Liverpool take on Porto in the last 16 of the Champions League tonight, kicking off their first-leg clash at 7.45pm (GMT).

In Portugal, the Reds have won only two of 10 visits and have not won any of the last seven.

The two victories came at Benfica in 1978 and 1984 in quarter-finals, both times the Reds going on to win the European Cup.

They last met Portuguese opposition in the Europa Leagues Round of 16 in 2010/11 losing 1-0 at Sporting Braga before a goalless draw at Anfield.

In those 10 visits to Portugal they have kept one clean sheet—on this ground in 2001.

Earlier this week, we were stunned to learn that Donald Trump Jr. was mailed a letter

containing a white substance.

It forced his wife and two others to be rushed to the hospital.

Now, police have revealed what the letter actually said, casting new light on the case.

Donald Trump Jr. is an outspoken supporter of conservative values.

Since the Republican National Convention in 2016, he's been in the spotlight for his

political views.

He is also a devoted supporter of his father, President Trump.

Because of his convictions and stance, he is an obvious target.

Most of the people who hate his father, hate him.

He and his family regularly get attacked online simply because of their views.

But, Trump Jr. is no coward.

He bravely sticks up for his family, his beliefs, and his country.

Sadly, there are those in our country who cannot stand a person of conviction.

So, they cowardly try to harm or intimidate them.

That's just what happened this week when someone mailed a letter filled with a white

substance to Trump Jr.s home.

His wife and two others were sent to the hospital.

Police have now revealed what the letter said.

"You are an awful person.

This is why people hate you.

You are getting what you deserve.

So shut the f __up," read the hate mail, officials familiar with the matter told the

New York Post.

The envelope containing the note was delivered Monday to the Upper East Side residence of

Trump Jr.smother-in-law around 10 a.m., sources said.

Trump Jr.s wife, Vanessa, opened the suspicious letter and discovered the note along with

a powdery substance.

When she realized the substance could potentially be harmful, she rushed out of the room, placed

the powder-filled letter in a plastic bag, and called 911.

The hatred in the letter is the same kind of abuse conservatives receive every day online.

Liberals have convinced themselves we are all terrible, simply because we refuse to

accept their toxic ideas.

We are called bigots, racists, and homophobes.

Because of Trump Jr.s outspoken support for the GOP, he gets this kind of abuse all the

time.

Normally, it's limited to easily ignorable tweets.

But, when someone sends you a physical letter, with a strange substance in it?

That's way beyond crossing the line.

It's ironic, in a way.

This person calls Trump Jr. an awful person, claiming people hate him.

Yet, they are the ones clearly filled with hate.

This coward can't confront Trump Jr. on his own, so he sends a letter filled with

powder — not to hurt Trump or his family, but simply to intimidate them.

This is the modern left.

They have no more strategies — just utter contempt and hate.

They will use whatever tactics they can to intimidate us.

That includes lying, cheating, and attacking.

It's no longer about freely debating ideas or politics.

For them, the only way they can succeed is if we were gone.

Many of them literally want us dead.

The good news, this time, is that this coward didn't hurt Donald Trump Jr. or his family.

Trump Jr. also responded to left-wing Twitter users mocking Vanessa's potentially dangerous

encounter, calling their actions "disgusting."

Officials with the NYPD confirmed that the substance was "determined to be non-hazardous"

and believe it was cornstarch.

Hello in this video I wanted to go over the display of time on our message

boards because the time displayed on one board will be the same time displayed on

another board. It is accurate reliable synchronized timing. Synchronized timing

is very important for many different organizations. K through 12 their whole

day is setup on time from one period to the next period to the next period. In

order for a school to function well it must have accurate reliable synchronized

timing and the time displayed needs to, should be synchronized with the

bell system. In manufacturing modern manufacturing and warehousing require

productivity and for certain events to happen at a scheduled time. Again very

oriented to accurate reliable synchronized timing. Now the two boards I

have for demonstration here, this is our large board and this is our

multifunction board. The multifunction board has a speaker built-in has a

strobe light and in the display area that can be double line or single line.

Same with the large board it can display in a double line or a one single line.

Now the beauty of the multifunction board in synchronized timing is you

can also produce a schedule. So that a bell tone could be played at a scheduled

time therefore that tone is going to be played at the exact time it's supposed

to be played and the exact time that's displayed on the message board. So let's

take a look at the software. When we go into the software you'll see I'm going

to open up a browser. This is a Chrome browser and I put in the IP address of

the communication server. When you receive your message boards you will

receive a communication server. That's really just a small little device that

controls the boards and it'll sit on your network and will put in the

IP address and up pops the web page for your message boards. And you see here in

the nav bar you have; home, account, message board ,speakers and switch. So let's look

at message board. We'll select and you'll see the device list on the left side

shows the two boards I have set up for this video. The first one is a

multi-function board. The one here on the left and the other one's is a large board

on the right. So I have the large one clicked. Let's look at the information on

the right side of the screen. We have status just shows you the device name.

You can name the device anything that makes sense in your organization. It shows

the IP address and the time zone. You might have a need in your organization

to have different boards display different time zones for maybe where you

have factories or where you have different offices around the world and

you can do that so that they can display the time zone in those locations. But if

we look at clocks when we come into clocks and we hit the refresh button

here we see we have network time protocol servers, NTP servers, these are

the address. When you get this system there will be four addresses loaded up

there. These are accurate reliable sites government sites where you can pull time

as your time source and that time will be used and displayed on all of your

message boards. If you have an NTP server on your network. Your IT department would

know that. Simply get the IP address of the NTP server and you can enter it and

therefore it can use the time right from the NTP server. Real easy but you really

don't have to do anything unless you need to put a different time server in

there. You look down here we have the clock

output there are 16 different ways time can be formatted with the message boards.

Let me just change one right now. Choose the color red, orange or green we're

gonna change that to both red and there we go.

Now we're gonna display the time like that but let's just say we didn't like

that time and we wanted to display the time format in a different way. Well we

can certainly do that. We can select

another one and again you can display. There's 16 different formats so you

could if you had 16 different boards at your location and in each of those

departments or areas that those boards were and they wanted the time and date

display in a certain way you could do that for them.

And you could have everyone display it the same way or you can have them custom

to each board. So that's how accurate synchronized timing works with our

message board. It has an accurate time source be an NTP server and then that

goes through the network and is displayed on the boards. It is the same

time that'll be used for the scheduler for the multifunction board. So it's

accurate, reliable synchronized timing if we can help your organization in any way

It's been a little over a week since allegations emerged that Rob Porter had beaten up two

of his ex-wives.

He resigned last week, and then a few days later, under the cover of the Rob Porter scandal,

yet another Trump staffer resigned after allegations emerged that he, too, had beaten his wife.

So, two domestic abusers in one week resigned from the Trump administration.

Over the weekend, rather than saying that domestic abuse is wrong, that women should

be protected, and if you're in this situation come forward, we support you, instead Donald

Trump tweeted out the following.

"People's lives are being shattered and destroyed by a mere allegation.

Some are true, and some are false.

Some are old, and some are new.

There is no recovery for someone falsely accused.

Life and career are gone.

Is there no such thing any longer as due process?"

On Tuesday, Donald Trump was given the opportunity by reporters to publicly denounce people who

abuse their spouse, and he failed to do it.

clip, because he was asked point-blank, "Donald Trump, do you have a message for domestic

abuse survivors?"

He said, "Thank you," and motioned the reporters out of the room.

That's how that went.

Donald Trump has decided to take the side of people who beat their spouses, accuse the

women of lying by saying that these allegations are false, even though we have the evidence,

even though the FBI looked into it and said, "Yeah, Rob Porter is a pretty disgusting guy.

We're not going to give him a security clearance because of what we know about his past," and

Donald Trump still won't even admit ... Not even that he won't admit.

Let's get that out of the way.

It doesn't matter if he admits it or not.

He still refuses to even come out and say that people who beat their wives are assholes,

or that they're bad people, or that you shouldn't do it.

He won't even go that far.

You know why?

Because he's just like them.

"People's lives are being ruined by a mere allegation," he tells us.

I don't know that he was actually talking about Rob Porter there.

I think he was doing a veiled attack on the 19 plus women who have accused him of sexual

assault and sexual harassment, and the women who are currently suing him over this.

I think he's trying to make people think that those claims are false, and that somehow they're

ruining his life.

Meanwhile, women's lives all over this country, rich, poor, famous, not famous, are being

destroyed by piggish men like Donald Trump, like Rob Porter, because nobody ever wants

to believe the women.

That's the overlying problem.

Nobody wants to give the women the benefit of the doubt.

It's always on the dude.

"Yeah, we've got all these pictures saying that you beat the shit out of your wife.

Yeah, there's a restraining order that was filed against you.

Yeah, the FBI said that this has credibility to it, and they're not going to give you a

security clearance, but I'm still going to go with you, man.

I know you.

I've known you for a long time."

That's what the White House said.

They said, "I've known him for a long time.

He's a good guy," and all this evidence over here means nothing to them," because every

one of them, Trump included and Trump at the top, are the exact same kind of person who

would do this or have done this, and completely gotten away with it.

One of the must-have skills is called social skills.

This kind of skill allows you to communicate and have a good relation with others.

However, it is worth noting that social skills can be quite problematic issue for introverts.

close to them instead of new people.

Naturally introverted people do not have good social skills because of their habit.

They are not attuned or used to socialize with others.

However, you should try to speak up afterwards.

It won't be easy, but it is a new path to learn social skills.

#2 - Find group with similar interest

Meeting a bunch of people can be intimidating.

However, it won't be that dreary especially if you all have common interest.

If you, for example, like to photograph something, you can talk with others about the photography.

Other people may have different genres of photography, but it still has the same concept.

With this similar interest group, you basically can talk about anything you know and you know

what to respond.

No awkwardness.

#3 - Get out from your comfort zone

Apartment room is one of your best comfort zone.

However, in weekend, you should go out using public transportation to a crowded place just

for talking to Stranger.

You also can have some drinks in the bar sitting quietly and just respond to someone talking

to you.

Additionally, you also can skip food delivery and you should come there instead.

You may make some friends there too.

Believe it or not, the sellers probably know you well because introverts usually have specific

and accurate patterns when ordering foods.

#4 - Being involved in a conversation

Conversation can be a real hustle for you.

However, as long as you have brain and mouth, you can say anything you like.

So, be sure to listen them well before saying something.

Introverts are usually smart in reading situation.

The main requirement is that you need to think, decide, and respond quicker.

If it is still part of your training process, it is okay to make mistakes.

Your speaking partner may misunderstand you or even get mad at you.

But surely that is fine.

You can ask for forgiveness later, and this also makes you learn something new.

Isn't that really great?

Your feeling will be chaotic for a while, and you may hate yourself even.

However, it is a process that you should experience in order to improve your social skills.

Perfect Swiss meringue buttercream 2018 - Recipe and tips. - Duration: 1:54.

Now you have a perfect Swiss meringue buttercream. Hello everyone this is

Veronica and in today's video we're making Swiss meringue buttercream.

We are gonna start with a double boiler. The stove temperature should be at medium.

we're gonna add the sugar a pinch of cream of tartar

and the egg whites.

You can find the full recipe on the description box below

Combine all the ingredients and we're gonna wait for the sugar to completely dissolve into the

egg whites. Rub the mixture in between your fingers to see if you have granules

and if you do just keep on stirring until you get to 155 degrees and the sugar is completely dissolved.

On the mixer, whip up them meringue, we're gonna be using the whisk attachment

on high speed until we get stiff peaks and the bowl is cool to the touch.

With the mixer at medium speed, we're gonna start adding the butter

and it needs to be at room temperature. Once you're done adding the butter

and your buttercream starts looking like cottage cheese just keep on

beating with the whisk attachment and it should come together.

If the meringue was to hot when you added that butter

it's gonna turn liquidy so you can put it on the fridge and then beat it again.

Add the vanilla extract you can also use clear vanilla.

Now you have a perfect Swiss Meringue Buttercream. This is great for fillings or ice cakes.

Cherax Crayfish or Blue Lobster

and all the spicies of f Parastacidae family

derive from New Guinea, Indonesia and Australia

Cherax is a freshwater shrimp

has an exoskeleton that in nature is not very colored but in breeding varies

from green water, to blue and bright blue

and depending on the species, orange, brown and violet

It has a body with 10 legs, 2 of which are equipped with powerful claws

that it uses to prey and bring food to the mouth positioned frontally

When necessary, it can also move around swimming and use its powerful tail

the eyes are black and have a wide view
