Don't Ignore These Early Symptoms of Kidney Disease - Duration: 11:25.

Hi, I'm Julie on this occasion I will talk about the signs and symptoms of kidney disease

Please note the content provided below and elsewhere on this video is not intended nor should it be construed as providing professional

medical or nutritional advice

Kidney disease is one of the most deadly silent killers

People often are not aware. They have a problem until it becomes critical

according to the National Kidney Foundation

More than 26 million people in America suffer from some kind of kidney disease

The kidneys are important for overall health

performing many vital functions in the body

they also help maintain a balance of water and

Concentration of minerals such as sodium potassium and phosphorus in the blood

kidney function declines with age

However certain factors put you at higher risk of kidney disease

These include family history

diabetes high blood pressure smoking and obesity

Here are the top 10 symptoms of kidney disease that you must know

The 1 changes in urinary function

The first symptom of kidney disease is a change in your urinary function

The change may be in the amount and frequency of the year a new pass

Other changes may include 1 getting up at night a few times to urinate

To urge to urinate more often, but not able to do so 1 using the restroom

3 urine that is darker than usual

For you Naomi you're bubbly

five urine that contains blood

six cleaning pressure or having difficulty urinating

seven Bing or a burning sensation during urination

Tune swelling in the body

Before we continue this video do not forget to subscribe my channel to see if they're useful health videos

It's the kidneys job to remove waste and extra liquid from the body

When this does not happen the extra fluid and water buildup causes swelling

This can be in the hands feet ankle joints face and under the eyes you

May also notice dimpling of the skin after being pressed for a few seconds

Three severe fatigue and weakness

When the kidneys do not function properly, there is a high chance of feeling fatigue most of the time

You may feel tired exhausted or generally lack energy without any known reason

Two common causes of these symptoms are Nemean accumulation of waste products in the body

Healthy kidneys make a hormone called a troponin met aids production of oxygen carrying red blood cells

Damaged kidney make less of this hormone

Eventually leading to a decreased red blood cell count

Also, when the kidneys do not function properly it's harder for your body to get rid of harmful toxins and substances

This can lead to loss of appetite

Excess toxins in the body and loss of appetite make you less energetic

For busyness if

Kidney disease causes anemia you may suffer from frequent dizziness, which is a feeling of lightheadedness

unsteadiness or loss of balance

This happens because anemia can prevent your brain from getting enough oxygen

it can further cause memory problems trouble concentrating and difficulty sleeping if

You are suffering from sudden dizziness and poor concentration

Take it seriously and get a medical check-up

Five

unexplained back pain

Unexplained aches and pains in the back as well as sides of your abdomen can be symptoms of undiagnosed kidney disease or kidney infections

When kidneys do not function properly you may experience pain stiffness and fluid in the joints

Pain in the lower back and groin can also be caused by kidney stones in the urethra

polycystic renal disease and inherited kidney disorder which causes fluid-filled cysts in the kidneys can cause pain in the lower back

side or abdomen

If you experience severe cramping that spreads from the lower back into the groin consult your doctor immediately

6 skin breakouts and itching

sudden skin breakouts rashes irritation and excessive itching or also symptoms of some types of kidney conditions

Improper kidney function contributes to buildup of waste products and toxins in the body leading to many skin problems

another effect of poor kidney functioning is an imbalance of calcium and phosphorus in the blood which can lead to excessive itching if

You're otherwise healthy skin suddenly show signs of breakouts rashes and intense itching see your doctor

7 ammonia breath

kidney disease can also cause a metallic taste in the mouth or ammonia breath

This happens because poor kidney functioning leads to an increase in the level of urea in the blood

Urea is broken down to ammonia in the saliva. That's causing urine like bad breath known as ammonia breath

It can also cause an undesirable metallic taste in the mouth which can make food taste different

Eight nausea or vomiting

nausea

Vomiting and poor appetite a very common gastrointestinal symptoms among people suffering from kidney disease

nausea and vomiting most often occur when you get up in the morning as

the kidneys are not able to filter harmful toxins out of the blood it leads to an accumulation of

excessive urine let Rajan in the bloodstream

this stimulates the gastro intestinal

mucosa and causes nausea and vomiting if

You are still experiencing nausea and vomiting after taking medicines and necessary preventive measures

Consult a doctor before the condition becomes worse

9 feeling cold most of the time

This is another symptom of anemia, which could be caused by kidney disease

You may feel cold without any known reason even when in a warm environment at

Times you may even have a fever with chills if you feel cold much of the time along with dizziness and weakness

consult your doctor

10 shortness of breath

shortness of breath can also be a sign of Keithley disease

improper kidney functioning leads to extra fluid buildup in the lungs

Shortness of breath can also be due to anemia caused by kidney problems

In addition a buildup of potassium in the blood that is not filtered out by the kidneys may cause abnormal heart rhythms

Here's a list of some of the best foods and herbs to eat if your goal is to prevent and cure a kidneys disease

One apples

Apples are good for detoxifying and cleansing the kidneys as they are high in fiber and anti-inflammatory properties

Also apples help prevent urinary tract infections, and thus may help reduce the risk of kidney stones

At the same time apples are great for reducing cholesterol

protecting against heart problems decreasing your risk of cancer and helping prevent constipation

Have an apple each day to keep your kidneys functioning properly

You can enjoy this crunchy and juicy fruit raw and baked desserts, or as apple sauce or juice

according to a research published in the Journal of the American Society mythology a healthy diet consisting of fruits vegetables nuts

Low-fat dairy products and whole grains and low in salt red meat processed meat and sweetened beverages can help prevent kidney stones

To cauliflower

Before we continue this video do not forget to subscribe my channel to see other useful health videos

This cruciferous vegetable is high in vitamin C. And contains a good amount of folate and fiber

It also has compounds like indoles

glucosinolates and thiocyanates that help the liver neutralize toxic substances that can otherwise damage cell membranes and DNA

when consumed on a regular basis cauliflower can reduce inflammation and lower cholesterol levels due to its

antioxidant and anti-clotting properties

cauliflower can be eaten raw with Dipper in salads

You can also try steamed boiled fried roasted or baked cauliflower dishes

however being high in purines that lead to the accumulation of uric acid

Cauliflower may not be suitable for those suffering from gout and kidney stones

3 fish

Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation in the body and hence protect the kidneys from various diseases

Also, fish is a good source of high quality protein

according to a 2008 study published in American Journal of kidney diseases

consumption of fish helps lower abnormal levels of protein in urine and people suffering from diabetics

The types of fish that are best for the kidneys are salmon rainbow trout mackerel herring and tuna

the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association recommend having two to three servings of fish each week

You must eat steamed baked or roasted fish instead of fried fish to reduce kidney problems

For egg whites

Egg whites are recommended for people with kidney disease due to their low phosphorus content and high quality protein

high quality protein contains an essential amino acid which is necessary for the kidneys to function properly at

The same time when high quality protein is metabolized in the body it produces less waste product

You can use egg whites to make omelets or sandwiches or eat hard-boiled eggs without the yolk

People with kidney problems should avoid eating egg yolks

High protein intake too is not recommended as it can cause extra burden on the kidneys

Five olive oil

Olive oil is good for your heart as well as your kidneys this oil is a great source of oleic acid

anti-inflammatory fatty acids that lower oxidation and promote kidney health also

It is rich in polyphenols and antioxidant compounds that prevent inflammation and oxidation

virgin and extra virgin olive oil contain higher amounts of

Antioxidants than regular olive oil so use one of those to get the most health benefits

You can use olive oil to make salad dressing and in your everyday cooking

It's also good for dipping bread or marinating fish or vegetables

Men are From Mars Women are From Venus: 6 Ways Men & Women Communicate Differently - Duration: 11:29.

what's so funny is that when a man does something like this

she said what no you're kidding I can't believe that and then what did she say well what

did you say I oh my god and then what happened after that

that's like crack for a woman

thank you so much for tuning into Our 2nd Act with Paige and Silke we are

continuing our conversation today about that age-old topic communication and

relationships will we ever get it right and I'm so happy to welcome Richard Drobnick

to our program today Richard welcome to 2nd Act TV thank you so

much it really is a pleasure to be here and thank you for inviting me to your show

well Richard by way of introduction is

the director of the Mars and Venus counseling center in northern New Jersey

and if that sounds familiar it is an association with dr. John Gray correct

the world-renowned author of Men are from Mars Women are from Venus and you

know we're going to talk today about the differences in in communication style

what we need to understand about the differences in communication and

incidentally Paige wanted me to make sure I tell you that she uses dr. Gray's

book all the time in her counseling sessions and has even used it herself so

big fans .. so have I .. been married a long time and this information is just very very precious

and important and that's both as a professional and being married myself oh

and well and and that's why you're like the perfect guest not only you know

are we age appropriate here if you understand the 50 plus the audience and

understand a a successful happy marriage I of course as you know am a statistic

of gray divorce and so when I read these the you know your article on which the

reason I contacted you was the five different ways that men and women

communicate differently you know if people would only only know or

understand this information you know things might have gone differently I

don't know so tell us about that ... how and why are women and men so

different I was just saying I'm married like for 32 years now but my wife and I

joke about how smooth as silk you know never ripple in the sea ...marriage is

one of the most difficult things to negotiate and it's a it's a great

challenge to keep your relationship together and

getting back to what we're talking about this Mars Venus information is very

critical I think to being able to navigate that so how are we different I

mean the metaphor in in a nutshell is men are from Mars and men are very

analytical independent goal-oriented get the job done okay

women are more in a community or sharing talking feeling and helping one

another and so we come to earth and here we are very different and bring it up

to present time we're wired differently our brains are different our hormones

are different we come you know metaphorically from different

planets we speak different languages and so the idea that we're here now and need

to understand our differences because we forgot see before we used to know long

time ago when we were first met from these different planets we knew we were

different it's just like I know you're from Germany

okay this difference between Germany and America or Spain or whatever and if we

know we're different we we deal with that but if ...we accommodate for that ...we

forget we're different and we think we're supposed to be the same if we're

in trouble okay ... men in communication want to get to the point they want to

make a point and efficient efficiently as possible so they've usually thought about what

about what they want to say they want to get to the point and make the point and

that's that ...women on the other hand want to share feelings want to express

themselves and they can talk and talk and often women sort their feelings out

and get to what they really want to say by talking ...men love that ....oh no not a

long talk again or what she's gonna say and be critical of me this time

you know we'll talk about home improvement committee

so men want to get to the point and women want to be heard connect and share ... how easy is that??

.. it's very easy except men a men want to jump right in and solve the

problem I mean a man wants to help you I mean I want to have a purpose he wants to

make you feel better you know we talked about happy wife happy life I mean

you've heard that sure a man wants to come in and fix things and help things

work and a woman wants to be heard and listened to so man has to learn how wait

a minute are there's a difference so what I have to do is listen and hear the

feelings what is she really saying in a woman's talking and a man's listening

and connected to her feelings not jumping into fixin but just listening

and connected and a woman will feel better that a man has to learn it's not

gonna come naturally when I read the book of the first time you

know Men are from Mars Women are from Venus I was literally on the floor

laughing when John Gray was talking about something like women are talking

about some problems their having with Aunt Sedona

let's say and they're talking about things and Aunt Sedona did this and then

this happened and then that happened and this happened most men will go okay well

what's the point here you know Aunt Sedona said what you know like okay

let's go let's have sex you know we're done here

so women on the other hand again are wanting to be heard so what was so funny

is that when a man does something like this

she said what no you're kidding I can't believe that and then what did she say

what did you say I oh my god and then what happened after that

that's like crack for a woman men are never gonna do that unless they're taught

and told and educated but that's what a woman wants to really be heard and

really hear her feelings and not jump right in and solve it and fix it so when

a man learns that skill he can just listen be empathic feelings and she'll

feel better without having to work without him having to work so far yeah

and of course the ideal thing of course would be to understand how we're

different and maybe meet each other halfway so we meet each other halfway

again by by understanding a man can listen just like okay a man wants to be

appreciated all right and he wants to be seen as a can-do guy so a woman has to

refrain from trying to help him like he might she might help other women you

know like why don't you try this I wanted to try that or why don't you do that

so she's nurturing and he's feeling defensive he's feeling told what to do

he's feeling like what you don't think I can handle it myself okay really that's a

really good point to make for women I I know I need to hear that i tend to I want

to nurture I was raised that way to take care of my men you know wait on the man

the German but that's that's hard that's hard for women not to do so that's a

really good point thank you for bringing that up

the the other the other thing is you know what I read in the book and in your

article that that we will link to your articles if people couldn't read you

know the these steps in detail but the whole man cave concept women do not

understand the man cave talk about that let's talk about that when when men are

stressed out we're down had a rough day at work or interpersonally or whatever a

man will tend to come home and we say go to his cave and what that means

is a man to de-stress wants to forget about his problems so he wants to read

the paper listen to the news play video games generally speaking he wants to do

something and forget about the problem just like a mini-vacation women on

the other hand like I was saying comes home a difficult day at work

difficult drive home a difficult issue ... she's gonna want to talk

about okay so she's talking about it and through talking about it and being heard

and expressing herself she feels better well and that's to me

that's one of the biggest points or you know the biggest aha

is is not to take that personally when that happens because you know I'm

definitely one of those people that wants to talk about everything and don't

understand how somebody possibly could not when women take that personally or I

feel like abandoned a man's just doing what makes him feel better you know will help

him feel better so when a woman can understand that then she can give him

some time if you chase it if you chase him into the cave let's talk let's talk

like let's talk you'll read it he'll you know you know he'll hide deeper in the cave if

you you're there and available compassionately and understanding he'll

come out and be motion deep and be able to be there for you again yeah

no that's terrific well Richard thank you so much for being

on today's show we're going to link to all of your information you know on in

the video description below and on our website and I believe that Dr. Gray

didn't he update his book recently we can link to that as well

we can link to that and we can talk about that sometime yeah I'd love to

talk about that yes yeah yeah so thank you again so much and we'll see you soon

on another episode of Our 2nd Act with Paige and Silke .. I look forward to that ...

thank you very much Silke ...

thanks so much for watching today if you haven't already done so please be sure

Fate/Apocrypha OP2 "ASH" by LiSA Instrumental: MrLopez2112 Vocals: Akano

Like drops of rain, we fall aimlessly.

Our separate feelings follow the paths we've chosen.

You see, a black dawn is on the horizon.

The fragments of the dreams I embraced cause me pain.

I became fearful of believing in anything.

What mark can I possibly leave on this world? I'd like to find out!

Overcoming many versions of myself, I was born again!

Believing is the only way to become stronger!

What mark can we possibly leave on this world?

This is our moment!

What I Learned in IMPROV Class - How To Improve Your Communications by Fiona Bryan - Fiona TV - Duration: 2:39.

Hi I'm Fiona Bryan and you are watching Fiona TV the place to come for career

advice and askacareerexpert this is what I learned in improv class I was

sent to improv class to get more comfortable being an engineer getting

more comfortable so that I could work with people of all types and I could

communicate both with on stage as well as in person and video as you can see

it's always a learning process what I learned in improv class was very very

valuable for though really the big thing came down to how was I able to give the

person I was going to work with on stage in improv how was I going to pair with

them how was I going to give them a chance to succeed to work with me and it

really comes down to changing the words YES BUT to YES AND. When we talk about

yes but when we're talking with each other and we're going above above above yeah

but we're excluding everything that we've said were excluding the person

who's in front of us when we're speaking to them if you shift that and you start

to include the words yes and take a breath you're going to find that

everything starts to feel much more inclusive people start to feel that

they're part of the conversation and that you're not excluding them and that

their opinions matter they can work with that they can play with you a bit more

so improv class was a it was kind of like going to kindergarten and play

school for adults it was a great place to learn for me as a logical thinker

left-brain highly engineering type personality to play with my

communications and to be really aware of what I was going to say and how I was

going to include people in my lives so I always say to my private coaching

clients if I hear you saying yeah but yeah but I'm gonna go yeah but and it's

kind of like yeah but and Costello so change your yeah buts - yes and and see

where your communications get you see what changes you find in your team in

your bosses and even when you're speaking it into

yes thanks for watching as always please SUBSCRIBE please share I'm answering

your questions I'm answering the things that come up all the time from my

clients I would love you to subscribe and let's keep the conversation going

thanks this is Fiona Brian askacareerexpert

Allow that to heat for about 30 seconds,

and then add in your popcorn kernels and sugar to the hot oil.

Cover and vigorously shake back and forth over the stove

to ensure that the heat is being evenly distributed and the kernels aren't burning.

Keep going until all of the kernels have popped!

Immediately after, add a bit more coconut oil, matcha, and salt to the pot,

and toss to coat completely!

Creepy cool!

No artificial coloring necessary for this sweet and savory treat,

and if you're a fan of matcha's flavor and all of it's health benefits,

you're bound to love these boogers!

Yum.

I'm a freak for popcorn!

Next up, Pumpkin Gummies!

How about a thumbs up for those screenshottable recipe cards, too!?

My thumbs are…uh…a little stiff.

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice

and honey.

Once warm, gradually add in gelatin, whisking constantly until dissolved.

Pour into silicone molds, I used a pumpkin shape,

but you could use anything festive!

Transfer to the fridge and allow to set for about an hour

before popping them out to enjoy.

So adorable and tasty!

And I'm in control of the sugar and ingredients, which I love.

This recipe is actually from my Halloween eBook,

and you can get this eBook or any of my eBooks or packages 10% off this week only

using the code "Halloween" at mindovermunch.com/ebooks.

It may be Halloween, but that doesn't mean popsicles aren't delicious!

Instead of candy corn which provides NO fuel,

why not make Candy Corn Popsicles using nutritious ingredients?

They are so easy to make!

Candy corn?!?

I. LOVE.

CANDY CORN!!!

I add a layer of yogurt of your choice, any kind will do, to a popsicle mold.

Add your sticks now because once that bottom layer is frozen, there's NO going back!

Freeze for 1-2 hours, and then add your orange layer.

I used carrot juice, which is actually pretty sweet if you've never tried it.

Freeze that layer, and then add your yellow layer on top.

I used a mango juice,

but pineapple or any other yellow juice that you prefer could work, too!

These layers are so pretty!

I love that they don't need any added flavors or sugar!

We've got SO much fun holiday content coming your way!

You won't regret it.

Trust me—

I'm a BONE-afide professional!

We've got a sweet and savory treat next: Creepy Crisps!

Mix either sugar or any granulated sweetener of your choice

and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Set aside.

Use your favorite festive cookie cutters to cut shapes out of tortillas.

Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and spray them down with cooking spray—

I used a coconut oil spray.

Then sprinkle on that cinnamon sugar mixture to cover completely.

Bake until crisp!

These are so tasty, it's honestly hard to stop eating them.

And it's nice to have a savory and sweet treat

instead of something that's overly sugary like we often come across this time of year.

Our final snack of the day: ROTTEN Deviled Eggs!

Yeah, rotten eggs!

Those look bad to the BONE, baby!

Oh, Skully!

You're such a—

A BONE head??

Ya got that right!

Start with your boiled eggs.

Cut them in half, and remove the yolks.

Add the yolks and a ripe avocado to a bowl and mash until integrated.

Stir in chopped cilantro, lime juice and zest,

and salt and pep, seasoning to taste.

I like to make these extra festive with an olive spider.

I simply use half of an olive as the base of the body, and halved rings as the legs.

Now we can fill our egg halves.

I used a piping bag and decorating tip, but just a spoon would be fine.

And then we add on your creepy crawler.

Green, ghoulish, and most importantly—yummy!

So fun!

I hope you enjoyed all of these Halloween themed snacks,

let me know which was your favorite in the comments below!

I have a special Halloween episode coming next week so stay tuned!

Ummm…

a tromBONE?!

Nooo!!

HALLMARK-OF NOBILITY "The really refined are those

who see poison poured out for their consumption

and still accept the goblet with cheer and fortitude"-

so said Valluvar and Socrates proved the maxim.

I seek to walk in the footsteps of these the truly noble;

and I have dedicated my talents and life for the uplift of humanity.

Detractors who aim darts of invectives against me

and derive pleasure thereby-they too are entitled to my blessings unqualified

for I cannot think harm of any in the Universe!

ECSTASY OF ENLIGHTENMENT On the surface of the vast volume of Earth

that is the world I have my being as a human form small in size but endowed with

a mind that reaches out far and wide.

Who indeed can explain the wondrous phenomenon of the countless thousands of thoughts

that emerge from that mind?

By the Grace of the Omniscient my physical form and shape was structured to completion

starting from the origin of a single droplet of the sexual vital fluid.

0, how do tiny little cells in cooperative endeavour stage

endless miracles in the metabolic routine!

The embryo was a dot significantly pregnant with the blueprint of the form to grow in

awesome grandeur.

By the will of the Supreme Who rules without any administrative panoply and by the

continuing imprints of my Karmas, I arrived on this our planet Earth.

The prowess of the Almighty is limitless for creation and yet for bringing forth living

being on to the world He shaped the feminine form

and equipped and endowed it: 0, how many of us

realise the glory that is attached to Motherhood in the process of the evolution of mankind!

The whole world of course knows that they who sought to humiliate Womanhood and attain

renown for themselves collected but a load of sins

and fell into unrelieved misery.

The thoughtful on the other hand who praised and respected

the greatness of Woman live in joy here, even as the Almighty.

To maintain the physical body one needs worldly goods.

Truth is essential likewise for the soul to go to its goal; And Arts and Sciences

nurture the intellect without doubt.

Having realised this I live in the Centre serving

to enlighten the people of all countries.

So as to elevate the level of thinking to Wisdom and in order to gain control over the

senses five, the sixth sense was endowed to man by

the Almighty.

And even in the debate as to whether He exists or not

He remains interwoven like warp and weft in cloth.

Having delivered from Himself all beings great and small, and functioning within them as

life within their life

and as their feelings and Consciousness He, in His compassion, has also spread out as

varieties of foodgrains and plants for the survival

and enjoyment of the living beings on Earth.

To that Almighty I put the question "Who am I?" and the answer reverberated in the joint

functions of body, life and Consciousness: "The body

is the vehicle and what animates it is life.

Pure Consciousness is Truth, the Absolute, and that is what I am, that is what I am!"

Through the process of inner Travel steady and through meditation intense in total solitude,

I came to realise the Absolute, the Real Self, that pervades the Universe in unending effulgence

and that is within me too as in all objects and appearances.

Enshrining Him within me I praised and adored Him.

He then absorbed me and I am He who sings.

You too can realise this the self-same Truth and wade ashore, my friends.

It is for that I now sing encompassing the people of the

entire world.

May the world live happily maintaining all prosperities.

May spiritual knowledge flourish and inform worldly enjoyments.

And may the striving for Truth motivate the human race uniting

all minds in the noble endeavour.

Sing this song with me, friends, and feel the perennial bliss...

Why The Real North Korea Threat Isn't Nuclear Weapons | Michael Desch - Duration: 5:54.

The United States is remarkably secure.

But you wouldn't sort of get that sense if you listened to our President or the members

of Congress who constantly are finding threats out there to America's security.

And I don't want to be in the position to deny that there are challenges out there,

but I'd really strongly urge us to put these challenges in their proper context.

So let's talk about one of the challenges du jour: The North Korean regime under the

odious dictator Kim Jong-un's frenetic and sustained pursuit of a nuclear capability.

There's no doubt that the North Korean regime is a terrible regime, inflicting suffering

mostly on its own people, and I freely concede that the world would be better off if they

didn't have a nuclear capability.

And the question then is, "How much of a threat does this pose to the United States?"

And my answer, contrary to the hyperventilating that you see in a lot of the discussion of

this topic, is that it really doesn't change things very much.

To begin with, the United States is one of the largest nuclear powers in the world.

Currently our arsenal consists of about 4,000 nuclear warheads that are deliverable in a

wide variety of very reliable packages.

Contrast that with North Korea, which may have 20 to 30 atomic devices that may or may

not be deliverable on anything other than short range ballistic missiles.

Now most people would concede that the balance is very much in our favor but say, "Look,

this is a crazy regime.

I mean, couldn't this be a case in which a madman has his finger on the nuclear trigger?"

And I don't want to defend Kim Jong-un's rationality or his sartorial choices, but

I would say he's learned the lesson that many other dictators have learned from Saddam

Hussein and from Muammar Gaddafi, which is: if you don't want to be invaded by the United

States, build whatever rudimentary nuclear arsenal you can.

Now, you can't eat nuclear weapons, and a residual nuclear arsenal I think is no guarantee

that the North Korean regime won't collapse of its own internal rottenness.

In fact I anticipate that that's what will happen.

And that will present its own set of challenges.

But they're a very different set of challenges than the ones that we've been talking about

in the general political discourse about the North Korean nuclear threat in our country.

So the question then is what the United States should do about North Korea?

The challenge that the United States faces is when the regime goes south—as it invariably

will, it won't be tomorrow, it could be five years, it could be ten years—it's

going to pose to the United States a challenge.

And the challenge involves two elements.

First of all the United States and the South Koreans will be tempted, if a civil war starts

in the north or even if there's just a large scale social unrest, to intervene.

The South to reunify their country, the United States to try to clean up the nuclear capability.

But the problem is that there's another great power with a big equity in North Korea,

and that's China.

And the Chinese are not particularly fond of the Kim regime, but they're sort of stuck

in a dysfunctional marriage with them.

They don't want a reunited Korea under Seoul with nuclear weapons on their border.

And so the real problem that we face is how we manage the inevitable endgame of a collapsing

North Korea with China.

And here the solution is an explicit set of discussions and agreements with the Chinese

about what will happen in this context.

And I think we'd be well advised to start now dialoguing with the Chinese about the

future.

And I think a unified Korea, but also one without nuclear weapons and nonaligned, without

a major U.S. military presence could be the deal that would work for everybody.

Book Ring Display DIY [CC] | The Book Life - Duration: 6:05.

Hey guys it's Sarah Jane welcome back to my channel, today I'm here to bring you a

bookish DIY video I absolutely love crafty videos and I haven't done a

bookish DIY video in a very very long time so I've decided to show you guys

how to make this lovely bookish ring display. Years ago I used to make these

bookish ring displays at the time I don't think anybody else really did them

maybe a couple of people did it wasn't as big as it is now, I was one of the

first people to actually make them it was something that I used to do for

friends, for my jewellery displays I used to love it and I haven't made one for a

really long time and I was thinking about it the other day thinking that I

wanted to make one again and I thought why not film it. They are so easy to make

you literally need only three things so let's jump into the tutorial and I'm

gonna show you how to make a bookish ring display so to make this ring

display you need only three things first of all you will need an old hardback

book, you will need some ribbon or some lace and you'll also need a glue gun. So

the first thing you need to do is remove the dust jacket from the book I've

chosen a battered old copy of Shadowfever because I found it secondhand and

I personally prefer to use a book that I've loved but you can use any book that

you choose.

The next thing you need to do is gather a small chunk of the book and

carefully roll the pages back with your fingers if you don't have enough pages

your ring display will become squashed and sag and if you use too much it will

be impossible to glue so have a feel around and see what feels right for the

size of your book. Now begin squirting your glue along the edge where the pages

meet the spine do be careful as this glue will be very very hot. When you've

done that gently roll the pages back up into place and hold for around 30

seconds or so until the glue has cooled. Don't be surprised if when you let go

some of the pages fall back this isn't a problem at all just regather the pages

and do another layer of glue and repeat the same step and hold until the glue is

cooled. If you can't tell this project uses a lot of glue. Keep adding glue

where you feel it needs it generally I like to add some into the roll itself

and squash it down with a pencil and then I like to whack another layer of

glue along the back and hold it against the cover to make sure it's really

secure. Now you need to make your second roll ensuring this one is slightly

thicker than your first, this step is a little easier as it

will tuck in neatly beneath your first roll. I like to avoid pages that show

chapter breaks so I tend to have a little look for a page that will show a

character name or a location on the curve of the roll, because I'm using one

of my favorite books I just think that's a nice little thing to add in. Now you

need to repeat these steps until you have your desired amount of page rolls, I

generally think four looks best for a large hardback and three for a small

hardback but it is personal preference, just repeat these steps roll glue

tucking roll glue tuck in until you have your desired amount of rolls. Now you

need to grab your ribbon or lace either will work and you need to glue one end

to the underneath of your ring display a couple of inches away from the spine

don't worry about being tidy this won't be seen just whack the glue on and then

close the book.

Now you want to take your ribbon up to the top of the ring display and fold it

over the corner keeping your finger on the ribbon to keep it all very taut. This

is really important if your ribbon is slack your ring display won't be sturdy

so place some glue on the top of the ring display and then carefully pull

your ribbon over the top of the glue and then gently pat it down at keeping it

all very tight. Now pull your ribbon across the top of the Ring display and

do the same process on the opposite side before putting the ribbon down and then

securing it with more glue underneath. This step is a little bit tricky so you

may need someone to help you. To help your ring display stay really secure go a

little crazy with the hot glue like I have, just whack it all underneath go

crazy with it and then just close the book firmly and you're pretty much

done. If you reach this point and find that

your ribbon is a little slack don't panic.

Squirt some glue at the bottom and press the ribbon into the sides of the ring

display to make it taut. I also recommend using gloves or a pencil for this bit

because the glue is really hot. And that's it finished if you fancy making

your ring display a little bit more special you can always add a charm to

the ribbon using two jump rings and a couple of pairs of pliers.

So that's how you make a bookish ring display I have added this

little charm which I think does really finish it off and it makes it

look a bit more of a statement thing makes it look a little bit more exciting

but I am actually going to take mine off because this is a fever book so I don't

really want to blend fandoms. If you want to do that there's no reason why you

can't but I just really wanted to add this to show you what you could do you

could add a Harry Potter Deathly Hallows charm you could add a platform 9 3

quarters charm you could add anything you want really just to make it that

little bit special. I do think these make really lovely

gifts if you're someone who's strapped for cash this Christmas I know I know

it's not Christmas season yet but these are really really cheap to make and I

think they make really lovely gifts they're not that easy to post I will say

but if you're looking for something to make somebody and you haven't got a lot

of money I do think this is a really lovely gift. Thank you so much for

watching I hope you guys enjoyed it if you decide to make one of these please

do tag me in any pictures on Twitter or Instagram my links to my social media

are in at the description bar down below thank you so much for watching I hope

you guys enjoyed this video if you did please give it a thumbs up and subscribe

Big sexy waves - Duration: 10:23.

Hi, welcome to my next video, and how I've been thinking about it, I didn't have a curly hair for a long time

So I decided to show you how I'm doing big , fluffy waves

I don't make waves very often, because I have thick hair and it takes a long time,

and I'm too lazy for that, so I always prefer to iron my hair

But on the other hand, I like it much more :)

To start from the beginning, I first washed my hair

and in to the wet hair I put this termo protection

and then I sprayed this super spray that's sea salt content and guarantees a nice wave structure.

A good curling iron is important, and I have been using this one, for about 10 years,

but it will guarantee that the curls will last for a long time until the next wash, so I don't have to worry that the curls won't last and I will have straight hair after one hour,

even in the hairdresser ,when my hair was curling, my curl after hour disappeared, but it won't happen with this curling iron

this curling iron consists of three parts, and this glow was also packed in this tube, I use it because I always burn my hand.

The most thickest piece I will use today, for the biggest wave

Then there are two more, thin and medium.

It's important to brush your hair well.

I split my hair into the hair path, than I usually wear.

I split my hair into two parts,

and part that we will curling as the first one, I will also divide into two parts.

I'll put this part of hair on to the other side, for not bothering me.

I put on my glove,

and let's get started.

I'll hold curling iron on my hair for about 10 seconds,

I hold the curls in my hand.

My BF: Can I be there ?

Me : Not naked :D

My BF : Do you want me on the video ? Me: Not really !

Me : Darling, please don't come here with this belly !

Me : Stop, you're moving my camera.

When one part is done, I'll do the same with second part,

And now, when we are done, we take comb to brush hair

And waves hair will be more flexible

We use hairspray too much, to keep it long lasting

and apply the spray for the shine as the last dot,

so hair won't be matte.

English at work - Episode 27: Getting down to business - Duration: 5:32.

Hello again.

It's the big day and Mr Socrates is about to arrive at the

offices of Tip Top Trading to talk officially to the team.

What is he going to say?

And more importantly, will he get his freshly squeezed orange juice?

Quickly everybody… he's coming out of the lift with Paul.

Anna quickly, get a glass of orange juice ready.

…and if we come through this door here we get to the office and… morning

everyone.

I'm sure we've all met Mr Socrates on the day of the… fire… but

today everything is a bit calmer and well he's here to say hello.

Hi!

Biscuit Mr Socrates?

Biscuit?

You mean a goddamn cookie.

Thanks.

Err, Mr Socrates, I'm Anna.

Would you like some orange juice – freshly squeezed?

You betcha as long as it's made from Florida oranges.

Hey…

Anna?

Ain't you the girl who booked my hotel room?

Oh yes, sorry about the bed and…

Hey, you got me a new room, it was great.

You did a good job there.

Well done.

Oh thanks.

Hello.

It's Tom.

I recommended the hotel, it was a…

Tom.

Everyone, shall we gather round and hear what Mr Socrates has to

say?

Please.

Hey… errr, what's your name…

Paul.

Yeah you.

Don't you think I should be sitting in the big chair?

Sorry.

Yes of course.

(Shuffling) There you go.

Now.

Tip Top Trading.

I've gotta give it to you straight.

Things ain't looking good, in fact the outlook is gloomy.

The global recession has led to a meltdown in the plastic fruits sector.

And I've got to announce a profit warning.

We just ain't selling enough of these bananas, oranges and

lemons to make any money.

There's a bit of an economic squeeze on lemons!

What?!

Oh dear.

I'm not sure what he's talking about but it sounds

bad.

It is Anna.

He's delivering some bad news without hiding the truth.

That's why he said "I've got to give it to you

straight".

He said "the outlook is gloomy" which it means the future doesn't

look good.

And he mentioned a "profit warning", which means company

profits are probably going to go down.

Crikey!

That is bad.

What does it mean?

Just keep listening for now.

…so, this calls for action.

I'm going to have to…

Oh no, not me Mr Socrates, I've been a loyal employee, I

couldn't face being unemployed.

Tom, calm down.

I'm not talking about redundancies yet.

Gosh, well that calls for another biscuit.

My plan is… we're going into Europe.

You mean we're moving to Europe?

No, no Anna.

I think he means we're going to sell plastic fruit to the

European market.

Oh right!

Great.

Mr Socrates, I've lots of experience with Europe.

I had a holiday in Spain once… twice actually.

Well we'll have to make sure our phones can make international calls.

Hmm.

I think you're gonna need some help with this, so I'm bringing in my

best marketing executive, Rachel.

What she doesn't know about selling to Europe, you don't wanna know.

She'll be here in a few weeks' time.

Do you know if she prefers tea or coffee… or orange juice perhaps?

Look Diana…

Denise…

Denise.

Like Dennis right?

She'll want the best – the best tea, coffee and

the best team.

I'll expect improved results and profits.

If not your necks will be on the line – especially yours Paul.

Oh, chop chop.

We'd better get to work.

Scary!

"Your necks will be on the line" – he means their jobs will be at risk

if things don't improve.

It's a worrying time for Tip Top Trading.

Let's remind ourselves of the phrases Mr Socrates

used to deliver bad news:

I've got to give it to you straight The outlook is gloomy

I've got to announce a profit warning

Let's hope this new marketing strategy for Europe is going to work.

How are you feeling Anna?

A little nervous.

But I'm going to try my best to make sure this new

strategy works.

That's the spirit Anna!

Right everyone.

I think we need to take Mr Socrates down to the Rose and

Crown after work for a pint or two and show him some true English

hospitality.

How about it?

I don't drink.

Ah well, perhaps some lemonade?

Oh dear.

This should be interesting.

Until next time, bye!

The Challenge of Islam

What is Islam? With Sam Shamoun

Lesson 5, Part 2: 70 Virgins and Paradise

Let's talk about some of the other things Muslims are required to believe

Muslims, if they are faithful Muslims, must also believe in the Last Day

that on the Last Day, Allah will raise the dead physically

and that they will stand before Allah in judgement

and Allah will determine their eternal destinies.

Because, according to the Qur'an and the Islamic theology,

death is not the end of life.

Death is just the beginning to eternal life.

And if you are a faithful Muslim, who has done all that Allah requires of you,

you will be given access, entrance into paradise.

And, in paradise, you will experience eternal pleasures.

If you have been a bad person, and if you are not a Muslim,

and have not been faithful to Allah and his messenger,

and have not done that which Muhammad his messenger has required of you,

you will be sent to an eternal place of torment

where you will be tormented day and night without any rest.

So, to be a true Muslim, you must believe in The Last Day,

you must believe in the resurrection of the dead,

you must believe in the judgement where all will stand before Allah in judgement,

and you must believe in eternal paradise and eternal hell.

Now, according to Islam, if you want to know whether you are going to paradise or not,

you must believe in Allah, his messenger,

and do the good works that Allah has required of all the faithful.

And we find that repeated in the Qur'an in several places.

We are going to have brother Lee read from chapter 2 of the Qur'an verse 25.

"Give thou good tiding to those who believe and do deeds of righteousness,

that for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow;

whensoever they are provided with fruits therefrom they shall say,

'This is that wherewithal we were provided before';

that they shall be given in perfect semblance;

and there for them shall be spouses purified;

therein they shall dwell forever. (Qur'an 2:25)

So now, in chapter 2 verse 25 says those who believe and DO good works,

they will be given entrance into paradise,

where they will be eating fruits and also, maidens of pleasure.

And I will talk about the maidens of pleasure in a moment,

but let's look in some other references that reiterate the fact

that those who believe and do good works will be given access,

entrance into paradise where they will experience eternal pleasures

such as rivers of wine, rivers of milk,

rivers of honey, and of water, and fruits, and meat,

and young boys serving them for all the eternity,

as well as maidens of pleasure.

The next reference that brother Lee will read is chapter 7 verses 8 to 9.

Chapter 7 verses 8 to 9.

"The weighing that day is true;

he whose scales are heavy – they are the prosperes,

and he whose scales are light – they have lost their soul for wronging Our signs". (Qur'an 7:8-9)

Now note what this passage says:

that on the day of judgment there will be a scale,

and upon the scale Allah will weight your good deeds and your bad deeds.

If your scale is heavy with good deeds, then you are successful, you will enter paradise.

But if your scale of good deeds is light, then you are a loser and you will be sent to hell.

So, according to the Qur'an, your salvation is dependent upon your faith and good works,

specifically, your good works outweighing your bad deeds.

This is what the Qur'an teaches.

Now, some of these pleasures that the Qur'an says await the believer are maidens of delight.

Maidens for sexual companionship.

This is stated in chapter 78 of the Qur'an verses 31 to 37.

I will allude it to the fact that the Qur'an also mentions that there will be young boys serving you,

that you will have rivers of wine,

rivers of water, fruits and meats to eat for all eternity.

I need to also repeat that, although these are delights,

the true delight waiting the Muslim man is maidens of pleasure with whom he will have sex forever

And here, in 78 verses 31 to 37, brother Lee will read it

so that you can see for yourself this is what the Qur'an teaches.

"Surely for the god-fearing awaits a place of security, gardens and vineyards

And maidens with swelling breasts, like of age,

(- Maidens with what, brother?)

Maidens with swelling breasts, like of age,

and a cup overflowing.

Therein they shall hear no idle talk, no cry of lies,

for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, Lord of the heavens and earth,

and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak."

Now, note what this passage says:

it says that those who are god fearing and are allowed entrance into the paradise,

or given the eternal bless, awaiting them are maidens with swelling breasts,

a quite graphic description.

Because, after all, according to the Qur'an, and the authentic narrations attributed to Muhammad,

Muslim men will be engaging in sexual activity with these maidens for all the eternity.

According to one narration attributed to Muhammad,

each Muslim man will be given at least 70 maidens to have sex with.

Now, when Muhammad said that, this led one of his companions to ask

"Oh messenger of Allah, will we really have the strength to have sex with so many women?"

This prompted Muhammad to respond that in paradise each man will be given

the sexual strength and energy of 100 men.

I will repeat that again:

When a Muslim man asked Muhammad 'Is it really possible for us to engage in sexual intimacy

with so many women?'

Muhammad responds and says 'In paradise, Allah will give you the sex drive of 100 men

to enjoy them for all the eternity.'

Now, let's contrast Muhammad's conception of Paradise with what the Lord Jesus teaches

concerning marriage and heaven.

Luke chapter 20 verses 34 to 36.

Our Lord, in response to the question posed to Him by the Sadducees,

says this concerning the reality of Heaven

and whether in Heaven there will be people who will be married and given in marriage.

"And Jesus said to them, 'The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage,

but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age

and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; (Luke 20:34-36)

So, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage.

So, Muhammad's teaching contradicts the teachings of our Lord.

And who better than the Lord to tell us about the reality of Heaven?

Because, according to our Scriptures, Christ is God who came down from Heaven

and He will determine our eternal destiny.

So, there is none more qualified than Christ to tell us about the eternal age, the age to come.

And what He says is that there is no sexual intimacy in Heaven,

contradicting what Muhammad says will be the reward of the believers in Paradise.

So, you cannot find any two religions more opposed concerning the essentials of

who God is, the person of Christ, and the reality of Heaven and Hell.

Now, some of you may be wondering "But what about the women?".

If the men will be given maidens of pleasure, then what about the women?

Well, according to Islamic teaching, according to Muhammad,

if a faithful Muslim woman does what pleases Allah,

she will be given the privilege and honour

to be part of those 70 *whories* that the man can sleep with.

So, according to Islam, women who are faithful and pleasing to Allah,

will be allowed entrance into paradise to be part of these *whoories*,

these maidens of pleasure that the man will have sex with for all the eternity.

This is what awaits the women in the eternity and paradise.

I should add another thing:

according to Muhammad, the majority of people in hell are women.

According to authentic traditions, narrations attributed to Muhammad,

he was given a vision of hell, where he saw that the majority of those in hell were women.

Now, some of the women asked him

"Why? Why is that the majority of those who dwell in hell are women?"

He said "Because women are deficient in intelligence

and in religion and are ungrateful to their husbands.

And, because of that, most of them will end up in hell.

Few enter paradise."

These are the teachings of the founder of the Islam,

the very one that Muslims claim to be the last and greatest messenger and prophet of them all

Lawrence O'Donnell Meltdown Leaker FIRED - Duration: 5:51.

EARLIER THIS YEAR, LAWRENCE AND DONALD WAS UNFORTUNATELY

HUMILIATED AFTER SOMEONE WORKING FOR NBC LEAKED SOME FOOTAGE OF

HIM LOSING HIS PATIENTS WITH SOME OF HIS PRODUCERS DURING A

LIVE BROADCAST.

NOW NBC HAS IDENTIFIED THE LEAKER AND THE

INDIVIDUAL HAS BEEN FIRED.

SO WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR IS THE VIDEO

OF LAWRENCE O'DONNELL WAS LEAKED ON SEPTEMBER 20 THAT THE LEAKER

WAS IDENTIFIED, CONFRONTED, AND FIRED ON THE 26TH, SO SIX

DAYS LATER THEY FOUND HIM.

TURNED OUT TO BE A TODAY SHOW

EDITOR WHO SAID HE DID IT BECAUSE HE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY,

AND IT WAS, BUT IT WASN'T EXACTLY THE PERFECT CRIME

BECAUSE HE DID LEAVE A VERY CLEAR TRAIL, SO HE WAS EASY TO

FIND, EASY TO FIRE.

IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY DIDN'T

IDENTIFY THE PERSON IS AND I'M ACTUALLY HAPPY THEY DIDN'T DO

THAT BECAUSE AT LEAST HE'LL BE MAY BE OKAY WITH FINDING OTHER

WORK BUT I WANT TO GO TO OTHER LAWRENCE O'DONNELL VIDEOS

BECAUSE THEY ARE HILARIOUS THAT.

I HAVE COMMENTARY ON THIS IN A SECOND AS TO WHETHER THEY

SHOULD'VE FIRED HIM OR NOT BUT FIRST, LET'S NEEDLESSLY

SHOW YOU THE VIDEO AGAIN.

OKAY NO BUT THERE'S A TON OF VIDEO POSSIBILITIES HERE, SO

LET'S SHOW YOU ONE OF THE LONGER ONES THAT KIND OF TOUCHES ON ALL

OF THE DIFFERENT MOMENTS WHERE HE LOST HIS PATIENTS, GO.

I DON'T KNOW WHY I BOTHER TO SAY HOW TO CUT THE SLOTS WHEN

YOU DON'T DO IT.

I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY, NOW I HAVE TO CHASE

THOSE STUPID GOD DAMN ENTRAILS THAT YOU ALLOWED TO STICK OUT

THERE.

JESUS CHRIST.

CRAZY FUCKING SOUND COMING IN MY EAR,

FUCKING STUPID HAMMERING.

I TOLD YOU WHY I WANTED THOSE

FUCKING WORDS CUT.

IT JUST FUCKING SUCKS.

IT'S TALKING

SUCKS TO BE OUT HERE WITH THIS OUT OF CONTROL SHIT.

ANY

FUCKING THING CAN COME INTO MY EAR AT ANY MOMENT.

THAT

IS WHAT I - ANYBODY CAN GET INTO MY FUCKING EAR AT

ANYTIME.

SOME WOMAN TALKING ABOUT WHAT WEíRE DOING AFTER THE

SHOW.

FUCKING GUESTS FACES COMING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF A

FUCKING SCRIPT.

WELL, I'M SORRY.

IT'S FUNNY EVERY TIME.

IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE WE'VE BEEN THERE.

NOT TO SAY THAT WE'VE

LOST HER TEMPER TO THAT EXTENT, BUT WE'VE HAD OUR BAD DAYS WHERE

THINGS ARE GOING WRONG AND WE ARE LIVE ON AIR AND THINGS ARE

MALFUNCTIONING AND THE THING THAT MAKES US DIFFERENT IS THAT

WE DON'T DO THIS BUT IN THE NEW SHOW WHERE EVERYTHING HAS TO GO

PERFECTLY AND WE CAN'T JUST BE HONEST WITH THE AUDIENCE ABOUT

WHAT IS GOING ON.

HE DOES THE ROBOTIC BUTTON-DOWN NEW SHOW.

HE'S A GREAT GUY, SMART GUY BUT IF YOU SCREW UP ON LIVE TV AND

YOU ARE DOING TRADITIONAL TV IT IS LIKE THAT OF THE WORLD.

LOOK, WE'RE NOT MAD AT HIM.

WE COULD PROBABLY YELLED THE

PRODUCER TO, LET'S KEEP IT REAL BUT HAVING SAID THAT, YOU

SHOULDN'T SAY, HE WAS WORRIED THAT THEY WERE SAYING THE WRONG

THINGS ON AIR.

YOU SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT THAT AND IF YOU

HAVE AN EARPIECE AND SOMEONE IS TALKING AT YOU WHILE YOU ARE

TRYING TO TALK ON AIR, IT IS ENORMOUSLY DISTRACTING.

I'M NOT

SURE I EVER HAD ALL OF THE PEOPLE COMING IN MY YEAR.

ANYWAY, IT'S NOT TO GET ON LAWRENCE, AND YOU CAN'T GO

LEAKED TAPES LIKE THIS.

OF COURSE YOU CAN'T. OF COURSE

YOU'RE GOING TO GET FIRED.

THEY WANT TO DO MORE VIDEOS?.

JUST DO A RANDOM VIDEOÖ.

WHAT IS GOING ON, WHY MY LOSING THIS?

WHY DON'T I

HAVE SOUND?

ALL RIGHT, IT IS FACT THAT SOMEONE IS PRESSING

BUTTONS AND TURNING MY SOUND OFF.

WHO IS ASKING FOR A LABOR

DAY RUN DOWN IN MY EAR?

THAT MOMENT OF ANGER.

IT'S AWESOME.

WHEN I'M MAD AT YOU, BROTHER, IN FACT, IT'S THE MOST HUMAN THING.

I AM GOING TO BE HONEST, IT MADE ME LIKE HIM MORE

BECAUSE IT MADE ME SEE HIS HUMAN SIDE.

YOU DON'T SEE TELEVISION PEOPLES HUMAN SIDE.

ANYWAY, ANOTHER ONE.

JUST REAL QUICK, MAYBE TWO MORE.

GOD DAMMIT.

10 SECONDS.

SORRY, MAN.

SORRY, BUT THAT IS JUST TOO GOOD.

NOW LOOK,

SHOULD HE HAVE BEEN FIRED?

YOU CANNOT LEAKED TAPES OF THE

HOST.

BUT LET THEM GO.

THEY LET THEM GO.

LITERALLY.

AND

HEY, KNUCKLEHEAD, IF YOU TAKE A TAPE FROM ONE END OF THE COMPANY

AND DRAG IT OVER TO YOUR EMAIL OR WHATEVER AND THEN EDIT IT ON

YOUR COMPUTER, ARE THEY GOING TO CATCH YOU?

COURSE THEY

ARE.

,, YOU HAVE TO KNOW BETTER THAN THAT.

LET'S AND WITH ONE MORE.

AND TRAGEDY AND INTO THAT TRAGEDY TODAY STEPPED THE

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

THERE IS INSANITY IN THE CONTROL

ROOM TONIGHT.

IT IS THE BEST.

EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE WE STILL SAY THERE IS

INSANITY IN THE CONTROL ROOM TONIGHT.

ONE NIGHT in DUBLIN 🍺- Ireland Trip Ep.5 (Temple Bar) - Duration: 7:06.

What is going on members of the Barrio

It's Jon coming to you from Dublin

We are staying in the heart of Temple Bar

This is the final vlog from Ireland

I'm in hostel it's called Barnacles

Amazing location downtown

All 6 of us in this group are spending the final night together

In this 6 person dorm room.

I haven't done this in a while

But you know when the location is convenient

I can sleep anywhere

And the people at this hostel have been super nice

So let's look around the room

And this is my bunk right here

My shorts ready for when I go to sleep

Everybody elses stuff

Kaleigh's here, how are you?

Hey

It does the job

Out onto the hallway

We're walking through Temple Bar right now

This is a very touristy area

If you have never visited Ireland before

You're probably going to be staying here

Or visiting some of the spots here

You know it's kind of obligatory to go

I have no plan for tonight

I usually plan stuff out

I'm just going with the flow

And filming whatever occurs

We just got a bite to eat

And we are going to be meeting some other travel bloggers

At a place called McQuaids

I was walking down the street and I heard this bagpipe music playing

And I know we're near Temple Bar

But I've got to investigate what this is

I'm out with the 3 ladies in my group

We've got Kaleigh, Crystal, and Vrithi back there.

You guys ready for one final night of fun?

I think so

Sad but yes

Let's go

Established in 1779, quite old

Guiness in Ireland tastes so much better than in New York

I never ever order it in the city

In Ireland I've had so many of these

It's excellent

How cheer in Irish

Sloncha, Sloncha

We have a humongous group of bloggers right now and there's actually a few people here from Dublin

One lady named Yvonne is going to be taking us to a bar with a lot of history

Right down the street

We're in Kehoe's pub And years ago

Old man Kehoe as we called him

Lived on the first floor

And when he passed away, they took all the furniture out

And they just opened it up as a bar

Some of the old carpet is still there

So let's go up and see what it's like now

I would love to see this

I'm excited

This is literally like chilling in somebodys living room

She said the guy actually lived here

This is his piano

Where are we going, I don't know

We are walking to a more lively bar because the last two were really classical and old

But their was no music

Did you guys like them?

They were nice but mostly the company

Good company, it was good company

But we need music

We need some live music

We are walking past Trinity college

On the right

Temple bar is that way

Right..

Right..

I think so

And of course it would not be our last night in Ireland

If it wasn't raining just a little bit

I don't think we've had a single day on this trip where we didn't have rain at some point during the day

But today was actually the sunniest

And I didn't film anything during the day

We've arrived back at Temple Bar

Where we started

Which is like the times square of Ireland

No locals ever want to go here

But it's extremely busy on a Tuesday night

This is actually very lively

I know it's very touristy here but

It's actually not bad

I've been to this bar many years ago

And it was so much more crowded

But this fiddler is really really good

Whiskey ginger

Yeah

11 euro

11 euros

Welcome to Temple Bar?

It hurts

It hurts..

We are on the way to the last bar which we think is still open

And this was actually a suggestion from that Yvonne girl

And she knew her stuff

So hopefully the best for last.

See I wasn't lieing there's one bar open

We're just walking right into the party

Another great fact

You've got a little guinness mustache

Man that's good

That's how it goes

Another great fact

That Irish man told me

Is that you need to suck through the head

The head.

Suck through the head

You need to suck through that

In order to get the most finest

The crema

Preserves the beer

Boom

That's what she said

I was going to end my vlog

But they insist on getting food

So we're going to get food

1 more stop

I'm not an expert but I would say there's a good chance

But it's definitley known as a very good place for burgers

You are 15 hours from Hawaii

Could you possibly get a good Hawaiian burger here?

I don't know?

Is that a loco moco?

Alright members of the Barrio

I would like to tell you that

I hated temple bar

That it is overpriced

And that it is a tourist trap

All of those things are actually true

But tonight

I had such a good time.

With the friends that I was traveling with

I'll say this

Honestly Dublin is not my favorite city

In Ireland

I'm going to recommend

If you come here

Go to Dublin for a few nights

Hit up Temple Bar

At least one of those nights

But go west

Do some of the things

That we did in this series

I'm putting all of my Ireland videos into 1 playlist

Check them out

It was some of the best experiences I have ever had

Traveling

If you are new here

Make sure that you're subscribed

Thank you so much for watching

Got a lot of cool stuff coming up

Until next time
