BIG NEWS - Raspberry Cheesecake KitKat - Duration: 8:05.

Hi everyone and welcome to.... knocking me Tim Tams....

Welcome to Steve's kitchen, we have been away for a little while because we've

been traveling. You know we were in Malaysia before, we've just put up a

video for a granola bar and you'll see we're back in Australia and go away for

a couple of years and they've changed some flavors. These new KitKat, they're

in the shops here, fantastic flavour by the way. I'll show you these a little

bit later on. There are two brand-new and really good flavors and I want some

advice from you, if there's a recipe we can make with these. Many of you will

know Tim Tams from Australia and as I say I've been away for a couple of years

there are some new flavors here, we've got coconut and lichee,

there is a mint chocolate, they say flavors inspired by gelato Messina and

they've got black forest.I don't know if you can see those there but they have

brand-new flavors I haven't tried them yet I'm going to try them.

I might not try the Tim Tam today I'm definitely going to try the KitKat shortly

Anyway got my coffee, it's a beautiful sunny winter's day here in Melbourne

Australia and like I said we've been away. The big news really is we

decided while we were in Southeast Asia that we come back to Australia and a lot

of people have said to me while we've been traveling, you know show us your own

country. Come back to Australia . Australia is a really dynamic country, full of many

different cultures and it really is quite exciting, if you haven't been here

before we're going to spend the next year maybe a little longer, maybe a little

less. We're not sure and we're going to try and explore Australia, I mean the show

will continue as normal, we will be doing the recipes and some requests as well

Maybe to do with the kitkats but we're going to be actually trying to get

around Australia. A lot of you want to see Sydney, Tasmania, I'm hoping we can

get there, maybe even over to Western Australia as well and of course another

big event that's coming to Melbourne Australia is the first Australian VidCon.

I couldn't miss it, so I'm back here. We're going to go to VidCon

and I am going to keep it fairly low-key. We're just going to go and see how it is, see how

my home city of Melbourne hosts VidCon. If any of you are there be great to see

you. We're going to be there on I think it's the

9th and 10th I may have got that wrong but it's a weekend event in September

early part of September. We're going to be staying around the St. Kilda area, it's

if you've not been to St Kilda, its this fantastic lively town right on the coast

near the center of Melbourne. We're going to stay there for a little while while we

plan our attack. I'm staying with family by the way at

the moment so thank you to them for for letting me use their place when we've

just arrived back here. One of the things when we've been traveling is always

trying to find a place to do our filming, it's the most difficult part of

traveling, a lot of travel vloggers, they are travelling and showing you places. We

are trying to find places to cook, it's been a lot harder but we're still going

to be up against that challenge here in Australia. I think what we're going to do

is try and actually do a little bit of house-sitting for people so we can stay

in houses in different parts and really start to to explore local food and

cultures here in Australia. So that's going to be a lot of fun, we do have plans

to go up to Canberra, I know a lot of people outside Australia have never

heard of Canberra, but Canberra is our actual capital city here in Australia

and I want to go out there and just check it out. It's one of the cities I

haven't been to and I'm really looking forward to that. Now I alluded to these

kitkats, you take a look at this, this is a brand new flavor it's called

a duo because they've got two different color sticks. This is tiramisu and I

haven't tried this yet. I'm going to try it in a second actually, tiramisu Kit Kats.

The one I'm really looking forward to is this raspberry cheesecake and what I'd

like to ask if you've got any ideas of maybe some recipes we could do with a

raspberry cheesecake duo. Let's open this up so you can have a look.

Take a look, you've got a pink KitKat and a white kitkat with the milk chocolate on the

back if you have had Kit Kats before. Let me just break this, I'll just snap that

off of there. The raspberry smell, raspberry cheesecake

wow that smells so good I'm going to break these two sticks in half so I can try

each one and see if they're any different. So here goes with the white,

mm-hmm that tastes like there's a little hint of raspberry in there as well that

tastes like the white chocolate if you like that sort of Milky Bar flavor.

The Parrots up ahead.... go for the raspberry..

straight away I'm getting all those sort of fruity raspberry flavors yum yum

ahh they're good, take a little bit of coffee, wow that is really really

delicious raspberry. So new Kit Kat Raspberry Cheesecake Duo.

See if you can come up with any ideas maybe a cake, a cupcake, some sort of

dessert maybe something savory, if you like. We've also got this tiramisu when I

opened it up it says peel and open and reseal, apparently they reseal. Who would

want to reseal, you're going to eat the whole thing. It's quite a few sticks in

these big packs so you've got oh... I smell like caramel, like a rich sort of caramel

flavor. Let's just break that off oh.. we're getting a bit soft in this, in this

Sun. So again now I'm not going to actually break this one in half let's

try them both together

Almost alcohol like a brandy sort of flavor coming off there, rich caramel I'm

trying to get that tiramisu flavor, a little bit of coffee, a little bit of

sort of Masala flavors, an overwhelming chocolate with a wafer in the center

They are good, they are good I really like the raspberry I love that sort of

fruity flavor .Okay ideas maybe for something to do with this tiramisu

Probably wouldn't do a tiramisu with it Anyway so we are back, we are back in

Australia, over the next year we're going to take you around and show you my home

country and who knows, I know a lot of you want to see kangaroos and koalas. We

will be looking out for kangaroos and koalas, I've seen many of them over here

they're not difficult to find, koalas are a little bit harder sometimes because

they're shy animals but we'll look out for them. We may even do a bit of cooking

with them if I can get a koala bear in a chef's suit. In the meantime look out for

some new and exciting videos and probably maybe a little bit from VidCon

when it comes on, although I'm not going to be doing a lot of filming at VidCon because

we're just going to go and experience it really. I'd love to know by the way what

How To Engrave Glass | Beginners Tutorial - Duration: 4:17.

Engraving glass is a lot of fun and it's easier than you might think.

So let me show you what you need and how to do it.

I'm using a standard rotary tool with a flexible shaft extension.

The extension makes it a bit easier to do more detailed work, but you can also make do without.

Since glass is very hard, I'm going to be using a set of diamond coated bits.

There are a lot of different bits in this set, but a good place to start is with a

ball shaped one.

The engraving will cause a lot of fine glass dust, so make sure to wear a dust mask and

eye protection!

I'm using poster tacks to support the piece that I'm working on.

This will keep it stable without me having to hold it.

I'm going to practice a bit on an old wine bottle.

I set the Dremel at a medium speed and started engraving.

For now, I'm just freehanding a design.

I quickly figured out that you don't have to push down into the glass a lot, a light

touch is all it takes.

It's all about letting the tool do the work.

One direction of engraving will work better than the other.

This is because of the rotation direction of the tool.

For me, I did the best cutting when pulling the tool towards me, so I drew lines onto

the glass that way and lifted the tip up in between.

The engraving creates a reasonable amount of glass dust, which can make it difficult

to see what you're doing.

Keep a wet cloth and a bowl of water nearby, so you can wipe away the dust regularly.

This will make it look like your design is disappearing, but don't worry, once you dry the glass

it will reappear.

Now that I have a feel for the tool, I can move on to making a more detailed design.

I won't be freehanding this one, so I printed the design, cut it out and taped it to the

inside of the glass.

This way, all I have to do is trace the design onto the glass.

I switched to a smaller ball shaped bit to allow for the finer detail.

I changed the orientation of the glass several times along the way to make the engraving

a bit easier.

For the final details I switched to the thinnest bit that I had, which allowed me to write the tiny

letters on there.

Finally, I used the ball shaped bit again to add random stars all the way around the

glass to make the Tardis look like it's floating through space.

In some cases it won't be possible to tape your design to the inside of the glass,

like with this small carafe.

So I took some wide painter's tape and covered the printout with it, making sure the pieces

overlap.

I then cut out the inside of the design, leaving me with a silhouette.

I carefully peeled the tape off the paper and placed it onto the glass.

I'll still have to freehand the branches and the leaves, but being able to trace the outline

definitely helps a lot.

Alright, that's it for this one.

I really enjoyed engraving stuff, so I'm going to be trying this on a couple of different

materials, probably metal next.

However, sessions have been hugely disrupted in the past few weeks as transfer speculation continues to surround a host of Wengers stars. Arsenal recently offered Oxlade-Chamberlain a whopping £180,000-a-week contract to stay at the Emirates.

However, the versatile England international snubbed the deal as he is adamant he can obtain more first-team football elsewhere. Both Liverpool and Chelsea are interested in the £40million-rated star.

Meanwhile, Sanchez has been subject to speculation he could join Manchester City or big-spending Paris Saint-Germain. Stoke 1-0 Arsenal: Jese Rodriguez scores on debut for Potters as Alexandre Lacazette misfires on rainy evening.

Jack Wilshere could also be on his way out of Arsenal this summer.

Alexis Sanchez is on the radar of both Man City and Paris Saint-Germain.

Jack Wilshere sent off for Arsenal Under-23s after flooring Manchester City's Matt Smith sparking brawl in middle of pitch. Arsenal took part in their final training session ahead of their clash with Liverpool.

Mesut Ozil has come in for criticism after his performance against Stoke. Wilshere has also been tipped to leave Arsenal as the club finally give up on the midfield, after years of failing to live up to his potential, thanks to injury.

Elsewhere on Saturday, Olivier Giroud put in the work ahead of the Reds game on Sunday evening. Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin were two other stars expected to start the game at Anfield at the weekend working hard in Saturdays session.

This video is meant to be a guide to finding all the giant rings in each level, preferably in one run

I'll be playing as Sonic solo for most rings, to show how you can reach them without flight abilities

I used to prefer taking the top path, but I think this way is faster and easier

This giant ring is the same one you can reach from the pit directly to the left of the last checkpoint

Fun fact: Someone told me that they actually missed this ring, despite playing this level quite a bit

I'll admit that I didn't fully explore all of the optimal routes to getting all the giant rings in this act

It's a rather large map, and there's probably many ways to get to each ring. This is just one path that worked

I'm not sure how to make these spikes consistently cooperate. It might be based on positioning, or luck

???

If you have a fire shield, you can skip grabbing this invincibility

It's actually better to just walk left on these walker machines, rather than jump, to avoid going up to the conveyor belt

For a while, I thought this ring was Tails only until I found this hidden spring

Just to clarify, the lightning shield is required to jump into the ring itself, not to clear this gap here

How to learn Excel functions, and a look at Excel functions: SUM, SUMIF and SUMIFS - Duration: 6:14.

Today, we'll discuss how we can learn Excel functions.

Hi, this is Mike Negami, Lean Sigma, Black Belt.

In my current project in the Mentoring Program, I talk with my client about Excel functions

quite often and he asked me which functions to use.

Which function we should use depends on what results you want to get and the conditions

of the source data you use.

By the way, if you have any questions about Excel or Excel functions, write them in the

comment section below and I would like to help you.

For example, in this cell in the worksheet we made in my client's project, we would

like to get the total sales for last month.

Let's see the source data worksheet.

This is daily sales by customer.

These columns are purchase date, customer name and sales amounts.

Which Excel function should I use?

I'm often asked "How did you learn the Excel functions?"

Regarding Excel, I've never studied it in books or classes.

In fact, I learned it from Google.

I'll show you what I mean.

In our example, we want to get the total sales for last month, so just type 'excel' and

exactly what you need to find in Google such as: 'get the total sales for last month'.

Then you'll get pages that will show what you're looking for.

It's possible to use the 'SUMIF Function' here, which you can use to get the total by

a search condition.

Those sites will tell you how to use those functions too.

The maximum amount of knowledge we can obtain as an individual is no match for computers

and the Internet.

These days, it's more important to increase our search skills than to increase the amount

of knowledge, so you should not only learn necessary knowledge but also think of how

you can easily retrieve that when needed.

I'll show you another way to learn Excel functions.

Although this is a basic function of Excel, surprisingly, it's not well known.

In a cell, as you type '=' and an Excel function, all functions that start with what you typed

will appear.

Look carefully, when selecting each function with your arrow key, each explanation comes

up.

You know about the SUM Function, here it says, 'Adds all the numbers in a range of cells'

When selecting 'SUMIF', it says 'Adds the cells specified by a given condition or criteria'.

You can check what each function does with this.

What are the 'condition or criteria'?

For example, 'only for last month' or 'only in certain regions', etc., you can

narrow your data down by those conditions.

Then, keep typing '(' (parenthesis), then you'll see an explanation of how to complete

that formula.

At first, you may have no idea what those explanations mean, but please get used to

them so that you can use even vaguely remembered functions by using this method.

In addition to the singular SUMIF, there is also the SUMIFS Function that contains a plural

S. These three functions can calculate the sum

of the numbers within the specified range.

The singular SUMIF can literally have one search condition.

On the other hand, the plural form, SUMIFS can have multiple search conditions.

Therefore, I always use the SUMIFS Function.

Let's demonstrate the SUMIFS function right now.

Type '= SUMIFS(' first 'sum_range' is in bold.

Since we want to get the total sales for last month, click on the 'H' on top of Column H

so that it selects to that entire column.

Now, you enter a comma here, the next, 'criteria_range1' has changed to bold.

With this, you can tell what you have to enter each time.

In our example, 'Last Month' is the search condition.

Since Column C is the purchase date, we want to extract only the sales of the last month's

dates in this column.

There are multiple ways to accomplish this.

This time I used the work column, which is Column B.

By using another function, we converted the dates in Column C to months in Column B. Select

Column B and put a comma, then 'criteria1' has become bold.

I've typed text for the last month above beforehand so I'll select it and close the parentheses,

then it's completed.

The last month's sales came up.

After this, change the month here, then, sales for that month will come out accordingly.

Although there are numerous Excel functions out there, there are about a dozen that you

need to know for your data analyses.

I'll make videos that explain these, so use and practice Excel functions many times.

Overall, there is no better way to master them than that.
