ah what great timing I has a box and I has another box in another box and a bag
what great timing because in some of these packages here I definitely expect
to find Lego stuffs which I need very much right now because I just ran out of
bunch as I mentioned in my very most recent video I am NOT positive that
every single one of these packages has lego stuffs in it because I'm not gonna
take the time to go through my brick League orders one by one and eBay and
everything to check sources and everything to make sure so if I start
opening something and one of these one of these packages doesn't have Lego
stuffs in it I'll just cut that out but let me just start opening some stuff of
course to get into these I had a knife I'm gonna be using this today this was
my very first knife literally my very first night not not not a knife like my
very first knife this is the first knife that I personally ever owned I was given
it when I was about as far as I can recall about seven years old and you can
check the link in the the card on this video and or in the the pinned comment
on this video for a little more of my my thoughts and background on that and
since I'm showing a knife I'm going to give a little PSA on knife safety try to
do that on a somewhat regular basis today's PSA is going to be about this if
you ever find yourself using a tool not just a knife but a tool of any sort and
you find yourself doing this you need to stop seriously you need to stop right
then and there you need to judge your emotional state at that exact moment and
you need to make sure that that emotional state includes elements of
fear shock and embarrassment because this means you did not have control over
the tool most important thing when dealing with any tool especially
dangerous ones included but not including but not limited to knives
spatulas tongs forks screwdrivers any sort of power tool hand truck actual
real vehicle key thing is that you have control over the tool so if you ever
find yourself in a state where you didn't have control over it and
especially with something that is sharp you didn't have control over the blade
itself that is a very very bad thing and you need to stop you need to evaluate
what you did wrong and make sure you don't do that again just one very small
very important little tip key thing have control over the tools at all times so
more packaging material here and three bags of Awesome 1 by 2 transparent dark
blue plates Harbor more of them you need these so badly and I need so many of
them and here are so many of them but I need even more than this I did not use
up as many of these the 1 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes as I expected to by
this point but I will be using more as I continue to add that just second of four
layers of detail build and detail onto my mountainous terrain but I need dark
bluish gray ones see maybe maybe one of these orders has some of those I don't
recall I know I have some coming but I don't
again I didn't I didn't check you know each of these orders I don't
know if in particular one of these has that stuff so I might not actually be
able to return to work on that just yet okay good this is the other order that
has more of the blue bag some packing material sweet see this is kind of a
flimsy box I mean this is a relatively soft cardboard box you know one of the
more firm ones it's all recycled and anyway so you know this isn't going to
stop anything from taking damage however this will help a ton all of this paper
right here paper crumpled up paper is one of the most amazing packing
materials it's so much better than styrofoam packing peanuts and the like
the organic packing peanuts are actually better than
the foam ones but this person put enough stuff in there to make sure that the
parts weren't able to constantly shift from one side to the other and hit the
edges as the package was thrown from place to place by all of the the
employees of the shipping services so that means that there will be less
damage to all these glorious parts then there could have been so I appreciate
that well you see what these are these are the rest of what I need that should
be enough now ah yes I needed these so badly oh you don't even know Tony no I
need these so badly the one by twos in dark push gray thank goodness I got some
thing in dark bluish gray that I really need it I still need the one by two by
twos but the one by two by ones are there and they're good these are trained
or windows in trans black or trans brown these are weights counterweights I don't
think I've ever had these before oh gosh they're in amazing condition - they're
so old these are for level crossings railroad crossings
these are the counterweight pieces they're just solid cast steel I believe
just poped steel just you know basic stuff but then powder-coated on top of
that with a technic axle hole on one side fantastic I look forward to using
these kind of as intended at least as weights not necessarily for railroad
crossings though as a matter of fact definitely not for railroad crossings
but I do hope to use them as actual counterweights need some of these for
around the edges it's too bad this particular seller didn't have tiles as
well but for around the edges of the hard way you need to shallower stuff
like to change the color just a couple more of these original light gray air
tank sets or pieces and then these are just some canopy pieces and the color
that I like to use for my planetary defense for stuff you know what that's
gonna be used for this is a small one hmm
I think this might be from eBay actually
take a peek inside there I don't think this is oh nope nope this is uh this is
actually a Bricklin quarter that's it other than a piece of paper in there hmm
so some orange some orange and some orange these will probably be used by
dock workers around my my Harbor these are just replenishment because I have so
few just regular bricks in orange so if you have so many curves and weird double
double slopes and things but very few bricks used up most of my bricks just
doing that single layer of orange at the base of my newest train so this will
help a lot I want to do oh I don't know another train hahaha
this is door and it's a door it's used can probably be cleaned up a little bit
these are doors and those are doors have a pair their matching pair cool and then
some octan branded mugs I think I only had a couple of those good to get some
more of those Hey look a ship in a bottle huh
ship in a bottle yeah and then this is a printed wine or no grape cider yeah
bottle all right let's get to the big one too much dilly dallying here this is
not gonna be as exciting as it appears there weren't there won't be a lot of
different things in here I'm pretty sure I do know which order this is but it
does have more stuff that I absolutely needed and this is the point where some
folks say no Jay never ever ever cut towards yourself I'll cover that in my
next unboxing video they want to overload hey hey once again the use of
crumpled up paper to stop things from moving around as I took this as I moved
this box around Dalton Utley gets to where it is right now I didn't hear any
pieces moving around I heard a little bit of shifting but unlike with that
last box of big ugly rock pieces
this one was packed up nice and tight so this just helps I mean this wasn't
absolutely necessary but kind of helped just provide a little bit of cushion but
then all the packing paper kept everything from moving around and even
though there isn't much extra space oh yeah this goes all the way around the
edge it goes all around the edges so that's great just I like to celebrate
good sensible packaging work because it is increasingly rare these days and it
needs to be it needs to be promoted you know I complain when I see bad
packaging and I try to explain why it's only fair to try to you know give some
credit where stuff is packed well so these are both well this and this box
over here came from overseas maybe it's the United States that is forgetting how
to pack the rest the world is still ok so lots more of these which I obviously
he'd cuz I used up all of them and some more corners with this order this order
was placed almost a month ago they went the the slow way across the ocean I
think quite literally I think he came by by boat but no problems there it was
cheaper shipping and I kind of expected one of them to come much sooner so I
mean the timing here could not be more perfect but in the meantime I had
ordered more of these and didn't realize I wouldn't need quite as many as I was
expecting but it's all good because I'll be using them elsewhere there's also
more packing material at the base here so this was used as kind of a just a a
small little bit of padding all the way around and then this was used as general
impact cushioning and to keep everything from moving around top and bottom top
work thank you seller more pieces here
see what those are I used up a bunch of these making my sound walls I need to do
more these are I believe Nexo Knights these are the the short skeleton legs
with silver for the clips and gunmetal gray for the feet themselves some more
of these I shouldn't need any more of these anytime soon I think I have enough
on hand ah my rocky eyes in white and black those kind of look cool together
somebody should make something folks probably already have like a I think
what what you could do with that like a some sort of board game display or
something or some some art installation that's just flat that just uses these to
kind of represent impressionist pixels I do have more than enough of these now
these are the relatively new pieces I didn't end up using a lot of them I
probably should try to use more on that that mountain but these are the 1 by 2
by 1 slopes with a shelf here and no stud on top not as useful for making a
lot of stuff and once because you do need to add a 1 by 1 plate on the base
of the the lower part in order to get it to fit over a full brick you know this
is this indent in here and this notch is only 2/3 of a brick high are two plates
I'd get some more stuff these are good I'm looking forward to using more of
these for sure looking at it now gives me a different idea for what to use them
for these will be useful certainly for some planetary defense for stuff these
were cheap these kind of seaweed style pieces
and there the dark green ones I definitely want to add more stuff to my
more detail to my underwater areas I'm getting the lighting worked out and then
these are dark brown traditional old flower stems those aren't gonna be
valuable to me have to figure out good ways to use them so that does it
everything had Lego stuffs in it after all happy about that and get some of
this packing material back together I will reuse a lot of it the rest will be
recycled and this is what I got this order cool this I can absolutely start
using immediately these I can absolutely start using immediately these I'll have
to wait on because I do need more regular bricks before I can start
putting things together and these I don't need just yet
these I might use pretty soon it would be cool if I used this stuff pretty soon
but I think my next train thing will be Freight related really my next couple
these will probably be used well I don't know I need to figure out a I got like a
uniform or a style or a lack of uniformity is just a style for my
workers my dock workers these will not be used anytime soon but I won't happy
once the time comes to use them these I'll be trying to find a use for a good
use for it I may actually end up using these very soon on my second harbor
crane that could be cool like a level buffer that's that thank you for
watching gave you some some little previews hints as to what I am presently
working on what I'm about to be working on and
remember if you do this stop don't do it again bye for now
