Simple Tips to Improve Your Brain Health

The following healthy activities will contribute to making the brain work better.

From the time we are born, until death, the brain continually adjusts itself, renewing itself.

Our actions, may affect this process.

The following healthy activities will contribute to making the brain work better.

1. Exercise.

Exercise regularly, help the brain function as much as possible, by causing the neurons to multiply, strengthening the connection between them, and preventing them from getting hurt.

Exercise brings protection to the brain, by boosting blood flow to the brain, and helping the brain to function and learn faster.

2. Drink less alcohol.

This may seem strange, but in fact, drinking a small amount of alcohol, helps the brain operate more efficiently.

However, make sure to drink only small amounts, otherwise it will be counterproductive.

3. Blood glucose control.

Not people with diabetes need to control blood glucose levels.

Major fluctuations in the body's insulin levels can slow down the brain's response.

On the other hand, if insulin levels are low, it also affects brain activity.

Therefore, insulin should always be in control.

4. Reduce TV viewing.

Research shows that people who watch TV more than two hours a day, are susceptible to some form of attention disorder, such as ADHD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

The simplest way, to make the brain work better, in this case is to reduce the TV.

5. Eat healthy.

Studies show that people who eat more natural meats, whole grains, fresh fruits, have higher IQs, those who eat more processed foods.

The nutrients necessary for the body to decompose, when using processed food, so should avoid these foods.

Eat more foods that contain omega-3s.

Eat more salmon, tuna, walnuts, and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

If you do not like to eat fish, you need to supplement fish oil, to meet the needs of the body.

This will help blood flow to the brain and reduce inflammation.

7. Quit smoking.

Smoking slows down brain activity, by slowing down thinking and thinking.

So, try to get rid of this habit as soon as possible.

Mad Dog And Trump Are Not Messing Around, Going 'FULL THROTTLE' In 72 HRS! - Duration: 7:10.

Mad Dog And Trump Are Not Messing Around, Going 'FULL THROTTLE' In 72 HRS!

Texas and Arizona have officially announced their plans to send troops with the National

Guard to the southern border between Mexico and the United States.

This is mere days after President Trump had ordered thousands upon thousands of soldiers

to be deployed there for the purposes of drug trafficking and illegal immigration prevention.

250 troops will be sent to the border by the Texas National Guard in the next 72 hours.

Two Lakota helicopters had already been deployed by the time of this announcement.

Also, Arizona's governor said the state would be sending 150 various troops in the

following week.

Brigadier General Tracy Norris, the commanding general of the Texas National Guard, told

reporters at a briefing,

"The Texas national guard is preparing to immediately deploy with supporting aircraft,

vehicles and equipment to the Texas-Mexico border.

This deployment has begun with the movement of equipment and troops today.

Within 72 hours the Texas military department will have 250 personnel along with ground

surveillance vehicles as well as light and medium aviation platforms."

Yahoo reported,

"Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced his plans in a tweet.

Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis signed an order for "up to 4,000 National Guard personnel

to support DHS's southern border security mission while under the command and control

of their respective governors through September 30, 2018," according to a Department of

Defense memo.

The memo set out that troops would not carry out law enforcement activities without the

defense secretary's approval and would be armed only in "circumstances that might

require self-defense."

Mattis and Homeland Security secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said the decision came after their

departments "identified security vulnerabilities that could be addressed by the National Guard."

"Together, the Departments of Homeland Security and Defense are committed to using every lever

of power to support the men and women of law enforcement defending our nation's sovereignty

and protecting the American people," they said in a joint statement.

"We will continue to work with the governors to deploy the necessary resources until our

nation's borders are secure."

Trump had said on Thursday that the final deployment would range from 2,000 to 4,000

troops, and he would "probably" keep many personnel on the border until his promised

border wall is built — spelling out a lengthy mission.

The move has heightened tensions with Mexico, whose President Enrique Pena Nieto said Trump's

"threatening or disrespectful attitudes" were unjustified.

It has also raised questions about who will fund the mission.

The Pentagon could not say where the money would come from and Trump admitted the White

House was still "looking at" costs.

If 4,000 troops were deployed, that would be about double the current US military presence

in Syria and about half as many as the number of US troops in Iraq.

The National Guard has previously been deployed to help patrol the southern border, including

in 2010 under former president Barack Obama, and from 2006-2008 under George W. Bush.

Both deployments were limited to around a year."

CNBC reported,

"Deployments to the border under former presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama

both occurred under Title 32.

Bush sent around 6,000 troops in 2006, and Obama sent 1,200 Guard members in 2010.

Trump's proclamation blamed "the lawlessness that continues at our southern border."

Trump has suggested he wants to use the military on the border until progress is made on his

proposed border wall, which has mostly stalled in Congress.

After plunging at the start of Trump's presidency, the numbers of migrants apprehended at the

southwest border have started to rise in line with historical trends.

The Border Patrol said it caught around 50,000 people in March, more than three times the

number in March 2017.

That's erased a decline for which Trump repeatedly took credit.

Border apprehensions still remain well below the numbers when Bush and Obama deployed the

Guard to the border.

News reports of a caravan of Central American migrants passing through southern Mexico also

sparked angry tweets from the president.

The caravan of largely Central American migrants never intended to reach the U.S. border, according

to organizer Irineo Mujica.

But Trump has repeatedly cited it as an example of what he called America's weak immigration

laws.

Department of Homeland Security officials have said Guard members could support Border

Patrol agents and other law enforcement agencies.

DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said this week that guard members could "help look at the

technology, the surveillance," and that the department might ask for fleet mechanics.

Federal law restricts the military from carrying out law enforcement duties.

From 2006 to 2008, the Guard fixed vehicles, maintained roads, repaired fences and performed

ground surveillance.

Its second mission in 2010 and 2011 involved more aerial surveillance and intelligence

work.

Leaders in both Arizona and Texas said Friday that they were working with federal planners

to define the Guard members' mission.

The Arizona National Guard said in a statement Friday that it would "provide air, reconnaissance,

operational and logistics support and construct border infrastructure."

As the helicopters were taking off Friday in Texas, Guard spokesman Lt. Col. Travis

Walters said that the 250 troops going "is what our initial surge is so that we can then

very quickly roll in a larger amount of forces as needed."

Walters did not specify where the first round of troops would be stationed.

About 100 Guardsmen remain deployed as part of the existing state mission in Texas'

Rio Grande Valley, the busiest corridor for unauthorized crossings on the southwest border.

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, now Trump's energy secretary, originally sent about 1,000

Guard members to the border in 2014 in response to a surge in the number of unaccompanied

immigrant children crossing the Rio Grande.""

There is certainly a precedent for this type of action.

President Obama and President Bush both deployed troops to the border in the past.

However, because of President Trump's stance on illegal immigration, it is very likely

this is the reason why this announcement of troop movement is blasted all over media headlines.

Considering the fact that the recent appropriations budget passed by Congress, the Senate, and

the White House did not include as much funding for President Trump's long desired wall

it is not surprising this action was taken.

The obvious conclusion is that the lack of funding requires more protection to be added

elsewhere, i.e. the border.

Angry Ann Coulter Shouts 'Shoot One' At A Time Until They Learn! That'll Take Care Of It For Good! - Duration: 8:24.

Angry Ann Coulter Shouts 'Shoot One' At A Time Until They Learn! That'll Take Care

Of It For Good!

The left is flipping out about right-wing commentator Ann Coulter recent response to

President Donald Trump's recent decision to deploy the National Guard to the U.S./Mexico

border. Coulter suggested that President Trump combat the illegal invasion of our Southern

border by shooting illegal aliens.

Coulter was speaking to Lars Larson, a right-wing radio host when she stated – "If I were

an illegal–I mean, unless they're going to shoot one and send a message to the rest,

as Voltaire's line in Candide is–'We hang one to encourage the others'–if you

shoot one to encourage the others, maybe they'll learn, but otherwise, we'll see, we'll

see."And queue hysterical screeching from the left…

For example, Reverb Press states of Coulter's commentary – "There are conservatives

in this country that will never be satisfied with the already deranged direction the Republican

Party is taking. Being anti-immigrant, anti-woman, anti-science, and anti-Obama isn't enough

for these people. They want harsher stances adapted: stances advocated by deplorables

like Ted Nugent, Joe Arpaio, and John Bolton. They want blood."

It is interesting but where was this outrage when Kate Steinle was killed by an illegal

alien for the crime of walking on the beach with her father? Steinle is one of the thousands

of Americans who lost her life as a result of open borders policies. Currently, in an

attempt to overwhelm U. S. Customs and Border Protection, some 1,000 and 1,500 Central Americans

and Mexicans are marching through Mexico toward the U. S. border. The goal is to cross our

border by seeking asylum, crossing illegally, or by exploiting the ongoing "catch and

release" policy.

Buzzfeed reported as of March 31, 2018 –

"For five days now hundreds of Central Americans — children, women, and men, most of them

from Honduras — have boldly crossed immigration checkpoints, military bases, and police in

a desperate, sometimes chaotic march toward the United States. Despite their being in

Mexico without authorization, no one has made any effort to stop them.

Organized by a group of volunteers called Pueblos Sin Fronteras, or People Without Borders,

the caravan is intended to help migrants safely reach the United States, bypassing not only

authorities who would seek to deport them, but gangs and cartels who are known to assault

vulnerable migrants.

Organizers like Rodrigo Abeja hope that the sheer size of the crowd will give immigration

authorities and criminals pause before trying to stop them.

. . . . When they get to the US, they hope American authorities will grant them asylum

or, for some, be absent when they attempt to cross the border illegally. More likely

is that it will set up an enormous challenge to the Trump administration's immigration

policies and its ability to deal with an organized group of migrants numbering in the hundreds.

The number of people who showed up to travel with the caravan caught organizers by surprise

and has overwhelmed the various towns they've stopped in to spend the night. Pueblos Sin

Fronteras counted about 1,200 people on the first day."

It was this invasion that Coulter was responding too. The left refuses to do away with the

incentives that draw illegal aliens to flaunt our borders and immigration laws openly housing

them in so-called sanctuary cities and allowing them to live at the expense of the American

citizenry. Often times it seems as though illegal aliens have more rights in America

than American citizens do. Coulter's comments echo that frustration. Meanwhile, the left

falls back on rhetoric and skewed stats based on the Census Bureau using a significant amount

of guesswork to tell the American citizenry there is nothing to worry about. Those that

question are then villanized such as what is currently being done with Coulter.

According to Kris W. Koback, an expert on immigration law and policy, "The data problem

has been explained in detail by demographic experts at the Center for Immigration Studies.

The Left's claim is based primarily on responses to surveys conducted by the Census Bureau

and on analyses of prison populations. But when it comes to determining whether a prisoner

is foreign-born or native-born, 53 percent of the time, the Census Bureau makes an educated

guess. That's a lot of guessing.

The second, and much bigger, problem with their claim is that they fail to differentiate

between legal and illegal aliens. It would not be particularly surprising if it turned

out that legal aliens residing in the United States commit crimes at a lower rate than

U.S. citizens – because they are screened before they can obtain a visa. In other words,

the criminals are excluded at the port of entry.

But illegal aliens are an entirely different matter. They are not screened before they

enter, and the fact that they are willing to break our immigration laws suggests that

they are more likely to break other laws too. There are many indicators in the crime data

suggesting that illegal aliens commit crimes (other than their immigration crimes) at a

much higher rate."

A grossly disproportionate share of federal prisoners – 22 percent – are aliens. Roughly

2/3 of these aliens were illegally in the country when they committed their crimes.

So that's over 14 percent of federal prisoners. Yet illegal aliens represent only 3-6 percent

of the population.

75 percent of those on the most wanted criminals lists in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque

are illegal aliens.

More than 53 percent of burglaries investigated in the border region states of California,

Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas are committed by illegal aliens.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has been keeping careful records of aliens booked

into Texas jails since June 1, 2011. As of September 30, 2017, more than 232,000 aliens

had been jailed, of which over 155,000 (2/3) were illegally in the country.

Looking just at the aliens we are deporting, criminality is pervasive. In FY 2015 (the

last year for which we have complete statistics), 59 percent of removed aliens had been convicted

of criminal offenses (other than their immigration violations). And many more had been arrested

or charged with crimes, but not yet convicted.

ICE knows of nearly 10,000 additional crimes that were committed by illegal aliens who

had been in the custody of sanctuary cities and counties but were released. Every one

of those crimes could have been prevented if the sanctuary policy had not been in place.

Kobach is the Secretary of State for Kansas, the co-author of Arizona's SB-1070 immigration

law, and represented the 10 ICE agents who sued to put a stop to Obama's 2012 executive

amnesty in federal court. He was named the Vice Chairman of the Presidential Commission

on Election Integrity in 2017 by President Trump.

Coulter continued in her interview with Larson elaborating that she was not confident that

the president's latest plan to send the military to police the U.S. border make any

noticeable difference.

"Both Obama and Bush did this too. No, there's a reason the chant was 'we want a wall,'

we don't want to use the military to process illegals and let them into the country,"

she said.

Many note that until the sanctuary policies are done away with and the incentives that

allow illegal aliens to arrive and thrive at the expense of the American citizenry,

a wall and militarization of it are mere band-aids that will do nothing but cost lives and billions

in taxpayer resources. However, we must start somewhere as Coulter also notes and making

a significant and highly public example of what happens to those that choose disregard

U.S. borders is one way to do that. See Vladimir Tepis also known as Vlad the Impaler if you

question the effectiveness or the results of what Coulter is suggesting.

BREAKING: Trump's Confidant Slipped Radioactive POISON In Assassination Attempt – 'I Know - Duration: 6:02.

BREAKING: Trump's Confidant Slipped Radioactive POISON In Assassination Attempt – 'I Know

Who Did It'

Roger Stone, has been a political consultant and advisor to Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan,

and Donald Trump has now revealed that he was almost killed after being poisoned with

what doctors believe may have been Polonium.

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show multiple times Stone detailed this unbelievable, but

credible, assassination attempt, including that he had originally thought that he had

a simple stomach virus before becoming extremely ill.

Stone explained that he became extremely ill.

In what manifested itself in over 14 days of high fevers, delirium and night sweats.

Along with lesions on his chest and face.

He had extreme diarrhea and vomiting that could not be stopped with traditional medication.

He became exceedingly dehydrated and ultimately had to be hydrated with IV and saline injections

in the hospital.

Stone later added that the general consensus by the doctors who treated him was that he

was in fact poisoned.

He was poisoned with a substance that may have been Polonium or had the characteristics

of Polonium which made him increasingly ill to the point that if he wouldn't have received

medical help he wouldn't have survived the ordeal.

In a later interview with Anderson Cooper on CNN, he confirmed that he knew who did

but wasn't ready to call out names.

All he confirmed was that 50% of the nation pretty much wanted him dead after he helped

President Trump win the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton.

Roger Stone's poisoning claims first started to gain steam in a February 2017 interview

with Time Magazine's Alex Altman.

Where he explained what he had gone through for the first time after recovering from the

ordeal.

Stones narrative isn't far-fetched especially after the confirmed poisoning of Sergei Skripal

and his daughter, Yulia, which has triggered a diplomatic crisis between Russia and the

West.

Britain and dozens of other countries, including the United States, have expelled more than

150 Russian diplomats in a show of solidarity.

In retaliation, Russia ordered the expulsion of Western diplomats from embassies in Moscow

and ordered closures of consulates, including the U.S. embassy in Saint Petersburg.

Here is more on Stone's ordeal via LMT Online: "For more than a year, Roger Stone has asserted

that he spent Christmas of 2016 trying to survive an assassination attempt – most

likely radioactive polonium poisoning – by someone trying to frame Russia.

Tests were conducted; doctors were baffled, the longtime political operative and adviser

to Donald Trump told journalists.

Even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was contacted.

But from the moment he made the claims, Stone has deflected questions when asked to back

up his claims.

It happened again on Friday, during a wide-ranging conversation with CNN's Anderson Cooper

on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and Trump.

At one point Cooper said he had questions about Stone's polonium assertions.

"I was extraordinarily ill," Stone told Cooper, before referring to pictures of his

face during the period."

You can see in the file footage that you used at the beginning of the segment that I still

have lesions on my face from that illness.

My doctor believed I was poisoned.

They believed initially that there was some radioactive element to that.

I've never been this sick in my life."

But Stone wouldn't go into detail when Cooper asked for proof, even when the host insisted

that "Polonium poisoning, that would be a huge issue in the United States if someone

was poisoned with polonium."

Still, Stone resisted: "I don't think my health is of great interest to the American

people other than the half of them that just wish I would drop dead."

He directed viewers to "my Infowars report on it."

The Alex Jones-hosted website airs conspiracy theories.

Stone could not be immediately reached for comment by The Post on Saturday.

As Stone spoke on CNN, an ocean away, a former Russian spy and his daughter were recovering

from a poisoning attempt in a British town that the British government says points to

Russia.

The poisoning last month of Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, has triggered a diplomatic

crisis between Russia and the West.

Britain and dozens of other countries, including the United States, have expelled more than

150 Russian diplomats in a show of solidarity.

Russia, in turn, has ordered the expulsion of Western diplomats from embassies in Moscow

and ordered closures of consulates, including the U.S. facility in Saint Petersburg.

The Skripals were found unconscious on a public bench in Salisbury.

He is a 66-year-old former colonel in Russia's military intelligence service who was convicted

of helping British agents, then freed in a spy swap.

She is a 33-year-old who had just dined with her father at a restaurant named Zizzi.

Police said the father and daughter were "targeted specifically" with a nerve agent.

Officials have not publicly identified the nerve agent, but they have found traces of

it at the restaurant, according to The Associated Press.

Russia has countered, bizarrely, alleging a conspiracy involving two dead guinea pigs

and a dead cat.

And like Stone, the Russians assert that the Skripals poisoning was an effort to frame

Moscow.

Stone's poisoning claims first gained steam in a February 2017 interview with Time Magazine's

Alex Altman.

"I got progressively worse.

For almost 17 days in a row, I had a fever of over 100.

I went to the hospital.

They conducted blood tests.

They were baffled.

Blood tests went to the CDC.

They found an exogenous substance in my blood that had the characteristics of polonium,"

he said.

Like Cooper, Altman asked for proof.

Stone told him "there would be too many suspects" to figure out who'd want to

murder him.

He did, however, push a theory about a possible motive: "The Senate Intelligence Committee

was going to have hearings.

I could see why some people might not want me to do so.

You know, you bump off Stone, make it look like the Russians did it: 'Wow, the Russians

killed their agent because he was going to spill his guts in Congress.'

Just a theory.

The Deep State moves in strange ways."

How Much Should I Invest In 1 Stock? | #AskDrWealth - Duration: 3:12.

One of the most frequently asked question is

"How Much Should I Invest In 1 Stock?"

Hi, my name is Alvin,

I'm the founder of Dr Wealth.

Before I go into the exact figure,

I would like to share with you some perspectives

in how to determine the minimum amount

as well as...

the maximum amount of investment

you should have in a stock.

Let's start with the minimum amount first.

I would say that

the minimum commission is actually an important factor

to determine the minimum amount you should invest.

In Singapore,

the minimum commission can go as low as $10.

Let's say you invest $100 in 1 stock,

and it cost you $10,

which means your cost is as high as 10%

of your invested amount!

This is quite ridiculous,

because in order for you to make back this 10% from the stock market,

it's going to take a while.

Probably 1 over year, right?

And, you'd only barely break even.

So it doesn't make sense if your percentage of your

investment capital is too high.

It eats into your returns.

Which means if you can just take $10

divided by the minimum commission,

of 1%...

it gives you a figure of $1,000.

This means that if your minimum commission is $10,

and you want to keep your cost within 1%,

you need to invest minimally, $1000.

In my opinion,

this is the way that I think

most people should think about setting their minimum investment capital.

Keep your cost below 1%,

and of course,

if you can keep BELOW 1%,

as low as possible, that'll be the best.

Let's say 0.28%,

or even 0.2%.

That'll save a lot of your cost,

when investing in the stock market,

and you'll be able to make back your returns a lot faster.

Let's move on to the maximum side.

Some of you probably have a lot more capital to invest,

you'll be wondering "how much money should I put into 1 stock?",

such that I'm not taking too much risk

in the process.

To answer that, we'll talk about risk management,

or, what is the degree of reasonable diversification?

What is the number of stocks you should have in your portfolio?

And research have found that,

a portfolio should achieve 12 to 18 stocks,

to have reasonable diversification.

Which means you reduce risk to a reasonable level.

Let's take the middle ground, which is 15 stocks.

if we stretch it to the other end,

if you only invest totally into 1 stock right?

which is 100% in 1 stock,

all your capital in 1 stock

is very dangerous, nobody does that.

So what happens when it's at 15 stocks?

and you invest in them equally,

in your portfolio?

That would mean that you'll only have less than 7% of your capital,

in 1 stock.

This is definitely a lot more comfortable

for people to sleep well at night,

while their investments are put to work.

If you invest 100%, i think...

it is too stressful,

and there's too much risk taken, in that sense.

Today we covered about

the minimum investment amount,

which is $1000.

And, to the maximum amount which is,

7% of your total investment capital,

in 1 stock.

Thank you for watching.

I hope it has given you new insights to investments.

House of Cards CRASHES Down on Obama as ANOTHER LIE Surfaces - Duration: 1:44.

House of Cards CRASHES Down on Obama as ANOTHER LIE Surfaces

Obama and his failed administration were just busted in another lie.

After another chemical weapons attack in Syria, it is now PAINFULLY clear that Obama's earlier

claims, through his Secretary of State John Kerry, that all chemical weapons were removed

from Syria, is a lie.Obama and Kerry both took victory laps over their successful chemical

weapons sweep of the rogue nation.

Since then, time and time again, we see that it's simply not true.

From BreitbartOn this weekend's broadcast of on Fox News Channel's "Sunday Morning

Futures," House Homeland Security Committee chairman Rep. Michael McCaul said after the

apparent chemical weapons attack in Syria, former Secretary of State John Kerry was not

successful in removing all the chemical weapons from Syria.

McCaul said, "There has to be a consequence to this and I think the president is absolutely

right is that President Obama drew the red line, the red line was crossed he did nothing

and then he negotiated through John Kerry the settlement, this weapons convention.

I remember John Kerry saying we took all their chemical weapons away.

Obviously not.

They still have this and I also blame Russia and Iran I think they're complicit with

this as well."

CHCESZ PORADZIĆ SOBIE Z WYPADAJĄCYMI WŁOSAMI? - Duration: 1:08.

Wypadające włosy to zmora wielu z nas.

COCOSORI IN A TACO QUIZZ CHALLENGE - Duration: 11:18.

Helloooo

We are

Coco - Sori

Cocosori! Welcome to part 2!

Hello everyone! Right now ZanyTV is here

with the two of us, the pretty Cocosori

As we have been promoting our song 'Mi Amor'

we wanted to communicate with our Latin American fans

who seemed to enjoy this song a lot

What do you think of when you hear "Latin America"?

Salsa? -Salsa!

Tango?

I have to think of Brazil's Carnival

The Carnival is really well-known

I'd really like to see it with my own eyes

The dance to "Mi Amor"

kind of has a Salsa and Tango feeling

Actually going to Latin America and learning the dances would be cool

We'd have to get our bodies in line for that, though

like - shake shake shake -

Let's move on

What else? -Soccer!

Argentina!

And something I enjoy a lot

Wine -Oooh, wine

Coffee! -That's right

We have to talk about the cuisine

How come that's not the first thing you said?

Normally she just talks about food

I was holding back.

But I heard there's a lot of food based on corn

Right, like tamales

Food, that can make you beautiful

How could you forget this!

This should have been the first thing. You have to focus

I gave you the chance!

Taco! -I tossed you the ball and you didn't play it back

Coco took me to eat Tacos ones

That was the first time I ever tried them

And they were so, so delicious

We ate them together with a glass of beer

(PD) Today you will get to eat Tacos

(PD) But you have to make them yourselves

(PD) So we will give you the ingredients

COCOSORI has to get the right answers in a quiz about Mexico

There are 6 quizzes for 6 ingredients

The member who gets the right answer, will get the right ingredient

The member who get the wrong answer will get something else

Why do you do this to us?

Why are you so mean?

(PD)Because we're nice, you will get the tortilla for free

You seem pretty cold to me

Kindness is what you call this?

That's all you give us!

(PD) First question

(PD) Mexico has a museum under water

(PD) Right or Wrong

1, 2, 3

(PD) Correct

I want to see that

(PD) We will give you the right ingredients

I really like these

You should compare our tortillas

(PD) Tequila is made from Lemon and Lime

(PD) 1, 2, 3

You eat them, no?

Tequila is made from a cactus called agave

It was right, give us food

Cheese!

You can put a lot

What kind of cheese might it be?

American?

(PD) Third question

Mexico is the country with the most pyramids

(PD) 1, 2, 3

(PD) Mexico has more pyramids than even Egypt

(PD) And as you got it wrong, you will get the alternative ingredient

Nooo, you can't do that to us!

Por favor

Oh, I actually like this

Peach jelly

(PD) Fourth statement

Mexico's "Dia de los muertos" is celebrated in honor of fallen soldiers

(PD) 1, 2, 3

This statement is wrong

It's a festival honoring late ancestors

You haven't seen the movie "coco", right?

I see you too often, so

So you didn't see it

I've seen it three times. I told you you should watch it

I told you, didn't I

This time you will get different ingredients

What's this?

I think I know what this is

(PD) It's Gochujang (Red pepper paste)

That'll taste interesting with the jelly

Don't you dare laugh

You will try one later

I bet it will taste good

(PD) There are 70 different kinds of peppers in Mexico

How am I supposed to know?

(PD) 1, 2, 3

Wrong, there are about 200

That's not fair

(PD) It should be shrimps

(PD) But you will use shrimp chips

Please use your ingredients

A tragedy

Cookies made from shrimp

There's shrimp in there, it'll be okay

It'll be okay

I really like all kinds of snacks

(PD) You haven't gotten the main ingredient, yet

(PD) The next statement will decide the main ingredient

(PD) Ready?

Mexico's 'San Camilito' market is famous for it's fruit

(PD) 1, 2, 3

This statement is wrong

It's famous for relieving hangovers

That fits you well

Why would that fit me

Why?! I want to be happy, too

Why can't I be happy?

Quit it

Can't I have a bit, too?

(PD) Unfortunately that is not possible

This smells so good

Stop it!

It's your favorite, too!

Kimchi! -Why do you do this?

Delicious

You're too noisy

I'll put all of it

You made so much, can I really not even have a tiny bit?

(PD) So we will be kind

No, don't do it

Give me a chance

Mexico's population is 200,000,000

(PD) 1, 2, 3

This statement was false

And because you're a piggy, pork for you

No, I want something else

She's putting in too much

Today at 'Cocosori's Kitchen'

we have a Coco-style Taco and a Sori-style taco

Sori's taco is red

So I named it the 'Sexy Sori Taco'

Okay, if you say so

This looks good!

Now you have to wrap it

This is a lot

I will now try the 'Sexy Sori Taco'

Cheers!

Spicy

What is in there, really Gochujang?

Mine is really good!

Sexy Sori Taco!

It smells

Describe it with your body

So delicious!

Really good

Please edit this out

This was the first time Cocosori got to work with ZanyTV

As Coco got one more statement right

the statement deciding over the main ingredient on top of that

my Taco turned out wrong

When I ate Tacos at that restaurant

there were different ingredients on the table

and you could put your own taco together

according to your tastes

And people who like spicy food

or Korean style food

also put Kimchi and Gochujang in their tacos

It doesn't taste that bad, believe me

Normally we are not able to communicate with Latin American fans

neither when they write us on SNS

nor in a different way

But today at ZanyTV we were able to answer questions

and get to know something about Latin America

So we had a very good, meaningful time today

It feels like we could get a bit closer to our fans

It'd be great if we could get even closer

I hope you enjoy our song 'Mi Amor'

that has been playing here in the background

and try dancing our choreography sometime

So we will be back with even better songs and contents

Promise! -Promise!

Now translate!

Hello you guys, we will be back again on ZanyTV

with more exciting and fun content so stay tuned for us!

We'll be back again, see you next time!

Ciao~~~!

Jak Karol Strasburger znalazł miłość? Szczegóły wyszły na jaw

Karol Strasburger i Małgorzata Weremczuk o swoim związku.
