Quinoa Vs. Freekah – Which Superfood Grain Is Best For You?

Quinoa is renowned as a Superfood, or a nutrient-rich food especially beneficial for health and
well-being, not only for the health benefits, but for it's versatility.
But is another Superfood waiting in the wings to take the spotlight?
As it turns out, yes.
Freekeh is steadily gaining popularity, and for good reason.
Before we go deeper let's look at what freekeh is actually first.
Freekeh (pronounced free-kah) is the result of wheat harvested while young and green.
It's roasted over an open fire and the straw and husks of seeds are burned and rubbed off.
The grain on the inside is too wet to burn, so you're left with a firm, mildly chewy
grain with an earthy, smoky flavor[1].

Why eat Quinoa?
Should you favor one over the other?
Each is packed full of of nutritional goodness, but how do they compare to each other?

Freekeh-Out: Numerous Health Benefits of Freekeh Freekeh is truly worthy of being called a
Superfood, even if all you know about it is its nutritional value.
But it isn't just good for getting in your vitamins — Freekeh also carries amazing
digestive benefits.
Because of its fiber content, it can ease a number of common digestive complaints including
diarrhea and constipation.
This is huge, especially considering the number of people affected by digestive issues in
the U.S. alone in 2010 was 70 million people[4].

Sure, it's kind of smokey and earthy, but that probably rules out adding cinnamon and
milk and making it a breakfast.
Nope!

ok guys super excited today today i got two brand new dinosaur toys for Jurassic
world fallen Kingdom movie and these are Mattel Toys
they are both attack pack so I got the attack pack Gallimimus in the attack

believe they did like a larger sized Gallimimus in any of the Jurassic world
they have the little so here is the five of attack pact ones
I've done the other three I will be doing these two and then I will also be
scanning these two into our Jurassic world facts that's their map here so we
will have I believe about twelve or thirteen dinosaurs that I've scanned in
there you guys have been watching my videos I take a picture for you guys on
each video so you could scan it in and then the die more food on attack down
here and once again it's showing the five here and like I showed you last
video I like it because they have this little slot here if you just reach your
finger in here and you pull it carefully you could usually open these packages
without totally damaging them if you want to repack it I mean look at that
you could barely if you reboot that you can barely tell it was open anyways okay
looks like a giant chicken oh ok guys I like this dinosaur but we are having
fall over issues with it this seems to be the only way I can get this dinosaur
to stand with this pull off a little bit because if you put it like even like it
looks like it should be
she's top-heavy here and she falls over to the right if it stands her up
balanced okay so I guess you could stand her up if you balance it correct
okay so that's not too bad it's just I'm I'm after the hasbro toys
I mean I'm a bit leery okay there we go now it's going flat maybe you just have
to move the legs a little bit see these don't have the legs that move
out the medium and the bigger size dinosaurs the legs move out in the
bottom feet twist so you can get it into positions okay so you could get
different positions with this one so we got they're like running forward
position okay so her head will go down to the ground because her head actually
loose so they're eating position well let's go ahead and take a look at this
girl from the top down and then we will go ahead and scan her into our app you
just gotta push a little those feet are kind of flexible so just for a second
there I was having Hasbro nightmares because can't get any other dinosaurs to
stand so uh good move me on the head to have it she could move her head all the
way down so you could have her feeding on the ground or have her head all the
way up like that great detail on the head zoom in there as you can see I mean
that eye is grainy look at the detail it was awesome so that same detail
continues down and I'm glad they made a bigger Gallimimus before when they made
Gallimimus is just a tiny little toy so this one has action features the head
moves the arm moves all the way down the arm is rubber the legs are
plastic and yeah you got 360-degree movement on the leg the coloring it's
like a sand color with like a darker brown on top there's it's not the tail
does not move they did not paint the nails so I mean they put so much detail
into the medium-sized ones I wish they would have painted the nails it would
make it look nicer back view
the head moves up and down so if you want a good Gallimimus bigger you can
have some fun with this is definitely the one you want to get and she does
stand I mean just might have to push it down a little at the beginning to get
her feet into place so there I have no standing guess sort of and then here is
a good look at the bottom of it and the code I won't take a picture that in one
moment
you've got the gates of Jurassic world we've got some dinosaur and animal
sounds and then you just simply go ahead hit the Scan button on the bottom here
and scan in the code but these dinos are the skin codes too small for my tablet
to read so what I do I take you guys a picture and then I scan it off the
picture and there we go anyways let's get some facts under Gallimimus raised a

large dinosaur is quite tranquil the Gallimimus has hollow bones just like
modern Birds okay let's check out our collection so

get back to the Dino okay so we'll go ahead and set our Gallimimus up you can
see she's standing fine now it's just her legs needed a bit maybe a
bit of movement or something so that's cool and then we have our diet more food
on this one looks very similar to the Jurassic world die more food on from the
first movie one Hasbro made I know a lot of people probably in gang Grammy for
saying that but to me it does so and then once again the cool packaging where
you can take it out and preserve the packaging and here is our diver on an
actual die more food on if I could get this guys to stand I think that's gonna
be the first time more food on I've got that will stand on its own so anyways
there you have it it's standing on its own and might be balancing on his tail
but I mean that's besides the point in standing that is cool okay so this time
more food on you have good movement on the head it goes all the way down like
that or all the way up like that good I just defeat a lot
because the feet are a little flimsy on some of these smaller ones because
they're not adjustable the medium and the large art so don't be scared about
these ones falling over because the bigger ones they do not they are awesome
okay so anyways here you've got the head the mouth does open all the way up and
moves up yeah so you can see for a smaller Dino I mean this is less my
finger there they did really great detail for a smaller Dino awesome and
then let's check out some other features on her so the wings are cool because
they rotate 360 degree on a ball-joint and they move up and down you could get
it all the way down like that or all the way up like that so you could have this
dino like that ready to take off or you could pretend she's flying ever in the
air with her wings straight or if you want to do like a stop-motion animation
video where her wings are actually flapping so here is a good look at the
wings nice detail claws on the front the claw is like a hard plastic the wings
are like almost like a softer type plastic but they're definitely plastic
like I said I like the movement and I like the color on the inside but it is
very similar to the color that you get on the Jurassic world one does say made
in China
you think they would have put it put the date where they actually released it and
then here is the scan code I will take a picture of that for you guys in a moment
here you've got the Jurassic world Dino logo there its feet
oh that's feet don't move check that out I thought its feet we're in a fixed
position what they do move all the way up and down like that so you could get
this guy see if we could understand on his tiptoes now I seems to like to stand
and then I here is a good look at the bottom and like I said his legs do move
he's got a rubber tail here which is flexible so really cool-looking
okay then we're gonna go ahead and scan this one in he is not a happy fellow

Hasbro I believe they did not make any of them unless not even for Lego I don't
remember them so this tiny little guy is from Jurassic Park so the new one from
Mattel in my opinion is all long and then to compare the dimorphodon die more
food on I have died more food on that was made by Hasbro oh this this guy's
just been falling apart I'm really surprised he work so if you push his
legs together he's got a pretty cool off flying action feature and his mouth
opens and closes but from day one I mean this jaw like flops all over the place
so it does not look too he's got a wound here on the back okay
my battery died but he makes like a squeaking noise so he's attacked and
here's a look at the bottom so the bottom is full of screw holes again and
the batteries but at least they hit it at the bottom so if you look at this guy
from the top it's not that bad lucky I mean this guy is actually I don't want
to say cool boy if they would have fixed that jaw he would be and then here I
have a pterodactyl I know it's not a dime or photon but this is another one
of the applying features have Bo made for Jurassic world
so this guy to be squeezed his legs he moves his head up and down antique boxes
so not not much to this guy either he's got really we could look in teeth and
wounds here I think this is the kind that popped up but it just pulls right
in there so I don't like the Hasbro quality this is another Pteranodon they
made remember the name of this one but the reason I brought it out was this guy
looks like Woody Woodpecker check about like the most ridiculous looking guy I
seen they have a squeak on the top if you push it it's supposed to be a
growler but there's not much growling going on there
okay and this next one is actually one that was made by Hasbro 1997 this is for
the Jurassic Park chaos effect series and this is a ankling ran it on this one
is cool the only problem is with mine he keeps losing his wing I mean something
happened over there really wicked look I mean this is one of the coolest flying
ones you're gonna get and he has vicious tail palm protection doesn't look very
vicious to me he's got big huge claws so he could sit down grab a smaller Dino
and take off with it so that one actually I think is okay so with these
ones I definitely would pick tit dimorphodon and the Gallimimus from
Jurassic world Mattel Toys because they're just so much more detailed I
mean they're small and everything but they got nice action features their
detail it's nice to have a decent sized Gallimimus I would pick this guy if it
was a dime or photon but he is not a dime or four done so I cannot choose him
I would have to choose this dimorphodon which
that or this Gallimimus and forgetting that also so definitely I would choose

Immune systems go haywire when mice are fed fast food, causing an "explosion" of inflammation

Fast food is unhealthy; it's loaded with salt, sugar and fat — and a whole lot of
calories.
It's often pretty low in essential nutrients, as well.
It's well documented that fast food should be consumed in moderation, if at all.
Indeed, most people know that takeaway meals aren't ideal, but a recent study has shed
light on just how bad going to the drive-thru really is for your health.
As it turns out, fast food doesn't just contribute to inflammation and disease: It
can actually provoke lasting (and damaging) changes to your immune system.
Eating a diet laden with refined sugars, saturated fat and salt actually promotes the immune
system to act as if there is an infection somewhere in the body, according to lead researcher
Dr. Eicke Latz.
Dr. Latz is the Director of the Institute for Innate Immunity of the University of Bonn.
To conduct their research, Latz and his team fed a group of mice a simulated "Western
diet" for a whole month.
This means the mice were fed food loaded with sugar, salt and fat — and were given very
little fruits or vegetables.
Annette Christ, another study author, commented on their findings.
She explained, "The unhealthy diet led to an unexpected increase in the number of certain
immune cells in the blood of the mice, especially granulocytes and monocytes."
"This was an indication for an involvement of immune cell progenitors in the bone marrow,"
Christ added.
As Dr. Latz contends, it's well-known that diet can contribute to inflammation, but his
team's findings regarding the immune system are certainly novel in their own right.
In an interview with DW.com, Dr. Latz said that the diet-mediated changes to the immune
system exhibited by the mice became noticeable within a matter of days.
"So you can see that the blood cells start to grow in a certain direction, the bone marrow
makes more monocytes and neutrophils – immune cells.
And you see a lot of cytokines, these are mediators that immune cells make to alert
other immune cells that there's something going on.
So it looked like an infection," Dr. Latz explained.
He noted further that it took a very long time for the rodents' immune systems to
calm down.
Even after being off their "Western" food for four weeks, the researchers could still
see activated immune cells present in their bodies, waiting for potential triggers.
Dr. Latz noted, "After an infection, the body's defenses remain in a kind of alarm
state, so that they can respond more quickly to a new attack."
It would seem that in the presence of an overly processed and minimally nutritious diet, similar
reactions in the immune system occur.
In the fast food nation, it should really come as no surprise that our bodies literally
view the consumption of fast food as a precursor to imminent disease: poor diet.
But that's not all: Junk food diets have been linked to a staggering number of early
deaths across the board.
In late 2017, a shocking study by the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University
of Washingtonfound that 1-out-of-5 deaths could be attributed to eating a diet bereft
of nutrients and loaded with toxic ingredients.

Why The Powers of Whis Staff Can Rival the Infinity Gauntlet - Duration: 11:10.
Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist one of the most interesting things
that happened in our last episode of Super was when Whis with a twist of his staff
resurrected Frieza from his eternal prison in Hell.
This of course saved Goku the trouble of finding the Dragon Balls and having to make a wish.
After this happened I couldn't help but draw the immediate comparison to
another item of immeasurable power that is very sought after in the Marvel Universe.
The Infinity Gauntlet.
Wait did I just compare this staff to one of the most talked about items in comics that
grants the users Omnipotence and unmatched powers?
Bold comparison I know and I am not saying outright that this staff is it's complete
equal but I will show you how it can duplicate the same feats of all the Infinity gems.
The Infinity Gauntlet was the very first comic series that I read in the early 90's so with
that being said Thanos is my favorite fictional character of all time and obviously I have
a deep love for Dragon Ball so I will do this comparison without any bias and demonstrate
why the Angels of Dragon Ball are just still so far out of reach in power for our Goku.
So now lets break down how Whis staff has the same abilities of each of the mighty infinity
gems one by one and then you the fans can decide.
One thing I want to mention first is that this staff seems to have it's own distinct
powers and functions much like an extension of the wielder.
Very same to the Infinity Gauntlet where it is up to the user to have the abilities to
master and achieve full use of it's power.
This is why we are doing this comparison and it's doubtful that Whis could turn back time,
manipulate reality or do some of the crazy things we seen him do without the staff since
in episode 23 Whis can't do something for Beerus because he doesn't have his staff...
more on that latter...
First up is The Time Gem which allows the user to see into the past and future, stop,
slow down, speed up or reverse the flow of time.
You can age and de-age beings and trap people in an unending loop of time at full potential
the Time Gem grants the user omniscience and total control over the past, present and future.
Obviously controlling time is one of the most hacked and impressive abilities you can have
so nothing shocked us more than when Frieza blew up earth defeating our heroes leaving
them in space protected by Whis.
He then turned to Goku and asked if given another chance would he change the outcome
and with a simple tap of his staff he re-winded time before the explosion giving Goku the
opportunity to defeat and kill Frieza before he did this
desperate attack that killed everyone.
Of course Whis reversing of time is limited to 3 minutes however that doesn't mean the
staff has limitations of 3 minutes.
It just grants Whis the ability to rewind time and that is the limit of his power.
We don't know if he trains more he can rewind time for longer.
We don't know if other Angels like Vados who trained Whis has greater manipulation of time
with her staff.
This is why I am going to do a comparison of what the staff allows you to do when compared
to the Infinity gems and why a limiter of 3 minutes shouldn't be applied to the staff
or it's other abilities.
It does heavily fall on the one wielding it's divine powers.
We also have seen Whis and Vados gaze into their staff when looking for Earth of Universe
6 and when they realized it wasn't there.
They decided to look through time at it's history to find out that it was destroyed
by war.
So this staff grants the user the ability to look through time itself to see what has
transpired through history.
Does kinda make you wonder if you can look into the future and while we haven't seen
it done yet.
That doesn't mean it isn't within the staffs abilities.
The Soul Gem allows the user to steal, control, manipulate and alter living and dead souls.
The soul gems is also a gateway to a pocket universe.
At full potential the soul gem grants the user control over all life in the universe.
The power over ones soul and life and death is something that defies most logic and reason.
Which is why when Whis decided to free Frieza from his eternal prison in Hell without any
effort.
It shocked everyone there that Whis Staff had such an ability.
This is a very big deal and Frieza's soul belonged to Hell.
Whis staff can instantly nullify someone who has been dead for awhile and soul that belongs
to Hell which is another realm is exactly they type of control that the Soul gem possesses.
Then when Goku and Vegeta are training Beerus wants them to get stronger quickly and ask
Whis to send them to that place.
Whis uncertain if they are ready yet decides to and let's his staff go and envelops both
of them transporting them into another realm.
A pocket dimension if you will so they can train to become stronger.
A different place from all reality that is made up of the staff itself.
The staff creates it's own world and being sent there as Goku and Vegeta found out isn't
a very pleasant experience.
It also lacked the nice beautiful view of soul world.
The Space Gem allow the user to exist in any location, move any object anywhere throughout
reality, warp or rearrange space.
Teleport themselves and others any place the user can imagine, increase their speed and
alter the distance between objects.
At full potential the space gem grants the user omnipresence.
Right now the space gem hands down has one up on the Staff as we haven't seen it teleport
users anywhere throughout space.
The staff does allow Whis and others to travel through space at far greater than light speeds
and even travel to different universes.
So when Whis is flying Beerus around or visiting other Universes he is indeed warping space
to cover these great distances.
However I don't see it allowing anything in the realm of omnipresence but being able to
transport yourself and God of Destruction to another Universe in about an hours time
makes many of the fastest fliers jealous.
The Reality Gem allows the user to fulfill their wishes, even if the wish is in direct
contradiction with scientific laws and do things that would normally be impossible.
To create any type of alternate reality the user wishes.
The Reality gem is one of my favorite gems and when you have the power to manipulate
reality it doesn't matter how strong or impressive your opponents are.
You can defeat them with only a mere thought.
We have seen Thanos turn Wolverine's adamentium bones into rubber causing him to flop over
just by thinking it.
In the Dragon Ball Universe we are very familiar with something that can directly grant the
user anything.
The Super Dragon Balls can defy reality and create anything that the
user can think of with only a wish.
However Whis staff can also manipulate matter and change reality in an instant.
We have seen him change the stands that weren't up to Bulma's standards into these amazing
balcony seats at the tournament between Universe 6.
To be able to create and change any matter in an instant with just a thought is exactly
what the reality gem is all about.
Whis then was able to help little Bulla be born by using his staff to skip the child
birth process and transport her into this nice little blanket for Bulma to hold.
So it seems this staff is up there on the Reality manipulation scale and would be up
to it's users powers and what he can think of.
The Mind Gem allows the user to enhance their mental and psionic abilities and access the
thoughts and dreams of other beings.
The mind gem is also the manifestation of the universal subconscious.
At full potential the mind gem grants the user omniscience.
Yes Whis isn't all knowing and one thing Dragon Ball is void of is someone directly controlling
others minds.
However we have seen fighters move massive objects with only their mind and this staff
is no exception.
This staff is able to move large objects with just a thought as the Super Dragon Balls which
are the size of planets were collected and moved easily.
You can also argue that the Angels staffs are part of the universal subconscious since
there really isn't anything they can't reveal to the user.
When just gazing into the staff you can see anything in the Multiverse.
After Universe 9 was erased and Beerus asked Whis if it was really gone.
Whis easily looked into his staff to reveal that nothing was left.
It's just gone.
While the user of the staff isn't omniscient or alert to everything happening at once.
There isn't anything the staff can't grant the user to see.
So because of this I do believe that the staff has some divine tie into the universal subconscious
to allow the user to see anything anywhere.
Maybe the right person wielding the staff could be omniscient as it falls on the users
abilities and the staff doesn't seem to have a limitation there.
Finally the power gem which allows the user to access and manipulate all forms of energy,
enhance their physical strength and durability and boost the effects of the other five gems.
At full potential the power gem grants the user omnipotence.
That final word omnipotence is a tough thing to achieve.
No one in the dragon ball universe as of this date is omnipotent although it is worth noting
that while the Infinity Gauntlet granted Adam warlock omnipotence his power was rendered
useless in front of the Living Tribunal with just a snap of his fingers.
So at the end of the day even the mighty Infinity Gauntlet has it's limitations even though
it does make you pretty much an all powerful God.
There are just cosmic beings that are beyond it's omnipotent powers so
to speak.
So how does the staff come in.
Well we only seen it use a energy projectile once and it did seem to control the blast
at the tournament where everyone was getting blown away.
We really don't know if it actually increases Whis power though and his power is already
at an massive unknown scale.
The fact is that this staff would probably be on Thanos short list of things to acquire
if it was in the Marvel Universe.
While it hasn't granted Whis omnipotence it is a divine item that is as old as time itself
and allows the user to accomplish just about anything their heart desires.
In the hands of a skilled user this staff can do many of the things that each of the
Infinity gems can do.
As for me I would rather have the Infinity Gauntlet and I think Thanos would too although
when Dragon Ball returns who knows what we will learn about the powers of the Angels
and Grand Priest.
Maybe they are stronger than we think and there is probably a lot more that this staff
can do that we have seen.
I can't wait until that day and earlier I said that Whis couldn't do something because
he didn't have his staff.
What would be interesting is if this staff is the source of most of the Angels powers.
If something like that were the case can you imagine someone like Frieza learning about
this and what could Frieza do with the powers of Whis staff?
Well in the hands of the right villain or the right wish from the Super Dragon Balls
to attain a staff of the Angels I guess anything would be possible.

The family that everyone loves just made their big return debut on Tuesday nights.
The Roseanne show just returned to t.v. after a 20-year break and fans of the show couldn't
be more excited about it!
America just proved how much the show was missed after millions tuned in and they broke
rating records.
Almost the entire cast came back for the reboot of the show except one of the characters.
He is going to learn that his reasoning behind his decision was a big mistake since the show
broke rating records and he just looks like a jealous fool.
George Clooney played Booker Brooks when the series first aired and to this day he and
Roseanne remain friends so I a sure it was a slap in the face that he chose not to return
to the show or show his support for her.
He also chose not to congratulate her on the success of her show because he hates President
Trump, which is pretty disgusting.
Recently, Roseanne was asked about George Clooney and his choices.
According to Too Fab, There's one very familiar face who won't be returning to "Roseanne"
this season on ABC: George Clooney.
Roseanne Barr appeared on The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday, where she was asked by the
host if any of the show's original cast members gave her a hard time about returning.
While the core players — including John Goodman, Sara Gilbert, Laurie Metcalf, Johnny
Galecki, Michael Fishman and both Beckys, Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke — said yes,
Clooney was a definite no-go.
Well, George Clooney didn't want to come on, so that was a bummer," Barr admitted.
"I thought, well, he lives in Italy."
"He's said some really silly things about me, but I still love him," she added, without
going into specifics.
Stern then asked if a story he'd heard about George from back in the day was true — that
the actor had smashed a chocolate candy bar the network sent after the show reached #1
in the ratings.
She confirmed the tale, saying he was ticked off because he knew what kinds of gifts other
actors received for hitting similar milestones.
"[Clooney] goes, 'Let's go out, and I'll throw it … and you hit it with a
bat and then we'll send the picture to the president of the network," Barr explained.
"He goes, 'they f-cking gave whatshisface a Rolls Royce on this network!"
"That caused a lot of problems for me," she added.
"I should not have sent that picture.
But it's so funny."
She also said Clooney would stoke her fear of being replaced on the show but putting
the name "Sandy Duncan" on her dressing room door, a reference to the actress who
took over Valerie Harper's spot on "The Hogan Family."
Roseanne has not been afraid to stick up for the president and set those who try to bash
him straight.
Recently, Roseanne appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show and she told him off when he tried to
bad mouth the president.
I love that she is not afraid to stand up for and support our president when so many
chose not to.

#47. PAI, THAILAND | Grand Canyon, Elephants & Backpackers paradise! - Duration: 15:04.
Here at Pai Canyon
after yesterday's
horrific day
road trip which was supposed to be a fun trip, bit of the unusual
routes to take and to see other side of Thailand.
It turned out to be a horrific
11 hour
driving trip through mountain passes, and I love mountain passes
But if you do it for about nine hours straight on
it's not fun anymore and
that's really I'm not exaggerating.
That's really how it was
11 hours of driving and
Ninety percent of it was passes.
It's turn turn turn
Ended about close to 500 kilos
and 11 hours.
We saw some beautiful places but
it rained a lot of the times
Then it got dark
and it rained more
and it's hairpin turns all the way
all the time for about two hours
Driving up to...coming to Pai, but now we're at Pai
It's beautiful.
The kids and wife are still sleeping and I'm looking at this beautiful Canyon
Probably the most amazing thing I'm here all by myself
You don't get that a lot at a tourist attraction
This is probably the first time. I guess everybody thinks it's clouded or raining.
I don't know? Yesterday was the King's cremation so everything's a bit
different since yesterday. Much quieter
People were busy. All the restaurants were closed, even less 7-eleven
closed at I think it's 2:30 p.m.
Which caused a bit of a problem because when. We got here, we got here about four hours later than expected
So
the kids had nothing to eat.
We had nothing to eat.
We're still... We're waiting for breakfast actually now
If you walk a bit all the way to the eastern side
You get this beautiful view

it's gonna be even more of a challenge

quite a narrow walkway and
quite a drop on both sides

but because of our

interest to find new roads

made it way too late

Why The Powers of Whis Staff Can Rival the Infinity Gauntlet - Duration: 11:10.Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist one of the most interesting things
that happened in our last episode of Super was when Whis with a twist of his staff
resurrected Frieza from his eternal prison in Hell.
This of course saved Goku the trouble of finding the Dragon Balls and having to make a wish.
After this happened I couldn't help but draw the immediate comparison to
another item of immeasurable power that is very sought after in the Marvel Universe.
The Infinity Gauntlet.
Wait did I just compare this staff to one of the most talked about items in comics that
grants the users Omnipotence and unmatched powers?
Bold comparison I know and I am not saying outright that this staff is it's complete
equal but I will show you how it can duplicate the same feats of all the Infinity gems.
The Infinity Gauntlet was the very first comic series that I read in the early 90's so with
that being said Thanos is my favorite fictional character of all time and obviously I have
a deep love for Dragon Ball so I will do this comparison without any bias and demonstrate
why the Angels of Dragon Ball are just still so far out of reach in power for our Goku.
So now lets break down how Whis staff has the same abilities of each of the mighty infinity
gems one by one and then you the fans can decide.
One thing I want to mention first is that this staff seems to have it's own distinct
powers and functions much like an extension of the wielder.
Very same to the Infinity Gauntlet where it is up to the user to have the abilities to
master and achieve full use of it's power.
This is why we are doing this comparison and it's doubtful that Whis could turn back time,
manipulate reality or do some of the crazy things we seen him do without the staff since
in episode 23 Whis can't do something for Beerus because he doesn't have his staff...
more on that latter...
First up is The Time Gem which allows the user to see into the past and future, stop,
slow down, speed up or reverse the flow of time.
You can age and de-age beings and trap people in an unending loop of time at full potential
the Time Gem grants the user omniscience and total control over the past, present and future.
Obviously controlling time is one of the most hacked and impressive abilities you can have
so nothing shocked us more than when Frieza blew up earth defeating our heroes leaving
them in space protected by Whis.
He then turned to Goku and asked if given another chance would he change the outcome
and with a simple tap of his staff he re-winded time before the explosion giving Goku the
opportunity to defeat and kill Frieza before he did this
desperate attack that killed everyone.
Of course Whis reversing of time is limited to 3 minutes however that doesn't mean the
staff has limitations of 3 minutes.
It just grants Whis the ability to rewind time and that is the limit of his power.
We don't know if he trains more he can rewind time for longer.
We don't know if other Angels like Vados who trained Whis has greater manipulation of time
with her staff.
This is why I am going to do a comparison of what the staff allows you to do when compared
to the Infinity gems and why a limiter of 3 minutes shouldn't be applied to the staff
or it's other abilities.
It does heavily fall on the one wielding it's divine powers.
We also have seen Whis and Vados gaze into their staff when looking for Earth of Universe
6 and when they realized it wasn't there.
They decided to look through time at it's history to find out that it was destroyed
by war.
So this staff grants the user the ability to look through time itself to see what has
transpired through history.
Does kinda make you wonder if you can look into the future and while we haven't seen
it done yet.
That doesn't mean it isn't within the staffs abilities.
The Soul Gem allows the user to steal, control, manipulate and alter living and dead souls.
The soul gems is also a gateway to a pocket universe.
At full potential the soul gem grants the user control over all life in the universe.
The power over ones soul and life and death is something that defies most logic and reason.
Which is why when Whis decided to free Frieza from his eternal prison in Hell without any
effort.
It shocked everyone there that Whis Staff had such an ability.
This is a very big deal and Frieza's soul belonged to Hell.
Whis staff can instantly nullify someone who has been dead for awhile and soul that belongs
to Hell which is another realm is exactly they type of control that the Soul gem possesses.
Then when Goku and Vegeta are training Beerus wants them to get stronger quickly and ask
Whis to send them to that place.
Whis uncertain if they are ready yet decides to and let's his staff go and envelops both
of them transporting them into another realm.
A pocket dimension if you will so they can train to become stronger.
A different place from all reality that is made up of the staff itself.
The staff creates it's own world and being sent there as Goku and Vegeta found out isn't
a very pleasant experience.
It also lacked the nice beautiful view of soul world.
The Space Gem allow the user to exist in any location, move any object anywhere throughout
reality, warp or rearrange space.
Teleport themselves and others any place the user can imagine, increase their speed and
alter the distance between objects.
At full potential the space gem grants the user omnipresence.
Right now the space gem hands down has one up on the Staff as we haven't seen it teleport
users anywhere throughout space.
The staff does allow Whis and others to travel through space at far greater than light speeds
and even travel to different universes.
So when Whis is flying Beerus around or visiting other Universes he is indeed warping space
to cover these great distances.
However I don't see it allowing anything in the realm of omnipresence but being able to
transport yourself and God of Destruction to another Universe in about an hours time
makes many of the fastest fliers jealous.
The Reality Gem allows the user to fulfill their wishes, even if the wish is in direct
contradiction with scientific laws and do things that would normally be impossible.
To create any type of alternate reality the user wishes.
The Reality gem is one of my favorite gems and when you have the power to manipulate
reality it doesn't matter how strong or impressive your opponents are.
You can defeat them with only a mere thought.
We have seen Thanos turn Wolverine's adamentium bones into rubber causing him to flop over
just by thinking it.
In the Dragon Ball Universe we are very familiar with something that can directly grant the
user anything.
The Super Dragon Balls can defy reality and create anything that the
user can think of with only a wish.
However Whis staff can also manipulate matter and change reality in an instant.
We have seen him change the stands that weren't up to Bulma's standards into these amazing
balcony seats at the tournament between Universe 6.
To be able to create and change any matter in an instant with just a thought is exactly
what the reality gem is all about.
Whis then was able to help little Bulla be born by using his staff to skip the child
birth process and transport her into this nice little blanket for Bulma to hold.
So it seems this staff is up there on the Reality manipulation scale and would be up
to it's users powers and what he can think of.
The Mind Gem allows the user to enhance their mental and psionic abilities and access the
thoughts and dreams of other beings.
The mind gem is also the manifestation of the universal subconscious.
At full potential the mind gem grants the user omniscience.
Yes Whis isn't all knowing and one thing Dragon Ball is void of is someone directly controlling
others minds.
However we have seen fighters move massive objects with only their mind and this staff
is no exception.
This staff is able to move large objects with just a thought as the Super Dragon Balls which
are the size of planets were collected and moved easily.
You can also argue that the Angels staffs are part of the universal subconscious since
there really isn't anything they can't reveal to the user.
When just gazing into the staff you can see anything in the Multiverse.
After Universe 9 was erased and Beerus asked Whis if it was really gone.
Whis easily looked into his staff to reveal that nothing was left.
It's just gone.
While the user of the staff isn't omniscient or alert to everything happening at once.
There isn't anything the staff can't grant the user to see.
So because of this I do believe that the staff has some divine tie into the universal subconscious
to allow the user to see anything anywhere.
Maybe the right person wielding the staff could be omniscient as it falls on the users
abilities and the staff doesn't seem to have a limitation there.
Finally the power gem which allows the user to access and manipulate all forms of energy,
enhance their physical strength and durability and boost the effects of the other five gems.
At full potential the power gem grants the user omnipotence.
That final word omnipotence is a tough thing to achieve.
No one in the dragon ball universe as of this date is omnipotent although it is worth noting
that while the Infinity Gauntlet granted Adam warlock omnipotence his power was rendered
useless in front of the Living Tribunal with just a snap of his fingers.
So at the end of the day even the mighty Infinity Gauntlet has it's limitations even though
it does make you pretty much an all powerful God.
There are just cosmic beings that are beyond it's omnipotent powers so
to speak.
So how does the staff come in.
Well we only seen it use a energy projectile once and it did seem to control the blast
at the tournament where everyone was getting blown away.
We really don't know if it actually increases Whis power though and his power is already
at an massive unknown scale.
The fact is that this staff would probably be on Thanos short list of things to acquire
if it was in the Marvel Universe.
While it hasn't granted Whis omnipotence it is a divine item that is as old as time itself
and allows the user to accomplish just about anything their heart desires.
In the hands of a skilled user this staff can do many of the things that each of the
Infinity gems can do.
As for me I would rather have the Infinity Gauntlet and I think Thanos would too although
when Dragon Ball returns who knows what we will learn about the powers of the Angels
and Grand Priest.
Maybe they are stronger than we think and there is probably a lot more that this staff
can do that we have seen.
I can't wait until that day and earlier I said that Whis couldn't do something because
he didn't have his staff.
What would be interesting is if this staff is the source of most of the Angels powers.
If something like that were the case can you imagine someone like Frieza learning about
this and what could Frieza do with the powers of Whis staff?
Well in the hands of the right villain or the right wish from the Super Dragon Balls
to attain a staff of the Angels I guess anything would be possible.

Replacing 2014 Subaru Outback Overhead Console Lock Clip - Duration: 4:43.
Hi guys. Welcome back to CzrExperiments. Today we're in the Subaru
and we have a little problem up here with the sunglass holder that we're
gonna fix today. The problem was it stopped staying in there and it would
fall back down so I was driving around for a couple of months like this. So we
took this apart and investigated and found that this little clip here that
holds the the piece there was a little bearing in there that came out of its
track. And with some research on a Subaru forum we found that you can find that
part. Small little part that looks like these
online from under $2 a piece. So we ordered three just to have extras. So
we're gonna take this apart and I'm gonna walk you through how to change
this. And this is a 2014 Subaru Outback. So the first thing you need to do is
remove the screws up here in the sunglass holder. And next you have to
pull this whole piece down. Now this whole piece alone through Subaru would
cost about a hundred bucks or more. So it's definitely worth it to take this
apart. It just requires basically a Phillips screwdriver and maybe a
flathead screwdriver... and the replacement pieces. And you just pull
back here and just put a little pressure it'll pop out and then you pull it
toward the back of the car because it catches in here. So the next step here's
the backside of the piece that's being replaced. So I'm gonna apply pressure
from the front side and for right now I don't have a flathead with me but I have
a pen cap and I'm gonna just stick it right in between here to push this
little clip in.
And I'm gonna kind of rock it...oops...rock it to the side.
And then also slip it in the opposite side. And now I can just push it through
the front side here. And here it is. Looks like this. This little part right here
should be popping in and out and I'll show you one of the replacement pieces.
Here they are side by side. So this piece would normally come in and grasp around
the sunglass holder piece. They both say PR-3 on them. And in
here when you depress it you can see that there's like a little bearing that
rolls around in there in a track. So we'll go ahead and put this in. I'm not
sure if it goes a certain way or not I guess we'll find out. So, I would go ahead
and I think I could put this back first. And I'm just going to make sure it fits in
those pieces. Looks like it's in. And I'll go ahead and put the screws in so I don't
forget. And we'll put the link to the the online store where we bought these
pieces from in the description.
So I'm gonna put it in with the side saying PR three aiming towards the back
of the car we'll try that and hopefully that'll just work. And that snapped in
and let's give it a try and hopefully it'll work here. And that's back to like

OATS 3 WAYS || Sweet & Savoury - Duration: 3:56.
So I just started out by caramelizing some apple pieces in a little bit of maple syrup as well as Simpson
Next I mixed a little bit of cashew milk with some cinnamon and vanilla extract with a bejeweled date
And I just matched that together to make some date paste
Now I'm adding in a half a cup of cashew milk a half a cup of
water as well as a half a cup of rolled oats to my pan, and I'll just mix that together to combine it and
Lastly, I'm adding in some amla powder for the antioxidant effects as well as some maca root
And I just topped it with some coconut yogurt as well as the date paste that I had made and
some apple slices for decoration and then just some coconut shreds I
Also topped it with a maple tahini drizzle
Which is one teaspoon of maple syrup a tablespoon of tahini and a little bit of water to thin it out
So I'm just cooking half a cup of rolled oats, and one cup of water
And I'm just going to let that simmer, and then I'm also going to add 1/2 cup of mashed banana as well as chopped dates
Some powdered peanut butter as well as some cacao powder maca powder
my animal powder for the antioxidant effects and
some ground flaxseed as well as a little bit of cashew milk and also some maple syrup and
Then I just topped that with some banana coins as well as some coconut shreds
toasted almonds and some dairy-free vegan chocolate chips and
This is the brand that I like to use
So I just started out by sauteing some chopped onions and minced garlic
And then spices I added to it where's some curry powder
cumin and coriander a little bit of garam masala salt and pepper and some nutritional yeast I
Also added in a third cup each of rolled oats and split red lentils, and then double the amount of water
and I'm just going to let that simmer until it's cooked and
I just topped it with some green onions some avocado salsa as well as some hummus and of course some sriracha

The Roseanne show just returned to t.v. after a 20-year break and fans of the show couldn't
be more excited about it!
America just proved how much the show was missed after millions tuned in and they broke
rating records.
Almost the entire cast came back for the reboot of the show except one of the characters.
He is going to learn that his reasoning behind his decision was a big mistake since the show
broke rating records and he just looks like a jealous fool.
George Clooney played Booker Brooks when the series first aired and to this day he and
Roseanne remain friends so I a sure it was a slap in the face that he chose not to return
to the show or show his support for her.
He also chose not to congratulate her on the success of her show because he hates President
Trump, which is pretty disgusting.
Recently, Roseanne was asked about George Clooney and his choices.
According to Too Fab, There's one very familiar face who won't be returning to "Roseanne"
this season on ABC: George Clooney.
Roseanne Barr appeared on The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday, where she was asked by the
host if any of the show's original cast members gave her a hard time about returning.
While the core players — including John Goodman, Sara Gilbert, Laurie Metcalf, Johnny
Galecki, Michael Fishman and both Beckys, Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke — said yes,
Clooney was a definite no-go.
Well, George Clooney didn't want to come on, so that was a bummer," Barr admitted.
"I thought, well, he lives in Italy."
"He's said some really silly things about me, but I still love him," she added, without
going into specifics.
Stern then asked if a story he'd heard about George from back in the day was true — that
the actor had smashed a chocolate candy bar the network sent after the show reached #1
in the ratings.
She confirmed the tale, saying he was ticked off because he knew what kinds of gifts other
actors received for hitting similar milestones.
"[Clooney] goes, 'Let's go out, and I'll throw it … and you hit it with a
bat and then we'll send the picture to the president of the network," Barr explained.
"He goes, 'they f-cking gave whatshisface a Rolls Royce on this network!"
"That caused a lot of problems for me," she added.
"I should not have sent that picture.
But it's so funny."
She also said Clooney would stoke her fear of being replaced on the show but putting
the name "Sandy Duncan" on her dressing room door, a reference to the actress who
took over Valerie Harper's spot on "The Hogan Family."
Roseanne has not been afraid to stick up for the president and set those who try to bash
him straight.
Recently, Roseanne appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show and she told him off when he tried to
bad mouth the president.
I love that she is not afraid to stand up for and support our president when so many
chose not to.

life-sized Raymond made of wire, paper mache,
life-sized of myself.
I made this life-sized me for Confusement.
And I saw your videos and they're awfully cool.

I'll be showing you some of my work
from Edmonton, Alberta, and
I will be showing you some of
the artwork I have been doing.
Well, what I can tell them,
I've done all these in black and white.
Starting with this turkey bird, in black and white.
Well, I went and got one of these boards,
plywood boards, or one of my staff does,
and then I draw on this with a black pen.
So when I get an idea drawing it just came out of my own idea,
I don't know where's the
beginning or the end is at, I just follow and do it and then it comes out like
a totem pole, background scenery.
I have been doing most of them in black and white, but now I decided to put them in colour.
So how I'm doing it now in colour...
then, I started putting things together.
I started doing colour.
Like these totem poles are white,
but the background's in colour.
Orange, blue, green, whatever you need to use.
And they're all different colours and different shapes but they're circles, I don't know why
I did circles, even I have no idea why
I just come out of my own ideas sometimes,
I don't know why.
And when I put them in colour, I left out, you know
what I did here
a white totem pole in front of the black parts
or the coloured parts behind it.
This one is half finished
or not totally finished
but if I send this to you down in England,
your students or whoever wants to do it
can finish the ones that I did
So the ones that are not done
or half done
you can finish it.
and if they do,
that'd be okay with me!
How I do it is it just comes out of my head.
That's all it does.
No pictures,
no photographs.
Just right in my head.
Yeah, just draw lines and follow the lines
just like you're doing a puzzle
and see what happens
'cause you don't know what it's going to look like
when it's done
until you fill it up with
colour to it, see what happens.
You never know if you find there's going to be a face in part of it
or this or a face, or someone's arm
or someone's leg.
You don't know until you draw it out.
What I did is I started doing
some lines and shapes
on a piece of cardboard
or paper.
and then I drew
just naturally out of my idea
just comes out natural,
and I don't even know what I'm doing yet
It just comes natural for me.
And what I'm doing is
whatever I just draw shapes
it could be anything it wants
I don't have to explain it to you
you figure it out yourself!
Because it's like
It's like a puzzle!
You have to finish what I did.
And if you finish it
I got it started, you finish it.
And if you want to put it in colour, go for it!

world fallen Kingdom movie and these are Mattel Toys
they are both attack pack so I got the attack pack Gallimimus in the attack

believe they did like a larger sized Gallimimus in any of the Jurassic world
they have the little so here is the five of attack pact ones
I've done the other three I will be doing these two and then I will also be
scanning these two into our Jurassic world facts that's their map here so we
will have I believe about twelve or thirteen dinosaurs that I've scanned in
there you guys have been watching my videos I take a picture for you guys on
each video so you could scan it in and then the die more food on attack down
here and once again it's showing the five here and like I showed you last
video I like it because they have this little slot here if you just reach your
finger in here and you pull it carefully you could usually open these packages
without totally damaging them if you want to repack it I mean look at that
you could barely if you reboot that you can barely tell it was open anyways okay
looks like a giant chicken oh ok guys I like this dinosaur but we are having
fall over issues with it this seems to be the only way I can get this dinosaur
to stand with this pull off a little bit because if you put it like even like it
looks like it should be
she's top-heavy here and she falls over to the right if it stands her up
balanced okay so I guess you could stand her up if you balance it correct
okay so that's not too bad it's just I'm I'm after the hasbro toys
I mean I'm a bit leery okay there we go now it's going flat maybe you just have
to move the legs a little bit see these don't have the legs that move
out the medium and the bigger size dinosaurs the legs move out in the
bottom feet twist so you can get it into positions okay so you could get
different positions with this one so we got they're like running forward
position okay so her head will go down to the ground because her head actually
loose so they're eating position well let's go ahead and take a look at this
girl from the top down and then we will go ahead and scan her into our app you
just gotta push a little those feet are kind of flexible so just for a second
there I was having Hasbro nightmares because can't get any other dinosaurs to
stand so uh good move me on the head to have it she could move her head all the
way down so you could have her feeding on the ground or have her head all the
way up like that great detail on the head zoom in there as you can see I mean
that eye is grainy look at the detail it was awesome so that same detail
continues down and I'm glad they made a bigger Gallimimus before when they made
Gallimimus is just a tiny little toy so this one has action features the head
moves the arm moves all the way down the arm is rubber the legs are
plastic and yeah you got 360-degree movement on the leg the coloring it's
like a sand color with like a darker brown on top there's it's not the tail
does not move they did not paint the nails so I mean they put so much detail
into the medium-sized ones I wish they would have painted the nails it would
make it look nicer back view
the head moves up and down so if you want a good Gallimimus bigger you can
have some fun with this is definitely the one you want to get and she does
stand I mean just might have to push it down a little at the beginning to get
her feet into place so there I have no standing guess sort of and then here is
a good look at the bottom of it and the code I won't take a picture that in one
moment
you've got the gates of Jurassic world we've got some dinosaur and animal
sounds and then you just simply go ahead hit the Scan button on the bottom here
and scan in the code but these dinos are the skin codes too small for my tablet
to read so what I do I take you guys a picture and then I scan it off the
picture and there we go anyways let's get some facts under Gallimimus raised a
thousand songs similar to a grand piano Wow smaller scientists believe that this
large dinosaur is quite tranquil the Gallimimus has hollow bones just like
modern Birds okay let's check out our collection so
it looks like we have 11 dinos so far we'll be adding another one on this one
which if you've been watching my videos I added a picture to each one so you
could have all 11 in your app so the app is Club Jurassic world facts and you
could um download that for ios and android so that is the very Onix
and Velociraptor blue
so if you've been watching my videos you got all of these before yeah - of course

get back to the Dino okay so we'll go ahead and set our Gallimimus up you can
see she's standing fine now it's just her legs needed a bit maybe a
bit of movement or something so that's cool and then we have our diet more food
on this one looks very similar to the Jurassic world die more food on from the
first movie one Hasbro made I know a lot of people probably in gang Grammy for
saying that but to me it does so and then once again the cool packaging where
you can take it out and preserve the packaging and here is our diver on an
actual die more food on if I could get this guys to stand I think that's gonna
be the first time more food on I've got that will stand on its own so anyways
there you have it it's standing on its own and might be balancing on his tail
but I mean that's besides the point in standing that is cool okay so this time
more food on you have good movement on the head it goes all the way down like
that or all the way up like that good I just defeat a lot
because the feet are a little flimsy on some of these smaller ones because
they're not adjustable the medium and the large art so don't be scared about
these ones falling over because the bigger ones they do not they are awesome
okay so anyways here you've got the head the mouth does open all the way up and
moves up yeah so you can see for a smaller Dino I mean this is less my
finger there they did really great detail for a smaller Dino awesome and
then let's check out some other features on her so the wings are cool because
they rotate 360 degree on a ball-joint and they move up and down you could get
it all the way down like that or all the way up like that so you could have this
dino like that ready to take off or you could pretend she's flying ever in the
air with her wings straight or if you want to do like a stop-motion animation
video where her wings are actually flapping so here is a good look at the
wings nice detail claws on the front the claw is like a hard plastic the wings
are like almost like a softer type plastic but they're definitely plastic
like I said I like the movement and I like the color on the inside but it is
very similar to the color that you get on the Jurassic world one does say made
in China
you think they would have put it put the date where they actually released it and
then here is the scan code I will take a picture of that for you guys in a moment
here you've got the Jurassic world Dino logo there its feet
oh that's feet don't move check that out I thought its feet we're in a fixed
position what they do move all the way up and down like that so you could get
this guy see if we could understand on his tiptoes now I seems to like to stand
and then I here is a good look at the bottom and like I said his legs do move
he's got a rubber tail here which is flexible so really cool-looking
okay then we're gonna go ahead and scan this one in he is not a happy fellow
check him out okay awesome so let's check out our collection how many halves
so we've got well let's go all because some are oh no that's carnivores
herbivores pterosaurs okay oh it's not gonna have I'll get a dime or foot on
this here well actually if we forgot to get some fat center so let's go back up

seen they have a squeak on the top if you push it it's supposed to be a
growler but there's not much growling going on there
okay and this next one is actually one that was made by Hasbro 1997 this is for
the Jurassic Park chaos effect series and this is a ankling ran it on this one
is cool the only problem is with mine he keeps losing his wing I mean something
happened over there really wicked look I mean this is one of the coolest flying
ones you're gonna get and he has vicious tail palm protection doesn't look very
vicious to me he's got big huge claws so he could sit down grab a smaller Dino
and take off with it so that one actually I think is okay so with these
ones I definitely would pick tit dimorphodon and the Gallimimus from
Jurassic world Mattel Toys because they're just so much more detailed I
mean they're small and everything but they got nice action features their
detail it's nice to have a decent sized Gallimimus I would pick this guy if it
was a dime or photon but he is not a dime or four done so I cannot choose him
I would have to choose this dimorphodon which
that or this Gallimimus and forgetting that also so definitely I would choose

Fast food is unhealthy; it's loaded with salt, sugar and fat — and a whole lot of
calories.
It's often pretty low in essential nutrients, as well.
It's well documented that fast food should be consumed in moderation, if at all.
Indeed, most people know that takeaway meals aren't ideal, but a recent study has shed
light on just how bad going to the drive-thru really is for your health.
As it turns out, fast food doesn't just contribute to inflammation and disease: It
can actually provoke lasting (and damaging) changes to your immune system.
Eating a diet laden with refined sugars, saturated fat and salt actually promotes the immune
system to act as if there is an infection somewhere in the body, according to lead researcher
Dr. Eicke Latz.
Dr. Latz is the Director of the Institute for Innate Immunity of the University of Bonn.
To conduct their research, Latz and his team fed a group of mice a simulated "Western
diet" for a whole month.
This means the mice were fed food loaded with sugar, salt and fat — and were given very
little fruits or vegetables.
Annette Christ, another study author, commented on their findings.
She explained, "The unhealthy diet led to an unexpected increase in the number of certain
immune cells in the blood of the mice, especially granulocytes and monocytes."
"This was an indication for an involvement of immune cell progenitors in the bone marrow,"
Christ added.
As Dr. Latz contends, it's well-known that diet can contribute to inflammation, but his
team's findings regarding the immune system are certainly novel in their own right.
In an interview with DW.com, Dr. Latz said that the diet-mediated changes to the immune
system exhibited by the mice became noticeable within a matter of days.
"So you can see that the blood cells start to grow in a certain direction, the bone marrow
makes more monocytes and neutrophils – immune cells.
And you see a lot of cytokines, these are mediators that immune cells make to alert
other immune cells that there's something going on.
So it looked like an infection," Dr. Latz explained.
He noted further that it took a very long time for the rodents' immune systems to
calm down.
Even after being off their "Western" food for four weeks, the researchers could still
see activated immune cells present in their bodies, waiting for potential triggers.
Dr. Latz noted, "After an infection, the body's defenses remain in a kind of alarm
state, so that they can respond more quickly to a new attack."
It would seem that in the presence of an overly processed and minimally nutritious diet, similar
reactions in the immune system occur.
In the fast food nation, it should really come as no surprise that our bodies literally
view the consumption of fast food as a precursor to imminent disease: poor diet.
But that's not all: Junk food diets have been linked to a staggering number of early
deaths across the board.
In late 2017, a shocking study by the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University
of Washingtonfound that 1-out-of-5 deaths could be attributed to eating a diet bereft
of nutrients and loaded with toxic ingredients.
