Cucumber shake that will help you lose weight and thin your waistline in a few weeks - Duration: 2:19.

Milkshakes are a highly recommended way to take advantage of the properties that some

foods can bring to the body, that is why today in todo en salud we teach you

to prepare a shake that will help you reduce measures and lose weight.

The necessary ingredients are: - 1 cup peeled and sliced cucumber

- The squeezed juice of two lemons - Grated Ginger

Before we begin we must prepare the ingredients, either by washing, cutting and chopping.

Then in the blender we add each of these, the cucumber, the juice of the lemons,

half a spoonful of grated ginger and half a glass of water, cover and liquefy until obtaining a homogeneous

consistency, when we have it turned off and we can serve.

This shake should be taken fasting and during the day when cravings are felt and it is not

time to eat, taking it this way and adding a proper diet and

regular exercise to your life, you will notice the results in a short time.

This shake is recommended because: Cucumber contains tartronic acid, which

prevents carbohydrates from becoming fat and helps to lower cholesterol.

On the other hand being a natural diuretic will help you rush with lemons and ginger

to eliminate the fluid retained in the body and accumulated fat.

Lemon on the other hand helps in the correct metabolism of fats and ginger

for its part speeds up the metabolism in general allowing in this way a greater burning

of calories.

As you see this shake can be very helpful if you are looking to lose weight ,

so do not hesitate to prepare it and tell us what you think.

We hope this video has been useful to you, remember that your opinion is very important so score, comment

and share and if you have not subscribed, sign up every day upload

Fruit Kissel Drink Recipe from My Cafe and JS Barista Training Center - Duration: 3:54.

Hey everyone, I'm Ola,

and I love unusual and tasty drinks recipes.

Today I'm with Yana,

coffee-trainer at JS Barista Training Center

-Hello!

So, let's go!

Today Yana wants to make kissel

I've never made it before

that's why I want to know everything about the process.

-The process is really simple.

We need some fruit, citrus slices and puree.

and we will also use starch to thicken it.

Everything is organic and very tasty.

-So, let's start!

Yes, so let's mix all the ingredients.

We have prepared puree, put it all inside.

It's banana and apple.

Yes, now we need fruit, just lemon for now.

We will use orange as a garnish.

-If you didn't know that drinks have garnish

watch our videos - we tell a lot about that!

Okay, so we add a little bit of lemon.

It will make the drink more savory.

And we need starch - a full tea spoon. Superb!

And we need to measure water for our glass.

So we first pour water into the glass,

and then into the dish where you're going to cook.

You make it on a stove, usually.

Use enameled dish or a cezve.

If you want to make it sweeter, add sugar.

or you can add a syrup in the end.

-Oh, let's add sugar now.

I think, 2 teaspoons are enough.

-Now we only need to boil it, with a steamer, in our case.

But you can just use your stove and a cooking dish.

-Yes, that's correct.

So, we've boiled the mixture.

Just make it boil and take it off,

you don't need to spend time on that.

And now we can put it in the glass.

Lemon goes first, at the bottom of the glass.

And the drink becomes thicker?

-Yes.

-How much time should pass before it's thick enough?

or is it thick already?

-Yes, it's ready to drink, but it's very hot now.

If you like very hot drinks, it's ok.

But I'd recommend that you wait for a couple of minutes.

-Got it. Let's decorate it, then!

We are making it for ourselves, so we can use hands

We just put it here.

Voila, the drink is ready!

Now when the kissel is a bit colder, I can taste it.

I will use a spoon to avoid burning my mouth.

-Mmm! Tastes good!

All kissel drinks I know work like a powder

which you mix with water, and that's it.

Now I know how to make organic kissel drink myself

And it's fast.

Yana, thank you so much!

Welcome! I did my best to show this healthy

and warming drink

Try making it yourselves and write about it in the comments!

Como Pintar - Runewars: Guerrero de Daqan - How to paint (ENG-Sub) - Duration: 37:02.

Greetings Wargamers & Players, Welcome to MiniatureWar I'm Meinkopt and in this painting guide we shall see how to give color in fast and easy way to the Daqan Warriors.

The choosen scheme it's the classic Light Blue with gold and white tones.

We start painting the metal tones, starting with the golds.

For this we start giving a base layer with Balthazar Gold, which we're going to cover all the nooks and crannies of the metal zones that we want them to be gold.

Then, we give a wash with Agrax Earthshade to add depth to the gold tone and we can stand out better the lights in the next steps.

For the lights, we start mixing a little of Balthazar Gold with Gehenna Gold, in a proportion of 90/10 and we shall apply it with soft brush strokes.

Then we shall add to the mix Auric Armor Gold, in this way the tone will be more vivid and we shall give more brushstrokes.

The final light will be given adding a more metal grey tone to the mix, this can be Ironbreaker Armor. But carefully, just a little or it will eat all the gold tone. With this we shall profile the edges and the zones that are more exposed to the light so we can give that extra shine.

Now it's turn for the grey metals.

We start with a layer base of Abaddon Black and Leadbelcher in a proportion of 50/50. This will create a more profound base that will help create a worn out light that it's more interesting, even though in this miniature hardly it's gonna show in anothers with more surface it will be more noticeable.

Once the layer base it's dry, then we give a wash with Nuln Oil to unite the color more.

Once the shade it's dry, then we start giving soft and random strokes with Ironbreaker Armor.

For the more strongs points of light, like the profiles, we can use Runefang Steel.

Now it's turn for that characteristic Blue of the Daqan Armors.

We start giving a layer base of Kantor Blue carefully so we don't stain the already painted part and once dry, we can proceed to give a light layer of Drakenhof Nightshade.

Once the shade it's dry, we start to create the effect of focal light to give a more fantastic appearance.

For this we take Kantor Blue and in a very diluted way we start to paint the blues, moving the brush from the darker zones to the more light ones where there's going to be affect the orientation of the light.

In this way we create the effect of dark to light.

We add little by little Caledor Sky to the Kanter Blue to create a blur of dark to light.

To get more extreme light but without leaving the blue tone that we're searching, we can add a little of white or Lothern Blue to the mix.

For the whites of the fabric, we shall give a layer base of Celestra Grey and then mix it with White Scar in a proportion of 50/50 for the first light. Then to get up the light we add each time a little more of White Scar.

For the leather parts, we mix Mourfang Brown with Rinox Hide in a proportion of 50/50 for the layer base.

Once the base dry, we give a layer of Agrax Earthshade and later we shall illuminate it adding to the mix more Mourfang Brown.

For the wood part of the shield's rear and the lance, we shall use a mix of Steel Legion Drab and Rinox Hide for the layer base.

Once ready, we give a wash with Agrax Earthshade.

Once with the shade dry, we give light with pure Steel Legion Drab.

For the red tones, we give a layer base of Mephistone Red and then we shall mix it with Rojo Vermillon to get the up the light.

With this simple steps and a little of time we shall have our Daqan Armies to devastate the enemies from Terrinoth.

Hope that you Liked our new painting guide, give it a Like so it will get more far. Suscribe if you're not to keep up with our news. You can follow us in the social media, we're in Twitter, Instagram and we have a group in Facebook.

Thank you very much for watching and till next time!

The Right Key - Duration: 1:16.

George Bernard Shaw said this : In the right key, you can say anything.

In the wrong key, nothing; The delicate part of life is establishing the key.

I want you to think about that because that's really profound.

If you're not in the right key with someone which means you're in conflict with them

And it's an unresolved conflict and there is hurt going back and forth

And you're disappointed

And you haven't worked through some issues

Then you're not in the right key. You're on the wrong key.

What you want to do is get in the right key

And the right key is having a sense of unity. Oneness.

And i want to encourage you to move toward the right key.

Now one of the best ways you can do that by the way is to go to a series i put together recently

The 12 keys to overcoming conflict. That will get you in the right key!

And if you live in the right key, you can have the freedom to develop intimacy.

So check it out here at the website you see...

Omar Sosa: When I'm sad, this instrument makes me happy! | Piano | Yamaha Music - Duration: 3:35.

Music is my life.

Music is my dream.

Music is peace.

Music is love, music is unity, music is all together.

Music is everything man.

And when I'm sad, this instrument makes me happy.

Home, home is here now. Because tomorrow, I'm gonna be in another place.

I need to live today.

If I think about what is going to happen tomorrow,

I lose the opportunity to live what I have in front of myself.

Create an energy around you.

To make the space like it is your space.

I love when I travel, to go out and I try to absorb the tradition, the culture.

I love to walk in the city.

I go with the flow.

Basically I try to live my life with as less stress as possible.

I have a mission. And the mission I have is try to deliver in the best way I can,

what my ancestors and my spirit of life and elders try to tell me.

And a lot of that comes from African traditions.

I mediate a little bit before the concert.

I try to be as peaceful as I can.

And I try to be as clean as I can inside of myself,

to try to reproduce what's gonna come to me.

And I try to be together with the band, because for me the fundamental thing is listen to each other.

And before the concert, we hold our hands, just to share our energy.

Why? – Because we play together.

Sometimes, when I play concerts, solo, when I finish the piece, I say well, but yesterday at home,

the piece I played yesterday, wow, was really cool but it was already gone.

So as well, this is one of the beauties of improvised music…

it's there,

and it's passed.

How To Cook Chapati (Kama Mzungu) | Kenyamerican - Duration: 8:16.

How are you all?

My name is Justo, and today...

I will teach you how to make Chapati.

Lets do it.

I will prepare them here

On this table

I am very tall and this table is very short

But I will still try

don't worry!

The first thing is to put water in a pan

until it boils

Lets do that

This is good

No this big one actually

Let me put a little water in it

and then take the salt like this

You're following?

and put a little bit in the water

just put it in

then open this flour

and just put it in. I don't care about...

measuring. I don't care about measuring

This is the flour

This is the water

and this is the oil

the water and oil should be warm

because it will help the Chapati be soft

This is the oil, water, and flour

then do this

Just like this, you see?

Then you'll put oil and water in that little hole

Then put the water into the pan with the flour

Just a little bit not too much

water water water water, you see?

that's good.

Then take this spoon

You can do it with your hands but I don't like that.

You know I don't like dishes

I don't like doing it with my hands because I don't like the way it feels

That's not quite enough water

I just put more and more until it's enough

ay that's a lot!

Then you'll take it like this.. this

WAAAIITTT

put a little flour on the table

Just a little bit not too much

Then do this

Now this... this is very important

don't screw this part up

if you screw this up the chapati won't be soft

If you want that soft soft

Don't screw this up

Then put the dough in this bag

It will just sit there for like 5 or 10 minutes

Now it's good

now take off the bag

lots of oil. let me put some flour

a little flour

I just do this. hey these are going to be very soft

don't worry...

let me get a knife

I forgot knife in Kiswahili

If you know Knife in Swahili, don't tell me in the comments

I don't care. i already told you all.

I only speak slang

then you put some oil

on top.. not a lot.

a little bit and very carefully

then you spread the oil around the surface

then get the knife

just like that

don't cut the table

if you cut the table

your mom will come and beat you

don't cut the table

you need to do this very carefully. very carefully

just do this..... just do this

you know this is a lot of work

lets put another one on

Who got beaten by this as a child?

Aish. Me, I was beaten with this

but it wasn't my mom

it was my grandmother

grandmother?

If you did something stupid, grandma would come with this

and she would hit you

Now I am done. These are the chapatis, you see them?

These are very sweet.

People were saying on the Ugali video

"That Ugali hasn't been cooked right"

Let me tell you

This chapati?? I can sell it on the street for $30.

$30

30 Shillings and people will totally buy it

Ask Admissions: When should I start planning for college? - Duration: 0:46.

When should I start planning for college? A good time to start planning for

college should be around...between your junior year.

This is typically around times most students are taking the SAT or the ACT,

so definitely a good time to start asking your guidance counselor questions

about what would be a good fit for you, and thinking about what career field

or maybe majors you might be interested in. So during that time around junior

year should be a good time to ask those questions. You can also talk to

your counselor, especially when you're a freshman in high school. You might not like

exactly what you did your freshman year, but you can start taking challenging

courses your sophomore year and build into your junior year as well.

Ask Admissions: Can I earn college credit in high school? - Duration: 0:44.

Can I earn college credit in high school? Yes, you can. It's gonna depend on

what is available around the area or in your high school. So if your

high school offers AP courses, then by taking that class and then taking that

exam, if you have a specific score, then you'd be eligible for college credit.

Same instance would be if the school offers IB courses. Now another

opportunity available is dual credit classes, taking it and

around the area in maybe another school, or maybe community college where you

could take those classes going toward your high school graduation, but also

still be able to have that college credit come with those courses.

What is Saturday Night Live? History, Facts, and More! - Duration: 5:04.

Welcome to I Am Your Target Demographic and today we're looking at the television series

Saturday Night Live.

We're going to discuss breakout stars, little-known facts, and other things you should know.

SNL began in 1975, with creator Lorne Michaels crafting a parody and satire show,

focusing on current events.

This first season featured comedians such as Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, and John Belushi.

The show's first ever celebrity host was comedian George Carlin.

In these early days, there was a concern of doing the show live and there was even a debate

of delaying the show by a few seconds to catch foul language, but Lorne Michaels was able

to fight back these efforts and the show continues to be truly live,

at least on East Coast time in the United States.

"We've got a great show and I totally care that I'm here cuz it's the coolest ****ing thing ever."

Chevy Chase left the show at the end of the second season, allowing another new comedian

to come on, a young guy named Bill Murray.

"Hello I'm Bill Murray. You can call me Billy but around here everyone just calls me the new guy."

Eventually most of the original cast left and the show entered one of its first slumps

and you'll notice a trend of ups and downs with Saturday Night Live.

The next big star was Eddie Murphy, followed by Billy Crystal and Martin Short.

During this time, a few surprising faces appeared including Joan Cusack for only a season and

Robert Downey Jr, also for only a season.

Then began a resurgence of popularity as they hired new talent like Dana Carvey, Mike Myers,

Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, and more.

It went through a bit of a dip before the next wave arrived, including Will Ferrell,

Tina Fey, and Jimmy Fallon.

The next big successful transition came with the addition of Kristen Wiig,

Fred Armisen, Andy Samberg, and more.

We're in a bit of a slump now as the show rebuilds, centered around the superstar of

the moment which is Kate McKinnon.

You may notice a lack of people of color.

Actors like Tracy Morgan and Chris Rock may find success here but the roles are limited.

Some actors of color like Jay Pharoah have left the show because of being boxed in to

only playing celebrities of color as opposed to creating new original characters.

Kenan Thompson, who has been on the show since 2003, has had tiffs with the writers about

them continually asking him to crossdress, resulting in him ex-naying his popular portrayal

of Whoopi Goldberg.

Following these incidents led to more black women being hired, including the currently

running Leslie Jones and Sasheer Zamata.

Roles for other minorities are still rare on SNL.

Aside from one-fourth Japanese Fred Armisen and one-half Filipino Rob Schneider, there

has never been as Asian cast member.

Nasim Pedrad, who is Iranian, is the first and only Middle-eastern cast member.

While we've been talking about who has been hired on SNL, it's interesting to look at who hasn't.

Comedic heavyweight Jim Carrey was denied twice by SNL before we was eventually picked

up by In Living Color, where he became a breakout star.

Ben Stiller appeared on the show four times before leaving due to creative differences,

though he's come back a few times to host since then.

As of 2017, SNL holds a record for how many Emmys its won, since it's been on for 43 seasons.

It's currently won 64 Primetime Emmys, for things like outstanding directing, guest stars,

outstanding performers, and outstanding writing.

SNL has also seen success on the big screen, with 11 feature films spun off from popular skits.

Unfortunately most of them are duds, with movies like "It's Pat" receiving a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The highlights so far have been Blue Brothers and Wayne's World, both receiving a mid-80s percent approval.

Other movies include the Coneheads, A Night at the Roxbury, and the Ladies Man.

While we've been talking about the cast members a lot, much of the show's success

relies on hosts that can come in and blend perfectly with the cast.

Great hosts get to come back again.

This has been made into a bit of a joke, introducing what's called the Five-Timers Club for those

hosts who have done at least five times.

The highest record is held by Alec Baldwin, who has hosted 17 times, not counting his

special appearances throughout the years.

Steve Martin comes in second, with 15 times.

The show has also gotten quite a reputation for focusing on politics, usually lampooning

the current president or presidential nominees.

Most sitting presidents have appeared on SNL in some capacity, usually acknowledging the

digs and jokes at their own expense.

It's said that playing the President is one of SNL's highest honors.

Thanks for watching our video on Saturday Night Live! If you want to learn more about the Emmys, check out this video right here,

O que há de errado com o mundo ? O que fazer ? #GirlsCount - Duration: 15:04.

Hello People!

What's up partners? How are you? How's it going over on that side?

I'm Maddu Magalhaes,

and I'm here today with an open heart

to use this channel, which in some way ends up connecting me and you, who are over on that side,

to honestly, truly, invite you to stop and think a little about things, you know?

To stop and think about everything.

Why, after all, do we live this rollercoaster of feelings every single day?

What happens to us that it seems there's always something missing, have you noticed that?

How does our mind work and why can't we ever feel completely happy?

I don't know if you know this, but it's been a year and a half since I've begun studying a lot, a real lot, about the human mind.

I dove headfirst into studying this, 'cause I decided I wouldn't spend my life in this rat race anymore.

Without knowing where I came from, where I'm going, and what's the meaning of all this.

And with everything I've studied and have been applying on my daily routine,

my life has changed a lot, so I can't help but to share with you

every step of these understandings, you know? everything I see every day,

for those willing to change as well, and expand their own view on life.

So, I'm gonna start making several videos here on the channel, talking about all of that.

How to train your mind to begin changing the way you perceive things,

your actual mental programming.

And that ends up changing your feelings, everything you feel on your day by day.

In the end, it's all so we can feel more happy and make a much happier reality,

for you, for me and for everyone.

Well, I'm not going to extend that much on this introduction,

but I need to share with you

that I confess that I was a bit discouraged to open this playlist and talk right off about all these things that I've been studying.

But today, this October 11th, YouTube Creators for Change, and One.org, invited me

to talk to you about a matter that's made me brave enough to start this whole thing.

They invited me to talk about a global campaign called "Girls Count".

And the goal of this campaign is to raise global awareness, public awareness,

and get the attention of political leaders, to the fact that we still have

130 million girls, all over the planet, without any access to education.

130 millions girls who live in a kind of a parallel reality,

completely different from mine or yours.

But, Maddu, what does that have to do with what you were talking about?

You said you were gonna talk about my inner feelings,

about training our minds, and now you're talking about global inequalities?

What the fuck? Hold on partner,

I know, I know it seems this has nothing to do with that.

But let's go together and you'll understand

how much your thoughts, from your day by day, and your inner conflicts,

that roller coaster of feelings you experience everyday,

has to do with everything that happens,

in the whole movie, even on the other side of the planet.

We need to understand how important it is to start training our mind,

and completely flip the switch of our mental programming,

so that the scenes from our personal script,

and the ones from the movie of the whole planet, can be happier.

At the end of the video, I'll be telling you more about the campaign that I was invited to by YouTube and One.org to talk about.

But before that, I think we need to stop and really question ourselves.

Seriously. Really. What's wrong with the whole [picture]?

Where's the root of so much conflict,

so many inequalities, and absurdities we see in the world?

Scenarios like those 130 million girls and so many other cases that happen in the world.

What's the relation between all the crappy thoughts we have,

the confusion in our inner feelings, and the disorder we see in the world?

What can you, effectively, do, in your mind, to improve the life of everyone?

Come with me, one thing at a time.

We'll understand something here, something over there, and afterwards we put everything together

and in order, so it'll be very easy to understand. I promise.

We're very used to criticize everything, you know?

We look, we point fingers, and say the other person is wrong,

that thing is wrong, say, whatever,

the world is all screwed up anyway.

And I'm just a person, I'm just one person,

What difference does it make if I try to change anything?

What can that do, what impact could it have on the harsh reality of the world?

We think like that.

But, partner, can we be serious?

as long as we continue to believe that what happens in our minds everyday,

our thoughts, and our inner feelings, are unrelated and have no effect on the world,

the conflicts, indeed, will never go away.

So, partner, if there's anything I can ask of you is, come with me,

stay 'till the end of the video,

'cause I really, really, want to show you some things, you know?

To try and get you in touch with things you may not know yet,

which can make you look at life in a completely different way.

Come with me, let's do it, let's go together.

Quantum physics, for example, was an idea that made understand this whole thing better,

how things work.

Quantum physics experiments have already shown that, somehow, our whole scenario

is composed by our thoughts.

Somehow, it's our thoughts that project what we call "our reality",

Each person projects their own scenario,

their opportunities,

or lack of opportunities,

according to what that person thinks about himself.

Depending on what you're thinking,

your agenda of mental scenarios is being projected, get it?

You're the film director, partner.

You choose what you're gonna feel, think,

and you can sit still, 'cause compatible scenes will come to you.

And you don't need to go that far or study quantum physics,

to get hold of all of this, you know?

You can actually see it on your day,

on your own day by day, that things really work that way.

Watching very silly things, for example,

have you noticed that you just have to wake up in a bad mood,

to wake up feeling anger, felling anxiety,

and things start to go wrong, one after another?

every time you invest in starting your day pissed off about something,

those conflictive scenes will come to you.

You argue with someone at work,

you get some bad news,

the bus won't stop for you...

Who's never felt that, right?

You end up living a sequence of scenes that give you every reason to keep pissed off. To get even more pissed off at life.

Who's never noticed that? Have you never noticed that?

The fact is, you can in fact observe that it is what we think that projects our scenario.

We need to stop doubting this.

We need to start keeping watch on what we think.

How we feel.

And most of all, our inner feelings.

And finally realize what's inside our mind,

And that's been projecting things the way they have been,

We need to stop to really observe how much all of us,

in some way, nurture ideas of difference in our mind.

For example, you can observe,

how much we feel bigger or smaller than others,

everyday.

A very good exercise to understand this,

is to take a look at your Instagram feed.

All you have to do is open your feed, take a look,

and that roller coaster of inner feelings starts again.

One day, I was looking at my feed, and I swear, I got scared,

'cause I noticed how many unsettling things I felt inside looking at my picture feed.

It's very sincere and even a relief to talk about this, 'cause I think everybody feels that.

We feel very bad comparing ourselves to others all the time.

And every time we feel worse, or better, than someone,

we are nurturing that idea of difference in our mind.

That differences exist and are real.

And it's that feeling we get when we look at someone else and feel bigger or smaller,

that projects more and more scenes so that we continue to see this difference in the world. Get it?

Any time any of us feels any kind of difference,

be it rejection, injustice, anger,

about anything that's happening to someone else,

even if it's for very silly reasons,

we are projecting, together, an infinite loop of the same thing.

Over and over again.

So, partner. It IS indeed our purpose to join hands and go together,

to eliminate once and for all the differences in our lives and around the whole planet.

To train your mind to stop that roller coaster

of feeling superior or inferior all the time.

It's the best caring exercise we can do to ourselves,

and for the whole planet.

That's what can change our inner feelings so we can be happier.

We need to understand that.

And then, you might think again:

What difference do I make? I'm just John, Mary, Joseph...

One little person changing their mind in this whole planet, what difference will it make?

Actually? In reality?

Yeah, partner, but that's where we're wrong, actually.

There's a number of scientific experiments that has already shown,

clearly, the impact of a behavioral change in just one individual in our whole society.

Have you ever heard, for example, the theory of the 100th monkey?

I'm gonna try to explain this phenomenon in a very succinct way,

if you wanna know more, you can google it to have a more theoretical base.

But basically, the history of the phenomenon is as follows:

Scientists observed a monkey population on an isolated island,

and they began to teach a single monkey

to wash it's potatoes in the sea, before eating them.

The monkeys used to dig them from the ground and eat them full of dirt, just like that,

and so they taught that monkey to wash the potatoes,

and he found out it was very tasty,

'cause besides becoming clean, they also became salty.

He started doing this everyday.

Every time this monkey was going to eat,

he washed his potatoes before eating.

Soon, the other monkeys began watching him,

they began to see that his way was better than what they were doing,

and they also started to do it!

One monkey taught the next.

And that's the main point.

When this practice got to the 100th monkey,

when the 100th monkey began to do the same thing,

adhering to that same idea,

other monkeys, in other locations around the planet,

started, out of nowhere, doing the same thing.

Monkeys from other islands began to wash their potatoes,

even without any physical contact with the monkeys from the island where the experiment was being conducted. Get it?

I really don't recall this theory's name,

but you can search and you will find a lot on these experiments that conclude that

it just takes an amount of individuals from one species adhering to an idea.

That adherence provides a conscious leap for other individuals from the same species. Get it?

That's really crazy, I think that's very crazy. Really.

In our case, the parallel to learning how to wash the potatoes, would be

learning to stop the roller coaster of comparisons.

It's enough that a reduced number of people exercise this a lot,

to flip this switch in humanity as a whole.

We can be a part of it, partner.

So, from now on, even when I'm looking at the world

and it seem some have more opportunities than others,

It's a result of that which each person thinks.

You need to start looking at other people's achievements,

as if they were yours.

With gratitude.

Being happy when something nice happens to someone else.

When you change that in your mind,

you start to accept and allow

that scenes compatible to that, happen to you as well, you know?

And in that same way, look at the others who seem not to have

the same opportunities as you,

without feeling any kind of pity or sadness inside you.

The exercise we can do is

look at those who seem to have less opportunities than us and see them as equals.

We can't feel any difference, get it?

We all are equals and have the same potentials.

The effective solution for us to really change the scenario of those who seem to have less opportunities today,

is for us to invest in the idea of equality in our mind.

If you want to begin training these mental changes,

start by noticing how much you were conditioned to like one thing and not another.

To think something is cool, and that something else isn't so cool.

We are too bound, 'cause we have learned things have sizes,

and that some things are better or worse.

We need to look at things and stop judging them, you know?

We need to allow ourselves to be at peace, 'cause we don't like the things we feel when we judge. Have you noticed that?

When you train this movement of halting your judgement of things,

you have no idea of what happens to your inner feelings.

It seems like we start getting filled by something that feels really nice.

You need to train that. We need to shut up that mental programming,

that keeps telling us to reject, or to feel rejected by things, you know?

Train seeing everything as the same, to see everyone as equals,

'Cause that brings back the feeling of touch with our own essence,

So, from now on, whenever you feel something weird in any scenario,

be it for someone else or for yourself, which is rather common,

flip that switch and think: "I don't want to feel that anymore."

"I don't want to feel that anymore. I'm free not to!"

I don't want to feel envious of things,

I don't want to feel angry about things,

I don't want to reject anything anymore.

It's a pains in the ass to feel such things. No one likes to feel that.

Our mind has just been conditioned in a way that makes us want to invest in those feelings,

but we are free to break that loop.

Each one that adheres to this new way of thinking,

causes a gigantic effect on the planet.

And from that effect, it's going to be a lot easier for all global movements,

for all the projects engaged in doing something for the planet, really getting hands-on,

to start working much more fluidly.

Cause the mind, as a whole, begins to accept the idea of equality,

which in turn projects an equally happier scenario for everyone.

A beautiful quantum leap for all of mankind.

We need to reestablish the awareness that everyone is full and absolutely abundant.

It's just ideas in our mind that keep projecting different scenarios.

It's by changing ideas that we change the design of the whole scenario.

We need to start by getting rid of any feelings of difference,

between men and women, between the rich and poor, between races,

any sensation of difference that we may have inside of us.

And everyday you have millions of opportunities for you to begin training

giving up on all judgments.

Try to, on any scene, at any time you feel something weird, just stop.

Remember you don't want to feel that anymore.

Remember that if you board those feelings, you are, in no way,

contributing to the agenda of happy scenes you want to see tomorrow.

Now wait. Let's put everything together.

Going back to the invitation I got from YouTube and One.org to talk about the "Girls Count" campaign.

To get the people's and political leaders' attention,

so that they invest on the improvement of the conditions and accessibility

of those 130 millions girls who still have no access to education.

The idea is to gather 130 million people, each one goes on the campaign's website,

choose an available number to represent each one of those girls,

and record a video or send a photo counting that number.

For example, if you choose 11,500, you go there and make your video,

"11,500" and send it to the campaign, get it?

Then, they are going to gather all of that material,

and are going to make the longest video of all time,

I think is gonna be the longest video of all time,

130 million people is a lot of people.

They are going to gather all that material to try and get the attention of political leaders,

so they can take effective measures,

and invest on the improvement of the girls' access [to education].

So, we can totally join each other on that purpose, to engage on the campaign,

and also begin training the mental changes we can make to help them.

By identifying in our mind ideas that we practice on our day by day,

and that could somehow be contributing to maintaining that kind of inequality in our global scenario.

I find it easier if we try to look at this as if it were mathematics.

Stop and think: What kind of ideas can be involved in a scenario

where girls live in a reality of extreme poverty,

and have no access to education?

For example, lets take two ideas involved on that matter of inequality.

Inequality between men and women.

After all, there are more girls with no access to education than boys. And socioeconomic difference.

We could make a bigger list of the involved ideas, but

in this case we are going to take these two ideas.

How much can you and I practice giving up on the feeling that difference between men and women exist?

How much do we really need to stop believing in it, and see the two genres as equal?

To help our scenario to project equal opportunities for both genres.

How much can you train giving up on looking for social differences,

And believing in them? And judging things from them?

When any scene happens, on your day by day, that connects to that feeling,

that there's difference in value between those who have a higher or lower social condition,

each time you find yourself better or worse than someone, in any way,

because of things related to financial status,

that's not true. That's a lie we tell. Remember, partner,

you don't want to nurture that kind of feeling anymore.

Because in fact, we are all equal.

Anyhow, I said an actual lot, right?

I talked a lot, on this video,

but I hope I have managed, somehow, to communicate with you,

and that you recognize your importance in this whole context,

you are very important.

And that you really put yourself in starting those changes

for your happiness and everyone's happiness.

So, take your part as well on the "Girls Count" campaign,

enter the website, choose your number,

and when you record your video representing one of those girls,

give all of your heart to them, certain that they deserve

all the abundance that you also deserve.

Record your videos feeling like that, 'cause we can contribute a lot for the success of this campaign.

So that the flow of these movements work in a much more effective way.

And guys, thanks a bunch,

I really thank you for having watched so far,

I'm so happy to be able to share all of this with you.

Bill O'Reilly Exposes Sick Thing Media's Doing To Trump And What CNN Really Thinks Of Middle America - Duration: 25:12.

Bill O'Reilly Exposes Sick Thing Media's Doing To Trump And What CNN Really Thinks

Of Middle America

Bill O'Reilly is not holding back and what he just exposed about the media needs to be

spread far and wide.

Writing an op-ed in the Hill, a respected online publication read by DC heavyweights,

Bill went after the media.

And hit them where it hurts.

"The utter disintegration of journalism in America is a huge, untold story.

The case of Rex Tillerson demonstrates this perfectly.

This week, NBC News, using the now very common anonymous sourcing, reported that Secretary

of State Rex Tillerson threatened to resign and called President Trump a "moron.""

Despite everyone's – from Trump to Rex Tillerson's denial – they still ran the

story and worse still stand by it.

That is when the wolves pounced according to Bill.

"Instantly, the anti-Trump press decided the anonymous allegation was true.

On CNN, news anchor Kate Bolduan, among others, proclaimed the accuracy of the report even

though Tillerson himself denied any resignation threat and refused to even address the moron

thing."

Correct.

The Bill asked about the "political agenda" of the sources which is actually more important

than what the sources say because everyone in DC has an agenda and until you know it

your reporting will not be accurate.

"Does the anonymous source have a political agenda?

Does the source have a personal beef against Tillerson or Trump?

We don't know.

And many so-called journalists don't care.

If the allegation is sensational, it gets reported — verification and perspective

be damned.

So this is where we are as far as "journalism" is concerned: All allegations against politicians

or famous people, who have a very high bar if they want to sue, are broadcast or printed.

They then become talk-show facts, discussed as if the anonymous accusations are absolutely

accurate."

Then Bill exposes the sick, demented thing the media is trying to do to President Trump,

"There is no question that most media organizations want to get President Trump out of office.

A recent study by the Pew organization says that, during his first three months in office,

only 5 percent of press coverage of Mr. Trump was positive.

Genghis Khan got better press.

But, again, this is all by design — get Trump!"

After that lethal line, "Genghis Khan got better press" Bill went on to reveal what

the media really thinks of middle America

"The press used to have an obligation to provide facts and fairness.

In America, that is no longer the case.

The media is taking all of us for morons."

Yep.

5% of the press coverage is positive…unreal.

Thanks Bill for exposing this.

Mommies and daddies, please join us so we can count all the girls that

do not have access to education.

You can do this by visiting ONE.org and YouTube.
