In today's video, you will see 10 rather uncommon tricks on De_Cobblestone.

This video is sponsored by CSGOFast.com.

Use my code "K3JFY" to get special bonus money on site.

Hey guys, NadeKing here.

As you have requested uncommon tricks on other maps as well..

In today's video, I show you 10 tricks on Cobblestone.

If you are not familiar with the series, then I have plenty of uncommon Mirage tricks videos

and Cache uncommon tricks video out there, make sure to go check them out.

Also, for this video I am giving away AWP Asimov, just make sure you have subscribed

with notifications on, like the video and comment your trade link under the video.

I will pick a random winner within 3 days.

Let's start off with a cool two-man boost in the drop zone.

I guess you have been here, but never seen this one.

So, you need one friendly teammate and you can get to this awesome position.

You will achieve nice high different angle towards the drop.

Or you could even use it as a CT, counter-boost two people up here and try this boost.

It may work out.

And this is how it looks like from bottom drop.

Go experiment and have fun!

Alright, A bombsite.

Climb on this edge and enjoy great off-angle towards A long.

If you are coming from long you are not used to aim right here, so if you use this spot,

you should have a slight advantage, just make sure ramp is covered and you don't overuse

this op spot.

A long.

As default Cobblestone defense is rather B heavy and there are usually one or two guys

defending A, this trick isn't very practical.

But, if you still want to surprise your enemy you can build a three-man tower here like this.

This should give you at least one easy kill from long.

Guys, who are under you should cover the close angle, so you could safely enjoy the rooftop view.

Supergeneral.

Next up B bombsite and some angles I have rarely seen in use.

Two man tower here, really great for the afterplant scenario to guard door or drop.

From B plat you can watch door/connector as well while using this nasty angle.

And you can get a nice angle towards drop as well, just like this.

Feel free to choose your favorite and go give it a try.

A bombsite.

Jump info position I have rarely seen in use.

You can see people coming from A long and A ramp, so you got everything covered.

Maybe useful if you are holding A site alone.. when you spot someone you could fall back

and wait for the teammates to help you out.

Connector.

Two spots I want to show you here.

Firstly, credits to ISAWU, who sent me this crazy pixel edge position right here.

I love this spot and haven't seen this one in play yet.

And secondly, this two-man tower.

It's a great off-angle and this wall provides you nice cover.

Both of these positions are great for saving, especially if you are going for exit frags.

By the way, if you have some crazy ideas yourself you think are video worthy, then e-mail me

pictures and explanations nadekingofficial@gmail.com.

Balcony.

Make a two-man-tower here and enjoy the wonderful view towards A long.

I really don't know what should I add here.

Easy.

Middle.

Here you can remind yourself old good childhood memories when u used to climb the trees.

You need one teammate and you can get up here.

Experiment yourself and climb around here.

It may be a great position to hold early aggression from, so think about it if you are playing

a slow round.

A ramp or CT ramp, whatever you want to call it.

This boost here should be kind of common.

But if you got 3 people here, you can make a counter boost and see towards A bombsite.

It's nice to have these kind of exclusive tricks in your tricks collection.

And the last trick of this video.

CT spawn.

Jump on the van and have a teammate with you.

Here you can make a two-man tower and see the ramp and the famous A long.

I especially like the angle towards the ramp, when you make your two-man tower on the right

side of the van, you can achieve this insane off-angle.

This is enemy POV, just impossible to spot you.

So, don't forget to participate in the giveaway and thanks for watching!

Now it's the right time to rewatch other interesting videos.

Eagles' Torrey Smith: 'I Don't Think Trump Is a Good Person' - Duration: 3:20.

Eagles' Torrey Smith: 'I Don't Think Trump Is a Good Person'

Super Bowl-winning Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Torrey Smith attacked President Donald Trump, Tuesday, saying that he does not think the president is a "good person.

Smith appeared on CNN's Tonight with Don Lemon on February 6 to talk about why he intended to refuse an invitation to visit the White House to celebrate his team's Super Bowl victory.

Smith exclaimed that he wouldn't feel disposed to visit with Donald Trump because of Trump's past comment about women, CNN reported. "For me, it's not just about politics," Smith told Lemon.

"You know, if I told you that I was invited to a party by an individual that I believe is sexist or has no respect for women, or I told that you this individual has said offensive things towards many minority groups and I don't feel comfortable by it, this individual also called my peers and my friends SOBs, you would understand why I wouldn't want to go to that party.

"So, why is it any different when this person has the title of president of the United States? I mean, it's really that simple. I don't think it's something that I personally feel inclined to be involved with," Smith added.

Trump Wants To Shut Down The Government Again If He Doesn't Get His Way - Duration: 3:59.

On Tuesday of this week, the House of Representatives passed a short term spending bill that would

prevent a government shutdown in the near future.

That spending bill now has to go to the Senate, and then it has to be reconciled between the

two houses.

Whether or not there is enough time left to avoid a government shutdown remains to be

seen.

I know, obviously, Republicans and Democrats alike do not want a government shutdown.

But there is one person in DC who is all for shutting down the federal government, and

that person happens to be Donald Trump.

Trump said Tuesday, several times actually, that he would be in favor of a government

shutdown, he wants to shut the damn thing down, if he doesn't get the funding that he

wants for his border wall.

So Donald Trump is using the old tactic of if you're not going to play by my rules, I'm

going to take my ball and go home.

Expect he's doing it with the entire federal government.

There is no way that if the government shuts down this time, that they're even going to

be able to remotely pin it on Democrats.

Now, they'll try, they always try, but it's not going to stick.

This last government shutdown that happened, the majority of people in this country viewed

it as a failure, or pin the blame I should say, either on the Republican party, or on

Donald Trump.

Fewer percentage of people blamed it actually on Democrats, so the Democrats came out of

that one pretty clean.

This one should be 100% on Donald Trump.

We may not be happy with the overall outcome of the Republicans and Democrats working together

here, probably not going to protect that 800 or 700,000 dreamers out there, who are worried

about being deported.

Probably not going to address what we needed it to with DACA.

But, it's going to be something, and it's going to keep the government running.

Maybe we can fix it later if we have enough politicians with a backbone to stand up for

these people who deserve to stay in this country.

But Donald Trump doesn't want them here.

He doesn't want anyone here.

He doesn't want anyone coming over here.

And that's why he wants to shut the government down, because he knows that he is not going

to get the funding necessary for his border wall, which ... Let's go back a little bit,

let's go back to the 2016 presidential campaign.

Donald Trump told us that Mexico was going to pay for the wall.

A year later, in 2017, Donald Trump told us that Mexico was going to pay for the wall.

So far this year, in 2018, Donald Trump has also reiterated that Mexico is going to pay

for the wall.

Now, behind closed doors he's admitted that yeah, taxpayers are probably going to have

to pay for it, but Mexico's totally going to pay us back, even though they tell us that

they're not, because they don't want it, and it's going to be on our soil, so why in the

world would they even pay for it?

But nonetheless, we're now risking the government shutting down again, because Donald Trump

continuously lies about who's going to pay for this damn wall.

That's what's really happening.

And Donald Trump is more than willing to shut the whole thing down, because Democrats don't

want to give him a dime to put up this useless, disgusting border wall, that for some reason

his alt-right base thinks is going to stop immigration into the United States.

It will do absolutely nothing.

It'll waste billions upon billions of dollars, destroy vital parts of the environment, all

for what?

Pandering to a couple of racists that you have in your base?

Republicans, like Donald Trump seem to think that that's worth it.

Luckily the Democrats are smart enough to understand that it really, really isn't.

much so those are pretty harsh side effects so I decided hey I'm gonna do my

own research so I came across meditation just researching online and came across

meditation there were no harsh side effects there was a lot of science that

really proved that there was something powerful about meditation so what I did

is one day I just decided I was going to sit down I was going to learn meditation

so I remember I sat down I was starting to you know observe my breath and I was

intending to meditate and I didn't have the most amazing results after the first

day but what happened is the second or third day I learned a certain type of

meditation and the meditation I learned was about how to stare at a candle flame

and how by staring at a candle flame that made it so my eyes were focused on

one point and when my eyes are focused on one point my mind wasn't wandering as

much it was almost like if my eyes would keep looking around there's always new

stimulation therefore it's triggering the brain to

keep on thinking and it keeps on shifting the focus so I decided to do

that and this was the game changer right here instead of trying to control my

thoughts I allowed my thoughts to be there and I observed them so it's almost

like I use this analogy a lot it's almost like you're sitting at a park

at a park and you're watching people walk by you're watching dogs you're

watching everyone that's around and you're not judging you're just observing

them you're not trying to change them you're not feeling resistance if

somebody walks over here or somebody you're just observing them you're not

trying to control the path observing that's where the power was and that's

what I did and after I did that that was maybe the second or third day that I

began meditating that's when I started to get amazing results and something

very funny happened my whole life changed because this is what happened I

started to feel good a majority of the time I went from probably out of a scale

of 0 to 10 or 1 to 10 I went from feeling my base point like my

vibrational set point was at about a 4 or 5 I went from a 4 or 5 but feeling

like a 7 or an 8 I started feeling really good as I observed my thoughts

it's almost like I let go of all the resistance the negativity that was with

my old self image with my own repetitive thoughts and from that point going

forward I felt good a majority the time and this is the thing I thought that

after the course of the next like month or two it was going to go away I thought

oh man this is too good to be true I feel so good all the time I didn't need

to drink anymore I didn't need to do anything that would change my mood all I

wanted to do was to be I was more present to the moment I would meditate

twice a day just 10 15 minutes in the morning ten fifteen minutes a night

sound like I was always in meditation but slowly but surely that became my

natural setpoint so it's not that it ever went away but what happened is

that's in the background and that just became natural that became normal for me

now first off let me say this is not enlightenment what I am saying though is

I raised my level of consciousness I went from somebody that was always

reacting from somebody that was always identified with my ego with my

self-image to able to observe that and this is the power also when you learn

how to observe your own thoughts you become aware of the thoughts that are

not serving you you become aware of the self-image that's not serving you you

become aware of beliefs that were just on autopilot that don't have to be

something you feed into anymore I believe that I had ADHD I believed that

the only way to cure that was to take adderall then I learned meditation and I

was really aware that that was just something I bought into

I bought into the whole system that you have to go to a doctor doctor tells you

what you need you then take that and then that will make you better but

they'll be side effects of it that was the belief system I became aware of that

belief system I became aware of the nee money blocks that I had I became aware

of my self-image and how I viewed myself I became aware of my might the way I had

I was such I'm still a loud person I've always been a loud person but this is

what the difference was before I learned meditation I would like I had a sales

commission job I worked at Nordstrom's and I would walk around I was known as

the guy that was just like really loud obnoxious I would go around I'd say

crazy things to customers because I like to see reactions from people I was just

really out there I would kind of push myself and play games with other

co-workers to see who could do like the craziest thing that was a part of who I

was if you were to ask somebody that I worked with at the time what happened

because I went into work the next day and really for the next couple months

and then there was something totally different about me

they're like well what has happened there's something way different they

thought they could not figure it out and a lot of friends and family couldn't

figure it out either but all it really was was meditation but also I raised my

vibrational set point from that and I didn't need to do all the same things as

before I was still a loud person I've always had a loud or a lot of energy but

now it's more grounded now there's more of an intention behind it there's total

difference when it comes to the feeling so that is what I believe came from

transcended my own level of consciousness through certain

visualizations through certain ways of observing my thoughts and really

becoming aware that's what this whole channel is about it's about expanding

awareness becoming aware of who you really are and letting go of what

doesn't serve and that's the other part of it as well so that's my story when it

comes to raising my vibrational set point I recently also went to Costa Rica

and when I was there is a place called rythme a-- there's an awesome place

while I was there it really trained changed my life in the sense that I

became aware of my own vibrational set point of now being at like an eight or a

nine I became aware that there's actually an 11 a 13 12 or 13 like there

is more than just the 1 to 10 scale of how I feel and I became aware of that

while I was there through meditation through transformational breathwork and

I became aware of this different level of consciousness that's the next level

and what I'm going to be doing over the next like year a couple years with this

YouTube channel is I want to help people transcend their own level of

consciousness I want to help people be able to create what they want in their

lives from a higher paradigm from not having to do it from an ego desire but

doing it from a higher level paradigm and that's why I think that what I'm

gonna do is make a program that will help people transcend their level of

consciousness and to transcend their vibrational set point let me know in the

description box below if you think that is something that you guys would be

interested in a program that helps you raise your vibrational set point so

maybe if you're normally feel like you're at a 6 or 7 I can help you feel

like you're to add an 8 or 9 having the perspectives transcending the level of

consciousness using that scale that I always show you guys from power versus

force the trans tell the scale of emotions and how to transcend a higher

level so that we live from a place of love joy and peace rather than any anger

guilt shame or any other negative emotion that we don't prefer so I

believe that we all have a vibrational set point that when we learn how to let

go of the perspectives that no longer serve we then raise that and we can then

be who we prefer to be and we can live from that higher paradigm so without

further ado the meditation that you're about to listen to in a minute is going

to help you to transcend your level of consciousness it's going to help you to

be able to really just understand that there's a higher level than what you're

currently perceiving from and that when you learn to let go of the perspectives

that you have that maybe holding you down you then transcend that and that

can become your base point so I recommend that you listen to the

meditation you're about to hear for the next 21 days you can download the full

meditation in the description box below and I'll give you guys a sample of that

right now so that you guys can get a feeling for it but I recommend that you

guys listen to it with headphones because there's binary old beats that

are inside of it it'll help you guide you along show you the perspectives you

have show you how to transcend how to let go of certain perspectives and it

uses visualization and NLP to help raise your own vibrational set point and

that's why I think it's something that can just be so powerful so without

further ado we're going to go into the sample right now as I said absolutely

100% free you can download it in the description box below listen to it for

20 and I think that you'll find erratically

changes your life so without further ado here's the meditation coming up right

now peace much love and namaste your natural setpoint is the result of

the attachments

these are attachments to your thoughts

attachment 2 labels attachments to perspectives

we are now going to let all of these go one wine

begin I am serving your thoughts

observing how you feel

get observe this moment

imagine a wave of energy flowing through your body like the waves of an ocean as

you imagine this wave it carries your thoughts your emotions with it and you

can let

to do this first feel in your heart space living from the heart is the key

to raising your vibration

if there is any energy you are carrying around in your heart that no longer

serves you become aware of what that is

is there any blade

is there any guilt

is there any

be aware of that sensation and allow it to be there

now said an attention

raising your vibration is the resort

perspectives of letting go of blaming other people and up finally forgiving

yourself and forgiving other people

realize that people always make choices based on their own level of

rationalization this means that they're always making choices from their own

perspectives and that as we come to accept that they made that choice then

we can really let it go we can forgive them and we can also forgive ourselves

as you forgive and let go of these perspectives you are raising your

vibrational set point

longer have to carry this energy around with

notice how much freer your energy feels

notice how much lighter you feel knowing that you can allow yourself to

feel the way

Doublelift won't hug Olleh, and how Brazilian fans saved him from retirement - Duration: 8:07.

How did you know?

I do my research.

The reason why I donate to Brazil is, I think two years ago, after I my life in Taiwan,

I was really willing to retire, because the fear was too big, and everyone in Taiwan blamed

me, and I just wanted to retire.

I didn't want to be a pro player.

But the good thing was Brazilian... my fans just cheered for me.

They say, "Oh, we still love you.

We still believe in you."

And because of them I just thought, "Maybe I can try."

There are some people who really cheer for me still, so at least I have to try again.

And I started to play solo queue in the Korea server with 100 ping, and I got Challenger,

and I saw many Korean pro players couldn't get Challenger.

Some people couldn't get Challenger.

And I feel like, "I can do it again."

Maybe individually I'm not that much bad, I just need to learn, so I just started again,

and I was very thankful to my Brazilian fans, because otherwise I could just give up my

career.

So I didn't know what to do, and I tried to search the way, and maybe donation is good

way, and I just searched "Brazilian."

Their life is hard, and I just tried to donate.

Now, I'm kind of afraid of being famous again, because in Taiwan I was famous, and when something

wrong happened and people just blamed me a lot.

So I'm really afraid that maybe I'm going to be famous once again, but I just want to

have a good relationship with my team and my fans.

So I'm trying to do my best now.

I don't wanna make that bad happen anymore.

Now I'm better.

I think Peter affected me well.

When I met him the first time, he asked me, "What you want to do with this?"

And then I said, "Maybe I can just follow you."

And he said, "Hey, just do your way, why do you just want to follow me?

You can do your way."

And he just gave me, "Just do your way.

You don't need to follow me, and you can have your own thinking, you can have your own way,

and then just do your way and okay?"

And I just--yeah my partner said that, and I believe in him, so I just, OK, I can try.

And I started to have more confidence.

It's hard to think, let me think.

It's sometimes like, Peter --I remember, after we won the game, and I said, "Peter!"

I just hugged, and then after the hug, he says, "Hey, next time, just shake hands."

and then, I just got hurt.

Why won't you hug me.

And then we just shake hands.

And then, "Hey, hug is best for both of you."

And then, "No."

And then he just said something mean, and then I just go, "Hey it's really hurting me?"

And then he said, "Oh, just kidding."

It's like, what the fuck, you know?

Just like that, just for that short second, he just says something mean and it's suddenly

bad.

So I don't know, it's hard.

Will he hug you now?

No, this game he didn't hug me.

So I just, "Pfft, whatever!

Whatever, ok, I'm gonna be cruel again.

Okay.

Cody was the new player in LCS, and he has some, it's not problem, he just didn't have

experience.

Except for Cody, we played for five years, four years, we were all veterans, and as a

support I wanted to tell him my experience, then he can grow fast.

So I told him that you have to practice a lot, and you have to respect your enemy, and

I was telling him what I learned from Brazil and Taiwan.

And the thing is, when I say something, I have to do that shit, of course.

So I say something like, "Oh, Cody, you have to practice hard."

Then I have to show I'm practicing hard.

So I want to keep my saying.

I want him to believe my words by showing my act.

I'm playing hard, I'm practicing hard.

So I said this one, "I want you to see me.

And I want you to follow me."

So it was like that.

I learned sometimes my word was not--like, I didn't mean to hurt him, but sometimes my

words hurt the team before, and he told me that, "This time, you said this, and it hurt

me."

And I didn't know that.

And I said, "I'm sorry.

I'm going to be careful of it."

And I think because of him I start to learn more how to say politely in English.

But now Peter is mean to you.

It's hard.

It's a hard life, hard life.

With Korean, I can speak four.

Mandarin, English, Portuguese and Korean.

Why did you learn so many?

I did it to talk with my friends.

It's different, the feeling is different.

In Korea, fighting, maybe in other countries like is different.

So I wanna feel their feeling, the fans cheering, fans' words, I just wanted to understand what

they're feeling, what they want to say.

What was the hardest language to learn?

I think Mandarin is most hard, because you have memorize every single word.

It was crazy, but I spent my time, and I started to read well.

How long did it take you to learn Mandarin?

I start maybe for a year?

Now it's almost two years, but I didn't really study for two years.

I studied sometimes, but it's fine.

I think the best thing is we know what the enemy are gonna do, and then we know what

to do.

So we make it like a puzzle, like, "Oh, they're gonna do this, and there we're gonna do this."

So we just match it, and then this is why we can end earlier.

About my vlogging.

I started to post on YouTube, like random stuff.

Your vlogs, yeah.

Yeah, I just say whatever I want.

I don't know how many people watch but I just want--the reason why I do this, I want to

tell my experience to my fans, and I experience one thing and I just tell them.

My true mind is I don't want them to do the same mistake as me.

So if you really follow me, I want you to watch my vlog, and then I want you to talk

about it together.

We can discuss or comment or tweet me.

And I want to learn more.

So I just hope people like my YouTube.

How virtual reality can make every kid a capable scientist | Jeremy Bailenson - Duration: 2:46.

The gold standard for VR in education is a gentleman named Chris Dede.

He's a professor at Harvard and he doesn't do goggles-based VR, he does desktop VR—although

he's moving toward goggle VR.

And what Chris has built is two amazing experiences: one is called EcoMUVE and one called River

City.

His virtual learning scenarios are organic; you're moving an avatar around and you talk

to other avatars, you get to run experiments and the science content responds to what you

do.

It's engaging and you can play it for a long time.

It's a very detailed environment to learn in.

He's put it in thousands of schools, hundreds of thousands of students have used this and

he's got great data showing that it works.

In particular what Chris and his colleagues have shown is that students who typically

have a hard time doing well in science—for example, someone who says, 'I can't be a scientist.

That's not what I do,' whether it's due to your race or your gender or for whatever reason

you can't see yourself as a scientist—when you're in River City you have an avatar; you're

a scientist, and you're doing science and it helps those who have a hard time imagining

that they can do science.

And he's got great data showing that those who struggle typically with science, River

City and EcoMUVE typically help them.

The challenge now is when you go from that type of amazing learning content to putting

the virtual reality goggles on.

And that's what I've been studying, for about 15 years I've been working in this area, and

it's a challenge.

One of my philosophies that should come across very clearly in this book is: you shouldn't

use VR for everything.

There are a lot of things that work beautifully by the written word and by video and you shouldn't

just shove everything into the goggles needlessly.

So what I do in my lab when I design learning content is I think: well, what's going to

be uniquely awesome in VR?

And it turns out it's things where you actually have to look around, right?

So one of the key signals you can use to decide whether something doesn't deserve to be in

VR is if you're watching a user and she's just staring forward the entire time for five

minutes.

Well, then why are you in VR?

That should just be a high-res screen right in front of you and you can have more pixels.

What I've been doing for the last few years is trying to really understand what types

of learning and learning transfer are uniquely suited for virtual reality.

When I began this learning research I just assumed that the immersive aspects of VR were

going to automatically cause a gain in learning, and we're finding it's more nuanced than that.

REPAIR weak shoulder muscles with these 2 exercises - Duration: 7:44.

Hey everybody out there, Coach Dan Long with Get Lean in 12.

And today I have two movements that

are going to help you if you have

any problems with your shoulders,

they're going to help you actually

strengthen your shoulders.

And you can do it right in your living room

like I'm doing here today.

Now, I'm also going to show you these movements how

you can lose belly fat and simultaneously with doing

rotator cuff exercises.

Now, I've trained a lot of MLB pitchers in my day.

And I can tell you, I have some secrets

that they use to strengthen the rotator cuff.

And if you have a torn muscle, and if you also

have a possible rotator cuff injuries like I do,

these exercises will help you strengthen those.

Now, all you need today is, I have just five pound dumbbells.

You're only going to need one.

So just use one.

And simple, easy task.

Now, I also have a towel here.

You're going to need a towel.

So grab yourself a towel.

Now, a couple things before I get started.

One, you're going to see a link up here.

Do not click that link just yet, because I

want you to see all of this great information

I have for you.

But at the end of this video, I'm

going to take you to something that's

going to help you lose even more belly fat.

If you're struggling right now and you're over the age of 40--

like myself, I'm 44 years old.

My wife uses it and I use it, it's a protocol.

But I'll show you that in a second.

OK, let's go over these first exercises for your shoulders

to strengthen the inner muscles around the rotator cuff.

First off, again, don't forget.

I'm also going to do this where you can lose weight

at the same time.

But let me show you the exercise first.

Put this hand on the hip, so my left hand is on the hip.

Separate your feet, point your toes out.

OK, we just stand back a little bit.

Now when you do this, bring out your elbow at 90 degrees.

Now you see, my arm, forearm, 90 degrees.

All way to my torso, 90 degrees.

Now when you hold this weight up, listen,

you can use a two-pound, you can use a five-pound.

Don't go too heavy.

You do not need a lot of weight in this.

I'm a big guy and I'm only using five pounds.

You're going to basically take down

your rotation nice and slow, keeping your elbow at 90

degrees, bring it down, and then bring it back up slow.

This right here is going to target

the inside inner muscles, and you're

going to notice your forearm is going to get a little sore.

That's OK, because you're also engaging forearm muscles.

Now remember, it's important to keep 90 degrees and 90 degrees.

Otherwise, you could possibly injure your shoulder even more.

So again, 90 degrees, rotate it down, and then bring it

back up.

Now we're not doing this for speed.

But now, let me show you how you can lose weight

at the same time.

All from here down is nothing but huge muscles in your body.

If you want to burn the most fat in your body,

I can tell you right now that you need to be using the lower

extremities.

So when you trigger quads, when you trigger hamstrings,

when you trigger the glutes, you're going to burn more fat.

So now back out.

90 degrees, right now.

Hand on the hip, as you go down, you squat down.

And then as you come up, you rotate up.

Just like this.

Boom, boom.

Boom, boom.

Now when you bring this down, I don't

want you to go all way down to the ground.

I want you to stop at 90 degrees,

and then bring it back up.

So again, down and then back up.

Now listen.

Do this for 30 seconds to 45 seconds, and then take a break,

and then do it again.

Now, that is a protocol that's called bursting.

But I don't want you to do anything with the shoulder that

is a bursting exercise.

Lower body, perfectly fine.

But right now, we are trying to rehab the shoulder,

and that's your first exercise.

OK, second exercise.

You got to have a towel.

Now, what you're going to do is, you're

going to fold your towel like I have here, fold your towel,

just like you see here.

And then fold it again in half.

That's about the width that you want,

because that's what we're looking for, about like that.

Now with that being said, what you're

going to do is you're going to put this in between the elbow

just like so.

Now again, 90 degrees, separate your feet, point your toes out.

90 degrees, just like that.

Put your dumbbell inside, hand on the hip.

Now, putting the elbow up against the torso,

you're going to go from 90 degrees

front and forward out, until the shoulder feels tight.

Bring it back.

Out until the shoulder feels tight, bring it back.

You're going to feel deep inside right here in the rotator area,

you're going to feel those muscles triggering.

The key, though, is you have to have this towel.

And you need to put your elbow up against the torso,

so that it keeps the distance and the rotator

cuff and your weight, so that you're not injuring yourself.

Again, out, and bring it back.

You do not need a lot of movements with this.

So now, let's lose some weight.

Let's lose some belly fat.

HNere we go.

You're going to go down, out, bring it back.

Down, out, bring it back.

That simple.

Down and out, and bring it back.

Let's do it again.

And bring it back.

All right.

So that exercise, I can tell you,

is one of the known biggest exercises for pitchers

in the MLB to strengthen the inner muscles of all

your shoulders.

If you have a torn rotator cuff, or you

have any kind of torn muscle inside there, I can tell you,

it should help you strengthen your shoulders.

And at the same time, if you engage the lower body,

you're burning belly fat.

Now, with that being said, you need

to have a protocol if you're looking for specific movements

for people that are over the age of 40 to lose the unwanted--

see that?

Right?

Look at that.

You want to lose belly fat?

The only way you're going to do it

is if you use specific protocols that are specifically

designed for the hormonal condition for people like you

that are over the age of 40.

And I just so happen to have the exact thing

that you need up at this link.

Do me a favor, though.

If you love these exercises because you have a shoulder

injury, do me a favor and say yes down in the comments

below, that you will use these two

exercises to help your shoulders,

and also the exercises to lose belly fat.

So do me a favor.

Say hi down below.

Put a big yes in there with an exclamation mark.

Hit a like, hit a share, hit a heart for me.

It's now time to click that link up above.

It's going to take you to the Over 40 Ab Solution,

where not only myself and my wife Nicole

used this program, but my great buddy Shaun Hadsall that

is 47 years old and his wife Karen that is 57 years old,

they use this exact protocol, and they have nothing but.

See that?

You want lean, you want six pack, you want a flat belly,

you need the Over 40 Ab Solution.

Click this link up above, don't forget

to give me a big yes down below, and I'll see you again

on the next video.

Keep going strong.

John Kelly Says Trump Won't Read Democrats' Memo Because It Is Too Long - Duration: 4:00.

The House Intelligence Committee has voted to release the Adam Schiff Democratic memo

that rebuts what was put out last week in the Devin Nunes Republican memo.

The Democratic memo is now sitting at the White House waiting for Donald Trump to read

it, but as his chief of staff John Kelly pointed out to reporters on Tuesday, he's probably

not going to read it because it is "Quite lengthy."

Let's be clear about this, the memo from the Democrats, from Adam Schiff, is 10 pages long.

10 pages is what John Kelly, Donald Trump's Chief of Staff qualifies as quite lengthy.

A little too long for the president to read, he can't be bothered by this.

It would take roughly, if you're a slow reader, 15 minutes start to finish to read that memo,

and in reality would probably take about seven or eight minutes to read this memo.

And yet that is too long, according to John Kelly, for Donald Trump to sit and read a

document that is of vital importance to the American public.

Instead, Kelly says Donald Trump is going to be briefed on the memo.

I don't know how you can make 10 pages much more brief but I guess if you take a note

from the Nunes memo, making it three and a half pages full of nonsense is a great way

to start.

I think what John Kelly is trying to do here is give Donald Trump a little bit of clearance

so that when they eventually approve the release of this memo, which they eventually will,

maybe it'll be this week maybe it'll be next week, but it's going to happen cause they

understand it has to or else it's going to look really, really, bad for them.

They're going to say that Donald Trump didn't read it himself so he wasn't aware.

He didn't know that X, Y and Z were in there so you can't pin it on him.

This was a John Kelly issue, this was another staffing issue, the fault lies not with Donald

Trump on the release of this memo.

John Kelly, while he's saying that the president isn't good enough to read 10 pages, is actually

trying to give the president a little clearance here, and that's something that a lot of people

have missed in their analysis of this particular story.

It's not just that the president struggles to read 10 pages, it's that John Kelly is

already giving him an out, he's crafting it into the argument by saying that Donald Trump

isn't going to read the memo himself, but that other people are basically going to read

parts of it to him.

Trump gets a little bit of clearance, a little bit of leeway when he releases this thing

and it ends up being bad for his administration.

They can pin it on somebody else, probably not going to be John Kelly, probably another

low level staffer that they could fire if they want to, easily throw under the bus if

they need to.

That's what's happening here.

But the bigger issue is that yes, they have to release the memo.

If they do not it's going to look like they're attempting to hide something from the Democrats,

that they're burying information, and it's going to end up hurting them even worse than

the Nunes memo did when it was revealed that Nunes had absolutely nothing and then later

in the week he admitted that he lied in the memo about what the FBI told the FISA Court.

There is no good outcome for any of this for the Trump administration and especially not

for Devin Nunes.

My advice, brief the president, release the memo, and let's move on to what actually matters

in this country.

BREAKING! TRUMP Just Made MAJOR STATEMENT on Superbowl! NBC IS PISSED!- BreakingNews24 - Duration: 26:13.

BREAKING!

TRUMP Just Made MAJOR STATEMENT on Superbowl!

NBC IS PISSED!

Since President Donald Trump isn't your typical Republican president ready to be the

mainstream media's punching bag he has done something other GOP presidents only dreamed

they could do, but lacked the spine to do so.

NBC who is televising today's Super Bowl, and in keeping with tradition also wanted

to interview the President of the United States before the big game.

But sources at NBC have now confirmed that their interview requests with President Donald

Trump have been turned down.

Although they have also confirmed that he still has an open invitation should he choose

to change his mind.

Don't hold your breath NBC!

Now keep in mind that when Fox televised the Super Bowl last year, Trump did sit down with

Fox's now former superstar anchor Bill O'Reilly at the White House.

But this year he doesn't care to sit down with "Fake News" NBC or any of their hack

partisan anchors.

Rightly So!

Trump's ongoing feud with the spoiled ball tossing NFL players maybe could have been

a factor in the decision to skip this years interview.

The President has taken the NFL to task for letting its employees run the show and the

players who kneeled during the national anthem throughout this year for social justice causes

that no one knows for sure are.

The first Super Bowl Presidential Sunday interview began with George W. Bush and continued with

Barack Hussein Obama in 2009.

Via Yahoo Sports:

BLOOMINGTON, Minn.

– Perhaps you are one of the football fans who boycotted the NFL this season either because

of player protests during the national anthem or because Colin Kaepernick, who started the

movement, was never added to a roster.

Perhaps you even stuck with your protest and didn't just claim you were done with the

NFL only to quickly return to watching a dozen hours every Sunday from the Barcalounger in

the corner.

If you are one of those dedicated protestors who are still holding out, Sunday is your

greatest challenge.

Can you skip the Super Bowl?

It's not just a game between New England and Philadelphia, after all.

This requires avoiding your brother-in-law's annual party where everyone drinks a ton of

beer.

It means walking away from your neighbor's vaunted seven-layer dip.

It calls for a full rejection of American society … staying home while everyone else

lives it up, even if it's just for the commercials or Justin Timberlake.

Will President Donald Trump tune into the Super Bowl?

Will Kaepernick?

"I believe the Super Bowl transcends," said Mark Lazarus, chairman of NBC Broadcasting

& Sports.

Probably, although there will still, undoubtedly, be some people who tune out for personal reasons.

How many is the question.

Some have already come back, if not publicly, then at least privately.

Others will make a Super Bowl exception.

Still others will realize that very few players even kneel (other than the weeks after Trump

called them out) and none have done so in the playoffs.

To each their own.

Nielsen ratings have been down this season for the NFL, but Lazarus is not one who thinks

the sky is falling.

While he acknowledges social issues contributed, he also points out that it is but one contributor

in a very complex mix, including technology, demographics and injuries/retirements to star

players.

He also cites NBC's own data that suggests there isn't that big of a dropoff, if any

at all.

"I think more people are consuming football content," Lazarus said.

"I think there are some less watching the full game broadcast.

What's still underreported however, and Nielsen is working on it, is out-of-home viewing

[mainly people on their phone], which adds somewhere between 5 and 10 percent to the

overall viewing and that pretty much closes the gap.

"I think between that, the streams and linear, we've got similar number of people watching."

Nielsen requires selected people to chronicle the shows they are viewing.

It's done on the honor system.

How honest are these people?

People tend to lie about pretty much everything, so, for instance, are the ratings for "Keeping

Up With the Kardashians" actually much higher than the ratings suggest because people are

too embarrassed to admit they watch?

Conversely are the ratings for "PBS NewsHour" actually lower?

There were many people offended by players kneeling during the national anthem.

There were many people who did not want politics to enter their sports entertainment.

They all have the right to be offended and the right to allow that to determine what

they do and don't watch.

It's a free and rollicking country.

However, social protests are very difficult to maintain over a long period of time.

They require incredible discipline and America is an undisciplined country.

Which is why they usually fizzle, quickly.

President Trump does many interviews.

There is no reason why he needs to sit down and give the NFL, or NBC any more ratings.

No Patriotic America Loving person should be watching the Super Bowl anyways until the

NFL puts a stop to these asinine protests.

Although everyone in the US has the right to protest, you don't have the right to

do so when you are on the clock, especially when the people protesting injustice are getting

an average salary of 2.5 million dollars, don't you agree?

Please share if you are boycotting the Super Bowl….
