Youtube daily report Feb 8 2018

Attitude, preamble for Joy

Dear friends. We go on with these video series related to Joy

which collect some of the ideas we want to share and we do share with my friend Francesc Miralles in 'Alegria'

Today I am going to deal with attitude as a preamble of joy.

Attitudes can be positive or negative.

We can pick their sign. When I claim positive

I mean those attitudes that make us or the other, of course, feel well

When I claim negative attitudes I mean those that make us

and, consequently, the other feel bad.

For negative attitudes there is no chance to invite joy, for positive there is.

Attitudes can also be active or passive.

I mean, we can react to a certain stimulus, which would be passive attitudes.

But we can also be active builders of our attitude. And joy does rely in those attitudes indeed

Doctor Viktor Frankl, neurologist, psychologist, psychiatrist, Auschwitz concentration camp survivor

and other concentration camps wrote an amazing book. Probably one of the best psychological essays on the 20th Century

Man's search for Meaning ("Trotzdem Ja zum Leben sagen. Ein Psychologe erlebt das Konzentrationslager")

It's a book I highly recommend to read. In it Doctor Frankl claimed that we can be deprived of everything

But the ultimate of human freedom, what they will never be able to take from us,

Is the freedom we have to choose our best attitude to face any circumstance.

In that conscious choice. In that active choice. In that positive choice. That we can make constantly, whenever we become aware

Joy is forged. Joy cannot be forced. Joy needs to have the best conditions for it to emerge

Joy allows us to invite the other to modify his identity. Its power is extraordinary, because not only it is spread

But it also acts as a reverberation. Therefore, the fact we can create circumstances for joy

Is translated into choosing those attitudes which invite ourselves and those around us to feel better and it is not a minor fact

I believe it is something obvious we have ignored I believe humanity, in general,

and we can see it in different ambits. As in politics or in while getting organised in our daily tasks

whenever living with tension, stress and anxiety, we are not aware, the power joy has

as an emotional transmission factor. As a transmission factor of bond's quality

Whenever we are joyful and we transmit it we give a chance to friendship. We give a chance to cocreation, to creativity

We open circumstances, we create circumstances to creative thinking

Joy makes us more lucid, more vivid It makes us more creative, it makes us more familiar

It increases the quality of our bonds hence why it is so importantand I'm not referring to an invented joy

I'm not referring to a faked or forced joy. I'm referring to the sincere, natural joy

The joy that comes out of true and honest desire. To ensure we all feel better

I'll see you in the following chapters of this joy series Which we hope you enjoy

And thank you again for being here Have a happy week and see you soon

Un dirigeable sans pilote et destiné au transport de fret ? Des étudiants y travaillent ! - Duration: 2:39.

My name is Gauthier Bechet. I'm a student in my last year

of mechanical engineering at EPL (Ecole polytechnique de Louvain).

My name is Gaël Pouadjam, I'm a student here at EPL

in my last year of mechanical engineering.

The subject of my master's thesis is the experimental study of the aerodynamic performances of an airship in a wind tunnel.

Our promoters are Grégoire Winckelmans, Philippe Chatelain and Matthieu Duponcheel.

Our job consists in studying the behavior of the airship in a wind tunnel.

There actually is a project about a full-scale airship and its design.

This airship will be a 15 meter long prototype.

And we were asked to design an experiment

that would allow to validate

or at least to provide the flight characteristics of this airship.

So we designed an experiment on an airship model

50 times smaller than the one to be designed.

And we placed this airship in a wind tunnel

to measure the forces that would apply on it.

Here is the experimental facility that we designed.

There was already this frame and this aerodynamic force balance

that allows the measurement of several forces on a model.

We designed the holder that is fixed on the force balance.

This holder is a frame that allows to rotate

the airship at various angles of incidences.

So this is the airship itself

and we place it in front of the airstream.

There are several steps in this master's thesis.

The first is a design step.

Then an experimenting step where we actually performed the measurements.

And the third step is a step of validation of the data

and of comparison of the results

with the literature. We also did

visualisation. That is, we took pictures

of the flow around the airship

and to do this, we used a technology

called PIV. - So we have here

the laser arm

that will generate a laser sheet on the plane

of the airship. Next, we have the cameras

that will capture the pictures to be treated afterwards

and all this is actually the PIV,

the particule image velocimetry. - And it allows to get nice vector fields,

And to actually understand what's happening in the flow.

The finality of this master's thesis is to generate data useful for the

flight control of the prototype.

Each year also marks the coronation of a new "San Nicté Queen".

Every year, in January, the families from the island of Flores, Petén and their descendants gather to honour the Black Christ of Petén and the ancestors that inculcated this traditions.

Each family celebrates their family's name on an specific date.

Such as a religious gathering at four in the morning.

The trip around the island of the enormous "Chatona".

The "Horse" dance and many other activities that each family plans and organizes.

The state fair is not only a time of party, but also a time of veneration and gratefulness for the residents of Petén.

Specially for the citizens of the island of Flores, where the image of Christ resides and where the main celebrations occur.

Argentina vs. Ghana | Group E | 2017 JCA World Cup Germany | PES 2017 - Duration: 23:48.

Both Argentina and Ghana tied in their debut for what they should win today

if they want to be closer to qualifying for the next round.

Hello, Hello. How are you? I am JCA and this is the JCA World Cup Germany 2017.

You are watching JCATV: a virtual world for real.

Let's start!

Argentina started playing irregularly.

So much so that the first game against Spain, at times could have won but also lost.

Let's see if Lionel Messi and company today win their first three points.

Ghana comes from a goalless draw against Poland.

If today they do not obtain a victory the Africans will be forced to win to Spain in the next match.

Everything is ready to begin. I leave you in the company of Mariano Closs and Fernando Niembro.

Bad game of both teams but, above all, of Argentina, who never knew how to resolve the play when it had the ball on its feet.

Virtually did not see Messi on the pitch.

Today, more advanced, more in his usual position, he could not do much either.

Ghana played what we knew they would play:

wait for the counterattack and liquidate the game thanks to the possible defensive distractions of their opponent.

However, none of them fulfilled their objectives and now both Argentina and Ghana are complicated:

they must win the last game of groups yes or yes and they will depend on the results of Spain and Poland

to see if they can move on to the next phase.

The next match will be Poland vs. Spain, also by Group D.

That's all, friends! This is 2017 JCA World Cup Germany.

TET: "Her Rainbow Mane" By HerrpFace [ MLP fanfic readings ] (Romance) (Appledash) - Duration: 12:39.

"Her Rainbow Mane," written by Herrpface."

Applejack sat alone in the field, nervously tapping her hooves together.

Many clouds in the sky hovered past, but only one stood stationary; the home of one of her

best friends.

A friend whom she feared that what she was about to do would change everything about

them for the worst.

Almost everyone in Ponyville knew of Applejack, most of whom had strong opinions for the hardworking

farmpony.

Whether it be supplying the town with its food supply, lending a helping hoof to anypony

in need, or for all the adventures and sacrifices she's endured for so many others, many respected

Applejack as a strong, iron-willed pony always blazing through life and putting others before

herself.

She took all the praise with modesty; although she was flattered by the attention, Applejack

refused to try and build herself up as something more than any other pony.

A gulp traveled down her throat.

For the first time in a long while, Applejack wished that everything they said about her

was true.

"You mean, you're…but we've…"

Rainbow Dash's voice echoed in her head, tinged with shock.

"I…I gotta go!"

Applejack cringed again at the image of Rainbow flying away.

For a moment, she wished Rainbow wasn't a Pegasus.

Her friends almost knew everything about her.

She wasn't one to keep secrets, and would often confide anything that was troubling

or eating away at her.

She always feared living some sort of double life, one she wore in public and one she'd

lock away in her closet.

…that'd probably done the exact opposite for her.

Of all the things she'd told them, probably the one she'd tried so desperately to keep

to herself was the biggest of all.

One that always tugged at her heart as she talked with her friends.

One that she'd feared could shake the foundations of what the six of them shared, especially

her friendly rival Rainbow Dash.

The only pony that she could confide her secret to was Twilight Sparkle, her bookish companion.

"Why are you scared to tell her?"

She inquired as she got over the surprise.

"I'm scared, 'cause…what if she doesn't love mares like I do and think's I'm some

kind'a weirdo?

What'f she doesn't even wanna be friends with me anymore 'cause I'm a fillyfooler?"

"Well, Applejack, I'm not sure if Rainbow's a 'fillyfooler' or not, or even if she

would want to tie the knot if she found out you were one."

Applejack scratched the back of her neck at the memory.

"But remember one thing!"

Twilight continued.

"Even if she doesn't feel the same way, I can assure you that Rainbow Dash is a lot

kinder than many ponies think of her.

She might be rough here and there, but she also cares deeply about lots of ponies, especially

us!"

"Doesn't mean it wouldn't come as a big shock ta her…"

"Well…I'm certain that as surprised as she'd be at whatever you'd say, Rainbow

Dash truly cares for you, whether it be as friends or…maybe lovers."

Twilight trotted to Applejack's side, gently reaching around her shoulder.

"I know that you're scared, Applejack, and I can understand why.

But I think you should at least tell Rainbow Dash how you feel."

"Y…Ya sure, Twi?"

"Not just to see how Rainbow Dash would feel, but for yourself.

I can tell that whatever fear you're feeling is eating away at you, and telling Rainbow

would solve things between the two of you."

"I…I guess you're right.

I'll tell 'er."

Twilight gave a smile and pulled her into a gentle hug.

"Don't worry, Applejack.

I promise that through even the worst, Rainbow Dash will still be your friend.

I promise."

A day later, Applejack sat looking at the clouds in fear.

"Maybe we won't git together…"

She sighed to herself.

"…but please still be my friend."

She said nothing for several minutes straight, the area silent aside from the wind sweeping

through the field around her.

However, her eyes widened as a blue, somewhat colorful blob shot out of the cloud home and

began to descend towards her.

With somewhat a flourish, Rainbow landed with a gentle swoop, folding her wings in midair

before expertly landing on four hooves.

She had somewhat a proud look that Applejack couldn't help but smile at.

"Hey, AJ! 'sup?"

"Not much, Rainbow.

You?"

"Eh, same old, same old."

She shrugged as she seated herself on the log next to applejack, just as peppy and friendly

as always.

Applejack loved that about her; she silently prayed this wouldn't be the last time Rainbow

acted like that around her.

"So, you wanted to talk about something?"

"Uh…yeah, Rainbow.

I do."

"You okay?

You look kinda nervous."

"Uh…well, Rainbow…"

Applejack stammered, having no idea where to begin.

"Well, Rainbow…I know this might come as strange ta ya, but…whaddya think of me?"

"…What do I think of you?"

Rainbow parroted, not expecting Applejack to be this upfront.

"Like…how good'a friends are we?"

"Well, uh…"

She scratched at the back of her neck, not one for heartfelt discussion.

"Well, I think that even though we don't get along all the time, you're a really

nice pony, and all."

"…anythin' else?"

"Well, you're as much my friend as the others are, and you're my best friends.

Why?"

"Uh…well, Rainbow, the truth is…I've kept a secret from lots o' ponies."

"What kind of secret?"

"Before I can tell ya, I just wanna know..."

The conversation felt like a spinning top for Applejack, which any wrong word could

topple over.

"…would we still have a chance o' bein' friends?"

"Uh…"

Rainbow Dash looked completely taken off guard.

"What is it?

Did you kill somepony, or something?"

She let out a small chuckle, trying to diffuse the situation.

"…Rainbow…"

It could've been seconds, even minutes that had passed before Applejack spoke again.

She couldn't tell.

"Rainbow…I'm a fillyfooler."

"...A Fillyfooler?"

Rainbow Dash seemed surprised, but didn't express any visible disgust or hatred.

"…Really?"

"Yeah.

I'm gay."

"Woah…"

Rainbow awkwardly scratched at her mane.

"Is…Did you just find out, or something?"

"Nah, I'd…I'd know since I was a lil' filly.

Just never really got with stallions, s'all."

"Huh…"

Rainbow looked down at her hooves over the log, gently tapping them together.

"…I'd never guessed."

Applejack couldn't read Rainbow's face as she gazed at the ground, sitting stiffly.

"…so?"

"So what?"

"Whaddya think?"

"I'm surprised, I guess…"

"You don't hate me, or anythin'?"

"…Is that what you're worried about?"

Rainbow replied with a somber expression.

"Of course not!"

"So we're still friends?"

Rainbow rolled her eyes and smiled, letting out a cackle.

"Duh, we're still friends!"

Despite Rainbow's lighthearted reaction, Applejack surprised her and pulled her in

for a hug, a wide smile on her face as slivers of tears began to appear on her lashes.

"Thank ya, Rainbow…"

She insisted as Rainbow softly returned the hug.

"Thank ya'll so much…"

"Hey, no prob.

It can take a lot of guts to come out with stuff like that."

As they slowly broke the hug, Rainbow giggled at the tears streaming from Applejack's

eyes, who chuckled too as she wiped at her damp cheeks.

"So, anypony else know?"

"Only Twi 'n the other Apples…but there's more."

Applejack knew she was only halfway out of the woods.

"I…think there's somethin' else y'all should know, Rainbow."

"What else?"

Rainbow didn't seem to understand what could top that.

She'd realize how wrong she was.

"Rainbow…before I say anythin' else, I just want y'all to know that I truly love

what we have as friends, and…I hope what I say won't make things hard b'tween us…"

"Applejack, I just said things are cool between us!"

"Ah know, but… fer everythin' we've gone through, all the good times we've shared,

all the time where we talked, an' all…"

She paused, wishing she were a more eloquent speaker.

"I just…fer all the time's we've been together few a while…there was somethin'

more.

Somethin' I always thought would be real only in my dreams, but…but hope ta make

real."

…and there it was.

Something flared within Rainbow's eyes.

Something that seemed to cease any imperfection in the world, and brought an image she'd

long though a dream into solid, emotional reality.

Hope.

"A…Applejack…Are you saying?"

Rainbow stammered with a look of astonishment.

With as much confidence as she could muster, Applejack smiled and slowly nodded, more tears

streaming from her eyes.

Rainbow smiled.

"Can…"

She began with anticipation, reaching for Applejack's hooves, one in each as she looked

into her eyes.

"…can you say it?"

This was it.

Every bit of joy in the world belonged to her as everything Applejack feared died on

sight.

She paused, cherishing the moment as she looked straight into Rainbow's beautiful, warm,

hopeful eyes.

Her lips tensed, filled with anticipation at the words to come out.

"…I love ya, Rainbow."

But Applejack's smile slowly melted as Rainbow Dash's eyes began to glow a bright white,

prompting her to gasp as the two of them slowly began to float a few feet off the ground.

A faint whining sound around them became louder and louder as Applejack tried to wrench herself

out of Rainbow's grasp, but found herself trapped in her vise-like grip as a beam of

blinding white light shot from Rainbow's eyes and into hers.

She tried to let out a scream that instantly faded as her face completely relaxed, transfixed

within Rainbow's gaze.

The colors of Rainbow's mane seemed to begin to shift, but still maintained their separate

contrasts as they began to seep off her scalp, traveling down her neck and past her shoulders

whilst the two ponies remained frozen in midair with a blinding white aura around them.

The colors trickled across rainbow's legs, traveling across her hooves and not stopping

as they transcended upon Applejack's.

The instant they managed to flee Rainbow's body completely, the two ponies were flown

back as a massive explosion of energy thundered between them, sending the two back several

feet and knocking them out cold.

A cyan pony whom nopony in Ponyville had ever met before lay unconscious in a field.

She slowly stirred awake, with only fragments of what'd just transpired floating in her

mind.

"What just…"

She groaned as she weakly got onto her hooves, slowly adapting to where she was.

An orange blob laid some distance away.

As she approached to see what it was, she let out a gasp as found it to be an orange

earth pony with a familiar spectral mane.

She flew over to a nearby pond, tears forming in her eyes as she saw her jet-black mane

in the reflection.

"I…I'm free!"

She joyfully exclaimed.

"We're free!

WE'RE FINALLY FREE!"

With an elated smile, the Pegasus took off for the sky, her howls of sheer joy fading

in the distance.

The orange pony groaned as she awoke minutes later, thoughts of the Wonderbolts and Daring

Do bouncing in her head.

With a somewhat lazy look, she groggily stood up and headed back towards ponyville.

Twilight looked up from her book as the door to the library chimed open.

"Hello, Applejack!

How'd things go…with…"

Her smile faded as she noticed the orange pony's rainbow-colored mane.

"Eh."

She stated simply.

"She's act'ally kinda lame."

"The End."

8 Feb 2018 MSVideoDiary news today - government NHS crisis, PIP benefit, Anxiety Relief - Duration: 11:03.

hi I'm Andy Bailey from and the Emmys video diary walking and talking v-log on

Facebook and on YouTube and E and M s that's where you see me that's where you

find me come along and you'll be part my community now every morning I have

Google Alerts go off well I shouldn't come into my inbox and tell me about

certain things to do with multiple sclerosis depression anxiety those kind

of things so I can keep up to date with what goes on in those things these are

some of the things that have caught my eye this morning we've got the social

care system is in crisis okay with patients receiving 15-minute visits what

the hell are you gonna do with 15 minutes forget about it oh dear see what

are you gonna do with 15 minute things what are you gonna do what are you gonna

do what you're gonna do come in come in hey yeah we're gonna talk okay bye and

forget about it hmm what are you gonna do with 15 minutes

there are some people that are only getting one minute visits please please

that's unacceptable there are these are the most vulnerable people in our

society they're elderly the disabled the the mentally healthfully challenged

people the vulnerable people and they're not getting proper thing I can

understand where the NHS is coming from they've got a cut corn not cut corners

but cut costs it's the bottom line because other people are telling them

that but you can't just look at the price because look at the cost of that

my friend says his mum my Polish friend says his mom says cheap is expensive and

that's so true especially in this case if you're keeping it out on on the

assessments on the care on the system within and looks after the vulnerable

people that's gonna cost you in the future

in palliative care in depression for the people that are the carers oh there's so

many though a ripple effect go now so you take care of this you take care of a

lot of the other things happen but they can't do that because that bits

expensive to do they don't look ahead to see when it

costs in the future the bean counters talking about bean counters the DWP bean

counters they've got to review 220,000 benefit claims so people with mental

health conditions like autism depression anxiety etc etc all those people those

kind of things are gonna be reassessed and that's because dwb have just messed

it up and talking of bean counters the bean counters work out that how much

does it cost to refuse you your pip and how much does it cost to fight it in

court and then how much will it cost if they get told to do the proper job and

they worked it out and the balance is it's cheaper for them to say screw off

me oh you can't have nothing and then people like oh shit alright then because

you know they might have mental health anxiety and they don't want to cause a

fast and they're too guilty about stuff cos being stigmatized for having mental

health problems mmm or do they know that only a certain amount of people will

appeal only a certain amount of people will take you to court judges have ruled

that most of these cases that come into the court for appeal shouldn't even have

got to the appeal the police used a Crown Prosecution Service system and if

they don't have the evidence you don't get taken to court that's how it works

for criminals that's why the everybody the knives everyone me because police

have got to prove it before they any even tell you to call different with the

dwb a tox and independent Assessors because it's cheaper for them to say no

because they know that a certain percentage enough people will not appeal

for it to be more profitable to say no than it would be to just give you what

you deserve and that's just business that's how it works

unfortunately that's the that's the game so you've got to appeal especially if

you've got mental health problems all your caring for someone with mental

health problems like autism depression anxiety etc so stay on it good news

there for you yeah now some good news they could drinking four cups of coffee

might help your ms well mines the cappuccino of I said don't do encapture

anymore because the milk makes me fat milk is basically baby cow growing juice

they would grow baby cows with with milk I have soy milk now cuz I'm a hippie can

is help huh but I knew that caffeine is supposed to

be good for you either got a recipe from Jamie Oliver how to make granola dust

which I have everyday with vanilla soymilk oh it's gorgeous with some

frozen fruit in Israel uh Aimee GERD it's so good

so caffeine I put bear caffeine in my granola as caffeine is supposed to be

good for you I don't I'm not sure it can be as simple as

against just having drinks of coffee but you know puppy now I want to tell you

about anxiety or overcoming a particular period of anxiety this is really good

this system is something that I use constantly when I'm anxious in the

mornings okay look at this try this if you start to get me shaky there's a

woman she called Mel Robbins she wrote a book called five four three two one the

five-second rule she did the audiobook as well listen to it I've read it is

brilliant and she's only telling you stuff that you already know the best

thing about it is she's not inventing anything new she's using references to

Harvard and to medical studies and stuff and really is a good thing but she says

something in one of her books about anxiety she says if you ever been in the

car as a passenger drive it doesn't matter and a card just misses you like

you like internally externally whether it shows all night doesn't matter in

turning your boom and your brains out Wow I need weed I then fight or flight

or it's okay it's over calm down calm down everything's go over this guy was

it gradually together now anxiety is like

having that but it happened at the kitchen sink just you and there is a

disconnect there from what your brain can see and experience and what you're

actually feeling the chemicals that have been released in your brain the

adrenaline the cortisone whatever it is that gets released

when you reveal like that so that's what anxiety is to her and it does make sense

so if you ever get that kind of oh here's something that will help you

because I used it loads and it does work it really does it worth Gojo okay when

you're on your own and you're feeling it dumb at no one I know are you doing it

right listen look find five things right the you can see actually look at the

things okay I can see a blind I see a lighthouse thing for my VR exam I can

see my audio mixer flashing there I can see the bottle of water that I used to

drink water and I can see an off monitor I can see their things don't just pluck

things that are able to be seen but things are you see right now it's called

grounding that's part of mind for us four things that you can touch you can

reach out and touch I can reach out and touch this mouse I can reach out and

touch a keyboard I can reach out and touch this cable feel what that cables I

use mindfulness again I can reach out and touch a vicks vapor nasal never I

can imagine what it smells like talkative things three things that you

can hear right now that you can actually feel the vibrations going into your

brain I can hear the fan on the computer

I can in the fridge downstairs gonna I

can either rain outside hitting some windows and we're mindful things you can

actually hear not things that can be heard okay two things that you can smell

I can smell the soap on my hands the vanilla soap or lush I really like that

so I like it a lot well I can smell it is warm from the

radiator it's got that smell you know yeah I know one thing that you can taste

now this is something you could lick us puros but i prefer something that can

already taste cuz there's always a memory of something that i tasted before

oh it's the steamed veggies I had for lunch I've tasted even the cheese right

and that is the kind of thing the mindfulness thing and that's how you can

reconnect and once you've done that you realize you're not anxious anymore just

take five things five four three two one just take a moment do it well worth it

may I like it now good news if you have a zit acne is increase risk of

depression isn't that good news they would look I'm gonna spot oh good

no the what they're saying is within the first five years about my acne you're

more likely to get depressed I remember I got well sad and depressed one of

those gonads is it actually I wasn't I was almost quite proud of that aspect we

gonna draw a big circle ads are going sit with a big arrow but when you get

older is different and so now they're advising doctors in the first five years

keep an eye out for depression and depressive signs and people and GPS are

trained to notify and notice these things so those are the things that

picked out in the news today I am loony o of the geek fun I am Andy Bailey on M

s video diary and Andy an MS on YouTube and loony fun on some other streaming

places by Mandy this has been the MS news today this morning welcome see you

spice is an excellent gift set of spices we have purchased turned

attention to a very interesting thing which we do not have in the store

it's garlic chopped small pieces and fry in this bag 500

I think the gram will last a long time approximate cost for our money

150 rubles

next is coriander We took the coriander ground and in grains

us some kind of eternal problem a small bag is very expensive and

not always a pleasant taste is not clear what there add

quality is very weak, the most pleasant is that the spices are all natural very

a pleasant fragrance spreads from them immediately understand that this is natural

product The cost of such a large package for our

money about 70 rubles is very profitable because we have a small sachet 5

gram there will put it and it costs about 40 rubles

the next is the root of the galangal root ggalangala is used in cooking

It is also used for tinctures and for treatment of traditional medicine chili peppers

We received a lot of his home from him from different countries of different types from

Myanmar from Thailand of different varieties is thin pods are small

small round and generally different Some I sometimes put in pots in

quality of ornamental plants beautifully bloom and grow and the last is

Szechuan pepper which is sold in form of open boxes of red color and

black seeds It is used in cooking here these

covers it with a special taste and aroma with citrus notes and

cold flavor from cambodia we they brought black peppercorns

NRI Q&A, Filing Income Tax - Duration: 5:38.

In this video, we answer a question by Bindass Sweta Singh on filing income tax by NRIs

Bindass Sweta Singh asks how does an NRI with no income file for income tax

For NRIs, it is not mandatory to file for income tax

NRIs not having income exceeding Rs 2.5 lakh in India don't need to mandatorily file for income tax

If you are holding rupee denominated accounts in India, maybe NRE or NRO account

In case of Non Resident Ordinary (NRO), any income you have like interest income, there is a flat rate of TDS at 30%

There could dividend income or investment income, basically other income that you need to identify

If you file for income tax, claiming your income tax refund becomes that much easier

If you have a PAN number in India, I would recommend that you file your income tax

I would stay still if I were you.

Hearken to me!

Hire Writers for your Niche Site Today - 3 Easy Ways - Duration: 6:39.

I'm gonna go over three ways that you can find writers to write for your niche

site it's one of the most common questions I get people don't have time

to write maybe they don't think they write well and maybe they just don't

like writing that actually is kind of describes me I didn't like writing for a

very long time and I've gotten better at it so I don't mind it as much but here

are three ways that you can find writers by the way my name is Doug Cunnington

I'm from niche site project if you're interested in getting a checklist and a

little bit more information about each one of these items go to niche site

project comm slash 3 enter your email address and I'll send it directly to you

the first place that a lot of people don't even think about is Craigslist so

Craigslist obviously is a huge sort of classified ads online I'm sure you've

heard of Craigslist and basically there are dozens and dozens and hundreds of

different localities that you can target and the great part with writing and

working online is you don't have to be in the same town so you actually have

like a huge pool of writers that you could contact and there are job boards

so it's just a matter of getting ads out there and testing them and then you can

see what works and what doesn't work now I do have some sample job postings that

I use for another source but you could probably use them as a starting point

now I will get to that other source in a second it's called up work and up work

is an online marketplace for contractors and freelancers to work with clients and

basically you can get just about any type of remote work done and I'm sure

you could probably hire local people as well if you were you know looking at

having someone work directly with you the cool part with up work is you do

have a lot of protection as a client or as a freelancer working there so if

something doesn't work out for some reason if someone misrepresents

themselves maybe they're not qualified to do certain work and they misrepresent

themselves you do have protection working with up work it is a little bit

more expensive to use up work because there is overhead and cost associated

with that protection and for me it's totally worth it I hire all of my riders

from up work and it works out great for me that is what I recommend for most

people since it is sort of a protected environment right it's a place where you

can hire people you know that you can rely on the ecosystem of up work to help

everything run smoothly in quick note because I get asked all the time I pay

about fifteen to sixteen dollars roughly for a thousand words of content on up

work I know a lot of people will debate with me

they'll tell me you're paying way too much I only pay ten dollars for that and

then other people tell me that I am underpaying and they pay twenty five to

thirty dollars so it works for me so that fifteen dollars plus or minus

one or two dollars that is kind of the sweet spot I'm not sure why it works out

well for me but it does so your mileage may vary but that is a good starting

point the third place that you could hire writers for your niche site is the

service so there are several basically done for you type services where you

create a profile you log on and you provide the marketplace with a you know

the keyword and then in a day or two you'll get your article back you can

select the the quality of the writing the experience of the writers and that

does impact the cost now I don't like these services some of them for example

are I writer and text broker so I've used text broker before quite a lot in

the past and I found the quality to be pretty poor I believe if you pay for the

higher-end writers the more expensive options it could be pretty good but I

found it to be way more expensive than a comparable writer on up work so I

stopped working with text broker now we'll give a bonus sort of it's related

it's another service but there are niche site related content services now I'm an

affiliate or a couple of them one of them is human

proof designs they have a ton of services they do have content they

handle everything for you more or less you give them keywords and

then they'll grab images they'll upload it to up work the format of how you want

all that's kind of stuff another service is by brand builders and they actually I

think that area is called content refined but again they do a fantastic

job and it is a hundred percent done for you situation so those are some services

that are specific for niche site content and those tend to be higher quality in

my opinion and they understand the needs of like niche site owners like us where

text broker an eye writer it's just sort of a factory of writing and they have a

bunch of writers that you know they're probably under paying a little bit and

they're burying the cost and the overall service fee that's my belief why the

quality is a lot lower on text broker and I writer unless you're paying like a

huge amount for each word so those are the three ways that you can get content

and I'll just quickly recap so you go to Craigslist maybe you can get great

bargains because you're dealing directly with individuals up work that's what I

use and it's a little more expensive but you do have a good amount of protection

through up work and for me it's just an easy interface I've been using up work

for years and then the third option is services so you can go to a bigger

company like text broker eye writer where you may have to pay a lot to get

good quality or you can go to a smaller service like content refined or human

proof designs and get custom niche site content where they really do understand

the needs of a niche site owner and the kind of content that you want again I'm

Doug Pennington from the itch site project and if you want a checklist a

list of these items plus a little bit more detail go to a niche site project

calm slash three enter your email address and I'll send it to you thanks

you

Abajo in DOS comment areas bueno without further ado let's get into

the video so the first song is one of my all-time favorites this has been in my

playlist for many years now it's isla by felon and Colleen Taylor it's just such

a positive feel-good song I would say that this week the songs are very

positive feel-good happy songs they make you want to smile and dance no like deep

dark progressive house so let's playa

so domicile I hope you guys liked that song guys one of my favorites it makes

me feel so happy positive and those are always great emotions to feel right

before you know heading into a workout but the next song is called I'm dead I

just heard this song this week and I really liked it this kind of goes with

the vibe of this week's trills tunes which is just really positive and upbeat

music so let's go next song is called hit me up by James Francis that's was

something I found maybe two weeks ago and I really liked it and it kind of

goes again with the theme of the happy vibes today a little bit more chill than

previous episodes so if that's your if that's your jam then listen up okay

let's go to dg2 prophecy looking with the niggas in the colony

okay wet stuff out there so I hope you guys like that because like this episode

is a little bit different you know but I think that's good we don't want the same

music every single week like people like different music you know we got to give

the people what they want so the next song this you know you guys actually got

tell you this was the first song that ever went on my gym playlist which means

a lot it means that this is a song I've you know heard the most and you think

I'd hate it at this point after you know three years of listening to it every

single gym session well I haven't listened to it for a few for like a few

you know years cuz it was getting a little bit much but this was and still

is one of my all-time favorite hype gym songs I mean if you like kind of how see

poppy songs you gotta listen to this one Bandolero Love Bug remix it's an oldie

probably know this pretty big song although I have to say I heard this song

before it was you know really popular - Ted - insert that in there you don't

know me by Jax Jones I mean potentially one of the greatest

songs ever made last year but it'd be rude if I didn't have it on this

playlist so Cuba song let's go yeah tom is funny little am I seeing up with

my girls Am I time step back future chuckling my fire

say can't get to the good thing Swami dressed up in the finest things

well please no Justin don't see a damn thing

cramping you here for longer no I'm just passing do you wanna drink not thanks

for asking I hope you liked it in the last song we're here already is

controlled by Malik Barry you might or might not know this song but if you

don't well then you're gonna find it out right now um this is a little bit more

chilled more African vibes I'm not sure where Malik Barry is from I'd like to

look more into that he's got great music so without further ado twenty minutes

then it's like it gets longer every episode all right let's go

it's a white male up to this time let me say always

you know what you guys I might just add another song on to this because that

song inspired me so much to play one of my old school favorite which is Tamiya

sorry I'm just typing it in to Maya plantain boy let's see yes it's on

Spotify we're actually gonna have seven songs in this episode because this is

such a positive full good song and I just feel like it goes through the vibe

of this week's you know trills Tunes theme so let's play it this is such a

legendary song I used to listen to this song and you know maybe like go be on my

way to go to university you're like wherever and I would like be smiling

nothing could get me down you know it could be raining outside and I'd be

there with a biggest smile on my face because I was listening to this in my

headphones

I want to live my life the way I can

never the cartridge

so that is it for this video if you liked it go ahead and give it a big

thumbs up I really appreciate it and leave a comment down in the comment

International Day of Action for Trans Depathologization 2017 - Duration: 2:35.

It's a good opportunity to speak with the European Parliament as one of the front-runners,

one of the leaders in Europe for the human rights, particularly for the human rights

of trans people, on how trans pathologisation is actually affecting our communities.

A very significant driving force of discrimination is actually the pathologisation of transgender

identities, because trans people are seen entirely in the realm of psychiatry currently.

Which really affects our access to legal protection from discrimination, social services, to all

the other services that could counter the social stigma, and should based on the law.

You have to do this so-called "real-life-experience" which can be really just harassment.

Psychiatrists themselves gave the example that it is like if someone comes to you and

needs glasses then you tell them "yes you can get a frame now and come back in a year

then you can get the proper glasses you need."

I have this example of a family they were telling me last week, the mum that their child,

a trans girl, 7 years old, and she, and this is like the best, the ideal example of everything

going great for this person; She's 7 years old, she's supported by her family, the school,

everyone around her.

She's having a great childhood, and the difficult part comes when she has to go to the psychologist

and she doesn't know why she is asking "why do I have to go to this place?

I don't get it, there is nothing wrong with me, why should I go."

And the psychologist asks her about; "what roles do women play in society?", "how do

you feel about your genitals?", "how do you feel about your body?", "why do you like pink?",

or "why do you like girl things?".

And so the girl was really, really ashamed, she didn't know what to answer, she didn't

really understand anything.

The mum was telling me how they felt this as an aggression, because it was invading

the child's intimacy and their family's intimacy, and how there are things that cannot be explained,

and you just have to be believed like everybody else.

How unfair and frustrating it is to have to prove something that nobody else has to prove.

When we talk about depathologisation we're talking about turning this into this.

About giving trans people the same access, to basic services, as the general population.

Forerunner 645 | 645 Music: How to Use Garmin Pay - Duration: 3:05.

Forerunner 645 features the Garmin Pay contactless payment solution,

so you can leave your cash, cards and phone behind.

Setting up and using Garmin Pay is easy. Let's get started.

All setup is done through the Garmin Connect mobile app,

so you will need to download the app on your smartphone

if you have not done so already.

Now, open the app and go to Garmin Devices, and choose Forerunner 645.

Select "Garmin Pay"

To find out if Garmin Pay is available in your country and for your card type and issuing bank,

just tap the link at the bottom of the screen.

When you're ready, tap "Create Your Wallet".

Next, you'll create a four-digit passcode to keep the digital wallet on your watch secure.

Once you've created your wallet,

the first thing you'll want to do is add at least one card that you'll use to make payments.

First, select the card type.

On the next screen, you can manually enter your card data

or scan the card using your phone's camera.

After you accept your issuing bank's terms and conditions,

you may be required to verify your identity.

This could be a one-time passcode sent via email,

a text message from your issuing bank or another method.

You'll only need to do this once.

Once the verification process is complete, the card will be added to your wallet.

You can view the cards in your wallet by tapping "Garmin Pay"

and then "Manage Your Wallet".

After tapping on an individual card,

you can see options to temporarily suspend the card or delete it from your wallet.

Now, let's look at the wallet on your watch.

To make a payment, you can quickly access the virtual wallet on your device

by pressing and holding the light key to bring up the controls menu.

Scroll around to the wallet icon and select.

When you initiate a purchase,

you will be prompted to enter the passcode you created during the setup process

if it has been more than 24 hours since you last entered it for a purchase,

or if you have taken the watch off your wrist since then.

Once the wallet is open, your last used card will automatically appear.

To switch to a different card, just scroll down to the next one.

You'll be prompted to hold your device near the card reader.

It'll take just a few moments for the card reader to indicate that the payment is complete,

and then Forerunner 645 returns to the watch face.

That's all there is to it!

Keep in mind, when accessing the wallet, three incorrect passcode attempts

will result in the watch's wallet being locked.

You'll have to return to the Garmin Connect mobile app to set up a new passcode.

To do this, tap Garmin Pay.

And then "Reset Passcode".

You'll first be prompted to enter the original passcode in order to set a new one.

After three incorrect attempts to enter the original passcode

or if you do not remember the original passcode,

the current virtual wallet will be deleted in order to protect your payment information.

If this occurs, you will need to repeat the steps to create your wallet,

assign a new passcode and add your cards.

Thanks for watching.

What the Alt Right really is - Duration: 8:46.

When conceptualizing the Alt-Right, you'd probably think of them as standing in total

opposition to the radical left, their ideological foils. With figures like Jared Taylor, Richard

Spencer, and occasional fellow-traveler Milo Yiannopoulos, their ideas are seemingly directly

opposed. But there is one thread that binds them at the hip: a deep and unabiding devotion

to group identity. They enjoy a sort of symbiotic relationship — one not only feeding,

but thriving off the other, parasitizing the body politic of the United States.

While those who belong to these twin movements operate under the belief that they're mortal

foes, they leave unnoticed that they're fundamentally animated by one thing: a shared

resentment, and outsourced blame to better-performing groups. Black Lives Matter lays all inequity

in their own lives at the feet of a so-called white establishment, feminists at the so-called

patriarchy, and the Alt-Right — almost entirely at a so-called Jewish establishment

hellbent on the erasure of their identity. The Alt-Right has grievances with other ethnic

groups to be sure, but they view them as merely the useful idiots for the larger machinations

of the conniving Jewish class, maneuvering to smite the white man for some indeterminately

Jewish reason. But that sort of philosophizing is reserved for the movement's thought leaders.

The rest of them are merely angsty young men, longing to belong to a group that can imbue

them with the meaning they've been unable to find in a society that is solely focused

on reminding them of just how privileged they are.

Typically these dichotomies are depicted as "two sides of the same coin", but a more

accurate visual cue would be that of different rungs on the same ladder. Not only do they

thrive off of one another's existence — each confirming the other's warped worldview

of oppressive power games — but they couldn't exist independently. This relationship

is both symbiotic and parasitic in a country predicated on the elevation of the individual.

The Alt-Right isn't easy to get a grasp on, mostly because it isn't a movement with

a clearly defined mission or credo. It straddles a murky territory that is bounded in reaction

to the antics of the radical left. It's popularizers are the well-spoken and presentable

likes of Jared Taylor, and it's most prominent spokesman is Richard Spencer. The Alt-Right

differentiates itself by not conforming to the long-established portrait of what a white

nationalist looks like.

These characters have gained a lot of traction online simply because some of the most prominent

thinkers today don't think it's worthwhile to challenge their ideas with any seriousness.

This fails to take into account that ignoring them only allows them to fester and grow.

As the radical left rapidly exposes itself to be the defunct ideology it is, alternative

collectivist strains of thoughts emerge in reaction, with their own toxically dogmatic

prescriptions. They aren't a joke, and it's a perennial feature of history for groups

to cast blame on those who flourish in their civilization.

There is always the amusing-but-shallow tendency to look at tiki-torch-touting-polo boys and

think they've set down the path of ideology merely because they can't get laid. And

to think that is the sole explanation is shallow — but the rapidly deteriorating social bonds between

the sexes is surely a prime breeding ground for this sort of resentment and vindictive

rage. There is a reason meme-magic has been an exceptionally potent marketing tool to

reel in predominantly twenty-something, nihilistic men. Many of those who engage in their antics

are oblivious to its racial and tyrannical elements, thinking it's just about frog

memes and trolling the left. This perception is made all the more effective by the use

of "weaponized autism" which reached the height of its success by convincing the most

paranoid elements of leftist society that the "ok" hand gesture really means "white

power."

For these young men, the realization that the vast majority of women are jockeying for

a very small proportion of men — the top 20% — no doubt drives many to turn

toward the in-group to secure their place in the dominance hierarchy. An inability to

find pride in your own accomplishments, ability, or looks will almost certainly make filling

that hole with the "collective achievements" of your gender or race an infinitely better

alternative than taking stock of yourself and repairing what you see and don't like.

They think their memberships within the collective will compensate for their individual insufficiency.

Obviously, this experience isn't limited to the Alt-Right. By now, nobody is oblivious

to the feminist, sneaker-fucker men in our midst, championing gender-equality in the

hope of their flagrant virtue drawing unshaven feminists into their orbit — not a successful

strategy, but it at least puts them in the same crowd. Of course, this is not the only

appeal of collectivism, but the biological drive for reproduction especially among young,

sexually deprived men is not something to be written off.

All that being said, the most vocal thread across the Alt Right is their inability to

comment on any YouTube video without sputtering that the problem the video addresses must

actually be the rotten fruit of (((them))) — the Jews. Any unwillingness to talk about (((them)))

is mocked as "cuckery" — the assumption that you're really on board with their paranoiac

fanaticism, but you don't have the gaul to be as courageous as those with Knights

templar avatars typing away at 200 WPM. In their view, the truth couldn't be any more

obvious, and there is no good-faith reason you'd disagree.

They think they've connected all kinds of dots — that Hollywood is principally

Jewish, that Jews occupy a vastly disproportionate share of powerful positions ranging from media,

government, and especially, finance. The picture of Shakespeare's Venetian Merchant is taking

up shop in their minds, and business is booming. What is that business? Erasing white people

from the ledger of human history.

These ideas gain so much traction for a variety of reasons. Like every ideology, there is

always a whiff of truth to mask the scent of fecal matter that stains the underlying

foundation. Nobody paying attention to the antics of many on the radical left today can

deny that there's an undercurrent of anti-whiteness. They actively deplore the foundation of the

United States, and the entire West to boot, on the basis that it is built on the subjugation

of one minority after another. A disportionate share of radical leftists happen to be ethnically

Jewish. Ergo, the Alt-Right reasons that the Jews are conspiring to displace whites.

This line of reasoning and resentment is held by people who follow what may seem to be vastly

different ideologies and backgrounds. But in-group preference is a human universal,

and the Alt-Right panders to that expertly. One not so obvious parallel would be the widespread

hatred of "gentrification", by which wealthy white people move into a desirable piece of

real-estate and open up pricey living quarters and establishments and only employ those like

them. This, obviously, lowers crime and increases the general standard of living, but those

who can no longer afford to live in the now-lavish community are pushed out, leaving them to

blame those who move in there and clean the place up for their misfortune.

Nobody likes to see those from outside their community do better within it. When that happens,

there is a substantial number of people who are going to assume they've only done so

because of some sort of underhanded ploy by the group in question. So even while we know

that Jews have an IQ two standard deviations above the norm, the Alt-Right believes that

the only way they could have accomplished the many feats they have is by exploitation

and manipulation.

This is a consequence of a broad tendency for people to look at any disproportionality

and assume that it was only obtained by cheating. It's judged "unfair", in one way or

another. And it is the exact same crutch that the radical leftists the alt-right claims

to stand in stark contrast to lean on. Take the wage-gap, which has long been shown to

be the result of different lifestyle choices men and women make, and not the discriminatory

malevolence of white men. Or the idea that those in black communities are being unfairly

targeted by police, and that it has nothing to do with the fact that 13% of the population

is perpetrating 50% of the crime.

And that's the rich irony of this supposed battle of ideas: they're the same ones,

packaged differently. Both of these groups care little for conserving the enlightenment

values of subordinating the state — or the collective — to that of the individual.

The Alt-Right simply trades the social and moral relativism of the radical left for authoritarianism,

but it embraces its anti-capitalism, state-centered, identity-driven politics. The Alt-Right reasons

that the tyranny of certainty is better than chaotic moral relativism of the radical left.

Better the certainty of Alt Right tyranny than the chaos of Leftist moral relativism.

The murderousness of the 20th century should have demonstrated finally what happens when

you reduce the members of a group to mere cogs in the collective machine. In the crowd's

frenzied pursuit of a supposedly good end, the individuals comprising the whole inevitably

get trampled by the means.
