Hey, everybody.
Shaun Hadsall here, the owner of Get Lean in 12
and stubborn fat expert for people over 35 years old.
In today's video, I'm going to do part two of my series
on the myth that carbs are responsible for obesity
and today's most deadly diseases.
The fact is, strategically eating more carbs
the right way can optimize hormones and help
you burn more belly fat.
And I proved this in the last video
when I used these four examples.
The Tarahumara and Kitavans Indian tribes eat 70% carbs.
There is literally zero obesity in these tribes
and they had zero disease.
And I don't know if I pronounced them the right way, by the way.
Japan and China are a perfect example.
They still eat 50% to 60% carbohydrates till this day,
and they have a longer life expectancy and lower obesity
rates and lower disease rates than the rest of the world.
Then there's the Blue Zones, these
are the areas of the world where they have more people living
to be 100 years old than anywhere
else and the majority of them thrive on a high carb diet.
And the last most powerful example,
was the 60-day potato diet, when Chris Voigt protested
against the government removing potatoes from the school lunch
program.
He ate nothing but potatoes, 20 potatoes a day for 60 days
straight.
Obviously, he was cooking them in a healthy way.
He wasn't deep frying and eating French fries,
but when he was done, the results were profound.
He was 22 pounds lighter and his glucose, cholesterol,
and triglycerides all responded better
than they would have if he was taking a couple of prescription
medicines.
So I would never advocate eating all potatoes like that,
obviously, but it just goes to show you
that carbs don't necessarily make you fat,
you just have to make sure that you
focus on the right choices, the right timing,
and the right combinations.
Now, in the right choices-- if you're a high intensity
exerciser, you going to want to stick with most paleo
type of choices.
Now, most people think that potatoes and things like squash
and I mean, I think even certain ripe fruits really
aren't considered paleo, and I don't understand why.
A caveman could have easily found a piece of squash,
picked it, cooked it, and ate it,
could have easily dug up potatoes and ate potatoes,
and depending on the area of the Earth that they're on
and what season it is, they could have easily eaten
lots of seasonal ripe fruits.
So these are the high carb foods that can
help you burn more belly fat.
You just have to understand how to time them the right way
and how to combine them the right way.
So things like potatoes, sweet potatoes, steel cut oats,
brown rice and white rice if you're a high intensity
exerciser, ripe bananas and ripe fruits,
these are the types of high carb foods
that can help you optimize hormones when you eat them.
Because if you go low carb all the time,
it only takes about a week before you
suppress all your critical fat burning hormones.
So by eating carbs and timing them the right way
and combining them the right way,
you actually reset your body's fat burning hormones.
So there's two best times to eat carbs.
The first one is after a workout.
Remember, after a workout, the muscles
are like a sponge that's been wrung dry
and it wants to soak up nutrients
because you've depleted all the stored energy from your muscle
tissue and your liver tissue, and we call this stored energy
glycogen. And what ends up happening is post-workout,
they want to suck up nutrients.
So you can eat lots of your favorite carbs
in the post-workout window.
You never have to worry about them
being spilled over and stored as belly fat on your body
because your body's muscle tissue and liver tissue is busy
replenishing that stored energy.
The next thing is combinations, and this is the key.
So when you eat carbs in your post-workout window,
you want to make sure that you combine it with a lean quality
protein.
You can obviously have vegetables any time you want.
They don't make people fat.
Never heard of veggies making people fat.
So just make sure that you combine it
because when you eat a carb by itself,
it sends a high insulin spike.
And when your insulin is elevated, remember,
that puts your body into a fat storing environment.
So make sure you have some protein with your carbs.
And then, the second best time to eat carbs--
if you work out in the morning on an empty stomach--
is the night before about two hours before bed.
By eating a high carb meal and again
combining it with some type of lean, quality protein
about two hours before bed, now you're
giving your body the energy that it
needs so that when you wake up after sleeping all night,
if you want to train in a fasted state,
you have the energy to power through that workout,
but you still get to take advantage
of being in a fasted state, which
allows your body to release more fight or flight hormones.
These are the hormones that are responsible for helping
you shrink fat cells to lose more belly fat.
So hopefully, this gives you a snapshot
on why carbs are not responsible for obesity and today's most
deadly diseases.
Now, you just have to make sure that you're moving right
based on your age category.
So if you got something out of this video,
please do me a favor.
Click the Like button and share it
so we can spread the word about why carbs don't make you fat.
And then somewhere around this video
I put a link that you can click or tap
and you can get instant access to a free report called "The
Over 40 Stubborn Fat Sequence."
And this is a 12-minute protocol specifically designed
for the hormonal condition of people over 35 years old.
So if you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s,
you're going to want to get your hands on this report
because in 12 short minutes, it will show you
how to elevate your metabolic rate up to 48 hours,
how to reactivate your declining fat loss hormones,
and how to potentially increase growth hormone 400% to 700%
So thanks for watching this, and keep going strong.

Jeep Wrangler Rough Country Rear CV Driveshaft (2003-2006 TJ Rubicon) Review - Duration: 3:55.
This is for those of you who have a Rubicon, whether it be Unlimited or Standard length,
again, there's an option for both of you, and have 4 to 6 inches of lift on your Rubicon.
Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this driveshaft which is going to be a
very simple one out of three wrench install.
The U-joints on a driveshaft are a wear item.
Jeep knows that you're going to have to remove the driveshaft to change those out from time
to time, so they make getting this bolted up and getting it removed very, very simple,
and the whole process shouldn't take you more than an hour to complete.
But we'll talk more about the install in just a second.
Now with the Rubicon you don't have a slip yoke on the back of the transfer case, so
you're going to have a mounting flange on the back of the transfer case.
And the case is naturally going to be a little bit shorter, so when you get into that 4 to
6 inches of lift range, you're not going to have to install a slip yoke eliminator like
those non-Rubicon owners.
However, you are still going to have to get an extended driveshaft because that lift is
going to extend your drive-line lengths.
And especially when you're off-road, you're at full droop, or you're really flexing the
suspension, you wanna make sure that you're not maxing out the driveshaft angles, as well
as your driveshaft length.
This driveshaft in particular is going to be significantly stronger than your factory
driveshaft.
It's also going to, of course, be longer.
It's going to bolt right in place, and this one from Rough Country is going to be less
expensive than a lot of the other ones on the market.
This is going to be a steal driveshaft that has very heavy-duty U-joints, which make it
about 200% as strong as a factory driveshaft.
Like I said before, this is going to have a mounting flange and U-joint setup that will
bolt directly into your Rubicon, so you're not going to have to buy any sort of adaptors,
any sort of yokes.
This will bolt right up, making it very easy.
In fact, this even includes all the hardware that you need.
As with most other driveshafts, the U-joints in this driveshaft are grease-able.
However, these aren't going to be your traditional Zerk-style fittings.
These are the flat-style fittings, so you are going to need an adaptor for your grease
gun if you don't already have one.
So to get this installed in your Jeep, again, is a very simple one out of three wrench install.
You can start on the axle side by removing the four smaller bolts that hold the U-joint
straps in place to keep the driveshaft attached to the rear axle.
Once those are removed, you can switch to the transfer case side, removing the four
bolts from the flange, and removing the driveshaft completely.
Now the driveshaft may be stuck in place.
You might have to give it a little bit of a tap with a rubber mallet, depending on the
last time that it was removed.
Once you have it removed, you just reverse the process to bolt your new driveshaft in
place.
Start on the transfer case side, installing the bolts, then move to the axle side and
installing the straps.
Now be very careful when you do remove the tape that's on the axle-side U-joint.
The U-joint caps can wanna fall off without that tape on there, and if they do you're
gonna have needle bearings everywhere and it's gonna be quite a mess.
So be very careful when you remove that tape to ensure that everything stays in place.
This driveshaft is gonna run you right around $375, and some of the other ones on the market
are going to be more expensive.
Now some of those other driveshafts are going to be possibly a little bit stronger.
You can get a custom-built driveshaft, a custom-length driveshaft that, of course, will be more expensive.
But for an off-the-shelf driveshaft that is going to work with 4 to 6 inches of lift,
that is going to bolt directly in, and is going to be stronger than factory, I think
this one isn't a bad price.
So that's my review of the Rough Country Extended Rear Driveshaft fitting your 2003 to 2006
Rubicon, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Wooden Bike Chain - Duration: 10:36.
Hello and welcome to another one of my videos,
in this one I have been building this prop behind me for a puppet set
and I have been having great fun putting all sorts of engineering ideas
into practice, and one that I have been particularly pleased with has been
a wooden bicycle type chain. and I thought I'd like to show you
how I make it.
Each link of the chain is made up of four pieces of ply, and two of these pegs
It's a good opportunity to get rid of some scrap ply. This is nice and thin.
Now, with a marker I have determined how wide I want my link to be in my chain
and with this apparatus which is just a stick with a pencil in it
clamped` with a screw, set to the right width,
so I am going to get a consistent mark cut that strip, and we are going to
make them nice and consistent. I am going to cut them into strips.
I made like a drill press stand for my drill so that I can do that perpendicular
and I made a jig for drilling of the holes It just sort of slots in there
and then I secure it with some clamps. I slot them in there to the distance
I want and I have a mark there. And then I can drill three also at a time.
On the jig here I have a peg that is the right distance from my drill bit
for the second hole, so that I can put that on to the hole and it should
line up in the other hole. So I get my stick, put it in and then
I am going to drill the hole straight down there. With a small bench block
clamped to the table it's going to give me the mark, the distance of that cut there.
to then put this in and cut it off. So now I have a little pile of
those square ones. I am going to get a piece of ply,
and make a hole, of the same size close to that edge there
and put a peg through.
With a piece of sandpaper, I am going to sand a stick so its sort of a point
and then I can put it through that hole there to where it is nice and tight
with a dab of glue,I am going to put it in there.
Then I will put one of those on and trim the point off and then trim the back end
Now, a rough and ready way of getting the rounded edge on here
is clamp a board to the table, get a block of wood and glue some sand paper
to it with a screw and some washers there and a screw with a handle
and screw it on. So that we now are going to get like a sanding disk.
I am going to clamp the board and this stick that we made, onto there
so that the little peg holds that, then we can start grinding the curve on that.
On the same drill press stand I put a pole through to make a better system.
A pole through with a disk on the end with a little table here
and so therefore it is a bit more efficient.
For the peg, I am first going to have to make a dowel, so I get a stick
and with the planer , plane off the edges until it almost fits into a nut firmly
and then with a hammer, tap it through to standardize it.
then I will measure off and cut into the length that I want.
and then when I've cut those I will then mark with a knife
where the indentations going to be. Then on the bench
I will put that in that notch roll it so that I will make a score
right around the whole pole on both ends.
Then I will roughly pare it back a little bit,
and there we have it, but we need to standardize those ends
so they are not so huckery.
Now I am going to need to be able to turn the end on that, so I have made
this holder here, which then is going to rotate it, and I will show you
how you do that. I am going to need a broom stick
and drill a hole of the same size as that stick, down the center
but I do want it central. and so, on a board, I am going to put
a couple boards that when I stick that drill bit on there, it's going to be
lined up central with that pole, and then clamp that on with a clamp.
So, we have the drill bit nice and firm. the broom stick centralized there
a bearing made out of wood, just a U shape with a couple screws
then up the top one that's just a V doesn't have to be very fancy
just to hold the top there. then I am going to start
making that drill down.
and it will stay central.
By turning the pole rather than the bit you will find that
it will be self centering, and it won't go off skew. and now,
that peg will fit down there. Now we need to make it clamp
so I want to cut a cut down here, to be able to clamp it.
so it will hold on tight.
Then we will drill a hole for a tightening bolt through here.
Now, I could have put it anywhere but I decided to put it on the back half
of this drill press. I have a bearing here, that's cut to bear there
I have a thrust bearing here with a screw to stop it coming back
and I'll chop that off and put the handle on.
Now I am going to get a nut of the size that I want it standardized to
and just cut a couple crosses on it, so now with a pair of pliers
with it all tightened up, I can wind it on and grind that down to
the depth I want it
and now for the assembly of it. We are going to need two on the outside
that have got a tight fit on the pegs and the two in the center
have to be a loose fit, so that they can spin .If you have got the right
drill bits to do that, well do it but I don't so let's just countersink
these so that it doesn't fracture when I take a round file and
turning the round file, we are going to reem the holes out
to the right distance or the right diameters so that
that is going to spin nicely on the inside one but on an outside one
be nice and tight.
Now these ones spin and the ones that go on here, do not spin
they should be nice and snug.
and if they are tight here , well just sand them back a bit more.
There we go, So that should move on that one
and then a little dob of glue on those points just to glue those solid.
and there we have finished and just keep going making them as long as you like
Now, the making of the sprockets will have to come in another video.

sitting in traffic jams just to get through one set of traffic lights.
So please please let me know your views whether for a bypass or against a bypass
whether you live in Horncastle, or run a business in Horncastle,
or whether you live along the A153 or the A158, whether you travel through Horncastle to get to school,
or whether you travel through Horncastle to visit the coast.
Please please let me know your views because that way I will be better informed
as to how I should present your views on the issue of traffic congestion in Horncastle.
Thank you.

INSIDE OUR SCHOOL BACKPACKS // art school supplies, advice, etc - Duration: 15:06.
Hello!
-it's Annabelle -and Lilith
this is my sister, and it's exciting because this is our first video together kind of
and we're gonna show you what's in our backpacks today for school
and it's gonna be art related because we are both art students
also exciting, my sister is transferring to RISD
so next year, we're going to be going to the same school,
and living together, the vlogs are gonna be very fun
and I'm gonna get started because it's a lot of stuff and two backpacks
so first thing that we have is planners
just because we have academics in general, 5 classes each term
mine is one of those blank planners I was telling you about
I have two, this one is much more aesthetically pleasing
I got it when I was in socal, so
it is daily, weekly, and monthly
and it's nice because you can fill it out whenever you want,
there's no assigned months, no days,
so you don't feel like you're wasting it if you dont catch up every day
I think mine's from michael's actually
it was a gift from my mom, and
I like it because it's very customizable
it comes with just blank rings, and you basically insert
any sort of organizers you'd like, so for example
here is just grid, with little images of inspiration
and then I have pages for weekly plan, monthly plan,
but I insert or take out as I see fit
and for inspiration, we have books,
that's only if I don't have my laptop on me
so this one is the little book of life hacks,
I got this recently, and it's very adorable
I really appreciate the illustration style
it's really me
there's a lot, it's a very dense book
and if you want to check it out, it's by Yumi Sakugawa?
I think so. Sakugawa
this one is After Nothing Comes, this one actually, I'm borrowing from my sister
it's an illustration/comic by Aiden Koh
she is one of my favorite illustrators just because
she has a very interesting sensitivity when it comes to just graphite
she often leaves things unfinished, she is sort of an anti perfectionist
and i think that's very interesting
having books is important, because
developing an appreciation for analogue,
and developing an appreciation for always looking at other people's works
if you purchase a book, you're supporting the artist directly,
versus google images, or tumblr
by the way, I'm a textiles major and my sister is in illustration
so this is why she's much more concentrated when it comes to books, illustrators,
and I am much more about apparel,
tangible art -Fabrics
she knows like almost every fabric when she touches it
kind of freaks me out actually
just wait until I take fibers and dyeing
omg
let's do sketchbooks! cus books, sketchbooks
I only have one right now, even though in school I have 3 or 4
depending on what class I was in
this is a gift from my sister, and
it's a moleskin, it's for art specifically
because the pages are not as thin and they don't bleed
-the paperweight's heavy -yeah
I work with wet medium most of the time,
I like gouache, which is my favorite, and I like to work with ink a lot
I don't really like graphite,
-definitely a pen girl.
so that's my only one to show you guys
I'm really obsessed with this one sketchbook,
I like it because, this cover, I love the sound
*cinkling*
isn't this just parchment paper?
I don't know
as you can see this one, it got so dinged up
I lost the cover
the paperweight is not crazy but it holds ink
and water very well
it's also like a warm cream base
-I like that better, than those stark white ones
-yeah, and
as you can see, it holds up pretty well considering
how much I've beaten it up
and it lasted like a year right
-yeah
and also I like the size of it, if you're trying to
just get into sketchbooking,
in the beginning, I recommend getting a smaller one,
this one is intimidating even to me
comparatively, it's a really small surface
and it's very cozy to work with, it's just about right
and it's easy to bring, like in a coat pocket -yeah soft cover
next one is a hard cover, this is not a moleskin,
but it's very similar, I like it sheerly because of the paper
basically, this is what I take notes with
there's like a cute little menu area,
is it called menu? -index?
-legend?
-all the- legend?
-no it's not a legend
and it's already numbered, the pages are numbered
so it's pretty convienient for note taking -oooh damnnn
-yeah
so for big lectures and stuff, where there's a big projector
and you don't have a table with you, one of those atriums,
I like to bring this
last one, pretty big
so this is the Fabriano sketchbook,
in the size...
-in a big size -in a big size
XL
they have a little one, and a big one, and I have both
it was a requirement for a class,
basically to do very big gestural sketches
that I have to present for class, and
they're all ginormous,
and not particularly detailed,
-and um -I remember you did this
I dont remember when, but -It was at Yosemit
-ooh that
I drew Yosemite rocks, and I was very proud
I have quarters, because
I'm not like her, I'm a huge procrastinator
and I always do things last minute,
usually I'm on campus, at late hours,
way after any cafeteria closes,
and it's good to have quarters because they always have vending machines
going along the same lines of being at school at unreasonably late hours,
I have a toothbrush,
-because -but like no toothpaste?
you just like brush with water?
wait- I have- uh..
no i do have toothpaste, but the little one
oo ok
and as well, I have polaroids
they work really well when you wanna sketchbook
so this is actually Conan's, we swapped it on accident
and- film
then you never know when you're gonna need this,
I always carry a hard drive on me
I always carry a USB on me because print shops don't let you email files
to them, and a lot of times you need to print things,
for class
I always bring my laptop with me when I'm working, because
I am an avid user of pinterest,
I know it sounds sort of embarassing and cheesy, but
my uni professor actually highly recommended us to use pinterest,
and gave us a 45 minute lecture on how to set up our pinterest
I recommended things to my sister SO many times, because
I've done my research on pinterest -that's true
that's true, I remember I was like CRISIS
-I NEED INSPIRATION
cus I needed to do a presentation- a lecture,
and I needed an artist to focus on,
and then you suggested Louise Bourgeois
yeah I loove her
do you not have a case?
no I don't have phone case or laptop case, because I live dangerously
ok?
what?
this is not living dangerously
oh- forgot to bring my wallet- so typical
like SOO typical
then of course, pouches for art things
in here what I have mainly,
very minimal, I have brushes,
I have a glue stick,
and then micron pens,
and ball point pens because I jot notes during lectures and I do not wanna waste my good ink
and then random little containers
because when you mix gouache you never know when you need to keep a sample
because next time you paint-
it is a pain in the ass to try to get the exact same color
unless you've taken color theory and you can mix it right every time
I - most of the time I can- but I'm just saying
in general, I've been asked to lend this to people
mmhm
mhm
this is my brush, paint pouch,
and then I have another one
because...
I only use snap brushes because they are $3
at the student store, with like the
20% discount, and they
have both rounds and flats, they work with both
acrylic, gouache, watercolor,
whatever you ask,
they're slightly too stiff for watercolor in my opinion,
so that's why I have
two watercolor brushes
they're really expensive
I think the big ones are like $45 and the little ones like $20
and for paints I only use Acryla Gouache because my professor recommended them to me
my first year of college
they dry matte, they have the consistency of gouache,
they're mixable with water, so they can be opaque or translucent
depending on how much water you put into them
acrylic always leaves some kind of glare because it IS very plasticy
it doesn't photograph well, so in our digital age
it's not really good for instagram, not really good for websites
it's funny, gouache is really underrated actually
like a lot of people don't know about it
this is actually really convenient,
I think it's from blick's, and it's- you know like
if something spills, nothing comes out -yeah yeah
I didn't categorize this with paints because it's liquid ink
-it's ink, it's ink
I only carry three colors with me almost all the time
black, blue, red,
and also because they're acrylic they're like super super permanent
they're archival- so just be really careful
because I have spilled,
a whole thing,
in someone's car
trusty ticonderoga
y'all know this
box cutter, becasue
you never know when you need this
I have it because you cut your paper with it
you don't use scissors, you put a ruler down
and you use a knife
I like to sharpen my pencil, and my charcoal sometimes but I guess you don't
no, cus the blades are too expensive
obviously both of us has microns
I prefer Copic just because the ink is a blue black
i think the microns are like a brown black
or they kind of fade over time -they also have like
a slight glare
compared to the Copics
there's a hi tec for when you want to do
live, loose sketching
it's really really really fine
cus if you go too fast with the micron style,
the ink will just cut out
halfway through, it wont follow
-yeah, especially with angles
I only use 2 different white inks, the first one
is Y&C
XTREME
0.7
and then the other one is sharpie posterpaint
I've had this shit since like
when I was 16
and it still hasn't run out
the line weight varies,
and it's really opaque white surprisingly,
compared to a lot of the other white gels -yeah
that look transparent on black
I carry a lot of color pencils with me, because that's
what I like, and
as for color I only carry what I'm currently obsessed with,
so recently it's been complimentary
so like red and green
this comes in handy, this is watercolor
and I like that it includes the paints
and the palette, it comes with a brush
so it's really on the go, you can do this anywhere
you put the water in here, and you don't need a cup of water
even though I prefer it, just because
it's more convenient for me to dump it out
and I'm never really anywhere that's in the middle of nowhere
with no water access
so this is the sakura koi watercolor
sketchbook, and
and it even comes with this
yeah so you can hold it in your hand, while you
I always have palette paper with me
and this is normally not how I carry it ok
I just only have giant ones left but
normally, mine are the size of THIS
I even started taking some parchment paper from our cafeteria,
they have it in the section where you grab donut and pastries,
so that paper works really well too
for me, palette paper doesn't really quite work because
the consistency of the paper itself sometimes works against me,
the paints try too quickly
and my inks are too watery
for the palette paper to hold, which is why
I have these little dip- flower shape palettes
I have ceramic and plastic,
I like ceramic because I find it easier to clean
even though it's not, I just used it
I have this little glass jar, I like to put caps on it
because sometimes I keep the water in there,
and surprisingly it doesn't leak
this one is glass though, even though the one I have at school is plastic
I actually use glass with me
plastic is a little too flimsy,
and I just got in a habit of keeping a glass jar with me,
because it doubles up as a pen stand,
which with plastic, would just fall over
I also have a face towel,
so I could dry my brushes quickly or clean quickly
and then pretty miscellaneous, I have packing tape
oh I have tape too, but it's painter's tape
but this is really bad painter's tape, I'd use blue tape
don't get this one
when you want to paint gouache with a border, it's really easy to put this down
I like mine half this thick though
THENN random stuff,
I have my smiley face stickers
and then, stickers
so you can cut these into anything you want
it's just for fun
and then... dip n dots
scissors... because
-you always need them
-because sciss
-yeah
what?
mainly the reason why I don't have scissors on me is because my
box cutter doubles as scissors
-sure ok
unless it comes to
you know -don't abuse
STICKER PAPERS
on the side for me I have random shit, so
sunscreen's important
protein bar because doing art- time flies and
then you just realize like
why am I hungry
like O its 2
face sunscreen on the other side
you don't want to use regular -in the middle of the night
and then-
no
it's like while I'm out
cus I actually go outdoors
glasses, because
in school when they put projectors on, everyone likes to turn off the lights
that kills me. I need
this, it filters out blue light
I get migraines, so
very useful -can I try?
ibuprofen, because migraines and headaches
I already went over mine, there's just quarters and chargers
and USB. ohh
I have a chocolate bar
and then obviously headphones,
really passes time
and randomly I have perfume,
for when you smelly as fuck
then I have a polaroid left over, that Cone took for me
so that's basically all for me, do you have anything left
in your bag? -nope, that's it
okay, so that is basically what is in our bags
for school, obviously there's gonna be other random shit
depending on exactly what we're doing in class
everyday demands something different
but this hopefully helps you if you're interested
in art supplies, this is what we prefer to use
I guess this isn't very helpful for like "back to school"
but y'all can just go find another video
cus they're all the same
and once again thank you very much for watching,
it was very fun to film, my first video with my sister officially
so hopefully we can do more things especially when we live together,
including a tag maybe, so if you guys have any fun ideas
or questions, definitely leave that below
and aside from that I hope that it was helpful
sorry it was such a long video, but thanks for sticking around
yeah if you watch all the way until now
I appreciate all the love and support, and our amazing community as always
and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day or night
where ever you may be. bye
guys -bye! -love you!
binge watch!
let's do an inverted high 10
binge- OW
-what?
I didn't ask for this
be nice -dude you're so fucking weak
this is why Conan's so afraid of you
he's not afraid of me.
yes he is I saw his high 5 montage
that's because I MISSED
he was flinching, the whole time
that was when I went like THIS
can we do a heart
I want a heart
oh oh ok
ok I think that's enough
ok but really though
bye, love you

A History Of War - Under The Force Of Courage (GALNERYUS) Chapter I - Duration: 10:20.
You probably already have heard the album "Under The Force Of Courage", the album released in 2015...
or maybe you have already seen the translations made by me on the channel of this same album.
Today we are going to bring you, as you saw in the title, the history of this emblematic album.
A very GALNERYUS-style story full of fantasy, pain and blood...
So welcome to "Galneryus De Habla Hispana", and enjoy the first part of the story of "Under The Force Of Courage"
Prologue: PREMONITION
In the first place, what do we humans live for?
There are some people who find the meaning of their lives in hurting others deeply and satisfying their own interests.
On the other hand, there are also people who hope for the happiness of those they love.
However, even those tender-hearted people sometimes unconsciously seek for the place to sublime their impotent rages, grief, and internal conflicts.
Every man shares the feeling such as ugliness, evanescence, and beauty within.
That is, maybe, the question which can never be answered even by us humans, who live in the world where human feelings are forming the basis.
Even if that is the truth, even if there is no answer to it at all, it must be worth believing that asking oneself is not in vain
Even though it is only to know whether the one wants to live egocentrically or altruistically in this world.
This is a story asking questions to the eternal theme for us humans, based on the lives of two men who are tossed about by the conflict between two great nations.
Chapter 1 : I The Time Before Dawn
There are two large powers opposed to each other because of their different ideology.
The country I live in and the enemy country ended the cold war which had lasted for years between them, and finally started the hot war.
In this world, slavery is prosperous in each country. There are so many people called as "Slave Labors" and live in obscurity.
I am, as one of "Slave Labors", forced to work hard and severe for days and days on end. And my family is also forced to work hard. I have a pregnant wife and a little child.
Those who do not work would not get enough food. I could not find any other way to live through than keeping a hard work.
Meanwhile, one notification was delivered from a top official of the army, saying "You are drafted into the army to break through current war situation." Drafting slaves had never been heard before the war.
Even thourgh the army might have noticed me because of my physical ability, I couldn't help myself being confused about this unexpectined notification.
Furthermore, there were some "conditions" to satisfy in this notification.
1. I have to be on the front line of each battle, and must contribute to every single victory continuously
2. On the morrow of giving a victory to the country with a decisive contribution, my family and I will be free from a slavery, and be granted as "Citizens".
3. If I cause the defeat, or I desease in the battle, my family will be executed in a very gruesome way.
Even though those conditions were unilateral, after worring about if I should work to death as a "Slave Labor", or take the field believing there was a ray of hope, I decided to make a bold move.
All I wanted was nothing more than setting my family free. Defeat or failure would never be allowed. I strongly believed taking the field is the only choice I had.
Nevertheless, I wonder why I was born in such a harsh world. I wonder why I should be under control...
Originally, at the birth of human, there should be none of such control existed. I couldn't help myself desiring to knock the bottom out of this incongruous world... someday.
Chapter 1 : II Raise My Sword
Certainly, there was no turning back. Only the mission I was given was as extremely simple and also difficult as just "Keep winning the battle".
Even if I were forced to face the reality, which seemed like being fate's toy, on the battle field without choice, I must have gone forward with a strong will just to protect the ones I loved
It seemed to be an extremely uncertain and a long battle. I could no longer predict or even guess what may happen next.
What is going to happen to the loved ones if I fall in battle?, or if I run away? And, whose choice will it be?
All the causes and the effects shall fall upon me. What would happen to me if I just lose the battle? What about my family?
Emotions exploded at once. With dragging a trembling body, I moved into first battle.
When I arrived at the battlefield in low spirits, I was about to fall under the control of anxiety. Then, a sharp attack of enemy granced off my vital.
At that moment, something in my mind broke through. My hesitation desappeared completely. That was the battlefield and was the reality
Everything would be over if I lost. Everything would be lost if I fell.
Winning the battle was the only the meaning and the worth of my existence there. Without hesitation, raising my sword high to the sky, I just kept giving the battle to the enemy infront.
Chapter 1 : III The Voice Of Grievous Cry
I kept fighting as I was tossed about by the fate. Even though, from time to time, feelings such as sadness and loneliness had been welling up in me,
I restrained them by fighting and winning. Anxiety was vanished only while I was in the field. However, as time went by, I realized how hard it is to restrain my feeling.
Even if I survived a day, it did not mean anything that I could so next day. Nothing could guarantee the survival.
Meanwhile, I met a guy. He had outstanding fighting skills which clearly differ from other troops in our own. That was the reason good enough to draw my attention.
Although he appeared to be a quiet type of person, once we talked, we got along well surprisingly. Then we found out that we were in a very similar circumstances
He had also suffered as "Slave Labor", and had a loving family. And, even the reasons why he threw himself into the war coincided.
I was surprised about the similarity of circumstances we were in, but the same time I felt encouraged. That was the night I swore anew I would keep on fighting with no hesitation for the upcoming future.
Chapter 1 : IV Rain Of Tears
I started to act with that man at all time. We fought together countless times and drank toasts more frequently on the night we won the battles.
As fellows shared similar circumstances, I even felt that I could share with him things set deep inside me which I would never do with others.
As we kept fighting, the number of lives lost in the field increased. That was the fact we couldn't deny. Each life of those must have had an ambition similar as we did.
The rain fell over us as if the sadness of those lost lives had turned into each rain drop. I couldn't understand why humans continued to battle this much
And I was covered with it as a matter of course. Even though this would go the same for myself, I wondered if one could remain alive
Would there be anything more one should care about? I wondered why we fight one another this much. However, no matter if I was about to be possessed with sadness, darkness, and malice, I would stand against bravely.
To be continued...

Back to School Tips! - Duration: 8:13.
hey guys what's Up welcome back to another video and I keep on getting
late to uploads cuz I don't know I said I will upload on Mondays but I just never
do so maybe I'll change that yeah okay I don't know why I keep on doing that it's
like hey wassup okay anyway so as you see the title I mean welcome to my
channel I mean this intro is messed up but okay
hey guys what's up and welcome back to my channel and welcome to another video of
mine and as you seen by the title I am going to be doing um tips for
back-to-school or just like average tips for school I mean just you know what I
mean so I don't want to make this intro to Long
so let's get started
okay so oh and by the way this is like my new setup and it's I would like
really like this and there's a light like right here and it's like in my face
and I'm like okay but without the light the lighting is bad cuz there's a window
there and there's a window there and I'm not facing natural sunlight so I have to
have this light here or else it's just gonna be like you know okay so the first
tip is oh this like you probably do this but if you don't like it you just have
to wake up earlier you you know and you're just kind of like not used to it
we're like for school so like if you have an alarm clock on your phone or
your iPad or whatever you have as an alarm put it on the opposite side of the
room like like here's your room right and then here's your bed and here's like
a drawer or something like a table put it here or like somewhere far away from
you that you have to stand up walk over there and stop the alarm by that time
you walk over there you're probably gonna be awake so yeah and cuz I know
like when you have it like right next to you you just kind of like stop it and
then fall back to sleep so you don't have to really do anything so I think
leaving it far from way far far away from you it makes it like more I have to
like like you need to wake up like you need to wake up I'll walk over there so
yeah and then the second tip is get everything ready the night before like
if you like a stuff for static school right and then you want to like look
good and you want to look look preppy yeah so like you want to lay out your
backpack your supplies everything you need to go so in the morning you don't
need to like rush to like where's my backpack what are my colors I don't know
what I'm gonna wear it and then you're gonna flake to school on the first day
of school which is not a good thing so yeah so I usually just lay out my
clothes and I'm gonna wear how I'm gonna do my hair like do I need a brush or do
I need a ponytail holder but like you need to brush for everything right girl
star goes okay and then you also like I usually just
have my back where I can like see it directly
with it's not like in a closet way and then I like pack my backpack the night
before so I don't have to put everything in in the morning that's what I like to
do but I don't usually do that because I'm too lazy okay but I just do that one
first day of school I just like to get everything ready so yeah okay so the
third tip is if you go on a bus stop or like if you're going on a bus for the
first day of school or are you just gonna have a parents pick you up but
like this is only for the bus riders like you gotta kinda be nice to the bus
driver the bus driver has like gets OH at least my bus drivers gets mad pretty
easily like you want to have a good impression so like she or he doesn't
like yell at you throughout the whole school year and you're just gonna be
super annoyed so if you're riding the bus be nice to the past driver and trust
me that will like save you a lot of embarrassment and just stuff so yeah
okay so the fourth tip is when you're actually in school and this one might
sound it it might sound a bit cliche but you know what you just okay so you gotta
be nice to everyone I know like you hear that about a hundred times
I saw and then even you like gotta be nice to everyone cuz like especially
when you're going into new school you want to make like friends not enemies
okay you want to be nice to everyone and oh I'm not saying like gotta be nice
like everyone whoa like you kind of do but like when you notice that they're
not being that kind to you you gotta like get away from them cuz then that
just causes so much drama drama and trouble and you just don't want that so
only be nice to the people like you actually know that it's gonna be good
okay so just be nice to like people you want to make friends with will be nice
to everyone at first and if they start like doing things to
you and taking advantage of your kindness then step away okay so yeah pip
I think yeah yeah so have a good impression all the teachers and all the
staff that's cool cuz you don't want them to hate you that's not a good thing
that's probably like common sense but you know okay so the sixth tip is um
like if there's a new student I or school like kind of well this isn't like
a really a tip but this is the thing you should kind of try to do cuz you know
here you kid people always say like be nicer than you
okay yeah and then like it's hard to be nice to the new kid like you have your
friend group your your comfort zone and then there's one new person here and
then you guys step out of that comfort zone you gotta make way to be nice to
this kit like this person this student whatever for example like you're sitting
at lunch and you had like you always there with your friends and then there's
this one you kid and then like he or she is sitting by itself by herself or
herself we kind of like got a like move away
from your friends to like sit with her or him and start up a conversation and
kind of like get her involved that's kind of hard but if you do that trust me
it will like show everyone that you're nice and kind and that you're like kind
of a welcoming and we're just like like it will show them that you're a kind
person okay so so that was it for the video and I hope you enjoyed it if you
did make sure to leave like thumbs up or dislike if you didn't like it I don't
know it really depends on you okay but if you want to subscribe and click the
notification bow somewhere by the subscribe button
and then should be card of notification squad and come down below like video
ideas and I know I'm kind of late to the the back-to-school season but I might
kind of busy right now yeah okay thank I see you next Monday or not my lace you
next week bye see this is the lighting with depth of light and let me turn the
light off

The Hammer Song and The Tower of Pain Nanbaka English Sub【ナンバカ】ハンマーソングと痛みの塔 - Duration: 4:26.
Louder and louder, even louder
A voice rings out in song in my tower of pain
Who is that there
Clinging to the top?
I collected the small pains I wanted to throw away but couldn't
I put them all away and filled the first box
It's not painful now
If someone's looking, that is
Is this too much to be forgiven enough to be treated kindly?
I collected things I threw away and things I found
And stack up the full boxes
Looking sidelong at passers-by
I stacked up the tenth box
Oh, so that's not enough
Nobody seems to be looking
Then I've got to make it even taller
So the whole world can see!
Higher and higher, even higher
My tower of pain that birds can reach
I climb up to the top
Who the hell am I to feel like a king?
I looked down at the curious onlookers gaping at me
They look like ants from here...
I stacked up the hundredth box!
Ladies and gentlemen, this is my pain
I'm up so high
Your consolation can't reach me!
I know I'm special
Everyone's looking up at me
I was chosen by a lonely god to come up here
Higher and higher, even higher
My tower of pain will reach the clouds
I sit cross-legged at the top
A king who feels like he's a god!
All I can hear is the wind
I stacked up the thousandth box
Looking down made me dizzy
My ladder fell down!
Then I felt really lonely...
Like no one was looking at me...
I was so scared that I couldn't speak
Then suddenly I heard the hammer song!
Knocking each one down in order
Someone was singing a hammer song!
Everyone wants to talk to you!
Come down to the same level!
Louder and louder, ever louder
A voice rings out in song in my tower of pain
Clinging to the top...
Is a god with a runny nose
Just me, feeling like a god...
Just me, upside down...
That's the truth
Who is it?
Thank you for watching!

Dual boot Arch Linux with another Linux (os-prober) - Duration: 3:11.
From this video you will learn how to update Arch Linux bootloade
to dualboot it with another Linux system.
Hello everyone, It's Average Linux User
helping you to install, configure and use Linux.
In the video How to Install Linux Mint without a Bootloader
you have learnt how to install Linux Mint as a second OS along with Arch Linux.
And I mentioned there that you would need to update Arch Linux bootloader that it would
be able to recognize and boot the second Linux system.
In short this video I will how to do that.
I also would like to mention that although I use Linux Mint here as a second OS here, this
approach to update Arch Linux bootloader should work with any other Linux used as a second OS.
It's more important here that your main OS is Arch Linux.
Also, I use GRUB bootloader here,
if you use any other bootloader, this video probably won't help you.
First you need to mount the partition with the new system.
Because if it is not mounted, your Arch Linux simply is not able to see that
there is another Linux installed on your computer.
List the partitions of your system.
And based on their size identify the partition where you installed your second system.
I installed my Linux Mint on sda2.
I know that because it is a smaller partition.
When you know the name of the device with your second Linux system,
mount it somewhere on your system.
/mnt is a usual place to mount devices.
If you want you can change your directory to this mounted partition and
check if it has been mounted.
You can see here the system files and directories of my Linux Mint system
that we have just mounted.
Go back.
Next, you need to install OS prober.
It is an Arch program that detects other OSes on your computer.
Install it.
When your new system is mounted and os-prober is installed,
run this command to update GRUB.
You should see that GRUB has found your second Linux system,
Linux Mint system in my case.
If not, go back and make sure that you mounted the right partition.
When your GRUB is updated, reboot your Arch Linux and try to boot into the second system.
If you configured your Arch Linux to skip GRUB menu and boot as fast as possible, as
I showed it in my video "10 Things to do first in Arch Linux",
you need to press ESC or SHIFT key during the boot
and you will enter the GRUB menu
If you have not touched your GRUB, you should see this GRUB menu automatically.
And as you can see here, there is a choice to boot either Arch Linux or Linux Mint,
which is my second system in this case.
I will boot Linux Mint to show you that everything works.
Here is the first boot of newly installed Linux Mint with a Welcome Screen.
It boots and works.
I also installed Fedora 26 and KDE Neon along with my Arch Linux system,
I updated GRUB this way and
now I can boot into any of these systems if I want.
I hope this quick tip was helpful.
I would appreciate if you like and share this video.
Thank you for watching.
