These Type of Headaches Can Last for Years - Why Do We Get Headaches - Duration: 6:17.We've all suffered from a headache at one point or another.
Whether it's self-induced or something out of our control, a pain in the brain is never
much fun.
Headaches are one of the most common medical complaints.
They can affect anyone regardless of age, race, or gender, and they occur for all sorts
of reasons.
Some last for minutes, some for hours, and some for days or even weeks!
Today, we'll explore why that is , in this episode of the Infographics show, Why Do We
Get Headaches?
First of all, just how common are headaches?
The World Health Organization reports that almost half of all adults worldwide will experience
a headache in any given year.
And the reasons can be anything from signs of stress, medical disorders, such as migraine
or high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, or even drinking too much alcohol.
First we decided to look at how the medical industry categorizes headaches.
There are primary headaches, which is defined as when the pain in your head is the condition.
Your headache isn't being triggered by something that your body is dealing with.
Common primary headaches include migraines, cluster headaches, and tension headaches.
Then there are secondary headaches, which may feel exactly the same as a primary headache,
but is actually the result of another condition, such as a sinus headache from sinusitis.
Let's take a look at a few of the possible causes of headaches.
We came across an article on the United Kingdom's National Health Service website.
They list 10 of the most common triggers for headaches:
1: Relaxing after stress – when your levels of stress hormones drop, there is a rapid
release of neurotransmitters and other brain activity, which causes a headache.
2: Pent-up anger: When you're angry, muscles in the back of your neck tense up, causing
a tight sensation around your head.
3.
Poor posture: Poor posture also causes muscle tension in your back, neck and shoulders,
which can lead to a headache.
4.
Perfume: Household cleaners, along with perfumes and fragrant air fresheners, contain chemicals
that can bring on headaches.
5.
Bad weather: High humidity, rising temperatures and storms can all bring on head pain.
6.
Grinding teeth: Grinding your teeth at night makes your jaw muscle contract, often causing
a dull headache.
7.
Bright lights: Bright lights and glare, especially if flickering, can induce migraines.
8.
Food triggers: Many foods contain chemicals that can bring on headaches.
Some culprits include aged cheeses like stilton and brie, diet fizzy drinks, and processed
meats and fish.
9.
Sex headaches: Yes!
A headache can be the result of sex and not always the reason for no sex.
Doctors think sex headaches are due to pressure building up in the head and neck muscles.
The headaches can happen during foreplay or just before orgasm, and can last for a few
minutes or up to an hour.
10.
Ice cream: We've all experienced brain freeze after eating ice cream too quickly.
Well, that sharp, stabbing pain in your forehead is caused by cold material moving across the
roof of your mouth and the back of your throat.
What about headaches that last for days or even weeks?
Some of the worst headaches are migraines and cluster headaches.
A cluster headache is one of the most painful types of headaches there is.
The condition affects 0.1 percent of the world's population and a sufferer often awakens in
the middle of the night with intense pain in or around one eye on one side of their
head.
The pain can last from weeks to months, and is usually followed by remission periods when
the headache stop for months or sometimes even years before returning.
We looked at some personal accounts of people dealing with cluster headaches and found a
2014 Vice article, where a 27 year old woman talks about her experiences with the pain.
Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and feeling a drill in your eye, like somebody
has pierced a hot metal rod through your neck and rammed it up into your brain.
This not a metaphor.
This is what a cluster headache feels like, she explains.
Fortunately, cluster headaches are rare and not life-threatening.
The most successful ways to treat the pain are a shot of sumatriptan (Imitrex) and breathing
oxygen through a facemask for 20 minutes, as well as prescription migraine medication.
In some rare cases, people require surgery to alleviate the pain.
So, what about migraine headaches?
Migraines are far more common than cluster headaches but still very unpleasant.
They are the third most common disease in the world with an estimated global prevalence
of 14.7%, which is around 1 in 7 people.
A migraine can cause severe throbbing pain, which is usually on one side of the head.
And it's not only a headache.
Sufferers often vomit and have extreme sensitivity to light and sound.
Attacks can cause significant pain for hours to days and can be so severe that the pain
is disabling.
So why do some people get migraines and some not?
According to Amy Norton, writer for WebMd.com, people who experience migraines have a thinner
and smaller cortex compared to headache-free people shown in MRI scans done by the researchers.
Maybe this is the reason, however according to ScienceFocus, the precise cause of migraines
is still unknown.
The most likely causes are hormonal fluctuations, certain foods and additives, skipping meals
or consuming a lot of caffeine, and disturbed sleep and jet lag.
One of the most common reasons for a headache is a hangover.
According to the Honor Society of Nursing (STTI), up to 75 percent of people who drink
alcohol have experienced hangover symptoms at least once.
So what is a hangover and why do you get a headache after drinking alcohol?
When alcohol enters your bloodstream, it tells your pituitary gland not to produce the hormone
vasopressin.
Without vasopressin, the kidneys send water directly to the bladder instead of reabsorbing
it into the body.
This is why drinkers have to make frequent trips to the bathroom after urinating for
the first time during an evening of drinking.
When you're drinking alcohol, you lose about four times more liquid than you gain.
This causes dehydration, one of the main symptoms of a hangover.
The headache is a direct result of dehydration.
Your organs are so desperate, they steal water from your brain, which causes your brain to
shrink a little – ouch!
And there's your hangover headache.
But the good thing about this type of headache is, you can choose whether to indulge or not.
To avoid the dreaded hangover headache, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, eat a hearty
breakfast…or just give up the bottle.
So, have you suffered from any of these types of headaches?
Or perhaps you know of some alternative cures not mentioned here?

Hes just a man among other men
I could have any man I wished
So what does he signify, this common man?
Should I whisper softly, should I cry out loud
that I never felt anything like this before?
Have I learned to love now?
Has it finally happened?
Isn't it quite crazy?
He's made my senses come alive
I who was above it all
so hard was I on every man
Now suddenly, I don't know, he scares me
Have I learned to love now?
Has it finally happened?
But I would not accept it
when he said that he loved me
I became afraid, very afraid
I ran away from him
I could die of shame
He scares me , I miss him so, I love him so

Fearless Ted Nugent Just Showed Up And Vaporized David Hogg's Arrogant Agenda. - Duration: 5:03.Fearless Ted Nugent Just Showed Up And Vaporized David Hogg's Arrogant Agenda.
Most people in the mainstream media have been supportive of the Parkland, Florida shooting
victims and activists.
However, some conservatives have not been as forgiving and have gone to the news to
share a different perspective on the gun control debate.
One of those people is conservative entertainer Ted Nugent, and now he is being attacked by
the mainstream media.
Nugent is an entertainer, National Rifle Association board member, and conservative Republican.
He blasted the Parkland, Florida victims by claiming there is irrefutable evidence they
have no souls.
While appearing on the Joe Pags Shows he called the new gun control activists mushy brained
children who have been fed lies.
"They're actually committing spiritual suicide because everything they recommend
will cause more death and mayhem.
Guaranteed."
The Daily News reported,
"Teen activists like David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez have drawn the ire of the far-right,
with political commentators and government officials taking to the airwaves and social
media to publicly lambaste them.
They've been vocal champions of gun safety legislation since the Valentine's Day shooting
at their high school.
Former student Nikolas Cruz opened fired in the halls of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High
School, killing 17 and injuring more than a dozen.
After listening to interview clips of the students, Nugent continued on to rail against
the teens as well as liberals and the main stream media.
"The dumbing down of America is manifested in the cultural deprivation of our academia
that have taught these kids the lies, media that have prodded and encouraged and provided
these kids lies," he said.
"I really feel sorry for them because it's not only ignorant and dangerously stupid,
but it's also soulless."
He continued on to defend "the good law-abiding families of America", and said the Parkland's
survivors supposed campaign against them is also "deep in the category of soulless."
"These poor children, I'm afraid to say this, but the evidence is irrefutable, they
have no soul," the conservative musician said.
In the wake of the congressional baseball shooting last summer that left House Majority
Whip Steve Scalise in critical condition, Nugent took on a significantly different tone
in his response.
"I'm gonna take a deep breath, and I'm gonna back down," he said in June.
"If it gets fiery, if it gets hateful, I'm going away and I'm not gonna engage in that
hateful rhetoric anymore.""
David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez have been the most outspoken activists so far taking aim
at the National Rifle Association, and anyone associated with them.
They have also targeted anyone who disagrees with them.
Just recently, Fox News show host Laura Ingraham posted a twitter article about how Hogg got
rejected from several California colleges he applied to.
Following this share, Hogg tweeted back at her advertisers calling on them to cancel
her show and take away their funding.
However, they did not do that and instead forced her to make an apology which she did
on social media as well.
Despite this, it was not good enough for Hogg and he refused to accept the apology.
While Nugent's comments can be described as crass they cannot be described as incorrect.
The National Rifle Association has been targeted relentlessly and as a result, their donations
from their members have increased.
It is not merely upper-class lobbyists who belong to the National Rifle Association,
the majority of the members are average Americans who use firearms for the defense of their
home and for hunting purposes.
As Nugent aptly pointed out, no National Rifle Association members have ever been involved
with or associated with a mass shooting of any kind.
In fact, the National Rifle Association has taken classes to schools across the United
States in an attempt to teach firearm safety to children.
They have also done it with local law enforcement, the military, children's organizations,
and family organizations.
And not just for a short period of time but for the past 100 years.
The answer to ending these types of mass shootings is not a one size fits all approach.
It is a multi-faceted issue that is going to require many different fixes because there
are many different variables associated with it.
Some of those include…
Background check tightening,
Mental health awareness, help, and funding,
Better tracking at the local law enforcement level,
More ownership for federal agencies like the Federal Bureau of Investigation who let the
Parkland, Florida perpetrator fall through the cracks
Police guards at schools,
While many want to blame this issue purely on guns the answer is not that simple.
We don't ban cars because of all the drunk driving that kills people, we don't ban
knives after mass stabbings, we don't ban cardboard boxes after these USPS bombings.
What do you think about this?

Going 'All Out' - Duration: 2:27.Hey! I'm here in Putrajaya, just finish a threshold bike and run training set in
this heat, where you just push as hard as you can, your heart rate soaring past 170,
180, 184. Your lungs are screaming, your legs are begging for mercy, your
mind's telling your body to quit quit quit now. And it's about really just
being able to push through that mental block to keep going. Because our minds
quit well before our body is ready. There's a lot of reserve left but even
when we think we're done and we slow down to a walk when you see that finish
line you know suddenly there's that extra burst of energy for that last 500
meters. So, there's really enough reserve but it's the mind that quits first
ahead of the body. So, the trick is how do we keep going in battle because in a
race like this it's not about the fastest guy who wins but the guy who's
most resilient who can keep going and battle the desire to quit. And it's just
like any, any challenge whether it's building a business, running an
organization, it's not the smartest guy that wins, or the guy who's got the most
capital, but it's the guy who can tolerate the most pain we can keep
picking yourself up with our challenge and just keep going. So, in a race like
this how do you keep going when your mind screaming to quit? Well, it's about
not thinking about the big goal but just breaking it down to the really small
steps, one step at a time, one lamp post at a time, telling your body a little bit
more, a little bit more focusing on just breathing, breathing one step at a time.
And similarly, you know sometimes when I'm really wrestling with a big
challenge and I want to quit, and I just got to tell myself, "okay, let's not worry
about the end goal, let's just figure out what are we gonna do today?
One step at a time. Maybe it's just clearing the inbox or setting a few
emails to generate leads and just take it one step at a time but don't quit
because usually it's the mind that wants to quit ahead of us first". So, my next
race is Ironman 70.3 Vietnam. I'm coming back and hope to see those who are
racing there and other races as well. Don't give up even when your mind tells
you. Have fun guys.

"At that time, they fled Nevada and have been on the run since," according to a Montgomery
County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
Deputies said Gamez-Nava was a Mexican national living in the country illegally.
He was arrested after deputies stopped vehicle driving the wrong way.
When officials spoke to the two occupants they were able to eventually identify them
as Gamez-Nava and his wife, Alicia Vazquez-Carrizales, KPRC-TV reported.
The constable's office said that Vazquez-Carrizales, 55, who was driving the vehicle.
was deported to Mexico in 2003 and 2014 and will likely be deported again.
She was charged with hindering the apprehension of a felon, a misdemeanor.
They were jailed after their arrests.

Her Er Noen Tinger - Duration: 1:44.Hey there... Again
You might be curious as to why this is here.
Well...
I'm here explain things in a vague manner..
These are thing about me..
Or us.. I should say..
Welp.. This is Oliver.
And I'm here to give useless information about this person.
There are times where one of us cries..
We feel the cold tears on our cheek.
But we know that it is not the host crying..
The host would never cry..
Not in front of people or alone..
Because we made a promise to never cry after this year..
You know there are many of us.
At least if you turn on subtitles..
It gets overwhelming..
Having many voices in your head..
They all scream, whisper, talk..
It drives you mad when you can never hear your own thoughts.
Especially when you can't drive the noises out..
We feel hands on our throat constantly..
It makes us mad and scared..
Sometimes the hands are nice, and give us a hug...
Or they excite us and try to kill us..
Overall, we just feel them.. Everywhere
It's not bad...
Just weird..
Even if the hands are kind to us,
We know that they want to kill us..
We deal with it though.
Blood is a big problem for us..
We love to harm and torture our body..
We have bloodied hands from both the body and the animals we've killed.
However.. We still don't have a problem with it..
Or anything that we go through..
That's considered a big issue in the real world though
Either way..
We know we have a problem
We know that very well
We're trying to figure out what it is though.

The Bucket List Family Music Video?! (Welcome Baby Cali!) - Duration: 4:35.Hey friends okay guess what I am, so stoked for today's vlog because I am working on an awesome new project. It's gonna be awesome
So let me tell you all about what's going on
Have you heard of the bucket list family? of course you have. the bucket list family is one of the coolest
Travel family vloggers that I know of. I'm Jessica, I'm Garrett (Gare-Bum). We're the bucket list family
We have two kids Dorothy and Manila. and about 16 months ago
About 32 countries ago like 70 flights ago
We left our homes sold everything and decided to go on on humanitarian adventure around the world.
Seriously I love their videos, love their family, makes me want to be part of their family when I watch their videos which I'm pretty sure is
The goal, but it's working. this hair is crazy. Let's fix that. Okay. We're good. I always have crazy hairs in my video
Have you noticed that? Anyways.
I met Garrett a while ago at Vid summit back in October
And then I met him again at a digital creators meeting that he spoke at couple months ago
So here's a story. The Bucket List family has gone on a bit of a hiatus
Since their baby boy Cali was born. they've taken a break from videos
And this is their first vlog back since Cali has been born. He's the cutest little baby. so Garrett wanted to do a super special tribute
To Cali in this video, and he wanted a super special song to go with this video
We talked a little bit at the event and then Garrett reached out to me and he said hey, I've got this really awesome idea
I need this song for my next video. Will you record it? and I said yeah
I will, of course, and it's a secret for his wife Jessica
By the time you're watching this she'll know so it's okay for me to say this now
But at the time of me recording this video
It's a secret and Jessica doesn't know that I'm working on this song for her and Garrett
I am so excited for her to see it. it's a song called I was born by Hanson
And it goes like I was born to do something no one's ever done before I was born to go somewhere
No one's ever gone before I was born to be someone that no one's ever been before Garrett's idea was let's flip this on its
Head and make this song about a baby like a mother singing to the baby says you were born to do something that no one's
Ever done you were born to go somewhere. No one's ever gone before
I'm gonna go ahead to the studio, so let's catch up with future Kelsey at the studio. Take it away future Kelsey
We could do like a soft, more intimate sound like that. Or we could just do piano.
I came up with a different piano part. Let's go out to the grand piano.
Going to the grand piano
Mm. So good. gonna be so pretty
It is so pretty. It's gonna be so pretty. It is so pretty.
Cali you were born to be someone
No one's ever been, no one's ever been before
Yeah, I like that. Cool. It's gonna be so cool. So cool. So cool. So cool.
Oh, it's gonna be so cool. Cuz you were born to do
Something no one's ever done. No one's ever done. Oh I missed it sorry
Is it? Ok good. Yeah? Good news! It's gonna be easy guys good news. Sorry. I'm vlogging
Talking to my camera. Also you, but we good. Cali you were
born to be
Someone no one's ever been. No one's ever been before
I think you're right. I just noticed that - I was like. I took a breath and I think it sounds better without oh
We start over. I'm sorry. I think I'm off
You were born to do something no one's ever done, no one's ever done.
Anyways, that's the project
I'm working on with the bucket list family. stoked out of my mind to be collaborating with them. stay tuned because you just saw the
Preview probably if you're coming from their video
But next Sunday, we're dropping a full-blown version of the song and a music video, so I'm super excited for this project
I am so excited to be working with Garrett and the bucket list family. I love them
I love their stuff. If you want to see the music video stay tuned next week. I can't wait to share with you guys

How to Find Silence in a Noisy World | Op-Docs 360 - Duration: 7:19.[street sounds]
[siren wailing]
[footsteps]
[fire engine honking]
[car horn honking]
It's hard to imagine that a sound could transform someone's life,
but it happened to me.
[truck rumbling]
[insect buzzing]
[bird chirping]
I was 27 years old and on one of those road
trips between your old life and your new one.
[bird singing]
I pulled over to get some rest.
[thunder crashing]
As I lay on the ground, I watched a storm develop.
I remember hearing the thunder define
the far reaches of the valley as the storm passed over me,
drenching me.
[rain pounding]
This was the first time I experienced true listening.
I guess you could say that was my baptism.
[thunder crashing]
[rain pattering lightly]
[birds singing]
[woodpecker hammering]
By holding a microphone, I became a better listener.
I learned that a microphone doesn't
listen for what's important.
It doesn't judge.
It doesn't interfere.
[sea bird cawing]
My whole life I had been listening for what
was important rather than taking things in with equal value.
[frogs croaking]
Every place has a sound.
[water rippling]
A passing breeze that indicates a weather change.
[wind blowing]
[bird cawing]
The first bird songs of spring.
[whistling wind]
And the shifting tide reminding us of the celestial ballet.
All of these experiences connect us back to the land.
Just listen.
[birds chirping]
[high pitched screeching]
[birds chirping]
[waves and sea birds]
Silence is the poetics of space, what it means to be in a place.
The whole topography of the surrounding landscape
is revealed to me in the many layers of the echo
that come towards me.
[waves crashing]
And I think to myself …
I know exactly where I am.
[footsteps on sand]
Silence isn't the absence of something,
but the presence of everything.
When I speak of silence, I mean silence
from noise pollution of modern life,
sounds that have nothing to do with the natural acoustic system.
[sea birds calling]
Silence is the presence of time undisturbed.
It can be felt within the chest.
It nurtures our nature.
[waves crashing]
And silence is on the verge of extinction.
[silence]
[airplane engine]
There is not one place left on planet Earth that
is set aside and off limits to noise pollution,
not one square inch of silence left
untouched by the modern world.
[horns honking]
[jackhammer thudding]
Our typical anti-noise strategies offer no relief.
(MUFFLED) Earplugs, (MORE MUFFLED)
noise canceling headphones, (REGULAR VOLUME)
even noise abatement laws offer no real solution, because they
do nothing to help us reconnect and listen to the land.
[helicopter rattling]
And the land is speaking.
[insects and birds chirping]
When I listen, I have to be quiet.
I become very peaceful.
[birds singing]
And I think what I enjoy most about listening
is that I disappear.
I disappear.
[woodpecker hammering]
[high pitched screeching]
[birds singing]
[high pitched screeching]

Working With Audio And Video - Duration: 1:02:52.In this video I discuss some of the changes that I had to overcome, when changing over from Windows 7 to LInux Lubuntu. I discuss internet providers, Data Caps, and Router Extenders. How they affect your streaming and everyday use of the internet.
I talk a little more about OBS too. On the first computer we used when we changed over to Linux we couldn't use OBS because of our CPU. I then started using the computer that belonged to mom which again allowed us to use OBS. I have got to constantly check my audio with OBS now, I get confused with the settings because of the added amount of settings with Linux. Windows had a more simple configuration than what Linux Lubuntu has. I then talk about Audacity again. Reading the manual was helpful when I was using Audacity on Windows but it isn't the same on Linux.
When recording audio sometimes the screen goes white. In order to save what was recorded, I go up to the to left options and select Transport and then the stop/play in the drop down options. After that I go over to the file option on the top left side and choose export audio in the drop down menu. I have to then upload what I exported again. In order to edit the audio. I was having problems with the volume of my audio because the audio was set low on volume. Eventually I straightened it out. I have had to go through my settings to change everything again. The setting that I had with Windows is way different than that on Linux.
The computer that I use which belonged to my mother has had damage done to its USB outlets and I have had to work around it. The Behringer, in settings, seems to overpower the mic settings for the computer. I am constantly having to go in and reset settings for my audio. An older mic that I was using plugged directly to the back of the computer. The audio that come from it was also bad, compared to the mic that connected to the Behringer.
It doesn't block out background noise, so I had issues with the furnace sound in my videos. Another mic that plugs into the Behringer with an XLR six foot cable cord had an issue, the connector between the cord from the mic separated. We had to buy another cord for six dollars and ninety-five cents, after shipping and handling. When we plugged the waterproof camera into the computer it also caused echoing with the audio. By itself the camera's mic isn't much but when it was connected to the computer it picked up on conversation and caused feedback and echoes.
When working with Audio I have to listen to playback each time because I can't hear what the mic is recording live. I am sure I can, eventually, but I have got to become more familiar with audio. I am still trying to remember to check my audio each and everytime that I plan to make videos. Sometimes the audio settings change or I change the settings because of another project.

Sridevi's Lip Job Goes Horribly Wrong And It Reminds Us Of These Tricks To Get Fuller Lips At Home - Duration: 7:49.Sridevi's Lip Job Goes Horribly Wrong And It Reminds Us Of These Tricks To Get Fuller Lips At Home
Bollywood celebrities make a lot of noise when it comes to not just fashion but their fuller, plumper and pouting lips, all thanks to the pout-wala selfie they post on their social media accounts.
While some divas are naturally blessed with fuller lips, some dont mind going under the knife and get the lip job done for better shape and fuller lips.
While some got good results, some divas lip job went terribly wrong! .
Some of the divas who are rumoured to have gone under the knife are Ayesha Takia, Anushka Sharma, Vaani Kapoor, Rakhi Sawant, Mouni Roy and Mahi Vij.
While some got amazing results and were complimented for the change, some got shocking results and ended up looking swelled!.
The latest to join the club is none other than veteran actress Sridevi Kapoor! Yes, the Hawa-Hawai girl has got a lip job done at the age of 54 and looks like it has gone terribly wrong.
Her lips are not only looking weird but also swelled up.
The rumours that she has done something with her lips seem to be true after looking at the pictures and videos.
Take a look at the pictures and the videos! .
Isnt something wrong with her lips? They look swelled and in bad shape! Take a look at the video:.
Sridevis lip job has gone horribly wrong and we cannot believe that she made a public appearance with these swelled lips.
She had beautiful lips already, God knows why she had to go under the knife! There are some natural remedies and makeup tricks that can give you fuller lips in no time, without bearing the pain of going under the knife. .
Lips job are a very common thing in Bollywood and television industry to match the standard of beauty set by these celebrities only.
Not that we're complaining, but some fans go overboard and go under the knife to sport a pout like their favourite celebrities.
Little do they know that a few of those celebs actually flaunt a natural pout!.
If you are one of those with no desire for those needles doing their job for you, the answer is in your make-up kit! In just 5 steps you can achieve a full pout that you dreamt of!.
1. Outline your lips
Choose a lip liner which is the closest to your natural lip colour and outline your lips.
Do not forget to accentuate your cupid's bow that sits right under your nose.
Now go ahead and trace your lower lip too to give an instant lift and definition to your lips.
While you are outlining your lips make sure you are not applying it too far from your natural lip line or using too dark a shade of your lip liner otherwise, it will give an impression that you are too hard to fake plump lips.
2. Fill the lips with nude colour
Once you've outlined your lip line, use a nude lipstick shade to fill both your lower and upper lip.
3. Blending is the key
With the help of an angled lip brush, blend the lipstick and the lip liner.
You will automatically notice that this defines your lip shape even more than if you were applying the lipstick directly along your lips.
4. Highlighting
Focus again on your cupid's bow and using a thick, flat lip brush highlight it with a bronzer.
Apply bronzer using the same brush under the bottom of your lip to create an illusion of fuller, plumper lips.
5. Adding a glossy touch
From your makeup kit, pull out your nude lip gloss.
Depending on what sort of a lip gloss you have applied it on your lips, but it's best to use an applicator.
Do not apply it to your entire upper and lower lip.
Just pat some on the centre of your lower lip with the applicator or your finger to draw attention to that area for it makes it look fuller.
Other things to keep in mind:.
Say no to matte-finish and dark lipsticks for they weigh down your lips and draw all the attention to your lips, and also makes them look smaller and accentuate the original shape of your lip which may be thin. Dump those shimmer and sparkly lip glosses in the bin because they add age to your face.
Exfoliate your lips with a sugar scrub to get rid of dead skin.
Another advantage is that it increases blood circulation to your lips.
If you don't have a lip scrub, use a soft toothbrush and gently exfoliate.
Your go-to shades should be all shades of nude.
Learn the art of contouring your lips (refer to step 2 and 3 above) because apparently contouring isn't just for cheeks and nose.
Invest in a bronzer, if you don't have one already.
We hope that all your questions to sport fuller lips have been answered and the secret is in your vanity kit! What more are you waiting for? Just get going and be pout-ready for a stunning selfie.
