Youtube daily report w Oct 3 2017

Welcome Guys on m FireAcademy channel

Today we`re going to judge small thing

This is crackling fountain which works 2 minutes

Do you believe?

It`s code is JC08

Fountain has CE certificate

It`s distributed by Jorge

Pack with 4 or 6 fountains costs 16 PLN so it`s a bit expensive

Without CE certificate they costed about 8 PLN on sale

But when I arrived to the shop all were sold

One fountain has 35 g of NEC

It`s big

Trust me it`s heavy

But if it should work about 2 minutes it has to be worth

If I have to be honest I saw how this fountain works before

And I think it`s nice

I don`t know how to call this product because it doesn`t give sparks, it`s shoots

Let`s test it!

We`re burning crackling fountain JC08 which is working 2 minutes

And it`ll shooting like this in next 2 minutes

Product costs 16 PLN so after test you can tell the price is ok

I like it

It`s really long

I like it

It`s not finishing

The noise is scratchy and it`s funny how it`s bounces off from my house

It`s visible it stops working

It was working 2 minutes

1 min 50 sec

But the effect amazing

We`ll see on a review

There are 6 fountains in one pack

And they cost 16 PLN

They are ok

I enjoyed them

2 minutes of crackling shooting

And the sparks are flying on different sides

It was amazing

Real duration time is compatible with distributor`s description

So I confirm with information it works 2 minutes

The quality of product is ok

Crackling was quite loud

I liked it

My note is 8/10

We`ll see in next movie in next 3 days

I`m waiting for your opinions

Leave a like

See ya in next movies!

10 Celebrity Moms Top Pregnancy Cravings Pickles and ice cream? Chocolate-covered potato

chips? Pop-Tarts? Check out the wacky, weird, and sometimes healthy pregnancy cravings of

celebrity mamas.

Laura Prepon "Orange is the New Black" star Laura Prepon

revealed she's having all sorts of old-school cravings for her childhood favorites such

as pastrami sandwiches on rye and cherry soda. "I haven't eaten that stuff in years," she

said on Live with Kelly and Ryan. "Since I've been pregnant I've been craving kind

of like this Jewish deli food, with like the pickles and the sauerkraut and mustard." The

37-year-old is expecting her first child, a girl, with fianc茅 Ben Foster.

Amal Clooney The human right lawyer is currently several

months preggers with twins, and she recently divulged to RadarOnline that she and husband

George Clooney are expecting one boy and one girl! Amal is reportedly due sometime this

summer, and in the meantime a source told Closer Weekly that the mama-to-be has been

frequenting La Pelouse restaurant in Paris, where she was spotted with the former ER star

over the weekend. "He's more nervous than she is," the source explained. "He's

insisting she rest more, and he's spoiling her with all of her favorite treats. Amal's

been craving pasta and risotto with white truffles lately." Awwww! And because the

first-time dad is super supportive, he's been indulging right along with her. "He

feels like he's going to gain all the weight," the source added, "but he's fine with

it."

Hannah Davis The Sports Illustrated supermodel—who is

expecting her first child with husband Derek Jeter—is a vegetarian, but her pregnancy

has her itching to break that rule. "I don't eat meat, but now I crave beef jerky all the

time, which is kind of interesting," she told Extra. And Davis also gets hankerings for

yummy junk food. We feel that, Mama! "I like a lot of gummies, like candy and stuff

like that...anything salty, sweet," the model said. Apparently, her baby-on-the-way has

driven away her picky-eating tendencies: "Now it's like…give me everything!"

Peta Murgatroyd Yes, even professional dancers get cravings

during pregnancy. Peta Murgatroyd of "Dancing with the Stars," who recently announced

she is expecting her first child with her fianc茅 and fellow DWTS star Maksim Chmerkovskiy,

admitted to People, "My diet right now is crazy. I crave fresh fruit and pickles and

I'll have everything at the same time."

Another recent craving? Let's just say dessert for breakfast is not out of the question for

Murgatroyd. "I really crave cold ice cream for anytime of the day," the shimmying superstar

told E! News.

Still, the gorgeous mama-to-be is doing her best to satiate her cravings with healthy

snacks. "I'll have organic salsa and chips and then pineapple, and I'll finish it with

two pickles." Murgatroyd adds, "I'm glad I ate really healthily before I got pregnant

because I don't crave McDonald's and doughnuts and stuff like that."

Yup, we'll agree ice cream is perfectly healthy when you're growing a tiny human!

Anna Chlumsky During her first pregnancy, it was all butter

and pastries and sugar when it came to cravings for the "Veep" star. "It's funny because [2½-year-old

daughter Penelope] will lick the icing off of something," she recently explained on "Last

Call With Carson Daly." "So I'm like, 'Does that correlate with the cravings?'" If so,

the Emmy-nominated actress—who is currently six months preggers with her second child

with husband Shaun So—probably doesn't have to worry about history repeating itself. "With

this pregnancy, I want Japanese food all the time," she said. "I want sushi!" Something

tells us she better start stocking up on those colorful, plastic kiddie chopsticks now!

Behati Prinsloo Hubby Adam Levine recently spilled the beans

about the Victoria Secret Angel's pregnancy cravings to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show.

"She's eating a lot of watermelon," he told Jimmy. "A LOT of watermelon. You get random

cravings for stuff, and it's just like SO much watermelon." Not a bad hankering to have,

considering the sweet snack has been shown to do everything from help keep pregnant mamas

hydrated and soothe morning sickness to boost the body's immune system and raise the skin's

SPF. Can't do much better than that—though the Maroon 5 frontman added that the model

mama is starting to get into ice cream, too. But because the first-time father-to-be is the

ultimate team player, he doesn't let his wife indulge alone. "I eat a lot of stuff," he

admitted. "A lot of stuff."

Ellie Kemper The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star recently

revealed that she's expecting her first-born with husband Michael Koman sometime this summer.

And so far, her pregnancy cravings have been pretty, well, chill. "I've been eating a LOT

of ice cream," she told Conan O'Brian. "It's gotten to the point where... I feel like an

alcoholic, but it's for Ben & Jerry's. Like, I go there every night. And the guy looks

at me... and he's so kind. But he knows." Too funny! "I, like, peruse the avocados,

and I'm like, 'Oh maybe I'll get an apple," the actress continued. "And then, like, of

course I'm going to the freezer. I said on Tuesday, 'I can't get ice cream again until

Friday, you have to hold me to it.' And then I came in on Thursday night, and he looked

at me and he just slowly shook his head." Eat it if you got it, Ellie!

Ginnifer Goodwin While expecting her second son with husband

and co-star Josh Dallas, the "Once Upon a Time" star revealed to E! News that her pregnancy

cravings didn't change much from her first pregnancy. "My biggest craving with this pregnancy

is banana peppers," she said. "The last pregnancy, I was all about jalapenos, which aren't very

far from the banana pepper tree." The modern-day fairy tale couple welcomed their first son,

Oliver Finlay, in May 2014.

What Parents Think When You DON'T ANSWER Your Phone - Duration: 2:09.

Why isn't she answering her phone?

I think I will keep trying until she answers!

She never answers her phone!

She's so absent minded.

This phone isn't even ringing, foolish technology.

What if she's in trouble?

What if she's on a date with Agarwal's son?

I gifted Anisha the same present Priya gave me.

Oh!

Oh god! Has somebody kidnapped her?

What if she runs away with that fool?

Is she upset because I watched Judwaa 2 by myself.

So many house hold chores to finish, this girl is so irresponsible.

Where is my daughter? Has she eaten anything?

May be she is with someone else. I was right not to trust her.

*praying*

She destroyed everything we had.

*still praying*

I haven't even seen in grandson yet!

Is something wrong?

Oh my!!

How to Prep Nails for Acrylic or Gel Application - Salon Style - Duration: 8:34.

Hi everybody I'm Kristy Meakin from Naio Nails.

In this video I am going to show you like in real life when a client comes into you

with their nails.

We are going to start from scratch.

I am going to show you how I prep their nails.

Are you ready?

[background music]

So, here we have, I am not going to say her name. I don't want to embarrass her

But I love her very dearly

And this is how many, many come into the salon.

They come to you because they want their nails to look beautiful and clearly their nails

don't look beautiful or else they wouldn't be coming to you would they.

So, here we have some nails a little bit higglydy piggldy and a little bit messy, and then we've

got a little bit of cuticle damage going on.

Because this client likes to eat her skin

I thing that's called, erm, Canabalism

I am prone to it as well, myself.

Is it cannabalism when you eat your self?

Oh I don't know,

It's canabalism when you eat other humans

Self Harming

What I am going to do is clean these up a bit.

And I am going to clean up with some wipes, and then I've got some gel residue wipe

solution.

So, before I do anything I am going to wipe over the nails, because there is a grubbiness,

and I want to have them good and clean.

Now, what I am going to do is some cuticle work before I do anything.

I am going to push back the cuticles.

We are going to dry push them because if we use any solutions, like if we use cuticle

oil, then we are going to put cuticle oil into the nail and that will keep the nail

from staying on, the nail extensions that is not the real nail.

So, I am going to ease back those cuticles.

We can see some of the non-living tissue still stays attached to the nail.

But we will deal with that.

Do you say non living because it sounds less threatening than DEAD TISSUE

Because you should never take away the living tissue.

Yeah, but dead and no living are the same things right?

Maybe, I don't know. I just say it, I haven't got a clue

What would you do if a zombie came in?

I'd run really fast.

Obviously, I need to be a little bit careful here where she has had a bit of a nibble

we can use the other end of the cuticle pusher which will scrape off any non-living tissue.

Now, in salon what I would do is just give that a little scrape around and I would remove

most of that with a hand file or a cuticle bit on my e-file.

So, see the difference.

I can't really go on that with my hand file because that would hurt her and I don't

want to do that. because i love you so dearly

So, I we can do it quickly salon style, but we will have to take extra care with this finger.

So, you are going to take your file and you're going to go right into those folds here.

And as you file and prepping, you are only skipping across it, we are not being quite

abrasive.

We are just taking off that shine and we are removing that non-living tissue at the same

time.

Now I can we still have a little bit of acrylic still on this nail.

So, we are going to get rid of that.

Just softly buffing that off.

Because there is only a little smidge of it there.

While i am there

I am going to do the free edge.

That one is all prepared, same with the one.

See that non-living tissue.

Get rid of that, that is the first thing I want to do then I am going to pull the file

down the length of the nail.

There really isn't much of a free edge on that one, so I'm not going to really do anything to that

I am going to come back to this one.

Same with this one.

Get right into those grooves and then skip over the nail.

And tidy the free edge.

Same with this one.

Just get right into those folds, skip over the nail.

Tidy the free edge.

Now with this one what I can do I can do the free edge already.

It is not going to cause any harm.

What I will do I will use a cuticle bit which is usually a round one or I have this one

as well which is like a flattened off cone.

I think I am going to use the flattened off cone.

I think I will get a little bit close but I won't cause any pain.

I am going to put that on no higher than 10 and just going to move it around very gently.

Removing that non-living tissue away from that natural nail.

Because if we leave that non-living tissue on the nail, when we put the acrylic on it

will just pop off.

[e-file in background]

All done.

So, we don't need to go around that cuticle with our file now, all we need to do is skip

across that natural nail to take of the shine to make sure there is no acrylic left on there

from a set that she has had on there before.

And we are done.

I am going to dust over.

And then I going to wipe over with gel residue wipe off solution to clean that nail plate

And they are now ready for acrylic application.

I hope you have enjoyed this video.

I hope it has helped improve you to how you prep a nail.

It's really important.

I do get a lot of messages saying, "why does my nail fall off, and why I have done

this with a set of nails.

They are so fantastic but they fall off."

Most of it is down to your prep.

So, I hope that this helps you improve your prep.

In another video we will show you how I sculpt out a salon style and length nail.

Don't forget to check that out.

Also, don't for get to check us out on Facebook and Instagram and all of that.

And I will see you guys in the next video.

Bye, bye.

4 Best Practices to Effectively Communicate - Duration: 4:49.

Hey guys! my name is Shawn Howell. welcome to prayerlights. this channel is all about

children's ministry ideas and mommy lifestyle vlogs to help you raise a

Jesus loving child. today's video is on the four best practices to effectively

communicate your ministry. so if you are looking to up your communication game,

keep watching. number one: create a communications list

document in a PDF or a word and make sure you get that document out to your

people. put it on your website. put it in your newsletter. put it everywhere you

can. then make a list all the different ways that you communicate in your ministry

area. if you communicate on Facebook list that. if you communicate on Instagram or

snapchat list that. if you have a monthly church newsletter, a monthly

e-newsletter, a bulletin, or standing up at the front of the pulpit at the church

service that way if you make announcements before certain events. if

you show videos. every single platform that you use to communicate to your

parents and to your church members. make a list of all those ways so that when

you meet with parents or when they come to you and say well you know I didn't

get... they didn't get the memo... I didn't get the memo on such-and-such event

coming up then you can say oh I'm so sorry that you didn't. sorry that you

missed that. here are all the different ways that we communicate. here's 9 or

10 different ways that we communicate. hopefully one of these ways will work

for you and maybe you can look out for them. and it is important to list

a variety of different platforms to communicate on because people hear

things in different ways. so if you're just putting your announcement in the

church newsletter or you're just putting your announcement from the pulpit during

announcement times, not everybody is going to hear that because we all

hear things in different ways. so having a list of nine or ten different ways

that you communicate your same message over and over will help parents

understand and look for those ways that work for them best. so when you list all

those nine ... nine or ten different ways of communicating make sure that you

communicate the same message in all those different ways. so

if you have one particular event coming up make sure that you have it in every

single platform... on every single platform. so make sure that it goes out on your

social media platforms and in your print newsletters and communications and in

your verbal communications. make sure that you have the same message going out.

but you can be creative in the different ways that you say that same message.

number two: be consistent. so if in your communication plan you list that you

post your announcements and your upcoming events in the church newsletter

which comes out once a month make sure that you do that. make sure that you send

out that monthly email. make sure you do what you say you're going to do. be

consistent. number three: don't spam your audience. so a lot of people, myself included, have

fallen into the trap of spamming our parents and our church members and the

people that are our target audiences that we are trying to communicate with.

so we don't want to send five emails in one day. I have done that before it's not

good. so what happens when we spam our people is that we just become white

noise and they block us out or they send us to their spam folder. and

number four: don't use insider language. a lot of times in the church we say things

that people outside of the church don't understand and ultimately our goal is to

communicate with other people who don't go to our church. in our church we tend

to talk as if we're talking to church members. so, for example, in the Methodist

Church we say things like: acolytes, narthex, communion. we have all of these

different terms that people may not understand if they are new to the

church. they may come from other traditions, faith traditions. or they may

be new to faith in general. I used to be Baptist didn't know what a Narthex was.

it's the space outside of the sanctuary. it's as simple as that. so be careful in

your language that you use if you are trying to reach people outside of church

members. so this video is a three-part series so stay tuned for

videos the next two weeks that also have to do with your ministry area and how to

be more effective. thanks so much for watching my video. if you liked this

video and you are new to my channel please make sure to subscribe so you get

my new videos. and don't forget to share this with a friend if you found it

helpful. I will see you in my next video. thanks for watching. bye!

5 Creative Ways to Motivate Employees — Without Money - Duration: 8:31.

Hey, it's Marie Forleo and you are watching MarieTV, the place to be if you want to create

a business and life you love, and I think you do.

Now, if you ever wonder how to attract and retain the best team you possibly can, especially

if big salaries or huge bonuses are just not an option, this question is for you.

Today's comes from Elizabeth who writes:

"Hey, Marie.

I love your show and your heart for service."

Thank you.

"I'm the founder of a nonprofit and we're in a huge growth spell right now, so we're

starting to hire, and I want to bring the right people on board.

I want to invest in my team, but this seems hard with a nonprofit because donors want

their resources to go towards programs, not payroll.

I know taking care of your team is how you thrive as an organization.

Can you suggest incentives outside of profit sharing that help you grow and retain talent?

Thank you so much for your advice, Elizabeth."

Elizabeth, I love this question.

As you know, getting and keeping the right people on board – it is crucial to your

success, especially in today's world of low employee engagement and high turnover.

But even more than that, getting the right people on the bus makes going to work fun

and something you can actually look forward to.

Now, I have no doubt that our amazing audience is going to help crowdsource a ton of brilliance

in the comments below, but first I want to share five ideas that have really worked well

in our business.

But before I do that, I want to say something to you.

You actually have a huge advantage going for you, because recent studies of employees here

in the US show that making a positive impact is the most important measure of employee

success followed by, in this order: doing work you love, good work/life balance, and,

of course, the pay.

So as a nonprofit you have got your purpose game down, girl.

Booyah!

But here are five more incentives that I want you to consider.

Number one is flexibility.

This, my friend, is what so many humans crave more of.

We crave more control over our own schedule because, let's face it, right?

In life, things happen.

Both special events that you just don't want to miss, and people get sick.

Plus, putting the emphasis on results rather than who is at their desk at what hours gives

people more control over their day and makes them feel trusted, which is hugely important.

Now, of course there are positions where you do need to be at your desk at certain hours,

but in those cases you might want to consider having people cross-trained or consider having

a few part-timers instead of one full-timer.

Number two is time off.

Because I've got to say, what's one thing we all want more of?

More time!

Amen.

Yes, we do.

So, Elizabeth, how can you be generous about giving people time off?

I'll tell you what we do in our company.

We give people six weeks of paid vacation, plus paid holidays, plus something called

inspiration days.

Now you might be asking, what are inspiration days?

Inspiration days are paid time off that you can take to do something fun and inspiring

like go to a museum or head to the beach, or learn beekeeping ... in Spanish.

Don't anger the bees, or they will kill you.

Ow!

Number three is the best tech.

So you've got to hook your people up and make sure they have the most up to date software

and laptops and phones.

Now, of course you do not have to upgrade every time something new comes out – that

would be a little nuts.

But the best tech not only helps people be more productive, but it also builds company

pride and morale.

Because, you know this, nothing is more demoralizing than trying to get something done and being

stymied by the pinwheel of death.

Hey, guy – guys?

Can you hear me right now?

Hello? Something's not right.

I can't feel my legs.

So, yes.

This one does cost money.

But as a nonprofit, there's a really good chance you can negotiate a discount or a donation.

Number four, you want to challenge them to grow.

So you need to expect a lot from your people and really challenge them to gain new skills,

because if they don't see a growth path ahead they're not going to stay.

You know what I do sometimes is I assign missions to people that they need to go figure out,

and 99% of the time it's around a project that none of us have experience in, we've

never done anything like it before.

And, frankly, I expect results.

And, you know what?

They always make it happen.

And other times something will come up and I'll say, "Hey, who's stepping up to

take this on?"

And always someone rises to the challenge.

And doing that transforms them in a way that's exciting both for them and for everyone else.

And you want to know why?

It is because of this tweetable.

"No one rises to low expectations.

A-players want to step up, not level out."

And, finally, number five is appreciation and acknowledgement.

Now, I have to say, this is one of the most important things you can do to attract and

retain talent, and it's one of the most underrated.

You have got to make it a part of your company culture to celebrate and appreciate and publicly

acknowledge people for their hard work.

Now, for example, when someone in our company hits a milestone or they just kick some major

butt on a project or when a team gets something monumental done, we pour on the specific and

sincere recognition for each person.

I mean, we clap, sometimes we make monkey sounds, we will throw the confetti in the

air.

We go to town celebrating.

And, you know what?

When something is real good?

Yup, gets a little reggae airhorn.

Now, this year things were so good that to show my appreciation for my team I took everyone

on a company vacation to Mexico.

Yes.

Now, obviously I've been in business for many years now and this is not the kind of

thing that I could have done early on.

So if that's a little too nachos in the sky for you, start simple.

Do something maybe like a company brunch.

Anything really where the only agenda is connection and having fun.

So there you have it, Elizabeth.

Five creative ideas to help you both attract and retain top talent.

And before we wrap, make sure that you watch these other episodes on this topic too.

So the first one up is my secret weapon for leading a happy team.

And, yes, it involves handcuffs.

Second, the one with my good buddy Simon Sinek on how to inspire others to do remarkable

things.

I'm going to put links to both of those right below this video.

And that was my A to your Q, Elizabeth.

I really do hope it helps.

And now I would love to hear from you.

So outside of big salaries or bonuses or profit sharing, what are some other ideas for meaningful,

creative incentives to offer your team?

indeed CNN reported just three days ago that it remains undistributed because Puerto Rico does not have enough licensed truck drivers to

Handle it and won't allow anyone else to handle it yet

CNN has been one of the main media sources feeding the talking point that President Trump is not providing enough aid to the island the

Conservative tree house has transcribed the phone call which is in Spanish and featured in a video below radio announcer

What is your name police caller? I cannot give my name because I work for Puerto Rico's Police Department

I need to pass this information out because the stuff that is being brought from the US is not being distributed

They are not allowing the Puerto Rican people to receive the donations radio announcer what part of Puerto Rico

Are you calling us for right now police caller? I am right now in Guaynabo

radio announcer 3

But what information do you have what if you seen police caller the mayor?

Carmen Yulin is not allowing anyone to distribute we need what Puerto Ricans need is that the US Armed Forces?

Come in and distribute the aim and that they stop at governor Rosello, and the mayor Yulin on doing what they are doing?

It's an abuse. It looks like communism in our own island sobbing sobbing continues

inaudible translation due to cries

They have to wait for the license that there are no buses

Everything has to be protocol. The lines are stretched. We can only give one box of water per person sobbing continues

The medics here people are dying the hospitals are in crisis police collar

Continuing I am embarrassed as a boricua to work for Puerto Rico's police and see that we cannot do anything

There are dozens and thousands and thousands of food and when people ask we cannot give anything away because mayor

Carmen Yulin says that we cannot take anything out because everything is a soap opera

Everything is a show in there have to be cameras learn there because you know they are just looking for votes for the upcoming years

Radio announcer - Wow police caller and the governor won't move unless

There is a camera behind him mayor

Carmen Yulin won't move unless there is a camera behind her this is how we are living in Puerto Rico

Meanwhile artists are giving money and the people of Florida or sending stuff

And I don't know how many more people are helping because we have very limited communication very limited

And we have no idea what's going on outside and the people who are sending stuff. They have to come in

They have to come to help Puerto Rico and distribute

What is being wasted because what else are we going to do you tell me?

What are we going to - radio announcer number two of course the desperation?

Radio announcer number three we are with our hearts broken listening to you describing this situation

Which is heartbreaking when we know that so many people are helping? This is a police officer speaking police caller?

I've been for one hour and a half just trying to download an application because the phones that they give to us

I cannot use them as a police officer due to security measures

But I need to speak for the people because the people are suffering

Because I as a cop and other partners are seeing it a lot of people have been posting videos

Sobbing inaudible and no one is paying attention

Radio announcer number three we are truly. Sorry for this situation

Did not know that

police call her if Cuba and Venezuela

Want to help and we are grateful for that and that the government denies their help the government denies Cuba's help that they reject

Venezuela's help look for God's sake tell me how is it possible?

We need help radio announcer number three

We are going to send this message out so that against where it needs to get to police caller. We want the u.s.

To come in that the strongest forces come in and take the governor out he is not doing anything

He is just going around and around and everyone is like. Oh look how nice the governor

He is going in the mug. He is going in the water, and where is it pardon the expression? Where is the food police collar?

Continues look grab the food grab the sausage cannon take it to the families stop

The show the governor is just doing a show it's all a show

There are many mayors that are suffering because they cannot do anything for their people radio announcer number two

What are they doing with the food is it being kept in storage because they are not allowing to give it out

Police caller they are not doing anything and they tell the harbor's ports that they cannot bring stuff anymore if the US government

Doesn't get involved

They will finish us we are going to end up worse worse than Cuba Africa

Or worse than Heidi we are living in an era that you don't want to see people aren't desperate

The gasoline people are already killing each other not to rob you they are doing it

So they can be the First's to get food and taken to their families police collar continues

Do you know what I was when a woman approaches me and tells me I don't have anymore

I don't know what else to give my kids because I don't have any more water in crackers radio announcer number one

sweetie

Thank you for calling us and using this medium to denounce this

Situation and good thing that it was you who explained this so that people don't think that we are making up stuff

Because this has nothing to do with politics. This is a very serious situation

police call er very serious sobbing continues

over the weekend. "He's more nervous than she is," the source explained. "He's

daughter Penelope] will lick the icing off of something," she recently explained on "Last

You get random

mama is starting to get into ice cream, too. But because the first-time father-to-be is the

Jessa (Duggar) Seewald It's no surprise that some celebs are Instagramming

their pregnancy cravings, and first-time mom-to-be Jessa Seewald kept hers totally real, admitting

that a recent fast-food lunch date with her hubby was "because 'the baby' was craving

Arby's! I love being able to use that excuse.

Molly Sims Sims experienced some major sugar cravings!

While pregnant with her second child (daughter Scarlett, who was born in March 2015), the

41-year-old actress and model told Parents.com that she indulged in two hot chocolates in

4 Surprising Places To Connect To The Field Of Consciousness - Duration: 4:48.

4 Surprising Places To Connect To The Field Of Consciousness

BY ROMI

We are all connected to the same field of consciousness where universal wisdom and truth

reside.

There are times we are acutely aware of receiving intuitive guidance like a-ha moments when

we meet up with synchronicity, information, or divine timing seemingly out of the blue.

The more this happens, the more in flow we are with the universal flow of energy!

You have a hard time feeling energetic ease and have tried meditation but just cant

seem to connect with it, there are four common ways to get into a state of flow.

But first, we need to get to a place where we can receive answers to our questions via

spiritual guidance.

It can be a challenge to describe the field of consciousness because our vernacular is

subjective.

Some describe it with language like coincidence, synchronicity, or serendipity.

Here are 4 Surprising places to connect to the field of consciousness:

1) Solo Exercise

solo-exercice.jpgOnce we put on our walking/running/yoga clothes weve entered a zone. (right?)

This space is a door way to a meditative experience (if we choose).

And ANY meditative experience brings us to the door of the field of consciousness.

The next time you go for a stroll or a run by yourself, leave your i-pod and phone at

home and keep your heart, ears and eyes wide open; count your breaths, listen to the birds

in the trees,

feel the wind and your feet as they routinely touch the pavement and notice the quality

of air that enters your lungs and exits your mouth

When you can connect your soul to the beautiful rhythm of life affirming movements

youre fully present in your own mind, body, and soul/spirit!

And this is a powerful place to ask and receive!

2) The Shower

shower.jpgEarth, Wind, Fire, and Water are natural elemental energies that fuel and assist

the human body and experience.

It is why we are drawn like flies to candles, fire pits, fire places, sunrise, sunsets,

the ocean, sand, and crystals.

A daily ritual such as a shower is a perfect place to quiet your mind and drop into your

body as you begin the meditative ritual of caring and cleansing.

This is another powerful place to ask and receive!

3) Driving

Driving.jpg

Although our goal is to keep our eyes on the road, driving is also an opportunity to quiet

mind chatter, turn off the music and noisy-ness and really allow our soul to take the wheel.

Use time behind the wheel to not only get from point A to point B safely, but to also

take a mental, physical, and energetic time-out to realign with source energy.

It is a great place to ask and receive!

4)Dreams

Dreaming.jpgThe best place for a vision board is your bedroom facing you.

Why?

Because it is the perfect position to work within the matrix of your subconscious for

hours at a time!

There are no filters to bypass when we sleep.

Thats why when we go to sleep, we can access our spirit guides and angels.

An exercise: Before bed, write down one question for God, the Universe, your spirit guides

or angels you would like clarity on and tuck it under your pillow.

Answers and information can be integrated into the fabric of our consciousness whether

we are aware or not.

But keep paper and a pen on your bedside.

As you awaken or reposition, jot down the time and any speck of a dream, no matter how

little information.

Spirit often alerts us of their presence and responses in number sequences such as numbers

on a clock, especially when it coincides with a dream.

Dont write anything off, write it down!

With practice, you will notice a pattern of how your higher team communicates with you.

revealed that she's expecting her first-born with husband Michael Koman sometime this summer.

Amazing MALAYSIAN BREAKFAST- ROTI cooked over CHARCOAL, MELAKA | Food and Travel Channel | Malaysia - Duration: 10:51.

Hi I'm Thomas and I'm Sheena and we're Chasing a Plate, today we're in Malacca

Malaysia and it's time for a Malaysian breakfast, we've come to a real local

spot to try charcoal cooked roti canai and also it wouldn't be a Malaysian breakfast

without nasi lemak, we're starving, let's eat!

We've ordered a spread we've got rroti canai, we've got a nasi lemak with chickens rendang and

we have a nacho roti which is pretty out there so the amazing thing about

this place which, I can't remember the name of the restaurant so as always

details down below it's got quite a long name, that's why I can't remember it,

Roti Canai Kayu Arang, that's wrong again but details down below in the description

box we always lists the places we're eating at and don't forget to subscribe

while you're down there. Now we ordered the roti canai because it's cooked

over charcoal like Sheena said earlier well all the roti here is cooked over

charcoal which is super unusual normally it's cooked on a gas hotplate but here

the giant hotplate is over red-hot charcoal which hopefully

will give it a slightly different taste it's definitely very crispy but I'm gonna

try that second, first I'm gonna try this roti

nacho so what it is is roti or bread with I can see red cabbage, green, yellow

and red peppers I can see chicken mince which has been cooked in some sort of

spice, I can see at least two types of cheese, seriously crazy and not what I

expected to find at a restaurant like this because we've come quite a way out

of Malacca City to a little kampung or village so this is quite an out-of-the-way

restaurant but not hard to get to so it's definitely worth a visit but let's

try this Mexican nacho roti

it's got mayonnaise too so the mayonnaise is giving it a real twang then

you've got the peppers, the mince is cooked in like a very Mexican tasting

spice mix, and the bread because it's sort of crispy it's kind of like nacho chips

or corn chips when they've gone a little soggy but they still have a little bit

of a crunch. I'm gonna try some more because this is one of those dishes that you can't

help but giggle when you eat cos it's just a bit, a bit crazy

It's really good, like really really good, I wasn't expecting it to be that great

to be honest but it's amazing I can't for yout to try that one Sheena.

let's try this this roti canai though because I'm

really interested in tasting the flavour of it when it's in its basic

form like this so that roti is still cooked over charcoal but because of all

the added ingredients with the Mexican one it just tastes like normal roti

so let's rip some of this plain roti off what makes it roti canai is it

comes with some dal or some curry in this case just a dal with some sambal

but I'm gonna try the bread by itself just to see if it's got a flavour, oh that is such good roti,

it doesn't really have any charcoal-y or barbecu-esque flavours it's just a

beautifully cooked roti and I imagine cos of the perfect heat they'd get from the

charcoals it must be able to just cook them really well in and controlled. Let's

try it with the dal and a little bit of sambal

that dal is full of flavour, really punchy, the sambal has a tiny spice and that

dal is not watery sometimes I find dal can be much too watery that's

really creamy, this is really good both of those are

amazing that's a great roti canai it's so simple

so tasty and they are just going to make me laugh every time I eat this nacho

roti hahaha. It wouldn't be breakfast without a nasi lemak we are absolutely

addicted to this dis. This one comes with the coconut rice so rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaves

there's a dollop of really dark red sambal or chilli on the side, there's some

roasted peanuts and some ikan bilis which are the fried anchovies, there's slices of

cucumber, there's also some kankung or water spinach or Morning Glory that looks like

it's just been maybe just boiled and then cooked in like a really

light gravy and then there's a fried egg on top and I also added some chicken

rendang which looks really good too because the sauce is sort of gonna meld

in with sambal and then give that rice a bit of a kick I'm just gonna

get into this, the rice looks really fluffy and soft I'm just gonna go for

sambal, rice and some peanuts maybe a little bit of egg and see what that

tastes like

it is such a satisfying dish! I know a lot of people can't get used

to eating rice in the morning but trust me once you jump on that bandwagon you

will never want to get off it is so filling, so satisfying and this one is

really good. I've got to get into this roti, now with

all this filming that we do often we get to eat a lot of cold food so I'm

looking forward to seeing how this roti stacks up against the passing of

time because it's been a while but like just from picking it up it's still

really crispy I'm just gonna dunk it in that dal

dal all over my face oh my god that is really really good a lot of the

time if you leave roti for ages it gets really dry and hard to eat, not so

with this one, it's still really crispy, soft and it may be like a little bit cold

because we've left it sitting there for so long but it is no less tasty and that

dal like Thomas said has got a lot of flavour. I'm a huge fan!

we were just speaking to the Aunty here at the restaurant and she said we had to

try the roti tampal which is an egg roti but the more famous well not more

famous but well known egg roti is the roti telur where the eggs are inside

the roti, this one, the basically fried eggs are on top of

the roti so they're on the outside and when you wiggle the plate you can see

that the eggs are just cooked so the yolks are all wobbling about as I wiggle

the plate around, this looks so awesome I can't wait to rip into it because those

yolks are just gonna explode I reckon I'm gonna stop talking cos this

is gonna be some epic slow-mo so let's film some slo-moes of ripping into this

thing

how good did that look? Those two yolks just exploded like a volcano so

awesome so a lot of subscribers have told us to try this dish so it's pretty

exciting to finally get to try it and we really love it when we get food advice

from all our subscribers it helps us so much in our food hunting

because people like us are giving us tips and we hunt food we go places for

food, we travel for food and getting advice from other people that go

through life like we do, hunting food it's invaluable to us so thank you for all

the tips to all the subscribers, it's very very helpful and this looks like one

heck of a tip

oh

perfectly cooked egg with that incredible roti underneath, which is I think

the best roti I've ever had in Malaysia it is texturally just incredible

that's such a good combination it's really simple there's no spice, no

peppers there's no anything it's just roti and egg such good flavours they go so well

together and it's I mean roti is just bread so it's like egg on toast

but the roti's got that beautiful texture that bit of crunch

so it's like egg on toast to a whole other level

that's really really tasty. I can't wait to try it it's like this beautiful

yolky eggy mess, I'm gonna dunk this into the sambal and dal mixture and give that

a go

that is heavenly

Wow Wow Wow, if you are in Malacca you have to come here for

breakfast that was like the most epic breakfast ever, it was, like mind-blowing

it's amazing how something ohhh back it up we're about to get run over

it's amazing how something that you can have every day here in Malaysia has such

a variance and that was just next-level roti particularly having it in the

canai version so the basic just roti by itself that really showed the quality

of that, totally worth the trip it's not far out of Melaka town we just got a

Grab car here and it was pretty inexpensive, do it, directions down below

or restaurant name and so you can find this place too

if you're staying here, travel here ,eat here, incredible loved it and if you have

any suggestions as to different types of roti that we should be trying let us

know in the comments below we hope we inspired you to eat and

explore like a traveller not a tourist thank you so much for

watching and we'll see you next time, if you liked this video please give it a

thumbs up, jumpa lagi!!
