and rightfully so

because just look at it

it's beautiful

and has so much road presence

we have a Cherry Red

Mustang convertible today

with the Ecoboost engine

the 2.3 4-cylinder

and an automatic gearbox

and let's start with that

I want to say this now

so I don't have to anymore

this automatic is so bad

it's slow

there are paddle shifters

but there's a delay

of literally a second

between pulling the paddle

and the upshift itself

so, please get a manual

there

I'll leave it at that

onwards

oh, I won't leave it at that

because in the Netherlands

the automatic is €20.000,- more expensive

than the manual

but it is linked to

the great 2.3 Ecoboost engine

which we know from the Ford Focus RS

in this Mustang

if i'd be driving a V8

I'd have the feeling

that it's ridiculous

this Ecoboost costs €57.000,-

the manual coupe

the convertible with manual

is €62.000,-

and if we look at the prices of a V8

€120.000,-

that's twice as much

I can't justify that

but that's because we

here in the Netherlands

have a Co2 dependent tax system

so if you're buying a Mustang

in the Netherlands

it'll probably be an Ecoboost

and you take it for a drive

well, it's great

sure you miss the sound

because this one is not great

but it does this very well

and we have a very nice spec today

that red with tan interior

practically everything comes as standard

except for the 19" wheels

this color

the heated and ventilated seats

and extended audio/navigation pack

that's it

the rest comes as standard

so reversing camera

this system right here

Apple carplay

Android Auto

it comes with a lot of stuff

it's value for money

that's a returning feeling you get

it's enormous

it feels very spacious to sit in

it's very long and wide

you get a lot of

'real estate' for your money so to speak

and because this roof is quite simple

with that vinyl top

it just folds back

and sits on top of the back

instead of the entire rear end folding up

and all of those complicated systems

which means you don't have

any trunk space left

and this does

it's a great car to take on a vacation

it's the first time

in a lot of European countries

you can walk into a Ford dealership

and say "I'll have that Mustang"

they used to have to be imported

but it's great that now

you can get such an iconic and cool car

with that Ecoboost engine

and even though that V8 desire

never really goes away

you have to conclude

that the Ecoboost

for the Netherlands

is the only right choice

Mountain Dew Pancakes | How to Make Homemade Mountain Dew Pancakes - Duration: 4:52.

hey everyone it's James from fun food and today I'm going to show you how to make these

Mountain Dew pancakes topped with a homemade Mountain Dew syrup you're going

to absolutely love these this was a suggested video so thank you so much for

that suggestion right now keep watching and I'll show you step by step how to make these

now the first thing we want to do is start off with a large bowl and to that

I want to add one and a half cups of flour next I want to add two tablespoons

of baking powder 1/2 a teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 cup of Mountain

Dew soda 1 large egg 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla

extract next you can mix this up by hand or you

can cheat and use an electric mixer like I'm going to do

now what I'm going to do after this has been mixed pretty good I am going to add

some food coloring now this step is optional you don't have to do it it

won't look like the flavor at all but it just looks cool so some green food

coloring I'm just going to do a couple little squirts

so now what we're going to do is let this sit while we let our griddle heat

up or your stove whichever you use them and we'll come right back to it and when

your griddle is hot enough what we want to do is either butter it or you can

grease it with some cooking spray and that's what I'm going to do now I put my

batter into this pourable container just to make it easy for me to make these

pancakes so I'm gonna pour out some right about here

now it is a very thick batter so we just want to leave it there let's sit until

it starts to bubble up and then we'll flip

and after a few minutes you should notice that the top start to bubble and

the sides tend to cook a little bit more so now we're ready to flip these over

and hopefully I can do it without making a mess I usually have a bad go at flipping

pancakes so wish me luck

not bad this side has cooked a little bit too much I think so be careful how

long you keep them on there for or maybe a lower temperature the flip side

doesn't require it to cook as long so once you flip them only about a minute

or so we can take it off the heat if you see that's what I'm really going for

this type of brownness I should say even though it is a green cake pancake

so after your pancakes are all cooked and ready to eat we just put a dab of

butter on there if you like I'm also going to put on some syrup

but not just any syrup this is Mountain Dew syrup and if you want to see how I

made this mountain Dew sir I did it in my Mountain Dew popcorn

video so I'll put a little I card up above and you can see exactly how to

make this Mountain Dew syrup I also put a link in description below as well so

I'm going to pour this on there here we go it's a nice thick syrup just like any other

syrup but it's sweeter much much sweeter there we go

I can't wait to take a bite out of this now it's time for the taste test I'm going to give this a go

and see how it tastes my Mountain Dew pancakes very sweet so you don't like

sweet pancakes you probably won't like these but they are a lot of fun to make

and they're not as savory as a typical pancake very sweet keep that in mind but

it's a fun thing to make especially for someone who is a mountain Dew lover well

New 110 Jurassic World Lego Dinosaur Toys (Knockoff) - Indominus Rex Vs T-Rex, Worlds Largest - Duration: 29:48.

Wow guys great to see you again we're gonna have a awesome video today today I

have my whole Lego Jurassic world dinosaur collection check this out

110 different Lego dinosaur toys, Is this the worlds largest collection on Youtube? we'll go ahead and take a look at the different

New 110 Jurassic World Lego Dinosaur Toys (Knockoff) - Indominus Rex Vs T-Rex, Worlds Largest

pterodactyls all those over there are velociraptors the mommy and daddy

Indominus Rex's in fact the baby indominus rex we have lots of dinosaur families if

dinosaur babies then this row here is the t-rex mommy' and daddy and the baby

then we've got some gala sizes over there Wow that is so cool

it's like an army looking to charge each other so uh well I'm going to do right

now I'm going to take everything off the table I'm going to build off each group

we'll go ahead and take a look at the different color variants is I'll have

you help me ah you could help me by who are helping keep to set up the

Dynamo plot okay guys let's get started okay so like I said I'm gonna clear this

table here right now then we'll take them on individually set them off and

take a look at the different variants of the Lego knockoffs and

originals I have felt lego original Jurassic world dinosaurs here and a lot

of different knockoff lego dinosaur toys ok so to get started we are going to start with all

of the big indominus rex it is going to be a little tough guys because for the

end we are totally gonna run out of room we'll have to take a look at them we'll

have to do our best okay ah if you can't tell this is the original the original

one is a much lighter color than the dark one and the original one each one

of these pegs says Lego so all the other ones here are knock-offs

so I've got four of the big indominus rex knock-offs

and I got this one they call the set this comes in is the t-rex ah escape

it's like a knockoff Lego set but this is not a t-rex if you look at this this

is the indominus rex with spikes so all let's go ahead and set up the

moms in the dad in the back first so we are going to start over here because we

need room for the directors over there so the mom to be set up just lost her

head

there is the original okay so the mob t-rex's are ready to go now we see the

different variants so for the baby t-rex you've got this green one here you've

got the standard one you have this one with brown stripes and then you have

this cool grey one with green eyes and the other ones are just very end of the

same so here you've got ah four different times so that is the babies

let's go ahead and set these up with the parents so we will have an awesome

dinosaur family cool okay it should sit there right Buster in the last awesome

okay so we got them to all fit there so the mommy and daddy and baby indominus

rex is so indominus rex family cool then our next ones are going to be the big

t-rex so let's go ahead and identify them can you tell right now

which one is the original Lego t-rex so this one here is the original Lego t-rex

oh like a lost apartment absolute correct this is the original this one is

the knockoff the original is a lighter color than it does say Lego on every one

of the blocks where the knockoff does not so I have three knockoffs of the

original one and then here is the original one and then here is one that

caught came in one of my Lego set to go ahead and check out my Lego builds I

built upon a hundred Lego set a lot of them with stop-motion animation so those

are a lot of fun and this is one that comes in a huge Lego Dino set I mean

this is like a big compound I think is about 800 pieces that this speed build will do

that you can see this one's original because it has Lego on every one of

those blocks and this big guy in the back is a vintage t-rex so let's go

ahead and set these mommies and daddies up here so again the big guy here will

be the daddy and the other one mommy or you guys decide a

comment section down below which one you think is the daddy in which one or maybe

the big guys daddy I mean maybe the big guy is the mommy

and the smaller one or let you guys decide so put in the comments section so

there we have our t-rex is it almost looks like a battle you have a battle

wall t-rex is here in a battle wall of the indominus rex look looks like we

already lost one of the indominus rex is okay and now let's Indominus rex babies

because I'll have white then we'll check off the different various baby okay so

for the t-rex babies we've got this red one here which is really cool so I've

got two of the red ones here and then for the blue ones I've got three of the

blue ones so by the way guys I will put a link

below this video where you can buy these knockoff ones on Amazon I believe you

get about eight to ten of them for about ten to twelve dollars solid it's very

affordable it's not a bad price panel then you've got this cool green and

lime-green t-rex with evil red eyes

you got this t-rex that came in one of my lego knockoff Dino set so go ahead

and check that one out if you go to my lego playlist I'll put that at the end

of this video then you got this odd color variant which is

like a brown and reddish compared to the original color very see here and this

would be the original here and then you've got this green and brown one of

course looks like one of the arms when you have so many I mean it's you lose

body parts all the time let it keep searching the bag so let's go ahead and

set these off we're going to go ahead and put different colors next to each

other so this look I love all these different varying color well it would

help if I would actually aim where I'm working Wow

okay do that next okay so Wow we're running out of room

there with the babies I think I might have to put some in the back there or

now I could go around the side of this t-rex over here okay so there we have

the t-rex mommies and the t-rex babies and the one t-rex daddy so we have a

nice big dinosaur family okay guys this next one is going to get messy because

this next one is velociraptors and there is lots Raptors are the biggest group of

knockoff dinos you are gonna find so the majority are knockoff aw we got this

awesome vintage one I'm going to put here in the back next to the indominus

rex is and then ha i guess let's just start looking at these because there is

different ones I don't know where to start so let's look at each one and then

we'll go ahead and set it up so you got this nice lime green one here you've got

this one here which is kind of weird so the block on its head so you got a dark

green light that is a knock off so you do have blue echo Charlie and Delta in

here also so you've got this one here this one looks like a girl with the

yellow and green color got some vintage cloth rafters here before they got their

classical wool dress so this is what this is label did with velociraptors

before you got this green and brown color variant here I've got a few of

these so that's a cool color variant there and then we're going to move to

lots of Raptor blue you've got a lot of different color variants on Velociraptor

blue so let me just show you some look so these ones here what I'm setting up

right now are the ones that look like the original this one is the original

the original authors has a video camera some of the knockoffs do come with the

video camera so you got to watch and make sure so this is actually blocks

around or blue also you can see by the right there this is like a purplish

Velociraptor blue this is a brown in blue looks like this philosopher

Bob display his leg back bond is definitely good need it and then here's

another very okay this is to save that last one for lost rep and I have one

more of those and any other philosopher up so I don't think so

okay so we'll move these to the side then lock let's go ahead and move on

and then we're going to move on to velociraptor echo so this here is a

knockoff one this here is the original one so I only have two velociraptor

echoes that one's one of the hardest ones fine and then we're going to move

on to the last Raptor charlie so let me see this is the original one right here

you can see the original one they usually paint the third clause and

everything really nicely where a lot of the knockoff stone so this is another

knock off Charlie here so I've got three of these knockoff Charlie's the yellow

and dark green over there and then I've got this knockoff Charlie which is one

of the closest to the original but it's not quite there and then I've got this

knockoff one awesome and then let's move on to blocks Raptor Delta so this here

is a log of one another sometimes it's really hard to tell their originals from

the knockoff so there you've got another knock off and

another knockoff and then here you have the originals you can see the original

is very different colors from and then we have three more velociraptors which

I'm not really sure who they're trying to portray I think they're just false

crafters this one here looks like it's a female okay so let's go ahead and set up

the block up the majority of these are going to be velociraptor

so the velociraptors I'm going to go ahead and sit up over here we're going

to start over there like really close to the fence so we have room for all of

them because I mean I've got gotta be about 50 velociraptors at least we're

here destruction so like I said the velociraptors are majority now I'm going

to try to sit up like different colors next to each other so we'll have like a

rainbow effect of different velociraptors cool okay so I'm getting

close to the end of the line for the first full office Raptors folks did not

want to stay in something's wrong with his leg okay and then let's start a

second row of velociraptors here hopefully we will knock down the first

row that would not be good trying to stick their tails in between the second

row so it'll not closer now

okay are we going to fit what you seen at the beginning guys I set that up the

day before right here I'm setting it up right in front of you so I hope I could

get all of these to fit because it's going to be a real challenge because I

have a limited work area here and the bottom get them all fit on here then I

have a problem then they are not going to fit for sure Wow like I said a lot of

velociraptors guys ah if you're watching go ahead and count constant as I set

them up in we'll see we have a lot as you could probably tell I really like

these Lego dinosaurs a lot my kids like them - my kids love these Lego dinosaurs

so looks like the last ones I'm going to set right up here all the way at the

edge so we have room for the different groups dinosaurs okay up we get little

tiny ones - so will they fit you will

yes the extra body parts here with me right now okay so here is our

velociraptor army dinosaur army of blood raptors is next okay guys so I don't run

out of room we're going to go ahead take a look at

the next three groups and then we will set the ball one if I settle up now

we're not going to have room different individual clocks so my lawful sources

are very common station so I've got twice of cue go then so let's see the

different version so we have the orange variant here which I believe I've three

there then I have one red one which actually came with one of done knock off

next so nice set then I've got like a car everyone which also came with Nexo

Knight set then I've got this knock off one this one here I think I've got two

beasts here moving those back I've got this lime one here and I believe the

rest of them are knockoffs of the original so that one is

oh this one is the original so you can compare this one's originals you can

compare the original to the knockoff and see they are pretty much almost

identical there we go and then I do got a couple Gallimimus here on those one

here and then I've got a poppin of Triceratops up some of my viewers are

actually requesting that I do more herbivores if you agree with that go

herbivores if this seems like most of my viewers like the carnivore dinosaurs

walks all guys before I continue I do got over a thousand videos majority of

got three of these purple color variants of the Triceratops I've got two of these

white and brown experience I've got two of these like dark and light brown and

it looks like one of them lost this case the happens quite a bit with these Legos

I've got one of the live green and brown color variants and then I've got three

of the ridges I mean ones that look like the original I don't actually have a

Lego Triceratops original ones because I did not buy any sense that have it

included well this is the color variant that would

or the labels tricera-cops then I got a little baby Triceratops and I included

this little baby take a soros because he doesn't have any family and then I got a

bunch of different pterodactyls so I've got this yellow and red variant right

there I've got two so actually three of those and then you've got the one that

looks like the original you got grey and red they're great red here then grey and

red here ah doesn't look like I have the original one here so it must have got

mixed in somewhere I thought I had all my Lego ones here but I guess not

and then here is a different color variant like a line in dark green you've

got this like lime in red color here you've got this one which is like a

reddish brownish tan color you've got this one is dark green in one okay guys

so we have taken a look at all of them so now it's time to finish up our giant

dinosaur bark this is jurassic world dinosaur park

let's start with the Dilophosaurus so our army of Dilophosaurus dinos we're

going to be set up here in front of the indominus rex is so they better watch

out if those indominus rex Azure hungry these Dilophosaurus is are finished

Wow crunch them up like little kids

Hey so uh the deadlock of Soros is also

pretty common knock off one good fun is a lot of different color variants as you

can see here and I believe I have gotten all of the different color variants now

because I mean I've been searching mainly eBay and Amazon for a long time

now finds different color variants so a lot of these you could buy by going to

my link below this video and purchasing them there so like I said they are very

affordable especially compared with the originals because you can't just buy the

originals the originals you have to buy the cents okay and that's next we are

going have our third axles looking you look kind of weird because I have to

fold their wings forward like that so I could get different eyesores to fit so

the pterodactyls are going to be like that's about the only way you could get

the pterodactyls to stand with out like Legos support it's looking like we're

going to be able to fit them all in again like I said ah when you don't plan

it it gets kind of tough but we got room in the front here so next we are going

to set up our different choice through tubs cool so if you have been counting

these dinos there there are a hundred and ten of these lego dinosaurs and

believe me I am not done buying these yet like I said these are all some

dinosaur toys

so actually I actually ordered some from Australia to have full-size Triceratops

so they have Triceratops that are as big as the indominus rex is in the back

there so that is cool I'm really excited to get back and a couple different color

variants they have like ah I believe in yellow and Indominus green t-rex

and they have the full size Triceratops which I said is this big dominant factor

okay then we have the little Gallimimus dinosaurs and we are done we have fit

all over dinosaurs in this awesome dinosaur park so let's go around the

park and set see what we have set up awesome

so here we have the T-rex family the mommy and daddy t-rex in the baby t-rex

is we have the mommy and daddy indominus rex is in the back and the baby

indominus rex is here we have our Velociraptor arm he walk that's water

then we have our Dilophosaurus dinosaur army we have our pterodactyl dinosaur

army and our triceratops dinosaur army Wow guys I love making these videos for

For me, it's kind of been a natural journey, natural choice 对于我来说，这是一个挺自然的选择

I'm a marriage and family therapist by trade 我是一个职业婚姻家庭心理顾问

Oh so you are also a therapist 所以你也是一个心理顾问

I am. I am a marriage and family therapist licensed by the state of California 我是的，我是加州注册许可的婚姻家庭心理顾问

so it was kind of a natural choice for me to to combine the two worlds in my past life 把我过去的两个世界结合起来是一个自然的选择

In my past career, I was a in the corporate world for about 18 years 我曾经在企业工作了18年

doing anything from commercial lending to human resources, to portfolio management, sales, sales training 从事了各种，从商业借贷到人事管理，到资产管理，到销售，到销售员培训

and my education formerly has always been in psychology 同时我过去的教育背景都是心理学

it's been kind of a nice marriage between the two worlds of corporate banking and finance and therapy 把企业、银行、金融与心理咨询结合起来是一个不错的事情

That was my favorite part of being in business anyways - is to sit down with clients and talk 我对商业事务最喜欢的一部分，就是和客户交谈

I think it's definitely gaining some popularity 我认为这正在变得越来越流行

If you look at the 1980s and the 90s up until now 如果你从1980和90年代看到现在

it's definitely gained a lot of momentum and a lot of popularity 经理人培训已经变得流行多了

I just read myself too that Stanford's doing a huge research on this 我最近读到斯坦福大学正在对这方面做研究

in terms of the need for executive coaching 关于经理人培训的需求

and CEOs really wanting this for their companies and organizations CEO们真的很需要这个资源给他们的公司与组织

which is great because I think people are now seeing the value of investing into the people 这非常好，因为我认为人们正在意识到投资于人的价值

before was so much of a luxury item 过去这更多地被视为一种奢侈品

it was very few seldom places that you would see it 你只能在很少的地方看到

For me, again, the flexibility being huge 对于我来说，灵活性很重要

During the week when I'm home with the kids more, I do the executive coaching 当我周中在家和孩子们在一起的时候，我通常会做经理人顾问的工作

because it's nice; I can do it from home - Facetime, Skype 因为我可以在家通过视频Facetime，Skype工作

Just like what are we're doing right now 就像我们现在这样

Yeah yeah 是的

It allows me to do that, which is super nice - I can spend time with the kids 这个工作允许我这么做，能和孩子们多在一起，对我来说非常好

and then I tend to kind of do the marriage and family therapy on the weekends or I do it in the afternoons 我周末或下午的时候会做婚姻家庭顾问

What do you do with your clients? 你和客户一起做些什么？

I think for me it's always been kind of a journey I take with clients 对我来说，这一直是我和客户（一起探寻）的历程

getting to know them 认识了解他们

having genuine curiosity and asking them tons of questions 以真诚的好奇心，询问他们很多问题

My goal is to kind of get to know them on a level where we can strategize together 我的目标是了解他们到一个我可以和他们一起共同策划的层次

not necessarily making decisions for them 并不一定为他们做决定

but helping them realize what they want and their preferences and their values 但是帮助他们认识到他们想要什么，他们的偏好和他们的价值

and really teaching those skills to be able to craft their own stories 教会他们如何编辑他们的故事

and making room for things that maybe they didn't see 帮助他们看到他们没有看到的东西

perspectives that they haven't seen before 他们没有看到的观点

For me, it's always about broadening the context 对于我来说，这总是关于让视野变得更宽广

It's not just one little area that they're looking at, but looking at the big picture 他们应该看到大的蓝图，而不是只看到小的一块

Do you mind giving us a few examples - what kind of situation you have worked with your clients before? 你能分享几个例子吗？你和客户一起讨论解决过什么情形？

Oh geez... What haven't I worked with? 哦，天哪。。。什么是我没有探讨过的？

All kinds of issues 所有的事情

Do they talk about family issue with you as well? 他们和你讨论家庭问题吗？

Oh yeah 是啊

So it's not only about career; it's like more broader context 所以你们不只探讨工作事业，而是探讨更宽的范围

We are whole people 我们是整体的人

You know, you don't come to work which is part of yourself, right? 你知道，你不是只有你的一部分来上班，对吧？

You come to work with all of yourself 你是你的整体来上班

and you're treating the whole situation and looking at the whole situation and the whole person 你是以一个整体的你在对待整个情形

and of course, there's personal things that come up 当然，个人的事情自然会冒出来

family, spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, disagreements and things like that 家庭，配偶，男朋友，女朋友，争议等等

For me, good work would be really authenticating the person 对我来说，好的工作就是让客户做真正的自己

and making sure they're being genuine to who they want to be 保证他们保持真我，成为自己想成为的人

and how they're living and the choices that they're making 过他们想过的生活，做他们想做的选择

whether it's professionally or personally 不管是工作上还是生活上

So we tend to see a lot of like difficult conversations happening at work 我们经常会碰到工作上的困难的交涉

We see a lot of management leadership type situations, public speaking 我们也会处理管理领导方面的问题，或是公开演讲的处境

but more interpersonal stuff too 还有一些很私人的东西

in career planning, retirement 比如事业规划，退休规划

Wow, all kinds of stuff really 哇，真是什么都有

All kinds of fun stuff... It's all fun! It's all great! 什么都有。。。很有趣！都很棒！

How long do you usually work with your clients? 你和客户一般一起工作多久？

It's been all over the place I think 什么情况都有

There's client that I've had for years actually through BetterUp 有的客户我已经通过BetterUp一起工作好几年

It's an ongoing with some of the organizations 是一些公司组织长期的安排

They sign up for a long duration 他们会注册较长时间

Could be anywhere from five or six sessions to years 可能从5-6次到几年

We usually meet once a week or once every other week depending on the situation 我们一般看情况一周或两周见一次

but I like to work everyone once a week because it keeps us engaged more 但我比较喜欢一周见一次，这样能让我们更熟悉对方

How many clients can you work with in a given week? 你一周能和几个客户工作？

Oh that varies too 这也看情况

I mean, anywhere from like 10 to 20 I would say 可能是10到20个

It's a good number 有好一些

10 to 20 - That's a lot 10到20个，这很多啊

Do you take weekends? Do you take time off? 你周末休息吗？

No... 不休息。。。

Oh my god so you are devoting all of your time to help people 天哪，所以你所有的时间都在帮助客户

You know what - because it's from home and it's flexible it doesn't feel you know 其实我不觉得累，因为我一直在家上班，也很灵活

We don't have commute time 我不需要花时间在交通上

We don't have that stress of like getting to an office and so it doesn't feel that way 我没有要去办公室的压力，所以不觉得很疲惫

With coaching, you don't really need (license) 作为经理人顾问，我不需要正式许可证

It's not a state license type of thing 它不是一个需要州立许可的东西

You get certified and there's certain different types of certifications depending on what you're doing 但是你可以有很多不同专业的职称认证

But I think really it's just about knowing your commitment level to the clients 但最重要的还是要对你的客户有承诺

and knowing in the industry 了解他们的行业

For example, I work a lot with the financial industry because that's my background 比如，由于我的背景，我有很多金融行业的客户

you know finance, lending industries 金融、借贷

and having that commitment to those industries and putting yourself in the shoes of the clients 对那个行业有了解并能让自己从客户的角度着想

knowing what kind of challenges they might have during the day, during the week 知道他们每天每周可能有什么样的挑战

what kind of obstacles that you're going to be helping them with 有什么样的困难是你可以帮助的

Having that background knowledge really helps 有这方面的背景真的会很有用

but the other thing, again, it would be like that genuine curiosity that I mentioned 还有就是我之前说道的真诚的好奇心

It is making sure you're asking questions that are going to help this person 保证你问正确的问题来帮助这个人

be able to deal with these challenges themselves 可以达到帮他们客服挑战的目的

and to build those skills （帮助）获得一些技能

It's not just like we throw a whole bunch of skills at the client 我们并不是扔给客户很多硬性的技能

Understanding that as a coach is really important 了解这一点对作为经理人顾问至关重要

that it's not a cookie cutter thing 这并不是一个像切饼干一样标准化的事情

You can't apply the same concept to every client 你不能对每一个客户用同样的方法

and that you're allowing room for that to kind of craft itself 你必须给他们空间来慢慢建立这些东西

so I don't go in with the set regimen so this is everything that I'm going to do with each person 所以我开始的时候不会有固定的教程

It's really customized 而是非常依人而定的

Lots of goods I would say 很多好处

Again, I'm a people person - love to help 我喜欢帮助人

and so I get so much reward from seeing those things happen for people 能帮助别人做到一些事情让我自己很有成就感

and seeing them overcome obstacles and identifying differently 看到他们克服困难并且有不同的看待事物的方式

So that's hugely rewarding 这对我来说特别有成就感

This is a very private journey for people you know 这是人们一个非常私人的旅程

it's just like therapy - it's very private 就和心理治疗一样，非常的私人

and for people to open up to you 人们愿意向你敞开

it's like such an honoring and humbling experience 这是一个多么不容易的事情，值得好好地尊重并谦逊地对待

I think that the only bad I would say is time wise it takes a long time to build this kind of system 唯一不好的地方就是这个系统需要很长时间建立

People think, you know, this is a great job and you jump in and you're going to have clients kind of at your door 人们认为这是一个很好的职业而且一进入就会有很多客户蜂拥而至

It doesn't work that way 不是这样的

The word "challenging" to me is a relative term "有挑战性的"这个词对我来说是一个相对性的词

I don't necessarily see people in that way 我不这样看待人们

The word "challenging" traps people into the context of "hard to work with", "difficult", "resistant" "有挑战性的"这个词经常让人陷入"难以相处的"、"困难的"、"反抗的"这样的印象

all these words that we use in society to describe that situation 这些词都是我们在社会中用来描述这些处境的

For me, if I'm hitting against that in some way, then it's time for me to regroup 对于我来说，如果我碰了钉子，那这是我自己重新思考的时候

and to refocus on myself because that means that 我会注重在自己这方面，因为这可能意味着

I haven't taken enough time to get to know the person 我没有花足够的时间来了解这个人

in the way that they wanted me to know them 以这个人希望我了解他的方式来了解他

or that I haven't really gotten the full context of the person 或者我没有完全了解这个人的全部

and so I have to go back and recraft questions to really get to know them 所以我必须回去重新思考我的问题，使得我能真的了解他们

and what are they trying to tell me 他们正尝试告诉我什么

what am I not understanding 我没有理解什么

I would say it's more in flex 我认为这是灵活流动的

I think for me, it would be just doing more of the same and with broader knowledge 对我自己来说，我会以更宽泛的知识来更多的做我现在同样的事情

like you know, maybe taking more classes and being more certified, and things like that 比如上更多的课，考更多的职称

and having more access to a bigger community 有更大的客户群

I would love to, like you know, coach coaches at some point 在一定的时候，培训经理人顾问

or maybe write articles and books, and that's on my bucket list 或者写写文章，出出书，这都在我的"列表"上

You can take it so many different direction 你可以有很多不同的方向

Like I said, if you have a niche that you're working with 就像我说的，如果你有一个专业领域

If you can broaden that or if you want to switch industries and things like that 你可能扩充或者换专注的领域

Is it true or not? 这是真的假的？

Oh man! I would say not true 哦。。。我会说是假的

may be true like 2% 可能只有2%是真的

I think, you know, fansy is not the word I would probably use 我认为"华丽"不是我会用的词

It's a complete different world 这是一个完全不一样的世界

So similarities would be dealing with people 相似的地方在于你是和人相处

and being able to relate and and be empathetic and stay in that place with somebody 要能够与人共情、有同情心、支持那个人

That would be the similarity. Everything else is different! 这是相似点。其他所有的都是不一样的！

I highly highly disagree with this one 我非常非常不同意这一点

I don't think there's such thing as a know-it-all person right? 我不认为有"无所不知"的人，对吧？

We're all in it together 我们在一艘船上

I definitely don't like sitting in an expert role 我不喜欢坐在专家的位置上

I like the much more collaborative role and this is true for my therapy as well 我喜欢更加有合作性的角色。我做心理咨询时也是这样

so therapy and coaching, I think I tend to kind of have the same perspective 心理咨询和经理人培训，我用相同的方式对待

I feel very uncomfortable making choices for people 为别人做出选择会令我很不舒服

So people should not expected to just get an answer on what you should do when they come to you 所以人们来找你时，不应该期待你会告诉他们该怎么做

Don't come to me if that's what you want, yeah? 对，如果你想我告诉你该怎么做，不要来找我

It's more an open conversation about the choices and evaluate together, right? 这是一个开放式的关于选择的探讨，然后一起衡量，对吗？

I will say I will do my very best to give you as many opportunities for those multiple storylines to exist 我会尽我最大努力让你看到好几种可能性的存在

and to those multiple identities to exist 让你认识到好多种认知的存在

and that is my job 这是我的工作

And if I haven't done that, then I haven't done my job 如果我没有做到这一点，那我就失败了

So there's definitely work being done 所以绝对是有很多活儿要干的

I don't want to paint the picture that we don't do any work 我不想让人们误以为我们不干活

We do a lot of work, right? 我们干很多活，对吧？

You know we do a lot of work 你知道我们干很多活

Of course, yeah 是啊

That is true 这是真的

but you never release it; you never talk about it 但是你从来不会泄露，从来不会说

Yes, highly confidential at all times 是的，任何时候都是保密的

You have to be able to hold that and to hold people's dear secrets 你必须要保证帮助人们保密

Even to your two babies 就算是对你的两个宝宝也是一样

Even to my two babies. That's right. 就算是对我的两个宝宝，的确是这样

Not true 不是真的

Potentially true 有可能成为真的

Jarfa is thinking - am I rich? Jarfa在想，我是不是很有钱？

I will say it's a big spectrum 我觉得这是一个很大的范围

Yeah, you can definitely have a lucrative business 你可以很赚钱

but to go in expecting that - absolutely not 但是一开始进入这个行业就期待很赚钱，绝对不行

This is a really good one 这个很好

I personally believe it's true 我个人认为是真的

I would hope it's true 我会希望这是真的

I don't want, I would never want to take the credit for people, people's own work that they put in 但是我不想忽略人们自己的努力

I do think it's probably one of the most valuable things to spend time with somebody who is genuinely interested in you 我的确认为和一个真心想帮助你成长的人一起探讨可能是最有价值的事情之一

I think that's huge value 我认为这有很大的价值

And I think companies are starting to realize 我认为公司也开始认识到这一点

Even at C-level, CEO and things, there is benefit 就算在CEO这样的层次，也是很有用的

How to make Custom Carousel Image in CSS-Tutorial in Bootstrap - Duration: 11:16.

Now we are done with our front end development, that means we have developed our own carousel

slider panel, now let's concentrate into customization of this carousel

slider panel.

So this is the part that we are going to learn, understand in this tutorial...

Just switch on to this mobile responsiveness preview.

We can see that there is a lot more problem in viewing our content of the site, the content

of this carousel slider panel as we can see here that some

of the features those are now lying beneath this navbar-header above and the other thing

is this caption part which is practically creating some obstacles in viewing

the images.

So this is what we have to rectify.

We have to make some customization here.

So we are getting back to our project.

Now first of all, all we need to do, we need to check here what is the div that is where

all these things are lying here.

It is known as the carousel-holder and the other

feature, the other selector name that is practically working here is no-padding.

So all we need to do we need to get back to custom.css,as we haven't created any

particular banner class over here so that is why all we have to do we need to place

It Down below here.

This is not mandatory but we are synchronizing practically

our things.

Copy this thing.

We are copying it.

The same selector name here and we are pasting it.

We have created a class name here which is a div class so that is why here it

will be referred to as div class .carousel-holder and here we are providing a margin-top 3.8em.

Press control + s, get back to your project and reload and you can

see now that it is providing a margin-top over here which is perfectly ok.

Press control + shift + m to switch on to mobile responsive view and we can see that

the full images are now being observed, are now

being seen.

Revert back to our original preview again.

Now if we just look around; Press control -(minus) to zoom out and we can see that practically

this image is getting in a little bit of left shifted.

But this is not the actual thing that we are intending for.

If we get back to our sample project we can see that if we Press control - here, the

image is getting a hundred percent width as we can see here.

Press control + 0 to fit the document into your window, switch onto your actual coding,

that is why we will be activating our firebug element, and

here I will be clicking on this image.

And we may see that inside this div class item practically all these images are

lying.That means these images are coming all along the div class with selector name item.

It is in return coming under carousel-inner.

Getting back to index.htm and first of all, copy this class carousel-inner.

Get back to custom.css here and any element with a class name .item, and any image that

is practically coming within this class .item, and which is in-turn is

coming under this carousel-inner will be having a width of hundred percent.

So this is the thing that we need to recover here.

Deactivate the firebug element, reload.

Now we can see that the image is back into its position.

Press control - and now we can see it is now occupying the

whole hundred percent width of the div class carousel- inner.

So we have successfully changed the proper width the proper display of these images and

this is a very essential one cause in many cases if you are viewing your site

under a 1920 by 1080 pixel dimension then it could be a trouble in viewing the image

and it could have a left alignment, that could have caused you some trouble

in experiencing the full featured display.

So that is why we are just trying to make it compensated over here such that under any

circumstances it always actually fits within hundred percent of this div.

Now once again we need to check it.

So that is why we are getting back to our mobile responsive preview and here we can

see that everything is back in order.

Let's try to customize all these caption elements

as we may see over here.

So first of all, what we are doing we are getting back to our index .HTML.

We have provided some paragraph elements, there are 5 images so

we are copying this 5 times over here.

Pressing Control + s, getting back to our project and reloading and we can see that

it is back in action.

And in the last case what we are doing, we are creating; not here practically..

Now all we did here we practically created a button class with

btn btn-default and with the text sign in now!!

Now if we just sneak into our webpage we can see that a button is already been created

here which is known as sign in now!!

Now all we need to do we need to customize this button.

That is why we are getting back to our index.htm here we can see that this pattern is practically

present within carousel-caption class.

So copy it.

Get back to custom.css and just paste it over here.

So any button that will be under carousel-caption it will be having;

first of all let's see what is the output of this thing, this code.

And we can see that it is practically working.

We have a button which is a little bit of bigger

now.

Now we need to take care of this font-size.

We may increase this font size by specifying here 3em and we can see that font size is

now getting enhanced.

We need a little bit smaller font size so we are changing

it to 2 em.

Checking it and we can see now it is Back in Action.

Now the question is we have to realize it first of

all and the second thing we can see that it is having no effect under this particular

resolution of dimension which is known as 320 by 480px.

So all we need to do we need to change it, we need to make some media

query over here.

Copy this whole thing, come back to your media query and here inside pasting here display

none.

We don't need any sign up button.

Reload.

And now we can see that there is no practically sign in thing as we have seen in our previous

case.

Now all we need to do we need to check it now here at the width of

768px now everything is getting shown here.

The sign in button is now back into track so this is up to you if you want to

keep on your button on, you may keep it over here if you do not wish to have button over

here then all you need to do you need to copy this code again, here, now as it

says min-width 768px, to Max-width 1199px, we are pasting it over here, display none

that means this sign in button practically here will be not having any effect

that means there won't be any kind of display until the media dimension is 1199px or below.

So let's reload and see whether it is valid or not.

We are now reloading it.

And we are clicking to the last item.

And we can see that this button is gone.But if we now get back to our actual display,

into our Browser preview then we can see that the sign in now!!

button is back into action.

At the dimension of 320 by 480px or at the dimension of 480 by 320 we can see that this

sign in button is not in effect.

If we change it to 768px, it won't be seen over here.

If we change it to 900px, it won't be seen over here.

If we change it to 1100px, it won't be seen over here.

Now the other thing is, if you want to have this these text elements being a little bit

of enhanced in font size then you know the drill.

All you need to do you need to get back to your project here.

First of all get back to index.HTML and you can see that inside this div class carousel-caption,

here goes The h3 so all you need to do you need to copy this carousel

caption class again and you need to get back to custom.css and here...

Press control + s, get back to your project reload and you can see that everything is

now getting bigger,here, as we can see everything is now in proper place.

And in the same manner, if you want for having

no display at all within this 768px or greater, for say, if you don't want to have any display

of this paragraph or caption, or button, everything that is inside

this carousel image slider panel then all you have to do you have to copy all these

things and you have to place these co-relevant coding into this @ media query

here and here.

So this is all about customization.

LIFE UPDATE & BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! - Duration: 4:04.

- Hey guys, it's Beth with a life update

and a big announcement to share.

So many of you may not realize this

but over the last five years of uploading

videos on YouTube I have been doing this

simultaneously with a full time job.

Working about 40 to 50 hours a week sometimes,

and raising two kids.

So how have I been doing this, you might ask?

Well, it's amazing what you can find time for,

for the things you love in your life.

So basically to make this channel come to all of you

it takes shooting once a month.

So my husband takes our girls out for the day.

I shoot four to five recipes in a day

with my amazing crew, we knock these out.

It's a very long day, but then that way

I have a month worth of content.

Then to edit the videos, I get up at four am,

every day of the week, cause it takes

me seven days to edit a video.

And I do that from four am to six am,

at which point my kids get up,

and they're lookin' for breakfast.

So I make them breakfast and then

pack their lunches for school,

and then of course get myself off to work,

where I have an hour and a half commute.

So it's about three hours in the car everyday.

And I get home, make them dinner,

put everybody to bed, wake up the next morning

and do it all over again.

So this has been a pretty exhausting schedule

for the last five years, and I'm at the point

right now where I'm really starting

to think, why am I doing this to myself?

What I really wanna do is this.

I really just wanna be here on YouTube

sharing my favorite recipes with all of you guys.

So I've made the conscious decision

to pull back on the full time job

and really take a leap of faith

and try to make this YouTube gig work full time.

I know, right, err.

I don't know if it's gonna work.

Buy hey, you don't get very far in life

unless you try right, so I'm gonna give it a go.

Leaving the day job to pursue YouTube full time

is such a dream for so many of us YouTubers.

And none of us could do any of this

if it wasn't for all of you.

So my heartfelt thank you to each and very one of you

who watches my videos, leaves me a comment.

Seeing your avatars pop up each week

is like having the best group

of international pen pals anybody could hope for.

So thank you for cheering me on,

and keeping me going,

you're really the only reason why

I have had this crazy schedule

over the last five years and keep going.

So thank you.

So to try to make this a sustainable career

for myself and my family I am going to experiment

And the first one I am super excited about.

whether it be serving pieces, or cocktail napkins,

or great things for the kitchen,

It's the thing that I realize.

It isn't something that you're just

gonna go out and spend a gazillion dollars

Repaint! 체리 여학생 인형 리페인팅 Korean doll face up - Duration: 5:53.

Hello! I'm Dollightful.

Today we'll be repainting the Korean doll, "Cherry".

A while ago when I was toy shopping at ToysRUS

I suddenly saw these dolls!

After I watched a review of these dolls at my Youtube friend Dinga's channel

I also wanted to buy them.

Because this is a Korean doll, I intend to speak in Korean, but...

Even though I study hard, I'm still a beginner so sorry in advance.

She's already a cute doll, isn't she?

The clothes are well made and her big head is similar to a Pullip doll, so I like it.

Between the two, my favorite doll is

the pink kitty girl.

I like her ears and cute accessories, and her face is pretty too so I won't be repainting her.

Our schoolgirl's face is cute too, but

I like kitty girl's face better, so I'll be painting a new face on her.

First off let's mask off her hair using a tissue and pins.

Using acetone, erase the face.

Omg;; The whole eye came off on the tissue.

After she's wiped clean, rinse her with warm water and soap.

If you don't clean it off, the sealant won't stick as well.

Once the face is dry, spray it.

Wear a vapor mask and spray with caution.

And don't let her fall!

Let's draw the face!

Before I start, I made a sketch.

If you draw a sketch first, you can do your repaint with more confidence.

So keep the sketch nearby.

If you're curious about materials, there's a list below the video.

These pastels are the Mungyo brand.

They're highly pigmented and spread on very smoothly.

Firstly, I add some initial value.

I paint it on the eyes, lips, and nose.

If you mess up or want to modify something, use a kneaded eraser.

I usually spray the doll again after pastels.

I also detailed the ears but I forgot to film it.

Draw the eye shape with watercolor pencils.

Lately, when I go on walks, I see the occasional student.

I really don't know anything about what's trending for Korean student fashion, so I took observations.

What style is most popular?

What's trending right now?

I wanted to know so I did some research.

After my research, I decided...

Lots of girls like to wear simple cat eyeliner and

like to draw their eyebrows in a specific shape.

So, I'm going to draw similar makeup on my doll's face.

Using brown and black pencils, slowly darken the lines.

Keep those pencils sharp~

After sketching the iris shape, heart-shaped highlight,

and pupil, fill in the color.

Paint in the lips with pink and red.

Taking a sharp white pencil, add highlights at the corners of the eyes and the cupid's bow.

Finish up by polishing the details.

After the watercolor pencils, use acrylic to add bright highlights.

Finished!

Spray the doll one last time with sealant.

Ah, I almost forgot.

If you want to add shiny texture

use gloss varnish.

Add another layer after 1 hour.

I usually do 3 coats.

Once that's dry, she's complete!

Republicans Freak Out After Vatican Criticizes The Religious Right - Duration: 4:01.

Several weeks ago we talked about the fact that a official associated with the Vatican

penned an op-ed, if you will, in a very prestigious Catholic magazine, talking about the problems

with the religious right here in the United States and that they have turned away from

religion and, in fact, have bastardized their own beliefs in order to support the American

Republican Party.

Now, several weeks went by, and we didn't really hear much after that.

But, finally, Republicans here in the United States are freaking out about this article.

Why?

Because it exposed them for what they have done to an entire religion and how they have

duped millions of people in this country into supporting a Republican Party that has nothing

to do, nothing in common, with any form of religion.

That's what's really at the heart here.

We have evangelical leaders throughout the United States, including some Catholic leaders,

because Catholics were also called out in this article by the Vatican in the United

States for saying, "You've abandoned your religion.

You're using it to convince people to vote Republican, and you need to keep your religion

out of politics."

That's it.

That's all they want and they want people to stop skewing the words, the teachings,

of the Bible and using that to justify their own hatred and bigotry in the United States,

which is something that happens all too often.

Evangelicals are constantly wrapping their hatred up in the Bible.

Again, they're super-pissed.

We have religious evangelical leaders lashing out right now at the Vatican, because they

don't want people to think that all they're doing is twisting people's words around so

that they support a party based on one issue, and that one issue is abortion.

When you look at everything else that evangelicals allegedly teach: caring for the sick, feeding

the hungry, clothing the poor, they don't do any of that anymore.

Yes, I know.

There are churches throughout this country who do try to do those things; but, as a whole,

the major evangelical leaders, the real scumbag televangelist types, the only thing they care

about is abortion, and they get their entire flock of sheep to vote Republican based solely

on that abortion issue, ignoring the countless other Biblical things that Democrats actually

are trying to enact in the United States, like increasing welfare and unemployment benefits,

and Social Security and Medicare for all, and Medicaid, school lunch programs, after-school

food programs.

Those are Democratic ideas, not Republicans, and those are people damn in line with what

the Bible says we should do.

Again, I don't care if you believe in the Bible.

I don't care if you don't.

That's your personal choice.

I would never impose what I think on anyone, not even my own children.

It's up to you to decide whether or not you want to believe or you don't, and there's

nothing wrong with however you choose to make that decision.

But the Republicans in this country have used religion as a tool -- and this is what the

Vatican pointed out -- to manipulate millions of people into supporting a party that has

nothing to do with the teachings of Jesus.

It all has to do with supporting the wealthy, screwing over the poor, and masking their

bigotry with pages from

the Bible.

COMO FUNCIONA A DOMINAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL? - Duration: 8:16.

Hi guys, I'm Ingrid from Indignada

and today I will explain to you how the Pro Bending tournaments work in "Avatar"

For those who do not remember,

Pro Bending is a competition that is introduced in the beginning of Legend of Korra

and it's a very important tournament in the series.

Korra reads in a newspaper that the tournament is happening and she really want to go,

even calls Tenzin, but he says that she can't go because she has to "commit to her duties as the Avatar".

So Korra runs away and ends up going to the tournament either way.

And that's how she meets Mako and Bolin.

Which means that, if there was not for the Pro Bending championship,

the Team Avatar would not have been formed.

The Pro Bending keeps being very important in the series mainly

because the competition reunites in the same place benders and non benders

and the first season portraits a moment where there is much tension among the two groups

caused by the Equalists.

The only moment when both groups can be in peace is at the Pro Bending Arena.

The Arena keeps appearing in many episodes

and there is this strong moment when the Bat-Wolves win the Tournament cheating.

Amon then gets pissed of with the cheating and take away the team's bending

and you're like "OMG what's going on heeeere".

Although this sport end up being so important, the rules were not very clear through the series.

One fun fact is that the Pro Bending Tournament idea

came before the idea of producing Legend of Korra.

That's why we decided to make this video explaining to you how it works. Shall we?

In Legend of Korra we only get to know Republic City's Pro Bending Arena,

but all the Arenas have the same pattern.

There is this hexagonal field in the middle, splitted in two: one side is blue and the other is red.

This sides are splitted in three smaller areas that I'll explain better latter.

In each side, we have 21 holes, which those big 'coins' come out so the earth benders can use it.

Around the Arena there is some sort of lake, from where the water benders take the element to attack.

The uniforms that we see in the show were inspired by old American Football uniforms,

which is basically a one piece apparel with pieces of guards in the shoulders, arms and other places.

Each team has a color that has to be in the apparel, for example,

the Bat-Wolves color is gray, while the Fire Ferrets color is red.

Besides that, the Benders use a belt and a helmet that has the color corresponding their bending element.

So, the fire benders use red; the water benders use blue; and the earth benders use green.

And, once there weren't many air benders in the beginning, there are no air benders in the competition.

The Tournament itself happens in the last week of the last month of each year

and bring together the 16 best Pro Bending teams.

And to enter you have to pay a fee of 30.000 yuans.

When a player gets in the second zone, they are forced to stay there until the end of that round.

If they get in the third zone, they must stay there until the end of the round too.

When the 3 players of a team get pushed into the second zone,

the foes can move forward a zone and fight nearer the enemy team and the edge.

If the whole team advances to the third zone the foes can move forward to the second zone.

Basically, the team that have pushed the other farther in this 3 minutes wins.

And yet none of the two teams have won, comes a tiebreaker.

In the tiebreaker, one of each team of the same element meets in a smaller area, in the center of the big arena,

and they fight until one of them is pushed out.

But something that happens quite a lot is that the foes are tossed in the water and that's another way to win.

If within this three minutes none of the teams advances in the arena,

the team with more players in the arena wins.

And, besides the tournament rules, we have specific rules for each kind of bending skill.

Water benders and Fire benders can not attack with jets that are longer than 1 second,

which means that when they attack is has to be like VIUSH, VISH, it can't be a whip or something like that.

Also, water benders can only attack with water in liquid state, they can not use ice, steam nor anything like that.

And fire benders can not attack with lightning.

The earth benders can only attack using those 'coins' offered for them

and they can not break them in small pieces but they can attack with more than a 'coin' at a time.

This is basically what we know about the Pro Bending Tournament,

mainly because the Arena was destroyed in the end of the first season and the competition was canceled.

But, I don't know about you, but when I watch those episodes in which the competition appears,

I got really excited to join it, even though I'm not a bender in real life, so I can't,

but there are some ways we can make something similar to the competition.

The Pro Bending sport do exist in the real world, but not exactly how it works on the series.

In this case, we have teams that toss balls in the colors of the elements among the teams.

This competition happens in the USA since 2013, but here in Brazil we do not have an official team - for now

We can make something similar in two other ways:

In The Legend of Korra's game, you can play Pro Bending as a mini game

and you can even play as the series's main characters

we don't have any dates yet, but it will be released a Pro Bending board game and it will work like Magic,

that's a game where you can build a team (using cards, for those who do not know).

We are staying in one place for three days

and we took our large backpacks,

power bank,

camp knife,

small first aid kit,

fire starter kit,

folding water bottle,

map of our area

and on the other side I have water bottle

so I have easy access to it during the walk.

On the hipbelt pocket I have small knife

for easy work, wood carving etc.

and a headlamp.

The main pocket contains

small one person tent,

stove, clothes such as hoodie and jacket,

camera accessories,

below we have some food

and there is an air mattresses

and a cup for tea/coffee.

Under the main pocket

there is small summer down sleeping bag,

clothing for sleeping such as socks and t-shirt,

small pillow

and things for swimming such as

towel and pants.

That's all.

A bit too much but very comfortable kit.

Buff, towel in nice color,

small merino hat,

cup for tea/coffee,

two spoons

for nonstick coated pot and the other longer

which I really like because it's longer

cooking stuff like 1L pot

with gas canister and stove inside,

ferro rod, folding saw,

compass, small bag

with other items which I mentioned

on our earlier movies,

pair of gloves, piece of rope,

my main knife,

water filtration kit,

power bank – despite the fact

we are in the forest we take lots of electric powered

items for filming,

headlamp and small backup torch,

small jacket,

tshirt and that's all.

because this is material for a separate movie.

If you want to get inside and reflect on what you've been doing with a language or with

anything in your life, I strongly suggest that you take a piece of paper, some pens,

or anything that you can use to write and put the pen onto the paper and start writing

anything that comes in your mind.

I am sure that after a couple of minutes of this practice you will feel different and

you will have also managed to practice the language if you do it in English.

Journaling is something that I derived from a course by Otto Scharmer that I attended

a couple of years ago and it's also a tool that helped me a lot to cope with everything

that happened in this 2017.
