Cuphead review in a minute and a half - Duration: 1:38.

About three years ago this run and gun action game was announced and since then I've been

closely following it.

After some delays in production it finally touched down a week ago.

It's most striking feature is that is almost completely hand-drawn on animation paper and

then digitized to achieve an old timey feel.

And it's music and sound effects also reflect this strive for authenticity.

However the fantastic animations and sounds would be nothing without the very inventive

level design.

All bosses have multiple stages, that while frustrating to fight are original and interesting.

The same goes for the run and gun levels which incorporate different mechanics and foes.

And also because the controls are responsive and the enemies have good hitboxes the player

always feels in control.

There are also different types of weapons and upgrades, that are unlocked either through

specific in game levels or bought with in-game currency.

And also there is two player local co-op which is great fun.

After beating the final boss a new game-mode is unlocked that doesn't introduce new mechanics

but only speeds up the existing levels, which provides a bit of replayability.

However the game is tough even without it, so people who wanted something more forgiving

aren't going to find it here.

And while I don't have a problem with hard games in general, I believe that it negatively

impacts Cuphead, as it has a lot of unique aspects not related to difficulty.

And if the game had an easier setting, that could have opened it up to more people.

Overall I think Cuphead is a rare experience, that is sometimes overshadowed by it's own

difficulty.

President Trump Drops Nuke Bomb On CNN And Rachel Maddow

President Trump has been battling the fake news machine for a while now.

There is no reason for him to stop because they consistently spread lies and anti-Trump

agenda instead of solely reporting the truth.

President Trump decided to use his best option to spread his call for "fake news networks"

He got on Twitter on Thursday and let the genius flow.

He made sure to say that the Senate Intelligence Committee should investigate MSNBC, CNN, and

NBC just to name a few.

If you ever spend more than 10 minutes on Twitter reading the liberal news outlets,

you will see his point.

The Twitter call out comes after Trump destroyed NBC News for their lie on Wednesday about

Rex Tillerson wanting to resign.

They said he practically resigned after Trump gave his speech to the Boy Scouts and that

he called the President, "a moron."

Trump and the State Department have both discredited this malarkey.

Trump doubled down on NBC in a tweet issued less than an hour later Thursday.

It also comes the day after Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Sen. Richard Burr, R-NC,

and ranking member Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, reported that the issue of collusion with

Russia is still unresolved and open.

This is a great move by Trump.

It not only puts it on the radar, it scares them like he scared Comey into telling the

truth.

Trump is killing the left and he will win in 2020, especially if a wall gets started.

What do you think about this from Newsmax?

Richard Burr will lose his next election.

Sacred Valley (Peru) - Duration: 7:07.

Visiting the Sacred Valley is like flipping through some chapters in the history of the Incas.

Located in the department of Cuzco, this valley was one of the main production centers of the Incas.

And today is one of the most popular tours for those who visit Cuzco and Machu Picchu.

Our first stop is Chinchero, which is a village 25 kilometers from Cusco

and it's known for producing tissues.

We're an organization of women who come from different communities.

We're 15 families.

We walk two hours every day to work here.

Here, we make natural handicraft.

We use plants, herbs such as eucalyptus, Chilca leaves and colle flowers.

For colors, for example, we use the colle flower for yellow.

For green, use eucalyptus or Chilca.

For the red, more than 24 shades, we use the famous cochineal,

which is an insect of the Indian fig opuntia.

And for the black, we use the black alpaca wool.

Chinchero is also starting point for an easy level trekking.

It is a descent through the valley ranging from 3500 meters over sea level

up to 2900 meters in Urquillos, where the trekking ends.

"Jaku, jaku" is the word in Quechua that means "let's go."

We are now beginning this walk of about three hours,

between Chinchiro and Urquillos.

But it's essential to hire a guide from this region.

Although it's a very easy trekking, It's very easy to get lost

because it isn't a trekking where you can find signs.

The tour is one of the activities that is part of the lodge to lodge crossing up to Machu Picchu.

It is a 7-day program in which you arrive at Machu Picchu on the seventh day.

But what happens in the previous 6 days to Machu Picchu?

We visit many archaeological sites, not only along the Sacred Valley,

but also on the edges of the Sacred Valley, as, for example, Chinchero.

Another famous place of the Sacred Valley is Písac, in the Urubamba Valley.

It's just over 30 km from Cuzco and it's known for its archaeological site.

Back to downtown, there's still time to visit the famous Pisac street markets.

Another classic is the colonial oven, a construction with eucalyptus woods

which until now bakes the famous Pisac bread, sold at 50 cents each.

The botanical garden is another place worth a visit there in Pisac.

We usually associate the Andes with an arid, lifeless place.

But in this botanical garden, I'm going to visit now, they have more than 300 types of plants.

As Pisac is in an Andean valley, this creates a kind of micro climate.

We are, more or less, at three thousand meters above the sea level.

It means we're in a high place,

but thanks to the geological formation of this valley, It creates a micro climate.

That's why there are several plants that can be seen even under two thousand meters.

We're used to that idea of long cactus with thorns.

But only here in this botanical garden there are 600 different types of cacti.

We are a stone throw away from Machu Picchu!

But first I'll make a stop in Ollantaytambo,

which is the city from where trains departure to Aguas Calientes,

the main gateway to Machu Picchu.

The most famous tourist attraction of the city is the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo

they believed it was probably the capital of the Sacred Valley.

At Incas' time.

The place is known for buildings of stone and adobe.

And up here, besides we have a panoramic view of the city,

you can know a little of what was the urban complex at that time.

But whoever comes here only think of a single place: the lost city of Machu Picchu.

Trains depart from Ollantaytambo, at several times of the day,

and take just under two hours to reach Aguas Calientes,

the nearest town to Machu Picchu.

And one last tip: on the way, choose the left side of the train,

from where you have a privileged view of the Andes, the Urubamba River and jungle.

And if you also want to know Machu Picchu,

subscribe to our channel to follow the trip to the coveted city of the Incas.

Fear of vaccine [PT-EN-ES] - Duration: 5:27.

I will tell a story for you to come children.

Now to poop in a pot you win bonbon?

Hello everyone, YouTube here is your friend Powermafia today I will tell you about it

Of the work I was given to take vaccine.

That business I do not want I do not want I do not want it I do not do not I do not do it as soon as I do

I got to work yes and I think people speak the truth sometimes is not the best

option.

You tell the truth to boy you talk you will take vaccine and do not know what you

You see the boy is scared, the scared is the same thing as talking to the bull to talk

ox the ox is there passing the oxbowl grazing quiet or face Speak there ox soon

I see you there on the plate. Poxa complicated even the thing speaking thus I see you in the slaughterhouse

and that was what happened.

Funny I do not remember him post to go on health post taking vaccine was always in the pharmacy and always

I was towed my father pulling so I went to tow towed.

I think my dad could have a psychology a little more even a word

of comfort because you talk to the child so.

Then take vaccine.

I think it was not enough I speak to my children when I had to give vaccine

When I had to give injection or even take blood I say something like that.

Looks you better take the vaccine because the vaccine hurts a little but the disease that

vaccine prevents it is much more than this pain because if you catch the disease the thing is

would be a consolation then a breath for child who is afraid I think it is a good

option for you. Or a bargain who knows.

Look at the kid I'll give you a chocolate after you take the vaccine if you take the

vaccine without giving too much work or doing much scandal and give you a chocolate what that

Does it cost?

Funny that for the vaccine had no ox no did not have this deal but I remember a lot

Well I won I won a Copenhagen Bonbon for having pooped in a pot.

I mean to take a vaccine that hurts not gain nothing now to poop in the pot

You win bonbon is a thing that hahahaha People excuse hahahahahahah people kkkk

There we go there I got there at the pharmacy it seemed like I was entering the execution room

And the pharmacist was the executioner And logically if you're in the doom you ask

one last request and usually I asked for to close my eyes there I would stay like this

hahahaha kkkkk the pharmacist applied the vaccine passed there or alcohol but I do not even

looked hahahaha kkkkk was people happened people

and it greatly damages the needles of

formerly they are not even needles that today they are thinner the needles were

very thick I think they were from Iron was not a modern business as it is today I know

ached well yes my fear my complaint was not not for nothing.

But I think I'll see if I poop in the pot I see if I win a bonbon who

You know, do not you?

It's personal this was the story a hug of PowerMafia you were also working

You have a face that gave work is to take vaccine to draw blood wants to tell me

share or my video comments account to your story a hug from Powermafia Stay

all with God

How granite countertops took over American kitchens - Duration: 6:17.

"Yeah, I like the granite countertop!"

Wait a second.

No, no, no, no... listen, listen.

Your granite countertop's: beautiful.

My counters are awful.

But the hype is a little over the top.

"I love this granite countertop. I like it, I like it very much."

That's good you like it.

But if you watch these house hunting shows, it's like

granite countertop hunting, maybe with a house attached.

"Granite is the cherry on top of the sundae when it comes to your kitchen."

Isn't this all a bit much?

When Consumer Reports looked at countertops,

they noted that while granite is great for heat and scratches,

it can chip,

and it needs periodic resealing.

Quartz can be similarly priced and is "more durable and requires less maintenance."

Our dream kitchens used to look like this.

So how did we get to:

"To be able to have granite countertops is just awesome."

"Glad we could help you with a life goal."

Granite countertops are about hype, not quality alone.

And that hype says something

about how trends trickle down from the elite to everybody else.

This is a grainy 1955 video where a woman brags about her awesome kitchen.

"This whole kitchen was designed for efficiency and convenience."

She shows off hot new countertops that definitely weren't granite.

"No danger with Formica, won't ever stain."

Formica was the flashiest brand of laminate that kept counters stain and scratch free.

The technology flourished in the 50's, and it was part of a national trend.

After World War II, there was a sustained housing boom.

Laminate counters were in, and they went in all those new houses.

"Housing, for the seventh straight year, the industry has topped one million starts."

Prominent companies like the one that made Youngstown Kitchens

benefitted from the boom.

After supplying steel for military orders during World War II,

they went on to sell all-steel kitchen cabinets

with laminate tops that fit right in.

These installed kitchens set a standard across all the new homes in America.

And it was easy to put in countertops, like "Cusheen,"

a weird type of vinyl,

linoleum,

and sweet, sweet laminated edge grain maple.

These laminates were a luxury compared to wood,

but they were more affordable

thanks to a booming industry and lots of construction.

And manufacturers were darn proud of their steel kitchens,

as this Youngstown choir sings.

Laminates showed up in millions of homes.

So how did we go from, "No danger with Formica..." to

"Oh my god the color... the iridescence is so sparkly "

The answer is surprisingly similar To what helped laminates take over in the 1950's.

Emerson Schwartzkopf at Stone Update put together this data on Worked granite imports from 1996 to 2016.

"Worked granite" basically means granite that's ready to be cut into gorgeous countertops.

1996 shows where granite was, with a relatively low 206,000 metric tons imported to the US.

It was elite.

So what made it ten times more popular a decade later?

Granite had cred because it was rare.

In 1987, the LA Times said it could get you "status points."

So, in the 2000's, a few things had to happen to make the elite material accessible to the middle class.

You might think of granite as Italian,

"You know there's actually one mountain less in Italy because of all this, hahaha."

But these days, it's often Brazilian.

Look at 2014, for example.

Brazil was 54% of US imports.

Italy was just 6%.

That big shift to a worldwide supply of granite made it more accessible.

Granite became easier to mine and ship.

New technological advances,

like computer controlled cutting,

made it easier to cut all that granite locally.

Finally, look at when that chart peaks.

2006.

The granite bubble and housing bubble came at the same time.

Just as laminates rode technological and construction booms in the 50's,

granite rode the similar waves in the 2000's.

Granite was good,

but its timing made it overrated.

and that might be why we're starting to correct.

The end of that chart shows a dip in granite.

That's for a lot of reasons, some of which are bigger than interior design trends.

But if you watch house hunting shows you'll see there are other materials catching on.

"My wish list would include quartz countertops.."

That might be the reason we keep searching for it.

"Our homes acquire new grace, new glamour, new accommodations,

expressing not only the American love of beauty,

but also the basic freedom of the American people,

which is the freedom of individual choice."

There are so many amazing laminate patterns from the 1950's.

I have to point out one,

and that is the Formica boomerang.

You'll never guess why it's called that.

It's called … it looks like a boomerang.

Man United fans are relishing the perfect start that Mourinho's side have made so

far this season.

The Special One has always managed to perform as one of the best managers in the world no

matter what club he's been in charge of.

The highly decorated Portuguese gaffer has earned his sides an impressive 25 titles so

However, they face Liverpool at the Theater of Dreams as their next fixture in the schedule.

This isn't going to be easy as the Reds have the players and quality in manager who

can hurt United, so they're going to need to be at their best.

Liverpool come into the game sitting in a measly 7th place but hungry for improvement

and are always up for a game against the rivals United, where they've enjoyed a lot of success

in the recent past.

So, if United are going to want to come out of the game with their unbeaten streak intact

What is the Age of Accountability? - Duration: 5:08.

(music)

Yeah, a question often arises from people about

children and infants, and the Age of Accountability.

There are certain traditions within Christendom

that argue for a specific Age of Accountability,

and tied to that is before that age,

then infants are or children are innocent.

They receive salvation, because they have not met that age,

and at that age, they then have to make a decision

whether they will be for Christ or not.

And so this question is often asked in theology.

It's an honest question that needs to be addressed.

If we turn to Scripture, there is no passage

that I can turn to that says

this is the Age of Accountability.

We are treated as image bearers,

who are responsible for our actions,

yet we know from natural growth

that there's less understanding of obviously an infant

and greater understanding as there is maturity.

But there's no specific passage that says

this is now the point where one was not responsible before

and now one is responsible.

There's nothing like that.

Behind this question obviously is the question of

can a child be saved?

An infant salvation?

Are they responsible for their sin?

If they haven't reached that kind of maturity,

where they're able to think of the things of God,

respond to them appropriately

or reject the revelation that is given to them.

And in previous videos of Honest Answers,

my colleague Dr. Tom Schreiner did an excellent job

in thinking through this whole question of infant salvation.

We are guilty in Adam.

We are also individually responsible.

There are some hints,

and certainly the history of the church

has said that there's some hints that

infants will before they are able to.

And we don't know what exactly that age is,

where there is a suppression of the truth

or a turning away from the truth.

But God will show mercy.

And in the end,

on the previous video that Dr. Schreiner mentioned,

he went back to Genesis 18:25,

which is very, very important.

In the end, God is just and righteous and good.

He will always do what's right.

He will display mercy,

but that mercy will not be contrary to his justice.

Yet there is hope and confidence, I think, that

those who have not matured, whether in the womb,

whether through miscarriages or certain deformities

and young children, who have not reached that ability,

not so much an age, but an ability to respond

to the revelation around them,

that God is merciful and will show himself in that way.

So I think that's how we need to think through this issue

of the age of accountability.

The fact that children do mature

and there's a growth process, we have to be very careful

that we then don't turn around and use a kind of reasoning

that Scripture would not allow.

Some may think that, well if my child is maturing,

they can't fully understand.

Maybe it's best that I don't tell them

the truths of the gospel.

I don't know when the Age of Accountability is,

we don't have that.

Yet maybe that if they are young enough

and I don't tell them,

that if they did die or something happened to them,

that would be better for them.

That kind of reasoning is just not

what Scripture gives to us.

We're not given an Age of Accountability.

We are realizing that children do mature,

yet our responsibility as parents and adults

is to raise children in the fear of the lord,

to entrust them to the lord,

to give them to his care,

to not use that kind of reasoning to

lead us from our responsibility of praying for our children,

teaching our children the things of the Lord,

and praying that God would be gracious to them

and open their eyes and open their hearts

as they do mature, to receive and to believe

in the Lord Jesus Christ.

10 GADGETS VOOR HIPSTERS! - UP2D8 - Duration: 2:38.

Hipsters. They're everywhere! with there skinny jeans, big ass glasses and long.. long beards!

Unless of course you're a female hipster-UBLBL

These are 10 gadgets for hipsters.

Xculpter, a blow dryer with a special add-on to turn your beard in the best beard ever.

Instead of pointing at that awful beard, people are gonna be jealous of that great, voluptuous beard

Arrow. And no i'm not talking about that one dude with his bow & arrow.

I'm talking about a tie. A wooden tie.

If there's one thing hipsters love, it's wood. and if they can rub it in everyone's faces...

they will do accordingly.

Lasso shoes. Give your feet some rest from being in those cowboy boots or moccasins

and try these DIY-slippers!

Comfortable slippers that keep your hipster feet nice and warm, without losing any hipster cred.

The polaroll. Hipsters (believe it our not) go to the bathroom too once in a while.

But if you wanna hipster-up your bathroom experience...

you better consider this toilet roll holder in the shape of a polaroid.

There's probably no built-in camera........

Coffee ceiling light. A hipster is always drinking coffee...wherever he is!

When you're a hipster but you don't drink coffee at all, you might wanna try out this lights instead!

Perfect to reassure people that you're unmistakably a hipster.

Burnie grill. Remember that thing I said about wood?

This wooden camp fire doesn't let you use chemicals to start a fire and...

It's 100% wood so that means you don't even have to clean it up when you're done camping.

The Qwerkywriter. A keyboard in the shape of a typewriter to fulfill those hipster cravings.

And to finally kickstart that biography your intending to write... Possibly in a Starbucks.

The axe table. Probably a little stereotypical of me... But ALL hipsters are lumberjacks.

So that means they'll greatly appreciate a table made out of wood and axes.

You're welcome.

The beard bib... it's not easy maintaining the hipster life style.

This thing keeps you from having small hairs in the sink. You pull it over your head-

You stick it to the mirror and your girlfriend will never complain about lost hairs all over the place.

Mustache hangers, coathangers in the shape of the ultimate beacon of a hipster.

The mustache.

Except there won't be any leftover food or tooth paste hanging from this one,

but skinny jeans and lumberjack shirts.

4 English Sayings I REALLY HATE - Duration: 9:29.

Time is money. Actually, you know what? I don't think it is.

Hey everyone, Dana here! Let's talk idioms that drive me up the wall.

Eh, eh, you see what I did there?

Idioms that drive me up the wall, drive me up the wall is also an idiom, uh-huh…I know.

I'm corny.

But anyway, really, there are some common English sayings, at least commonly used where

I'm from in the U.S., that I just can't stand.

I really hate these sayings.

I hate the sayings and I hate what they mean and I hate how they are used in our society today.

Maybe at some point in time these sayings made sense, and served an important purpose,

but in my opinion, how they're used today is simply not good.

I don't like the ideas that these sayings represent or I don't like how I've often

experienced these sayings being used.

And let's start with the saying that I mentioned in the intro, time is money.

As with many sayings, this one just kind of gets tossed around so much - time is money - that

I've found it really easy to internalize it and without really even realizing it, just accept the

idiom as some kind of fact of the world or inevitable certainty, but that's not the case.

It's just a saying, not a fact.

But hearing it over and over and over again, time is money, time is money, time is money

kind of brainwashed me.

Like I found myself just kind of buying into this idea that time is money.

That we shouldn't waste time because we need to be using that time to earn precious money.

I hate that this idea has wormed its way into my brain.

First of all, don't even get me started on the phrase "wasted time," I don't

like that one either, but anyway; how ridiculous is the saying "time is money," getting

at that basically any time not spent toward earning money is wasted time.

Um, excuse me, no, what kind of crap is that?

There are countless, endless beautiful and wonderful and important things to do in life

that have nothing at all to do with making money.

So if I never, ever hear this saying again I will be very happy, but I know that's

probably not going to happen because as I said before, it's a pretty common saying

and one that I think people just often toss out without, I would say, really thinking

about the implications of what it actually means.

I know that I have certainly done that before.

I've used this saying so much without really thinking about it.

And that's exactly the problem.

People keep repeating over and over again, time is money so often that the world, I feel

like, actually starts to believe it.

But so I'm going to do my little tiny part in striking this saying from my vocabulary.

I'm going to try really hard not to say time is money.

Time is time and money is money, but no, time is not money.

And while we're on the subject of money, another saying that I really don't like

is "money can't buy happiness."

Now, okay, I do feel like this saying has good intentions, trying to remind people that

happiness doesn't come from money alone...although we do need a certain amount of money in this

world in order to live.

But okay, the saying is there to try to remind us that we need to look inward for our happiness

rather than just expecting money to simply poof, solve everything and make us happy.

But it really irritates me and I think is potentially dangerous that this saying is

so commonplace and so often tossed out in a world where the previous saying, that I

just finished pulling apart - time is money - is also so ubiquitous.

It's like, come on society, you can't have it both ways.

One moment you're standing there telling me time is money, don't waste your time

on anything else.

You gotta go earn that cold hard cash.

And then in the next breath I feel like society is looking down at me, shaking its head in

disappointment, like, silly Dana, everyone knows money can't buy happiness.

Then why did you just tell me time is money? It just feels to me like the world is

tugging me in two completely conflicting directions

with both of these sayings existing in the same world and both of them being used so often.

What do you want from me?

Another saying that drives me crazy is "it's now or never."

Nope. Wrong. Wrong. Just...wrong.

In my life more than anything else this saying and the idea behind this saying has been used

by myself as well as by others to try to pressure me into doing things that I simply have not

been ready to do at that point in time.

And while, yes sometimes it really is truly a now or never situation, a lot of the time,

in my experience, when this saying has been used by me on myself or by others on me as

a way to try to pressure me into doing something, it wasn't actually, truly a case of

now or never.

It was really usually more of a case of now or at some other point in time in the future,

which would probably end up being a little bit more inconvenient to myself or the other

person trying to pressure me into doing the thing.

And the last hated English saying for this video, because there are more, there are more

of them, and maybe I'll make another video about some of those other ones in the future,

but lastly for this video, we have "don't cry over spilled milk."

So this saying is supposed to mean that the person shouldn't worry about events that

have already happened and which they cannot do anything about, like, for example, if you

spill milk, no point sitting around crying about it because, well, it's already been

spilled...there's nothing you can do about it, might as well just move on with your life.

And while I do think that it's important to try to focus on the things that we can

do something about in life, and try not to dwell on the things that we can't do anything

about, I know that in my life both internally from myself and externally from others, this

saying has been used to try to discourage me from allowing myself even a single second

to be disappointed or frustrated or sad about something, just because that something is

something that I can't change, it's something I can't do anything about, so I'm not allowed

to feel disappointed about it.

Which I am learning is also not so healthy for me.

Okay, right, it might not be so healthy for me to dwell on it, but I've also learned

that it is important for me to allow myself to feel the feeling of disappointment of sadness

of frustration or whatever it is I'm feeling.

Even if that feeling comes from something that I can't change.

I still need to give myself some time to feel that feeling.

And then after that, make the decision to move on with my day.

So my question for you is: What is your take on these sayings, and what sayings in English

or any language do you dislike?

I'm like jumping an invisible jump rope. I don't think that's how jump ropes work.

Eee!

As with many sayings, feels...yeah.

Pretty clever I think. I know I'm corny. But I like it.

Dogs assist people with disabilities, mingle with people for emotional healing - Duration: 3:49.

Dogs.

Often called Man's Best Friend.

For many owners, they're not just pets... but life-long family members.

There's a lot more these canines can offer us than companionship.

For our news features tonight, Oh Jung-hee gets us better acquainted with service dogs...

that assist people with disabilities... and mingle with people for emotional development.

This is Somi, a guide dog for people with visual impairments.

While walking with her owner,... Somi stops when she approaches an obstacle... so that

the owner can check what it is and make his way past it.

(SOV) She's waiting for her owner to give the next

command.

Until then, she just waits.

( .)

When there's a fork in the road... or some stairs...

Somi does the same.

On the stairs, Somi stops at the first and last steps... to let the owner know whether

to go up or down... or that he's reached the top or bottom.

Somi is one of the dozens of dogs currently being trained at the Korean Assistance Dog

Association.

The association trains dogs that help people with visual or hearing difficulties and those

who're physically challenged or depressed.

(Korean) "These dogs should be social,... and shouldn't

be difficult for both people and other dogs to get along with.

They also shouldn't fear things,... and shouldn't be aggressive."

For people with hearing problems,... whenever the phone rings or there's a knock at the

door,... the dogs take their owner to the spot where the sound's coming from.

Service dogs for physically challenged people are trained to carry out a few basic tasks

-- like turning on and off the light,... opening and closing the window and taking objects

from one place to another.

They also bark loudly when there's an accident... to alert passersby.

(Korean) "Our work is no easy job.

We come to work at six in the morning and work until seven in the evening.

It's tough work.

But the sense of achievement is great when we finish training our dogs and give them

over to disabled people.

We feel energized again when we see our dogs helping people go out into the world."

(Stand-up) "We've just seen dogs being trained to assist

people with disabilities,... but there are other ways dogs help people.

Here at this kindergarten,... dogs take part in classes, mingle with kids and become their

friends."

Trainers from Nanum Virus -- a firm that runs healing programs with dogs -- bring dogs to

this kindergarten every month.

Rookie fetches the Frisbees kids throw... and Miki sits in the middle of a group of

kids and interacts with them.

The trainers' role is to continuously encourage kids to communicate with dogs -- asking them

questions, complimenting them, and saying thank you.

This process helps the children's emotional development as well as help them learn how

to communicate better with people around them and grow fond of people.

(Korean) "Children who have difficulties getting along

with other kids in the classroom... show the same problem when interacting with dogs, too.

So we constantly encourage kids to compliment and thank the dogs.

Kids who weren't able to say such things to their friends... later learn to do so, by

first starting to say them to the dogs."

Having dogs by our side for assistance and friendship may seem like nothing special.

In fact, with robotics and artificial intelligence being developed at a faster pace than ever,...

many may think assistance for disabled people may be done better by machines.

But machines can't fill in for the unconditional love and loyalty dogs can offer for humans...

which is what makes dogs... the greatest companion for assistance.

(Episode 93)

Grandma did a great job with your hair.

Uri, let's go to the supermarket.

Really?

Yes. I'm so excited.

Uri, go put on your jacket.

Okay.

But can you manage without a car?

I'm only getting things

that Suhyeok and Bora left out.

Uri, could you grab my phone, too?

Yes, okay.

(Jin Dohyeon)

Mr. Tall.

Bong Uri.

Why are you answering?

Because I have the phone.

But I miss you a lot.

Why aren't you coming?

Should I come now?

Not now.

I have to go to the supermarket with Mom.

Really?

It's a great snack for children.

It's convenient, too.

It's so good.

No, Uri.

We must only buy what we need.

Put it back. Quick.

Good girl.

Good job.

Mr. Tall.

Bong Uri.

It's like the reunion of a separated family.

Why are you here?

Uri didn't tell you?

I came because Uri asked me to.

To be your porter.

That's right. I invited him.

You heard, right?

Uri, should we go over there?

Sure.

Okay. Let's go.

Here we go.

Slice, slice.

- Uri, here. Ah. / - Ah.

You eat so well.

Uri, eat up.

Thank you. You, too, Mr. Tall.

Thank you.

I have to hurry back home to do chores.

Even if you do,

the child needs to be fed.

It's past lunchtime.

You have a knack for being a wet blanket.

You didn't let me pay for the groceries, either.

Do you want to strip me of my uniform?

Why would I want to strip you

of your uniform...

We're related by marriage.

Anyway, you can't do that.

And all the gifts you brought when you visited?

Don't you know what moderation is?

I did exercise the utmost restraint.

Aren't you busy, since it's Chuseok?

I'm free as a bird.

I'd like to have homemade holiday food,

but Bora isn't around this year,

so it'll be very bleak.

Unless Bora's in-laws invite me over.

Geez. I'm dropping all kinds of hints,

but getting no answer.

Shouldn't the newlyweds do the shopping?

Is Bora slaving away in the kitchen

while her sister-in-law is breezily shopping?

Bora went to the office with Suhyeok,

since they have a lot of work.

Oh...

Isn't it okay to fuss over my little sister?

Here.

All set.

Thank you.

Eat away.

Why is Cha Taejin

so intent on catching Spotty?

He's probably trying to restore his reputation.

In the drug case three years ago, I stopped

Cha Taejin, who was pursuing Spotty

with evidence that he was a mule.

But Cha Taejin refused to let it go

and was disciplined for over-investigation.

I didn't know Spotty would cause trouble again.

Cha Taejin won't give up easily.

He's a real pain, isn't he?

It's natural for a cop, since a perpetrator

he'd been pursuing is now wanted for murder.

It's just a nuisance for us.

Spotty hasn't contacted you yet?

Not at all.

We must do whatever it takes

to get Spotty before Cha Taejin catches him.

If Cha Taejin nabs him,

Cha will go in for the kill.

Are you busy?

No.

We invited Gyeonga's son for dinner

tomorrow evening after the ancestral rites.

Okay.

I'll be home as soon as I'm done.

Is there something else?

Yes. Your mom said that

Chairman Jin asked Hwang to meet him

to discuss something about you.

Really?

It seems like they've caught on.

Something must be going on between them.

Taejin.

It's a murder case, Dad.

Someone died.

I must bring the truth to light.

A police officer can't back down just because

something looks dangerous.

Oh, my.

My poor bride. Good job today.

I used to cook for hundreds at one point.

This is nothing.

Wow, Jin Bora. Getting tougher by the day.

Hey, Suhyeok.

Don't take what I say the wrong way.

Okay. What is it?

I've stopped asking about getting our own place,

so let's not visit my parents' house this Chuseok.

What are you talking about?

It's the first holiday since we got married.

I don't want to see my dad

walking all over you anymore.

I know what you're saying,

but it wouldn't be right.

Suhyeok.

Let's just go for it.

If I get chewed out, so be it.

Good job today.

Bora did the lion's share of the work.

It must've been hard, since this is new for her.

Hey, this is nothing for Bora.

When she's volunteering,

she packs a few hundred boxed lunches.

Geez. Doing what you love isn't the same

as doing housework at your in-laws' house.

Men don't know anything.

How will you be a good husband at this rate?

I heard you and Inspector Cha broke up.

News sure travels fast.

I'm fine. Don't worry.

This is for the best,

since I was thinking maybe it had to end.

What was the reason?

Just because.

He said he felt he wasn't ready.

And I feel the same way.

A single mom and the only son of a head family?

It was a foolhardy undertaking to begin with.

I'm glad we ended it now rather than later.

Hey, Moo Suhyeok,

did marriage rob you of your intuition?

It doesn't help for you

to look at me like that right now.

Get angry and tell me

to get over that scoundrel.

That would be much more helpful.

Good night, newlywed.

Let's patrol the registered empty homes.

Yes.

There are always people

who do this despite our public awareness bulletins.

Aren't they being too careless

just because they registered with us?

Let go!

You're under arrest for breaking and entering.

You have the right to counsel,

to question the legality of this arrest,

and to justify yourself.

Are you okay?

Don't you know you can't open a door from behind?

The door was open, so I didn't think.

I told you not to let your guard down.

Getting hurt is a nuisance.

Get up.

How uncanny that he got caught like that.

Reality is often more dramatic than a TV drama.

He knew the house was empty from a photo

the owner posted on social media.

Anyway, good job, Inspector Cha and Officer Moo.

Go ahead and eat.

I couldn't visit my hometown,

but I get to eat holiday food thanks to you.

Thank you.

Wow. Homemade pancakes are indeed different.

This mung bean pancake is very savory.

I'll get going, sir.

Why? Why don't you eat first?

We're expecting a guest at home.

Enjoy your Chuseok.

Okay.

- Wow, it's good. / - Isn't it delicious?

Hello. I'm Son Juyeong.

Welcome.

It's nice to meet you.

We should've been more attentive.

You must've been upset.

Not at all, ma'am.

Gyeonga sang your praises,

and you are indeed handsome.

Thank you.

But where is...

Oh. It's very busy at the restaurant today.

And it's busy at Taejin's station, as it's Chuseok.

That's okay.

Don't worry about me.

Why can't they close up?

It's not like they'll make a fortune.

A lot of places are closed for Chuseok,

so they're getting a lot of orders.

Enjoy.

Daebak Nara Fried Chicken.

One seasoned and one plain?

We're sorry,

but we can't deliver today.

Are you nuts?

We're very sorry.

Go home.

I'm all set.

We need every penny we can earn.

Please listen to your husband.

I'll get mad if you get stubborn.

What about the customers?

Who cares about them when

a more important guest is coming to our house?

He left on a bad note last time.

What about Father's position?

We're so busy here.

Go on home.

I'll take care of everything here and tidy up.

Okay.

Let's be kind.

They say people with children need to be kind.

Okay, okay. Fine.

Nag, nag, nag.

Do better so I don't have to nag.

Geez.

Hi.

Is it always like this in this house?

I'm your grandma's son,

Son Juyeong.

Didn't you hear I was coming?

I'm Kang Haechan.

I'm the only grandchild.

Whoa.

Okay. I was like you when I was your age.

Hey, hey, hey. That's not how you do it.

What's with you?

It's just frustrating.

I'm a legend in that gaming world.

Have you heard of the name

King Cobra?

Sure. You might find it hard to believe.

Then I'll just have to show you.

Juyeong.

Yes, coming.

Call me.

I'll give you all the items I've collected.

Really?

Yes, since we're family now.

With these,

you can become the top player.

I'm off.

Have some of this for now.

But we're having dinner later.

But you'll get hungry in the meantime.

Where's Mr. Cha?

He went to the store

to get you beer.

What's wrong?

He seemed to be tiptoeing around you.

Did you two fight?

Fight? No.

Oh, come on. I could feel the tension.

You were madly in love. Has the passion cooled?

How can I be okay, given the state you're in?

What's wrong with the state I'm in?

If I'd known, I would've just stayed with you.

If Mr. Cha heard this, it'd hurt his feelings.

Mr. Cha is a good person.

Give me a break.

The truth is, he settled the debt.

What?

Do you think that lady

who grabbed you by your hair

suddenly went quiet for no reason?

Mr. Cha paid off

that $40,000.

What?

What are you talking about?

What did Dad do? Pay off $40,000?

Huijin...

So all of Dad's severance pay

went to paying off your debt?

I'm back.

Do you know what that money was?

It was Dad's retirement fund he received

after a lifetime of hard work.

What is Huijin talking about?

I thought Dad was just making excuses,

but that money was spent on you?

I can't believe this.

How could you think of getting money

from a guy before even marrying him?

That's enough!

No, it's not enough.

Hey, do you think this makes sense?

Dad paid off her debt with his severance pay!

I told you to stop!

Don't you how to be courteous to a guest?

I should get going.

Hey, Juyeong.

Did you have to do this?

What did I do?

What is all this about?

Mom, I'll explain later.

Grandma, Dad used...

Huijin!

I'll see him out.

Juyeong.

I'm your stepbrother Taejin.

Hi.

I'm sorry.

Why are you sorry?

You did nothing wrong.

I'm sorry.

I apologize on my sister's behalf.

Oh, no.

I can talk freely with you, right?

Of course.

Then just call me Taejin from now on.

I kept meaning to take you out for a meal,

but I've been so busy.

It's fine.

Your mom and my dad are doing well.

Huijin does lose her temper once in a while,

but she doesn't hold grudges.

So don't worry about your mom.

I'll take care of everything.

I'll get going.

Okay. Take care.

I'll call you.

Am I overreacting?

You flatly turned me down when I asked

for money for Haechan's private lessons,

so how could you be so generous to Ms. Oh?

Huijin.

What kind of life did you lead?

Were you on the run after swindling people?

Watch what you say.

I'm exercising a lot of restraint right now.

Huijin.

Huijin, we need to talk.

You think that'll scare me? Fine.

I'm sorry, Mom.

Get out.

Mother.

Didn't you hear me?

How maddening.

How could he use that money?

Wouldn't you be appalled, too?

He absolutely refused to help me,

but he paid off Ms. Oh's $40,000 debt.

Was that Juyeong's fault? Was it?

Who said it was? I'm just saying...

Then why did you lose it in front of him?

Did I go off on him?

I went off on Ms. Oh.

Don't you remember when we were little?

You know very well

how awful it feels to be mistreated

for something you didn't do.

So how could you do this to him,

especially on his first visit to his mom's house?

What happened?

What happened? Did you mess up again?

I don't know.

Hello.

I'm here, Ms. Lee.

Welcome.

What brings you here?

I had to come and wish you a happy Chuseok.

Here.

My goodness. You didn't have to.

That wouldn't be right.

There's spending money on top.

Lucky you, Mom.

And spending money to boot?

You fed me for how long?

I'd be a jerk if I didn't express my gratitude.

Feeding you sure is paying off.

Do indulge me in the future, too.

Hi, Juyeong.

Hi, Bora.

Why are you here so soon?

Weren't you going to your mom's house?

Geez. You caused a fiasco, didn't you?

You should've been more careful.

It would've been worse had it not been for Taejin.

Have some fruit.

Taejin is a real swell guy.

It hit me what having a brother is like.

He told me not to worry,

since he'd take care of everything.

No joke. I cried a little.

I wish you'd kept dating him.

He seemed like a great guy.

Maybe I should have.

Mom will come around soon enough.

Why didn't you tell me?

Why would I tell you?

It's okay. Don't worry about it.

It's all said and done anyway.

Why did you do that, like a fool?

How could I watch you get harassed?

Had you been in my position,

would you have just watched me suffer?

I'm sorry.

I didn't know,

and I was upset at you.

It's fine.

This is making me feel even sorrier.

Why today, of all days?

Juyeong must be really upset.

Cha Taejin speaking.

This is Moo Suhyeok.

Can I see you briefly?

Are things okay at your house?

Juyeong was very worried.

Things should quiet down in a few days.

Let's drink.

I'm sorry, but I have to work tomorrow.

I heard you broke up with Gunghwa.

Yes.

I was surprised by that.

I didn't know you'd give up so easily.

I'm sorry.

I'd like to know why.

Simply put, I fall short.

I thought I'd do well,

but it got too overwhelming.

Gunghwa said she wants to marry

a good dad for Uri over someone who loves her.

I get failing marks in that regard.

So you'll really call it quits here?

I'm sorry to have let you down.

I'm returning to the precinct soon.

Please help Gunghwa

move on quickly.

Ms. Heo met Mr. Cha Sangcheol a few days ago.

We must do whatever it takes

to get Spotty before Cha Taejin catches him.

If Cha Taejin nabs him,

Cha will go in for the kill.

You said he'd be here by Chuseok.

Something must have come up.

So how long must I wait?

He'll definitely be back next week.

Are you sure?

Oh, you're home.

Why did you hang up so abruptly?

Was it Cha Sangcheol?

Look at you, getting all serious.

What do you want to say?

It's Cha Taejin.

That little twerp is digging for dirt on me.

When you see your son,

tell him not to waste his time.

Hi, everybody.

Did you all have a nice Chuseok?

It looks like you ate a lot of holiday food.

Why? Do I look fat?

Do you?

You look like the full moon.

Geez. A really fat full moon.

My mother-in-law went all out,

since I hadn't visited in a while.

But I bet you brought her

yet another canned tuna gift set.

Well, yes...

Inspector Cha, can we talk?

Those two are definitely up to something.

Are they working on a secret mission?

With Assistant Inspector Park?

He used to work in Criminal Investigations.

Spotty is one ruthless thug.

He'd come close to killing several before.

Based on the testimony of debtors he harassed,

he's really ruthless.

Signing over body parts? That's nothing.

He's always been like that.

Anyway, seeing how Jin keeps meeting Hwang,

something must be going on between them.

We must locate Spotty before anything else,

so let's keep an eye on Jin.

Because Spotty is much more likely

to contact Jin than Hwang.

You're right, since he did lie low

under Jin's protection during the drug case.

What is it?

What are you two talking about so secretively?

This doesn't concern you.

Get out.

I thought you mentioned Senior Inspector Hwang.

Now you eavesdrop, too?

I just overheard. I didn't eavesdrop.

Senior Inspector Hwang concerns me, too.

Stay out of it.

It has nothing to do with you.

Why are you going back on your word?

Are you trying to ostracize me?

Didn't we agree

to be partners?

Moo Gunghwa.

Did you dump him, or did he dump you?

I got dumped, of course.

That's why I told you to dump him first.

It must be tough for Stepmom.

I failed to do it myself,

but protect the woman you love.

Who is it?

It's Bora.

We're here.

How much will it take for you to leave Bora?

I truly love her.

Love?

Are you on a secret mission with Inspector Cha?

What are you doing here?

Just do your station duties properly.

How about a round with me?

I'm sorry.

What are you going to say now?

You don't excite me.

Why are we attracted to funny people ? according to science

Research has shown the connection between humour and attraction many times.

One study asked 35 volunteers, to rate the Facebook profiles of 100 strangers, 300 students

to fill out a survey on humour and courtship, and then 51 single volunteers to spend 10

minutes, chatting to a partner they'd never met, and rate how attractive they were.

The conclusion was if men made more effort to be funny, and they got more laughter in

response, they had better chances of romance.

Another study looked at how males and females differ in how they value their partner's humour.

The researchers asked 129 students to complete tasks, about how they respond to humour, and

also how they want their humour to be received.

Men emphasised the importance of their partner to laugh at their jokes, whereas women valued

both production and reception of humour equally.

the results of another study of 60 women.

It found that women were three times more likely to give their phone number, to a man

who told the jokes, than one who didn't.

The humorous men were also considered more attractive, intelligent, funny and sociable.

Professor Jeffrey Hall, a communications studies researcher at the University of Kansas, surveyed

the findings of 39 studies of over 15,000 participants to analyse the importance of

humour in relationships.

According to Hall, the fact that people think you're funny, or that you can make a joke

out of anything, is not strongly related to how satisfied you or your partner will be

in a relationship.

What is strongly related to relationship satisfaction however, is the humour couples create together.

Playfulness between partners is crucial to building a lasting relationship, says Hall,

because it creates bonds and establishes security.

So if you want to guess which couples will last the longest, look out for the ones who

are laughing together.
