Relationship Marketing Key Takeaways Kody Bateman CEO SendOutCards - Duration: 17:27.

Hi everybody this is Cody Bateman Welcome to our relationship marketing weekly show

I'm really really excited to share some fun things with you today you know we've we've

had some great shows over the last eight nine ten weeks incredible guests incredible people

on here sharing with us you know just hit bits of how they've been successful in their

business and how they've used the relationship marketing as a way for them to separate themselves

from their competitors to be the best that they can be in their respective professions

and I'll tell you I've learned a lot like I've taken copious notes I've got a gut folder

full of notes fact I got notes right here what we're going to do today is I want to

talk to you all about I'm going to do five take away there's five key takeaways from

past relationship and weekly show hosts and you know the copy writers that promote all

this stuff they turn that into a headline that says five secrets of success in the new

tangible world a business and that really does fit what we're talking about a get let

me say that headline again five secrets of success in the new tangible world a business

that says a lot because we are in a new world of business we're in a huge digital world

of business but it's kind of referring back to a tangible world where we've got to do

more than just digital communication to reach out to our client base and our customer base

so I'm going to go ahead and get started with this and jump right in and again welcome to

the show got people that are posting in here from all over the world today so I just want

to welcome everybody you know I've got people here from Australia from New Zealand from

United States of course from Canada from Mexico we have people from all over the place that

are tuning in today so my jump right in I want to talk to you about the five key takeaways

or five secrets of six. SAS coming from our past shows here's what I want to do I need

to get a yellow pad of paper in notice and listen this isn't going to be any crazy like

I don't have power points this is not a formal show this is a simple brass tacks get down

in the trenches kind of stuff this is just an informal communication and discussion with

me it's also going to do rather than focus on Kinesis grab a yellow pad of paper saying

Take some notes I'm just going to say this these are notes that I've taken by reviewing

some of these past shows there's five key takeaway so I don't like to do is just have

a pad of paper available and let's jump in let's go to number one number one is called

the three legged stool the three legged stool This is. The first secret of success in the

new tangible world of business it's called the three legged stool This actually came

from an entree producer he's the manager of Red Rock collision at of Arizona and so this

was really powerful when he shared this with us he has a philosophy in his business called

the three legged stool three legged stool represents this leg number one is great service

number two is communication the number threes appreciation so what he's saying is that any

business that you're in to keep my He's in a collision business so you go in and you

get your car fixed with him what he's saying is the first and foremost he has to deliver

deliver impeccable service great great service and number two any say in all three of these

things are equally important number two is you've got to communicate Kate how many of

you go in to repair shops or different place service oriented companies and the biggest

problem is it's if there's just not enough communication you know there's a breakdown

of communication you don't fully understand what you're getting into. Or what the price

is whatever and so what what Andrea saying is communication is huge like you've got to

spend the time massively communicating to your customer about your service what they

can expect what they can do so great service is number one communication making sure you

communicate very properly number two and the third one is appreciation. And appreciation

being equally as important so basically way says I'm going to provide the best service

in the world I'm going to communicate like there's no tomorrow man I am it communicates

six ways Dale Sunday I'm going to follow up with e-mails I'm going to do all kinds of

stuff to make sure you know exactly what the process is and then by golly I'm going to

appreciate you I'm going to send out a card and a gift in different things to it to share

with you appreciate I'm not just going to share their prescience to digitally I may

send an e-mail and say thank you but I got a follow up with a tangible touch got a follow

up to tangible touch you know that thank you greeting card and M L perhaps a gift attached

to it in the mail really solidifies the three legged stool if it doesn't work unless you

do all three impeccable service and credible communication and then tangible appreciation

on the back and we can stop the show right now guys because that alone can really catapult

your business and next let's go to number two though so number one three legged stool

number two. Number two is staying top of mind with tangible touches staying top of mind

with tangible touches Now this base became firm offer pretty much every every guest that

we had talked about this and. There's kind of two areas where where people talk about

staying top of my attended will touch is typically tangible touch is a greeting card in the mail

it might have a gift attached to it that goes in the mail giving mine a green card as eleven

times more like. Plea to be open than any other piece of mail one hundred percent of

those taxes are going to get open and they're going to feel appreciated so the power of

the greeting card is really really important. To two areas really the greeting card and

gifts in the Mel is two different areas that I know is in fact one guy Paul rising he's

a custom home builder and also Gayle's in tech and both of their stories kind of talked

about this they send out greeting cards in two different ways the first way is they send

thank you and stay in touch cards to their clients that's kind of an obvious you know

you you follow them say thank you after server after after they did business with you or

you follow up and just stay in touch with somebody that's that's the easy one the second

one both of these guys do both gals in tech and Paul raising gals in real estate Paul

as a as a home builder both of them do this strategy which is really cool they have they

have cards they send cards to celebrate people in their community so they watch what's going

on in their community. Paul tells a story about somebody that got a real estate award

his community keep community and he just sent out a you know congratulations car gals in

tech went to a networking event there was a cook off and there was a guy that won the

cook off contest she didn't know who he was she simply sent a congratulations card to

him for winning the cookoff and then had her information at the bottom of the card this

card and said cards to celebrate people and community is huge I highly encourage you to

reach out to people in your community like this so stay top of mind with tangible touches

follow for their clients and celebrate people in your community and it's just amazing what

you know what'll happen if you do that let's go on to number three third one thanking people

through the process I love this thanking them through the process and again I'm going to

go back to Paul rising from Terre custom. Holmes he talked a lot about this he has a

remodeled division so in the remodeled division you know he goes out he gives beds and stuff

to remodel people's homes and one of the things he talks about adamantly is that I think people

through the process so when he goes and gives of a bid he does not have their business yet

he doesn't have the job may never receive a dime from those people but he always sends

them a thank you card for giving him the time and the opportunity to place a bit That's

what he calls thinking through the process so he does it then then he the thanks them

for choosing them sort of so now they choose him as a client or they choose him as a service

provider he's going to come in to remodel their home he then sends another thank you

card thank you for choosing may look forward to working with you may do the best job for

you kind of thing and then of course when the job's complete He thanks them again and

sends a box of brownies this is thanking people through the process that process so think

about it in your own line of work I don't care what business you're in and there's a

process that you go through you cannot thank people in the US You just can't I mean people

do give you their time and you need to thank people and be appreciative all the way through

the process whether you get there business or not so I think that's a really really good

one so let me recap number one three legged stool number two staying top of mind with

tangible touches number three thanking people through the process is going to the fourth

one the fourth one is. Your business is about taking care of people. I want to posture affect

their Your business is about taking care of people it doesn't matter what business you're

in. Everybody all of us our business is about taking care of people in fact your business

is what you do is this. Service that you provide to so the business you're in is what you do

taking care of people is who you are OK business is what you do taking care of people is who

you are and the better you're at at taking care of people the better your business is

going to be obviously so if you get up every morning you decide I am about taking care

of people that are in my life your business puts you in front of people that's the opportunity

you have every day to take care of somebody so the business that you do is what is is

what you do and taking care of people is who you are Tom Lambert talks about this town

Lamberts from shadetree automotive he has a low quote that he says he says we don't

just fix cars we take care of people and everybody in his shop knows that they all know that

philosophy we don't just fix cars we take care of people and that makes a big difference

he's the guy that when you go into the automotive shop he has fresh baked cookies wait for you

there's the aroma of cookies in the air and he provides that so he he is all about taking

care of people and fixing cars is just byproduct of that So pretty cool stuff so your business

about taking care of people we're going to finish up now with the fifty one. Salim for

I'm just just going right off my notes and hopefully writing these notes down here and

I can send this to you but I want you to write it down writing listening and writing really

helps you to retain and this is these are five key gold nuggets are really going to

help you in your business so the fifth one is being intentional about relationships and

a lot of this be intentional about relationships beyond when is a real estate investor he was

on a couple weeks ago and he really honed in on this is the importance of being intentional

about relationships it's funny I posted it. I posted this thing on Facebook the other

day I talked about if you had a choice between chasing money or chasing relationships which

would you choose and most people got that bit lot of people got caught up in me using

the word chase and so they made it about well I don't chase it got a whole philosophical

on me and thank you for that appreciate everybody but the point is is if you if you're focused

if you could only focus on one thing relationships or money which would it be and why and there

were some incredible responses to that by the way in fact that actually came from beyond

women because if his literal quote When I interviewed him was if you have to make a

decision between chasing money or chasing relationships he would choose relationships

all the time and he went through a monumental shift when he talks about being intentional

with relationships be intentional about relationships he went through a period of time where business

was about business is about making money is all about making money what can I do to make

more money blah blah blah and about ten years into his business he transformed into becoming

a relationship person so whether you like the word chasing or not or focusing on or

pursuing let's say pursuing if you have to make a decision about pursuing money or pursuing

relationships which is it going to be and don't give me this stuff about how if you

pursue somebody they run away from you listen. If you want relationships you've got to be

in the mindset of pursuing relationship get yourself out there talk to people be nice

to people look people in the eye be kind of people every day be in it for the relationship

only not for the business that make may follow be about people that's what beyond when was

saying is be intentional about your relationships truly caring about another human being every.

A single day of your like that just has to become part of you has become a practice that

you do all the time whether you're doing your business or not that way and naturally flows

into your business when you're doing business is that you're being intentional about relationships

people feel that you know people don't buy your product they don't buy your service they

buy you and so if you're intentional about your relationships people are going to feel

that they're going to know that you really truly care about them so those are the five

key takeaways over the past several weeks the three legged stool staying top of mind

with tangible touches thinking people through the entire process that you have your business

is about taking care of people and be intentional about relationships those are really really

powerful things if you implement those five things in any business that you do you'll

have great success I'm excited about doing these lace marquee shows I'm learning a lot

I'm learning a lot from the people to come on these shows I am so proud and honored to

be a part of this to be able to be in an interviewer incredible business people that have amazing

knowledge and do amazing things so I hope you stay tuned you know we're going to keep

on doing the stuff that next week I've got Laurie doubt she's a web designer and marketing

consultant ad of Tennessee and she's going to be in are talking about online and offline

relation marks as this lady she's been doing this for about thirteen years now she's a

true pro I mean this is she's as pro as pro gets in a relationship market principles you're

going to learn a lot from Laurie doubts fact she just wrote a new book that's coming out

called We all have choices can't wait to get that book tune in next week so that you can

see Laurie as our guest and I look forward to have you I want you all to remember a couple

of things. We do this to help you with your business yes. But we do it for a bigger reason

than that we really believe that through kindness we can change the world we really believe

that we can bring the human race together and do it by being kind to people most people

have businesses they need to run bills they have to pay and the most of the time that

you spend in your life is dealing with your business so we do relationship marketing and

teach you how to be nice to people in your business because you spend most of your time

in your business if we can accomplish that you're going to be nice to people everywhere

you can be nice to people. Any place that you go and that's the key my friends we I

believe truly believe that with systems that we have in place we have a chemical sent out

cards that has a great system that helps you buy you know just a. Smart Phone You can send

out a real greeting card to somebody at a pitch or put in a message at a gift if you

want super easy you can even schedule things to go out future these things are important

it's important that your reach out and appreciate people every single day of your life we are

bringing the human race together through kindness my friends that's what this whole thing is

all about and I'm looking forward to seeing all of you next week take care everybody God

bless and we'll see you next time.

ISI Japanese Language School (ISI日本語学校) in Kyoto - Presented by Go! Go! Nihon - Duration: 3:48.

My name is Manami Sekine. I manage the head teachers at ISI Language School in Kyoto.

ISI Kyoto frequently accepts short-term students.

We have a course in which they can experience speaking and studying Japanese during their short stay.

So having a lot of short-term students has become a characteristic of the school.

A lot of students are from China and Taiwan. But there are also many students from Western countries.

Nice to meet you.

My name is Sam.

I'm 17 years old, from the Philippines, and I've been here for about 3 weeks.

I am Diamantakos Ioannis.

I'm from Greece.

I'm 24 years old.

Nice to meet you. My name is Marta.

I'm from Spain.

I chose ISI because they seemed like they had really good teachers and really good facilities

and I heard that the Kyoto campus was really new.

So I wanted to try it out and see if it was nice.

And I'm not disappointed so far, it's like really nice here.

Our curriculum in Kyoto is a little different from other schools' and is separated into two.

One is a course called the General Japanese Course which mainly focuses on short-term studies & activities.

And the other is the College Course, which other ISI locations also have.

It is a course for students who want to go to college, university, vocational school, etc.

My options were Kyoto versus Tokyo but I felt like Kyoto was more of a cultural place.

You know, most of Japan's culture lied within Kyoto.

So I felt like if I went to Kyoto, I'd be able to experience different parts and more

rare parts of the culture compared to if I went to Tokyo.

The classes are really nice.

And teachers, too.

And if you need something, they are here to give you whatever you need.

I like our first class because we learn about the grammar and different vocabulary terms.

And I feel like it really helps me.

As the location is in Kyoto, there are many students of the general Japanese course

who want to join events and activities.

Around Enmachi, there's a lot of - Well it's next to, it's near Nijou

it's near Shijou.

So they're stations away, they're just really close to here.

If you go in the streets of Kyoto, there are a lot of restaurants - good restaurants and shops

So, it's easy to find a good place.

And we learn vocabulary words such as "fusuma" (sliding screen door).

Actually, we are planning to visit a castle tomorrow so that the students can see "fusuma" with their own eyes.

Then they can talk about what they see in their own words.

My dormitory is in Kamioka, so it takes around 30 minutes to get here.

In my dorm, most people come from - There are a lot of people from China

but we also have people from Indonesia, New Jersey, Russia, Spain.

So it's very diverse, basically.

I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay.

Here, yes.

Arashiyama is a wonderful place.

It's near the river and it's surrounded by mountains.

I really love it here because it's, you know, partly a city, but also partly - You see the

mountains and like, different areas, like forests and it's super beautiful here.

We will miss it when we came back to Spain.

Koi to Uso ED Full「Can't you say」by Roys - Duration: 3:56.

I still haven't finished my sentence

I can't say, I won't say

I shut them away, unspoken

I always am lying

As quick as a twinkling star

Leaving no time to make a wish

This short summer reaches its end

I can't say

Heartbeat Song

please don't notice

my racing heart

Can't keep it to myself

This grin that comes so naturally

Is a message that I just can't hide

I know why I love you

our futures have become one

So I can still feel your warmth here

On nights I was alone I always dreamed of you

And the unexpected kiss that started it all

How much time has passed speeding by in an instant?

If we'd been honest with our words, things would probably have been different

If I were dreaming I could have watched until the end

But I return to the same old days

i can't say

Why do you fear

so sad as the color of the sky deepens?

i hope i can

send you this message put into one single sentence

I know why I love

you our futures have become one

So I can still feel your warmth here

Hypocrite Pro-Lifer Gets BUSTED - Duration: 4:28.

>>THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HAS PASSED A BILL THAT WOULD BAN

ABORTION AFTER 20 WEEKS, AND THERE'S ONE NUMBER OF THE HOUSE

WHO WAS, BY VOTING FOR IT, MADE A TOTAL HYPOCRITE.

FIRST WE WILL

TELL YOU ABOUT THE BILL --

>>IT WOULD JUST FOCUS ON THE PHYSICIANS WHO PERFORMED THE

ABORTION, THE IDEA BEING AFTER 20 WEEKS THE FETUS CAN FEEL

PAIN, RESPOND TO SOUNDS, ETC.

PEOPLE WHO ARE ANTIABORTION SAY

THIS REDUCES THE CRUELTY OF LATE-TERM ABORTIONS, PEOPLE WHO

ARE PRO-CHOICE SAY THAT THIS IS A REDUCTION IN THE AVAILABILITY

AND SAFETY OF LEGAL ABORTION IN AMERICA.

THERE IS ONE

REPRESENTATIVE FROM PENNSYLVANIA WHO VOTED FOR THE BAN, HIS NAME

IS TIM MURPHY, BUT THE PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE LOOKED

AT RECORDS FROM HIS DIVORCE AND FOUND OUT ABOUT HIS AFFAIR WITH

A WOMAN NAMED SHANNON EDWARDS AND HERE ARE THE DETAILS FROM

THAT.

>>MM-HM.

PLEASE TELL ME --

>>IT CONTINUES --

>>IT REMINDS ME OF ANOTHER POLITICIAN WHO FORCED HIS

MISTRESS TO HAVE ABORTIONS, IT HAPPENS TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

FIRST LET ME ADDRESS LATE-TERM ABORTIONS.

WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF

TIME, BUT LATE-TERM ABORTIONS DON'T HAPPEN OFTEN, AND WHEN

THEY DO HAPPEN IT'S BECAUSE THE MOTHER'S LIFE IS AT RISK, OR THE

FETUS IS SO SEVERELY, UM, YOU KNOW --

>>COMPROMISED, OR HAS BIRTH DEFECTS.

>>THE BIRTH DEFECTS ARE SO SEVERE THAT THERE'S NO OTHER

CHOICE BUT TO MISCARRY, OR HAVE AN ABORTION.

PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT

MAKE THIS AN ISSUE WHEN IN REALITY IT'S NOT, THEY JUST WANT

TO SLOWLY BUT SURELY CHIP AWAY AT REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS BECAUSE

THEIR ARGUMENT IS YOU BELIEVE IN PROTECTING LIFE.

IF YOU REALLY

WORRY ABOUT PROTECTING LIFE, NEARLY 60 PEOPLE JUST GOT

MURDERED IN LAS VEGAS, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT BECAUSE

THOSE WERE LIVES THAT WERE LOST BECAUSE OF YOUR INACTION.

BUT

WHEN IT COMES TO THE ISSUE OF REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS IT'S NOT

ABOUT PROTECTING LIFE.

WHAT IT IS REALLY ABOUT IS EITHER

PUNISHING WOMEN THAT YOU FEEL SHOULDN'T BE SEXUALLY LIBERATED,

OR CONTROLLING WOMEN, OR PANDERING TO YOUR

RELIGIOUS-BASED.

OTHER THAN THAT, OTHER THAN YOU TRYING TO

LOOK FOR POLITICAL BROWNIE POINTS, THAT'S ALL IT IS.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS, IF YOU REALLY BELIEVED THAT

ABORTION IS KILLING HUMAN LIVES, WHY ARE YOU ASKING YOUR MISTRESS

TO HAVE AN ABORTION?

THEY ARE DISCUSSING HYPOCRITES.

ANYWAY, GO AHEAD.

>>I FEEL THE SAME WAY, I FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST LOOKING ABOUT

THAT.

WERE YOU TAKING ACTION TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE'S LIVES

CONTINUE?

THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE?

I THINK IS A WOMAN IT'S

EXHAUSTING -- IT FEELS LIKE THE FUCKING HANDMAID'S TALE IS

COMING TO LIFE, WE ARE HAVING TO FIGHT FOR BASIC RIGHTS, WE

ARE TRYING TO GET PAID AND FIGHT FOR OUR BODIES.

THIS IS JUST ONE GUY WHO GOT BUSTED AND EXPOSED, HE'S

ONE OF MANY.

>>ONE THING I SUGGEST PEOPLE READ, IT'S CALLED I CARRY MY

GRIEF IN A VISIBLE BUMP, DON'T BAN ABORTION FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME,

IT WAS WRITTEN IN RESPONSE TO THE OHIO HEARTBEAT BILL,

READ IT.

IYANLA VANZANT: See, shame is not something anybody can put on you,

shame is something you wear. We shame ourselves even when no one

knows that we're ashamed. Are you ashamed of yourself?

Because if nobody knew, what were you feeling ashamed of?

Who you are? Because of what happened to you,

and that's a schism that we got to correct.

What happens to you doesn't change who you are,

and who you are is who you tell yourself you are.

So we really wanna do some work on reprogramming that inventory

so that you can stand in your story and your

identity with a whole new energy.

That is absolutely essential.

HOW TO PEEL A KIWI PERFECTLY - HOW TO EAT A KIWI - Duration: 3:43.

Hey, Puccini

Whoo there we go

Welcome to the camera

How does it taste

So curious

Hey Puccini

Hello everyone welcome back to my channel curious Kitty and Olivia if you have watched my last YouTube video you wouldn't know that

I'm doing a series of four videos

Introducing you how to prepare four different kinds of fruits

So last week we covered how to repair a picado if you're interested in that topic

please click the link in a description box below and

Today we're going to talk about how to prepare Kiwi

I'm also going to be introducing a little bit of nutritional facts about Kiwi and

What type of food you have to avoid when eating Kiwi?

So let's get started Kiwi contains loads of vitamin C

the amount of the vitamin C of a Kiwi is about that of six to eight oranges

Eating Kiwi is the most organic way to supplement your body with vitamin C

one thing you might not know is it also contains high amount of serotonin and

Inositol which stabilize and improve your mood next time when you feel a little bit low

grab some Kiwis when you pass by a grocery store and

Enjoy them what we need here is a small knife and a spoon

The spoon should be able to cover the side of the Kiwi

Let's start by slicing the two ends of the Kiwi

Then stand up the Kiwi on one end gently insert the spoon underneath the skin

Slowly turn a Kiwi the spoon should be able to separate the skin from the pulp

Now carefully peel off any skin residues now

You're left with this beautiful green Kiwi of the most perfect silver shape to work with how joy progresses now

It's time to slice it into pieces and start the dish with love enjoy your fruit

Korea also helps fuel burning words very quickly

Somehow the vitamins CEO of a Kiwi can speed up the healing process I burned my finger

Recently when cooking so I definitely going to try this on myself

Just mash the Kiwi on a small plate and rub it onto your scar massage it gently

Do this twice a day for a whole week

And you will see the effect make sure not to drink milk when you eat a Kiwi the protein in the milk

Will bind the vitamin C. Making it hard to be absorbed by your body

as

Usual, thank you so much for watching if you think you have learned something from this video

Please give me a thumbs up if you would like to watch more videos from me, please

subscribe to this channel

I'll be making YouTube video every single week usually I will upload my videos on a Thursday

So definitely stay tuned

Hopefully, I'll see you in my next video. Have a great day
