The release of the much-anticipated FISA memo and impending doom for Democrats became a

terrifying reality for the Deep State in Washington, D.C. after President Donald Trump was caught

on hot mic at the State of the Union saying he was 100% going to release it.

It was confirmation that the secrets to their overwhelming corruption, that will expose

a bigger scandal than Watergate, was coming fast to fruition.

Just like the memo proves their dishonesty, what these corrupt politicians just pulled

last night shows just how far they're willing to go to hide what they did not want out.

Now we know why.

The only thing a desperate traitor can do to keep their corruption covered up is to

employ more illegal activity to do it.

That's exactly what took place overnight when they were caught with the memo in a deliberate

effort to destroy one major detail.

Clearly, Democrats will stop at nothing, but in this case, neither will a Republican RINO.

What this traitor just did is even more shocking than the details that the memo itself contains.

There's never been more proof of corruption than what Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif. was just

caught red-handed in, turning on his own party and the president.

After busting Nunes with the memo, initial reports said he had altered it.

Although that's bad enough, it's now come out that what he actually did was worse.

But was this all part of a plan to stop the release of the memo?

Thanks to Nunes, Democrats have flipped the script on the memo controversy, saying his

motivation is to "interfere with the Russia probe," Senate Minority Leader Charles E.

Schumer, New York Democrat.

Perhaps they put Nunes up to it so they could turn the scandal around on Republicans?

Since it's been reported that Trump has read the memo, maybe he can shine some light

on the situation and shut liberals down.

It sounds like it's now going to be a while before any of the rest of sees the memo.

NBC News reports:

The House Intelligence Committee sent the White House a different version of a classified

memo about the Trump-Russia investigation from the one that committee Republicans voted

to release to the public, the committee's top Democrat said Wednesday night.

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the Intelligence Committee's ranking Democrat, said in an

open letter to the committee's chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., that the situation

is "deeply troubling" and the memo should be withdrawn immediately,

The committee voted Monday to release the memo, which was prepared by Republicans, on

a straight party-line vote.

The memo is under White House review; the final decision on whether to make it public

rests with President Donald Trump.

Multiple White House officials told NBC News that Trump has read the FISA memo, as delivered

to the White House.

Although everyone in America is waiting to see the damning document, there now will be

a delay in releasing it as this latest attempt to deter the inevitable from happening gets

sorted out.

Nunes better not have his job by the end of the day.

According to the official notice he received after being busted, things are definitely

not looking good for this criminal who has now been accused on not just "altering"

the document, but switching it out altogether with a new one.

The Washington Times reports:

In a letter to Chairman Devin Nunes of California that he later posted on Twitter, Rep. Adam

Schiff of California said that the panel's Democrats had just learned that evening that

the memo sent to the White House for Justice and national-security officials to review

was not the same document the committee had voted on.

"It is clear that the [Republican] Majority made material changes to the version it sent

to the White House, which Committee members were never apprised of," Mr. Schiff's

letter said.

"White House [is] therefore reviewing a document the Committee has not approved for

release," Mr. Schiff wrote on Twitter.

A Nunes spokesman dismissed the concerns, telling CNN that the changes were not substantive

and some even requested by the Democrats.

"In its increasingly strange attempt to thwart publication of the memo, the Committee

Minority is now complaining about minor edits to the memo, including grammatical fixes and

two edits requested by the FBI and by the Minority themselves," spokesman Jack Langer

said.

Mr. Schiff's tweet accused Mr. Nunes personally of making the changes, though his letter,

which called them "deeply troubling," is less specific.

Mr. Schiff's letter concludes that the changes make it "now imperative that the Committee

immediately withdraw the document that it sent to the White House" and hold a new

vote.

Otherwise, the letter claims, "there is no longer a valid basis for" the executive

branch to review the Nunes memo, which reportedly accuses the FBI of misconduct designed to

hurt President Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

"The fact that the Majority found it necessary to make these changes without informing the

Committee during the vote signifies that the Committee Majority no longer stands by the

representation it made to House members in its original document," the letter said.

this village which I call 'The Glades'

turned out to be really rather unusual for modern England.

It's exceptionally homogeneous,

being almost entirely white

and mainly middle-class,

and what you found here

So the main effect of this use of social media was regret

The next stage, however,

was that they found a way of turning social media from a problem

into social media as a solution.

And they developed what I think of as a very English strategy,

which I am going to call the G'oldilocks Strategy',

after the little girl for whom the porridge had to be just right,

not too hot and not too cold.

So how they use social media now

is that when they have their cousins or their in-laws,

or somebody they met on holiday,

they have got them on Facebook.

So, it's not like you are losing touch with them,

or you're not in touch with them,

On the other hand, because they are on social media with you,

you don't actually have to meet up with them,

or spend time with them,

and frankly you'be got better things to do with your time.

So, if this is 'Scalable Sociality',

we can see that the English have found a way to calibrate the scale

to find the exact point at which they want to keep a lot of people

and that on the Goldilocks principle

is a point which is neither too hot or too cold

but, rather like the English weather,

you know, a bit sort of tepid, a bit luke warm

Now it's not that you wouldn't find something like that elsewhere.

but, it seems particularly significant

within this local context.

And so what one would say is that

it's not a generality,

because there are many people for whom none of this would be true.

But you might say that it is typical

of this English village,

and maybe, typical of the English.

So as we approach the perimeter, there will be a tone

that's emitted from the actual dog device.

When the tone is emitted or the low level stimulation turns on,

you can apply rearward pressure on the leash with the dog,

tap the flag to wave it so the dog understands that

feeling, that sensation and that tone came from approaching that flag.

Then you can regress, approach another flag,

repeat, repeat, repeat.

You can use either positive motivation with affection, you can use a toy,

you can use food when the dog comes back and does it properly.

You just want to teach the dog that one, being near the boundary

isn't a bad thing.

It's simply, this is the limit to how far you can go while off-leash in this area.

And as you introduce the dog to the entire perimeter that you've established,

the dog will honour the boundary as you've done it in short sessions

over a period of six to fifteen days

so that your dog knows it, honours it, but is still comfortable in front of it – wagging

It's excited to be out, and it simply knows that's the limit, that's the threshold

I found out how to make 'pyopyo' (cheep cheep) hanpen cake online

They look so darn cute That I know Y'all will wanna make these too

As long as......... I am successful in making them look cute

Alrighty Let's get to making them

We start things off by making the fish cake

Cut out circles out of the hanpen fish cake

Kind of fun isn't it

For those who are curious This is just a lid to some tea

Using a straw cut out circles Two for each hanpen fish cake

Time now looks like Lotus root We won't be using this but these instead

Using mayo as glue

Using the skewer it's easier If you poke a few holes

Make eyes using sesame seeds

The pieces of ham will be its cheeks

And after you insert this pick

tadaa the pyopyo (peep peep) hanpen fish cake is now complete

Finish off making the rest

Too damn cute

Now for the oden broth

make the oden broth as usual

tarako fish egg and frozen kara-age

Drop the fish egg In as is

I kind of want to eat this Over a bowl of rice instead

And drop in the chicken kara-age In its frozen state

lid then let simmer on low

Fish eggs have changed Colour And looks so yummy

Now to decorate it with our peeps

itadakimasu the little peeps are so KAWAII aren't they

And these are the bits of fish egg and kara-age chicken

With just the addition of my fishy peeps It makes the dish looks so KAWAII

The pic just spins loose in here Let's just eat it with chopsticks instead

And these are the ones that had my eye on It's the fish egg

It's cooked through And eggs pop in your mouth

And the Umami from the fish egg Go so nicely in this dish

Next up is the chicken

It's soaked up so much of a soup And is now very puffy

It's super delish this specific kara-age is made with plenty of garlic

A regular piece of ordinary oden

daikon radish is so yummy

These are one of my favorites 'mochi kinchaku'

It's going to be totes hot

The mochi is so gooey And so yummy

I will now start Motoring through this

fish cake, beef tendon, roll cabbage and egg

The rolled cabbage is all a mess

It's so meaty and yummy

oden broth warms you right up

The cold weather will still continue making these oden perfect for this weather

These are not my peep Style Fish cakes

Egg, I love soaking the yolk in the oden broth

I've also got some condiments yuzu citrus pepper, spice, sweet miso

I feel as though this chicken Would be yummy with this yuzu citrus pepper

They go perfectly together

The fishy hanpen peep and the oden broth were toes delish

It was so much fun making my fishy peep It was so easy to make and got me so excited to begin eating

if Y'all didn't know you can eat those hanpen fish cakes raw (they're already mostly cooked btw)

I totally feel as though these mentaiko fish eggs and the kara-age would be a great addition

To the regular lineup of things you add to a regular everyday oden broth

When you cook those fish eggs through it Changes its texture... The eggs pop in your mouth

Making them extra yummy the chicken was so E-Z and tasty

It would be perfect for those times When you find your oden broth lacking a few items

Today I will show you how to make a

durable and original lunch bag.

To start, you will need the following material

A fabric for the outside

A fabric for the inside

A pair of scissors

A ruler

A pair of serrated scissors

A cotton ribbon

A spool of thread

Step 1

On the first fabric

draw the rectangle pattern twice and cut.

Repeat on the second fabric

which serves as an inner lining.

Tadaaa! You get four rectangles.

Measure two cotton strips at 15 inches, or 28 cm

and cut.

Step 2

Place face to face the fabrics of

same color together, then sew along

of the two longest edges,

to obtain a cylinder with each fabric.

Here are your two cylinders!

Put only the outer fabric in place.

Insert the outer fabric into the inner lining.

Step 3

Sew around the base of the cylinder of only

one side, in order to assemble the two fabrics together.

Here's what it should look like.

Then go back to form a single cylinder

Flip the lining inwards

Tadaaa!

Topstitch around the base of the cylinder

Where is the fold of both fabric is situated.

Step 4

Fold on itself the end of the two

cotton bands

and solidify each one with a seam.

Pin the first cotton band

outside, center at 9 inches, or 22 cm

of the border. Do not forget to fold the end

ribbon on itself.

Then sew a square, with an "X" in the center.

Cut the thread

Use the seam mark on the outer ribbon,

to sew the second ribbon inside.

Step 5

Put back your bag one last time

in order to create the bottom of it.

Sew the two cylinders flat together.

Bend the corner like a duckbill, in order to have

the seam in front of you.

Sew to 2 inches, or 5 cm from

top of the triangle.

Repeat on the other side.

Congratulations!

Your lunch bag is done!

The release of the much-anticipated FISA memo and impending doom for Democrats became a

terrifying reality for the Deep State in Washington, D.C. after President Donald Trump was caught

on hot mic at the State of the Union saying he was 100% going to release it.

It was confirmation that the secrets to their overwhelming corruption, that will expose

a bigger scandal than Watergate, was coming fast to fruition.

Just like the memo proves their dishonesty, what these corrupt politicians just pulled

last night shows just how far they're willing to go to hide what they did not want out.

Now we know why.

The only thing a desperate traitor can do to keep their corruption covered up is to

employ more illegal activity to do it.

That's exactly what took place overnight when they were caught with the memo in a deliberate

effort to destroy one major detail.

Clearly, Democrats will stop at nothing, but in this case, neither will a Republican RINO.

What this traitor just did is even more shocking than the details that the memo itself contains.

There's never been more proof of corruption than what Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif. was just

caught red-handed in, turning on his own party and the president.

After busting Nunes with the memo, initial reports said he had altered it.

Although that's bad enough, it's now come out that what he actually did was worse.

But was this all part of a plan to stop the release of the memo?

Thanks to Nunes, Democrats have flipped the script on the memo controversy, saying his

motivation is to "interfere with the Russia probe," Senate Minority Leader Charles E.

Schumer, New York Democrat.

Perhaps they put Nunes up to it so they could turn the scandal around on Republicans?

Since it's been reported that Trump has read the memo, maybe he can shine some light

on the situation and shut liberals down.

It sounds like it's now going to be a while before any of the rest of sees the memo.

NBC News reports:

The House Intelligence Committee sent the White House a different version of a classified

memo about the Trump-Russia investigation from the one that committee Republicans voted

to release to the public, the committee's top Democrat said Wednesday night.

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the Intelligence Committee's ranking Democrat, said in an

open letter to the committee's chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., that the situation

is "deeply troubling" and the memo should be withdrawn immediately,

The committee voted Monday to release the memo, which was prepared by Republicans, on

a straight party-line vote.

The memo is under White House review; the final decision on whether to make it public

rests with President Donald Trump.

Multiple White House officials told NBC News that Trump has read the FISA memo, as delivered

to the White House.

Although everyone in America is waiting to see the damning document, there now will be

a delay in releasing it as this latest attempt to deter the inevitable from happening gets

sorted out.

Nunes better not have his job by the end of the day.

According to the official notice he received after being busted, things are definitely

not looking good for this criminal who has now been accused on not just "altering"

the document, but switching it out altogether with a new one.

The Washington Times reports:

In a letter to Chairman Devin Nunes of California that he later posted on Twitter, Rep. Adam

Schiff of California said that the panel's Democrats had just learned that evening that

the memo sent to the White House for Justice and national-security officials to review

was not the same document the committee had voted on.

"It is clear that the [Republican] Majority made material changes to the version it sent

to the White House, which Committee members were never apprised of," Mr. Schiff's

letter said.

"White House [is] therefore reviewing a document the Committee has not approved for

release," Mr. Schiff wrote on Twitter.

A Nunes spokesman dismissed the concerns, telling CNN that the changes were not substantive

and some even requested by the Democrats.

"In its increasingly strange attempt to thwart publication of the memo, the Committee

Minority is now complaining about minor edits to the memo, including grammatical fixes and

two edits requested by the FBI and by the Minority themselves," spokesman Jack Langer

said.

Mr. Schiff's tweet accused Mr. Nunes personally of making the changes, though his letter,

which called them "deeply troubling," is less specific.

Mr. Schiff's letter concludes that the changes make it "now imperative that the Committee

immediately withdraw the document that it sent to the White House" and hold a new

vote.

Otherwise, the letter claims, "there is no longer a valid basis for" the executive

branch to review the Nunes memo, which reportedly accuses the FBI of misconduct designed to

hurt President Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

"The fact that the Majority found it necessary to make these changes without informing the

Committee during the vote signifies that the Committee Majority no longer stands by the

representation it made to House members in its original document," the letter said.

How Do I Transition From Buying Homes To Commercial Property? - Duration: 5:23.

Don says, "Hey, Joe, how are you?

I've been following your blog for some time.

Great information.

Thank you.

I've been buying and holding single family homes and I want to transition from this to

fifty or more unit apartments.

So, how do I pitch potential investors to finance my deal and what strategies do you

suggest to help facilitate this move into multi-unit apartment investing?"

First of all, make sure that you keep the properties that you've already got.

Don't use those properties or leverage those into other properties.

Keep them as your portfolio.

Let them pay themselves off if they haven't already and let them be your retirement.

Those should be sacrosanct.

Don't touch those, don't touch the income from them.

Let that build, buy more properties just like that, single family homes.

That's a very safe way to have an investment.

Now, multi-family can also be very profitable, and you can do multi-family deals the same

way that I teach these other zero down structures.

You can use subject to, multi-mortgage, land contract, assignable cash deals, you can use

these same, you can use these same structures with multi-family that you do with single

family.

The only difference is you have to manage these properties properly.

You also have to take into account the value of these properties, the repairs on these

properties.

Remember, there's going to be a lot more management involved with these types of deals

if you're not selling them on lease option.

Because these are going to be tenants instead of lease option buyers.

That means that most apartment buildings, they have trash that has to be taken out,

they have you know, washer dryers in them, they've got you know, a furnace, they have

to either pay for the whole unit or they have to get separate meters in there.

You know, make sure you know what all your numbers are and look at those gross operating

expenses, look at your income.

If you have, how many vacancies can you have before it starts costing you money every month?

I see too many people that get into these deals using the zero down structures on multi-family

units, and they don't put them together properly because they don't have enough

cash flow in those properties to make them make sense and to give you some safety margin

in order to do that.

So make sure you've got all those things.

Now, once you have all those things, multi-family properties can be very profitable.

And again, these structures will work on all these things and you won't have much risk

because you're not going to use loans from a bank.

If you go out and try to get loans from a bank you're going to need, you know, larger

down payments, even if you have the seller carrying some of it, you're still going

to need larger down payments or you're going to have a really good relationship with a

bank which means that you're going to have lots of resources to work with.

If you want to build, if you want to start doing syndicates or you know, finding investors

where you can start buying these properties together or just getting private money, be

careful about that as well.

Dodd-Frank creates some new rules about that so make sure you understand what the Dodd-Frank

rules are and what the Safe Act and how those things apply to you.

You might want to get an attorney to set those things up for you so you follow all the rules

and don't, you know, get those things screwed up.

I think it might be easier for you to create trust from your investors if you're doing

it yourself, so maybe you buy some of these properties yourself using the zero down structure

so you don't have to put money into them.

You know, get them managed properly and then you can go to them and say, "Here's what

I've done," you know, "would you like to buy into it?"

And then have them buy into that property that they know is already stable.

Because if you start screwing with people's money, and you start losing their money because

you've done something incompetent, they're going to come after you.

And I've known people that have landed in jail because they didn't do things properly.

They mingled their money, they spent some money on the wrong things that they shouldn't

have, they probably knew they shouldn't have done that.

But they did it anyway and, because money got tight and they had to keep things going,

they had to keep cash flow going, and you get into that situation you make bad decisions

because you're forced into it.

But if you're doing the zero down techniques, you'll never be forced into that situation.

The worst thing that happens is you have to give the property back to the seller and let

them deal with it and you know, you know, it's going to be a blow to your ego, but

it's not going to hurt your credit and it's not going to hurt your pocket book.

So, keep all your portfolio properties that are single family homes, keep those sacrosanct.

Don't touch those things.

Let those things continue to grow, you know, continue to put money into those, make that

happen, and then do this other thing with these.

I also wrote a book called Finding Private Money.

And it talks about the different ways that different teachers have suggested that you

find private money, how you find private money.

And it also shows the ways that I suggest you do it and how, what I think, the ways

I think make sense are more viable than using some of these other private money sources.

I think the first thing I would say is, don't catastrophise, even though it's very, it's

of us with MS, about how it evolves and our disease progression.

Secondly, I would say, as a partner, it's incredibly helpful, I think, if he or she

comes along with you to the, especially to the major medical appointments, because it

always helps to have an extra set of ears there and it also helps, I think sometimes

it's quite overwhelming, and it helps for the patient if they've got somebody beside

them that can step in and ask the questions.

And the third piece of advice I would give was, on one hand, don't catastrophise, but

don't... if there are certain things you want to do as a couple, I think it's get

on and do them and don't wait for... don't put things too far into the future.

With just the addition of my fishy peeps It makes the dish looks so KAWAII

The pic just spins loose in here Let's just eat it with chopsticks instead

The fish cake taste alright

And these are the ones that had my eye on It's the fish egg

It's cooked through And eggs pop in your mouth

And the Umami from the fish egg Go so nicely in this dish

Next up is the chicken

It's soaked up so much of a soup And is now very puffy

It's super delish this specific kara-age is made with plenty of garlic

A regular piece of ordinary oden

daikon radish is so yummy

These are one of my favorites 'mochi kinchaku'

It's going to be totes hot

The mochi is so gooey And so yummy

I will now start Motoring through this

fish cake, beef tendon, roll cabbage and egg

The rolled cabbage is all a mess

It's so meaty and yummy

oden broth warms you right up

The cold weather will still continue making these oden perfect for this weather

Egg, I love soaking the yolk in the oden broth

I've also got some condiments yuzu citrus pepper, spice, sweet miso

I feel as though this chicken Would be yummy with this yuzu citrus pepper

They go perfectly together

You can practically add almost Anything to this oden broth

shirataki noodles Peppered with A bunch of the fish eggs

The fishy hanpen peep and the oden broth were toes delish

It was so much fun making my fishy peep It was so easy to make and got me so excited to begin eating

if Y'all didn't know you can eat those hanpen fish cakes raw (they're already mostly cooked btw)

I totally feel as though these mentaiko fish eggs and the kara-age would be a great addition

To the regular lineup of things you add to a regular everyday oden broth

When you cook those fish eggs through it Changes its texture... The eggs pop in your mouth

Making them extra yummy the chicken was so E-Z and tasty

It would be perfect for those times When you find your oden broth lacking a few items

I'm deaf. It's obvious I use sign language. Yes, I'm deaf.

I am deaf actor

I've appeared on TV. Neighbours and Angry Boys.

I've done performance stages. Wizard of Oz and Grease.

IUnfortunately, I'm not on Tv at the amount.

I've tried get more paper in TV

Because I believe deaf people can do it. Equal.

I love makeup. I am a beautician.

I have a diploma for beauty. Only cert 3

Unfortunately I didn't finish my diploma

But I hope in the future I will finish them.

My video of YouTube will do most about makeup tutorials

How I do with my eyeshadow and everything.

But there will have other exciting videos. Like, vlogs, of course, I love vlogging.

Story telling videos will be great. I have plenty stories to share with you guys.

Macao is 1 hour behind so it's 4:42am.

People are sleeping after filming so much (It's quiet but Sori wants to do stuff)
