Today I am making an unusual video of what you guys are used to viewing in my channel

but i think this is well worth doing it.

I am doing this because I am extremely angry because of a personal problem with a company that I work with here in the United States

A company that has become a giant and has surpassed giants such as General motors and Ford in value

A company that is now valued for more than 70 Billion Dollars and with no further ado, I am talking about Uber Ladies and Gentleman

For a while now, I am having many problems that are really getting on my nerves

and I know I have the option of saying "GOOD BYE" " I quit"

But unfortunately I have a weight on my shoulders; a home I have to provide for, a home I have to take food every day, and pay debts due to the lies

that I read on the internet about Uber.

I have read online how Uber's CEO spoke a while ago about how we Uber partners in the USA make around 19-20 Dollars per hour

I would like to ask this gentleman: First if he has ever sat down behind a wheel and driven for one year, one month or one week

so that he can guarantee us that we, here in the United States make around 20 Dollars per hour

the second question I want to ask him is: in what part of the United States him or his company did this research

to go around and say that Uber partners that work for his company make an average of 19-20 Dollars per hour

because here, in Las Vegas, where I live, that is a lie, a complete lie.

stop fooling people around.

Third question:

I want to ask you when is it that you have changed all of Uber's policies?

why am I asking this?

because when I started working for Uber, I the office where I got cleared to work, I was told that Uber would take 25% comission for every ride that I made

that was the "booking fee" that you took from us and I agreed gladly, you created the company and you also have to make money

and I really do think that you have to make 25% because you created it!, I completely agree

but after this, it increased to 33%. Maybe in some places of the US such as San Francisco where I've heard that Uber is really good

but here in Vegas, not true at all.

My question is: in what moment did you discuss or talked to us to raise booking comissions to 33%?

but now, when I had a HUGE problem with you and I called to complain, everything has been changed yet again!

NOW is not even 25%, not 33% but now they tell me that the only thing i should be interested in that they pay me for base fare, distance and waiting time.

so I also ask to myself and Uber if what you are asking me to trick customers and take the around and around to make more time and miles to make more money???

because this question I ask to myself and you many of the partners are also asking the same

(I really hope they can view this video and I please ask EVERYONE TO PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO so I can reach where it is supposed to)

are you really expecting partners to trick customers so we can make more?

I made this question to a girl that works for Uber's call center and she told me that NO, she is not telling me that, but that this is Uber's policy.

so in terms for dummies, so if you pay us for time and distance, it is only logical to give a longer ride, take longer time in order to make more.

UBER IS MAKING ALMOST 70% OF THE FARE!

IT IS NOT 25% ANYMORE!

ME! THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, THE ONE THAT PAYS FOR THE GAS, THAT PAYS THE MONTHLY CAR BILL, THE ONE THAT PAYS FOR THE INSURANCE.

Beacuase Uber does not insure us, I am only insured by you when there is a passenger inside my car, but once the passenger leaves

I am not insured by Uber, so I have to have my own insurance! But aside from everything Uber is taking from the passenger's fare and me from every ride,

that i have to make with my own time, car, gas, cleaning my car, aside from ALL these things I have to do,

At the end of the year... I have to pay federal tax on all of this. Because this job is considered to be a "sole proprietorship"

This is my "business" that Uber makes money on, and takes the percentage of.

So I have to pay the government from what little I have left

so please.. do not beleive everything that you read online

It is a complete lie that you make 19-20 Dollars and hour

Today I am going to tell you Uber NEWS! News that they told me over a phone call I made to them.

UBER NEWS!!

This is my van, I have a 6 seater van, 7 with myself included.

And my van gives me the advantage of doing UberPool, UberX and UberXL

this advantage helps me make a little more income if i compare my vehicle to other smaller ones.

Here in Vegas the amount of visitors and decreased over the past few months and I saw the obligation to start doing UberPool, something I had never done ever since I

Started working for Uber for almost a year

And it is tru that you can make a little more money, but something that really surprised me the other day and really got me angry

is that I had a ride from a very famous Vegas hotel to the airport and in that same ride anther UberPool was requested

usually a fare from those hotels to the airport (and I will show you the details so you know that I am not lying about this)

the fare from this distance is about 7-10 Dollars

with you as a partner making about (after all the Uber, state and other fees I previously described )

we make around 7-10 dollars

so if I would've had 2 passengers, these passengers would've made me around 18 to 20 dollars

when I got to the airport and I dropped off the passengers I clicked on the details of the fare to see how much I made and I was surprised to see

LOOK HOW MUCH I MADE!

$9,62!

when I looked further to see how much the passengers had paid, I noticed the passengers had paid $29,89!

When I got to my house, after being angry for most of the day, I doubled checked everything, looked at the trip details, I saw on the Uber website

That it still says there that 25% of the fees collected from trips is going to be their comission.

NOT 33% and not another piece of news that I have!!

So, when I informed myself through the Uber website I called the Uber Partner Call Center, so somebody could please explain this to me!

and to help me understand how 2 passengers that I had on the UberPool that had paid Uber almost $30 Dollars

and made me, the owner of the car, something that Uber has not provided or given it to me as a gift, spending countless hours in this job,

driving sometimes rude customers, customers that sometimes are not under control, ONLY made me 9 dollars! for the 2 passengers.

LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE PHONE CALL.......

Well now we are goint to call Uber and obviously have to warn the agent that I am recording this.

So i want and explanation of how much Uber is making of fares 70%? 80%? or if it is actually 25% as they say..

Because if it is 25% it is impossible that I am making $9 Dollars out of a $30 dollar ride

So let's call them up and see what is up with all of this so you can see who is the liar hear.

as you can see, when you tell Uber you are going to record a call, they don't want to be recorded..

So, all of these things that cost me from my job, from my sacrifice, I have to put up with these people

THESE PEOPLE!

That I personally think they're a bunch of $%@#$%!

but for me they are a bunch of #@$%@#!

I really think that Uber is taking advantage of our work, Uber is using all of us partners and at this moment you are @%$%$^! from all of us.

If I see a sign that says "you are going to make $20 Dollars an hour" trust me that I am going to leave my work and going to drive for Uber.

BUT THAT IS A LIE! A COMPLETE LIE! and you know how I know this? because I work almost every day usually monday through saturday

because Uber is taking almost everything! with stories that do not make sense. And this is why in just a few years you are worth almost 70 billion dollars!

so please I ask that you stop talking advantage of people because we are not $%@#$! we are people that have homes, that have to pay rent,

that have to provide for our families, that have to go get food for every day, that have to pay for the car bill, have to pay for gas, clean our cars,

and that have to drive EVERYDAY with a big smile on and handling everything that comes at us.

I have had to put up with insults for BEING AN IMMIGRANT and you do not care about such things, you do not care about what happens to your "partners"

that is really sad because WE are the ones who feed YOU! You got rich because of OUR work

So what am I telling you Uber? CHANGE!!

dont be such !@$%@!

I am telling all Drivers to stand up! Complain everyday about what makes you uncomfortable! When you see they are underpaying you COMPLAIN!

Because I don't let anyone take advantage of me. I complain to them even to the last cent! Because this is MY car, MY time!

Another thing that really bothers and angers me is that they tell you " for the wait time you are also making money! and you can make more if you wait for the passenger!

DON'T LIE! STOP LYING! Because I had one ride (that I will show you soon with the time I waited)

I waited almost NINE MINUTES, you know how much they paid me? they paid me $1,88!!!

who the hell do you think we are?

what cheek do you want to slap me on? how are you going to tell me that to wait for passengers for 9 minutes outside of a house (time I could have found an amazing new ride)

you are going to pay me ONE dollar and a few cents!?

For the wait time is what you make more on!

STOP BEING @#@#$@!!

That is called !@#$!#ing!

WE are the ones putting everything! and this just feels you playing with us at all cost. You are playing with the people that are beginning to work with you

You have to learn to be more appreciative of what partners actually do for Uber.

To finish off my video I want to tell all people out there that feel affected by this to speak up!

Go to you app! Speak up! This is our car! YOU pay for this, not Uber!

The day Uber tells you "Hey this car is for you, and with it you are going to drive", THEN you can probably accept such injustice

but NO! you are driving you car and using your time! and THEY are talking too much percentage of the fares paid.
