Now, you're not going to get as many leads as you will with the lease options if you

do it this way, and, if you do the lease option thing, you'll probably get these people

to call you or to contact you through the lease option thing as well.

But it doesn't hurt to do it in both ways.

And, because we're doing it a specific way, and I wanted to buy properties that are under

$100,000 because I want to pay cash for them and I want to get good deals on them, that's

why I'm doing this.

And I'm actually buying them for cash under market value.

You could do the same thing for zero down if you did it with wholesaling.

Again, you're not going to get flooded with these, but you're going to get enough to

keep you going.

And I guess it's going to be better than if you did the yellow letters, or if you did

the post cards or all the other snail mail that you do.

Especially for this cost.

If you're going to be spending you know, $20 per lead on snail mail, plus all the work

it takes to set it up, this takes five minutes to set up, and you turn it on and it just

runs for you every week and it's not going to spend a ton of money when you do it.

In the Automarketer, you get $20 a month for your phone minutes so a lot of that's going

to be covered for you unless you're just doing a ton of other stuff.

So.

Anyway, this is how you get under market value properties that you can buy for cash or wholesale.

I'm in a calorie deficit I'm hitting 1,300 calories I'm not losing any weight

word up guys it's your boy matty, matt from Macro Lean and in this video i'm

gonna be answering a question I get a lot about being in a calorie deficit and hitting

the right macros. I get emails and Facebook messages lots of time from people

saying "I'm in a calorie deficit, I'm hitting 1300 calories but I'm not losing

any weight. I'm not seeing any progress whatsoever???" and the bottom line is if

you're not seeing any progress you're not hitting the right amount of calories,

the right amount of macros for your targets, for your goals. so my advice

would be if you've got your generic calories or macros off a website or off

an online calculator? Its generic! It's not going to be spot-on. The best way to

find out is tracking, getting that rubber on the road and then adjusting as you go

along. So you're not in a calorie deficit if you're not losing any weight. Now

obviously it's not just about the calorie deficit, it's about the macros.

It's about the right amount of protein fats and carbs but calorie deficit comes

first, then you have the right amount of macros. How do we find it out? Well it's

trial and error! even the best to coach, even the best coaches in the world... even

when I set my client's calories and macros we're in ballpark figure. And

then we were adjust accordingly as we go on. So don't stress out too much if you

start tracking your macros and calories. give it a couple of weeks to get into

the groove and check your weight, your measurements and your photos. And if you're

not seeing any progress in the first few weeks you're not hitting the right

amount and need to bring it down a little bit, simples as that! All about consistency

guys and if you try and rush the process and crash diet and do it too fast you're

gonna get nowhere. You're gonna feel dis-enheartned and it's not going to

feel like a good process. So hit the macros, hit the calories and if you don't

see any results after two and three weeks it's time to adjust. if you liked

Hi, it's story time and today I wanted to talk about business names

and hopefully you'll share with me some stories about how you came up with your business name

So my business is called That's Engagement, and I have actually changed the name of it

a few times over 18 months, just to reflect different services that I offered

but I've always kept the "engage" part in it or "engagement" because it was really important to me

generally in my life, not just online, that I'm engaged in what I'm doing

and, most importantly, that I'm engaged with people and I'm around engaging people

There are plenty of credible people out there (and less credible people!) but if they're boring

l just cannot deal with that, I need to be engaged in the stories they're telling me

and the information, in order to take it in and I think a lot of people will find this

especially online when you've got all this content coming at you

that you're going to naturally be drawn to those personalities that you find the most engaging

so that's how I came up with my name.. the only problem that "That's Engagement" has

or the perceptions of engagement is that it's one person proposing to another person

and so they think that maybe I make wedding videos or videos about proposals, which I don't

I think my kind of engagement is much more fun, because when you're getting engaged

you're one person committing to another person for the rest of your life

whereas the "engaging" videos that I make are all about connecting with

multiple people at the same time and I think that that's much more fun anyway

So that's my story about how I came up with the name "That's Engagement"

and why it's important for my business, so I'm hoping that you'll share with me your stories too
