customer case manager.

The Department is in the process of upgrading the case manager to increase online services

offered to our customers.

This video will highlight some features of the new case manager.

Using the new case manager, you can apply for child support services, apply to reopen

your child support case, view the status of your application or complete or cancel a previous

application.

You can also log in to the case manager to: see details about your case,

ask DOR to update your case information, or take an action in your case.

If you don't have an existing case manager account, you can click the Register hyperlink

at the top right hand of the page to create a case manager account.

You can then use the case manager to get information about your case.

Let's register as a new user.

After selecting the Register hyperlink, you're asked to choose a username, a password and

an email address for your new account.

For this tutorial, let's create an account for John Smith.

security code sent to you by DOR.

If you do not have a security code, you can request one from our Customer Service Bureau

at 1-800-332-2733.

Once you link your child support account to your case manager account, you can view or

update your information, request actions or documents, manage your account, and take other

actions depending on whether you are the party who receives child support, the party who

pays, or an employer.

Here you are seeing the options for a custodial party receiving child support.

For example, let's click View Case Information.

If you are a party who receives child support, you'll be able to view your case summary,

any past-due support owed by the other party, and any payments that were issued to you.

Let's click "View my past due support."

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild-- Review - Duration: 14:11.

The history of the royal family of Hyrule is also the story of the calamity Ganon,

The history of the royal family of Hyrule is also the story of the calamity Ganon,

A primal evil that has endured over the ages.

This evil has been turned back time and time again by a warrior wielding the soul of a hero

This evil has been turned back time and time again by a warrior wielding the soul of a hero

And a princess who carries the blood of the Godess

With the passage of time, each conflict faded into legend

But the last time that this came to pass 100 years ago.

Something went wrong, terribly wrong

And the legend coudn't be accomplished

We're not sure of how or why...

... but to fulfill our destiny, once more we'll have to venture

Hyrule's guts and search on every corner clues of who we were

What we swore and what we serve.

This is the premise that "The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" gives to us

And it will turn into one of most memorable adventures of this generation

I'm Wolf, and this is "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" 's review.

Graphics on "The Legend of Zelda:Breath of the Wild" are excellent.

It feels as if we were inside a great paint that was carefully painted down to the smallest details.

Models are very well done and they fit their background.

The planification of this world is also very well done because despite of the map being too big.

There is no point completely empty, and you can always find many wild life and enemies everywhere.

The models leave really clear the kind of places were you are.

From the characters and their clothes to their equipment and their environments.

Kakariko is for example a spiritual place were the traditions known back on the champions and Zelda's days are preserved.

In the other hand Hateno it's a pretty village independent of this traditions of the past, it is a peaceful place.

The Zora and the Rito use light clothing because they rely on their speed on the water and the air for their strength.

They also have equipment to backup this skills such as spears and bows.

The amount of detail on every place is impressive from it's variety to the places that some objects can be find.

As the Hydromelon that helps to resist heat when they're cooked.

Therefore, they can be found on Gerudo Desert's Market.

Every element of the background as they content set clear the lifestyle of each place.

And the differences that we have among each region.

For we may find forests with reinder, bears, purple flowers, blue flowers, brown flowers.

Or with the three variants and other different objects on each one of this environments.

Plus, this details are not in vain. In more than one time they'll be important for us to know were we are and were to go.

Mostly, the kingdom of Hyrule it's a beautiful place with so many details and variants that makes it unique.

And delivers one of the most vast worlds that we've ever explored.

And that it will always have some new surprise to be found.

Sound effects are a wonderful complement for everything said before.

The sound effects of everyday stuff works pretty fine.

Such as the effects of the weapons, which is nice because they're so breakable that we'll need a few to advance all over Hyrule.

Enviroment sound are also pretty good and help setting the differences set by the models between places.

Finally, they take a major roll during the story.

Wich is letting us know about any surrounding dangers.

Because we'll often hear before actually see.

They also introduce gameplay elements and key characters at some points

The soundtrack extends the difference between places to characters aswell.

Emphasizing what I say before and blinking to themes of previous games of the franchise.

Though this last part is completely extra and won't count for the final score.

I consider it would be fine to be considered if you're planning to play this game.

The variety of themes on "Breath of the Wild" is amazing and their uses they get are carefully thought.

And conditioned making each theme special on its own way from above the others telling their own story.

Despite of being the main theme.

Hateno Village's story, the village that could stay out of the troubles suffered along Hyrule.

Kakariko's story of how they tried to kept alive the traditions from before the calamity and alive the memory of the princess Zelda.

The story of the greatness an elegance of the Zora.

Or specially the story of Prince Sidon, who has not despaired and still is willing to give his faith to someone who would help him and his people.

On this examples I skipped some details to avoid spoilers.

Finally, the voice acting was pretty good too, and they complement game's narrative by enhancing each character's behavior.

Having actually not a big roll.

Some parts would've been better if they were added on the scenes instead of cutting the scene to go back to the text.

What takes us now to the game's narrative.

That mixes classic elements of game's narrative and some "novelty" elements as the ones seen on the souls saga.

We are the typical main character who doesn't remember a thing of the world were he lives, or how he ended like that.

nor what he should be doing now, however, despite the game having it's way to proceed.

It's completely up to you so you can do everything in any order that you want

Therefore will get the story in disorder by fragments across the world.

There are things set to be cannon, but are the more general parts of the story.

A fair amount of things about why we were fighting for and why we were moved.

It's left entirely to our understanding and can be argued.

The main story is told by the main characters form each place.

Plus we may find diaries.

Less important characters such as researchers and travelers that have found some information on the road.

And link's lost memories mainly.

Once more, we have a title whose content it's to be considered before playing it.

For you'll be a few hundred hours going around the kingdom because of all the things you can make.

There is a large amount of weapons to be compared only to the large amounts of enemies that we may find.

We start with some simple weapons as the lizal boomerang or apprentice sword.

The eventually, as the foes go stronger.

Will turn to Lizal tri-boomerang and knight's broadsword.

This only to mention two examples.

Same goes for spears, cubs, axes and bows.

Plus, they have some similarities among them, preserving the same kind of design of their respective tier.

Cooking ingredients and recipes are also too diverse.

And it would be nice to check different ingredients and amounts of ingredients.

Because from them, we may recover hearts, stamina, increase our attack or defense.

Increase our agility or our resistance against weather like heat and cold.

As if this were not enough, and as it couldn't be otherwise.

Enemies have a large amount of types.

Being the red ones the weakest, blue enemies are a little stronger.

Brown enemies are those that start getting tough, and white enemies are those not to be fight unless you're well prepared.

Same goes for mini-bosses such as the Hinox and Lynel

There are a lot of equipment because there are a lot of places to see.

And each place will usually have a unique set to offer.

And every set is to be enhanced or personalized by changing its colors.

Everything said before and some other minor things that I might forget on a vast and huge world.

Maybe not as big as Xenoblade Chronicles X's world.

But we won't have nothing more than horses and quick trips to go from a place to another.

And quick travels most be activated by first reaching the place.

We'll start at the camera of resurrection.

And we'll quickly find some clothes but beyond that we won't have nothing.

We must fulfill our needs along the way.

From the weapons that will be extremely breakable but will be getting a little better.

To resources like food and other materials to enhance your equipment.

The combat system it's too dynamic forcing you to have different things to face different challenges.

A large amount of resources to make food and potions good enough for their purpose and needs.

And to enhance your equipment for self-defense.

You'll need to have many different equipments for all your needs, for some helps you to resist extreme weather.

And some others will five you special skills as climbing waterfalls.

Knowing the large amount of weapons you'll be needing, you must find korok seeds throughout the world.

Take them to Hetsu who'll increase a weapon, shield or bow slot for you.

The more slots he adds, the more seeds you'll need for the next expansion.

Across Hyrule there are aroun 900 korok seeds, so good luck getting them all c:

You will soon realize that nor your heath nor your stamina will be enough for you journey.

So you'll need to find shrines spread all over Hyrule.

Inside of them, you'll have to pass a trial.

The trial we'll lead to a monk of the goddess Hylia who will give you an orb.

As soon as you get four, you may improve your heath or your stamina.

Praying to the goddess statues you may find on different places.

There is a statue on Hateno Village that will allow you to change this improvements one for each other.

Another important element during the game.

Because without them you cannot even advance on certain points.

It's the Sheikah Slate.

A slate that represents the Wiiu Gamepad or the Nintendo Switch.

And that has many useful tools as two types of bombs.

The skill of make and unmake big ice blocks from water.

Camera, Stasis to stop the time of some objects.

A smart map.

And the pictures of the places you must visit in order to remember who you are.

A little problem that became a problem because it happens quite often.

Is that in some important moments to keep moving.

The camera got stocked on the environment or got fixed on an object making some easy tasks a little annoying.

And more than once I even tried to find a way around that of course I didn't always find to avoid this problem.

Another little issue is that despite being fun, and demanding to use what you learn during the dungeons, the bosses were way too easy.

The final boss being the easiest.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is a vast title that we'll keep us busy for hours and hours.

Exploring Hyrule, looking for the resources needs to be prepared against anything the world may throw at us.

Finding and passing the trials to get stronger.

Mastering the combat skills that we'll need to not fall against the stronger foes.

And learning the ingredients to make each recipe as handy as needed.

Plus we'll have a great story to be found under our rules.

With a very original soundtrack that compensates the minor gameplay issues.

And that's why it stays with the final score of 94/100

COMO FALAR "VOCÊS" EM INGLÊS? ft. Eric Hinojosa - Duration: 4:21.

ENGLISH EXPRESS

Welcome back to English Express. Today I'll finally

teach you the method to reduce your accent in English.

Let's go!

English, I hate you! You scoundrel! You leper! Grab the "staff" and say I love you!

Aguinaldo again?

Amigo Gringo, are you alone?

Of course, there's no one else here. Why?

Because I can't be with more than one American at the same time!

-Amigo Gringo, how do you say "você" in English? -You.

-And how do you say "vocês" in English? -You.

It can't be the same word!

How can I know if they're talking to one person or two? Or a thousand?

Aguinaldo, the simple answer is by context.

For example, "How are you?"

Am I talking with you, or with more people?

Just me. But sometimes context is difficult.

If I see five people, and I say "Can you come with me?"

How will they know if I'm calling everyone or just one?

It doesn't matter, because no one will want to go with you.

But, it's interesting: in past centuries there was a plural for "you" in English.

"Thou" was singular and "ye" was plural.

Sometimes we still use them

In reality, it's God that uses them.

In the Ten Commandments, for example, "Não matarás" is

Thou shalt not kill.

And "ye" is used in films about the Middle Ages. For example, when a messenger arrives

and he needs to announce to the entire court, he yells...

"Hear ye, hear ye!" "Listen everyone!"

Oh, that's just great Amigo Gringo! Now you just need to buy me a time machine

and my problem is solved.

But what do I use in 2018?

Modern English has several informal solutions:

Some are regional: in the South, you can use "y'all",

a contraction of "you all".

How y'all doing - how are you.

Aguinaldo, you could move to the south. It would be good for you.

And for me and my public.

Thanks a lot Amigo Gringo, but I have no plans to go to the South.

OK, there's a special expression in New York, "youse". But its antiquated and evokes the Mafia.

And don't confuse "youse" with "you's" with an apostrophe, which is "you is",

grammatically incorrect but used in Afro-American dialogue.

And there's also "you'uns". That's used in the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky.

OK, Aguinaldo, in any region, you can say "You guys".

Finally! Great. That's resolved. Bye Amigo Gringo.

Wait a sec, Aguinaldo. These days more people are finding that "you guys" is sexist,

because "guy" is masculine.

So I can't use it, because I'm always always with several women, almost always top models.

And they won't like it.

Yeah right, Aguinaldo. OK, with your "top models," you can always use "You all."

Great. See you all later

But Aguinaldo, it's just me here!

What? Patrícia is behind the camera. Didn't you see her?

Next time, that incredible method to reduce your accent.

and in the description, a link to a fascinating article about the history of the plural of you in English.

BEAVERS BE DAMMED - o jogo dos castores ladrões! 「Jogatina #47」 - Duration: 10:20.

Good morning, afternoon, or night. I'm Japa and today I'm here with..

Glízia.

And we're about to play Beavers Be Dammed.

A multiplayer local game that you play with your friends where you have to control two beavers that will have to solve some puzzles.

It's a free game for now, and I've found the developers on Reddit and told them that I'd be testing it.

So, that's it. Let's see how the game works.

Yaaay!

What's the names of the two beavers from that Nick cartoon?

I don't have any idea.

I remember that in english is Angry Beavers. Castores Pirados in portuguese, and Guilherme Briggs (famous brazilian voice actor) was the voice actor of one of them.

I don't have any idea.

As you can see, we can play with a controller or a keybord. Aparently we have to take...

I'm B1.

Yay, I'm the pink one... Not pink, red one.

'Kay, we have to take the things together.

Okay, so wait for me.

How do we hold? Oh, with the trigger, right?

Let's go!

I think we should take care with these things... They'll... Come...Let me go first... Like, if we bump into them, they'll hurt us.

THEY DON'T HURT US.

And do we get there? Oh, it's only this? On my controller turned off. But we got it!

Aw! How Cuties!

Oh My God.

The graphics are cute. And I like blue.

Let's go.

How we're gonna do this? We'll have to wait. Come, come, come. Come quickly, to the left.

Down, Down, Down, Down.

Oh, ouch! Wow!

Oh no! Oh my god. Oh No. Oh No.

Down, down, down, down!

NOOOOOO!

It passed!

Oh, come on controller! Stop turning off! I gess my battery is dying. But it's working.

There's some rocks, look. these rocks.

True. We'll have to jump.

Yes. Go to...

Ok, come back. You're coming back.

Can we jump doing this? OMG. Wow, we're doomed.

I drop it.

I'm holding.

I can't take it back.

I got it.

Eh.

I'll restart.

Sorry.

I'm going up. Yup, just go to the left. Omg.

Come back, come back, a little bit… Let's go.

Ok, ok.

I fell, I fell.

This is not working, I think we have to go on the same line.

Go.

Oh my god.

Sorry.

Oh my god, I glitched. Oh, the car will leave without us.

Oh my God, let's go.

I fell.

We'll make it. We'll make it.

Not gonna happen.

It's over.

It finished.

Oh. Poor Little…

Down, let's go.

1,2,3, left. 1,2,3. Oh wait, go a little bit, just more a little bit.

Yay! Yay! Just have patience. Yup.

Where are we?

Oh my God!

Here! Here!

I fell.

I fell too! This one is gonna be hard.

What are you doing?

I messed up.

Did you die?

I died.

Let's go up. NOOO!

Oh my God! I'm gonna die! I'm gonna die!

I'm gonna die, help me to pull.

I'm pulling, but you're moving.

I'm jumping, are you jumping too?

Me too.

What if you let go… ?

Oh no.

Geez, it comes back.

Quickly. No! Wait.

W-Wait!

Come back. Come back. Come back. Come back

Now go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Good.

We made it!

"Eita"

Look!

Eita.

Uou.

I***** the thing.

Oh no.

I think that it's no use anymore because I stood up the log unintentionally.

I'll reset.

...

Let's go.

Wait…

Go up.

No, no, no!

Now wait, someone go up, I'll go up. Then we go.

Now we have to leave it in parallel.

No, no, no, no. Lemme go.

Go right.

Aaaaaand now!

Yay!

Oh my God. We'll have to jump. Let's stay close…

No, not yet! Go.

I'll go on the top plank.

Higher. Higher. Go.

AAAAAAH.

Damm.

We have to go a little more higher.

I'm not on it. I'm not on it.

We have to get down.

There you go.

Hmmm…. Damm.

Let's go.

Let's rearrange.

Not yet! Not yet!

Oh. Wait.

Go up.

No, no, no. Go up, go up, go up. No!

I'm going up!

Now I'm stuck. It's over.

'Kay, let's go.

Ooooooh.

Can you do it?

Wow!

Yay!

A little bit higher. I think.

No. I will drop… Oh...

You weren't. So I didn't go.

Go up. Up!

1,2,3. Go! Yes!

Yay!

Oh, We can't jump while they're dancing.

Oh my God.

Ah, it was now.

Wow, we'll have to go… Here. Then Here. And then here, And only then…

Aaaaaaaaaah.

Let's try it quickly.

It worked! Cool!

Let's wait.

Go down, down, down.

No, no, no, no, no, no.

Oh, It's going to have to be here now.

Go, go, go!

Get in, get in, get in!

We'll wait it pass, then we go.

Now!

Aew!

Now we go down!

Aew! That was easy!

Oh My…

Okay,

Wait.

Wow… Ok. But we only have to pass through here. Ok. Got it.

I. Got. It.

I didn't get it.

Ouch, ouch, ouch.

Help!

Ouch, I'm terrible at it!

Oh, but I get it now.

Okay, If you go by the borders it'll be easy.

Careful! Careful! Careful!

Let's organize… We'll go… We grab.

Eita.

Let's go.

We're going to the second one, there on the right. Yes, stay here. Good.

Now we go…

Mind Blowing "Blend If" Photoshop Trick That You Don't Know - 90-Second Tip - Duration: 1:40.

In this 90-second Photoshop tip, you'll learn and advanced method for creating blends

with the "Blend If" sliders.

Hi, Jesus Ramirez here for the Photoshop Training Channel.

You might remember that in a recent tutorial I showed you how you could use "Blend If"

in the Layer Style dialog to do sky replacements.

You can do so by selecting the blue channel, and on the "This Layer" section, drag

the White Point to the left to hide blue pixels.

Don't forget that you can hold Alt Option on the Mac and click on the point to split

it in two.

Then separate them to create smoother transitions.

As you can see, this works magic!

You can see that the new sky came through even those difficult areas

in between the leaves and branches.

The problem is that sometimes you may need to adjust the layer,

and when you do the sky comes back.

That's because "Blend If" uses color and luminosity to create the blend.

If you change those, then the blend changes.

Look at the at the layer thumbnail!

The sky is there, do you see it?

The advanced tip that I want to show you today is that you can right-click on the layer

where you applied the blend and select

Convert to Smart Object.

Look at the layer thumbnail now.

Do you see a difference?

There is now actual transparency where the sky used to be.

If you make an adjustment, the sky will not come back

because the pixels are now truly hidden!

I'm curious to know if this was something new for you.

Simply type "yes it was" or "no it wasn't" in the comments!

Also, let me know if you would like to see more short tutorials.

Don't forget to subscribe and to join the Notification Squad by clicking on the bell!

Thanks so much!

Underrated Action Movies On Netflix You Need to See - Duration: 5:55.

Unlike other genres, action movies don't need to be filled with nuanced performances or

a watertight plot.

If anything, those things just get in the way of the face-punching.

All a good action movie needs is a sky-high bullet budget, some flippy kicks, and kerosene

burning through its veins from start to finish.

Fortunately, Netflix is jammed full of underrated action movies.

If you'd rather see bruised chins than Oscar wins, this action movie roundup will be right

up your alley.

Skin Trade

Dolph Lundgren, Ron Perlman, Michael Jai White, and Tony Jaa sounds like a dream action movie

cast if we've ever seen one, and Skin Trade delivers on that promise in spades.

Granted, the plot is pretty flimsy—it's basically cops and robbers in Thailand—but

the thrill of seeing these action legends all in one place doesn't wear off.

Lundgren manages to keep up with the much younger and more agile Jaa in some wild action

scenes, and Jai White is, as always, a magnetic on-screen talent.

Come for the talent lineup.

Stay for the insanity and fist fights.

Savage Dog

Scott Adkins is pretty much the undisputed king of direct-to-DVD action movies these

days, and Savage Dog is an impressive entry in his filmography.

We rarely get to see Adkins in a period piece, and even though he still mostly just beats

people up, he gets to do it in different costumes this time.

But beyond the unusual setting, Savage Dog is still something special.

The movie opens with Adkins' character digging his way out of a shallow grave, which is the

only way to start a movie like this.

The film then goes back in time, catching us up to the moment of his burial and then

sending him on a brutal path of revenge featuring some stunning fight sequences.

Adkins' filmography is littered with cool action hits, but Savage Dog is a clear high

point.

Bullet to the Head

Released in 2013, Bullet to the Head comes from Walter Hill, director of the 1979 cult

classic The Warriors.

It's pure grindhouse fun, which is exactly what a Walter Hill action flick starring Sylvester

Stallone should be.

Bullets fly, bodies drop, and cars are blown to bits over the course of the movie.

It's a great time, solidified by Jason Momoa's role as the film's villain.

You don't want to miss it.

Boyka: Undisputed

Scott Adkins headlines the later installments of the Undisputed series as Yuri Boyka, a

prison inmate who participates in a brutal underground prison fighting ring.

Boyka: Undisputed sees Boyka released from prison and fighting professionally, but the

fight scenes are just as stylish and brutal as any that came before this in the series.

Four movies in, Undisputed is as fun as it's ever been.

Bring on the next one.

Small Soldiers

Children of the '90s are likely to remember the toys that spawned from director Joe Dante's

Small Soldiers, along with the crushing disappointment that they didn't actually come to life and

try to blow up your house.

"Let me see that weapon.

Standard issue is insufficient."

The film itself is something of a forgotten gem—and one that's definitely made for a

younger audience—but an action movie is an action movie, and this one is actually

a lot of fun.

Small Soldiers is weird, campy, and features action figures going to war with each other,

which, for most kids, was the best toy-based combat outside of Toy Commander for the Sega

Dreamcast.

Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

In a just world, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow would have been a box office smash

and ushered in a new era of elegant, stylistic action cinema.

Drawing heavily from pulp cinema and comic books, Sky Captain is a wild romp through

a steampunk reimagining of a pre-World War II world.

The titular Sky Captain is a charismatic ace pilot who leads the daredevil Flying Legion.

Played by Jude Law, he's joined by reporter Polly Perkins and a brief appearance by Angelina

Jolie as the eyepatched Royal Navy officer Franky Cook.

It's a great cast heading up a fun, visually inventive action film that deserves a far

larger fan following than it has today.

Officer Downe

Want to watch the craziest movie on Netflix?

Officer Downe has you covered.

Adapted from the comic by writer Joe Casey and artist Chris Burnham, there shouldn't

be a way to translate this insanity from page to screen.

And yet the film manages to pull it off.

Starring Kim Coates of Sons of Anarchy fame, it's a hyperkinetic neon thrill ride that

plays out like Judge Dredd in a fever dream.

This movie has everything: nuns with guns, an immortal super cop, and a hidden government

conspiracy.

What more could you ask for?

Fighting

It's kind of hard to remember the days when Channing Tatum wasn't a megastar, but back

before Magic Mike and 21 Jump Street, Tatum appeared in this little-seen gem.

Tatum plays the tough-as-nails Shawn, a hustler who discovers he's a prodigy as a street fighter.

The fight scenes are brutal, no-holds-barred affairs that translate the intensity of street

fighting to the screen very well.

Fighting was never going to win any Oscars, but it's a very interesting, and often overlooked

entry in a talented actor's career.

Death Sentence

Modern horror master James Wan — of Saw, Insidious and The Conjuring fame — took

a brief hiatus from the genre in 2007 with Death Sentence, a Kevin Bacon vehicle that

follows the tried-and-true narrative of a regular man out for revenge.

When his son is stabbed in a gang initiation ritual, Bacon's Nick Hume decides to take

the law into his own hands, waging a one-man war on crime in his city.

It's nothing action fans haven't seen before — but you haven't seen this kind of film

directed by a wiz like James Wan or with an actor so effortlessly good as Kevin Bacon.

Bacon channels Nick's relentless drive, grief, and rage in stunning, understated fashion.

Throw in John Goodman as the film's villain and you've got yourself a good time.

It may be familiar action movie territory, but sometimes that just means it's worth the

journey.

Disturbing Things In Pitch Perfect Only Adults Notice - Duration: 6:43.

Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick might not have thought that the now-iconic film would

be a success, but a legion of fans quickly proved her wrong.

However, there's a lot more to this movie than catchy tunes.

Many of the most intriguing - and disturbing - details in Pitch Perfect will likely only

be noticed if you're an adult.

Old actors playing young

If you thought that the main stars of the film look way older than the characters they're

portraying, you're right!

The core of the cast was well into their twenties when Pitch Perfect was filmed.

Anna Kendrick was roughly a decade older than the college freshman she was playing.

In fact, all of the other main cast members, Skylar Astin, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp, and

Brittany Snow were all born in the 1980s — several years before their characters were even alive.

Unrealistic cash

It's easy to sympathize with Beca's desire to follow her dreams.

However, considering how prohibitively expensive a college education is, her dismissive attitude

reeks of ungrateful entitlement.

"... study on the grass!"

"I dont wanna study on the grass, Dad.

I need to move to LA and get a job at a record label and start paying my dues."

In this economy, anyone would jump at the chance of getting a free ride.

In 2016, the average college senior graduated with $37,000 in student loans.

"I want to produce music, I want to make music, Dad."

"But you're going to get a college education, first.

For FREE, I might add."

And speaking of money… who's funding the Bellas?

That bus the Bellas are riding costs hundreds of dollars to rent…

PER DAY!

If the competitions are held far enough away that the acapella groups need to rent a bus,

it's probably safe to assume that the trips are overnighters and they'll need hotel rooms,

too.

Who is forking over all the money for these competitions?

We never see the Bellas fundraising… not that they have the time.

So, seriously!

Where's this cash coming from?

Fat shaming

There are way too many fat jokes in Pitch Perfect for comfort.

It's a shame that actress Rebel Wilson is never allowed to show much of her comedic

range, considering that all of her scenes and character gimmicks are centered around

her weight.

"What's your name?"

"Fat Amy."

"Um, you call yourself Fat Amy?"

"Yeah, so twig b---es like you don't do it behind my back."

Her first scene in the film, where she introduces herself as Fat Amy, was actually cut short.

The original clip had even more cringe worthy lines about her size.

"Well, it used to be Medium-Sized Amy, but you know…

Freshman 50."

"Freshman…

50…."

But it's not just Amy joking about her own weight.

When the Bellas go to their first competition, the commentator makes some nasty remarks about

how they look.

"Wow!"

"Huh…"

"This does not look like the fresh-faced, nubile Bellas that we have come to know."

That statement seems to be directly linked to the two plus-sized women who have been

added to the group.

"It's, uh, refreshing yet displeasing to the eye."

Those commentators

Honestly, the commentators at the acapella competitions are the worst.

They've clearly been inserted to add yet another element of humor, but there's no way their

level of unprofessionalism would ever be allowed in real life. The male commentator, who is

shown to be demeaning towards women, is especially terrible.

"Women are about as good at acapella as they are at being doctors."

His sexist comments would get him fired in real life.

Acca-BYE.

Style over substance

Anyone who's ever worn a form-fitting pencil skirt knows just how tight and uncomfortable

they can be.

They might look stylish, but they're not really the best choice for a singing group's uniforms.

In order to support their voices, singers need to be able to take deeper breaths than

a tight pencil skirt would realistically allow.

As put-together as the Bellas look, it just isn't a smart choice.

"Is it me or are those skirts just not working anymore?"

Cut the sheet

Also, when the Barden Bellas are recruiting new members, they specifically ask people

if they can read sheet music.

"Can you read music?"

"...yeah."

While there's no denying that this is an important skill, in no scene do we ever actually see

a Bella actually reading music.

They seem to learn most of their numbers by ear, and are also shown to be great at improvising.

There's really no reason that they should need to know how to read music.

Racial insensitivity

It's undeniable that Hollywood has a problem with diversity, and Pitch Perfect is a prime

example of this.

Upon meeting your Asian-American roommate, your first question should not be about how

well they speak English.

"No, English?"

"Yes, English?"

"Just tell me where you're at with English."

Making assumptions about people based on their physical appearance is not only offensive,

but also horrifically ignorant.

After that rough start, you can't really blame Kimmy Jin for never quite warming up to Beca.

"Kimmy Jin is my friend."

"Nope!"

While Lilly, the film's second Asian-American character, is given more lines than Kimmy,

she is shown to be very quiet and very strange, more of a caricature than a character.

Cynthia-Rose, an African-American member of the Bellas, has a powerful set of pipes, but

most of her storyline consists of the rest of the Bellas making not-so-subtle comments

about her sexual orientation.

"This is hard for me to admit to you guys..."

"Bet we all know where this is going.

Lezzz be honest."

While she's given considerably more character depth than the film's other minorities, perhaps

Cynthia-Rose's storyline would have felt less problematic if the cast wasn't so overwhelmingly

white.

With so few people of color in this film, the fact that they always seem to be used

as comedic punchlines is a problem.

What's up with this college?

Here's the first thing that happens when Beca arrives on campus.

"Your campus map.

And your official BU whistle!

Don't blow it unless it's actually happening!"

The moment is played for laughs, but actually illuminates the very real assault problem

plaguing college campuses - and the fact that authority figures don't take it seriously.

There also seems to be a lot of drinking going on… in public places.

Considering that Beca is a college freshman, one would expect to see some underage drinking.

However, the open-container situation on campus is another story.

Is no one worried about campus security catching them?

Or is there no campus security?

Is the extent of security provided by Barden University just that whistle?

Clearly, this school is not invested in the safety of its students.

And speaking of university, the Barden Bellas have no class...

Literally!

While the intense acapella group holds their rehearsals in what we can assume is a music

classroom, you have to wonder if they're actually enrolled in college.

Their rigorous practice schedule hardly leaves any room for going to class, let alone studying

for exams or writing papers.

How do they fit in two hours of daily rehearsals, plus cardio, plus actually getting a college

education?

They don't seem to be worried about grades at all.

Neither, it seems, does their school.

Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs - Duration: 3:42.

These sweet and sour meatballs made in the oven or the slow cooker are perfect for

an easy midweek dinner or entertaining the crowd.

You guys! You're not gonna believe how simple it is to make a sweet and sour

sauce at home. For years, I've been wanting to make this Asian-inspired

recipe at home but I have to admit, that I was a little intimidated by what seemed a

complicated dish. Who am I kidding! Once my friend Lisa

shared her secret ingredient to help this sauce have a rich sweet flavor, and

her recipe with less sugar than the store-bought version, I knew I had to

share it with you. The secret ingredient is none other than

prune juice. As you know, one of my longtime partners is Sunsweet so I'm

thrilled at the opportunity to partner with them to bring you this incredible

recipe. I'm going to show you the oven method first so let's preheat the oven and

line two baking sheets with parchment paper. This recipe is very generous;

so extras can easily be frozen for a quick and convenient meal. In a large

bowl I'm going to place the panko bread crumbs -and by the way, you'll find a link

for all the measurements below this video with cooking times and how to make

this recipe gluten free since traditional pank crumbs are not.

Let's add the parsley, garlic, egg, soy sauce, and mix to combine with a fork.

Then, add the ground turkey, and using your hands, mix well to combine.

Now that the meatball mixture is ready, I'm going to form 1-inch meatballs and

place them on the baking sheets. One little tip to rolling it easier is to

have a little dish of oil close by and oil the palm of your hands .The

meatballs roll easier and it helps holding them together especially if

you're cooking them in the slow cooker. Of course, the meatball size is something

that everyone prefers a little different -and that's okay- just make sure that for

the most part, all the meatballs are of the same size so they cook evenly and

adjust your cooking time. Now that these are ready, let's bake them for 15 to 20

minutes until browned and cooked through. While the meatballs are cooking, let's

prepare the sweet and sour sauce. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat,

Whisk the prune juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup. One serving of Sunsweet

Amaz!ng prune juice contains 3g of fiber and provides five

essential vitamins and minerals; and in this recipe, it helps heighten the flavor of

the sauce with less refined sugar. Now that the sauce is simmering let's reduce

the heat to low. In a small bowl, I'm going to combine water and cornstarch

and add it to the sauce. Let's give it a whisk to combine and allow it to simmer

for a few minutes to thicken. So, the meatballs are cooked and the

sauce is done. All we have to do is combine them. There are so many reasons to

eat right but often the most important ones are our loved ones in our lives. I

love serving these over rice or on their own, with additional sauce for dipping.

And this is one meal I know my family loves. If you're making these in the slow

cooker, you cook the meatballs first for about three to four hours on high, and in

the last hour make the sauce and add it in.

Of course, you'll find the step-by-step details in the recipe link right below

this video, so make sure you click and check it out.

These are so easy to make and delicious! If you love this recipe and want more,

5 Natural Remedies for Tinnitus (Ringing in Ear) - Duration: 2:50.

Do you ever hear a buzzing in your ear?

According to a study published in 2014, that buzzing you hear, also known as tinnitus,

is one of the most common biological problems.

The sounds can include, tapping, clicking, and other noises.

They can switch ears, and their intensity and volume can change.

Normally this symptom doesn't indicate anything worse, but the sounds can be annoying and

cause mood swings and depression.

It's a common problem in older people and people who have been exposed to loud noises,

like people who work in clubs or construction work.

It could also affect people who normally turn the volume up too loud while listening to

music using headphones.

Other common causes are:

- Excessive ear wax; - Ear infections;

- Eardrum injuries; - Medication such as antibiotics and aspirin;

- Jaw or dental problems; - Heart problems;

- Depression and stress.

There are several ways to treat this buzzing, but the best thing to do is find out what

is causing the buzzing and prevent it from happening again.

In today's video we're going to explore some of the natural remedies that can help reduce

this problem:

Acupuncture Several studies have confirmed that acupuncture

really helps with the buzzing.

If your acupuncturist studies Chinese medicine, he'll know how to treat the problem.

This treatment normally lasts about 10 sessions.

Ginkgo Biloba Ginkgo Biloba is a medicinal plant that can

improve your blood circulation, especially to your head.

If the buzzing is happening due to bad circulation, this plant can help a lot.

Ear candling Ear candling is a old natural medicine technique.

You burn a cone made of gauze, paraffin and bee's wax, and it helps fight infections and

swelling.

The heat generated from the cone, together with the easy pressure generated from the

burning, naturally clears out your ears and respiratory tracts.

Zinc Several studies show that zinc reduces the

buzzing sounds.

You can eat foods with high levels of zinc such as oysters, pumpkin seeds, beans, almonds,

sesame, and flax seed.

Vitamin B12 Most people who hear this buzzing are lacking

vitamin B12.

If that's your case, eating foods rich in vitamin B12 is a great choice.

Normally the foods with the highest levels of B12 are of animal origin, but if you're

a vegetarian, you can look for supplements.

We're all just looking for a little less crazy.

Some times it's a hard left turn

I didn't plan it, but the light turned red and I ran it.

And I can't stand it.

I'm sick of the way I've been waiting to break free.

I needed saving

Stars Who Work Totally Regular Jobs Today - Duration: 5:19.

Show business may seem dreamy from a distance, but the intense pressure isn't every celeb's

cup of tea.

Whether it was because of constant scrutiny, family life, or just some bad luck in the

industry, these stars ditched the limelight for more low-key, everyday jobs.

Freddie Prinze, Jr.

In the '90s and early 2000s, Freddie Prinze, Jr. was every teenage girl's dream dude.

While he still does some acting here and there, his primary job these days is as a chef.

The actor and father of two even wrote a cookbook, Back To The Kitchen, in 2016.

Regarding his choice to leave acting, he told GQ,

"I wanted to be a stay-at-home dad.

I wanted to cook breakfast and dinner for my kids every day."

"That's when you kind of realize, 'Hey, I don't think I have the passion for this.'"

Sarah Michelle Gellar

Like her husband Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar transitioned from acting into

the food business.

The Buffy The Vampire Slayer star co-developed a non-GMO, organic baking mix company called

Foodstirs in 2015, and released her book, Stirring Up Fun with Food in 2017.

The mom of two told People of her new gig,

"For the longest time [my kids] thought I got my hair and makeup done for a living and

thought that was a job.

Now they watched us have an idea, create it, make it a tangible product and now when they

go to the stores that we shop in all the time, they see it on the shelves, and that's incredible

to me."

"I like to think of it as sort of my second act."

Al Green

Soul singer Al Green has won 11 Grammys, sold millions of records, and was inducted into

the Rock and Roll, Gospel, and Songwriters Halls of Fame — and while he still records

and performs occasionally, he left the bulk of his crooner past behind to devote his life

to religion in the late '70s, becoming a Baptist preacher at the Full Gospel Tabernacle for

more than 40 years.

When asked about his career change, Green told K.H.O.U.,

"There's some things I'd like to do, maybe [play] three or four cities of the United

States and then go back to the house and read some more of the [Bible].

I'm not hankering for anything, not really."

Angus T. Jones

Two And A Half Men star Angus T. Jones left the hit CBS series because its storylines

conflicted with his Christian beliefs.

"If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men.

I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it."

In 2016, Jones co-founded Tonite, an event production company, with Sean "Diddy" Combs'

son, Justin.

Speaking to Billboard about the venture and his career change, Jones admitted that making

the move into music was a big jump — and suggested he'd softened his stance somewhat

regarding his sitcom past, saying,

"I am now fully understanding what people meant when they told me that Two And A Half

Men was one of the best jobs ever if not the best job ever.

That was the opportunity of a lifetime and everyone's always told me that."

Andrew Shue

After leaving Melrose Place, actor Andrew Shue turned his efforts toward the internet.

The actor, who's married to Good Morning America anchor Amy Robach founded CafeMom, one of

the first-ever "mommy blogs," in 2006.

He told NJ.com,

"As rewarding and rich as that time of life is, being a mom can be isolating because no

one has any idea how overwhelmed each mom is, how conflicted they are about performing

all their roles well.

Moms don't think they do anything well."

Aside from wanting to help mothers at a difficult time, Shue was tired of the Hollywood grind,

and revealed,

"I didn't like having to promote myself, and to constantly make myself interesting to people."

Kathryn Dennis

Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis went from being a debutante and reality starlet to working

retail as a stylist at Gwynn's department store.

Gwynn's owner Marshall Simon told Page Six,

"Kathryn is freelancing for us...

She has a good eye for apparel and styling people, putting outfits and entire looks together."

"People will be surprised at how easy going and normal that I can be."

Jon Gosselin

While Kate Gosselin continued her reality TV stardom with Kate Plus 8, ex-husband Jon

opted for a more low-key life post-divorce.

The former TV patriarch now works as a DJ and occasionally cooks at TGI Fridays, which

he calls a "hobby," noting that he donates his paychecks to charity.

He told Entertainment Tonight,

"I only work there eight hours a week, because I like to do it.

Why can't I work at a restaurant?

I like to cook...

My buddy needed help so I said 'OK, why not?

I'll saute!'"

"Because I work at TGI Fridays?

Who cares?

What if I was a plumber, would you knock me down then?

What if I was a firefighter, would you knock me down then?"

However, he quit after a photo of him at the restaurant leaked.

He told a Dallas radio station,

"I'm not going to work there anymore because now the trust and the teamwork is gone.

Because now someone took a picture of me and sold it to TMZ.

Thanks a lot, man!

Now I gotta go through all of this stuff and now I gotta leave a job that I was passionate

about."

Still, he may go back, though he hopes if he does, we don't hear about it.

Real Time Hamstring Stretch to Relieve Tight Hamstrings & Lower Back Pain - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 2:50.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some seated

hamstring stretches. so let's get started.

Before we get started, if you haven't already subscribed, make sure you click

down there. so each stretch, 30 seconds, I've already got my timer, and we're

gonna do a little 10-second break in between just to kind of reset the

muscles and let it relax. so I'm gonna go ahead and get started, and we'll talk as

we go. so with this one, be careful if you have a rolling chair because you're

going to just kind of put both feet out, and then get on the edge. with the

hamstring stretch seated and standing, make sure you're just bending at your

hips, and keep your back straight. so just kind of leaning forward here. some people

want to kind of curl their back and try and touch their toes, but I'm not getting

quite as much of a stretch. if you keep your back straight, those hamstrings are

attached to the butt muscle there, and so if you lean forward keeping your back

straight, you're gonna get more of a stretch. so taking a little break. if you

want to do each one individually you can. so you're coming forward,

just hold kind of stretch down that way. you can definitely do it that way, but I

think sometimes if you're in a hurry, and you want to get them stretched out, you can

do both and you still get a good stretch with both of those. but again if this

feels uncomfortable, or if you have a rolling chair and it's hard to do, you

can stand up and do the exact same stretch. just make sure you're keeping

that back pretty straight and bending more at the hips versus trying to curl

down and touch your toes. so again just take a little break, shake

it out, and then get ready to go back in. so again if you if you have one that

maybe needs a little more of a stretch, you can do one, but doing both of them

just save some time, and you still get a good stretch in there. so holding that

stretch down. hamstring stretches are great especially if you have to sit for

a long time because you're putting a lot of pressure on those hamstrings. if you

have some tight knees, it's great to stretch out the hamstrings because they come

down and cross the knees. so when those are tight, a lot of times you have some

knee pain or if you can't straighten out your knee on all the way,

some times that has to do with your hamstrings being tight. so it's it's good

to check those out and stretch them if you need to. so that was the 3 times

for 30 seconds. and this is actually a part of an office series, so if you would

like to check out some other stretches, I go from head to toe, make sure you check

out that series by clicking the link up here. and if you'd like to help support

my channel find out how by clicking on the link up here, and don't forget to

subscribe by clicking down here. so remember be safe (don't fall out of your

chair), have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

Tia Mowry's Game Day Baked Chicken Wings | Quick Fix - Duration: 7:27.

- Hi, guys, so, the big game is coming up

and I have the best appetizer for you

that your entire family will enjoy.

My chicken wings with two different sauces.

My honey lime sauce,

and my Sriracha sauce,

which is kind-of like my personal take on buffalo wings.

Alright, so let's get this game started.

Chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken.

Get it, game, big game.

(laughing)

(southern soul music)

So, what I have here are my chicken wings,

and these are party wings.

There are some drumettes in here with some wings,

and they're pretty small, which I like,

'cause, you know, during a football game,

I like to have finger food that you can just kind-of eat

with your fingers during the game.

First tip, I don't know about you, but I love for my

chicken wings to be really nice and crispy,

so what I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna take a paper towel,

and I'm gonna dry my chicken wings,

so I want to get all of that moisture out,

and you will have crispy chicken wings.

I'm so excited about the game.

My brother, Tavior, all the girls like,

they're like, in love with him.

(whistling)

I actually talked to him yesterday.

He said for you vegetarians out there,

if you don't eat chicken wings, you can actually use

this same recipe for cauliflower, hmmmm.

I'm just gonna add my chicken to this

re-sealable plastic bag,

and I like to do this because it's less mess, you know?

I'm gonna add some baking powder,

(laughing)

and some salt,

and I'm just gonna close up this bag.

So that the baking powder and the salt evenly coats

the chicken wings, I'm gonna make sure that

I leave some air in the bag.

And you want to make sure that this is nice and tight.

I always kind-of do a triple check, 'cause I don't want

all of my ingredients going all over the place.

Now I'm gonna give it a little shake.

Just shake it up, just like that.

Shake, shake, shake, shake.

Now I'm just gonna place my chicken wings

onto my baking sheet that I've lined with some foil,

and again, I like to do that because it's

less mess, easy clean up.

My family, we are like, huge football fans.

I mean, both of my brothers, Tavior and Tahj,

they both played football in college,

and I just remember going to all of their games

ever since they were like, eight years old.

What is it when you run and catch the ball?

Is that like, a running back?

Is there a thing called a running back?

Wide receiver.

(laughing)

Tell you how much I know about football.

(laughing)

Both of my brothers, they were running backs,

and my brother Tahj,

he actually had a nickname called Break Dem Ankles.

(football tackle)

And I also have a cousin, Jameel Cook, what up, Jameel?

Woop, woop.

He actually got to the big game, and he got a ring.

(stadium crowd cheering)

So, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put this in the oven

at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, and you're gonna

have some really nice, crispy chicken wings.

My wings are out of the oven,

they're nice and crispy, just the way I like it,

so now let me show you how I do my sauce.

So, this is my Sriracha sauce,

and it's kind-of my take on buffalo wings.

I'm gonna add some butter, which, in my opinion,

just makes these wings finger-licking-good.

(laughing)

I don't know about you, but I love me some butter.

And then I'm gonna add some Sriracha sauce,

and then I'm gonna add some garlic.

Adds so much flavor to these chicken wings.

And now I'm gonna add juice of a lime.

I'm just gonna give it a little stir.

Let me know in the comments below who you're rooting for.

I want to see if we're rooting for the same team.

Also, let me know what some of your traditions are.

My sauce is ready, and I'm just gonna

add my chicken wings to the sauce.

I'm just gonna toss my wings to

make sure they're all coated,

and I'm telling you, this smells so delicious.

I can smell the garlic, I can smell the hot sauce.

My wings are fully coated and I like to serve

my chicken wings with some celery and bleu cheese dressing.

You know, the chicken wings,

they're nice and hot and spicy.

The celery and the bleu cheese dressing

actually cools everything down.

(laughing)

So you're not on fire the whole day.

Especially now that I'm pregnant, my cravings have changed.

I'm now in my third trimester, can you tell?

(laughing)

Now I'm like, wanting everything spicy.

I'm just like, bring on the heat.

Look at how pretty this looks.

And you know, for those guests that don't necessarily

like hot and spicy, I'm gonna show you guys how

I make my chicken wings with a honey lime sauce.

So, I basically did the same thing with my chicken wings.

I've added the baking powder and the salt,

I put them in the oven, my chicken wings are done,

and now I'm gonna move onto my sauce.

In my sauce pan I have some melted down butter,

and to that I'm gonna add zest from a lime.

Just gonna zest the whole thing,

and I have my butter on low heat.

You don't want it to be too high

because you don't want your butter to burn.

Add some juice.

Lime, lime, lime.

Lime juice is in.

I'm gonna add some ketchup, I'm gonna add some hot sauce,

not too much hot sauce, just to give it a little kick,

I'm gonna add some brown sugar, I'm gonna add some honey,

just to kind-of sweeten this up a little bit,

Add a pinch of salt, pepper,

and then I'm just gonna give it a little whisk,

so all of the ingredients kind-of melt down

and incorporate,

and then I'm gonna turn it off.

I can see it starting to thicken.

I'm gonna add my sauce into this bowl with my chicken.

I want to be very careful, 'cause this is hot.

Mmmmmmm.

This smells so good.

I'm just gonna coat my chicken with

all of this nice, sweet, gooeyness.

Food makes happy.

I'm gonna plate these bad boys.

One thing I love about these recipes is

they're both so easy, so you can serve both.

You can make your guests happy.

And this is my favorite part.

I'm gonna make it rain.

Cilantro.

Look at how pretty that is.

It's just adding some really nice color to it.

I'm gonna add some green onion.

So pretty.

I hope this is a winning recipe for your guests,

and I hope your favorite team wins,

and make sure you subscribe.

I'll see you next week, bye.

Joggles Haul- Amazing Innovative products- Creativation 2018 - Duration: 8:05.

hi everyone its Keren here again and I have another little haul for a Creativation

2018 I'm really really excited about this one as well I've already

posted a couple I know and I just wanted to show you some more things one of the

cool things that I like doing is I like bringing innovative products to you guys

on my youtube channel I like showing you things that I think are different than

what is out there and this was a huge surprise for me because I really was

excited to see these products if you know Joggles calm this is a company that

sells basically I thought they sell all different products from all companies

liket prima Ranger they even sell Carabelle studio which is hard to find in

different places she brings the owner brings things from many different

companies but I was happily surprised to see some new stuff from them directly so

they don't only sell other products they also have a line of their own products

and I was really excited excited to see what they have I've already I've already

did a video of a demo that I saw in their booth with their new fearless

faces stencils and now those ones I don't have here so I can't show them to

you but go watch that video because those stencils are absolutely amazing

these stencils are perfect to create your and you'll be able to draw your own

faces without having to do too much effort meaning you have to know how to

to basically trace the stencil but that's it and that's so easy and I think

everybody loved that video I'm gonna link it so you can see that but I want

to talk about these other products that are also part of the joggles family and

one of my most exciting ones is this it comes in a package like this and these

are two different ones and this is a watercolor / mixed-media journal our

journal and the cool thing about this is that it comes with these like rolling

wheels that all you have to do is basically flip the page okay like this

and it's a very thick media products media paper so it's perfect for

watercolors or mixed-media or anything you

but the nice design about this is that you can take these papers out so easily

all you do is just basically take them out pull them out of the little wheel

and then you can design oh that's you could take two out and basically design

like that look how easy it is to take out you use these to design your

mixed-media project or your art journal and then all you do is you just pop them

back in and they're so easy to pop back and look at that and I just thought this

was so innovative I haven't seen this on the market

I've seen the spiral-bound ones which I've taken apart before but they're so

annoying to put back together so this was really really cool and I'm really

excited about this one I can't wait to play with it I'm gonna come up with some

video on these and these are available only at joggled com I will link

everything below including all the other products that I'm going to show you now

these are juggles has stencils as well the nice thing about them they have ATC

stencils I've never seen too many of these in them on the market and I

actually I took this one because I thought it would the pattern was really

cool there are three by fours so they're perfect for ATC sighs I mean the ATC is

two and a half by three and a half but these are a little bit larger so you

could fit on an ATC and these halves there's so many designs I will link to

those as well so you can pick the designs you want and they're very

inexpensive they also have six by six stencils and I love this one I love the

because this is perfect for like the beach so I love these type of stencils

they have six by nine stencils so I tried to grab patterns that I had never

used before because I really feel like the patterns that are out there I don't

want to mimic anything that I have that that is already worth from other

companies so this was really exciting I love these patterns very different than

anything else out there so I was really excited about that and look at this one

these essentials are really cool these are what size are these oh I think they

look they look like I did but 11 or the 8 by 10 or maybe 9 by 12

it doesn't say the size but they're large and look at this beautiful design

so again very original designs amazing for any type of our journaling so I'm

really excited about and right underneath this this is one of the

innovative exciting things that I saw so first I thought this was chipboard right

because it looks like laser-cut chipboard but no these are actually the

same watercolor paper that is here they are laser-cut sheets of the same design

that you can use as watercolor and basically use under a gel plate all to

watercolor to alter so it's a really cool and I'll show you the designs that

they have so many designs but some of the designs that I'm going to work with

and they just pop up pop out really easily so there's leaves and you see

there's a lot of the same kind the butterflies so they're not as thick

as chip board but they're perfect for any type of gel printing for watercolor

and I just love these designs you can use them then for cards this is the

birdies I love this you could let pop this on you see on that on our our

journal look how nice this was done with a jelly print this was done at that

booth I just took a sample so I could show you and I'm going to work with it

myself so there's the birds there's another type of bird another type of

butterfly look at these how beautiful they are with the flowers and more

leaves and of course my favorite feathers there's I think they have

double I have more feathers because I love using feathers and how cool they

would be if they were printed I can't wait to use these I'm really really

excited and along with this I want to show you some really cool products

whoops I just dropped the stencil these are these are stamps but they're called

creative art textures they're basically textured stamps but they don't have a

backing they're very pliable and they are great to use for our sorry for our

journaling for sure but also for the gel played to

create marks on your gel plate and how cool are these so you know how I showed

you the carrabelle studio ones as well so these are very similar to that but in

strips and they're amazing to use on any type of gel plate or even directly

stamping directly on your art journal and I think they're gonna be carrying

these as well as the caravel studio one so check out Iago's com I am saying that

these are amazing and I'm really really excited about these so let me just

categorize these here so there is the watercolor papers and the stencils oh my

god I'm so excited because I have so many things that I can work with now and

I can't wait to show all the videos of all the things that I've wanted that I

want to create I just my idea my head is flowing with ideas and I just don't know

where to start and I will have lots of these videos coming up but I just wanted

to show you some of the new products that I'm really excited about anyways

that was it for today and thanks so much have an amazing day bye

How to Reduce Stress - Healthy Habits for a Simpler Life you can do Everyday - Duration: 5:56.

Reducing stress does not have to be hard and everything I want to share today are

practices that are really easy to incorporate into everyday life!

Reducing stress while keeping it simple Let's dive in!

The past seven years I've dealt with the after-effects of severe stress and

exhaustion and it's not always fun but it's given me years of experience in

dealing with stress, pressure and priorities so I hope you find some of this helpful

The first thing we're going to do is to schedule our week with a bit

of flexibility. I usually sit down on Sundays and i roughly plan out my week

and I usually plot in times for a breaks so I know that I have time to

breathe mentally

One thing I don't particularly like is that I get tired in my head faster than

regular people so I usually schedule one hour of doing

nothing everyday before I pick up Max from daycare and this is just to make

sure that I have time to regain my energy before I go get him. As a family

we make sure not to over schedule our free time and weekends we want time to

just do whatever and be spontaneous

Number two is to go for walks! Get out and get some fresh air and move that

body around. I actually find that when I walk I talk out loud to myself but if

I'm stuck mentally or practically in some kind of problem then it actually

helps me to just walk around and talk it out with myself

I find that when I walk around and talk like this it gives me a new perspective and when I get back I

feel a lot better and I might even have solved the problem completely

So it might seem weird, but try it! Talk to yourself when you go on walks

Number three is to get things out on paper if your head is cluttered it helps a lot to

just get it out of here and down on paper. If your head is filled with

practical things then make a to-do list get it out of there and make space

mentally and then just get the things done if it's more emotional thoughts

that's cluttering up your mind, then journal! I'm a big journaler...

I'm not even sure that's a word... I think it's a word? But I write down all my emotions my

frustrations I just get it all out of there and I feel so much better

afterwards this is something that has really worked for me and it might work

for you too. There's something therapeutic about getting things out of your head

down on paper

Shift your focus - what you focus on grows and I usually do this by practicing gratitude

A few years back I used the five-minute journal it's a book that

gives you directions to just like write down three things I think every day that

you're grateful for and a few action points in there so I'll leave the link

to that book down below but the past few years I've personally just gotten in the

habit of saying out loud three things I'm grateful for usually right before we

go to bed we'll usually do this together Morten and I when we're going to bed so

randomly I'll just call out: "give me three things", and then he knows that it's

three things that he's grateful for or three things that have been good during

the day and we really love doing this together because it kind of puts us in a

positive mindset right before we go to bed so we find that that works out

really well. We don't do it every night but at least a few times a week another

way of shifting your focus can be to choose to experiment when you're doing

your things I've mentioned this before in a previous video and I find that when

I apply the mindset of experimenting it frees up a lot of the pressure because

experiments they can have different outcomes it can be A or B, but they

don't fail so I can't fail and that just relieves a lot of pressure and it makes

it easier for me to try something new so consider applying this mentality of

experimenting and see if it works out for you

Number five is meditate. Now I'm no pro at meditating but I've been practicing

mindfulness on and off for the past years and there's no doubt in my mind

that it works I prefer the meditations that helps me let go of thoughts and

feelings and just refocusing back on the breath

And the body scan meditation switch helps me relax my body and just turn my

head off for a bit I found a few short ones that I like and I'll leave the link

to them in the description down below if you're interested. Another way that can

really help reduce stress is to limit your input streams. The more information

I fill my head with, the more I have to process. I tend to stay off the news and

social media as much as possible and try to limit my use of social media to

mainly Instagram and then I have the facebook Messenger app primarily just

because it's super practical that people can reach me and I can reach other

people whose phone number I don't have other than that I really try to stay off

social media completely I'm not saying be uninformed I'm just

saying be conscious of how much you ask your head to process of new information

every day primetime news and random social media is just more data for my

brain to process and it makes my stress level go up

find a good in-depth news program that you can watch or a documentary or maybe

listen to an audiobook these are all things that will inform you on things but it's a

lot more conscious choice and you get to weed out all the clutter

Number seven is so simple and probably the practice that I use the most it's deep breaths

Deep breaths calms my body and refocuses my mind

When I take just a few seconds to reconnect it releases a lot of the

stress in my body and in my mind and it's so simple I hope you found some of

these practices helpful if you have more to add then please leave them down in

the comments so we can all benefit from them I also just want to say that if you

watch my videos on a regular basis and haven't said hi yet please do so down

in the comments I love getting to know you guys and hearing your stories as

well so please do that if you feel like it and I'll see you guys next week have

a great weekend! Bye!

BMPT-72 Terminator-2 ⚔️ Russian Heavy AFV - Duration: 10:37.

The BMPT "Terminator" is a post-Cold war armored fighting vehicle, designed and manufactured

by the Russian company Uralvagonzavod.

This vehicle was designed for supporting tanks and other AFVs in urban areas.

The BMPT is unofficially named the "Terminator" by the manufacturers.

It is heavily armed and armored to survive in urban combat.

This AFV is armed with four 9M120 Ataka missile launchers, two 30 mm 2A42 autocannons, two

AG-17D grenade launchers, and one coaxial 7.62 mm PKTM machine gun.

The BMPT is built on the chassis of the T-72 main battle tank which is used in large numbers

by the Russian Army and has been manufactured under license by many other countries.

The BMPT was designed based on combat experience gained during the Soviet war in Afghanistan

and the First Chechen War.

Multiple prototypes of a tank support combat vehicle were created prior to the design of

the current BMPT.

The Object 199 "Ramka" was the prototype later to be known as the modern BMPT with the official

producer being Uralvagonzavod.

A small number were delivered to the Russian Ground Forces for evaluation beginning in

2005.

As of late 2013, the only operator of the BMPT was Kazakhstan.

Russian Defence Ministry finally ordered the BMPT in August 2017.

When used in urban terrain, each main battle tank is deployed with two BMPTs.

Outside of urban warfare that ratio is reversed with one BMPT protecting two main battle tanks.

This results from the complexity of fighting in urban terrain and the need for a versatile

anti-personnel platform that can engage multiple targets at once and on different height levels.

The introduction of such a vehicle makes urban fighting less stressful on MBTs and can relieve

them of some of the workload so that they can concentrate on their main objective of

engaging other MBT and hardened targets.

The BMPT's armor protection is equal to that of an MBT and its powerful armaments allow

it to engage virtually every enemy formation while operating in a common battle formation.

Due to the multiple weapons systems found on the BMPT, this vehicle is able to fire

at multiple targets simultaneously.

These features significantly help increase the combat effectiveness of tank units and

decrease their losses from enemy close-combat assets.

In September 2013, Uralvagonzavod unveiled the latest armored fighting vehicle at the

Russian Arms Expo 2013 exhibition in Nizhny Tagil, Russia.

This vehicle was identified as the BMPT-72 "Terminator 2" and was built as a successor

to the BMPT.

The "Terminator 2" vehicle is substantially similar when compared to its predecessor.

Like its predecessor, it is built on a base T-72 hull – including drivetrain, running

gear and so on – and has been designed to operate alongside MBTs or independently.

The Terminator 2 can be effectively used to destroy enemy tanks, armored personnel carriers

and other armored assets, and to suppress enemy firing emplacements and infantry using

grenade launchers and antitank weapons systems.

Unlike the Terminator 1 however, the Terminator 2 is a retrofit only package, with only old

T-72s and similar being upgraded to BMPT-72 standard (no new build vehicles).

The Terminator 2 is aimed at the export market (in particular as part of offset deals).

A Uralvagonzavod spokesperson told a select audience at the exhibition that "the key advantage

that the BMPT-72 gives to all the countries that operate T-72 tanks is that they can promptly

and at minimal cost upgrade their armies to an ultra-modern level, and enhance capacity,

mobility, protection and armament without purchasing new high-cost machines."

In addition, the conversion process of the obsolete vehicles can be undertaken at the

customer facilities.

The overseer of the Russian defense and space industries – Dmitry Rogozin – said future

versions of the BMPT will likely be based on the Armata Universal Combat Platform.

Armament and FCS The two automatic grenade launchers are removed

along with its operators; reducing the crew to three.

The number of munitions for the Ataka missiles, 2A42 autocannons, and PKTM machine gun remains

unchanged.

A new and improved FCS is installed in the BMPT-72.

During daytime, the maximum distance for identifying a tank sized target is 5,000 m with the sighting

channel and 3,500 m with the thermal channel.

The ballistic computer is electronic and fully digital with a set of weather and topographical

sending units.

Protection Although the weight of the new BMPT is reduced

by four metric tonnes, it still boasts a high level of protection like its predecessor.

The Terminator 2 is shorter and thinner than the original Terminator.

The BMPT-72 has a height of 3.33 m and a width of 3.6 m while the Object 199 Ramka had a

height of 3.44 m and a width of 3.8 m.

The upper part of the suspension is protected by armor plates towards the front and slat

armor towards the rear.

Additional slat armor is fitted on the rear and sides of the chassis to increase protection

against rocket propelled grenades.

Missile launchers for the Ataka missiles are fitted with extra armor to provide protection

against splinters and small arms fire.CBRN protection is provided for the crew members

and is collective.

In addition to the combined armor modules, the BMPT-72 is equipped with a screening system

designed to counter laser target-designators and laser rangefinders.

A type R-168-25UE-2 radio is installed on board the Terminator 2.

Mobility The mobility of the BMPT-72 does not differ

significantly from the original BMPT.

It can be fitted with two different engines, the original 840 hp V84MS or the new 1,000

hp V92S2.

Both of these engines are 12 cylinder V type multi-fuel, liquid cooled diesel engines.

The V92S2 is a turbocharged engine which offers higher power and efficiency.

The engine is coupled to a hydraulically assisted transmission with seven forward gears and

one reverse gear.

BMPT-72 specifications Total weight, battle ready: 44 tonnes

Crew: 3 (driver, gunner, commander)

Suspension: Torsion bars Speed (road): 60 km/h

Range: 500 km

Armament: 2 x 2A42 30mm autocannons with 850 rounds

4 × 130 mm Ataka-T launchers Coaxial 7.62mm PKTM with 2100 rounds

While the Terminator 2 isn't in service as far as we know, Azerbaijan held an arms

expo named ADEX (Azerbaijan Defense Exhibition) in 2014, which allowed arms dealers to show

off their weapons to the armed forces of Azerbaijan.

Since Azerbaijan has territorial issues with Armenia about the Nagorno-Karabakh region,

the small Caucasian nation is looking for potent weapons in case things get heated again

between the two countries.

During the expo, Azerbaijan had stated that they're interested in the Ka-52 attack/scout

helicopter and the BMPT-72 Terminator 2 and numerous other weapons.

In 2013, various unspecified Persian Gulf nations also expressed interest in the Terminator

2 during the Russian Arms Expo.

The Russian Federation has however refused the second iteration of the BMPT as well.

The reasoning is that since the T-15 Armata exists, there is no reason to adopt the Terminator

2, with possibly less armor and no infantry carrying capacity.

Lastly, during India's DEFEXPO in 2014, UralVagonZavod proposed two upgrades to India's

obsolete T-72s.

UralVagonZavod proposed the BMPT-72 package on India's T-72s, which would extend their

service life.

They also proposed an Arena-E APS upgrade on Indian T-72s.

Active Protection Systems fire a small projectile at cumulative and explosive missiles from

portable/non-portable anti-tank weapons such as RPGs, Kornet, Konkurs, TOW, etc, detonating

them before impact.

You will find more specifications in the description
