- They're being really careful with humidity in this garden, increasing time between irrigations if ground's over hydrated.

- You can also open those big windows to decrease humidity. Depending on the variety and the volume of your

- buds it will be almost unexpendable because if you've got humity peaks, you'll have fungus problems, and, during

- bloom it could be a disaster when it's at only 2 irrigations of Overdrive to the final cut. Irrigations are really important...

- You must follow the table well, and if you've got different strains in your garden, make an average between both values

- or adapt it individually. In this case, majority of irrigations has been an average, so it could be still better.

- Results using Advanced Nutrients, a professional line, are really nice. It will be easy if you follow the PH perfect

- table, and you'll save a measurement because it can even correct the range to increase your plant's absortion.

- If you use products out of Ph perfect line, you will have to measure. Not hard, with a nice measurement tool,

- like Blue Lab pens... You'll obtain a range and you'll have to adjust Ph. There are, of course,

- natural remedies like lemon or whatever to adjust acidity. We recommend organics, and specially don't add rests

- because there are a lot of methods to adjust Ph but you must use something neutral. Ec is not so easy to measure,

- and we must let it reasonable ranges thinking on slow liberation of nutrients.

- To develop those big flowers, we had to know a lot about the water it needed... When do our plants need water?

- If you've got an homogeneous garden, it should be an automatic balance...

- This time we've got 2 strains but it's well balanced, and grower irrigated them together. Then... Water's quantity

- your plant will need, of course with added fertilizer, it will variate depending on your plant's size, draining, temperature,

- your general method for the plant, if you growth it a lot, you'll need more water of course.

- This water must be full of nutrients... You ain't got any problem if yo follow the table. If you touch ground and it's

- dry, or lightly wet, we should irrigate. But you shouldn't irrigate over water, because your plant won't absorv nutrients

- and we'll only rot roots accumulating humidity. Irrigate only when it's needed. If you can, do it daily, that's what i recommend.

- It depends on your own growing system. Observ your strain and it's behaviour... And the pot's size. All these factors

- will determine needed water's quantity, and doing it balanced, will give you great results, so control it.

- Those big buds are not casuality... It's due to using additives... Specially for the roots, but then in bloom,

- we've added Big Bud, that made those great hard flowers. Overdrive did its job too...

- You can feel it in flower's hardness. Overdrive is really spectacular, and we'll finish it with Flawless Finish.

- Overdrive is a specific product for this phase made by Advanced Nutrients to supply all needed carbo hydrates to

- get enormous buds. Let's focus on this product. With Overdrive, we'll push our plants and you'll feel it when

- you harvest all your garden. Before that summit moment of bloom, a lot of growers use to let those buds to wait for

- maturing, and we can still do a powerful work about hardness and power of the bud, and you'll check it with Overdrive.

- Don't stop once you finished using your bud fattening product. We use Big Bud, and you can still add something to improve

- your flowers. If you follow the table, you'll know when to introduce Overdrive... After Big Bad and before Flawless Finish.

- We'll increase a lot our harvest results arriving gr/w, depending on the strain you're working with.

So, today I'm going to be replacing

the grommet on the bottom of my seat

now this is an issue that so many of these Scouts have.

This grommet tears when you take the seat on and off I did this,

Tore this the very first time I took the seat off the bike and I've patched it

together multiple times I kind of just get it to fit back underneath the

rivet here, it's got a plastic rivet which I bought. Here is the here's the

part number they're ordered that from Indian and then here is the grommet for

the seat and the part number or the number part number. So I bought two of

them and two rivets just to be on the safe side because who knows this is

gonna happen again so yeah these things just seem to tear out and it sucks so

we're gonna try and

get this thing out of there

you know that's just terrible it's terrible design really

and this little rivets what's supposed to keep it on there but that tears and

then the whole thing goes to shit so we got to get this rivet out of there

I want to break it off of the seat so I'm gonna try drilling it

here we go

you need a pop rivet gun

well that's definitely working just pulled thecenter shaft it's on there

Make sure I'm not going to have something sticking up in my pecker (penis)

definitely on there pretty good I think we'll just leave it at that

so, that's how you install a new grommet

and when you remove these from the bike it's really best to reach around

underneath the seat kind of put your fingers around the grommet when you pull

the seat up just pulling the seat tears this thing out so what I've been doing

with them with the torn one for the last year is putting my fingers underneath

the seat onto the grommet this way and pulling the whole seat and grommet

together and that really protects it so I'll be doing that with the new one and

just in case I got spares thanks for tuning in

He Just Got Busted, BIG TIME!!!

The ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff seems to have an issue

with honesty these days, and he was just majorly busted for it.

As many are aware, House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes, a California Republican (as rare

as they are), created a four-page memo outlining how the former administration abused its power

against the Trump campaign.

On Monday, the House voted along party lines to release the memo to the public, but first

a copy of it was to be sent to the white House for review.

Enter shifty Adam Schiff, the beady-eyed, pencil-necked Democrat who's also from California.

Schiff, who's so heavily invested in the Russian ruse that he'll probably kill himself

if Mueller exonerates President Trump, apparently hatched a plan with Senate Minority Leader

Chuck Schumer, who also has an issue with the truth, well, all the time.

According to the Daily Mail, Schumer and Schiff-ty are now trying to undermine the credibility

of the classified memo, which President Trump said he would "100 percent" release, before

the public can see it by claiming that Nunes altered it after the vote was cast.

In fact, Schiff wrote a letter to Chairman Nunes late Wednesday afternoon accusing the

highest-ranking member of the Intelligence Committee of intentionally trying to deceive

the public by "secretly" altering the document before sending it to the President.

But here's the thing – Schiff-ty didn't say how the document was "altered," he

merely made the accusation, which is all the adoring news media needs to run with.

From the Daily Mail:

California Rep. Adam Schiff sent a letter to House intelligence committee chairman Devin

Nunes late Wednesday that charged the document had been 'secretly altered' by Nunes after

the vote.

Schiff did not detail the changes.

A spokesman for Nunes did not immediately return a request for comment.

The panel voted Monday to publicly release the memo, part of a GOP effort to prove improper

use of surveillance by the FBI in its Russia investigation.

President Donald Trump has five days from the vote to review the document.

Senate Minority Chuck Schumer, the Democrat from New York, blasted Nunes late Wednesday.

Schumer accused Nunes of trying to undermine the rule of law by attempting to 'interfere

with the Russia probe.'

'It's clear that Chairman Nunes will seemingly stop at nothing to undermine the rule of law

and interfere with the Russia probe.

He's been willing to carry the White House's water, attack our law enforcement and intelligence

officials, and now to mislead his House colleagues,' Schumer wrote in a statement.

Schumer called on House Speaker Paul Ryan, the Wisconsin Republican, to challenge Nunes

and the other Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee.

'If Speaker Ryan cares about the integrity of the House or the rule of law, he will put

an end to this charade once and for all,' Schumer said.

Seriously, what is it with Democrats and their obsession with keeping the public in the dark

and deceiving us about everything?

If there's nothing incriminating in the memo, like they originally claimed, then why

not let us see it?

If it has been "secretly altered," as they're now claiming, then why can't they

show us proof of it?

Their actions as a whole seem to show some sort of guilt or cover-up.

Odds are, once we see the memo, we'll find out which of the two, if not both, it is.

I think.. So this is almost two weeks ago

But this weeks is pretty exciting, so I wanted to take you along

This video might be long, I'll try to keep it short

But today it's Monday

I don't have that many plans, I'm gonna do a few things here at home

And I'm gonna get my nails and lashes done, and head to the gym

So today will be kind of quiet

Tomorrow I'm going to an event, and then I have a few things here at home. I have to pack

And on Wednesday I'm going to Copenhagen

With L'oréal, that's gonna be fun

So I'm gonna bring you along, and the rest of the week is really hectic as well

I'll bring you to everything, and then I'm crossing my fingers that this video is not 40min long by the end of it

How to Reduce Stress - Healthy Habits for a Simpler Life you can do Everyday - Duration: 5:56.

Reducing stress does not have to be hard and everything I want to share today are

practices that are really easy to incorporate into everyday life!

Reducing stress while keeping it simple Let's dive in!

The past seven years I've dealt with the after-effects of severe stress and

exhaustion and it's not always fun but it's given me years of experience in

dealing with stress, pressure and priorities so I hope you find some of this helpful

The first thing we're going to do is to schedule our week with a bit

of flexibility. I usually sit down on Sundays and i roughly plan out my week

and I usually plot in times for a breaks so I know that I have time to

breathe mentally

One thing I don't particularly like is that I get tired in my head faster than

regular people so I usually schedule one hour of doing

nothing everyday before I pick up Max from daycare and this is just to make

sure that I have time to regain my energy before I go get him. As a family

we make sure not to over schedule our free time and weekends we want time to

just do whatever and be spontaneous

Number two is to go for walks! Get out and get some fresh air and move that

body around. I actually find that when I walk I talk out loud to myself but if

I'm stuck mentally or practically in some kind of problem then it actually

helps me to just walk around and talk it out with myself

I find that when I walk around and talk like this it gives me a new perspective and when I get back I

feel a lot better and I might even have solved the problem completely

So it might seem weird, but try it! Talk to yourself when you go on walks

Number three is to get things out on paper if your head is cluttered it helps a lot to

just get it out of here and down on paper. If your head is filled with

practical things then make a to-do list get it out of there and make space

mentally and then just get the things done if it's more emotional thoughts

that's cluttering up your mind, then journal! I'm a big journaler...

I'm not even sure that's a word... I think it's a word? But I write down all my emotions my

frustrations I just get it all out of there and I feel so much better

afterwards this is something that has really worked for me and it might work

for you too. There's something therapeutic about getting things out of your head

down on paper

Shift your focus - what you focus on grows and I usually do this by practicing gratitude

A few years back I used the five-minute journal it's a book that

gives you directions to just like write down three things I think every day that

you're grateful for and a few action points in there so I'll leave the link

to that book down below but the past few years I've personally just gotten in the

habit of saying out loud three things I'm grateful for usually right before we

go to bed we'll usually do this together Morten and I when we're going to bed so

randomly I'll just call out: "give me three things", and then he knows that it's

three things that he's grateful for or three things that have been good during

the day and we really love doing this together because it kind of puts us in a

positive mindset right before we go to bed so we find that that works out

really well. We don't do it every night but at least a few times a week another

way of shifting your focus can be to choose to experiment when you're doing

your things I've mentioned this before in a previous video and I find that when

I apply the mindset of experimenting it frees up a lot of the pressure because

experiments they can have different outcomes it can be A or B, but they

don't fail so I can't fail and that just relieves a lot of pressure and it makes

it easier for me to try something new so consider applying this mentality of

experimenting and see if it works out for you

Number five is meditate. Now I'm no pro at meditating but I've been practicing

mindfulness on and off for the past years and there's no doubt in my mind

that it works I prefer the meditations that helps me let go of thoughts and

feelings and just refocusing back on the breath

And the body scan meditation switch helps me relax my body and just turn my

head off for a bit I found a few short ones that I like and I'll leave the link

to them in the description down below if you're interested. Another way that can

really help reduce stress is to limit your input streams. The more information

I fill my head with, the more I have to process. I tend to stay off the news and

social media as much as possible and try to limit my use of social media to

mainly Instagram and then I have the facebook Messenger app primarily just

because it's super practical that people can reach me and I can reach other

people whose phone number I don't have other than that I really try to stay off

social media completely I'm not saying be uninformed I'm just

saying be conscious of how much you ask your head to process of new information

every day primetime news and random social media is just more data for my

brain to process and it makes my stress level go up

find a good in-depth news program that you can watch or a documentary or maybe

listen to an audiobook these are all things that will inform you on things but it's a

lot more conscious choice and you get to weed out all the clutter

Number seven is so simple and probably the practice that I use the most it's deep breaths

Deep breaths calms my body and refocuses my mind

When I take just a few seconds to reconnect it releases a lot of the

stress in my body and in my mind and it's so simple I hope you found some of

carbs, and about seventy nine grams of protein. So, hey. That hit the spot.

Brazil is a country that speaks Portuguese

One day I would love to travel to South America and I thought it would be cool to learn Portuguese

It is the dominant language in Brazil

3. I want to learn about about the cultures of the countries that speak Portuguese

Through learning a language, you are going to learn about the cultures that use that language

By learning Portuguese, I have learned so much about Portugal and Brazil

That has made me happy

I love to learn about different cultures

4. Travel

I love to travel

It is a goal of mine to travel throughout the world

By learning Portuguese , it would give me a good opportunity to travel to countries that speak Portuguese

A good thing a bout Portuguese - It is used in 3 different continents

It is used in South America (Brazil) , Europe (Portugal) , Africa (Angola, Mozambique)

It is a big goal of mine to travel throughout the world

Learning Portuguese would give me the opportunity to talk to natives of these countries

5. Meet new people

A great thing about learning languages - you are going to meet people who use that language you are learning

Through apps and websites, I have encountered natives of the Portuguese language

They use Portuguese every day

Their native language

Using those apps and websites, I met so many amazing people

I met people from Portugal and Brazil

They helped so learn Portuguese so much

In return, I have helped them with English

It is an even exchange. I help them. They help me

But it is more than that

I have created friendships and met so many interesting people

Learning languages can be a gateway to making new friends

6. I thought learning Portuguese would be easy

Many of my Brazilians think Portuguese is a hard language to learn

At first it was hard, but I always thought learning Portuguese would be easy to learn

It is between hard and easy

I thought learning Portuguese would be easy because I knew how to speak Spanish

Spanish and Portuguese are so similar in terms of verb structure and many words are similar

It has not been a struggle for me to learn Portuguese, which is a great thing

7. I love music

I like to listen to music from all around the world.

I love to introduce myself to different types of music

Through learning Portuguese, I have been introduced to many different styles of music.

Sometimes i listen to foreign music and I don't understand what the singer is saying

By learning Portuguese, I can now listen to Brazilian , Portuguese and Angolan music ... It is amazing

I can understand the song and introduce myself to different types of artists.

I think that is amazing!

8. I love to watch movies and different types of TV series

Through learning Portuguese, I have introduced myself to different types of TV Series and movies

I have seen movies and TV serie with people speaking Portuguese

Most Americans only watch TV shows and movies In English

Learning different languages has given me the ability to watch foreign films without subtitles

9. It takes me back to 2014

2014 was the time I started to learn Portuguese seriously

2014 was the Brazilian world cup

The world cup that took place in Brazil

During that time, there were many commercials and documentaries about Brazil on television

I saw people speaking Portuguese in these television shows and documentaries

I looked at those programs and said to myself "wow! Portuguese seems like a cool language to learn"

"The Brazilian culture seem amazing"

"It may be cool to learn Portuguese and one day go to Brazil"

That motivated me to learn the language

That motivated me to study everyday

That motivated me to speak to Brazilian natives

Ever since then, I have been speaking and my practicing my Portuguese almost every day

It has been a good experience for me

It has broaden my thought about different cultures

It has enriched my life in total

10. It is fun!

It is something I enjoy to do

Learning Portuguese has been a wonderful experience for me

There are days when I do not want to study Portuguese ... those days happen quite often

but it okay! In total, learning Portuguese is something that is fun!

I have met new friends. I plan to visit Portugal and Brazil on day.

I have began to listen to different types of music

different types of movies

It has enriched my life

Learning Portuguese has been one of the best investments of my time

I plan to improve my Portuguese. This is just the beginning

I plan to improve my speaking , listening, and my vocabulary

This is just the beginning for me of using and learning the Portuguese language

I love this language

I love to use this language a lot! I like it a lot!

TV While speaking to reporters on the pending

release of the House Intelligence FISA memo, Nancy Pelosi suffered an odd "brain malfunction"

on live television.

It was so bad, it prompted the media to quickly shut down the interview to save her further

embarrassment.Nancy Pelosi needs to retire, plain and simple.

For some time now, she has lacked the mental faculties to properly perform her duties as

House Minority Leader.

She doesn't even know who's president.

I wish I were joking.

According to The Gateway Pundit, on Thursday, Pelosi was speaking to reporters on the pending

release of the House Intelligence FISA memo, when she referred to President Donald Trump

as "Bush."

Again.This is not the first time Pelosi has made this egregious mistake.

It's not the second time or even the third.

No, Nancy Pelosi has called President Trump "President Bush" at least five times in

the last year alone.

"Everything we have seen so far with the president has been about tax cuts for the

rich," Pelosi told KTVU in an interview last July.

"In fact, affecting California very directly is the Affordable Care Act.

President, uh, uh, Bush has come out against that as you know," she said, not correcting

herself.Has the Botox seeped into her brain?

What is wrong with this woman?!

During a weekly press conference in June, the House Minority Leader referred to President

Trump as "President Bush" yet again.

Explaining what she sees as Trump's method for handling people, Pelosi said, "New Yorkers

have said to me, those who have had business dealings with him, he operates this way: First

he tries to charm you.

President Bush tries to charm you.

If that doesn't work…"

"Trump," a reporter interjected.

"…he tries to bully you," Pelosi continued, not picking up the hint.

"If that doesn't work, he walks away from the deal.

And if that doesn't work, he sues you," she said.

Several minutes later, an aide slipped Pelosi a piece of paper and she corrected herself.Also,

at the end of May, the House Minority Leader referred to Bush as the current president.

"For decades, I've served in Congress and for decades, I've had to fight the Republicans'

opposition to birth control, contraception and family planning," Pelosi said while

discussing her battles with Republicans over abortion.

"They do not believe in it," she declared at The Commonwealth Club in San Francisco.

"And a lot of those people voted for George— for, what's his name?" she asked, apparently

struggling to remember President Trump's name.And, the list goes on!

According to ABC News, during an April appearance on "This Week," Pelosi mistakenly called

President Trump "President Bush."

Realizing her mistake, she then apologized to Bush, saying, "I'm so sorry, President

Bush.

I never thought I would pray for the day that you were president again."During a press

conference in February, Nancy Pelosi again thought George W. Bush was still the president.

"We've seen nothing where we can where — where I can work with President Bush on…"

Pelosi said as Rep. Maxine Waters' face dropped.

"I'm disappointed because I thought there might be some interest because of what he

said in the campaign.

It turned out to be not true, a hoax and really dangerous to the economic stability of America's

working families," Pelosi said.

That time, she did not correct herself.

Instead, she continued to run at the mouth, making incoherent statements.This woman is

a real piece of work.

It's hard to believe she's a leader of the Democratic Party.

No wonder the Democrats are in such bad shape.

I think it's time for someone to demand she take the cognition test that President

Donald Trump took.

It's a safe bet that she's not going to get a perfect score like he did.

If you all have read the title

then you understand that I will deliver another cover for you.

All of you who grew up with the Sailor Moon series when you were kid

You will probably recognize this track.

As in most animated series, the music is originally written in the Japanese language

I had my thoughts on first recording this song in English

But

I like to challenge myself

and I therefore choosed to record this track in Japanese.

If possible, someone with extensive experience in the Japanese language

would listen to this cover.

I want you to be aware of this I will say.

And I may mention that I do not speak fluent Japanese.

I am fully aware that my statement is not correct

The only basic knowledge of Japanese that I have

Is through a basic course from high school

I also watch a lot on animated series

Anyway, I went the second year of high school when I read Japanese instead of...

Basic French or more extra lessons in English.

I have always been fascinated by Japanese as a language

It is a very powerful language

And a very nice language!

I would love to learn to speak fluent Japanese!

My God what an unnecessarily long explanation

But anyways

I just wanted to explain that my pronunciation in the Japanese language is not quite correct.

Note that

I'm not an expert in the Japanese language

and I do not speak Japanese in my everyday life.

I just felt that it is probably good if I tell you this information.

If somone would come and point out about my enunciation.

Well, now there is no need for that!

But, after listening to the result on my cover

and compared it with the original.

It sounds...

It sounds really great!

Note that I'm self-taught and listened to the original to get an idea of how the pronunciation sounds.

Also, Japanese as a language is beyond my natural way of speaking

But it's probably just a matter of pure habit.

The more I practice the better I will be.

How will they know if I'm calling everyone or just one?

It doesn't matter, because no one will want to go with you.

But, it's interesting: in past centuries there was a plural for "you" in English.

"Thou" was singular and "ye" was plural.

Sometimes we still use them

In reality, it's God that uses them.

In the Ten Commandments, for example, "Não matarás" is

Thou shalt not kill.

And "ye" is used in films about the Middle Ages. For example, when a messenger arrives

and he needs to announce to the entire court, he yells...

"Hear ye, hear ye!" "Listen everyone!"

But what do I use in 2018?

Modern English has several informal solutions:

Two Things IV Fluid Shortage - Duration: 2:46.

Hi. Welcome to Two Things. My name is O'Neil Britton and I'm the chief medical

officer at Mass General Hospital and today we're lucky to have Paul Biddinger

who is not only an Emergency Medicine physician but also in charge of

disaster response across all of Partners. And today we're going to talk about IV

fluid shortage and what's been going on at Mass General. So Paul, how did we get

here? How did this all start? So although we've had IV fluid shortages actually in

the country since 2014 really the big problem is Hurricane Maria that hit

Puerto Rico in September of this year. Forty percent of the manufacturing

capability for IV fluids for the whole country was in Puerto Rico and that's

caused a ripple effect that's affected all of us, definitely Mass General and at

Partners. Okay and so how are we dealing with that at Mass General Hospital? So almost as soon as

we learned that the IV fluid manufacturing had been affected we

brought a team together with Patient Care Services, Nursing, Pharmacy

leadership, and they've been doing an amazing job of trying to find solutions.

But the situation's gotten worse and as of late November we activated the

Hospital's Emergency Operations Plan, the incident command system, to make sure

every part of the hospital has been involved in the response. Our two big

categories of solutions are conservation, so we try not to use IV fluids if we

don't have to, if clinically they're not needed, and adaptation, so use equivalent

strategies as long as they are clinically equivalent, that we're not

changing the quality of care. When do we expect things to get better?

Unfortunately because the storm was so severe we've been told that it could be

another two or three months at least, so realistically March-April is the soonest

we think we'll be out of the situation. Are we at risk of running out of fluid?

We are at risk. I hate to say that but because this is a day-to-day solution if

we do not take the most aggressive conservation and adaptation measures

there's a chance that we can't sustain our same level of clinical operations,

which is why we've been trying to message this so strongly. Now I know many

people have been working on this and trying very hard, but has any of this

impacted patient care so far? So we really don't think so from a quality or

safety standpoint. It's really important for everybody to understand that the solutions

we are choosing are equivalent. So if patients need IV fluids they should get

IV fluids. If patients need a certain therapy they should get that therapy. But

we're asking everybody to work within their physician, provider, nurse,

pharmacist team to make sure that if there's an appropriate conservation or

adaptation strategy available that they use that. So would it be fair to say that

we should be mindful of how we use IV fluids but everybody is getting what

they need right now? That's very fair; I'd like to say extremely
