Youtube daily report Feb 5 2018

Today we've come to the Alchimiaweb facilities,

we're out in the warehouse yard because we want to talk about substrates.

We've got all the substrates here at hand, rather than go up and down,

it's better to be here than to carry all the substrates up to the set.

And I'm going to be helped by my workmate Alex from the warehouse, who's here.

Hello. Very good

What's up, Alex? Here to lend a hand with the substrates, okay?

I'll do what I can…

Very good.

Well, I'll tell you what types of substrates we have at www.alchimiaweb.com

When we talk about substrates, basically we mean the physical support

where the plant will grow and live. The most common,

the one we all know, is soil. But there are also other substrates

such as clay pebbles or coco fibre. Let's see

what kind of substrates are available on our website, starting with the clay pebbles.

Here we have sacks of 10L and 45L, it's a substrate

that comes from volcanic lava and serves basically to grow hydroponically.

Alex, show me how clay pebbles are. You can see that they're made of lava,

and they're balls, apart from usingthem in hydroponics they can also be used

to aerate a dense soil or to put in the base of pots as drainage.

If we put a layer of 2-3cm of clay pebbles, the soil will drain much better.

Coconut fibre is an inert substrate and we have it in 3 forms:

In sacks with fibre, in dehydrated brick or in slabs.

Alex, show me a what the coco fibre looks like?

It's normally used to mix into and to add more moisture

to the base soil. Normally, coco fibre and most slabs and bricks,

come with trichodermas, which are beneficial fungi for the roots.

We also have, as I said, the bricks, which come dehydrated.

When we add water, they expand and we can plant directly into it

but of course, adding the necessary nutrients at all times.

We use the slabs in a similar way.

The coco slabs usually go in trays or in their elongated pots,

because normally the seed is germinated in the coco plug,

which is then inserted in the slab and here we would put the drippers.

That's coco fibre then.

Worm humus is not a substrate in itself but it does help

the substrate to be well nourished.

In this case we have AsturHumus that is castings from Californian worms.

It's organic, cow and horse droppings are transformed

by worms into this type of "substrate" called worm humus.

It's loaded with nutrients for the entire cycle of cannabis cultivation,

and also fulvic and humic acids that are beneficial to our crop.

As you can see, we have different sizes, in bags of 20, 10, 2.5 and 1 kg.

Alex, please show us what the earthworm humus is like?

There are other elements that will also help us to aerate or hydrate the soil well,

such as vermiculite. In this case it's also a derivative

of volcanic lava but it helps us to hydrate the soil.

Another element, but not to humidify, but to aerate, is the perlite.

Which are these sacks of this fluffy white substance

that helps us to have more air in the soil. And another element also to hydrate,

especially to save water in guerrilla crops, are polymers.

These polymers usually come in a container like the one Alex is now opening…

just add water and it becomes a gel.

You mix it with the soil and the gel is generated.

We now enter the soil section itself, starting with Canna Bio Terra Plus

in this bag of 50 litres, it's a perfect substrate for those who want to control

the feeding of the plants at all times as it has virtually no nutrients.

It's perfect to start, for example, by mixing it with the AsturHumus.

Alex, let's see how it looks…

It has a lot of fibre.

Yes, because it also has tree bark, blond peat

and different organic components that are all perfect for organic cultivation.

Exactly.

From the Bio Bizz soil range we have the basics…

which are Light Mix and All Mix. Light Mix is a light soil to start the crop,

for 1 or 2 weeks with the nutrients that are incorporated,

and the All Mix is the soil with which we all began to cultivate,

which already carries enough nutrients to last 3 or 4 weeks. True?

We have Light Mix in 50L bags, the All Mix is in 20L and 50L bags too.

Show me some of the All Mix…

we can see that it's a dark and spongy soil, ideal for any type of crop.

And this is Plagron's range of basic soils,

they differ in the levels of nutrients they contain.

For example, the ProMix, which is this 50L bag that we have here,

is similar to the Canna Bio Terra Plus we saw earlier.

It is a soil made of peat but with low nutrients,

so we can control at all times what we're giving the plants.

The 2nd level of nutrients is the Light Mix also similar

to the one we have seen from Bio Bizz, here we have it in 25L and in 50L,

and it's fertilised for a couple of weeks or so, to start the plants.

If you want to open it Alex and we can see what the soil is like…

This one also has a lot of perlite.

Yes, it has perlite and it is also fibrous and dark. Very good.

And then if we go to higher levels of fertiliser,

enough for 4 or 6 weeks, depending on the type of plants,

we've got the range of the Royal Mix and the Bat Mix.

They are soils enriched with organic fertilisers,

the only difference is that the Bat Mix, as its name suggests,

carries bat guano, very rich in Phosphorus and Potassium.

We've had an overview of all the types of substrates you can find

on our website, from soils with different types of fertilisers, to humus,

coco, perlite, clay pebbles… just a little generic review, no Alex?

Exactly. And then there's the final touches that each grower adds to it,

to fine-tune it for his plants. And as always,

remember that you can find everything on www.alchimiaweb.com

We'll have to adapt ourselves to this new level in the first place. Then, trying to progress and continue to grow.

We have to find where's our place in pro cycling and how far we can reach.

To be honest, this is an excellent opportunity which I'll try to make the most of.

I'm so excited to see this new season coming and the project starting.

How To Use A Spacer With Inhaler | How To Use Spacer Device | How To Use Aerochamber With Ventolin - Duration: 4:15.

Are you using your inhaler spacer device? Because 90% of patients don't use their inhalers correctly

so you've been prescribed the metered dose inhaler and a spacer device

but are you using it?

I get it though spacers can be bulky and it can be difficult to carry with you

especially if you don't have a bag

but remember this (PHONE RINGS) let's go onto the next scene

spacer devices allow more medication to reach the right part of the lungs

which means better disease control and possibly less frequent use of your inhaler

so before we learn how to use our spacer device let's take a closer look at it

at the front of the spacer is the universal end cap which the metered dose inhaler goes into

next is the anti-static chamber which the medication flows through and stops at the valve

the valve then opens when you breathe from the mouthpiece

some spacers also have a mask where the mouthpieces is but the mechanisms are all the same

now let's learn how to use it

step 1! remove the cap from your inhaler and from your spacer

and look inside them both to make sure there's no foreign objects inside it

step 2! prime your inhaler if it's the first time you're using it or you haven't used it for a while

every inhaler is different so always read the information leaflet

it's usually two sprays away from yourself and now it's primed

so you're gonna get the right amount of medicine per dose

step 3! shake your inhaler so the drug mixes with the propellant

"do you mean like this?" exactly like that

because if you don't mix you're gonna get more propellant coming out than drug

similar concept to deodorant

step 4! stand or sit upright, tilt your head back, breathe out gently

and then wrap your lips around the mouthpiece without biting it

it's important to hold your inhaler like this so it's straight and not like this

step 5! now it's time for the fun bit but there's going to be two techniques that I show you

and their both as good as each other, so there's the single breathing one

and the tidal breathing technique which is the preferred method for children

breathe in slow and deep

just after you begin to breathe in press the canister down and continue to inhale

remove the spacer from your mouth

and continue holding your breath for 10 seconds or as long as is comfortable

then breathe out gently

and that's the first technique now let's see tidal breathing technique

just after you begin to breathe in press the canister down

breathe in and out normally three times through your mouth if your aerochamber has a mouthpiece like mine

or five times if it has a mask

remember you don't need to hold your breath at the end of this technique

now that, was fantastic!

and if you hear that whistling sound, but I think it sounds more like a harmonica

it means you're inhaling in too fast so slow it down

and if you need to take another dose repeat the whole process again after 30 to 60 seconds

and once you've finished replace the cap on your inhaler and your spacer

now that you know the technique here's some additional information which you may find useful

tip 1! make sure the spacer forms a good seal around the inhaler

and if it doesn't speak to your pharmacist about it

wash your spacer once a week by soaking in lukewarm water with mild detergent

for 15 minutes then rinse well

after washing allow the parts to air dry in a vertical position

don't dry using a cloth as it can cause static which makes the medication stick to it

tip 3! replace your spacer every 6 to 12 months

and that's it you're now a spacer pro

and as always make sure to like, comment and tag friends who'll find this information useful

was followed by an incredibly adventurous journey

at weekends

I think I drunk at least few buckets

of coffee these frosty early mornings

The company of amazing, creative people

warm jokes and blazing heaters

kept me vital

I also had a chance to treat my favourite work team

with candies from my home city

Happy that they liked it

This winter Tokyo

You wake up,

What Have I Gained Thanks to The TV? Restored Hope And Awaken Dreams - Duration: 2:21.

I'm Hanna Shen and I'm talking to you from Taiwan,

where I quite often watch the Go Against the Tide TV.

What did the Go Against the Tide TV give me?

It gave me hope and awakened my dreams.

As to explain this further,

I will have to take some of your time

and say a few things about Taiwan.

Before spring in 2014,

a lot of Taiwanese people saw the policy of the authorities,

who loved communist China.

Their policy was not of any profit for common citizens.

It was profitable, however, for big enterprises

with connections in the Chinese communist party.

Taiwanese people, me included

since I was living there, started losing hope.

We started believing that there is no other fate for Taiwan

than to be taken over by communist China.

And then, in spring 2014,

when the parliament in Taiwan

was about to sign yet another economic agreement with China,

the students began the occupation of the Parliament.

A few days later, five hundred thousand Taiwanese people

took to the streets to support the protesting students.

Those young people, whose protests were

a sign of utter desperation,

awakened Taiwanese people's hopes.

They showed that this beautiful dream about free and independent Taiwan

needs to be made come true and we cannot give in.

Later, he party promoting closer relations between Taiwan and China,

Kuomintang, lost in the local, presidential and parliamentary elections.

And note, it all started with restored hope and awakened dreams.

For years, looking at the Polish policy towards China,

consisting both of PO and PiS governments,

at subsequent compromises with the communist authorities in Beijing,

at agreements that do not bring benefits to average Poles,

I actually lost hope that there are some circles in Poland,

which, as I do, sees a threat from communist China and is ready to speak out loud.

And then I heard Kowalski and Chojecki,

I heard about the Go Against the Tide TV.

My hope came back.

And note, it was hope what started the change in Taiwan.

It is just the beginning,

and more and more people listen to the Go Againts the Tide TV

and they start to understand what New Silk Road really is

and what kind of repressive world new order Beijing wants to create.

Thank you for an amazing job you've done so far.

Keep on doing it. Good luck.

HOW TO DRAW A FACE TUTORIAL ● by SephirothArt - Duration: 16:42.

Hello, everyone. It's me Sephiroth.

And it's a continuation of the previous lesson.

In this one I'd like to show the same things but in more detail.

I mean to tell you what to do next with the material you've created,

with what you've sketched last time.

So, let's start the lesson!

In this lesson we will build a head once again

But this time I'll do it a bit faster

because

the main focus of the lesson will be - what to do next.

..so...

for this time I need a pencil

liner

black liner

I took it with thickness

1

or

black ballpoint pen

also the thin writing one

and an eraser.

So, we build the head

As I showed in the previous one I do it with a square

You are free to do it

with a circle, an oval

with any other figure...

after the previous lesson I watched lots of other videos

and all do it differently.

Do it in the way you want to.

But bear in mind one thing

to split the shape into proportions.

As I showed in the last one I divide the shape into two

choose the middle line

divide all the parts once again

and

and in the crosslines

I build eyes, nose and mouth.

I do it also very easily.

Absolutly not carrying about the character's look in the end.

That's just a scheme

it's for your convenience

work

further.

Instantly on this stage I make a sketch

of hair, neck

shoulders

Roughly trying to imagine how's gonna look like the future character

When you have this sketch

I slightly erase

almost without pressing

all the lines

And now I make the more detailed sketch

in order to make it I outline the eyes.

Do it as you can.

Because there wasn't any tutorial about it

later there will be a tutorial

about separate parts.

To learn how to draw

eyes, nose, mouth

in some particular style..

I watched other authors, learned how they draw it

tried out myself to do so

And after gaining lots of knowledge

I draw something in my own style

So...outline roughly again

nose, mouth, eyes and eyebrows

The face's gonna be quite static because

the view is straight and it's a lesson...

...I'm not trying to...

make something dinamic, unusual

I just want to make it understandable

I want to show you the process

So you can also do it.

I roughly determined for myself

how the head, the face are gonna look like

then we draw a neck

Always when I draw the face, the neck

I outline the shadow on the neck

it gives us an additional volume while drawing

and also some interest in the process

We won't outline more details

and finish

like this.

So, we have the neck with more details

head and shoulders

I erase once again with an eraser

the lines, I make them a bit less clear. Not contours, actually but lines on the face

As we have detailed face

...actually not so detailed, I need to make it more detailed...

By the same lines

I make eyes quite accurate and maybe even interesting

I try to add to the image

some character

so to make him more alive, not just staring at us

I correct the parts I don't like

There is a rule

the size

between the eyes should match the size of the one eye

In my opinion you should stick to this rule

then your

characters won't look strange

if they're not some kind of aliens of course

I think there also should be some proportions

As you can see I repeat a lot lots of lines

with the previous sketch

also I add shadows

which I added on the neck, under the nose

on the upper lip

in other words on all the lower surfaces

of the face

under the lip

Under the eye also...

of course it all depends on the chosen lighting

I suggest you to pick some standard lighting

I mean...for people who draw...

who like to draw sketches of

heads or faces

Just pick some standard lighting and stick to it somewhile.

When you get used to it,

change the lighting

As always the hardest thing is to draw the second eye

By the way, for not to die because of drawing the second eye

I suggest to draw it instantly.

I.e. you drew

the lines of the first eye, draw the lines of the second eye

don't get into details of the first one

and then move to the other one or...

it will be way more difficult

to repeat

otherwise if you will draw

instantly both eyes

then it'll become more easy

So, we have this...

this...image

I like it, but still not fully...

so I erase it once again!

The main thing is not to overdo

but don't be afraid to erase

...it...

won't make the work worse, but bear in mind not to make the hole in the paper

So, for me to like

my picture, I slightly adjust

things that in my opinion...

turned out so-so.

Now I almost like everything..

I'll make here a wide nose..

interesting lips

I'll add some kind of a smile here

In general, gesture is quite hard, but don't be afraid to experiment

Actually, it's better not to limit yourself with theses like

"that's hard or that isn't hard"

Imagine and think to yourself that all is easy and everything will be easier

When you make yourself limits

or some prohibitions like "it's hard"

"I can't do this"

You thereby step back

from doing it

so don't make yourself extra limits.

Try to take off these limits on your path of creativity.

Try to do something that you think of as impossible.

As you can see, when I draw eyes

or nose, or lips

I put some extreme points for myself.

Not to make a mistake

with the size.

This helps a lot while working.

To learn how to draw hair

you need to

make in your imagination some base

i.e. to draw several types of hair

use photo references, try to draw them

I perhaps don't have a large base in my head

I still learn

but

something

I can do something, I know something...

If you have difficulties, try to...

Find some references, look at photos and redraw from them

So, when we have...

an image that we like

We erase all again.

I guess everyone've had enough of erasing

but...that's for the reason

to work with the liner

So, I take liner or a pen

I'll take the liner.

Because it draws cleaner, do not spread..I like it.

And I do...

on top lineart

and I do it

I try not to redraw everything

but to outline the most interesting lines

I try to make them

some more thin, some more thickly

all these will make defined style

These liners can be with different thickness

can be even 0.01 mm

micron, I guess

lines will even more thin

more accurate

For instance, ballpoint pen in this situation is very convenient

because it reacts to the pressure

I mean, depending on the pressure the line can be more thickly or

more thin

You can't do it with the liner

As you can the further process is quite simple

I just outline

lines, I also correct the ones I don't like

...quite simple...

What I'd like to say about you learning drawing process

What I draw right now for instance

Turns out not so good as usual because I've not drawn for a while

but if you do it periodically, I mean more often than

...me for example...

All will happen to be better, faster

you'll get used to it

Your drawings will have some unique style

all will look way better

Something like that...

I hope this lesson was interesting for you

You saw how I made the first sketch

That was just a square which I divided

I've drawn eyes

which I've adjusted with

more

detailed

lines

after what I've adjusted all once again

And in the end we outlined all with the liner

and we came up with this sketch

it can be adjusted more and more

you can make it more beautiful, more interesting

But bear in mind to monitor

the amount of details

there is a possibility to overdo details

find for yourself some golden mean

and stick to it

This is the end.

I hope you liked the video, found something interesting.

Next time we'll continue

I'll try to tell more interesting things.

And we'll be finished with the series of lessons about sketching of the head

I

I perhaps will draw something, gathering all knowledge together

which we'll gain

in some general picture

and you'll see how I use all the things I tell about

So, leave a like, leave a comment as well, subscribe to the channel

all the socials, I am very pleased.

Bye-bye. Thanks for watching.

[SEVENTEEN/Eng Sub] Disappeared VLIVE - Woozi and DK (171227) - Duration: 10:47.

DK: We decided to turn on VLIVE right before our practice.

DK: Is it delicious?

WZ: Yes.

DK: Can you describe the taste?

WZ: Yes, I'll be straightforward. This is a very soggy cereal.

WZ: I always eat it soggy.

DK: Why do you have to eat it soggy? Is it good that way?

WZ: Yes!

DK: What's the difference between crunchy and soggy cereal?

WZ: First, when you have soggy cereal, the milk is very delicious.

DK: Hmmmm.....

WZ: So the milk is really good. And the feeling of crunchy cereal in your mouth...

WZ: I usually don't snack often. I don't like the feeling of something crunchy in my mouth.

DK: That's right!

DK: In the comments, they're saying that the sound of you eating is the sound of eating soggy cereal.

DK: Usually if it's crunchy, you can hear the crunching noise.

WK: For me, it absolutely has to be soggy.

DK: (Soggy) cereal has a smooth sound to it.

DK: You can't hear the soggy sound.

WZ: So! Why did we decide to turn on VLIVE today?

WZ: To tell you the truth, there is no reason.

DK: There is absolutely no reason!

WZ: We just turned it on.

DK: We just turned it on because we wanted to.

WZ: That is all.

DK: Yes.

DK: So we will...end it here now (*laughs*).

DK: We came here to practice today *(*laughs*).

DK: We just wanted to see you guys before we start practice, so we turned on VLIVE.

WZ: I forgot what I was going to say.

DK: HAHAHAHAHA

DK: Hope you eat (the rest) deliciously!

DK: Oh man...yesterday (*laughs*)...

DK: Woozi hyung was so funny!

DK: He's really funny these days. He's really fun!

DK: I really want to show you guys everything, but it's such a shame that I can't.

WZ: What was so funny to you?

DK: No, just...

DK: In the evening when he's hungry, he frequently asks Seungkwan and me to eat with him. But...

DK: When we promise ourselves not to eat that night,

DK: Woozi hyung has a special way in which he convinces us (to eat).

DK: Can you briefly show them how you do it?

WZ: It can definitely be tricky. But...

DK: I know, but...

DK: Show us a sneak peak.

WZ: Well, at night, I get hungry. But I usually don't eat alone.

WZ: It's not even nighttime. It's usually around dawn...

DK: ...when you begin to crave a late-night snack.

WZ: Exactly.

WZ: I usually don't eat late-night snacks. But when it's around 2-3am and I can't fall asleep and I'm hungry, then...

WZ: ...I begin to think...

WZ:...as I'm lying in bed trying to go to sleep but can't because I'm so hungry and in distress...

WZ: "There HAS to be at least 1 person out of the 12 others who is going through the same situation as me right now."

WZ: I think about that.

DK: There has to be at least 1 person, right?!

WZ: Honestly, there has to be at least 1 person out of the 13 of us (in total) who is thinking the exact same thing as me.

WZ: All the lights are turned off, but there has to be someone who is going through the same thing as me.

WZ: So, I go Hoshi who is in the next room.

WZ: Wait, no. First of all, I ignore all the members who don't eat late at night.

WZ: I open my eyes and give Jeonghan hyung a glance, who sleeps on the top bunk to the side of me.

WZ: "Jeonghan hyung!"

WZ: And he falls for my trap!

WZ (Jeonghan): "Yea, what's up?"

WZ: "You're not asleep yet?"

WZ (Jeonghan): "Yea, not yet."

WZ: "Are you by any chance hungry?"

WZ (Jeonghan): "Umm........."

WZ: If you get that kind of response, it means he's fallen for my trap!

DK: It means that Jeonghan hyung is contemplating within that short amount of time.

WZ: It's not a "I ate earlier" kind-of response.

WZ: "Hyung, you're not hungry?"

WZ (Jeonghan): "Ummmm........"

DK: In that short amount of time, if he's contemplating if he should eat or not, then it mean's he's been trapped.

WZ: I take that as a yes and consider him eating with me.

WZ: I then move onto my next target, Hoshi, who is next door and I convince him.

WZ: After Hoshi, I go to the room across from me to target my best comadres, Boo Seungkwan and Lee Seokmin!

DK: Your late-night craving camadres!

DK: We are your comadres but...

WZ: Basically to get to the point, they make a lot of excuses.

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ (DK/SK): "I have to manage myself."

WZ: They're not dieting but...

DK: "I think I've gained some weight these days..."

WZ: (They're not dieting)...but late-night snacking is a no.

DK: Yea, late-night snacking is a no because our face will swell. And it's not good if we have a schedule (the next day).

WZ: We tell that to him (Woozi).

DK: Then Woozi hyung...

WZ: "Oh okay. I see. There's nothing I can do then. But Dokyeom...

WZ: "...you looked a little too frail today at practice."

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ: "Carats don't..."

DK: Things he never says on a regular basis!

WZ: "Carats will get worried if they see you tomorrow and you're frail."

WZ: "Celebrities need to be a little plump when they're not promoting. That makes them more human."

WZ: "And Carats will be more reassured (that we're eating well)."

WZ: "But it's okay. I'm not forcing you to eat with me, but I'm just saying..."

DK: Also, what did you say to Seungkwan?

WZ: To Seungkwan?

WZ (Seungkwan): "Hyung, I think I'll be really cool if I lost just a little bit more weight."

WZ: "What?! Didn't you already lose weight?!"

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ: "You're really cool today!"

DK: I heard this yesterday and found it so funny!

WZ: "Didn't you already lose weight?..."

DK: He's so good at convincing us...

WZ: "You're so cool!"

DK: "Didn't you already lose weight?" was too funny!

DK: Both me and Seungkwan burst out laughing.

DK: We said that Woozi hyung is too funny and that we want to show this to others.

DK: Everyone, Woozi hyung is a hidden gag character.

WZ: So yesterday, Jeonghan, Woozi, Hoshi, Dokyeom, and Seungkwan, the five of us had braised spicy chicken with kimchi.

WZ: We also added ramyun to it. We also ordered fried spam...

WZ: I also had 2 bowls of rice...

DK: He ate a lot.

WZ: We devoured it.

DK: Yes we did.

WZ: Are you still eating it deliciously? Is it good?

WZ: Yes.

WZ: I think I just misread a comment.

WZ: It's asking, "Woozi, did you grow?"

WZ: What nonsense is that!

DK/WZ: HAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ: Everyone, you shouldn't make fun of someone like that (*joking*).

DK: It can get sensitive if you tease someone about something like that.

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHA

DK: Should we read the comments?

DK: "Please call Yuri."

DK: Hello, Yuri!

DK: "Love from Malaysian Carat."

DK: I love Malaysian Carats, too.

WZ: Why all of a sudden?

DK: You like it when we gain weight?

DK: It's such a dilemma.

DK: We came back from our (outfit) fitting and...

DK: ...whenever we do our fitting, I just let out a big sigh.

WZ: Why?

DK: The outfits never fit whenever I try them on.

WZ: I see...

DK: It's always too tight.

DK: That's why I always sigh when I go in for a fitting.

WZ: It's okay.

DK: You're going to eat again today?

WZ: Yes.

DK: We can't today...

WZ: We'll see later today after practice.

WZ: If we're hungry, we'll eat.

DK: I guess I better go sleep after practice then.

DK: How long are we going to do this 'til?

DK: Hyung, do you shake your legs sideways or up-and-down?

DK: I shake them sideways.

DK: We shouldn't shake our legs. They say it'll shake away all our luck. ***This is from a Korean saying.***

WZ: I'll give all my luck to you guys (Carats) then.

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ: Yes, you guys can take all my luck.

WZ: I'm okay even if I have no luck.

WZ: You guys can take all my luck.

DK: You're giving all your luck to our Carats?

DK: You're so cool!

WZ: I'm just saying.

DK: HAHAHAHAHAHA

DK: So you were just saying that (for fun)?

WZ: Genuinely, I would love for our Carats to have all my luck.

DK: Of course! Me too.

DK: Who else wouldn't want that (for our Carats)? Right?

DK: Yes. Of course! We always want to give the best to our Carats.

WZ: Yes.

DK: If you shake your legs, it's good for blood circulation?

DK:. I see...

WZ: How dare you lie!

DK/WZ: HAHAHAHAHAHA

WZ: Wait, is it true?

DK: What? Blood circulation?

WZ: Poached eggs? *Circulation and poached eggs sound similar in Korean.*

DK: Blood circulation.

WZ: Isn't "su-ran" an egg?

DK: Huh?

DK: Su-ran? Su-ran!

WZ: Isn't that an egg?

DK: Yes.

DK: Egg soup.

WZ: Soup?

DK: I want to eat it.

WZ: I don't know where this conversation is going, but we have to go practice now.

DK: Yes, we need to leave now.

DK: It was good to see you guys for a brief moment.

DK: We will practice hard and we have our KBS and MBC (end-year) stages remaining so...

WZ: It's okay. We can say these things.

DK: You're right, but I feel like I'm walking on egg shells.

WZ: Can we say this? Can we not?

DK/WZ: Anyways!

DK: Gayo Daejaejun and Gayo Daechukjae...we can mention them, right?

WZ: Yes.

DK: We're preparing for them, so...

WZ:...so please look forward to them.

WZ: Uhhhh....we have to go prepare.

DK: I don't think Seventeen ever tried something like this for our upcoming stages. Right?

DK: Just saying...if I have to give some kind of spoiler.

WZ: What are you talking about?

WZ: You have to say something (with substance) for it to be a spoiler! But you didn't say much.

WZ: You can't tell them that.

DK: Correct. I can't say that, but if I had to give a spoiler, then...

WZ: How are you going to do that?

DK: Like this...?

WZ: I see. Are you done?

DK: Yes!

DK: That was the end.

WZ: Bye!

DK: Anyways, please look forward to our stages because we're working hard.

DK: We'll leave now to go practice.

DK: Bye Carats!

DK: Bye!

WZ: Bye!

WZ: Ring Ring Ring! Hello?

DK/WZ: Hello?

【LOVELY MUKBANG】 Simple & Cute! Making Amazing One Pot Oden Using Special Items [2500kcal][Use CC] - Duration: 7:07.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles By ~Aphexx~ )

So today I'll be usingoden (simmered veg) to make "PyoPyo" (peep peep) fish cake

I found out how to make 'pyopyo' (cheep cheep) hanpen cake online

They look so darn cute That I know Y'all will wanna make these too

As long as......... I am successful in making them look cute

Alrighty Let's get to making them

We start things off by making the fish cake

Cut out circles out of the hanpen fish cake

Kind of fun isn't it

For those who are curious This is just a lid to some tea

Using a straw cut out circles Two for each hanpen fish cake

Time now looks like Lotus root We won't be using this but these instead

Using mayo as glue

Using the skewer it's easier If you poke a few holes

Make eyes using sesame seeds

The pieces of ham will be its cheeks

And after you insert this pick

tadaa the pyopyo (peep peep) hanpen fish cake is now complete

Finish off making the rest

Too damn cute

Now for the oden broth

make the oden broth as usual

tarako fish egg and frozen kara-age

Drop the fish egg In as is

I kind of want to eat this Over a bowl of rice instead

And drop in the chicken kara-age In its frozen state

lid then let simmer on low

Fish eggs have changed Colour And looks so yummy

Now to decorate it with our peeps

tadaa its done

Ain't it cute

itadakimasu the little peeps are so KAWAII aren't they

And these are the bits of fish egg and kara-age chicken

With just the addition of my fishy peeps It makes the dish looks so KAWAII

The pic just spins loose in here Let's just eat it with chopsticks instead

The fish cake taste alright

And these are the ones that had my eye on It's the fish egg

It's cooked through And eggs pop in your mouth

And the Umami from the fish egg Go so nicely in this dish

Next up is the chicken

It's soaked up so much of a soup And is now very puffy

It's super delish this specific kara-age is made with plenty of garlic

A regular piece of ordinary oden

daikon radish is so yummy

These are one of my favorites 'mochi kinchaku'

It's going to be totes hot

The mochi is so gooey And so yummy

I will now start Motoring through this

fish cake, beef tendon, roll cabbage and egg

The rolled cabbage is all a mess

It's so meaty and yummy

oden broth warms you right up

The cold weather will still continue making these oden perfect for this weather

These are not my peep Style Fish cakes

fluffy

It's so jiggly and yummy

Egg, I love soaking the yolk in the oden broth

I've also got some condiments yuzu citrus pepper, spice, sweet miso

Be careful about Spiritual Teachings - Eckhart Tolle 2018 - Duration: 26:19.

these are called teaching sessions but there's not really any teaching but

words are limited we have to find some words to describe it

teaching would mean that I'm adding something to you knowledge information

facts or an experience but that's not what this is about

it's not about adding anything to you

there's so much they already more than enough you have more information than

the Buddha ever had

and of course the beautiful maps or signposts in existence and that maybe

some of the spiritual information that you have beautiful maps inside or

signposts in the form of ancient scriptures that point the way to the

transformation of human consciousness

and here we are not using any of the existing Maps or signposts beautiful as

they are profound as they are many of which originated in this country which

could be called the birthplace of spirituality

rather than there's anything wrong with those maps they are beautiful no

signposts but every age creates its new signposts that corresponds to the needs

of the aged the old ones can still work if used rightly or they can become a

hindrance if used wrongly

well you may notice I use the word Maps or signposts to describe ancient

teachings spiritual teachings and why what is a map is never it the map is not

the territory the signpost is not the place to which it points so all

teachings ancient or contemporary point beyond themselves and the essence of all

teachings is the possibility of the transformation of human consciousness to

a state that is free of bondage free of suffering free of conditioning

some of the teachings point the way

through that

and they are beautiful because those genuine teachings came out of that

transformed state of consciousness those few individuals in the past who became

free of their conditioning free of the false sense of self false me the egoic

identity they taught out of that state the teaching arose out of that

transformed state of consciousness and so it has beauty and power and it has

such beauty often that these ancient teachings through so much attention to

themselves because they are so beautiful and you can compare one map with another

one signpost with another that people began to study compare and collect maps

and signposts and interpret them

and from then it was just a small step to forgetting that to which they point

because one became so absorbed in the form of the teaching and not only that

after a while when you began to love that signpost so much that map so much

you hadn't a sense of identity with it and all those other people who also

loved this signpost so much

and you could begin to argue with other groups of people who loved other sign

posts forgetting that they point to the same place and then you could carry

metaphorically speaking the burden of signposts with you

yes that has happened can still happen and then it's also possible that a

signpost when there was readiness in a human being he or she just needed to

hear to look once twice and immediately realize the truth of it and it worked as

it short

who's teaching is relatively neutral culturally it's not Buddhist not

Christian not Hindu and yet it embraces the essence of all of them

it is not rigid in its form there's nothing to believe in and the essence of

this teaching which is our gathering here this week is the possibility of the

transformation of human consciousness your consciousness so to speak and since

all language his limited form is limited these words are also signposts of course

since all form is limited every word that I speak is also limited and isn't

quite it it's only one perspective on it and even if I say the transformation of

human consciousness it's not quite true no single statement that anybody makes

is can contain the truth it is a perspective on it this is good to know

once you know that so that you do not grasp one statement one perspective

identify with one perspective and saying this is the truth

the transformation of human consciousness yes this is one

perspective on it but it implies then that something in you needs to change

become transformed before this new state arises something in you needs fixing

it implies that but that's not true transformation of consciousness also

implies that you need time for this change to happen but that is not the

case

so what is the essence end of that transformation of consciousness that

doesn't need time is that possible

and here we come to the essence and the only reason why we are here is to know

that state of consciousness for ourselves not as something that needs to

be achieved in the future but as something that is already in you now now

how do you know that beyond making it into another belief because you could

adopt that belief when you hear certain teachings they tell you you're already

enlightened and that could be a very satisfying belief to add to the content

of your mind and then for a while you could convince yourself that this is

true the teacher told me that nothing needs to change

I'm already enlightened for a while that adds a little bit to the mind made

identity the mind made sense of self and you feel great you finally made it the

mind made sense of self always seeks to improve itself to add something to

complete itself to enhance its sense of self and if you can catch a belief a big

powerful belief that somebody gives you and you can then add it to the

accumulated content of your mind with which you identify as yourself then that

for a while is very satisfying you've become big in that the self has

grown to an enlightened me the enlightened one but it's only satisfying

for a while and then life will show you that that wasn't it and maybe that was

your not quite enlightened yet and then there's looking for the next thing to

identify with experience you never believe more knowledge of real then you

look for the real spiritual attainment to add to me and so the striving away

from who you already are continuous the movement towards future continuous the

grasping the continuous reaching out and grasping to complete yourself

spiritually materially you've gone beyond that perhaps and now spiritually

relationships maybe you've gone beyond that self completion for looking for

that here comes the strange teaching that says you can never find that in the

future and yet don't believe me

if it is already the case if you are already free enlightened in your essence

then what is the difference between you and the spiritual master if there is

such a thing

well one could say the master knows this to be true and you don't know it to be

true yes but how do you know it to be true but how does that manifest and this

is very very simple it's not the case that the master knows more than you some

masters may do other masters may be very simple people little education you know

thousand times more than they do on the level of knowledge but they know the one

thing that matters and you know many things

so the answer is simple and I'll tell it to you now in case you want to believe

go home early because I don't want to build up this and say I'm going to tell

you the answer on day six the master is totally at one with this moment he or

she does not oppose internally this moment he offers he or she offers no

inner resistance to this moment to the isness of now to whatever arises now it

is not resisted internally and that is the end of all that is false in you the

entire egoic structure depends on your inner resistance to the suchness of this

moment it perpetuates itself the mind made sense of self perpetuates itself

basically through its resistance it is a state of resistance a state of

insufficiency a state of continuous wanting or fearing the mental projection

that you call future wanting and needing the future and something as something

that comes towards you to add to me to complete me and fearing that something

may arise in that mental projection that we call future that might diminish me

the two movements connected with future

the enhancement of one's sense of self no matter what form that may take that

is looked for in and through future that is what this this enormous mental pull

away from the aliveness and fullness of now into future because what is being

sought the seeking is to add more the future will complete you and this is

true up to a point you need future in your spiritual

practice I'm not completely saying this is all nonsense no you need spirits

before many people spiritual practice implies a progressive movement a

progressive movement towards the liberated state but a point comes in

your progressive movement when you suddenly realize the fallacy of time as

far as the one thing is concerned that truly matters in your life which is

knowing who you are beyond form finding yourself beyond mental constructs then

suddenly you realize the fallacy of future as far as your spiritual

liberation is concerned but before you could realize that you need it your

spiritual practices you need it's time you need it suffering you need it and

spiritual practice is not necessarily spiritual practice in the conventional

sense for people spiritual practice for many people means suffering there are

many people who have no spiritual teacher except suffering and suffering

is the greatest the greatest spiritual teacher so they need it that because

this there are two statements that are synonymous

when I say you do not need ultimately you do not need

time this is not true for everybody it is only true for that human being who

can listen to that now and realize the depths and the truths of it and we are

only here to explore the depths and the truths of that statement for the whole

week which is time we explore the timeless state of consciousness here

something in you doesn't even like what I'm saying perhaps in some of you

because you are still identified with time and the movement of time as the me

that seeks completion through it and if only that mean the little egoic self in

you listens to these words it won't like that because it's very existence is

bound up with time so it is quite possible that some of you may if you

haven't been here before may feel a strong impulse to leave and there's

nothing wrong with that it simply means there is not yet the

readiness to hear the simplicity of this truth and the depth of it that says you

don't need time and there is fear even to want to go more deeply into that

statement to see what that means there is fear who fears that the time bound

sense of self fears that statement and that's fine that means you do not need

more time is not true for you it means you need more time it's it's fine but

this also is connected to suffering it is a synonymous statement with you do

not need more time it is the statement you

do not need more suffering which is the ultimate teaching of the Buddha the end

of suffering you do not need more time implies you do not need more suffering

and again this is this may be true for you or it may not be true for you it is

not a statement that is true for everybody so whatever your spiritual

practice has been whether it's been through teachings or through suffering

or combination of both the question is whether there is an inner readiness to

hear these words and - if only obscurely sends the truth of these words not

understand if you start thinking about it you won't get very far you don't need

more time is true therefore is true and not true

and this is not satisfying to the mind I will often say things that are true and

not true that pointer may be true for you or it may not be true for you the

mind doesn't like that it says it is either true or untrue and in science

this is the case well has been until recently until they discover two

molecular physics in subatomic particles and see that they behave in such a way

that those statements don't apply there anymore either

so the question then do I need time do we need time for realization the answer

would be you need time until you realize that you do not need time anymore

so we all all we are doing this week is to go deeper into this statement this to

explore where this signpost which is these words to explore where this

signpost points you don't need more time I don't need more time to be Who I am to

be myself fully completely

Using mayo as glue

Using the skewer it's easier If you poke a few holes

Make eyes using sesame seeds

The pieces of ham will be its cheeks

And after you insert this pick
