Youtube daily report Oct 4 2017

Hello!

In this master class I will show you how to collect

a delicate wedding earrings

that are excellent complement to a set

of bracelet and hair vine.

You will find the links to the master classes on

how to do it in the description.

I have already prepared one earring as an example.

And now I will collect another one

from the bottom and up,

looking to the ready one earring.

So, I take 1 meter of silver wire for beadwork

in diameter of 0.4 mm.

I fold it in half,

put on a small cream pearl,

bring it to the middle

and twist the wire 8 times

Twist two small branches with pearls

a little lower left and right

Put a pearl on one of the wires

and do 8 twists

The next branch will consist of three small beads.

Add a large bead in the end

and twist the branch.

Do the same on the left side

I continue to add branches from both sides.

During assembly,

I compare all branches with the ready earring,

to ensure that all elements are

symmetrical to each other.

I finish the branch with a pearl flower.

I put it on one of the wires,

put the pearl on it

and then bring the wire back.

Put on a small bead and bring the wire back

to the middle of the flower again.

Similarly, attach another two pearls

in the center of the flower.

So, I will make a loop of beads on the reverse side

of the flower in order to attach

a earring finding to it.

Put six small pearls on both wires.

Make several tight twists

and cut off the remaining wires.

Attach the earring finding on the loop

and our earrings are ready))

You will spend no more than an hour

to create this beautiful earrings.

I also advise you

to try to make them in golden color,

use other beads

or even change the height of the earrings.

It is all for today.

Please share this video.

Also you can subscribe to my channel

and will find how to create a beauty by yourself!

THANKS FOR WATCHING!!!:):)

Announcer: How has your life changed in retirement?

I enjoy volunteering so much.

I'm able to do all the volunteer work because I have a backup. I have my pension.

So I'm able to be a volunteer and I guess that's...

I couldn't really do that when I was working.

Because I had so much energy going into my classroom.

Now I have the energy to give to others. And that's the beautiful part.

Bad luck is playing a key role in Liverpool's frustrating 2017/18 campaign - Duration: 10:36.

Bad luck is playing a key role in Liverpool's frustrating 2017/18 campaign

Liverpool can only blame themselves for various shortcomings so far this season, but they are also not getting the rub of the green in the slightest.

The tedium of another international break is upon us, and fans are left stewing over recent Reds results.

Sunday's 1-1 draw at Newcastle was just the latest example of Jurgen Klopp's side coming up short at both ends of the pitch, making it just one win in seven matches since the 4-0 victory over Arsenal.

Despite bossing the majority of their games in 2017/18, defensive ineptitude, sloppy finishing and a soft centre have all been major issues for Liverpool.

Both Klopp and his players have to shoulder the blame for this, and a lot of the criticism that has come their way has been entirely justified.

They have, however, been dealt a bad hand when luck has come into play, with very little working in their favour.

A fair excuse?.

The bad luck argument is one that riles a lot of supporters, with many seeing it as a lazy excuse that cuts an under-performing team some undeserved slack.

While it should never be used as the main reason for a team's struggles, a lot hasworked against Liverpool since August.

The opening day draw at Watford saw trademark hapless defending from the Reds, but things could have been so different with some luck on their side.

Abdoulaye Doucoure's equaliser to make it 2-2 was desperately unfortunate after Trent Alexander-Arnold's clearance hit Joel Matip and deflected into the Watfordman's path, while Miguel Britos' last-gasp strike was offside.

The galling 5-0 defeat at Man City turned in one moment, after Sadio Mane's sending off.

Regardless of whether you think the decision was correct, Liverpool's star man was so unlucky, and the Reds were outplaying their opponents at the time of the incident.

Mane's eyes never left the ball before his collision with Ederson, and had he been a split-second faster to the ball, the goalkeeper would have been red carded and the match would have panned out very differently.

Burnley were then comprehensively outplayed at Anfield, only for Nick Pope to have the game of his life in goal, making eight saves from nine shots on target.

Compare that to the Clarets' matches in and around the Liverpool game, and it is easy to feel a little robbed.

Spurs managed just five shots on target in their 1-1 draw at Wembley yet took the same points off Burnley as the Reds managed.

Crystal Palace and Everton had four apiece—both of which resulted in 1-0 defeats—and Huddersfield had just two efforts on target in a drab stalemate.

Again, they took the same points off Burnley as Liverpool managed, despite Klopp's side having four times as many attempts saved.

The League Cup exit at the hands of Leicester City saw Liverpool dominate once more, only for Shinji Okazaki to open the scoring via a deflection off Andrew Robertson.

Four days later, a clear foul on Simon Mignolet was not given and Okazaki levelled matters prior to the Reds eventually winning.

Against Spartak Moscow, Philippe Coutinho was harshly adjudged to have committed a foul, with Fernando curling home the resulting free-kick.

Sunday's clash at St James' Park was the latest show of misfortune, with Joselu's laughable equaliser summing up the Reds' season.

Granted, the defending in the lead-up to it was appalling, but Matip's well-timed tackle took a ricochet off the Newcastle man's shin and agonisingly rolled into the net.

At the other end of the pitch, Liverpool have had to work so hard to score goals in 17/18.

Their 13.

1 percent conversion rate in the league is worse than Man United(24.

4%), Man City (21. 8%), Chelsea (21.

4%) and Tottenham (16.

1%), and the only season on a par in the last six years was 2014/15.

Conversely, so many of the goals that the Reds have let in have been either offered on a plate or luckless.

Only Man City (44) and Spurs (54) have conceded less shots than Liverpool (61) so far this season, but 20% of those have gone in—a more leaky conversion rate than any side in the division.

The Reds' rivals don't seem to have suffered with the same level of misfortune, of course partly due to them being stronger at the back and more ruthless going forward.

Arsenal saw their woodwork hit at home to both West Brom and Brighton & Hove Albion, before grinding out ugly wins.

The Gunners are somehow ahead of Liverpool in the table, even though they have barely played well in a single game.

Man United were opened up several times by Everton, only for dreadful finishing to let them off, and City's late, late win at Bournemouth came seconds after being awarded a free-kick for a perfectly-timed tackle by Lys Mousset.

This could easily sound like sour grapes, and as mentioned, there is far more to football than bad luck, but it is also wrong to deny it plays a key role.

Has fortune really fallen on the side of Liverpool a single time since the opening day?.

In the interest of fairness.

Before this sounds like a hard-done-by tale, Liverpool have been on the receiving end of their share of luck over the years.

It is something that often aids teams in moments of good form, and disappears when most needed.

The incredible march to Champions League glory under Rafa Benitez in 2005 saw some memorable backs-to-the-wall performances, but also plenty of fortuitous moments.

Chelsea missed countless opportunities in the semi-final second-leg at Anfield—Luis Garcia's "ghost goal" could be considered lucky—with Eidur Gudjohnsen's stoppage time miss millimetres from sending Liverpool crashing out.

Jerzy Dudek's unfathomable save from Andriy Shevchenko in the final still beggars belief to this day, and was a moment that almost seemed to suggest Liverpool's name was on the trophy.

Big decisions also went the Reds' way in both legs of the quarter-final against Arsenal three years later, with Dirk Kuyt blatantly tugging back Alexander Hleb, and Ryan Babel going down softly after a tussle with Kolo Toure.

Without the luxury of the team picking itself every week, they would never have come so close to winning the Premier League.

There was also the 2001 FA Cup final against Arsenal, in which Stephane Henchoz's blatant handball was ignored, saving him from a red card and Liverpool from conceding a penalty.

Michael Owen then won it by himself, despite the Gunners' superiority all afternoon.

Plenty to work on.

Big improvements are required when Klopp welcomes his players back to Melwood next week, especially with bitter rivals Man United up next on October 14.

Liverpool are in disarray at the back, with so many goals falling into the category of 'soft', and their lack of ruthlessness in the final third is also embarrassing bad.

It is vital to remember that the Reds have actually played well this season on the whole, though, in terms of their general approach.

It is criminal to base form solely around results. Ironing out their deficiencies and showing they have a backbone are the priorities for Liverpool, but getting the rub of the green would also make a noticeable difference.

Very few key decisions and lucky bounces are working in Liverpool's favour this season, and their results have been poorer because of it.

It is very easy to ignore that fortune plays an important role in football, but so fine are the margins in modern football, it can be crucial.

The Chiefs Are The Last Undefeted Team as They Escape the Redskins Late!! - Duration: 5:24.

Monday Night Football's latest great match up was a contest between Indians versus Indians.

So when the dust finally settled we weren't shocked that the Indians won.

LOL!

Nah I'm just playing It was the mother effing Kansas City Chiefs who ended up bagging their

fourth W of the season with their impressive 29 to 20 victory that ended a little closer

than someone would think.

Gunning for the dome right out the gates that dude Kirk Cousins came out swinging like he's

Aaron Judge at a company softball game.

With this being a Contract year for money out of Michigan State Captain Kirk made favorable

business decisions by choosing to link up with his brand spanking new 6'4 receiver

Terrell Pryor Sr. early to put the Chiefs in a bad spot.

Pulling up in the pocket as Kansas City dialed up the blitz the homie Kirk Cousins delivered

on an absolutely beautiful bomb that flew 50 yards in the air before Terrell Pryor got

in position to pull down the pass to blow the doors off 3 minutes into the game.

They must of thought they were Michael Vick and DeSean Jackson.

The Kansas City Chiefs who this year so far tend to start games off strong found themselves

in a unfamiliar spot as the Redskins got a quick 10 to nothing lead heading into the

start of the second quarter.

Quarterback Alex Smith who is often labeled as a Game Manager though seemed to be perfectly

comfortable playing from behind as it was him and his squad that had to drag themselves

out of their early hole.

But I guess it's nice to have a nice running game to depend on, as rookie sensation Kareem

Hunt yet again put up another 100 yard rushing game to take things to the Redskins mother

effing neck.

But what was embarrassing for Washington is the fact that Kirk Cousins some how ended

up leading his team in rushing with 38 yards on only 7 carries.

Robert Kelly where you at my guy.

But don't get it twisted though the homie Alex Smith wasn't gonna get out done as

he himself had seven carries of his own to the tune of 56 yards including a 1 yard touchdown

off of a play action play to fool the Redskins defense to give the Chiefs their first lead

of the game early in the third quarter.

But I find it ironic that in a city that is famous for it's barbecues that it was the

Washington Redskins that ended up loosing two players with Rib injuries like the Chiefs

were tryna get their grub on.

But you tell me, is Travis Kelce invited to your family cookout?

I mean, the Chicken Head dance money hit in the endzone after catching that 17 yard strike

from Alex Smith was cleaner then Steve Harvey's shoes on Easter Sunday!

With long time tightend Vernon Davis Bobbing & Weaving the Chiefs defense on a 25 yard

pass from Captain Kirk in which he then turned into a 69 yard gain after beating Kansas City's

Justin Houston on a mismatch set up the Redskins to quickly reclaim the lead in the game as

Kirk Cousins found Ryan Grant in the back of the endzone to go 17-14 in what was turning

out to be a great game.

But as the game came down to it's final seconds Washington's Josh Doctson was in

prime position to play the role of Team Hero as money was so close to bringing down a 22

yard game winning touchdown which would of gave the Redskins a 24-20 lead with 50 seconds

left to possibly put the Skins at a Division tying 3-1 mark four games into the season.

Having to settle for a game tying field goal instead though The Chiefs then would only

take 46 seconds to march down the field themselves where kicker Harrison Butker nailed the game

winning field goal with four seconds left with a 23-20 lead.

With little to no chance to make anything happen the Redskins attempted to pulled off

a miracle on the last play of the game as Chris Thomson's fumble was picked up by

Justin Houston as he said "See Ya Later Scrubs" and stiffed armed Chris Thompson

back to the ground as he high stepped his way into the end zone on a 13 yard return

to officially turn out the lights on the Redskins night as the Chiefs gave the home crowd an

emphatic win!

But what did you make of this great Back & Forth game?

Should the Redskins rush Josh Norman back onto the field with his rib injury to help

them stay competitive within their conference?

Are the Kansas City Chiefs really the best team in the league since they're the only

ones still undefeated?

Should the NFL change their dumbass catch rule which could of given the Redskins their

must deserved win?

I mean, if a runner is going down with control of the football as the ground can't cause

a fumble then it's purely stupid that a catch is erased if the ground does the same

on a catch.

Word!

But You Already Know, I Don't Have An Opinion, I Just Spit Faxx!

Breaking: Scalise Issues Game-Changing Statement on Gun Control | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:02.

Louisiana Republican and House Majority Whip Steve Scalise recently returned to Congress

with much fanfare after recovering from the nearly life-ending bullet to the hip he took

from a deranged liberal gunman at a GOP baseball practice in June.

Scalise sat down for an interview with Fox News host Martha MacCallum, and with the horrific

Las Vegas massacre having just occurred, was asked for his thoughts on the Second Amendment

and whether his position had changed in light of the Vegas incident and his own personal

experience, according to the New York Post.

"I think it's fortified it," the congressman said of his support for gun rights.

"Because first of all you've got to recognize that when there's a tragedy like this, the

first thing we should be thinking about is praying for the people who were injured and

doing whatever we can to help them, to help law enforcement."

"We shouldn't first be thinking of promoting our political agenda," he added, according

to the Washington Free Beacon.

"And I think we see too much of that where people say 'OK, now you have to have gun

control.'"

"First of all, look at some of those bills — those bills wouldn't have done anything

to stop this," he continued.

"That gunman actually cleared background checks so to promote some kind of gun control

is the wrong way to approach this."

Scalise proceeded to point out that it was Capitol Hill police officers with guns who

saved his life and other congressmen on that ball-field, and noted that countless gun-carrying

Americans similarly save the lives of themselves and others everyday.

"Regular citizens that just have a passionate belief in the Second Amendment that have their

own guns use guns every single day to protect themselves against criminals," he stated.

"And those stories never get told or hardly ever get told.

"But that's a different side of the story that I think is important," he added.

"People use guns way more to defend themselves from criminals than criminals using guns to

hurt people."

You can watch the entire segment below.

The portion specifically about gun control begins after the 5:00 mark:

Scalise nearly died when he was attacked out in the open by a rifle-wielding madman, and

some likely suspected that his brush with death may have had an effect on his stance

regarding gun rights.

However, rather than shift toward wanting more government controls over the rights of

the citizenry, Scalise made it clear that he "absolutely" still defends the Second

Amendment and that his stance in that regard has actually been "fortified" by his harrowing

experience.

As a final note, Scalise holds an "A+" rating from the National Rifle Association

and has lent his support to numerous pro-gun pieces of legislation, including the national

right-to-carry or nationwide reciprocity for licensed concealed carriers.

What do you think of what Scalise had to say about gun control?

Please share this news if you're glad Steve Scalise has recovered and is still standing

up for the Second Amendment.

WATCH the moment Cesc Fabregas finally admits: I threw the PIZZA at Sir Alex Ferguson! - Duration: 2:32.

WATCH the moment Cesc Fabregas finally admits: I threw the PIZZA at Sir Alex Ferguson!

Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-0 in the clash in 2004 which sparked and infamous brawl in the tunnel after the final whistle. The game ended the Gunners' historic 49-match unbeaten run and a controversial Wayne Rooney penalty led to things boiling over.

Sir Alex Ferguson documented the incident in his 2013 autobiography, claiming he had been covered in chicken pizza by Cesc Fabregas. And the 30-year-old has finally admitted it was him who threw the first slice during the post-match fracas.

When asked if he was the culprit, Fabregas told Sky Sports quiz show A League of their Own: "Yes! Martin Keown is a liar because I saw him in front of me just, like, punching people so he didnt see anything.

All of a sudden, I heard noises and I thought whats happening?  So I go out with my slice of pizza and I saw Sol Campbell, Rio Ferdinand, Martin Keown - everyone pushing each other.

I was like I want to get in but I dont know how to and I threw, 'peeew' just threw it.

Once I saw it was hitting, like, who it was hitting, which I didnt mean… I apologise Sir Alex, really didnt mean to do that In his autobiography, Ferguson wrote about the incident: The next thing I knew I had pizza all over me.  "We put food into the away dressing room after every game.

Most clubs do it. Arsenals food was the best.  They say it was Cesc Fabregas who threw the pizza at me but to this day, I have no idea who the culprit was..

Tillerson Called Trump A "Moron", Threatened To Resign Over The Summer - Duration: 3:58.

According to reports back in July, Rex Tillerson attended a Pentagon meeting, where he referred

to President Donald Trump as a moron.

I never thought I would have to say this coming phrase here, but I 100% agree with Rex Tillerson

on this issue.

You see, Tillerson made the comment that Donald Trump is a moron, after Trump said that we're

doing very well against ISIS.

ISIS is falling all around the world.

Their numbers are going way, way, way down.

That's not true.

That's not true by any measure, whatsoever, So Rex Tillerson called him on it and called

him a moron.

After that, Rex Tillerson became so enraged and just, I guess, disillusioned with the

president that, according to reports, he was going to resign.

He was all set to resign in July, until other members of the Trump administration finally

talked him out of it.

Earlier today, the Council on Foreign Relations president called for Rex Tillerson to resign.

That was after this report initially surfaced.

He said Rex Tillerson should resign.

Earlier this week, Donald Trump undermined Rex Tillerson on Twitter saying, "You shouldn't

try to play nice or negotiate anything with Kim Jong Un over in North Korea," but that

also Tillerson was doing a really great job.

Now we know the truth.

Tillerson thinks Donald Trump is a moron.

Donald Trump thinks Rex Tillerson is wasting his time.

Rex Tillerson wanted to resign.

Members of the Trump administration did not want him to resign.

We don't have a very clear reason why they didn't want him to resign, but I'm going to

go ahead and throw out a theory here, because all the evidence supports it.

Rex Tillerson, though he is a horrible human being, do not get me wrong about that, he's

not as insane as Donald Trump.

Rex Tillerson doesn't want to destroy the world with bombs and guns.

He wants to destroy it with pollution.

He understands, albeit, for greedy, disgusting ends, that he can't go and bomb the hell out

of everybody in this world.

He has to go over there and work on negotiations, and that is exactly what he's doing.

Unfortunately for us, he's also trying to negotiate new pipelines, new oil drilling

leases for his old company, Exxon.

But at least, he's not trying to start a war.

I mean, I guess that's good.

The pollution that's going to be created as a result of Tillerson's work is going to kill

a lot of people, so that's horrible.

At this point, I really don't know what is worse.

Should we let Tillerson resign and have Donald Trump appoint a spineless yes man who's going

to say, "Yep, go to war, go to war, go to war, go to war.

Go drop some bombs.

Let's kill some people"?

Or do we leave Tillerson in place, who can help prevent war, but then spews out more

carbon and other emissions into the atmosphere that, in the long run, is going to end up

killing more people than a war would?

I don't know what's better at this point.

Donald Trump has stacked his cabinet, his administration, with some of the most evil,

thoughtless, horrible people on this planet.

Is it worth it?

Is it worth a war now to prevent massive pollution in the future?

Or should we prevent the war, prevent the pollution, by getting the Trump administration

out of office?

Because at this point, that's our only option to prevent mass deaths in one form or another.

Hi I'm Anja, I'm 5 and I'm going to be singing Only Hope.

There's a song that's inside of my soul It's the one that I've tried to write over and over again

I'm awake in the infinite cold But You sing to me over and over and over again

So I lay my head back down And I lift my hands

and pray to be only Yours I pray to be only Yours I know now you're my only hope

Sing to me the song of the stars Of Your galaxy dancing and laughing

and laughing again

When it feels like my dreams are so far Sing to me of the plans that You have for me over again

So I lay my head back down And I lift my hands and pray

To be only yours I pray to be only yours I know now you're my only hope

I give you my destiny I'm giving you all of me I want Your symphony

Singing in all that I am At the top of my lungs I'm giving it back

How to Get Paid What You're Worth - Duration: 4:45.

- A lot of people think that you get paid for effort,

effort that you put into something.

I like a quote from Jim Rohn, who is a motivational speaker,

who said, "You are not paid in the marketplace

for the time that you put in."

Even though we often have this debate

about should there be a minimum wage,

how much should people make, you don't actually,

you don't actually get rewarded for time put into things.

You get rewarded for the value

that other people put on what you bring.

Now, it takes time to create value

but there is no relationship between time and value.

Value can be created in five minutes or five years.

I once, back in 2007,

I was in college and then-Senator Barack Obama

came to my hometown and he did a rally, and he said

something that made me want to throw up.

I like some of the things that Barack Obama did

and I don't like some of the things that Barack Obama did.

But he said one thing that made me throw up

and it was that, he said, "I think it's a problem

that CEOs and executives can make more money

in five minutes than some people make in a year."

I don't have any problem with that

because I also know that some people provide more value

in five minutes than some people do in a year.

Now, does that mean that everyone

who gets paid a lot provides a lot of value?

No.

But the marketplace only rewards value,

it doesn't reward time and effort.

You get paid, you get compensated

for the value that you bring.

So, waiting for minimum wage to change

is a strategy that you can use to get wealthier.

It's just a really bad strategy.

In order to make more money,

you can beg other people.

That would be a strategy, it would just be

a really bad strategy.

But a lot faster and better strategy

is for you to become more valuable,

for you to learn a skill, or, my preference,

to create something of value,

a product, a service, an idea.

Those are the things that have

no connection between time and value.

Again, it will take time to create them,

but when they are created, there is no relationship

between the amount of money you receive

and the time created.

It's like when someone writes a song

and, you know, the lead singer of the band Lifehouse

wrote their big hit Hanging By A Moment,

he said it took him seven minutes to write that song.

Now, he had to become good at writing songs,

but that song continues to get played on the radio

and send him checks every single year

that are worth a lot of money.

Because it continues to get played on the radio.

But he doesn't spend any time writing that song anymore.

When you create things that other people think are valuable,

not what you think are valuable,

not what your parent's think is valuable,

but what the marketplace, what

other people think is valuable.

That's when you get rich.

That's when you outearn all of your peers.

Not when you work harder, not when you put in more time,

but when what you create provides more value

than everybody else.

And you deserve to keep that.

You deserve to get the fruits of your labor

because other people decided that it was valuable.

It doesn't matter how you feel about it

or what other people feel about it,

it matters what the people who paid, valued.

And that's why pursuing wealth is an ethical thing

because it means that, in order to do it,

you have to give a lot of people

what they perceive as valuable,

even if other people think it's silly.

Other people are willing to pay for it,

they think it is valuable,

and that's how you get rich.

Overcoming Depression (Part 1) - Duration: 8:52.

hey guys this JCSupercell here back with another video timestamps in the

description I'm sorry this video came out really late I've been really sick

lately and I kind of still AM and today I want to talk about a more sensitive

topic to help you guys out as well as to balance out the cuntyness from my last

video and today I was talk about overcoming depression since I myself

have deeply struggled with this as well as I have a couple of friends who are

dealing with it too but anyway enough about that I'm gonna give you guys a

little guide and hope you've overcome this huge obstacle and no this is not for

the people who act depressed to get attention they need some water because

they thirsty as fuck for that attention so on with the show for my first tip

ladies and gentlemen I want to say this learn who your real friends are and try

to change your environment whenever you can and want to this because someone's

environment can greatly reflect their emotions as well as those who are

closest to them they have a huge effect on their well-being now I'm not saying

you should run away from everything there's a difference there's a

difference between a fresh start and being all like foundation out of my

problems for example if you're in an abusive environment with very abusive

people who are being manipulative first call me up and I will suffocate them

with my motherfucking pot belly because I don't tolerate that shit and second

deter if it's rational or not because a great way to raise self-esteem is to

overcome obstacles especially things like bullies and other stuff like that

but if you're flipping out over nothing like your parents won't get you a fucking

JD razor then you just a bitch and you're not a bitch are you but this whole change of

location where you just slow down and relax it can be great since it's like a

safe haven where you can just relax and slow down and just do you it can be

anywhere you imagine except north kore- as for those friends I'd say try to be

friends with more optimistic people as being friends with someone who whines more

than people on tumblr and facebook combined is only really

gonna bring your mood down and you won't be able to feel a better about

yourself due to your environment it could be that your friends are just

really negative which may put you down a lot or their fake friends that are

quite frankly just douche bags and pricks who like to talk shit behind your

back and if you find out you'll feel even worse than when

you started if probably won't help you completely overcome it but it'll help with it

it'll help you deal with it at least second thing I want to say is do not devote yourself

to false validation this can mean things like others opinions appearance

competition popularity you get the idea there's a difference between having a

standard and a sense of pride in these things and devotion because when you

devote yourself to these kinds of sources if at all any of these are challenged

you'll most likely become really defensive and start your autistic screeching and

the people that do this to you are I'm gonna put it nicely they are spiteful

cunts oh wait the thing is they will try to exploit it as they see it as a

weakness then if they get the idea that you're going through something as tough

as suppression they'll make fun of that too it's essentially a chain reaction

that makes sense that's a lot people do this and mainly

people that do this basically are probably sexually frustrated because

they're only friends are their right hand and a fucking jar of Vaseline but hey

moving on third this may sound a bit of a contradiction and please tell me if it

is one comments but I want to say is find a way to escape from it all if the

pressure start to become too much to handle as in just find a hobby that just

makes you happy and allows you to unwind and forget it can be anything you want like

listening to music I recommend listen to something like

American authors that's where it's like best day of my life or something

like that I think I was the lyrics that's like really upbringing or like

just more cheerful music none of that grindcore deathcore bullshit where it's

basically slit your throat kill yourself the genre like me personally I love

creating content on YouTube because allows to express myself I can basically

say and do whatever the hell I want or playing video games witj my friends especially

fighters like Marvel's vs Capcom and Super Smash Brothers the main thing I

want you to take from this little section is don't let people think you

care about what they say when it comes to them quite frankly just shitting all

over your interests and I know I sound like a white mom on

your first day at secondary school but hey if you like to watch Disney Princess

movies to help you relax you do you if you like to cosplay and go to conventions to

express yourself that's great just just do what makes you feel happy

just do what feel makes you feel good and relax if it all gets too much for you

unless you like to drive white ice cream bags around primary schools then we have

a problem and for god's sake please don't take it to a creepy level like the sonic

fans the students just don't do that and we cool moving on next thing I want to say is

find ways on how you can help out other people that are struggling it works for

me I say this because it indirectly helps you

you end up feeling better about yourself and return when you think that you made

a difference for that person and I strongly recommend this because in case

you somehow haven't noticed people find it a lot easier to help

others then to ask for help or help themselves because they don't want to

seem weak but don't be like that because when you reach out to others for

help that can be someone you could go to that can be someone that you can go to

when you're when you're like struggling physically and emotionally it's like a

safety net and they can provide you with some comfort like for me this happened

when I was so fucking depressed when because I reached out to my friends

they've reached out back to me it just like I said it works both ways

but don't heavily rely on them because that'll most likely push them way since

it might make you clingy and if that person does leave you you can end up in a worse

state than before dude a feel like it's all coming crashing down again but

harder this time instead treat it like a two-way street since that's basically how

it works it like I said it helps both people also side note I recommend

checking people out like Tony Robbins Sean Stephenson and marie whatever

your last name is I can't pronounce it unless you somehow do not like listening

to a sexy fat white teen on the Internet and the last I'm gonna give you guys is

improve your self-image I know what I said with don't really care about your

appearance but I'm saying this because things like depression can stem from

being insecure whether it's to do with things that are very hard or impossible

to control like you know being like your weight, your height, your appearance in

general as that's just how people are in my opinion like I said it's why people

so often compare themselves to others the either feel like I have to be the

best or I am the best or they feel like oh I'm a waste of jizz

I want to say improve your self-image because think just how great you feel

are putting in that work... towards your goal either do that or stay how you are

currently and find a way to come to terms and become comfortable with your

imperfections and shortcomings but don't be moaning about it to me because if I

catch you moaning I will go killer kung-fu wolf bitch

on your ass thanks for inviting a killer kung fu wolf bitch to the crib grandad

flawless victory as like I said that's being a giant bitch and you're not a

giant bitch are you the main thing with this is is that it'll do wonders for your

self-esteem since you feel like your personal problems with how you are...

are physically slowly drifting away as when you overcome these obstacles and

achieve these goals you set yourself your self-confidence will improve too

and you'll feel less vulnerable meaning it can also help with anxiety but we'll get into

that a little bit so with anxiety is stems from fear of things fear of things

such as rejection failure and abandonment as well as things like low

self-esteem and insecurity so I'll keep it relatively short because I don't

I don't wanna make this video too long and I feel like I can talk about

this more in depth in another video anyway it's mostly from environments

that are supposed to be friendly such as school and home but like I said with

home find a way to escape to a mental state where you can relax express

yourself and become independent of others don't crawl to them do not crawl back to

them like you got rejected after a one-night stand behind the KFC dustbin

show that you're strong because you are stronger than them this applies to

school as well like for me I used to be like this but I'd get really depressed

because I used to really struggle a lot with being quite frankly a fat shit however

then I got over with my social anxiety it's not easy it's not easy but hey things

that are easy aren't really worth happening anyway

unless it's Oreos and marijuana I thought of it like this way I should be happy

with them taking the piss out of me because they're trying to make me feel

like shit because they are shit because they have nothing interesting to

do or talk about in other words if someone calls me a fat fuck no I can

just say something back like every time I shag your mum she makes me a sandwich

THAT'S why I'm fat anyway jokes aside that's it for this

video guys let me know what you think about it in the comment section below I know

I sounded like a BTEC self-help book thanks to my friend Da'Ryeus hopefully I

pronounced that name right for Letting me use his amazing remix of planet wisp from Sonic

Colors his channel might be an inscription by the way apples my social

media basically my Twitter and my discord please like subscribe and I'll see you lot

later peace have a good one
