While I free myself a minute. Hello. I wanted to tell you, 11 days are ending today, after my husband left.

What is the situation with us now? In previous videos, I told him that he promised that he would take the things and he would give money and pay everything.

The situation for today is 11 days. That all teachers who come to them in debt for 2 months. I have to pay.

It turns out not even for this month, but for the previous one too. All teachers are absolutely not paid. I have to pay them all.

Thank God while I have enough money. Today I was just telephoned by the girls' driver and told me in horror that I can not get through to Muhammad.

He does not take the phone with me. Before that, he promised that he would give it later, later. I told him, well, let's meet with you.

Today at 4 o'clock I met this driver and gave him 2 months money. All Dany teachers.

For the chemistry for 2 months was not paid. Mathematics, I also paid for 2 months. Geography, history for one month.

Arabic I paid for 1 month. For the Russian center, I paid for Level 4. For gas, for water.

The light payment has not yet come. With a lease, I also do not know what we will have. Food and I buy everything.

Thank God while money is enough. For these 11 days, after he left. The day he left he left 100 pounds.

Then he resorted after 3 or 4 days left another 200 pounds. He wanted to take Malak and Aya. But I did not allow him to take them.

Because I said, when you bring all the money for teachers and it's not small money. Then you will take them.

And he left. I called today only. He said that I want to see the children and I missed them.

I told him, this week you did not bring a penny. How children live and eat. How they feel.

You had a desire. Most likely his mother said, let's call because I want to see Aya. Since tomorrow is Thursday.

Before that, he did not call for a week, he did not give any money. And I accordingly refused him.

You did not call and brought food or money. Did not call and did not ask what they eat. And I will not give you any children.

Now many will certainly say what it is. What kind of mother is this? I now just perfectly understand Egyptian women.

Because such cases are very frequent. I used to hear, think about how it is possible to not see father with a child.

And here it is clear in Egypt, Egyptian women if a man does not give money to a child and if he does not pay,

They just do not let him to see the child. And he has accumulated debt. And when they give this debt, they see the child.

Many cases and 20 thousand pounds of debt and 40 thousand and 60 thousand. Different absolutely cases.

By the way it's about the fulfillment of promises. And about what he said do not divorce HULU, I will help, I will do everything.

Since I previously said this is a hanging. This is actually a hanging.

I called my lawyer and asked what I should do? Because he does not give money at all, he does not pay for teachers.

Here it turns out for a few months the debts were. How can you influence it? Can I go to the police?

He said he did not. There are no levers of influence. At that time while you are married and there is as yet no court decision how much he should pay.

Those. you need to make a divorce. It is important that the court awards how much he should pay.

All this in order to manipulate his finances. And most importantly, the most important thing is not to give money.

Well thank God we manage. Everything is fine, everything is fine, everything is fine.

So I wanted to share with you. We now have 11 pm. We'll soon be packing up.

Something like that.

Every time I want to express and try to express my gratitude to you for your support.

Thank you very much. For your comments. For your recommendations, some such everyday everyday advice.

Thank you all very much. I read your comments. I can not always write something, reply. But at least I try to put the heart.

A lot of good advice business. Even some vital ones. Cut your hair, pick up, children, something else.

Something to buy, something to change. Thank you all very much. Because being inside the situation you can not always see some things.

Perhaps due to employment or some kind of non-assurance certain. You can not always keep track of things.

And you look, you can be paying attention to those things that I probably do not pay attention to or just do not see.

And maybe I already have a blurry look. And you give a fresh look to some advice.

Pininfarina Says Electric Hypercarto Be Revealed in 2019With Sub2 Second 0-60 MPH, 250 MPH Top Speed - Duration: 3:52.

hese

guys aren't just doodling around.

Pininfarina, the legendary Italian design firm with plans to dive directly into the

world of electric production cars, has revealed some of the first details about the company's

first vehicles—and it sounds like it's gonna be a doozy.

Specifically, a doozy of a hypercar that can rip from 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than

two seconds flat and top out north of 250 miles per hour.

First announced late last week during the inaugural race of the 2018 Formula E season

in Rome, Automobili Pininfarina—as the design studio's new auto-making branch is formally

known—revealed the details of its planned hypercar in a press release to journalists.

In addition to the 0-60 time and top speed mentioned above, the all-electric sports car

(currently being developed under the code name PF0) will also do the 0-186 mph dash

in less than 12 seconds, according to the company.

If that proves accurate, that would put it in the sort of rarefied realm occupied by

the 1,500-horsepower Koenigsegg Regera.

Baby the throttle, however, and Pininfarina claims the PF0 will be able to deliver more

than 310 miles of range before the battery runs dry.

Not surprisingly, the Pininfarina PF0 should be quite the looker, too.

Not that most hypercars aren't—but then again, not all hypercars have the weight of

a 78-year-old Italian design icon handling their styling.

(Plus, considering this is the company's first shot at building its own car, we at The Drive

have to imagine the designers are taking a bit of extra pride in the project.)

But since all the design experience in history isn't enough to will a hypercar to life, Pininfarina

is working with new corporate parent Mahindra & Mahindra to pull this off, leveraging both

the new parent company's Formula E-derived electric car expertise and (perhaps more importantly)

its sizable bank accounts.

Expect to see the PF0, or whatever it's ultimately named, sometime in 2019 ahead of a 2020 on-sale

date—unless you number among the very important people Pininfarina plans to provide with a

sneak peek of the car in the next year.

And if you'll actually be able to afford this, there's a good chance you're on their VIP

list already; according to an interview with Automotive News Europe by Automobili Pininfarina

CEO Michael Perschke, this 250-mph Rimac-rivaling hypercar will cost a touch less than €2

million—about $2.47 million at current exchange rates.

And while the hypercar will be the first model created by the new brand, if all goes according

to plan, it won't be the last.

After the PF0, the company will expand to a range of electric luxury vehicles—all

of them with starting prices of at least €150,000, according to Perschke...and all of

them SUVs.

'Baseball Stadium Transformation' Behind the Scenes Ep. 402 | Fear the Walking Dead - Duration: 3:05.

Our biggest set for the fourth season is a baseball stadium.

What we discover is that there was a journey

that brought Madison, Nick, Strand, and Alicia

to this place,

and it's a pretty epic place to have a settlement.

We're not just talking about a little-league baseball stadium,

a college ballpark.

No, we're talking about a Triple-A baseball stadium

that seats upwards of 15,000 people.

When Ian and I first started scouting locations,

we weren't sure we were gonna be able to find a stadium

that we could actually take over and dress for the apocalypse.

Jones: It's quite impressive --

what the set deck and construction guys

and the lighting and the crew had to do to change it over

into "Fear the Walking Dead" world.

We have cows, we have goats, we have plants and corn.

If you look up in the upper deck up there,

you see the laundry hanging from the railings.

Those are our apartments that our stadium dwellers

have converted from luxury boxes,

which is what they initially were.

It's really about making it inhabitable and safe

and feel like a real home.

We're at the crop field now,

which is really the heart of the stadium.

We're geographically smack in the middle,

but it's also the lifeblood.

It's where they grow their food.

Just about everything you see out there is live.

They brought in their own soil, placed it on top of our field,

and they water it each day.

They nurture it and bring it along.

Here we are in the irrigation system,

and when we first toured the stadium

with Bernardo Trujillo, our production designer,

we saw a swimming pool that's up there,

because what baseball stadium doesn't have a swimming pool?

And he said, "Irrigation.

That's how they're gonna filter their water."

Trujillo: This place is magnificent.

Architecturally, it's so iconic.

It's been a super cool set to design and build

and work around.

But also, I was terrified because it's brand new,

and it looks too perfect,

so I knew that we were gonna be fighting against that.

My biggest concern was the grass.

What would it take for us to kill the grass

and to make it look brown and yellow?

Croft: During the baseball season,

we don't even really like folks to step on the grass.

But we found out early on that our grass was pretty resilient.

Ultimately, they couldn't kill it.

They had to spray chemicals on it to get the grass to die out.

Chambliss: So here we are with the stadium's mascot.

They're using this guy as a scarecrow right now.

But it looks like, you know, from all these bullet holes,

that they've also used this as target practice.

It looks about the scariest scarecrow

we've ever seen certainly.

We haven't seen any crows coming anywhere near here,

so it's doing its job.

Trujillo: The baseball stadium

will become a character in its own right.

And hopefully the fans will feel

that's something worth fighting for.

Today I'm gonna rant, so beware! Do you know someone in your life who just can't

see their gifts? Right, like they're really talented in a certain arena or

they're really smart or they have great ideas or you know super creativity and

how they dress or in their home or, you know, any other arena and their life.

Work, right, there's people who are just naturally really gifted in strategic

thinking or in getting things done, right? We all need those people on the team and

in our lives who could just get stuff done. And yet, there's always somebody, it

seems like, who doesn't get it, who is the super talented person who's

looking at themselves going, "I don't know what I'm good at. I don't think I'm good

at anything. You know, I'm not creative. I just, you know, put great outfits together

by accident," or something like that and that just makes me crazy! I mean I

get it. It's almost scary to admit what you're good at, right, because then that

creates a certain level of responsibility. If I'm going to say I'm

good at it, well then I better go do some of it, right? But I'm here today to

challenge you to stop making excuses or stop being blind to your own gifts.

I'm Brenda Florida, life coach and lifestyle advisor, and I'm so glad you're here with

me today. So what is that for you? What is the thing if we were to ask your friends

or maybe your family-- but sometimes family is blind too, so

this is a better question often of friends-- what do you think I'm really

good at, that I'm not really, you know, expressing in my life? And hear what they say.

And don't dismiss it. So if they say, "Oh my gosh, I think you have great

artistic ability." Okay, in what? Like, "How do you see that and how could I express

it?" You know, and so go try it. Like if they think you would be great at

painting, go buy that art kit at the art store and just do it. Like it doesn't, you

know, you don't have to spend a ton of money, you don't have to change

your life, you don't have to, you know, change the world. Just take a step and

try out this thing that other people see you as creative. And maybe it's writing,

you know, or editing for someone. In my world as a life coach, there are so many

people who need copy edited, whether it's for their website or a book they want to

write or blogs or whatever. If you were to put on your Facebook feed that you

want to do some copy editing for people, I'm sure you would have takers on that

in a heartbeat. Or offer to help someone decorate a room, right, if that's what you

like or put an outfit together I would love to have somebody come to my closet

and help me because I think, I think I have pretty clothes, so I'm good with

that, like I know I have that talent and I'm pretty good with putting outfits

together and having a good sense of my own style and and that sort of thing, but

I would love to have someone else come in that doesn't have the blinders I have

and look at my closet and say, "Oh well I'd put that top with those bottoms and,

you know, mix it up this way." Like that's a gift. Things like organizing, right. How

many stories have you read about somebody who starts their own business

as a closet organizer or a home organizer or a business, you know, like

office organizer because they're just freaking organized people, right, and

that's a gift. Not everyone is that way. So if you're the person who's super

organized and has everything, you know, color-coded or tabs on all your files or

whatever, and people maybe sometimes tease you about it and you look at

yourself and you dismiss that as a gift. That's what I'm talking about here. This

is what's irritating, right? Don't do it! You and the world cannot afford to not

be expressing the things you're really good at. I don't care what it is. I don't

care how small it seems to you. There is somebody out there who desperately needs

that done for them. It might be walking a dog or you know taking care of

somebody's pets when they're away. You know, maybe you're just really

good with animals or it could be planting a garden, like for instance I

suck-- this is true, this is not a blind spot-- I suck at growing things, right, like

I'm not-- I was good with children. I didn't kill any of my children, but you

give me a plant or something like that, like even something that should be

simple like herbs, I tend to forget to water them, blah blah. I have a black thumb,

not a green thumb. So I would love to have somebody who would grow it because

I love to cook, so I love fresh herbs. Who would grow herbs for me and just do

that for me. I mean I would pay for somebody to do that in a skinny minute.

So, and it's not just about getting paid for what you love to do, it's about

getting more of what you love to do in your life. That's what living lavishly is

all about. So I want you to look this week at where you might have blind spots

and, like I said, ask a friend, ask a couple of friends what they see that

you're really good at that you kind of don't give yourself credit for. And let

me know about it down in the comments below and we will be living lavishly together!

I really like Juice Beauty I like a lot of their products but this one was not

for me I found it a little bit greasy and although I really do like that it

has sunscreen in it I just don't like that greasy feel on my skin so I

probably would not purchase this also this color was a little too dark for me

but that's not their fault the second thing in my empties today is

this living proof nourishing oil this stuff smells so good so I have quite a

few high-end ish nourishing hair oils and I don't think this one works better

than any of those ones but it smells so good this will be missed if I ever use

up all of my hair oils which I don't even know if it so let me actually check

to see how much this is the full size this is $38 for 3.4 ounces um I don't

think I would pay that much for this but it is really nice I would consider it if

I ran out of hair oil suddenly I would think about it just because this does

smell really nice and it works but so do all the other hair oils the next empty I

have is this Ren instant firming Beauty shot so I actually think this stuff

works for me one of the first ingredients is sodium hyaluronate which

is like hyaluronic acids absorbable cousin anyways

I'll link something below that explains what I mean by that I just mean when

it's applied topically it can be absorbed in its sodium hyaluronate form

whereas if you topically applied the hyaluronic acid less of it is going to

be absorbed I hope that made sense anyways I really like this stuff would I

pay $60 for it absolutely not even though it does work so and I did really

like it but I feel like there have to be lower priced products out there that

work just as well the next product I used up was the

Marcel lumi power three and one moisturizer i wasn't impressed by this

moisturizer I really like Marcel I think Marcel is a great friend I really liked

a lot of their products actually their makeup removers really good but I just

didn't love this moisturizer I thought it was average that said it's $27 for

1.4 ounces which is not a bad price for a moisturizer so it's not a bad

moisturizer it's not at a bad price would I buy it at that price probably

not because it's just it's just average I don't want to have just average

skincare I want to make sure that the stuff that I'm using on my skin works

and is awesome the next item that I used up was the Sephora eyeliner this stuff

is so good I absolutely love it it has a felt tip applicator and it's

very very black and I felt like it was so easy to use I would highly recommend

this to somebody who tends to mess up their eyeliner a little bit like me from

time to time because this is almost goof proof like I had such luck with this I

used up this package of lotion from Ulta beauty

I really like some of uLTA Beauty products but I didn't really love this

lotion it smelled nice but it's very watery I would probably not purchase the

full size of this just because of the consistency of the lotion it was very

watery and even though it's smelled really nice I just didn't like it the

final product in my empties today is this house of lashes eyelash glue if

you've been on my channel you'll know that I love this stuff and I go through

it fairly rapidly um if you

interested in hearing more of my thoughts on this stuff you can

definitely go check out my review video if you enjoyed this video please hit

will see you in the next one bye shooting now this is the shooting the

Family Manipulation: What is it, and How to Recognize Its Warning Signs - Duration: 5:19.

Family Manipulation: What is it, and How to Recognize Its Warning Signs

Does family manipulation sound like something new to you?

You may be surprised to learn that manipulation can come from anyone - be it partner, mom

or dad ... even siblings.

Partner manipulation has become commonplace.

Many people escaped this abusive relationship.

However, manipulation is prevalent in all types of relationships, apart from the intimate

type.

In fact, many people report that family manipulation is also a problem.

Mother, father, sisters, and brothers all tend to be manipulative and abusive toward

each other, and that can be a serious problem.

Family manipulation of mental, physical, sexual, or emotional abuse by family members against

each other.

This kind of violence is commonly used to control others for various purposes.

If you are lucky, you can have most of your family members who are respectful and loving.

So, here are some signs that will help you recognize and overcome family manipulation.

#1 - A family member who tries to control others will lie to them a lot.

Most of these lies are weak and will not be strictly supervised.

So if any of your family members are dishonest to you, it's good to try and find out their

reasons behind the behavior.

#2 - If a member of the narcissistic family is trying to control you, one of the tools

they will use is tacit treatment.

It's easy for them because they do not have to do anything, and you will plead for them

for their time.

This is a very common and unhealthy manipulative technique altogether.

#3 - Anyone who is completely selfless will never show the facts in front of others.

If someone makes you have to know exactly how their selfless attitude and how proud

you are of them, then they must be manipulative.

Now that you already know some signs of family manipulation, here's how to fix it ...

#1 - Find out which family members are the victims of manipulation tactics.

Then communicate your concerns with them as a group.

#2 - Reflect on what's really going on inside your own mind.

What is the intrinsic thing of you, and which has become an unconscious reaction to the

manipulator.

Do you think about what you want to think, or what do others want you to think about?

#3 - you have to limit yourself to the manipulator.

After you've pondered what the manipulator you want to think about, identify the boundary

between you and the person who is manipulating you.

Then verbally and non verbally you have to set a limit.

Focus on preventing the person from influencing your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

#4 - Choose the environment in which you involve the manipulator.

People who want to control you, do it in a place that will simplify their ultimate goal.

They want you to be surrounded by others who will support them.

Choose a natural location when you are ready to set verbal boundaries.

#5 - Have patience, and be a bigger person.

Manipulator depends on the pattern, to decide this pattern takes time and effort.

Be forgiving, and let the time and space manipulator change the pattern.

It is their choice, so if they choose not to stop controlling others, then have patience

and understanding for themselves.

Well, that's some tips to recognize the warning signs of family manipulation, and how you

can overcome it.

Really cool information isn't it?

your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Crafters Autonomous! - Duration: 6:52.

hey crafters it's Amanda here welcome to craft is autonomous today is actually a

very special day so I'm filming this on April 22nd 2018 I'm not sure we'll into

posting this to dead hairflip posted tomorrow but in case I posted a little

bit later or if you're watching this a few next actor comes out today is a very

special day because this is the one-year anniversary of me being a youtuber so

it's kind of crazy like how fast the year has gone so many videos so I

thought that I kind of didn't look back on you know some of the things I shot on

my channel on where the channels come show some things that I'm working at

right now and then show some of the projects that I'm hoping to get done in

the upcoming weeks now first of all I know I haven't posted in a while

life's been crazy finals weeks is in two weeks so you know all the end of the

school year stuff but anyways I wanted to take the time to celebrate this

special day and celebrate the one-year anniversary of crackers autonomous so

when the child first start off you know I started with crochet crochet as my

passion and it comes to credit thing so you know crochet tutorials and then I

also had a couple other random ones in there from in like my very early days I

had my seashell cleaning videos and then I also had that cardboard barrel video

which that is actually my best video still today which is so funny because I

was sick when I filmed it and I filmed it on an iPad like go figure right but

now has over 30,000 views I we might have just hit the forty thousand views

on that video so that's like insane and mind-blowing so those are some of my

early videos you know throughout the last year we've also done some other fun

things like flooring as you can see I've got some bags here I thought that some

nice big ball I think this is something like this is something like 15 bags I

think and as you can see those whole bunch of bags here summer coming it's a

blue barn but we have some fun projects and I also want to get some more plern

project video ideas out there for once the summer hits nothing though they're

super fun so then of course that kind of brings us through the summer of course

lots of other fun projects and there lots of crochet ones cool

this summer film began to fall and I had a bunch of fall projects I think

probably one of my favorite because that I did back then was either my crafting

haul that I did in the fall or probably my one where I showcase some different

like fall crafts and then you know right after like fall you get into Christmas

which so much fun making those countdown to Christmas videos I hope that you know

back at Christmas time you want to us also I had my two-inch subscriber mark

back then so how to give away that was so much fun and then that brings us up

to speed damn you know I haven't posted as many videos but I did have some

really cool ones that I had a lot of fun making for you guys at the beginning of

the year the Tunisian crochet one and so actually I've got a couple projects that

I'm working on right now that involved Tunisian crochet and I'll give you a

look at those so I was using one of my mandala yarns which I love by the way I

don't plan to do a review on that soon one of my main dellons that I got for

Christmas and I've been working on furthering my Tunisian crochet skills

and I've been working on this really cool scarf so as you can see I am

mastering the Tunisian cables I think it's so cool-looking I've got a book

that I've been using super helpful so once I get a better hang of it I can put

a video together teaching how to do Tunisian cables so using a lot of the

same techniques but introduces some new techniques like the cable so we do this

really cool crisscross here also the pattern has this awesome drop stitch

which super cool so I might put together some video with some of the techniques

that we're using this Turner but I don't know where or where I will wear this

scarf but this is a fun project that I'm working on to further develop my skills

so then this is a project that actually my mom commissioned this one so she got

is really cute like watering the flower pot kind of decoration from a friend and

so she wants to get some kind of like hey greenery flowers have to go in there

so I have to go to Hobby Lobby sometime and do a nice little video on figuring

out what I'm gonna put in this pot I'm thinking probably like some yellow tone

plus I think it'll go well with the green of the wall so we'll have to see

what I end up doing there so this is another project that's also been

commissioned by someone else so this comes from a room that's like gonna be

nautical themed and basically what happened is because of the humidity in

the room this is all rusted so I'm just gonna try to salvage this and make it go

with the new design of the room because first off something kinda be done keys

are rusted so I'm thinking maybe sanded down and paint it with like some

rust-oleum spray paint but I'm thinking maybe trying like going with like a

solid metallic color like a silver or something kind of trendy and the other

problem is this is blue and they just painted the walls blue so I've got to

kind of figure out color schemes I'm thinking maybe you know paint the back

of this maybe do these like you know so I like silver something but that might

be a little too like modern and not beachy and nautical so I don't know if

I'll actually be able to salvage this thing or not but we're gonna try it cuz

that's what you do when you craft so this here is my final to do this project

and basically can see that we've got this cork board on our dresser and it's

an absolute mess and it really needs to be updated also just a disclaimer this

junk is not my stuff as the sisters so anyways obviously this something needs

to have with this so the plan is with this cork board turn it into a jewelry

display board to be able to store longer necklaces hang earrings put some pretty

paper up so I'm excited I've got a bunch of ideas for that so that's a look at

some of the projects I'm hoping to get done in the near future so obviously I

am NOT out of ideas for the channel whatsoever the biggest issue is time and

you know I explained you know has had a kind of reprioritize some different

things in my life but summer is almost here and I'm hoping to get back into

making more videos with a more free time so hopefully all those projects uh I

want to do that I mention you'll see videos coming out about them very soon

so I'm excited to get those done and I just want us to take a moment here and

say thank you so much to all of my followers of all my subscribers and all

you people who leave such lovely comments it makes my day without you

this channel would be nothing so I am so thankful for everybody who subscribes

everybody who watches these videos everybody who shares these videos and

I'm really excited to see what your number two of youtubing might hold

so anyways happy one year to craft autonomous and I hope you're as excited

about this channel as I am happy crafting so right now I'm in the room

that I talked about the beginning of the year one of my goals was for my family

and I to get this room turned into a filming area and so with this room has

been used for is it had a couple guest beds in here and it basically been

storing all kind of stuff but we haven't quite turned it into a filling room yet

but we are making some progress we've gotten rid of one whole mattress so yeah

we're getting there this will be the filming room eventually

#MiddlegradeMay TBR - Duration: 5:27.

Hi guys, it's Nash and I just wanted to let you all know that I'm going to be trying

my best to participate in a readathon that's happening soon.

And so I wanted to make a little TBR video for you guys so that you know what I'll

be reading and to take part in this if you didn't know of it already.

It's the Middle grade May readathon, the creator is Akoss.

Everything that you guys will need to know about the readathon, channel links, goodreads

group… everything will be linked down in description in case I forget something important,

it will all be down there.

Uh, but, the goal is to try and read throughout the entire month as many middle grade reads

as you can and want because the mission is to let people know that anyone of any age

can enjoy middle grade books and some of the best stories are hidden in the middle grade

section just waiting to be discovered and for you to have fun with them.

So, my official TBR pile for this is not that big um, (giggles) sorry about that but since

this is not that long or big, we're just gonna go with it and I'm just gonna show

you the books very quickly because I don't know that much about two of them.

Uh, so here we have a cozy mystery, it is the first in the wells and wong mystery series

and that is Murder Is Bad Manners by Robin Stevens.

From what I know, this takes place in a boarding school and it's just these 2 girls right

here who just wanna become detectives and solve a murder that happens, either in the

school or close to the school.

The next one is The Doll People by Ann M. Martin, Laura Goodwin and illustrations by

Brian Selznick and from what I read from this a long time ago because I barely remember,

this is the start of a middle grade series and it gave me Toy Story vibes cause I think

the toys that this girl has, she's like 8- from 8 to 10?

Uh, come to life or this specific doll house> I'm not sure but I've had it for a long

time and I wanna read it so now that Middle grade May Reads is happening I thought it

would be a good time to actually se what this is about.

It's kind of been staring at me from my shelf for a while.

And the last that's in the official TBR, I don't think it's actually middle grade

but since the main character is within the middle grade age range sort of, I'm gonna

count it cause I really, really wanna read it um, and that is a comic book.

It's I Kill Giants by Joe Kelly and JM Ken Niimura.

I think our main character is 11 years old, her name is Barbara and uh, from the "I

think" you guys should just kind of know by now that it's due for a re-read so that's

why I want to uh, read it.

This is of the art work, that's our main character there.

And these are the ones that I plan to get through, I don't want to have a big tbr

and overwhelm myself, I just wanna be able to enjoy whatever it is that I pick up but

when the month is over, if I read any more or any different books than this, I'll just

do a wrap-up on it I guess and let you guys know.

But, down in the comments, do you guys plan on joining Middlegrade May Reads?

Why is that so hard for me to say?

I don't know.

But yeah, feel free to join, feel free to comment your favorite middle grade read and

recommendations for me to possibly pick up because middlegrade is one of my new-found

loves when it comes to reading.

So I really just wanted to try and take part of this.

And I think the hashtag for the readathon is #MGLit?

Or something like that?

I'll be leaving it either in the title of this video or the downbar of descriptions.

Yes, I've said it multiple times already but be sure to check out the description box!

There in that section it will have everything tht you need to know about this but I really,

really enjoy these types of readathons and um, yeah.

I guess that's basically it, I kinda spaced out but um, that was all for this.

Thank you guys for watching and I will speak o you all relatively soon.

Bye.

Jen Marshall a certified nutrition therapist in boulder Co. gets this frustration

but says it's important to realize that even the healthiest foods can cause issues in some

the way foods are digested and assimilated is partly dependent on each person's microbe I am which is shaped by so many factors

from ones you can't change such as whether you were born via see section or Regina lee and breast fed or not

to the amount of fiber or sugar in your diet

she sat the result

marshal breaks down some of the cleanest each that can cause cut issues plus better

ways to get the nutritional benefits they offer one

whole grain flower you ditched white flower a long time ago in favor of its whole grain

counterpart that's filled with more fiber while this is a great nutrition move

whole grain flower can still cause digestive woes in many of us says Marshall all flower

even whole grain lacks enough fiber to keep blood sugar stable she sat

when you digest flower quickly

you get a surge in blood sugar and a consequent blood sugar drop that roller-coaster puts you in fight or flight mode rather than rest

and digest which can upset digest and and cause issues as a result

instead reach for grains in their whole forms such as rice

winnow a millet etc. rather than foods made with flower

here's how to sprout your own greens at home

to broccoli cauliflower

cabbage and other crew ciphers while most of us think of all veggies as Health Power houses and they are it's important to understand that

some vegetables contain starches that may cause digestive issues says Marshall

the type of starches to watch out for our called Fuhrman to belal ago Da man a sack grades

and Paul eales fun maps these starches aros Matic

which means they pull water into the intestinal tract says Marshall for some people this doesn't cause digestive problems

for others it can prompt an abdominal pain

bloating and diarrhea

instead reach for veggies and fruits that are low in fun maps think arabella bell peppers

carrots collard greens tomato

zucchini berries than ana's and citrus fruits at least for a few weeks

oftentimes people who experienced digestive issues after eating foods high in Fahd maps have a micro by a Mish you where good

bacteria has migrated from the coal into the small intestine says Marshall

clearing up this issue can increase your tolerance to Kruse affairs and other foods high in fun maps three

fermented foods yes all of that kimchi and sauerkraut you just stocked up on is filled with good bacteria that feed your microbe I am

however fermented foods also contain histamine says Marshall which can cause

problems in people who already have an excess of histamine

this happens when someone is a lacking the enzymes to break it down or when their

producing too much to two and a overgrowth of certain types of bacteria says Marshall

excess histamine can lead to an allergic response

like you'd expect but also diarrhea stomach pain heartburn

and bloating instead reach for a pro buyout except lament

at least until you've figured out if you have a histamine issue

talk with your Doc and have treated back four garlic and onions

few of us can imagine making dinner

weather is a pot of grass fed beef chili a pan of roasted root veggies

or a bowl of zucchini noodles without using garlic or onions

the staples contained sulfur compounds

which support the body's natural detoxification process however if some people have a hard time metabolizes sulfur says Marshall which

can lead to upset stomach and gas that smells like rotten eggs
