Youtube daily report Feb 18 2018

The media are incredibly powerful tools

for the transmission of ideas

and without a doubt, our modern life

is influenced to a great extent by images

For human beings

-predominantly visual when contemplating

and valuing their surroundings-

to familiarize ourselves with what we can observe

directly and indirectly on a day-to-day basis

is also an ideal way to identify

environmental education strategies,

Since its conception, documentary films

have had a close relationship with scientific communication,

and the origin of the subgenre of nature

can be located in 1948,

right when Disney's "True Life Adventures"

settled its narrative bases on these topics

From this, the media representation of nature

has evolved,

and the related film products

have gradually diversified both in formats and observations,

moving between expository and reflexive trends,

even the poetic,

With the purpose of taking us closer to nature,

and to move us into caring

for our "common house"

and all the species that inhabit it.

However, many times when adapting a documentary

into a serialized format for television,

some shows have been made

where animals or plants are compiled

and listed based on their qualities

(or those that are estimated to have)

This is the case of the series

"72 Dangerous Animals: Latin America"

a recent Netflix production

which content is questionable from an environmental point of view

for it's misinformation

that nevertheless sounds interesting to seduce viewers

Particularly,

the controversy arises in the seventh episode,

which incorrectly mentions the primates known as howler monkeys

as the "carriers and transmitters of yellow fever to humans"

a common belief in several latitudes

by misinformation of the local people

that should not go unnoticed by the specialized editors

when making productions of this magnitude,

since it totally lacks an updated scientific support

providing erroneous information that distorts reality

which is basically that,

although howler monkeys can contract this disease,

hey die in a matter of days,

and when they do not, they develop immunity,

ut they are not transmitters of the disease at all.

Contrary to this supposed danger

that they mistakenly handle in this episode,

monkeys play a primordial role to alert the authorities

(as natural sentinels)

these primates being the "messengers of danger"

when you have the unfortunate scene of find dead individuals

It is at this moment

that the authorities have the possibility to delimit the areas

where it is important to implement health programs,

since yellow fever is a disease exclusively

transmitted by mosquitoes.

Even when this disease produces jaundice,

high fever, failure of vital organs and eventually death,

it can be treated if it is identified in time

Which happens when monkeys "warn"

with their death that the disease might be present

In addition to that there are vaccines to prevent it.

The questionable content of this documentary

is so unreliable

that interviews with experts focus on the general biology

of all species of howlers,

leaving no room for scientific comment

on their supposed role as transmitters

Maybe these interviews have been

edited in a deliberate way.

In addition to this,

directing this erroneous information

to a whole genus of primates

that live from Mexico to northern Argentina,

can bring problems and terrible consequences

for other primates

It is necessary to mention that this myth,

for years has generated an unfounded

collective panic in some countries,

mainly in Brazil,

encouraging the senseless killing of hundreds of monkeys,

including not only howlers

Such is the "boom" of these notes

that recently an article about it was published in the New York Times

The producers, editors and the research team

that generates these documentaries

should be more aware that a negative image

or providing erroneous information about nature

can have serious consequences

not only for various species of endangered primates

but also for the health and ecological balance of ecosystems

These statements, and their impact on the population

are proving to be lethal for entire groups of monkeys

Several studies have mentioned and evaluated how in certain countries,

people rely more on the media and on the "word of mouth"

than on official reports and scientific news,

a disadvantage that can be lethal

and that in these kind of products

should be prevented in a more professional manner

In a contemporary world as globalized

and interconnected

it might be good to propose new integrative strategies

to develop a better vision of environmental education,

using carefully selected paths

to disseminate real facts

where new technologies are used

in favor of information and conservation

A petition has already been launched

to send this information directly to Netflix

and attempt to revoke this episode

If you are interested in signing it

Busy FC Bayern: Post-Wolfsburg, pre-Beşiktaş – Wagner speaks - Duration: 1:51.

FC Bayern returned to the snowy Säbener Strasse from Wolfsburg bearing three more Bundesliga points.

The Wolves took an early lead in Saturday's game but Sandro Wagner

levelled it up on 67 minutes.

I'm delighted with every minute I play.

It's important for a striker to score from time to time.

I think it was an important goal because it got us back into the match

and I was obviously really pleased.

The win in Wolfsburg saw Bayern lay down an important marker prior to Tuesday's

Champions League encounter with Istanbul giants Beşiktaş.

The focus at Sunday's squad training session was fully on the next challenge in Europe's elite club competition.

Beşiktaş are a good team with good players.

They were outstanding in the group stage.

I think they finished with the best record ever for a Turkish team.

So it'll be a tough match, but we're in good shape

and I think we can win.

Even for seasoned campaigners like Mats Hummels, Champions League matches remain very special indeed

- a real highlight for everyone involved.

Everyone really looks forward to these games, myself included.

It's been a long time since we heard the Champions League anthem,

more than two months in fact.

When you see games like this coming up, you realise the competition is starting again for real.

In Sunday's session on the practice ground,

Jupp Heynckes supervised the players who weren't in the previous day's starting line-up.

The rest of the squad completed regeneration drills, before Monday's final squad

workout ahead of the showdown with Beşiktaş.

probably the most curious thing: a golf stick

we found it in a Bolivian mountain,

close by "La Higuera"

the bolivian place

and in the 4th place

a basket ball

and the bonus track of the things

that we never use on this trip

cotton

"Estrella" cotton, don´t show the brand...

we bought it in 2014 in Argentina

probably thinking about

we´ll never find it in other countries?

we bought the biggest one

and just used a half in 4 years....

and it is everytime around the truck

but took Alaska, travelled around all the americas

here it is

this movement it is a must

[SURVIVAL SHOWS] ¿Produce 101? ¿Idol Producer? - Duration: 6:26.

Hey it's Kkobu and this is Kkobugidan!

These past few weeks,

the final episodes of Mixnine and The Unit have aired

both of them were survival shows that aired in South Korea

A survival show is

a tv show where you select a group of people, put them through missions

And you chose a final group to debut

these two survival shows

decided to put together females and males trainees

and create two different groups, a girl group and a boy group

Where did these two programs take the idea from?

They followed the idea of Produce 101

Produce 101 is a mnet tv show

Also a survival

that has already aired two seasons

it started in 2016

and it started with a season full of female trainees

and gave us IOI

And in 2017 it aired the second season

they did a season full of male trainees

and created Wanna One

Now you might ask why these tv shows

don't have as much issues as

the chinese tv show Idol Producer

First of all the format of the program

that mnet created

has, indeed, a copyright

if a tv network, as JTBC, where mixnine took place

or KBS where The Unit was aired

buys those 'rights'

they can create their own show based off that format

doing their small changes

MixNine has the singularity of being by YG

There was only YG there

He was the one that was in every single episode of auditions and shows

And

The UNIT had the fact that

The level of the trainees was chosen by the public and the judges at the auditions

Idol Producer

hasn't bought the rights to the format

and that's why it's not being aired on national tv

it's being aired on a internet platform

but not on chinese tv

If we talk about controversies in korean survival shows, for example, MixNine

The fact that they a one of the kids from ONF

when they were doing his interview

they directly asked her about one of his family members passing away

they were really really tacteless

or the fact that they informed another kid

about one of his family members passing away and then aired that scene

these kind of things really gave YG a bad reputation

and a lot of criticism form the knetz

but he already had this bad image anyway

between all these things

he really got a lot of hate this time

and besides this, the rating

there's this thing called viewers rate

you can have a 0 rating but that doesn't mean no one is watching your show

this is because there are some televisors that have audimeters

if they are off or on a different channel

but others televisors (without audimeters) are watching your shows but it doesn't show up in the ratings

The most recent issue with Mixnine

is the fact that group has to debut, do a world tour and have a reality show

all of this was supposed to be in seven months

and YG hasn't contacted any agencies of any of the final members of the group

and the rumors say that the contracts might go down to 4 months

As I mentioned before, Idol Producer

it's a chinese survival show

based off produce 101

and it's getting a lot of attention in South Korea and overseas

because of the judges

there are some idols there at the moment as judges of the show

We have

A girl from WJSN (Chengxiao)

A girl from Pristin (Kyulkyung)

as dance teachers / judges

Then we have

Yixing from exo

as the representative of the National Producers

and then we have

MC Jin, a chinese rapper

and if you've seen Rap of China, he is also a judge there.

and then we have Jackson from Got7

And in my opinion, what the hell is doing Jackson there

I would've understood it if he has more raps/songs beside Papillon

and that song he did for a drink brand

but he doesn't have it.

And when he asks the trainees to rap 'free style'

then he goes and tries to do freestyle but all he does is papillon

You cannot ask a trainee to rap free style if you can't do it

Okay in conclusion i don't know why Jackson is there judging anyone's rap when he only raps papillon

Now, produce 48

is the new survival show of mnet

they put together japanese and korean trainees

they have announced members already

and they have explained the way of voting

japanese viewers only can vote for korean trainees

and korean viewers only can vote for japanese trainees

Other of the news we get about produce 48

is that

the contract will last for five years, a lot more than ioi's and wanna one's

and the groups will be able to promote with their original groups

which wanna one cannot do but IOI could do

and that's it

that's the 'issue' with the survival shows

this was all for today, i'm kkobu

see ya in the next video, like suscribe or not

hope you have a great week, bye!

BIBLIJSKI PUT DO NEBA | Kako biti spašen i dobiti vječni život - Duration: 8:03.

What must I do to be saved? Please share this video freely.

I'd like to ask you a question.

Do you know for sure if you died today would you go to heaven?

You may say: "I'm not sure if I'm going to heaven." Maybe you've never even thought of it.

The Bible says you could be 100% sure you are on your way to heaven.

Now, according to the Bible, we need to understand a few things in order to be able to receive salvation.

The first thing is this.

The Bible says in Romans 3:23:

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God".

The Bible tells us that sin is a transgression of the law.

When we break God's law, we sin.

According to that verse, we've all sinned. I'm a sinner. You're a sinner.

Unfortunately, there are wages for our sin.

Romans 6:23 says: "For the wages of sin is death".

Now, the word "wages" means "payment." It's what you earn.

When I go to work, they give me money. Those are my wages.

Because of my sin, the wages is death. What I earn is death.

"For the wages of sin is death".

Now, when we think of death, most people think of a physical death.

But Revelation chapter 20 verse 14 and 15 says:

"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire", a reference to hell.

It says, "This is the second death.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

Revelation 21:8, at the end of that list, the Bible says this:

"…and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone,

which is the second death."

The reason he got to add that sin of lying at the end of that list, he's trying to make a point.

This point is this:

We're all sinners. Every human being has lied.

He's trying to say there is none righteous.

We've all sinned. We all deserve to go to hell.

Now, that's the bad news. I'm a sinner. You're a sinner.

We're all initially condemned to hell.

The Gospel is the good tidings or the good news.

Romans 6:23 says: "For the wages of sin is death".

We understand what that means now.

The second part of that verse says:

"But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

The Bible says that God has a gift that he wants to give you, and that gift is eternal life.

Now, in Ephesians 2:8 and 9, the Bible says:

"For by grace are ye saved through faith".

The word "grace" means to get something you don't deserve.

You didn't earn it. You didn't pay for it.

"Are ye saved" is a reference to being saved from hell,

because I don't want to go there. I'm sure you don't want to go there.

"through faith," the word "faith" means to believe.

It says, "for by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves",

it has nothing to do with you. Here's why:

"it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast."

A gift is not something you work for.

A gift is something that's given to you.

Someone else pays for it, but you don't pay for it.

If I gave you a gift and asked you to give me money for it,

that wouldn't be a gift.

If I gave you a gift

but asked you to do something for it,

that wouldn't be a gift.

Now, the gift doesn't cost you anything,

but it cost the person giving it to you something.

The gift of God is the exact same way.

Jesus had to pay for that gift.

Romans 5:8 says:

"But God commendeth his love toward us,

in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

John 3:16, the most famous verse in the Bible, says:

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

The gospel is this:

Jesus Christ was born of a virgin.

Jesus Christ is God.

He lived a sinless life,

he never sinned, never did anything wrong.

He died on the cross,

was buried,

and he rose from the grave,

not to pay for his own sin because he had no sin.

He died to pay for our sins.

See, it's already been paid for.

The gift has already been paid for.

Now, you got to understand this about the gift.

John 3:16 says: "Everlasting life".

The gift is everlasting life.

The word "everlasting" means it will last forever,

a life that'll last forever. It's never going to end.

John 3:15 says: "Eternal life".

"Eternal" means it'll never end.

John 3:36 says: "Everlasting life".

Romans 6:23 says: "Eternal life".

All throughout the Bible you find this concept:

eternal life, everlasting life,

life that will last forever, life that will never end.

According to John 3:36 you get it the moment you believe.

"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life."

Now, some people think: "Well, I can receive salvation,

but, once I have it, if I do something really bad,

like committing adultery, like murder, commit suicide,

then God is going to take away my salvation."

If he takes it away, then it didn't last forever.

See, we got to understand that salvation is not something that we earn.

Jednom kada ga imamo, to nije nešto što mi održavamo.

The Bible says in Titus 1:2:

"In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began".

See, our hope for eternal life is this:

God can't lie.

If God promised me eternal life, then, guess what,

it's eternal life.

He promised everlasting life. Then, it's going to last forever.

You say: "Well, what if I do something really bad?"

It's not of ourselves.

It has nothing to do with me.

It's a gift that will last forever.

Now, here's the only thing you need to do.

Just like any other gift, you got a choice,

whether you'd like to accept it or reject it.

You may ask: "Well, how do I accept the gift of God?"

Romans 10:9 says this:

"That if", now, it says "if" because you get a choice.

He says: "if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus",

The word "confess" means to admit.

You say: "What am I admitting?" You're admitting you're a sinner.

You're admitting that you deserve to go to hell, but you're asking for forgiveness.

He says: "if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus",

but it's more than just saying words.

He also says: "And shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead",

you're believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross,

was buried and rose from the grave as a payment for your sins.

He says, "if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,

and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead",

Biblija kaže: "Thou shalt be saved."

It doesn't say you might be saved. It doesn't say you hopefully will be saved.

God says: "I will save you if you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart."

Notice, you don't have to go to church.

It doesn't say you have to get baptized.

It doesn't say you have to repent of your sins.

It doesn't say you have to do anything.

Simply believe and ask him to save you.

If you believe that in your heart,

if you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins,

was buried, rose from the grave,

he wants to give you a gift, this eternal life,

then why don't you just confess with your mouth right now?

I'd like to help you form a prayer.

If you believe that, why don't you just pray with me right now?

Dear Jesus

I know I'm a sinner

and I deserve to go to hell.

Please forgive me of all my sin and give me eternal life.

I'm not trusting in my works.

I'm not trusting in my religion.

I'm only trusting in you.

Thank you for saving me.

Amen.

If you prayed that prayer and you believed in your heart,

according to the Bible, you are now saved. Imate beskonaèni život.

Congratulations.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (KETO) + HOW I WORKOUT W/ WE BURN APP - Duration: 10:36.

I'm about to make something epic I just have a carb balanced tortilla I'm gonna

add a slice of cheese dish is the tomato basil Jack thanks Chelsea because I

totally didn't buy this and I want the cheese and everything to melt so I'm

just gonna like put this in there I just added some everything but bagel

seasoning because I'm obsessed with this this stuff is amazing I'm just gonna get

another take a bite of this if I can't get it it's pretty messy though

hmm and honestly the only reason I didn't have bacon or any meat on this

it's because I was too lazy to cook it but I do like the avocado has added fat

in this one guys I wanted to get a good meal in my belly

before I film and before I workout I'm gonna finish this and you'll probably

see me at the gym so I literally just had breakfast and I'm still a little

peckish so I'm gonna have cover like half of the whole grain crisp with some

peanut butter that's usually what I have before I work

out anyway so I'm just gonna eat half now and the other half right before I

work out cuz you know your girl is still hungry and I literally just like dunk it

in now like a savage mode you good item that lipstick on yet that's literally

the best thing I've done all day finally it's been long waited I had so many

people asking me what type of workouts I do and I honestly didn't know how to

answer them because I was completely lost in the gym all I did was cardio and

a couple of weights but I just recently started using we burn it's basically a

high-intensity training type of seven-minute workout that anyone can do

they have different levels they have workouts targeting specific body parts

which I completely love because when I do cardio I wasn't seeing any

improvement in my arms or my back and those are my two problem areas so I have

been able to target those areas with this app so this app is free I want to

give a special shout out to me burn this video is sponsored by them but this is a

great app it's free you can definitely check it out for yourself so anyone that

doesn't have the luxury of getting a gym membership or a person

trainer you can do any of these workouts at home for seven minutes I love that

they have challenges for me I am doing the four days for the next seven days

because I just want to see if I can commit to four days working out this

week and if so then I will try to extend it for the month this is a great way to

hold yourself accountable and they have cute little things but if you don't

succeed you'll have to like take your friend to coffee or buy a friend a book

or cook dinner for a friend which is kind of cool and a great incentive to

get you to go to the gym what I love about this app is they break up each

workout into 30-second increments so it doesn't feel like you're working out so

much but you do feel it trust me they also have videos for each of the

workouts that you would be doing which I love because it helps me try to get my

form correctly which I clearly need to work on still I love that they have so

many different types of workouts so they have abs they have legs and glutes upper

body they got cardio anything that you feel

like you're struggling in they have a specific workout for you which is great

so if you are interested in this app you can definitely pick the link down below

and this is a free app so you don't have to worry they do have a premium option

if you do want to try the premium option you can get seven days free by using the

code Kayla I will leave the information down below you do have to email with

that code to let them know that you want to try the premium but I think you

should definitely give this a try I love it it's made my workout make more sense

absolutely love this app and I'm so happy that they reached out to me for

this collaboration because this helps me kind of figure out what body part I'm

gonna be doing each day at the gym and I really do need to get at least one new

workout shirt I think it's definitely time so I'm gonna go to a couple

different stores I'm gonna go to Marshalls know some rack see just see

around which one has the best options it is dinnertime now I completely skipped

lunch because my crisp crisp bread was kind of like my lunch I had

for the other half before I went to the gym and then I was shopping until I

dropped all day I forgot to hit the back of the car I'm gonna go ahead and roll

the clips that I took when I actually made this this was I made it I think a

day or two ago well I'm about to make dinner remember at my grocery whoa ha I

said I was gonna make butter chicken well I don't feel like it so I'm just

gonna make some garlic chicken and I'm thinking of a jalapeno cauliflower mac

and cheese type of thing we're gonna see how it turns out

just melted some butter salt to add the onions and jalapenos and then the garlic

later this is about 1/4 of a medium onion and 2 jalapenos base

so I'm using these cauliflower pearls this was a my grocery haul and I'm kind

of just winging this I guess it's kind of like a jalapeno popper s cauliflower

mac and cheese I've never tried it before

you

and with the drippings of the chicken I use that as the base for my sauce for my

jalapeno popper cauliflower mac and cheese oh that is a tongue twister but

it was so good I'm gonna start adding jalapenos to literally everything

I really don't measure when I'm making my cheese sauce but it's about this much

cream cheese probably a little too much but it's okay we can always thin it out

so the cream cheese is almost melted I'm just going to add a little bit of heavy

cream just to give it you know that's gonna make it nice and rich and creamy

I'm gonna let this kind of simmer and then add a little bit of cheese at a

time probably about a cup to a cup and a half I got a couple of people that are

from Oregon I believe they said that this is really good cheese so I'm super

excited to try it out I'm just slowly melting the cheese and I just tasted it

and I'm gonna add a little pepper some salt

so I mixed it all up and I'm actually gonna add a little bit of cheese in it

cuz I don't think it's cheesy enough so I'm gonna add a little cheese mix it up

then put it in the oven for probably like 15-20 minutes until it's bubbly and

I was craving some Brussels sprouts so I'm gonna head and roasted some Brussels

sprouts as well since I didn't have that much veggies

I wanted to book up and have a lot for dinner

I'm psychinfo foler longer so I'll have the Brussels sprouts all cut in half I

have about probably like one piece of bacon worth of bacon grease I haven't

really cooked Brussels sprouts in a while so I heard that bacon is supposed

to taste good with it

so the food is done there I got a good char on the Brussels sprout oh they're

so good I've already had like five of them and this is kind of like the

jalapeno popper cauliflower mac and cheese to die for that cheese is amazing

guys oh my gosh so good I need to pick up a couple more it's already had some

the Brussels sprouts and I've already had it's been full this so good but yeah

I'm just gonna eat this and quality' night if you guys do you like these

types of videos please don't forget to give this video a thumbs up but I will

see you guys in the next one until then

once again I want to think we burn for sponsoring this video again if you are

interested or you've been struggling to go to the gym or figure out definitely

check out this app it's perfect I do it sometimes when I don't feel like going

to the gym or to lazy and it's a perfect little restart to make you feel like

you're getting a good workout in

How Much Money Do I Need To Retire - Duration: 13:47.

A really important question today. How much did you save for retirement? Like,

what is the real math? What's the real number? What are you going to need to

retire? I'm glad you're asking because not a lot of people actually even care

to think about it but the reality is, there is some science to this and that's

what we're going to break down for you today.

How much money do I need for retirement?

How could I really know, it's your business not mine. - So how much do you

need for retirement? This is what we're talking about and this is a personal

questions, you're going to have a personal answer, it's going to be different for

everybody but I think more importantly than how much do I need, I want you to

get focused on what exactly is that you want in retirement. Forget retirement,

let's go back to what we had talked about before, fulfillment. What will

create fulfillment for you? So again, let's get away from the word retirement

and let's just start using fulfillment for a moment. What do you need to

feel fulfilled? - Because this is the world that we live in today. We live in an

accumulation mindset. Everything in society and raised up as go to college,

get good grades, get a degree then work for somebody else, save save save, 401k

and what we're doing is, we believe that we can save ourselves to freedom. Well

just for a moment, let's actually go with your math, let's actually say that you

get a good job, you're making more than the national average, let's say instead of

44,000 a year you and your spouse are working, maybe you've got a combined

income of $80,000 a year and you're setting money inside the 401k and IRA,

you got a match, oh, I'm getting my match. So I'm doing everything right

according to society, let's fast forward 10 years, pit

stop. My 401k has accumulated a little bit of money, I'm feeling good about it

cause I got something in there. I've been paying down my house that I bought right

because after 10 years, I'm now done paying the front loaded interest and now

I'm starting to pay down more and more as a good assistant manager, I paying down

some of my vehicles, 10 more years, driving driving driving, pit stop, we're

20 years in, you got more money in your 401k, you got more of your house

paid, yeah that's going away - Wait, your

daughter just got married. - Yeah, we picked up some more debt but don't worry,

we got time, we'll pay it off. - But how are you going to pay for the wedding?

- Well, I'll probably with the car that we just bought for her, I don't know yet.

You know what, time we'll solve this, this plan has been taught to us,

it will prevail. - Let's refinance your house so we

can pull out some money, pay for the wedding.

- Yeah, that will be great but don't worry, we got time, okay. Cheers ten more years

left, we're 30 years into our plan, my 401k is actually, you know, I just passed

a hundred thousand dollars a month. I'm putting some money sat in there

and then all of a sudden my house, I had to refinance it along the way one

more time but you know, we still have a hundred thousand dollars of equity

and how am I feeling? I'm starting to feel a little desperate, I'm

starting to feel like okay, wow. I'm on the other side of the fence,

I've been following society's plan 30 years into it and it's not very much

money when I'm being honest, I don't really want to look at that but it's not

everything that I was home being that it might be, that's okay, you know what, let's

go, let's go. - We're still saving. - 10 more years goes down the road and all the

sudden pit stop, it's like, how are we feeling?

Panic, right? It's all studying and it's like, I don't got enough money, I got laid

off once, I picked up another job, they're telling me I'm too old, I'm not

marketable, I got these wrinkles, I go they go away and the more weddings and

at the end of the day, a divorce down the road and it's like, crap, I followed the

plan and actually thought I was executing it quite well. Let's just say

though that in all of that accumulation you have $300,000, you've got your house,

let's say it's paid off, your $250,000 house paid off,

let's say you've got a quarter million in 401k, no one does but let's just

say you do, you got a courthouse paid off, you got a quarter million in 401k,

you even put $50,000 into an IRA but we've got a half a million

dollar net worth, we got $500,000, I worked for 40 years,

I accumulated and the reality is that, I live off of $70,000 a

year so if I have $500,000 now that I've spent 40 years

building it, how many years will it take for me to decimate it, annihilate it,

destroy it, reduce it to rubble? 7 or 8 years from

now, guess what? A lifetime is gone and this is what Steven and I are asking, is

that a good plan if you know it can't work? - I want to talk about this in

terms of a quick just analogy, building a home. Now I don't know if any of you have

ever built a home but this is what we're talking about, you're building your

financial home and this is that kind of accumulation mindset so just stay with

me for a moment. You start with this foundation, you build

it then you frame up the home then you put the systems in the home, you put the

exterior of the home, you put the roof of the home and your building building building

building. Once you've completed your home, would it ever makes sense to you to then

in retirement, in this fulfillment time, to start taking

apart that home board by board, brick by brick - Let's start with the roof - until there's

- Rain's getting inside. - no more home left. Like, does that ever make sense and the answer

that I have for me is no, that makes absolutely no sense. The reality is we

are all doing this financially, we build this financial home in accumulating

only to then disperse it, spend it, put it out there and to take it back down to

nothing at the end so do we want to accumulate your retirement? - The reality

is the reality is that if you're stuck in the accumulation mindset, let's get

even, let's actually talk about the very few that becomes super successful with

accumulation. I've met people that has set a million aside or even one and a

half million and to get there, they were financially petrified, terrified and

scared, they're living in scarcity, they're living on bread crumbs, their

cheapest church mice and who they've become in the process of there is this

much and there is an energy of negativity and it's because they've done

the math and they know the reality, it's like, I don't know when I'm going to die, I

don't know what my d-day is and so I got to make sure that I'm prepared for

that, maybe leave something for my children so here's what we're going to say,

if you have this accumulation plan through a job and you think you can

accumulate a million dollars, maybe two million dollars, you can definitely put a

basic life together. Why? Because a million dollars in retirement sitting in

an annuity at 40 at 4% is going to give you about $40,000 so if you have two million

dollars, $80,000. You would need $2,000,000 to replace your

lifestyle of $8,000 and we're not even talking about putting

inflation which is eating at your money 3% a year into account. So when you start

doing the math, it's like, for the average person in this country, the average

household income, they do need $2,000,000, that's the number that

they need but how far will they fall short? Not by half, they won't even get a

quarter of it, most of them are going to get between 5% and 15% percent of what

is needed with the accumulation mentality so we need something different,

we need a really really big upgrade and today we're going to talk about something

that generates real freedom way sooner way quicker instead of how much can you

accumulate, it's how much residual income can you establish? - So again, the question is

how much do you need to retire? How much do you need for retirement? Instead of

getting to that accumulated number, that end-all-be-all number, like you said, the

reality is, how much do you need on a monthly basis? What do you need to

sustain and to keep your lifestyle? - And don't forget the fulfillment, the

dream, the fulfillment parties on the grand kids. - Absolutely, right. What do you need to grow into a

retirement or into a fulfilled life today and tomorrow? What can you do also

to pass that down. I'm want to talk about this for a second, this is important here. It's not

just about that retirement number but a lot of people in retirement want to help

their kids, want to help their grandkids, right? And so, how do you build

that proper legacy and one of the reasons why Kris and I gravitate to

real estate so much is because real estate is that thing that can do that,

it's not about accumulating all this money, it's about getting real

estate that works for you, that's paying you on a monthly basis so we had a

scenario where you talked about earlier, right, if you had a choice, now it's going

to give you either a million dollars on one hand or allow you to earn $10,000 a

month for the rest of your life, what would you choose? - Well I know that

there's a lot of people would say, I want to be a millionaire so I've freakin' bad but

the reality is is that the $10,000 a month every month for the rest of your

life, not only does that represent 12% 14% return on your money but more

importantly, it's the fact that if you can create a lifestyle that fits inside

of your residual, you're set. I was just talking with great these are a

couple of our clients, they've been with us now for I think maybe 6 years,

they're now working on their night house I think it is. They've got several

thousand dollars a month residual income, $4,000 or $5,000 and I

don't know what their retirement goals are but what I do know is that

they've got a wealth building plan that started out very small. Bought a property,

$300 a month cash flow, bought another property, $750

of combined cash flow and when I retired the first time, it came down to,

what's my no matter what residual income? And real estate can produce that

predictably, you can also insulate it from market crashes because winter will

come it always does, we're in suspended fall animation right now and so the good news

for you is instead of trying to dream up a two million dollar number or a 5

million or a 1 million dollar number, instead, you just kind of ask, what is it

that I need every month to sustain my lifestyle and then how do I invest an

asset that produce that? And friends, that is

the secret to arriving at your number, what you've got to ask yourself and then

I want to give you a bonus. I want to invite you to ask yourself right now, how much

do you want every month automatic is in minimum coming in and that's going to help

you figure your mouth out, if it's $6,000 a month and if that

represents paying all of your bills and then having some, a little bit of travel

on this or maybe it's $15,000, whatever the number is, that's the number

for you to focus on and you got to start translating your big dollars into

residuals. Now here's the bonus that I want to share with you. If you want to

know the most important financial decision you will ever make in your life

because you're about to make it, the singular most important, okay, this is a

big, there's no hyperbole, this is a really big super - I'm excited for this so -

that single biggest most important financial decision that you could ever

make comes down to one thing, how much money are you going to take religiously

out of every check that is set aside for building that residual income? For some

of you, might be 10%, might be 5%, it might be 20%.

You see, we live in a world part of this accumulation mindset and part of the way

so many of us even get to check to check is because we actually don't pay

ourselves, we're actually paying our bills instead of paying us and when you

pay yourself, you can't pay it off the bottom because by the time you're done

with your bills, guess what. There's nothing left so you got to

start paying yourself when? This can get a little personal for a second here but

my wife and I, you know, we we pay 10% to charity every single year

through our church, that's something that's really important to us that we do

but in addition, there's an amount of money of our income that we take every

month out as a bill and we shove it in a place that basically it's not for

spending, it's not for touching, it's not for bills, it's what we set aside for our

investments and recently, I called my wife up and I said, you know what, I want

you to add 10% more of our gross revenue off of that and at first I didn't

explain myself, she's like, why are we doing that? We're allocating so much

money every month to our investments and the things that we're investing

in, why are you wanting another 10%? I said because I know that if with every

check that goes into our account, if you pull 10% more out and put it in

that account, we will always magically still find a way to have enough for

bills, we always do, there's always going to be enough so I don't care whether you're

check to check behind, if you don't have money, if you right now are totally check

to check, I could challenge you right now to take $200 a month and put it away in

account and you would say, Kris, that's not possible.

- Do it. - Take me to the bank, put that 200 there, make it totally untouchable

make it the first thing that you take out of your check and then go balance

your budget and I promise you, you will not only find a way but it is through

these simple and small means, through this one most important financial

decision that you start accumulating a little bit. Now if you understand the

power of compound interest a little bit, can you accumulate to finally put into

the right investment, in an investment like real estate that's going to grow.

Listen, if you look at, if you snapshot in 5 years like, I can't retire on that.

Guys, that's a snapshot, that's a blip, that's a moment in time but if you keep

compounding it and you check in 5 years later, it's like, where did all

these houses come from? Oh yeah, I made the most important financial decision

while and I stuck to it no matter what and friends, that's how you get the money

set aside for your investing. Now if you wanted to go faster than that then you

would do it with Steven and I through our partnering program and partnering is

where we show you to go and find people to have the money that will invest in

our real estate with you and then we're going to do deals together so there's

always a way to go faster but if you're not going to take our lease option course,

if you're not going to join our real estate community, our paid community, if

you're not going to join our partner profits program then at least do this,

make the most important financial decision today which is decide the

percentage of your check that you get that you will automatically pull out and

set aside because through that little means, you can grow that and compound

that over 10 years, 20 years and you can grow that into a fortune with the residual

income that you can retire. So what's your number? How much do you need for the

retirement you want? What do you need for the passive residual income? If you want

some help not only calculating it but getting a real plan that can support all

the real estate you need to make that happen then check out our website, we've

got awesome tools and and free gifts and reports and more hand-holding that we

can offer you to walk you through exactly how to make that happen.

Fluval Evo Project Part 1 - The Tank and Filtration - Duration: 3:28.

I've been hard at work on a new project and I wanted to share it with you.

Many of you probably know what this is.

It's a Fluval Evo 13.5, which is a pretty popular all in one tank for saltwater.

A ton of people have these, including a bunch of aquarium YouTubers,

so I'm not exactly breaking any new ground with this.

But when I asked for suggestions when I was deciding what to do with my 220, many people

mentioned saltwater.

That was never really going to work for that tank, but it did get me thinking that it might

be time to give it a try.

I was also at a local fish store with my family and my wife seemed to like the saltwater tanks

so that was another motivation.

I've actually had this for a few months.

I saw the price drop on Amazon right before Thanksgiving so I ordered it then.

And in some ways this is a great tank to use to give saltwater a try, and in some ways

it's not.

With a small tank I don't need the huge infrastructure that you see from a lot of people on this

side of the hobby.

And it's nice because with the all in one design of this tank I can just set it on my

desk to look at while I'm at the computer.

I mean it's a beautiful design, that's part of the reason it's so popular.

But a smaller water volume leaves less room for mistakes.

I'll have to make sure I have my parameters dialed in.

So that's part of the reason I've been sitting on this tank for so long.

I wanted to make sure I had done all of my research.

Now I think that's more than enough background on the project.

Let's move on to the tank.

There are a lot of unboxing videos for these tanks out there so I didn't bother with that.

It's fairly straightforward.

The kit includes the tank, lid, light, pump, and that's all great.

A lot of people replace the light but I'm not going to do that, at least not for now.

The water overflows on the left side and flows through three chambers before it hits the

return pump.

Let's take a look at those chambers.

Now this is where I think this tank, at least for me, is lacking.

First is that there are too many cutouts between the first chamber, on the far right, and the

second chamber in the middle.

And second, it comes with a foam insert and some carbon and biomedia.

And I really have no need for any of that.

I'll be using live rock as my biological filtration,

and I don't usually run carbon, but if I did, I would use Chemipure and I wouldn't want

to run it in this big foam insert that's difficult to get in and out of the tank.

Not to mention if you don't plan to run Fluval's protein skimmer, which I don't, then the first

chamber is just open which makes it tough to add and organize filter media.

Fortunately I found a solution that a lot of people are using from a third party.

They're these inTank media baskets and they're made specifically to solve this problem.

The one for the first chamber does two things.

It blocks most of those cutouts, and it gives you some shelves to hold your media.

I'm using some poret foam as my first layer and some filter floss and polyfil as my second

and third layers.

I'll probably try to grow some chaeto algae down in the bottom.

Then their basket for the second chamber gives me a bunch of spaces to run large bags of

whatever chemical media I choose.

Then as you can see the third chamber is just the pump and a heater.

I just went ahead and bought the small Fluval heater that a lot of people use on this tank.

I think this is way better than the stock setup, and in my opinion, if you're considering

setting up one of these tanks,

you might as well just build the cost of these media baskets into the price of the tank.

Because I don't think I would ever run an Evo without them.

You can get them on Amazon and I'll link to them in the video description,

and I'm also starting a list of everything I get for this tank and I'll link to that

BANTU KNOTS (KUMBA) SPEAKING SRANAN TONGO // Samantha Pollack - Duration: 9:55.

Then now

We're gonna use an edge control

Because we don't want the baby hairs come and play peek a boo

They have to sit beautifully, beautifully

Sit beautiful for me (Dutch)

I use a little bit of gel

For them

Fly away's

For them flay away's, okay?

Brothers and sisters

How are you?

Today I'm gonna show you this hairstyle

You know that this month is

Black History Month

Let's not forget that Black Panther is playing in theaters now

If you're going to see Black Panther

Go with this hairstyle

Show your mother, your father, your sister, your grandmother

this video

and your grandmother can't say that

She doesn't understand, because I speak Surinamese

She will understand, okay?

Tell your family, your friends that they need to see this video

I will not talk too long, because this intro is being too long

But if you wanna see how I braid this hair, how I did these bantu knots

Keep watching

This is an old wash and go

Maybe

4 days, 5 days or so

What we're gonna do first, is part the hair

From

Ear to ear

So I use my hands first

and then I use a comb

And it doesn't matter if the part isn't straight, because this hair will fall on the part

you will see nothing

Put this hair in an elastic,

because we're not gonna do anything with this hair

Everything will be done with this hair

So put this in an elastic

Now we're gonna section the hair in the middle

And also

To part the hair straight

You wanna use a

Rat tail comb

You wanna use a rat tail comb

Okay, now you wanna part in the middle

We already part the middle

and now we're gonna part it a little bit

diagonally

I little bit diagonally

And listen

My name is not Dobru of Michael Slory

I also have to think before I speak

Because I don't know every Surinamese word

So I have to think first

Then I speak

We gonna part this side also

Now I'm gonna use a cream

And not the creme you put on your ashy hands

I'm gonna use

Coco Shea Whip

So put that nivea creme back were you took it

You wanna use just a little bit, because if you use too much

Braiding the hair will not be easy

How do you say easy in Surinamese?

Easy, it will not be easy, easy

It will not be..

Okay I don't know

Now I'm using a

big tooth comb

A wide tooth comb

Because if you're braiding you wanna continue without stopping

So

Comb the hair beautifully, comb the hair beautifully

I use a little bit of gel

For those

Fly fly away's

For them flay away's

Now I'm gonna braid the hair, I'm gonna put two cornrows

One here and one

Were we just part the hair

Now bantu knots time

Kumba they called it when I was still living in Suriname

I don't know if they call it Kumba

Now

But They used to call them Kumba

So I call it Kumba also

We gonna part this side for the Kumba

And just part however you wan't, I'm gonna part is diagonally

I'm using a little bit of cream again

And

After that

You wanna comb your hair

But how do you say use in Surinamese?

If someone ask you

What do you use in your pom (Surinamse dish)

What do you

Use

In your pom

Tell me in a comment

How you say use in Surinamese

Now I'm gonna use an edge control

Because we don't want them baby hairs playing peek a boo

They have to sit beautifully, beautifully

You sit beautiful for me

This is so funny (Dutch)

Now we're gonna use an elastic

And put the hair in an elastic

We gonna twist the hair

And put in a bantu knot

I use a little bit more gel

For them

How do you call it?

Fly away

For them fly fly hairs

Now we gonna twist the hair put in a bantu knot

And I don't twist the hair too tight

Because the bantu knot should be big

For this I'm gonna use a bobby pin

I'm gonna use a little bit of edge control again

For them

We're done with the front

We're gonna lose the back

And comb it

So that it can be bigger

And you wanna use an hair pick to make it bigger

And this is the hairstyle

I hope you enjoyed, I already said it

Tell you're aunt, Tell you're sis, Tell you're brother

Let them subscribe, like, share this video

Brothers and Sisters I wish you all a good day

Oh sh.. but where is my elastic?

Elastic here

What am I doing?

A DAY IN MY LIFE AT COLLEGE | University of Florida ✨ - Duration: 7:29.

Hey

It's Alison I hope you're having a super happy day so far I'm excited because today

I am taking you along on a day in my life at the University of Florida, and we're kicking things off right with some donuts

good morning beautiful ladies

I

Always ride my bike everywhere around to and from campus and my apartment

today I am trying something new and I am going to go to New Scooters for Less here right by UF and

I'm going to try to

ride a scooter

scooters are such a big part of the US culture, so I'm really excited to give it a try myself

I just got home from the cutest little donut date

And now I'm just going to eat some more yummy things for breakfast because as much as I like donuts

They are just not filling or healthy, so I'm going to eat some grapefruit to fill me up some more

Then I'm probably gonna change because it is rather hot now in Florida

So I'm gonna change and work on some homework, and then go to my first class at 10:30

outfit change number two coming in hot

I do not normally change outfits during the day, but the weather has just been like such a big difference today this morning

It was like in the high 50s and now it's in the high 70s so I put on this nice little blouse from

Zara in this little scarf some Urban Outfitters, and these jeans that I've had since middle school. They're from Nordstrom and my pink Adidas

So I am headed to class now, and then I will head straight to New Scooters for Less to see my ride for the day

I just got to campus my so I thought I would give you a little tour of some of my favorite spots around University of Florida

Okay, I just got to New Scooter doe Less and on the way here my bike literally broke the chain popped out and this

Really nice guy. Just stopped and helped me which is so awesome

But I think that means it's definitely time to try a

scooter

Any first impressions after your first time ever on a scooter? I love it, I'm taking it home with me

It only has 6 miles on it, you're the first person to ride it

I'm honored

Okay, that was a lot more fun than I even expected. I love that little blue scooter. It is my new favorite accessory

I don't get to keep it unfortunately, but I have to say it was really fun, and I still love my bike

But I'm gonna miss that scooter. Oh

I hope you guys enjoyed that little tour around campus

Now I am just going to finish out the day by eating some dinner

I was gonna go to the farmers market, but it's kind of raining here in rains Ville

It's just another way to say Gainesville because it rains all the time

So I'm gonna do that and call it a night!

I really hope you guys enjoyed this day in my life video, and I'll see you soon. Bye!

Can brands be truly social? | Truly Social with Tara - Duration: 6:51.

In my last video, I talked about how you shouldn't

conflate content marketing with social.

And spoiler alert, came to the conclusion

that anything crafted or planned

or that goes through an approval chain is not social.

If you missed it, watch it here, and I'll also put a link

in the descriptions or comments below.

At the very end of that video,

I posed the following question.

Can brands be truly social?

"That's a good question." Mr. Belvedere

Which I think is a question that lots of people

go back and forth on.

Brands are terrible at being spontaneous.

Brands are the reason why content calendars

and levels of approvals exist at all.

They have an awful time just loosening up and letting it be.

And of course brands aren't people,

even though they are run by people,

which is really at the heart of it.

"Soylent Green is people!" Soylent Green

So today I'm gonna explore why brands

have a tough time being truly social

and how they can actually be social

without too much compromise.

Okay, well maybe a little bit of compromise.

Just a little?

My name is Tara, and this is Truly Social.

So first off, why do brands have such a tough time

being truly social?

You know, engaging in two-way conversations

that build relationships in both directions,

relationships that benefit all parties

involved in that exchange.

In my experience, it comes down to this.

The lack of understanding of social leads to fear,

which leads to mistrust, which leads to

needing to control things.

So let's start by drilling into this lack of understanding.

"I'm afraid of these feelings and what they might mean." Key & Peele

The leadership of most organizations

don't spend much time on social platforms.

With pretty much everyone in the universe on Facebook,

that's really surprising, right?

But leaders are generally busy people and need to prioritize

where they spend their time.

For most of these leaders, CEOs, CMOs,

boards of directors, the decision makers,

social media doesn't appear to be a good use of their time.

"Stop wasting my time." Shawshank Redemption

I get it, I run a growing organization myself,

and I find myself having less and less time

to hop onto Twitter and see what my friends

and associates are chatting about.

And if given the choice between scrolling through

hundreds of tweets and getting my butt to the gym,

well, I should probably pick the gym.

But that doesn't mean that I think it's useless.

It's far from that, and if I don't have the time,

I really want other members of my organization

to engage in lieu of me.

Of course now I value it because it's part of my business.

So there's that, but just because you don't get something

doesn't mean that it's a waste of time.

It would be like me dismissing the importance

of law and legal reviews

because I don't understand legalese.

As I've said before, think about social

as it has always existed in real life.

Social is about building relationships.

Do you think networking events are a waste of time,

conferences, road shows,

meeting with clients, talking with customers,

communicating in general back and forth?

"Oh, that's different." "Why?" News Radio

Social gives you a way to do this 24/7.

Theoretically, your sales team should be on social

interacting with their customers and potential customers

as much as possible.

But more than anything, that lack of participation

leads to fear, and this is where things go really awry.

Yes, lots of stuff could go wrong.

You could accidentally post a tweet to the wrong channel.

You could, heaven forbid, make a mistake.

"No."

"I don't make mistakes." Mr. Robot

I get it, companies need to be more risk-averse

than individuals, 'cause mistakes can be costly.

There are bigger consequences.

But to be truly social, you need to balance

your risk-aversion with exploration,

and trust is key.

Now if you're worried about the maturity of the people

running your social, check out my

Why Should You Stop Hiring Interns and Juniors

to be Community Managers video.

If you value social as an important part of your business

and an important part of relationship building,

then you'll know that hiring seasoned experienced

professionals is key to doing this right.

If you can learn to trust and you value social,

you can do the following.

Number one, social is really mostly

about listening, listen more.

"I'm not listening to this." The Bee Movie

Follow everyone in your industry.

Find the interest communities that are discussing

the future of your industry, find your customers,

listen to influencers.

75% at least of your time should be spent listening.

And there is nothing more social than that.

And there's no risk in listening.

Number two, engage in real-time discussions.

"People love to talk, you know?" Bob's Burgers

Now once you're listening, you're gonna find

lots of opportunities to engage in those ongoing discussions

as individuals within your organization,

but also from your business accounts.

Your audience will really love it.

Number three, open up more discussion forums back and forth.

"Why not set up a town hall?"

"We can get the public's opinion." Mars Attacks

As I mentioned in my last video, tweet chats,

live streams, meetups, town halls, and other live

social events are awesome opportunities to invite

your customers and community to really engage.

So then someone uses it as an opportunity to vent.

Great, get it out in the open where you can address it.

Number four, spend significant time

in your comments and responses.

"I'm just talking to myself." Steven Universe

If you're lucky enough to have an engaged audience

that comments in your content, engage them back.

Don't just post platitudes and crafty responses.

Ask people for more input.

One of the things that came up over and over again

in the comments section of my last video

was that people were really surprised that when they

spent time to engage in branded content

and then comment on it, that they didn't hear

anything back, even when it was positive.

And number five, and this one will take you the furthest,

encourage your organization to get social.

"We're socializing. Be social." Zero Dark Thirty

This means everyone should build up their social muscles.

If you have to, bring in workshops to help people

feel more comfortable.

Social shouldn't just be the function of one department.

The more engaged everyone in your

organization is, the better.

If trust is getting in the way,

create some employee guidelines.

And remember, planned content isn't the social part.

It can be helpful and useful to be social.

We have clients that use their content to reach out

to their customers on a regular basis,

but it's not social in itself.

Oh, and if you are doing that content,

don't sanitize it to the point that it gets

really uninteresting, either.

"You're boring!" Adventure Time

Now speaking of interesting, I put out these videos

every week, so if you enjoyed this,

you may enjoy some of the other ones.

So subscribe and follow and send me any questions

you would like to have me cover in the future.

Hack My Life: Inside Hacks - Re-EnHackment: Packing Like A Pro | truTV - Duration: 1:44.

Slacker Jane rejects the hacker lifestyle,

while Hacker Jane embraces it.

And to see just how different each Jane's packing method is,

we've created this re-enhackment.

Even though it's raining,

Slacker Jane just throws her stuff in a suitcase

and rolls it outside, getting her clothes soaking wet.

Hacker Jane lines her suitcase with a garbage bag,

ensuring that even if it's pouring outside,

her clothes stay dry.

Slacker Jane's clothes come out of her suitcase smelling musty.

Hacker Jane's clothing smells great

because she packs a dryer sheet

in her suitcase.

Slacker Jane never seems

to have enough room

in her suitcase for all of her clothes.

Hacker Jane rolls her clothes up tightly,

giving her more than enough room

for everything

she wants to pack.

When Slacker Jane opens her luggage,

she finds shampoo and lotion over everything.

Hacker Jane's clothes

are clean because she puts

a piece of plastic wrap over the mouth of each bottle

and then puts the cap back on,

creating an additional barrier against spills.

All of Slacker Jane's jewels are in a tangled mess.

Hacker Jane's jewelry is in perfect shape

because she stores them individually in pill containers.

And, finally, Slacker Jane's clothes are dirty

because she puts her muddy shoes on top of them.

Hacker Jane's clothes are mud-free

because she covered the soles

with a shower cap.

Hacker Jane makes it look so easy,

so follow her lead and pack like a pro.

Lookin' good, Jane!

Lookin' good.

Japan Ramen Box review ! Testujemy ramen z Pojedzone! - Duration: 15:00.

Hello everyone! Its Shappi here are welcome back to my channel :)

Todays video will be unboxing with special delivery

from Japan!

Japan Ramen Box

Honestly, the amount of those ramens are overwhelming to me...

i need help!

Hi :D

Hi! Today with me is Marcin from food blog, Pojedzone

and together we will eat those japanese treats!

there is a lot of them

seriously

Yeah, there is a lot of tastes : Tonkotsu,

shio,shoyu

all you can think of!

we got a full list of it

we got operating manual for ramens

I hope we can make it!

Marcin is a culinary blogger, mostly about food in Katowice where he is from

So if you happen to be looking for a good food there

even with asian cuisine! Which you are a fan of

its my favourite type!

this is my stuff :D

So i guess Ive picked right to invite you here to help me :D

we will devour everything with pleasure !

Tell me, what would you like to start with?

I think we could try the boxed ones first

This one is Tonkotsu

we have a full list of it

we have to use a little cheat paper as everything is in japanese and we dont really know what to do

Yeah the boxes are all in japanese, no idea whats inside

but there are pictures! :D

Japan Ramen Box is a monthly subscription for ramens

its a bit like lootcrates etc

but with FOOOOOD!

we get 7 types of ramens

but on the list from the page there is 19 types

so you can even get more of the tastes which we probably couldnt fit into our stomachs!

those will be a bit much already

ramen is life...;D

but its from the box!!

In theory yes but those are really japanese ramens

and they are closer to real japanese taste than anything else

yeah, its really this taste you are looking for

this is not a japanese cheap instant noodles..;D

which you can think of when you visit grocery stores

this is 100% Nihon ;D

This box costs 20 usd per month

Its a bit if you convert it to polish zloty

but its quite worth it!

Its not a bad price for 7 good quality ramens

7 ramens for 20 usd? its okay for me

Maybe i can get some coupons for you, check description box ;D

Okay! Shall we start? The one i have in my hands go first?

Yep! Tonkotsu

wooooah :>

Oh god, we wont make it, its science

there is an egg??

nah!! its meat

In the meantime Ive almost burnt my kitchen with my video lights

Technical problems

Overall we have technical problems with those little packages

There is a lot of them and they are all in japanese!

we got an instruction list from Japan Ramen Box

yeah, its all written what to do

buuut, they are very similiar

kanji everywhere!

and here!

this one Im sure is meat!

weve decided that we will make the ramens super fancy and we got some eggs boiling

and ive cut some green onion

EXTRA FANCY :)

Our helper, Mati who joined us for Ramen Party just enlighted me with some tech news

yes, im translating japanese my whole life that way, lol

hah, with google!

you have to mark all the text you want translated

its a picture?

Yep! Mark text you want and done

we are so japanese today it hurts

Okay, lets start!

First try! Marcin gooo!

I will be next

Okay so this one is Tonkotsu ramen,

Its made on pork bone

so the whole soup is quite white

like milk

non translucent

its one of the raments with most taste

if I say so myself but other claim that too

we upgraded it with an half boiled egg!

noodles are very tasty

a bit thin

not in a bad way though, its easier to eat it that way

im joining in!

haha, no worries, finish first!

aaand?

it has so much flavour, salty

BLARGH noes ( it was falling down)

hey, thats good

i was afriad of meat

it was like... eeeh?

wait? haha

its a bit stiff though

well that meat was dry packaged soo... it had to be this way

XD

I WONT CUT IT OUT

Sooo i need your opinion!

on a scale of 1 to 10 otakus

for otakus hmmm?

how much! :)

for a first one to try, solid 8 otakus! :D

woah,thats high!

for an otaku scale haha ;D

the animals came to the oasis, we all eat one bowl of ramen haha :)

Boys, do you like it?

the noodles are a bit overcooked after a while :P

Lets try next one!

number two! shio ramen

its based on salt

its going to be more salty, more translucent

*hm... salty, something for me lol :>*

hmm im not sure if its more salty?

Tonkotsu was a bit salty too

its a bit more salty but not overwhelming

its more salty, check the soup

okay! i gotta check the essence

yes, the essence of the soup is more salty

i want naruto!

NARUTOOOOO

SASUKEEEE

YAMETEEEE

what is naturo made out of ?

naturo is a crab meat, like surimi

Okay Marcin, what is the decision on otaku scale?

Its very good but not as good as the last one

6/10 otakus!

and two fantasy fans!

Okay, we have an update

we screwed up! The last ramen that we ate was shoyu

but we tasted the salt well!

it was made with soy sauce

thats why we tasted salt

and this one is the true salty ones LIKE OUR SOULS

this one is just on salt, not on soy sauce which is salty

yuuum, go!

hmmm its supposed to be made with pure salt but

shoyu was a bit saltier?

what is this yellow thing?

we are quite curious what is this yellow part in the ramen

what are you thinking?

mati was right, its an egg

egg!

egglicious ramen

yeah i think its 5 or 4 out of 10

like 5

uuugh beacuse we have started with the best one!! and now we got to the less tasty

but it still think its super tasty!

of course, we are talking about level higher than any instant soups in Poland

yeah, other arenot as cool as this one

Okay! We got all the boxed ramens checked and we have 4 left in the palstic wrapping

very typical instant soupy looking

but we have high hopes for it!

firstly we have picked the ones from the same brand

both are Hokkaido tastes

showdown time!

I have Miso, Marcin has Shoyu!

lets check who wins!

uuugh, my bags dont want to open, haha

if this seasoning is spicy then im gonna cry

YEAAAH, this red colour dosent really look like spicy AT ALL

thanks my friend

its hot!

lets mix it!

* here im using polish dialect word from the part of country where I am from*

Whaaat?

Im from Podkarpacie, its how we say it here! :D

Tell me in the comments if you use it as well ;D

* here I am also asking about polish language diffrences between parts of Poland*

BUT HOW ABOUT CHEESECAKE? With raisins or not?

This is the most important question

you will lose subscribers

NOES

Only true fans will remain

Noddles are standard instant soup... * Shappi is crying*

SPICY

seriously?

this red was chilli after all

yeah but the noodles are really standard instant noodles

the ramens in the bowl were tastier

the noodles were better there

but its good!

dosent taste chemical

like they do in polish soups instant

Its the last test of tonight!

only 2 soups left

it will beeee

SHIO

TONKOTSU

*XD*

ooh, i have less seasonings that you

Honestly, after those 5...?

yeah 5

im so done, im so full

oooh, you would eat more?

he snatched it like a shark!

here is a pig base...

its the best from all the instant noodles style

its the tastiest

isnt Tonkotsu the same as the first one we ate?

yep

Coincidence? I DONT THINK SO

to sum up,

tonkotsu is better

beacuse there is one secret thing that wins in ramens we ate

PIGGY!

If you are looking for a good taste for ramens, definietly go for pig meat

they are simply better

Ohhh guys, i think thats all!

this box was worth the money

and its also very fun thing, you nbever know whats inside
