so today! tadaa I have 4 American meals today
today's dishes are: chicken n' waffles, BBQ Ribs Fried Catfish and Mac n' Cheese
and to drink..... Cola!
I did a video on chicken n' waffles before its a dish where you take waffles, lay chicken on top
of that and then drizzle that in syrup it was so delish I've been looking forward to trying it again
itadakimasu these are the chicken n' waffles
I'll now pour some maple syrup on top of the chicken
looks delish this is what it looks like
these fluffy waffles are drenched in syrup making them so delish
and the saltiness of the chicken compliments it so nicely meat is so tasty
this is some Fried Catfish
influenced by southern cooking apparently its fried in corn batter
I don't believe I've ever eaten anything battered with corn like this
it certainly looks like it has a different crust when compared to other fried dishes
魚？since its called fish I guess its supposed to be 魚

K so here's what it looks like you can see the crust is a bit different
its got a somewhat crumbly feel to it
mmm~ this corn battered fish tastes so delish its so crisp and the batter is so very tasty and slightly salty

you can feel these tiny bubbles when you bite down on it
I believe its using something different from flour
its so sweet and delish

the fries are a bit droopy but the saltiness really perks the flavor
I've made videos on this before I love these.... mac n' cheese
Macaroni cheese its home cookin' that's been around for some time
they're so delish! cheddar cheese colored .... ~is it cheddar colored?~
its a color that makes you want to dig in immediately
macaroni and cheese are a great pairing cheese pretty much goes with anything
tadaa we've got some BBQ ribs here the sauce is giving off this sweet aroma
I'm getting this rich and sweet vibe from this BBQ sauce
its the same smell as the sauce you get from McNuggets
meat that I just pulled of the bone
these pork ribs tender and cooked so nice and tasty and then its covered in sweet BBQ sauce
meat that you pull off the bone has such a very meaty feel to it
its been quite a while since I last had chicken n' waffles but they are indeed very delish
waffles and maple syrup alone are tasty on their own and then you add the saltiness from the chicken
they've mixed the cheese sauce into the macaroni and then they cover it in even more cheese afterwards
I've picked this bone nice and clean
pork ribs are so delish
I've made a mistake on portioning out my chicken n' waffles I'm left with only waffles
cor~... this corn batter and this white fish go so nicely together
and regarding this cake in here I'm thinking that they're using corn flour in this as well
its got these tiny bits that pop in your mouth with a slight sweetness but a cake that works
nicely with your meal

with such strong flavors and meaty chunks of meat it was in tune with my tastbuds
someday I'd love to go to America and try these dishes there

the second album of Zion.T
but also his first album since he left Amoeba Culture to join YG's sub label ,
The Black Label.

The Song is an excellent title track,
this is a big heart stroke in which you're can really go easy.
The lyrics contain some sort of explanation on how Zion.T creats songs,
and he clearly said that he would like this title not to become popular
and people not to retain the lyrics.
You feel that good little irony, there.
The album offers us tracks like Cinema or Comedian
which plunges us into a very calm and reto atmosphere with that unique Zion.T style.
Both titles reflect the concept of the album very well
with the cinema, the comedian, an oldy side,
and this is something you will find on the physical album
which precisely has the shape of an old film canister
but I will show you this in a unboxing when I have received the album.
Sorry brings a more color to the album, it is more rhythmic, the melody is very good
and best of all, Beenzino brings a very nice rap part
that easily fits into the track since it is quite in Beenzino's vibes.
As the title suggests, these two gentlemen are trying to apologize to a girl,
but they do not seem to really know why.

giving an impression of continuity and that you could complete the sentence saying
"My only excuse is that I'm a bad guy."
Indeed, in this song, Zion.T sees himself as a bad person thirsty for money.
He wants to be rich,
everyone wants to be rich
but it is a bad thing because there are more important things in life, like ...
... love?
Musically, it's quieter,
the verses are almost spoken but always rhythmically to start singing in the chorus.
Complex is my little Must Listen in the album.
In this track, Zion.T simply speaks of him physical complex.
The lyrics are really nice so I advise you to read them,
even though you may have heard of a little controversy,
and yet it wasn't really one,
about a few lines that were put out of context and that upset some simple-minded.
But when you put things in their place,
you read the entire lyrics and explanations by Zion.T himself,
it is clear that no harm has been said.
And even if that was the case, it would not be totally wrong.
The song is also featuring G-Dragon,
This is a collaboration that I have really expected
since they had already worked together on the song "I Love It" from the album Coup d'Etat
and that was really good.
In Complex, GD channels his wild side and fits the tone of the song
so he do not take over Zion.T while keeping his style.
Looking the lyrics, we can consider GD's part as a answer to Zion.T
by inflating his ego a little.
He even mentions a god complex,
which is refusing to admit the possibility of error or failure
and in some cases do not necessarily respect social conventions.
I really found this song interesting in each of its details,
And I would say that this track has Zion.T manages to combine the content and form.
The assembly of all the elements, that whether be the composition, the melody, the voices and lyrics,
gives some complexity to the song,
compared to other songs which are relatively simple,
so it really plays on the word Complex in every of its sense.
And we finish with the beautiful ending ballad : Wishes.
In this one, he speaks of the people's expectations of him.
They want him to say something, but he has nothing to say.
They want him to be somebody but he is no one.
This is what he says in the chorus.
In fact, it means that he is a normal person
he sees himself as Mr. Everyone except that his thing is music.
In this new album, Zion.T once again plunges us into his universe.
There are sounds that are unique to Zion.T and probably no one else.
Two main subject can be observed in this album,
The most obvious is love, a classic,
but there is also a part of internal reflection on his own person,
about how he seeshimself, his desires, his complex ...
This gives more depth to the album.
Although you wan see that his agency change affects neither his style nor his work,
This is not exceptional when you know Zion.Talready worked with the
same staff that you can find back in the Black Label.

Gilda Montenegro Becomes an Unlikely Hero | Strangest Moments - Duration: 4:38.
Turn on a tap in your kitchen, or stand at the top of Niagara Falls,
you can't help noticing the same thing - water flows downhill.
In 1992, at Segre Olympic Park, Catalonia,
water flowed very quickly downhill for the canoe and kayaking events
of the Barcelona Olympic Games.
And at one point that afternoon, it seemed to flow especially quickly.
There was a Costa Rican upside down in a kayak,
careening towards Olympic infamy.
The date was Saturday, August 1st.
The event, the K-1 class kayak slalom singles,
making its return to the Olympics for the first time in 20 years.
Gilda Montenegro, a 25-year-old from San Jose,
had never trained for slalom kayaking.
This was not, to put it mildly,
an underdog story with a Hollywood ending.
It was the first day of competition at the water course.
Montenegro was fourth up from a field of 26 kayakers.
She watched Australia's Danielle Woodward navigate the 25 gates
in 141 seconds, missing only two.
Then Spain's Cristina Martinez took 153 seconds and missed three gates.
It was choppy out there.
Britain's Karen Like did it in 138 seconds, missing two gates.
And then it was Montenegro's turn.
By the time the cameras picked up on Montenegro,
things were already going amiss.
She had somehow accumulated 200 penalty points already.
That was before she hit the wall.
To put that in perspective, the top six between them
collected 15 penalty points in their entire runs.
Montenegro hit the wall again.
After the second collision, the cameras left her to it.
The rest of Montenegro's first run was never broadcast,
but the scorers were there.
The Costa Rican rookie racked up 470 penalty points.
That was nearly as much as the entire 25-strong field combined.
The leader had a score of 131.75 — her time in seconds,
plus penalty points.
Montenegro's score was 640.27.
She was dead last.
And that was only the half of it. There was still round two.
Again, Woodward, Martinez and Like went down without a hitch.
But things didn't go so well for Montenegro.
She smashed her head on the bottom of the channel
with such force that her helmet cracked.
And with that — capsizing and falling out of the kayak —
it was all over.
She was out of the event.
How had Montenegro even qualified for the Olympics?
The truth is, she hadn't.
She had been working as a raft guide for a man named Rafael Gallo,
who was the head of Costa Rica's canoe team.
Gallo learned at the last moment that Costa Rica would get
an extra place at the Games.
He offered the ride to Montenegro.
She agreed, and was on the plane to Spain.
Montenegro never became the most unlikely Olympic champion,
but she did make a return to the Games.
After refusing to step into a slalom kayak for 18 months
after Barcelona, she set her sights on Atlanta in 1996.
She wanted to complete a full run without missing a gate.
And, you know, perhaps this was a story of heroism after all.
Because that second time round in Atlanta,
the rapids tried to swallow Montenegro again.
But she beat them.
And she also beat some of her fellow competitors.
Gilda finished 28th out of 30 in 1996.
All things considered,
it was one of the great comeback stories in Olympic Games history.
28th place had never felt so good.

so today! tadaa I have 4 American meals today
today's dishes are: chicken n' waffles, BBQ Ribs Fried Catfish and Mac n' Cheese
and to drink..... Cola!
I did a video on chicken n' waffles before its a dish where you take waffles, lay chicken on top
of that and then drizzle that in syrup it was so delish I've been looking forward to trying it again
itadakimasu these are the chicken n' waffles
I'll now pour some maple syrup on top of the chicken
looks delish this is what it looks like
these fluffy waffles are drenched in syrup making them so delish
and the saltiness of the chicken compliments it so nicely meat is so tasty
this is some Fried Catfish
influenced by southern cooking apparently its fried in corn batter
I don't believe I've ever eaten anything battered with corn like this
it certainly looks like it has a different crust when compared to other fried dishes
魚？since its called fish I guess its supposed to be 魚
it is fish
K so here's what it looks like you can see the crust is a bit different
its got a somewhat crumbly feel to it
mmm~ this corn battered fish tastes so delish its so crisp and the batter is so very tasty and slightly salty

I believe its using something different from flour
its so sweet and delish

the fries are a bit droopy but the saltiness really perks the flavor

Macaroni cheese its home cookin' that's been around for some time
they're so delish! cheddar cheese colored .... ~is it cheddar colored?~
its a color that makes you want to dig in immediately
macaroni and cheese are a great pairing cheese pretty much goes with anything
tadaa we've got some BBQ ribs here the sauce is giving off this sweet aroma
I'm getting this rich and sweet vibe from this BBQ sauce
its the same smell as the sauce you get from McNuggets
meat that I just pulled of the bone
these pork ribs tender and cooked so nice and tasty and then its covered in sweet BBQ sauce
meat that you pull off the bone has such a very meaty feel to it
its been quite a while since I last had chicken n' waffles but they are indeed very delish
waffles and maple syrup alone are tasty on their own and then you add the saltiness from the chicken
they've mixed the cheese sauce into the macaroni and then they cover it in even more cheese afterwards
I've picked this bone nice and clean
pork ribs are so delish
I've made a mistake on portioning out my chicken n' waffles I'm left with only waffles
cor~... this corn batter and this white fish go so nicely together
and regarding this cake in here I'm thinking that they're using corn flour in this as well
its got these tiny bits that pop in your mouth with a slight sweetness but a cake that works
nicely with your meal

with such strong flavors and meaty chunks of meat it was in tune with my tastbuds

Prostate cancer - Causes, Symptoms, Stages and Treatment - Duration: 12:25.
What is the prostate?
The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male reproductive system, and exists directly under
the bladder, in front of the rectum.
An exocrine gland is one whose secretions end up outside the body e.g. prostate gland
and sweat glands.
It is approximately the size of a walnut.
The urethra - a tube that goes from the bladder to the end of the penis and carries urine
and semen out of the body - goes through the prostate.
There are thousands of tiny glands in the prostate - they all produce a fluid that forms
part of the semen.
This fluid also protects and nourishes the sperm.
When a male has an orgasm the seminal-vesicles secrete a milky liquid in which the semen
travels.
The liquid is produced in the prostate gland, while the sperm is kept and produced in the
testicles.
When a male climaxes (has an orgasm) contractions force the prostate to secrete this fluid into
the urethra and leave the body through the penis.
Urine control.
As the urethra goes through the prostate: the prostate gland is also involved in urine
control (continence) with the use of prostate muscle fibers.
These muscle fibers in the prostate contract and release, controlling the flow of urine
flowing through the urethra.
The Prostate Produces Prostate-specific antigen (PSA).
The epithelial cells in the prostate gland produce a protein called PSA (prostate-specific
antigen).
The PSA helps keep the semen in its liquid state.
Some of the PSA escapes into the bloodstream.
We can measure a man's PSA levels by checking his blood.
If a man's levels of PSA are high, it might be an indication of either prostate cancer
or some kind of prostate condition.
It is a myth to think that a high blood-PSA level is harmful to you - it is not.
High blood PSA levels are however an indication that something may be wrong in the prostate.
Male hormones affect the growth of the prostate, and also how much PSA the prostate produces.
Medications aimed at altering male hormone levels may affect PSA blood levels.
If male hormones are low during a male's growth and during his adulthood, his prostate gland
will not grow to full size.
In some older men the prostate may continue to grow, especially the part that is around
the urethra.
This can make it more difficult for the man to pass urine as the growing prostate gland
may be causing the urethra to collapse.
When the prostate gland becomes too big in this way, the condition is called Benign Prostatic
Hyperplasia (BPH).
BPH is not cancer, but must be treated.
Prostate cancer.
In the vast majority of cases, the prostate cancer starts in the gland cells - this is
called adenocarcinoma.
In this article, prostate cancer refers just to adenocarcinoma.
Prostate cancer is mostly a very slow progressing disease.
In fact, many men die of old age, without ever knowing they had prostate cancer - it
is only when an autopsy is done that doctors know it was there.
Several studies have indicated that perhaps about 80% of all men in their eighties had
prostate cancer when they died, but nobody knew, not even the doctor.
Experts say that prostate cancer starts with tiny alterations in the shape and size of
the prostate gland cells - Prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN).
Doctors say that nearly 50% of all 50-year-old men have PIN.
The cells are still in place - they do not seem to have moved elsewhere - but the changes
can be seen under a microscope.
Cancer cells would have moved into other parts of the prostate.
Doctors describe these prostate gland cell changes as low-grade or high-grade; high grade
is abnormal while low-grade is more-or-less normal.
Any patient who was found to have high-grade PIN after a prostate biopsy is at a significantly
greater risk of having cancer cells in his prostate.
Because of this, doctors will monitor him carefully and possibly carry out another biopsy
later on.
Classification of prostate cancer.
It is important to know the stage of the cancer, or how far it has spread.
Knowing the cancer stage helps the doctor define prognosis - it also helps when selecting
which therapies to use.
The most common system today for determining this is the TNM (Tumor/Nodes/Metastases).
This involves defining the size of the tumor, how many lymph nodes are involved, and whether
there are any other metastases.
When defining with the TNM system, it is crucial to distinguish between cancers that are still
restricted just to the prostate, and those that have spread elsewhere.
Clinical T1 and T2 cancers are found only in the prostate, and nowhere else, while T3
and T4 have spread outside the prostate.
There are many ways to find out whether the cancer has spread.
Computer tomography will check for spread inside the pelvis, bone scans will decide
whether the cancer has spread to the bones, and endorectal coil magnetic resonance imaging
will evaluate the prostatic capsule and the seminal vesicles.
The Gleason Score.
A pathologist will look at the biopsy samples under a microscope.
If cancer tissue is detected, the pathologist then grades the tumor.
The Gleason System of grading goes from 2 to 10.
The higher the number, the more abnormal the tissues are compared to normal prostate tissue.
Two numbers are added up to get a Gleason score:
A number from 1 to 5 for the most common pattern observed under the microscope.
This is the predominant grade and must be more than 51% of the sample.
A number from 1 to 5 for the second most common pattern.
This is the secondary grade and must make up more than 5% but less than 50% of the sample.
A Gleason score of 7 can have two meanings.
If the predominant grade is 3 and the secondary grade is 4, the Gleason score is 7.
If the predominant grade is 4 and the secondary grade is 3, the Gleason score is also 7.
However, the first example, with a predominant score of 3, has a less aggressive cancer than
the second example, with a predominant score of 4.
It is crucial that the tumor is graded properly, as this decides what treatments should be
recommended.
Causes of prostate cancer.
It is not known exactly what causes prostate cancer, although a number of things can increase
your risk of developing the condition.
These include: Age – risk rises as you get older and most
cases are diagnosed in men over 50 years of age.
Ethnic group – prostate cancer is more common among men of African-Caribbean and African
descent than in men of Asian descent.
Family history – having a brother or father who developed prostate cancer under the age
of 60 seems to increase the risk of you developing it.
Research also shows that having a close female relative who developed breast cancer may also
increase your risk of developing prostate cancer.
Obesity – recent research suggests that there may be a link between obesity and prostate
cancer.
Exercise – men who regularly exercise have also been found to be at lower risk of developing
prostate cancer.
Diet – research is ongoing into the links between diet and prostate cancer.
There is evidence that a diet high in calcium is linked to an increased risk of developing
prostate cancer.
In addition, some research has shown that prostate cancer rates appear to be lower in
men who eat foods containing certain nutrients including lycopene, found in cooked tomatoes
and other red fruit, and selenium, found in brazil nuts.
However, more research is needed.
Symptoms of prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer does not normally cause symptoms until the cancer has grown large enough to
put pressure on the urethra.
This normally results in problems associated with urination.
Symptoms can include: Needing to urinate more frequently, often
during the night.
Needing to rush to the toilet.
Difficulty in starting to pee (hesitancy).
Straining or taking a long time while urinating.
Weak flow.
Feeling that your bladder has not emptied fully.
Many men's prostates get larger as they get older due to a non-cancerous condition known
as prostate enlargement or benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Symptoms that the cancer may have spread include bone and back pain, a loss of appetite, pain
in the testicles and unexplained weight loss.
Treatments for prostate cancer.
The following treatments are separated into early stage and advanced stage prostate cancers.
Early stage prostate cancer.
If the cancer is small and contained - localized - it is usually managed by one of the following
treatments:
Watchful waiting - not immediate treatment is carried out.
PSA blood levels are regularly monitored.
Radical prostatectomy - the prostate is surgically removed.
Brachytherapy - radioactive seeds are implanted into the prostate.
Conformal radiotherapy - the radiation beams are shaped so that the region where they overlap
is as close to the same shape as the organ or region that requires treatment, thus minimizing
healthy tissue exposure to radiation.
Intensity modulated radiotherapy - beams with variable intensity are used.
An advanced form of conformal radiotherapy usually delivered by a computer-controlled
linear accelerator.
Treatment recommendations really depend on individual cases.
In general, if there is a good prognosis and the cancer is in its early stages, all options
can be considered.
However, they all have their advantages and disadvantages.
The patient should discuss available options thoroughly with his doctor.
More advanced prostate cancer.
If the cancer is more aggressive, or advanced, the patient may require a combination of radiotherapy
and hormone therapy.
Radiotherapy requires treatment on an everyday basis for up to about eight weeks.
Radical surgery is also an option - the prostate is removed.
Traditional surgery requires a hospital stay of up to ten days, with a recovery time that
can last up to three months.
Robotic keyhole surgery has the advantage just a couple of days in hospital, followed
by a much shorter recover period.
However, even robotic keyhole surgery may not be ideal for very elderly patients.
In advanced prostate cancer hormone therapy is very effective in slowing down, and even
stopping the growth of cancer cells.
Even if the hormone therapy stops working after a while, there are still other options
the patient will be able to discuss with his doctor, such as participating in clinical
trials.

I got this Chihuahua in elementary school from a friend for my birthday!

i am sorry little doggy
behind those, i have this room spary. i got this last summer
in summer my room stank and I mainly used this for jumpers or cardigans
because i didn't want to wash it every single time i wore it but it smelled form all the sweat so i used this
next up this is a deodorant from The Face Shop, i go this when i went to korea
another item is an eye drop, i got this from an oculist. I drop this before I wear my contacts and i usually do that here
so that's why i have it here

what's inside it is a ticket that i got at an even that Rola held which was riding Shinkansen with her
she is one pf my role models
it was so fun and s memorable so i decided to replace the ticket like this
this little badge is from when my mum and I watched Beauty and The Beast Musical ages ago
my mum found this for me because I was redecorating my room inspired by beauty and the beast
these are both from IKEA
they are sold separately
when i saw this i just thought it fitted with my theme very well so i bought it
i made this tissue case myself
i just got a felt fabric from Seria and added some cotton!
the only thing i don't like about this part is this sharpener
i really want a sharpener that has a tin material like these
i can't find it so i am just going with this for now

it didn't have a brown sticker on it from the start but
i couldn't peel the sticker that was on this successfully so
i just stuck this on and i actually like the look of it!
when you slide this, i have a lip treatment from Revlon
glue, eraser and a nail treatment

next to that, i have my glasses and my perfumes

next to those i have a room perfume and a candle that i made at the Kiehl's event

i got the notepad when i was still in australia

it's a christmas card with belle on it
i mean it does look like it's for christmas but belle wears this in the movie so i don't mind having this all year aroud

belle has always been my favorite princess
but this card inspired me to redecorate my room with Beaty and the Beast themed so
i have it in a picture frame
I don't really have anything special for the chair but
this white thing is actually a scarf that i got from my aunty but i don't really wear scarfs so

it is next to the oil heater
it is not really clean since i have so many random things in here but
i am surprised by how messy it is
