Youtube daily report w Apr 12 2018

Tokyo counts many gorgeous cherry blossom/sakura spots that are worth your time and attention if you do not mind the bustling crowds.

But, away from the masses and mostly kept secret by many photographers and sakura specialists,

there is a 2km long sakura wonderland that will blow your mind with its beauty and its total lack of tourists. Behold Shakujii Kawa!

Thanks to its ultra-dense collection of sakura, its river and many bridges,

Shakujii Kawa is by far, even taking into account the gorgeous blossoms along Naka-Meguro River,

the most beautiful place to enjoy the sakura season in Japan!

And to make things even more enjoyable,

Shakujii Kawa is strangely ignored by both foreign and local tourists alike!

so, have you ever wondered what causes some people to be taller and larger than others?

Maybe you have wondered if it is due to the genes that are inherited from our parents.

However, according to an article called " Gut bacteria that prevent growth impairments transmitted

by microbiota from malnourished children" by Blanton et.

Discusses an experiment that found that microbiota in the gut of humans can severely stunt or

aid their development as children, regardless of age or diet.

You may now be wondering what is microbiota, well according to the Stanford Research

"The gut microbiota is a control center for multiple aspects of our biology including

our immune status, metabolism, and neurobiology" (Smits).

In this video, we will discuss the experimental procedures used to investigate microbiota,

explain the results of this experiment and finish off with a discussion.

And now to the experiment: The story of this experiment begins in the African country of

Malawi, where malnutrition is a serious issue.

In order to find a way to help the people of Malawi with this problem, a group of scientists

developed this experiment.

They started by meeting 19 children between 6 and 18 months old, some of which were healthy

and some of which were malnourished.

To extract the gut microbiota, fecal samples were obtained from these children and taken

back to the lab.

Once isolated, the microbiota were fed to 5-week old mice, which were provided with

a similar diet to the Malawians.

Throughout a 5-week period, 3 groups of mice were observed: a first group with microbiota

from healthy donors, a second group with microbiota from unhealthy donors, and a third group with

half of each microbiota sample.

These groups of mice were used to test a couple different experiments.

Experiment 1 tested the effects of the different microbiota groups on the growth of the mice

over time.

Experiment 2 tested the transmittance of microbiota between the "healthy" group of mice and

the "unhealthy" group of mice by keeping some mice from both of these groups together,

this experiment was termed "cohousing".

Experiment 3 tested whether certain microbiota found in the cohousing experiment could reverse

the effects of unhealthy microbiota alone.

These different experiments produced some very interesting information for the scientists

to work with.

Over the course of the first experiment, it was obvious to researchers that mice which

had been given microbiota from the children with normal, healthy growth had developed

much more than their stunted microbiota counterparts.

In fact, there was a 10% gain in body weight and lean mass between the two groups.

While weight gain may be avoided by the average person, it's a sign of healthy growth in

young children.

It was also found that some different species of microbiota were found in different age

mice and children, meaning that microbiota maturity is most likely an indicator for host

health.

These two graphs show lean mass and body mass growth over the course of the first experiment.

As you can see, mice with microbiota from healthy children grew up to 10 percent more.

In the second experiment, which tested microbiota transmittance via "housing" the mice together,

it was discovered that the cohoused healthy and unhealthy mice had gained more lean mass

than the control group of only unhealthy mice, within statistical significance.

In addition, the five microbiota shown in this table were found to have direct effects

on the growth of the mice.

Also shown is the lean mass gain of the mice after day 15.

Note that the healthy and unhealthy co-housed mice had more growth than even the healthy

control.

In the third and final experiment, where these five microbiota were put into unhealthy mice

to test if they could reverse the effects of those bad microbiota, only two survived

to colonize.

They were R. gnavus and C. symbiosum.

Mice with these two microbiota showed increases in lean mass akin to mice with only healthy

microbiota.

Shown here are the lean mass gain and body mass gain results in this third experiment.

Mice treated with these two microbiota showed significant increases in both.

Devan will now discuss the implications of these results.

Hello again, so what these results mean for humans is that nutrition if of the utmost

importance for growing children.

Gut microbiota rely on nutrients gained from food eaten by the person to provide lean mass

growth in return.

Healthy microbiota in the gut and the host have a symbiotic relationship because the

microbiota can digest organic molecules for themselves as well as for the host.

A healthy, well nourished host has properly digested food that can be used for cellular

processes.

Undernourishment corresponds to underdeveloped gut microbiota and less lean mass gain in

children.

This is because cells inside the body require organic molecules for cellular functions.

Without these molecules, there is a lack of ATP which is needed for many cell functions

that are related to growth and development.

As mentioned before, proper nutrition as well as an ample food supply are critical for lean

mass growth in young children.

According to Blanton et al, therapeutic strategies need to be implemented in order to prevent

the stunting of neural development and growth abnormalities associated with malnutrition.

However, healthy microbiota can be transferred from healthy hosts to undernourished children

which can help prevent underdevelopment in less fortunate countries.

Thank you for joining us today, we hope that you enjoyed.

📝 Bvd Kult & OT - Let You Go (Olivia Trappeniers) Lyrics

Here are we again picking a fight You don't even listen when I cry

This time I made up my mind But everything changes when you smile

Even if it's too much for me to hold ya, hold ya

Still want you to stay with me Need to cry on your shoulder, shoulder

I want you to hold me

Go, go, I don't wanna let you go, no Go, go, I don't wanna let you go, no

Need to cry on your shoulder, shoulder I don't wanna, I don't wanna

I don't wanna let you go I don't wanna let you go, no

Never felt so hurt only for you You don't even care that's nothing new

Do you even feel it when we kiss?

It's your touch that I can't resist

Even if it's too much for me to hold ya, hold ya

Still want you to stay with me Need to cry on your shoulder, shoulder

I want you to hold me

Go, go, I don't wanna let you go, no Go, go, I don't wanna let you go, no

Need to cry on your shoulder, shoulder I don't wanna, I don't wanna

I don't wanna let you go I don't wanna let you go, no

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Timeline (Part 9 - Spoilers) - Duration: 6:37.

After successfully travelling to Earth and stealing the tesseract, Loki met with the

Other, a loyal servant of Thanos, and was threatened with severe consequences if he

failed in his mission to conquer earth and deliver the infinity stones.

When Loki then returned to his mind controlled Henchmen, Dr. Selvig explained they needed

Iridium in order to finish the portal to transport the Chitauri to Earth, and so they travelled

to Germany, where Loki created a distraction that would allow Hawk Eye to steal what they

required.

Falling for his plan, Captain America confronted Loki in a brief street battle before Iron

Man arrived prompting his surrender.

On Asgard, Thor was sent to find his brother, but with the bifrost destroyed, Odin had to

summon Dark Energy to make the journey possible.

Once arrived on Earth, Thor tracked down Loki who was being transported aboard a SHIELD

quinjet, only to storm in and take his brother without permission.

Flying to a secluded spot Thor and Loki started arguing but soon Iron Man arrived, attacking

Thor to take back their prisoner.

Captain America soon broke up the fight, and they agreed to take Loki into SHIELD custody

together.

Once aboard the Helicarrier, they put Loki in a prison cell designed for the Hulk, while

Tony Stark and Bruce Banner studied the Sceptre.

However the Mind stone within the weapon started to affect the emotions of the people nearby,

becoming hostile and aggressive in their behaviour.

When Captain America discovered a number of weapon crates on board and confronted Nick

Fury about the real reason they wanted the Tesseract, the DIRECTOR admitted they wanted

it to make powerful weapons for the defense of Earth.

Steve Rogers and Tony Stark began to argue as well yet all the dissention only worked

to further Loki's secret plan, with his people soon infiltrating the Hellicarrier

to create a perilous situation that would unleash the Hulk and allow for his escape

from captivity.

His plan was then largely successful, as Hawk Eye and other controlled Agents attacked them,

taking out one of their engines, greatly increasing Bruce Banner's levels of stress and anger,

causing him to transform into the Hulk.

Captain American and Iron man went to work repairing the engine while Hulk chased after

Black Widow and went on a rampage before jumping out of the Hellicarrier to attack a quinjet

shooting his way.

After destroying the jet, Hulk fell through the air to crash landing without injury and

transform back into Bruce Banner.

Having barely survived her encounter with the Hulk, Black Widow confronted Hawk Eye,

knocking him unconscious and breaking the hold over his mind.

Loki meanwhile was freed by his people, allowing him to trick Thor into entering the prison

before being confronted by Phil Coulson wielding a Destroyer Armor Prototype Gun.

However it was soon revealed he was pointing the weapon at an illusion, allowing for Loki

to sneak up and stab him with the recovered Sceptre.

Thor's prison cell was then released from the Helicarrier, leaving him to crash into

the earth, but he managed to break the glass and escape before the impact.

Although Phil Coulson's injuries were severe, he managed to remain conscious long enough

to talk Loki into position to be shot with the Prototype Gun.

Loki was temporarily injured by the weapon, but was still able to make his escape while

the rest of the Avengers struggled to keep the helicarrier flying.

Although another engine was sabotaged, the first was repaired allowing them to stay in

the air.

When the battle was over, Nick Fury revealed that Phil Coulson was dead, causing Tony Stark

and Steve Rogers to put their differences aside, in order to focus on capturing Loki

and avenging their fallen comrade.

Meanwhile on the other side of the world, War Machine continued to fight ten rings on

his own.

Although he became aware of the situation in New York, he had a battle of his own to

fight in Hong Kong, against terrorists armed with black market stark technology.

Although Tony Stark figured out that Loki would be at Stark Tower, he was too late to

stop the portal from opening, creating a gateway from which the Chitauri army invaded, beginning

the Battle of New York.

Loki then tried to kill Stark by throwing him out the widow, but JARVIS, Tony's artificial

intelligence system launched the newly created Mark VII Iron Man Suit to save his life, and

prepare him for the fight.

As the rest of the Avengers started to arrive, Captain America, Black Widow and Hawk Eye

engaged the first wave of Chitauri and helped to organize law enforcement to create a perimeter

and evacuate civilians.

Soon Thor, Bruce Banner and Iron Man arrived to join them, defeating a Chitauri leviathan

after Banner transformed into the Hulk.

With the Avengers Assembled, Captain America took on the role of their leader, ordering

Hawk Eye to the roof tops calling out patterns of attack and stray chitauri, while Iron Man

controlled the perimeter, ensuring none made it further out into the city.

Thor was sent to bottleneck the portal, using his lightening to destroy as many as he could

to lessen their reinforcements.

Captain America and Black Widow then remained fighting off enemies on the ground, while

Hulk was simply sent to smash.

Although they were destroying many chitauri, their numbers were to great and it was clear

they needed to shut down the portal, and so Black Widow made her way to the roof of Stark

Tower where she spoke to Dr Selvig, who'd been knocked unconscious and was now no longer

under Loki's control, and went to work trying to destroy the portal he'd made.

Meanwhile the Hulk defeated Loki, by pummelling him into the ground, allowing the rest of

them to focus on ending the invasion.

Unfortunately, the world security council did not trust their ability to handle the

situation, and so went over Director Fury's head to order a nuclear missile strike against

New York.

Iron Man then flew to the weapon and redirected it into the portal where together they travelled

to the other side allowing for the missle to destroy the Chitauri home ship.

Black Widow and Dr. Selvig then used Loki's sceptre to destroy the portal, with Iron man

just barely making it back through.

However his suit was without power and so he fell to his doom only to be saved by the

Hulk who caught him before he hit the groud.

After successfully saving the world from an alien invasion, the Avengers went to a shwarma

restaurant where War Machine at last arrived, discovering he was too late to take part in the battle of New York.

Obama Didn't Know the Cameras Were On - Duration: 12:49.

Obama Didn't Know the Cameras Were On

Barack Hussein Obama reemerged this week to do something that shows where his priorities

lay all along.

Throughout his time in the White House, Obama repeatedly showed that his many priority was

making friends with the Hollywood A-listers.

This was just proven once again when it was announced that Obama is preparing to drop

everything to attend a fundraiser in Beverly Hills, the ritzy area of Los Angeles where

the wealthiest Hollywood elites reside.

Politico reported that Obama is listed as a special guest at an upcoming Beverly Hills

fundraiser for Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.).

The fundraiser will be hosted by film studio executive Jeffrey Katzenberg, filmmaker Steven

Spielberg and others Los Angeles-area heavyweights, including director J.J. Abrams and his wife,

Katie McGrath.

McCaskill is known as one of the most vulnerable Democrats heading into the midterm elections,

as she is running in a state that Donald Trump won in 2016.

She will be running against Republican state Attorney General Josh Hawley.

McCaskill and Obama have been allies for years, as she backed in in 2008 when he ran against

Hillary Clinton in the primaries.

However, we think this appearance has less to do with McCaskill and more to do with the

fact that it will give Obama a chance to hobnob with the rich and famous of Hollywood.

There was certainly nothing he loved more than that when he was in office!

Beverly Hills is one of the few places in America where Obama is still worshipped as

a God, as Americans who actually work for a living much prefer Trump to him.

Once again, members of the Hollywood elite are showing how out of touch they are by worshipping

the ground Obama walks on and inviting him to their pathetic fundraisers.

What do you think about this?

I'll call you later.

Okay.

Is he still sleeping?

Hush. You'll wake him up.

Why won't you go see the Great Cha?

I'm scared

of the thought of him dying.

I mean, the thought of losing him terrifies me.

Me too.

I think the Great Cha is afraid of water.

As friends, we'd better not bring it up

if he wants to hide it.

How dare an assistant plays hooky all day?

Miruhi, Big Brother is not well.

He almost died.

Oh, baby.

You got even prettier since the last time.

I'm glad I recommended you.

Did you make the recommendations based on the looks?

Do you believe that?

Did you recommend me to abuse?

If you knew that, why were you still sleeping?

How much more do you plan to abuse him?

Why don't you go back to school and just vote?

Yes, Yujin. We'll protect you from him.

Hey, hey. Let me go.

I see, do you want me to just vote?

Which orchestra do you think I'd vote for?

Who benefitted from me not voting?

Which one do you think, A or S?

Kim Yeonhui.

Despite your poor skill, you don't skip the break.

Han Cheolmin.

Will you hold your bow

with the cigarette-smelling fingers?

Keep you posture at all times.

Professor.

You're as overly expressive as always.

That's why you overly perform as well.

It's been two years.

Thank you for the invitation.

I rushed over as soon as I got it.

I heard it overlapped with the UNICEF European concert,

so I thought you wouldn't make it.

There is no way that I'd turn down on your invitation.

You're as beautiful as ever.

That's enough of lip service.

It isn't flattering, Lee Yunhu.

There you go again. I really meant it.

These are the most beautiful hands I've ever seen.

These hands make people connect with emotions,

excitement, ecstasy, and even sadness.

Have lunch with me.

I already ate.

Since you're here, the music festival seems upgraded.

Franz recommended a bunch of strange students,

so I was quite disturbed.

Is Maestro Stresemann here?

Mina, I am doing well.

It's so nice to finally hear from you

after the storm has passed me.

Oh, Mina.

Is something wrong?

What could be worse than having you run away?

Mina, I had a good reason.

I thought it would be bad for you

if I told you in advance.

I know you planned out

everything for the bigger picture.

Yes, that is correct.

It is for the bigger picture.

I don't know any more if you really have any plan,

or if you're just fickle.

Let him suffer a little.

What?

Are you okay?

May I ask

if you are going to the lounge?

Yes, I am. Why?

Once you get to the lounge,

you'll see my tall, good-looking Big Brother.

His name is Cha Yujin.

Would you ask him to

come a little closer to the window?

From here, I can't really see my Big Brother.

Big Brother?

Big Brother!

Big Brother! Wake up!

We have met again.

I'm sorry, but would you please hurry?

I feel like passing out

now that I haven't seen him for two hours.

But why do I have to do that?

Forget it then. Why did you even bother me?

You'll get hurt.

I'll let you see him,

your Big Brother.

Thank you.

Hello.

- You're hopeless! / - Pardon?

I can see you.

Are you a koala? Why are you stuck on his back?

I'm sorry.

Wait a minute.

Don't you think you're being too harsh on a girl?

A girl?

This muffin?

How could you speak like that?

Don't tell me someone like you is a musician.

- Give me cold water with lots of ice. / - Yes, sir.

Maestro Stresemann,

do you remember me?

I'm Lee Yunhu.

You came to my recital last year.

Are you that famous cellist?

It's nice to meet you.

Of course I remember you

It was a very memorable recital.

- I asked for the ice water. / - Yes, sir.

Why on earth that old fogy wants ice water?

Ice water is bad for your gums.

Please drink this.

Maestro asked for the ice water.

Why don't you mind your own business?

Please drink this.

Let's go to the festival opening reception.

I don't appreciate the picky Yoon Isong,

but I need a drink and lots of it.

I need a lot.

Miruhi, I want to go too.

Oh, good.

Let's get drunk all night and...

Hey, you.

Did you practice the test piece?

Go practice.

Now I see that...

my rival isn't the stalker Sumin. It's Miruhi.

He definitely brought me here for his servant.

This old fogy.

I can hear you.

You punk.

How dare a mentee calls his mentor an old fogy?

Did you just say, mentee?

That's a nice way to address a servant.

You should be honored.

Do you think it's easy to even become my servant?

Yes, yes, it's an honor.

Although you will definitely make it hard for me.

Well... Do you...

Do you think I made you do all that for no good reason?

You didn't know any of the members in orchestra.

You were only eager to learn the skills.

How could I let someone like that conduct?

How could someone who doesn't even

look at people conduct an orchestra?

Why does a conductor stand in the middle?

It is so the conductor can see everyone well

because he wants to check on them.

That's why.

You are barely

starting to look a little like a conductor.

So stop complaining, would you?

Yes, Assistant Dean.

Don't worry about us here, just focus on your health.

Well, Ms. Song is having a little rough time

because of your vacancy.

Professor Ahn.

Yes. I'll come visit you soon.

Did you hear anything from the festival?

The leftovers... I mean...

the students and Stresemann didn't cause any trouble?

What could possibly happen? Don't worry.

You know how Yoon Isong is.

Well, they must have improved a lot by now.

They wouldn't be the same, right?

You dare come here with that skill? Get out!

I'm sorry.

I told you to practice.

Only the best make it here through auditions.

Of course, everyone is good.

I didn't know it would be this extreme.

Look at me. I was complimented at my morning lesson

from that famous timpanist.

Get out!

You dare throw your drumstick at the teacher?

Don't you dare come back!

What did I do wrong?

I didn't mean to throw it at her. It was a mistake.

Everyone loved it when I did that on our concert.

Shoot! Naeil, you should keep it together, okay?

Did you practice?

Don't worry. I practiced the test piece.

Good job!

Professor Yoon is really scary,

so don't make any mistakes.

Is she scary?

I don't like scary people.

Did you think everyone is like Professor Ahn?

I hate being scared.

Sit straight!

Keeping a right posture makes good music.

You don't even have the basics!

- I'm sorry. / - Don't answer me, and don't cry!

You discouraged me. Get out.

Next.

Seol Naeil.

Seol Naeil! What are you doing?

Please begin.

Are you kidding?

Start over, and do it right.

Seol Naeil.

You miss the keys when you hit the octaves,

Did you practice? Do you want to stay up all night?

I don't want to play anymore, Teacher.

Start over and play 100 times.

If you make more mistakes, it'll be 1,000 times.

Concentrate.

Playing the piano isn't about having fun.

It's your future!

Seol Naeil. Seol Naeil!

Big Brother.

I finally found you. Where have you been?

What happened?

First, I need this.

Hey, am I a puppy or something?

How did the Master Class go?

I don't know, and I don't care.

I want to go home now.

I want to eat food that you make

and have fun playing the piano with you.

Then go.

I don't waste this precious opportunity

which others would die for.

Seeing you makes me realize how much time passed.

You were so little. Look at you, such a pretty lady.

I last saw you when you started the college, right?

When I wore glasses?

Why are you leaving out the braces?

Why are you bringing that up, Mother?

I heard, but I didn't think you'd really open a cafe.

It's so you.

You heard about us, right?

Well, you date and you break up. That's how it is.

You two are doing okay, right?

Of course.

Even if we broke up, we're still friends.

Hey. It's me.

Dogyeong is here in the cafe.

Ex-girlfriend? Did Yujin say that?

Then they did break up.

That's good.

Well, she acts like the boss' daughter-in-law.

I heard the boss' son goes to our school.

I guess Dogyeong is dating him.

Can you make it?

What did he eat that he's throwing up so much?

He had four bottles of wine.

We can't have the workshop without him.

My mentee will take my place.

- Me? / - You have a mentee!

The maestro has a mentee.

You only need to fill in for the afternoon session.

- Me? / - Yes.

You practiced, right?

Well, yes, but...

This is ridiculous.

How can I conduct at the ensemble workshop?

We should interview him. He's Stresemann's mentee.

He's good-looking. Everyone would like him.

His name is Cha Yujin. What?

He's pianist Cha Dongu's son? Really?

Dose Stresemann have a mentee?

He's never had one before.

He truly is outstanding.

Where do you think he'll go to study?

Would he follow Stresemann?

Study abroad?

There you are!

Did you see Yujin conduct? Wasn't it great?

He's handsome and talented. I'm so jealous.

You're right.

That's why I liked him,

but now, that makes me anxious.

What?

I heard from your dad.

He's worried about how disappointed you are.

I'm fine.

Failing at an audition isn't a big deal.

I had high hopes for you though.

But you know, even getting an audition itself is

an acknowledgement of your talent. So a little more...

Just a little more.

Let's try a little more.

That's how I got here.

Ms. Song.

Do you really think I can do it if I try?

You know how it is.

An endeavourer cannot outperform the gifted.

- Dogyeong. / - I'm fine.

I'm not gifted. What can I do?

I'll have to be satisfied with

being next to someone who is gifted.

Yes, Dad.

Yujin always does well.

Naeil?

I don't see her much lately.

Of course, I'm doing very well.

Sure. This place isn't for everyone.

Okay, bye.

Ilak, you are not yourself without confidence.

You seem so down.

Whatever. Give me some of that.

Hey, Shiwon.

- Hold on. Hold on. / - Of course, I'm doing well.

I'm so upset.

It would've been great if you came with me.

You missed the audition for the concert.

Hey, Ilrak! What's the matter with you, pervert?

I'll call to you later, Shiwon.

It's not even a big deal.

Wait. You were on the phone!

- She heard that, didn't she? / - What?

Call her back and tell her I'm not a pervert!

What for?

Hey, Ma Sumin.

Would Shiwon like perverts?

No way!

Hey!

What did he say? He must have been bragging like crazy.

The traitor, Ma Sumin.

He's trying hard. Why does it make him a traitor?

Let these leftovers play all they want.

The board won't let them get away.

Stresemann only took the disgraceful leftovers

to the prestigious music festival.

I'm sure it is disaster there.

What...

Please order.

Were you invited to Professor Yoon's dinner party?

You're scoring all the points we lost.

I am so happy to be your friend.

- Where is Naeil? / - I don't know.

She seems out of it lately. She even talks to herself.

She is scaring me!

I'll finally feel proud

to have started the music festival this year.

Thank you.

The professor isn't feeling well today.

There's no need to cover for him.

It's not like I don't know him.

No wonder you were recommended by the maestro.

He's the only one. The rest are total disasters.

Excuse me?

If not for him, I would have complained to the school.

I don't know why Franz did it.

I heard he's devoted to Ms. Song.

Perhaps that is why?

Who knows?

A violinist with no skills,

an overly enthusiastic timpanist,

and a pianist who can't read a music sheet.

I don't understand why he recommended them?

Especially that Seol Naeil.

She ran out just because I made a few comments.

Such students bring bad reputation

to other music students.

First, I need this.

All of them are the absolute worst without any basics.

They are not the worst.

Ilak may lack the skills,

but he's a violinist who can truly appreciate music.

Sumin may be overly enthusiastic,

but he's an exceptional timpanist who is very sincere.

It's not that Naeil isn't enthusiastic.

She is a pianist who has sincere

and pure love for the piano.

If you'll excuse me, I'll be going.

She isn't in the cafeteria, food court,

cafe or convenience store.

Where did she go?

Professor.

You also don't have time today?

I only need a moment.

Oh my.

You have time to chase me around.

You must have a lot of time to kill.

I guess you don't play cello anymore,

so you must have lots of time to kill.

Do whatever you want

until you want to play again.

If I do what I want to do

and I still don't want to play,

What should I do then?

She's got fast hands.

I feel like I'm listening to Lieder.

Is it possible to play this fast?

No, this feeling isn't purely from the fast tempo.

"Flowing Water." I want to play, too.

I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to disturb.

It's okay. I snuck in to play.

But,

why are you playing alone without being evaluated?

Big Brother.

Big Brother, I did my evaluation.

I did it alone, but I did well.

I tried very hard.

- Big Brother, I... / - Stop there.

Don't follow me.

Why do you keep making me annoyed?

Why do you keep following me and getting on my nerves?

Big Brother.

Yujin.

Did I do something wrong?

Are you mad at me?

I don't know what it is, but...

I'm sorry.

Come here.

Don't get too excited.

It's cold and

it's dark, so you may trip.

You may bang up your knees again, that's all.

I heard you ran away from your first class.

Bucket list number five.

Play cello

until my fingers stop moving.

That timpanist may be famous,

but she doesn't understand my music.

Don't worry. You're just too advanced.

Yes!

- Thanks. / - You must enjoy music! Rock and roll!

- Yes! / - Yes!

Keep it down!

Talk all you want when you're home!

Naeil, eat that.

And be quiet while you eat, okay?

Big Brother, here...

- Rock Boy, here. / - No.

- Don't give it to him. / - Hold on.

We'll get into an accident.

You must be tired.

I should help you with things like this.

It's okay, it's my job.

Tell me if you need anything.

I'll help you with everything.

I'm done cleaning up inside. What else can I...

Come with me.

What's wrong with them? Mini-mini!

I bought you a snack.

You're the best.

I was starving. Thanks.

Mini-mini,

are you sure Dogyeong is dating the boss's son?

Yes, I think so.

She acted like her daughter-in-law.

Good job.

Right.

Tell me about the music festival after work.

Were there many famous musicians? Did you learn a lot?

Yes...

But Mini-mini, Big Brother complimented me.

- He patted me here. / - Pat? Here? Me too.

- Share the blessings. / - Bless me.

Hi, Naeil.

Who patted you like that?

- Go work. / - Okay.

My Big Brother patted me.

Thank you for giving me time off.

I really appreciate it.

Mini-mini!

She's a bit of an airhead.

She has a good heart though.

What got into you that you wanted to go to Seoul?

Your mother thinks you are flying out right away.

There is something I want to do now.

Something fun.

Bucket list number six.

Date the weirdest girl I've ever seen

whom I have never met before.

You're the famous cellist, Yunhu.

I don't think you have a reason to transfer to Haneum.

Thank you for thinking so highly of me.

If this is too much hassle,

let me at least take a few classes.

Of course we'd love to have you.

But why would a Juilliard student want to be here?

I'm tired of the competitions.

At least for a short while, I want to enjoy music

rather than compete with my class.

You got something on you.

What?

Here.

It's so delicious.

Those punks are back again.

It's not like I can kick out customers.

- Who? / - Who else?

That witch who killed my son's self esteem.

Having long hair doesn't make one a girl.

A girl should be gentle and kind.

Look at that. She has boys eating out of her hand.

That was because our orchestras were competing.

Whatever.

Son, you should go practice.

Well, it's been so long. I want to earn my keep.

- This is for table 20, right? / - Yes.

You'll fall. Be careful. Careful.

My son earns his keep just by breathing.

- What are you doing? / - That hurts.

Hey, Ilrak.

What are you doing there?

What? So, I...

I needed to tell you something.

It's okay. You can talk.

What?

What's wrong with him? He's acting like a pervert.

I know. What did he say?

He says he isn't a pervert.

Let's eat.

She's so pretty.

This is the official complaint from the music festival.

It looks like our students have

created quite a scene while they were there.

Especially Seol Naeil.

She walked out of the Master Class and never returned.

Yoo Ilrak lacked the skill and

Ma Sumin threw his drumstick at the professor.

And Cha Yujin...

Cha Yujin, too?

Director Lee plans to punish all of them.

Is everyone here?

What happened?

Hello.

Professor Stresemann.

It's taking you a while to place your vote.

Then shall I make my decision now?

Will I choose A or S?

I don't know.

We're here because of Cha Yujin and the leftovers,

so let's deal with that first.

You can't call students "leftovers."

Isn't that what everyone calls them?

Professor.

We are here to discuss the matter of the students

who were sent to the Unison Music Festival.

As the professor who recommended them,

what do you think?

Do you mean me?

Yes, of course.

If they did something wrong, they should be punished.

But even the star of the school is to be punished.

Goodness.

If I had known this, I wouldn't have let him do that.

What do you mean?

I'm talking about the interview.

Big Brother.

Big Brother.

I'll take care of your health from now on

because you are precious.

Please, drink it up.

You look awesome even when you drink.

Be quiet.

Stop trespassing and go home.

Okay, I will, after breakfast.

Take your time.

Why does this old fogy wants me to dress up?

Hold on.

When did you grab that?

Cha Yujin!

Hello.

It's so nice to see you again.

Don't you remember me?

I know.

At the music festival...

Yes.

You interviewed the students.

You do remember.

I'm reporter Kang Jiyeoung of "Monthly Classical."

We're all set up for the interview. Let's go.

Are you interviewing him?

Just because I'm Cha Dongu's son,

it doesn't mean that I should give an interview.

It has nothing to do with Cha Dongu.

Maestro Stresemann didn't tell you?

He allowed us to interview you on his behalf.

- The professor did? / - Miruhi did?

I heard you are his mentee.

He'll be a big hit for sure.

Stresemann's mentee with handsome face.

Professor.

Please refrain from saying such things.

He's been refusing interviews as Cha Dongu's son.

If he were to do this for the school,

we'll have to reconsider the punishment.

Your greed precedes you, like a true salesperson.

Maestro! Watch what you say!

Do not even think about

turning music into a business anymore.

If you try again,

I will destroy the fame

which you cherish so dearly.

Franz, just a minute!

Mina, I've put you in a difficult spot again.

Not at all.

I am glad that you said it.

But it is time for you to decide.

If you delay any longer,

both orchestras will be in jeopardy.

Is it A or S?

Please at least tell me.

Mina.

That is not for us to decide.

Franz.

Even if it takes time,

we must be patient

until they can decide for themselves.

Professor Do.

I need to get rid of him.

Do you mean Professor Stresemann?

We'll have to wait until the festival ends.

We can't ruin the festival that is for the students.

Please get rid of him afterward.

Get rid of him, period.

Pardon?

An accompaniment?

Am I doing a piano accompaniment?

Piano? I'm all for it!

He is a great pianist.

The professor really said that? When is it?

He said it will be the fall festival.

What song will it be?

"Grieg's Piano Concerto."

Who will conduct?

Isn't Maestro Stresemann conducting?

He's conducting himself?

With Miruhi...

Am I mistaken?

Maybe there was a mistake...

No, I'll do it.

Maestro Stresemann is conducting.

I can't miss it.

By the way, do you have a girlfriend?

I didn't believe that you were having an interview.

It's been a while.

Shoo.

Naeil, you really are a good caregiver.

Who...

Miss Haneum is his ex-girlfriend.

I'm his current girlfriend.

Like this.

Oh, Miss Haneum.

No wonder.

Get a two-shot.

Are you really his ex-girlfriend?

Excuse me, would you please move out of the frame?

Excuse me?

Me? Why?

I'm the one who should leave.

We're just friends.

I heard you were here, so I just wanted to say hi.

Good luck with the interview. See you later.

Sure.

Leave already.

They would have made a great picture.

Not only is she sweet

she's cool, too.

She's perfect for Ilrak.

When you are young and full of passion,

it's best to remove subjective tempos.

The composer's intent, the style of the performance.

And above all else,

it is critical to understand the tempo

that the orchestra can keep up with.

Right, taking care of your body is also important.

If you're drunk, your pulse races,

so it's easy for the conductor to lose the tempo

I see.

I'll be careful with drinking.

If you live a boring life like Vieira,

your music will also become boring.

They say Vieira's music became deeper

as he aged.

I'm sure that as he got older,

his pulse slowed down and so did his music.

I'm an exception.

I didn't get older, I became more mature.

Sure, sure.

You don't think a conductor takes the podium

in order to look down on the members, do you?

It is because the members can see him the best there.

If you know that,

you must learn to be humble.

If it were you,

which orchestra would you choose?

- Pardon? / - A, with tradition, effort and talent?

Or the free-spirited and emotional S?

Think about it.

This...

It is almost time for the test.

Why is there so much to memorize?

What's taking him so long?

What?

What does this mean?

Would you please help me?

I have to take the test

and I'll be left back at this rate.

I don't want to fail.

Which orchestra was right?

No, is there such a thing as "right music"?

Classical music is beautiful and perfect.

when it is performed as a whole harmoniously.

Music is a promise which is fulfilled when

the performers deliver the strictly calculated sounds.

My interpretation lies on that side, too.

But...

is there any value in that music

if it can't?

Classical music, which disregards freestyle,

was once a trendy form of music at the time, wasn't it?

So let's have dinner and...

Yujin.

Yujin.

Hold on. I'm thinking.

All you do is thinking nowadays.

You don't hang out with me anymore.

What do you want to eat today?

Leave me alone.

If you come before I count to three, I'll forgive you.

One.

Two.

Two and a half.

Two and three quarters.

It's almost three...

The two of you haven't changed.

I'm sure you didn't miss me.

What about you? Didn't you miss me?

Is it Bad to Eat Flour-based Food at Night? - Duration: 10:54.

Is it Bad to Eat Flour-based Food at Night?

They usually say that what you eat for dinner is stored in your body. This saying is based in the idea that, after eating, you go to bed.

Then, your body doesnt have the ability to digest the food.

Because of this, you may think that its bad to eat flour-based food at night.

In this article, well tell you if this hypothesis is true.

Food and hormones

Before talking about eating flour at night, you need to understand how your hormones function.

In addition, you need to understand the role that they carry out in your day to day life.

Those that suffer from obesity usually eat out of anxiety or addiction and not because of hunger.

This is due to the production of serotonin.

This hormone has several functions.

Among these, serotonin regulates your appetite, controls your body temperature, and plays a role in regulating your mood.

Serotonin is controlled by two areas of your brain: the penal gland and your hypothalamus.

Both areas work according to light and dark.

Because of this, this hormone is more active during daylight hours.

After the evening, it falls and starts to cause feelings like depression, nervousness or anxiety.

This means that at night, its more likely that youll binge eat than in the morning.

But this doesnt end there.

This is because this hormone chooses what elements it wants to eat.

Of course, it doesnt choose healthy foods, like fruits or vegetables.

Instead, it chooses sweets, carbohydrates, fats, and salty foods.

Wheat and depression

Many people who struggle with being overweight or obese suffer from anxiousness.

This is because they eat foods with flour or sugar (or both) to relieve their distress.

These foods have antidepressant and sedative effects.

Theyre also very toxic for your health.

This is especially true if you eat them at night.

Sadness or frustration go hand-in-hand with the uncontrolled need to eat flour-based food at night.

Eating refined carbohydrates causes an increase in weight gain and difficulty losing it.

Eating flour at night isnt bad.

The problem lies in the amounts.

Plus, the act of going to bed instead of having a chance to burn them after eating them doesnt allow you to get rid of the added calories.

This is due to the fact that this ingredient is slowly digested.

This can cause stomach or intestinal problems (acid, flatulence, constipation, etc.).

Another thing you need to keep in mind is the addiction caused by foods that use flours.

When you get cravings, you end up choosing pasta, bread, cookies, etc… This is because they have the ability to satisfy your appetite.

But above all, they reduce your nerves or sadness.

Removing carbohydrates from your diet isnt a good idea.

However, its recommended to reduce the amount of them you eat at night.

For breakfast or lunch, theyre necessary.

This is because they give you the energy you need to perform your activities.

Then, you burn them over several hours.

This doesnt happen with dinner.

After all, you dont need fuel for sleeping.

On the other hand, you need foods that are easy to digest like fruits and vegetables.

This way, you go to bed lighter and its be easier to get to sleep and not gain weight.

How can you prevent flour cravings?

In theory, avoiding flour-based foods at night makes sense.

But when you want to put it in practice, it isnt quite so easy, right?.

There are some tricks for reducing cravings.

These work for avoiding eating a lot at night, too.

This way, flours dont make part of your dinner and you can lose weight little by little:.

1. Exercise

Exercising helps in many aspects.

For instance, it helps with your physical condition and reduces your weight.

Also, it acts as a stimulus for your mood.

With half an hour per day of moderate exercise, you can control anxiety, stress, and depression.

2. Eat more fruit

Always having a bowl of fruit is one of the keys for not tempting yourself with carbs or sweets.

These foods keep your blood sugar levels stable and satisfy your appetite.

Also, they have a lot of water, fiber, and vitamins.

The next time you want chocolate, decide to choose a delicious apple or banana instead.

3. Drink a lot of water

Sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst.

Then, instead of drinking fluids, you open the fridge and eat something.

Instead, if you stay hydrated, its less likely that youll get cravings at night.

4. Listen to your body

Its one thing for your stomach to growl from hunger.

Its something totally different to eat something just because you have a craving.

A good way to tell the difference between these feeling is to analyze what you want to eat.

If the first thing is a cookie or french fries, then you arent hungry.

If you really were hungry, you could eat anything without caring what it is.

5. Leave empty space in your stomach

Stuffing yourself with food at dinner is really bad for your health.

People usually abuse the amounts because their eyes are bigger than their stomach.

Or, they eat very quickly and their stomach doesnt have time to signal that its satisfied.

Chew each mouthful well and leave space between meals.

Chapter: Paris On Love | My Europe, My Way | World Culture Network - Duration: 3:36.

Paris had everyone's heart

There they were.. calling Paris, the city of love

Some came here to celebrate their love

Some came to find love..

And I? I came to see if any of it was true.

But not for what people spoke or prescribed

I wanted to explore Paris.. My way.

My first impression of Paris was that

it was just another European city

Was it?

There was something different..

Closer to the heart.. Closer to home..

Paris, or Paris as they say, had a style

One that everyone wore & walked around the city

with much confidence

Paris had a pace, which many ran by together

Paris had macaroons.. And cheese.. And wine..

I guess, after all, Paris had the heart to own others!

Did I fall in love with Paris?

You can guess!
