot for wood

regular drill bit for metal is far from perfect for boring nice holes in finished materials.

Much better result you get with pilot drill bit.I call it pilot drill bit but they not regular pilot bits.I make them myself.

I will show you the transformation.....

First I must dress my sander with the diamond stuff

Let do it....

Use eyes protection stuff.....at least...

Sharpening wood drill bits are easy....

... because you need sharpening just two edges

I am lazy so I make it free hand...

I make the side ends edges longer than center side...

You can see why later.

I will sharpening the pilot part first...

Now I sharpening the other part of the drill bit.

I make a photos so at the end you can see how it looks in enlargement

larger bits is much easier sharpening than small....

....there is the same rules

I'm use to sharpening drill bits.

Always I make it free hand.... its over 35 years.....

In my generation boys use use drill bits often...

That regular metal drill bit and I transform it for my pilot drill bit

Using the grinding wheel edge I cut off the center part of the edge.

First time make it is difficult.... but after while you be good...

Firs I grinding the back of the cutting edges...

First on rough wheel I grind the back.Then on the fine I make the final cut.

Now be much easier to make a pilot point

You must make both side equal...

Rough cut is done now I go to next wheel...

You need water for cooling .OK. final grinding

I have white piece of melamine as a back ground for better view.

You must make both side equal...

It takes that time transform regular metal bit for pilot drill bit for wood.

Now I make the tests....

Now you can see why I make the side part of cutting edge longer than center part.

That way you get nice clean cut.

I cut just the surface so you can see the cut edge...

You see the drill bit chipped

there is not perfect edge...

Now... My pilot drill bit...

the cut edge is much better...

Last Minute Halloween Makeup Tutorial: 1 Look, 3 Ways | Julia Dantas | CBC Life - Duration: 3:26.

Hello everybody I am Julia Dantas and today I am going to show you three really easy

classic Halloween makeup costumes all based off of this makeup look right here

so you guys want to get some Halloween inspiration then please keep on watching

So for this look I want to pale out my face I'm going in with a lighter

foundation and then of course I'm gonna be applying a little bit of concealer

underneath my eyes and on the top of my forehead

so for this look the contour is really really important and that is

what's going to make this look really come to life so I'm mixing a cool tone

contour shade with a little bit of a grey shade and when I'm hollowing out my

cheeks I'm kind of bringing that downwards and then I'm just hollowing

out all of my prominent features I'm going back into that gray shade from my

Pierre Cosmetics palette and I'm using that to do my eyebrows so that

everything is really cool tone.

Moving on to the eyes in the same palette I'm

gonna be picking up a light brown color and I'm just gonna dust that right in my

crease as a base and then I'm gonna go back in to that gray shade with a little

bit of Fix+ and put that really pigmented on my

eyelid and then of course I'm gonna smoke out my bottom lash line as well

I'm also gonna bring this underneath my eyes to make them look super sunken in

and hollowed out

To finish off my eyes I'm gonna be applying a little bit of

black eyeliner and I just went ahead and popped on my lashes

Moving on to the

lips I want them to look super muted so I'm just applying a little bit of

concealer on them and then at the very center of my lips I'm applying a little

bit of that gray eyeshadow to make them look super spooky

So my first look is

you guessed it a mummy so I have a pre-soaked my cotton bandage in a little

bit of tea overnight and this is gonna give it that decaying distressed look

that I want and I'm just wrapping it around my head and neck

Moving on to look number two we are gonna turn this mummy into a scary

vampire so I'm just swapping out my lipstick to really sell this vampire

look and I'm also gonna shade in my lips with a little bit of black eyeliner to

give it that really ombred effect

For my third and final look we're gonna be

doing something a bit more on the spooky and grungy side so I'm gonna be turning

myself now into a ghost I have teased my hair up so it's super

super big and I'm spraying some white hairspray into my hair to really sell

this ghost look this look is definitely a little bit more fun and theatrical and

last not least I'm applying some fake cobwebs to my shoulders and neck area

That is my top three favourite last-minute Halloween costumes based all off of this

makeup right here which was super easy to achieve it's crazy how your

Number 10 was Submitted by Sweezamin SpinalPalm SpinalPalm and his girlfriend were at a concert.

The concert started out great... until she got up on stage and went to the microphone.

That's when she said, "MY BOYFRIEND WEARS DIAPERS AND POOPS HIMSELF EVERYDAY!"

Obviously, that wasn't true.

But she pointed at SpinalPalm and said that they were over.

She left with the keys and took SpinalPalm's car.

SpinalPalm was furious and called his dad to come and chase her down.

But she got away, and to this day she still has SpinalPalm's car.

Number 9 was Submitted by Crazyrobloxian GhostToast It turns out GhostToast's girlfriend was

on crack, and one day while they were hanging out, she started yelling and saying the room

was waving.

GhostToast asked her what's wrong, and she grabbed a huge knife out of her pocket and

tried to stab him.

He held her arms back, grabbed my phone, and called the police.

She was taken to juvie, but not before telling him, "We're through!"

Later, once she got out of juvie, she brought a ladder to GhostToast's house at 4:ooAM

and climbed through his window to try to stab him.

If GhostToast hadn't been up trying to watch every Danger Dolan video he would've probably

died.

Number 8 was Submitted by DabbingDaniels Legna Legna was with girlfriend at a paintball field

one day, and they were about to go together in a round, so she said "when I shoot three

paintballs into the air, come to the middle of the field."

She shot three times, and Legna ran into the middle of the field, completely unguarded.

Then she shouted at me "This is how I feel about our relationship!"

And absolutely PELTED him with paintballs.

She even got the entire opposing team to go after JUST him.

Legna asked her after the round, "Why did you do that?"

And she replied, "I'm a lesbian."

She was waiting for her boyfriend to come out of work and say happy birthday.

He eventually texted her saying, "I love you!"

But then he replied saying: "SIIIIIKE.

Snewpee replied "It's on the stove.

We ran out of charcoal."

And she never texted him again.

One time, Ramona dated a guy named Thomas in the 8th grade.

He was the type of person who just wanted to stay at home, but Ramona was the type of

person who wanted to get out.

On their two-year anniversary, Ramona suggested they go out to eat somewhere.

He gave her an odd look and replied, "You're such a stupid bitch.

You know I'm broke as shit."

They had a big argument and Ramona went home.

When she woke up the next morning, she found he had broken into Ramona's house and damaged

or stolen bunch of stuff.

Melissa's boyfriend decided to break up with her while they were graduated.

what is going on everybody's once again view here bring you guys my first cut

come in a pretty long time actually I haven't even played called Diddy I think

it's been like a month or so I've been playing a lot fortnight which I've been

having so much fun on that lately but the streams they just do so bad I think

it's because of how oversaturated the game is like I'm pretty sure every Call

of Duty youtuber has at least one fortnight video at least one but I do

have pub G on my PC so if any of you want to see pub G gameplay please let me

know I've never eivin even what anyway so I

haven't even opened pub G yet on my PC so if you guys want to see like a first

time playing pub G type of video please let me know because I think that would

turn out really well I think I'd like the game I think you guys would like the

game or maybe even stream it I'm probably gonna stream a pub DS a really

good game the stream okay so he just ran through every every motherfucker in

there and decides to slash me are you serious hey guys probably notice if the

video looks way different from my last video and that is because I changed up

the lighting a lot I got a completely different lighting setup I think it

looks like ten times better it looks so orange in the first video I'll probably

happen on the screen right now oh my god it's so gross also I fixed the FaceCam

black so I think that should you know definitely be better cuz I didn't notice

until I was done editing cuz I thought my ending suffer was lagging but the

face cam was just so wonky it was terrible and like almost as bad as

disconnection what the heck why was it just my connection I also had just the

white balance because you know that plays a part in how orange the video is

so yeah the quality should be way better than the first video all I say I'm not

too proud of the first video now that I'm like looking back on it just cuz of

how many like mess ups are we're like there was anything mistakes camera

mistakes of course like you know all the glitching like I've been talking about

now the only bad thing about having a DSLR in general is that you have to

restart the recording every 10 to 12 minutes I don't know how like the exact

time is for this camera is I have a really high capacity SD card but I'm not

sure if it's 10 minutes or 12 minutes I think I'm gonna do in the future is just

have a timer set on my phone so for this video I'm just gonna see if it goes to

12 minutes or 10 minutes whatever it happens to be oh my god dude I I forgot

to write to this bomb sick and congested that's why I sound like a cow but yeah

so I plan on doing a setup video soon because I'm pretty sure I'm gonna keep

this setup for a while I know I keep changing up my setup and all that but I

like the way it is right now he said nine minutes and forty seconds

What in the world is ASMR?

The Guardian called it "a feeling of otherworldly relaxation…like your brain is melting in

a good way."

And, it comes from stuff like this:

Feeling good yet?

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or ASMR, is a unique phenomenon that causes a distinctive

sensation of tingling, relaxation, and well-being.

Recently, ASMR has moved from the dark corners of the internet to YouTube, and now everyone

can try it out.

So how does it work, and are you one of the people who can enjoy it?

Experts and "trigger artists" weigh in on ASMR's scintillating secrets.

Trigger happy

Maybe getting your hair washed sends a wave of tingles through your scalp.

Maybe you've always felt a strange kind of relaxation watching Bob Ross.

Maybe your yoga teacher's voice makes you feel a calm and blissful static.

Sound familiar?

You may have the ability to experience ASMR.

But the ASMR feeling doesn't just pop up out of nowhere.

As described in a paper in the scientific journal PeerJ, it has to be triggered — in

a good way — causing "feelings of relaxation and well-being."

Dr. Craig Richard, professor and founder of ASMR University, divides ASMR triggers into

three categories.

First, "Tactile stimuli" can include watching or experiencing "Light touch, massage, hair

touching, grooming, and physical examination.""

Next, "Visual stimulation" can include things like "eye gazing and observing slow [often

methodical] hand movements."

And lastly, "Auditory stimuli," involves specific "vocal types [like soft whispering], oral

sounds [like chewing], and object-related sounds [like crinkling]."

"At the end of the day I just like to take my bra off right away when I walk in my house.

And I like to get my back scratched right where the bra connects.

That's it."

ASMRtist, Tony Bomboni says his favorite triggers, quote, "Have to be water sounds, whispering

up close, typing sounds, white noise, and rumbling through packaging or plastic."

Remedy

One of the goals of the PeerJ study was to explore the "suggestion that ASMR may be of

use for providing temporary relief to individuals with depression, stress and chronic pain."

Self-reported results recorded a measureable improvement in mood, with the biggest margin

of relief found in the most serious sufferers.

Popular ASMR YouTubers claim that their videos will help you sleep, and so far, anecdotal

evidence seems to back them up.

Bomboni even said he avoids ASMR if he has things to do because he will too easily "drift

off."

New sensations

Many people compare the elusive and difficult to describe phenomenon of ASMR to the likes

of synesthesia, or misophonia.

Could these conditions, along with ASMR, work through similar biological, neurological,

or chemical functions?

Maybe.

If you experience one, you're slightly more likely to experience another.

Notably, the results of the PeerJ study, which discussed the similarities of these three

phenomena at the outset, found that a measurably higher percentage than the general population

of people who experience ASMR also experience synesthesia, suggesting a link requiring further

research.

Making a living

Bomboni, of the Tony Bomboni ASMR channel, makes creating online ASMR his full-time career,

using "five different microphones...two different cameras, two laptops, multiple mic stands,

[and] two sets of lighting equipment."

But Bomboni is far from the only one who makes a living creating tingly content.

Some mega-popular ASMR YouTubers, like Maria of Gentle Whispering ASMR, command over a

million subscribers.

It's not sexual

With videos of people whispering in your ear, pretending to massage your scalp, or giving

you intense, personal attention, this ASMR thing might seem like it tilts toward sex.

But most people who experience ASMR would probably tell you that's not true at all.

As one artist known as ASMR Darling says,

"…please do not think that ASMR is sexual at all.

ASMR itself is not sexual.

It is biologically not sexual."

Similarly, Bomboni says he has "given up trying to explain that it is not meant to be sexual,"

and that he does "think it is common now for ASMR to be sexualized," even if that's not

the intention.

Special request

Many ASMRtists claim they get ideas for their content based on user requests.

As a result, the web is flush with videos of roleplaying doctors giving cranial nerve

exams, makeup tutorials, neck massages, hair brushing, intimate talks with friends, and

optometrist appointments.

And there are also some super specific themes, such as roleplay vids "Store Clerk Examining

what you Stole" and "Sad Wedding Planner."

Hey, whatever makes you trigger!

There's a spa for that

In summer of 2017, BuzzFeed staffers tried out an "ASMR Spa" in New York City.

It turns out that Whisperlodge, a real ASMR day spa, doesn't necessarily feature traditional

spa treatments, but rather "trained guides [who] work one-on-one with each guest in a

series of visual, auditory, and haptic treatments designed to relax the body and mind."

When Trump was elected as president of the United States in November 2016 the world pretty

well shit their pants to say the least. How was it possible that this guy won the election?

But what many in the world never considered is just how fed up people are with the same

old same old. There isn�t much trust in government or corrupt politicians these days,

and people were ready to try anything new.

After the election a slurry of stories began to hit the media about who Trump really was,

how Hillary could have lost and of course, fake news was to blame for everything. Oh,

and months later Russia was to blame for everything. Even though there was no evidence of either.

We saw a massive media slandering that was essentially the childish outcry of a Deep

State upset about how things didn�t go its way.

As we covered the many stories related to the election, Trump, Hillary, Wikileaks and

so forth here at CE, our readership often asked who we truly support; Hillary or Trump?

Of course, we support neither and have stated this numerous times, yet this was something

that was difficult for many to understand because the belief is you must support one

or the other, and if you don�t support one you automatically support the other. This

is understandable of course.

The amount of anger, emotions, and frustration people have had about Trump being president

is incredible. While I believe this shows how much we collectively need to shift our

perspectives on things in general, I also believe that in many ways our emotional outcries

are where things start. We have to observe our emotions and what they telling us about

our beliefs and perspectives in order to see how we can move beyond them. We are massively

limiting our world and reality by holding on so rigidly to what we believe. To be clear,

we cannot change things from a state of anger or aggression, we must first move past this.

This is a lesson humanity is learning big time right now.

Before we go on, politics are an emotional subject for many of us because we believe

so strongly in one side or another, this is perhaps the biggest challenge we face. But

that said, it�s most serving at this point to set emotions aside as we go through this.

This won�t lift up nor bash Trump but will simply state things for what they are. But

emotions will need to be set aside to see that more clearly.

The Truth About Trump

I�m going to break this down into a political section and then a more big picture �consciousness�

section on how Trump makes us reflect on our shadows and societal issues. To note off the

top, this won�t be your typical political perspective holding to the illusory world

of politics many in the mainstream subscribe to that is completely a dog and pony show.

We�re looking beyond the veil.

First up, let�s look at some of what happened during the election, whether you believe these

things to be true or not yet doesn�t mean they are false which is an important piece

here.

During this recent election it was the first time mainstream media began talking about

a shadow government and deep state. Essentially, unelected individuals who ACTUALLY run the

country, not the people you vote for.

A massive pedophile ring involving politicians, the music and film industry and more began

being exposed. In fact, many people, including Corey Feldman had warned everyone about this

many years ago, but it was passed off as conspiracy.

WikiLeaks revealed corruption inside the DNC that illustrated how Hillary�s campaign

fixed the election to push out Bernie Sanders. Essentially proving democracy isn�t a real

thing in the US.

A massive shift in the way we view politics needs to happen. In fact, this is part of

a massive shift in consciousness that is taking place in general. We must begin to realize

that regardless of who is elected, so long as we have a Deep State or shadow government

in place, what changes in the world is typically not based on what a president does or can

do. Now perhaps that is changing slightly given that Trump, and yes I�m going to say

this, is not part of the same Deep State that many past presidents have been, including

what Hillary Clinton is part of had she won. How do we know this? It�s a long story,

but if you follow alternative news and truth politics enough you will see this. But for

the purposes of this article, I�ve been told by a number of whistleblowers with connections

to people on the inside of the US security agencies that Trump is in fact a threat to

the Deep State in a number of ways.

On top of that, long time researcher Richard Dolan has said on a number of occasions that

Trump comes in �as an outsider.� Likewise, former CIA office Robert David Steele has

stated that Trump is not Deep State.

But this is precisely where it gets tricky, does this mean Trump is a saviour? NO! And

this is where many of us are getting confused. All this means is that he�s here to shake

things up. We must stop trying to view things as a one size fits all or as if a saviour

will come in to change everything. It�s a process we�re going through and it will

happen in many stages.

�The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus

sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation . . . The little coterie of powerful

international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes.

They practically control both parties . . . [and] control the majority of the newspapers and

Just because a president is not part of the Deep State does not mean they fully know and

will act on what many seeking truth and a better world want. It only means they won�t

act entirely in favour of what the Deep State�s plan would have been. This is a huge distinction

as I�ve watched many people flip flop confused about how he could do one thing opposing the

Deep State but then do something in favor of it.

I�ve waited quite a while to write this because I was wanted the right events to take

place that would really allow us to see what I�m referring to more clearly. Although

I think many obvious things have happened in the past that could shed light on the somewhat

complicated dynamic, I knew it would simply be time that would allow us to see what Trump�s

presidency is really about and how it is serving humanity from a bigger picture perspective.

JFK Files & What That Means

A few days ago Trump stated via Twitter that he would unlock and bring forth the long classified

JFK files.

If you have played in the realm of declassified files long enough, you know this could mean

that the files may come out completely blacked out, essentially making the release of these

files useless. On the other hand, these files could come out and reveal incredible truths

that could shatter the way the general public views its country. Most importantly, this

subject is brought into the public eye in a way that no other president would have done

and this is crucial in helping us think outside the box. It almost seems as if there could

even be a build up to exploring the truth about 9/11 which obviously would send the

US into a massive unrest of questions about who truly runs their country, why they run

it the way they do, which ultimately is what the entire gnosis of what our current times

are revealing to us.

This is a very important point so I will make it again, politically, with all that is happening

since the beginning of the election up until now, what we are seeing is an unveiling of

WHO TRULY runs the United States. Think of what came out via WikiLeaks, Snowden and so

forth, this is massive stuff and it�s part of a journey of unveiling the truth about

what�s really going on. From a conscious evolutionary perspective, this is why the

election went the way it did, it�s the bigger reason why Trump is president.

It�s Wake Up Time

It�s time for humanity to wake up, and many things coming along with Trump�s presidency

is helping to do that. This includes having Trump be the very shadow he needs to be in

order to show us the social issues we also need to move beyond.

This leads into the next important section. Interestingly, Trump doesn�t try and hide

who he truly is. As awkward and absurd as some of the things he says are, he doesn�t

hide it. He states how he feels even when what he says will offend 3/4�s of the population!

To reiterate, it�s not that what he says is always good, but it�s playing a role.

He is not lying or providing lip service like most other politicians. He�s instead baring

all so humanity sees the light and the dark within him and thus within ourselves. Again

this does not make Trump a saint or a saviour, it simply allows us to look at what�s truly

going on and what role he truly plays.

Racism, sexism, inequality etc, all of these things are coming to the surface on a mass

level as part of the way he conducts himself. Not only that but Trump is also slowly breaking

down the Deep State little by little. And while it can be argued that his administration

has been infiltrated at this point by aspects of the deep state, there are still aspects

that are coming out to help shake things up.

Our stance on Trump is that he is here to allow us to see many aspects of our collective

unconscious and at the same time shed more light on the Deep State, who they are, and

why we need to take our power back from them because we have simply given it up through

blind faith and unawareness of their existence. He is not going to suddenly change the entire

world and raise mass consciousness to the point where everything is saved, but he is

also not going to be one that simply pushes forward the Deep State�s agenda in the way

Hillary Clinton would have.

He is, in essence, the next logical step in a series of events taking place on the planet

to help awaken humanity as opposed to helping to keep humanity asleep.

of goop and all of this means nothing but don't you fret because today your

boy Brian is gonna lead you down the path to kettlebell military press

mastery stick around

if you want an amazing press you need to start with an

amazing stance apply the following four keys number one keep your feet around

shoulder-width apart number two your knees must stay locked

number three make your chest big think Superman revealing his s and finally

number four grow as tall as you can from your heels up through the crown of your

head just imagine a string pulling you up maintain these four things throughout

the entire movement or else aliens will invade the earth and elect Justin Bieber

as Earth's new president and who wants that?

we call the bottom position of the military press the rack please observe

the following items every time you are at the bottom in the rack one keep your

wrist straight not flexed and definitely not extended back if you find your wrist

once to extend try setting the bell lower in your palm when viewed from the

front keep your forearm vertical you do not want to be losing or winning an arm

wrestling match 3 when viewed from the side you want your forearm to be

pointing ever so slightly backwards the kettlebell is in front of our shoulder

in the rack but we're gonna be pushing it slightly backwards to lock out

directly over our shoulder just keep your elbow barely in front of your fist

your palm should be facing sideways to you this will put the kettlebell right

on your bicep now you might be wondering how in the world did we get the

kettlebell to the rack in the first place well as a beginner

feel free to cheat curl it up with two hands but you're gonna want to start

learning how to do a kettlebell clean as soon as possible I'll leave links below

hey now that's what I call a nice rack you know what I mean

the top of our lift is called the lockout I've got four key tips for you

to have an amazing lockout tip one first off double check your foundation your

knees are still locked spine is still tall chest is still big and your wrist

is still straight check next at the top your palm should be forward this puts

the kettlebell above your shoulder turning out feels weak and turning in

puts the belt above your head a really bad idea

viewed from the front your elbow should be completely locked and your arms

straight up and down at the 12 o'clock position use a mirror to help viewed

from the side your arms should also be at the 12 o'clock locked position

not at 10 not at 11 not 11:45 but at 12 o'clock now that's what I call a nice

lock out we make any sense

okay guys and gals all of the previous tips simply

build a great foundation a great foundation equals a great press so

always check those fundamentals but now let's move on to some more advanced

pointers don't get into the bad habit of using your legs to move the kettlebell

keep those knees locked if the kettlebell is too heavy just grab

a lighter bell a really bad habit is to lead with the elbow this is just plain

ugly and it makes kittens cry the fist and the elbow should move up at the same

time think kettlebell up rather than elbow out exhale on the way up inhale on

the way down keep your mouth closed and breathe only through your nose on both

the inhale and exhale remember at the start the palms should face in half way

up the kettlebell should be halfway turned about 45 degrees and at the top

it should be totally straight ahead practice this without a kettlebell to

get really good at it don't be one of those people that brings their ear to

their bicep on every rep trust me your bicep doesn't have

anything interesting to say and finally it's okay to very slightly kick your

hips under your working arm to create better leverage just don't overdo it

those are what I call nice presses get it stupid now just get it ladies and

Why Sinister Fans Never Got To See The Third Movie - Duration: 4:50.

Sinister is one of the better big-budget horror movies in recent memory, and nobody was surprised

when this Blumhouse film got the sequel treatment in 2015.

But since then, there hasn't been so much as a whisper about a third chapter.

Instead, it looks like the whole Sinister series has been abandoned in favor of other

franchises.

Why does sequel-happy Hollywood want nothing more to do with Bughuul and his box of haunted

videos?

Let's roll the tape.

Sinister 2 didn't make enough cash

Producer Jason Blum knows a thing or two about getting a series off the ground.

He's the man who made one-off movies like Paranormal Activity, Insidious, and The Purge

into successful, multi-film franchises.

But when asked about the prospect of a third Sinister movie during a Facebook Live chat

in 2016, Blum was brutally honest, saying, "We didn't do well enough with Sinister 2.

Not enough people went to see Sinister 2 to make Sinister 3, which is really sad."

If you're wondering what "sad" looks like in terms of cold, hard numbers: the original

Sinister made $77 million on a $3 million budget; the sequel, which cost more than three

times as much to make, brought in only $52 million.

Critics tore the second film apart

So why did audiences not latch onto Sinister 2 the way that they did for the original?

Not to be blunt, but probably because it was a bad movie — at least according to critics.

Wesley Morris of Grantland summed it up best, writing, "There comes a point when you have

to say no to these horror sequels.

There's no skill or idea visible anywhere, just the sound of money being sucked from

your pockets."

And he wasn't alone; even critics who liked the first Sinister movie thought this one

was cheap, unbelievable, and most of all, unnecessary.

The sequel botched the best part

Like the first movie, Sinister 2 centers around a series of snuff films, each involving the

grisly murder of what appears to be an entire family.

And in the first film, these sequences were so disturbing that it kinda felt like we shouldn't

even be seeing them — which made it a highly effective horror movie, if not the source

of a few recurring nightmares.

But in Sinister 2, the murder films looked more like crudely shot B-movies, screened

with a bargain-bin horror soundtrack that took them over the line from creepy to cheesy.

With the scariest part of Sinister effectively ruined by the sequel, it's no surprise that

Hollywood preferred not to unbox any future home videos from Bughuul.

They killed the premise — and the whole cast

After the original Sinister ended with a huge reveal — that the movie's snuff films were

made by kids, who killed their own families while under the influence of an ancient Boogeyman

— Sinister 2 tried to do something different.

With the source of the movies no longer a mystery, the sequel took a new angle, focusing

on one kid as he's courted by the ghostly squad of child murderers who want him to join

their ranks… and taking all the mystery out of the premise that made Sinister scary

in the first place.

Oops.

On top of that, both of these movies end with the deaths of virtually every major character

— which is appropriately dark for a horror film, but not so good for a horror franchise.

With nobody left alive to star in a new installment, Sinister 3 would have to start from scratch,

creating a whole new set of characters to breathe life into a tired storyline.

The monster is a bore

This is a problem that started with Sinister and never got fixed: Bughuul is more than

just an unpronounceable name —he's a lousy character, too.

"Some cultures believe that it lived in another realm, reachable only by ritual or sacrifice."

Whatever that means.

Both movies identify Bughuul, also known as the Boogeyman, as an otherworldly being who

exists to corrupt innocent children.

But as the antagonist of a major horror franchise, we never really get to know Bughuul: his hopes,

his dreams, his reasons for dressing up like a low-rent Michael Jackson impersonator.

Sure, he makes for a good jump scare — but without a compelling villain to shape the

franchise around, making more Sinister movies would be a chore, especially when competing

series like The Conjuring are trotting out fresh, interesting monsters with legitimate

backstories on the regular.

The original director has moved on

Sinister director Scott Derrickson doesn't do generic horror, and he's especially good

at translating classic subject matter into something freshly terrifying.

[Unintelligible] "You speak Latin, huh?"

That would make him the perfect person to get this spooky series back on track — if

only he had the time for it.

But Derrickson let someone else take the reins when it came to directing Sinister 2.

And by the time the sequel hit theaters, he was already on to bigger things: specifically

the Marvel movie Doctor Strange, which catapulted him into a whole new world of big-budget,

high-profile projects.

Between adapting Bong-Joon Ho's Snowpiercer into a TV series and probably helming the

inevitable Doctor Strange sequel, Derrickson has plenty on his plate — and he isn't likely

to waste his energy trying to bring small-budget Bughuul and his squad of killer kiddos back

from the dead… or wherever they are.

So when it comes to more Sinister sequels, it looks like the hero from Sinister 2 gets

the last word.

"It's over, Zach.

You're not making another film."

North Korea announce plan for HUGE nuclear test - USA on alert

has repeatedly threatened to use nuclear weapons to destroy America and has now announced plans to carry out a provocative new test.

  A senior diplomat from Pyongyang today said warnings of a possible atmospheric nuclear test over the Pacific Ocean should be taken "literally".   The official told CNN the threat by the hermit state's despot should not be taken lightly.

  Ri Yong Pil said the foreign ministry was aware of plans for a launch and urged Washington to prepare itself.

He said: "The foreign minister is very well aware of the intentions of our supreme leader, so I think you should take his words literally.

" Last month North Korea's foreign minister Ri Yong Ho said Pyongyang was considering "the most powerful detonation" of a hydrogen bomb over the Pacific Ocean.   This would mark a concerning deterioration of the already-tense situation on the peninsula.

  North Korea has conducted six nuclear tests in its history, with half taking placein the last 21 months. All six have taken place in underground testing facilities deep within Kims rogue state.

A seventh test carried out in the atmosphere above an already-turbulent region would therefore mark a worrying milestone in North Koreas march towards nuclear power.  The most recent test took place on September 3 at the Punggye-ri Test Site.  It was so powerful it was registered as a 5.7 magnitude earthquake by the South Korean government.   .

China and the US also registered it as an earthquake at at even-stronger 6.3 magnitude.  The US Geological Society said: "Possible explosion, located near the site where North Korea has detonated nuclear explosions in the past." Kim Jong-un has already put far more focus on nuclear testing and missile launches than his father Kim Jong-il and grandfather Kim il-Sung.

CIA chief Mike Pompeo said last week that North Korea could be only months away from gaining the ability to hit the United States with nuclear weapons. Experts say an atmospheric test would be a way of demonstrating that capability.

Trump next week will make a visit to Asia during which he will highlight his campaign to pressure North Korea to give up its nuclear and missile programs.

He has not yet made clear whether he will visit the demilitarised zone on the border between North and South Korea.  Trump told reporters on the White House South Lawn: "Id rather not say but youll be surprised." Trump is scheduled to depart on November 3 on a trip that includes visits to Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines.
