Youtube daily report Oct 6 2017

I'm up to record my first educative video in Brno!

No more wating!

Maybe you have already felt the adrenaline of performing

... or maybe not.

Anyway...

there we go with 10 things about theatre

not only about performing but also watching it

that you didn't know.

1. It helps to meet ourselves.

It free us from personal barriers

and helps to accept us as the way we are.

2. It improves our social relationships.

It does it in a lot of way, but it's specially good for

coping with shyness, speaking in public

and even for problem solving

due to it improves our empathy and our emotional intelligence.

3. It helps you with maths.

As it predisposes you for understanding abstract reasonings.

That's because all what happen on stage happens also in an abstract dimension.

4. It was proved that it helps for slowing down the accelerated pathologiacal ageing

and moreover... to go to theatre in group extends life as stop smoking does.

5. It's pretty obvious that it improves memory.

You have to memorise texts in most of the cases.

And, the more you use the memory, the better memory you have

ause you are using it, you are training it memory.

And yes! Memory is also trainable!

And theatre is one thing that is used to train it.

6. Particullarly if you do theatre, it helps you for self-disciplining.

since you have to be rigurous

and a full knowledge about your artistic capabilities.

And you can achieve that just by training.

There's no other way.

And, of course, you learn how to keep your mind open and creative.

and even have fun under pressure situations, which is pretty interesting.

7. It give us a rules-free space for playing.

We better find our inner kid by doing theatre!

8. It improves our psychmotor skills.

You have better control of your moving,...

...it increses the knowledge you know about your body...

...and, if it's not enough,...

laughing is a relly good exercise for abs. Really!

Apart form painkiller, by the way!

9. It prevents you for colds.

Furthermore, there are studies which say that

there's a direct relationship between art

(as a way for feeling positive emotions)

and its long-term benefits.

It prevents from colds according to some studies,...

...reduces inflamation,...

... and protects from heart diseases.

10. It makes you generally happier.

At Norwenian University of Science and technology, in 2011

they proved that to take part in theatrial shows

or art gallleries has effets on the good health.

And also, the people who engaged more often in cultural activities

was happier and had better life quality.

The information of this "top" is a mix up between

my personal experience

and studies' data, whose links I left in the description of this video

for you to check them and see I don't lie

Actually, some of those studies are going to surprise you.

Did you know that theatre had this benefits for you?

Have you ever done theatre or watched it?

Leave you answers in the comments' box!

See you in the next showhearshal!

Why China Wants to Undermine the Dollar | Luke Gromen Interview - Duration: 1:46.

The key, we think, for China is really twofold.

Number one, we think they look at their FX reserves less in dollars, more in what those

dollars buy them.

In other words, they think about their FX reserves, not $3 trillion, but how many barrels

of oil.

And then point two is China needs to become more self-sufficient, to grow a consumer society,

to be able to actually have an independent monetary policy and political moves away from

the dollar.

And so to do that China needs to be able to price commodities in their own currency.

However, nobody is going to, in all likelihood, trust the Yuan over the dollar.

And, clearly, oil has been denominated in dollars for a long time.

And so there's been this gold relationship-- basically, they're reopening a Bretton Woods

gold window at a floating Yuan price in an attempt to gain the ability to print Yuan

for oil.

What this then does, interestingly, as it relates back to the dollar, is that it begins

to structurally and permanently defund the US government.

If you look at the relative FX reserve positions of the US versus China-- so China has about

26% of GDP in FX reserves, and the United States in contrast, has 0.6% of GDP in FX

reserves.

And the reason why the US's are so low is because the US can print dollars for critical

imports.

And China can't.

And this is a strategic weakness if you're China.

Protective style using HerGivenHair Kinky Clip-ins - Duration: 9:21.

Hi every one, I'm Nel. I hope you're

having a nice day! Welcome to my new

video. Today I'm gonna show you how

I did this protective hairstyle. Yep, I know

that this doesn't look like it. But it is a protective style

because I'm wearing extensions.

The clips-ins from HerGivenHair.

I already showed you how to install them

You can see the video right here

Right now, all of my hair is protected

it's all twisted underneath

Not one hair is free

So I will show you how I installed the clip-ins

to get this result.

It just looks like a an fro

or a twist-out

but it's protective.

And I also have an extra hairstyle to show you

Here we go!

So I have washed my hair

and straighten it but you don't need

straightend hair. You will see, I only used twists.

So don't bother straightening your hair

I just did mine like that for this video.

I started by keeping some twists on the front

separated from the rest and

I pinned the twists on the back

with bobby pins

This section in the front will be used

to hide the wedges

For now, I'm not doing anything with them

Now I installed the first

row of 5 clips

Then I install a second row with 4 clips

Then a third row of 4 clips in the middle, on the back of my head

And on the sides, I will use the wedges that have 3 clips

Same thing on the other side

3 clips once again

For now I will pin these twists

to the clip ins

But I will unravel them later

to be able to blend the 2 textures.

I also braided some hair in the side front

just to keep things interesting.

The twists on the front are now tied in a bun

And I use my last weft to

clip it at the base of the bun

I am very careful for this part because

I don't want to cause damage to my

hairline so be careful too.

Don't abuse this to avoid alopecia.

So I tied the hair to form a bigger bun

And I used beads and cowrie shells

to accessorize the braids

Voilà! it's done

Now it's time to go to bed

and I use the satin tube scarf to

protect my hair while I'm sleeping

and the next day

I unravel the twists that I left

to blend my hair with the extensions.

My twists were still a bit humid

YINHE (Milkyway) Moon rubber test & review тест и обзор накладки на губках Soft Medium Hard - Duration: 11:32.

Hello. My name is Vladimir Lutskiy.

Now I'm going to tell you about rubbers YINHE Moon series.

It's a cross-breed of tensor and Chinese hard sticky rubber (CHSR).

As for me, these rubbers belong more to CHSR.

There are three sponge types: hard, medium and soft.

They differ by hardness and weight.

These rubbers are used by players, who are able to play heavy spin.

Those, who play heavy serves, chops, in short game.

And it will be hard for opponent to classify the spin of incoming loop.

Moon hard is the hardest and heaviest rubber.

But mostly it reminds me Hurricane National.

It's not dull.

Moon medium is softer and good enougn for flat game.

Moon soft is the softest and lightest one among this line-up rubbers.

It's good for loops, but it plays the best in making spin.

Yihne Moon hard on blade Kazak C by Red+Black.

The rubber is hard, both sponge and topsheet,

The rubber is very grippy.

It's the most grippy from all I tested today.

This rubber suits:

firstly, player who do not use flat hit.

'Cause Moon hard has not elastic enough sponge and flat hits are not good. It's hard to score.

If you play many flat hits, it's better to choose other rubber.

Not everyone plays flat hits. And for those who play other moves, like hard grippy rubber,

who plays except loops other balls and score due to rubber gearing,

in addition, the rubber is cheap. Cheap but good.

About loops, which may be made by this rubber. Force loop is played not bad, but not perfect on that slow blade

Some loops with slight spin, so called subloops, are under control and you can easily play them with high consistency.

In short game control is high.

I'm going to compare Moon medium with Moon hard.

I can surely say, that this rubber plays much better.

There is more spin at loops,

flat hits appeared, unlike with hard.

Hardly as good as Spinlord rubbers or Big Dipper, AK-47 red,

At least you hit a flat hit.

If to compare in general with Spinlord rubbers, Big Dipper and Ak-47 red, Moon medium is a bit worse.

It's not newly developed, speaking about year made, and is much cheaper.

So, Irbis and Marder IV, Ak-47 red, Big Dipper - they are a bit better.

Moon soft is alike Moon medium, only flat hits are much more better, it's almost perfect.

In Moon medium it's just good. But in Moon soft - very good.

The rest is almost the same, weight is lighter.

About hardness, "soft" may misinform you. It just points its place in a line. But this rubber is not soft. It's harder than medium.

Rep. Slaughter Stands with Colleagues in Condemning the President's Dangerous Contraception Rule - Duration: 0:49.

Of all the foolish things that I think this administration has done, the idea of

taking away the ability of women to have their birth control covered by insurance

and actually be free of cost to them, I think takes the cake. First place there are

numbers of women who have other issues other than reproductive rights for which

they use birth control and have to use birth control. If there's anything that

should have been covered or made available that's it, it can be very

expensive for young women to try to cover that and the idea that they

don't believe that birth control is health care is really pretty scary,

it certainly is.

Debt Collection 101: Episode 8 – Regulatory Action in the Debt Collection Industry - Duration: 6:31.

Alex: Hey everybody it's Alex and Spencer again with Arbeit U Spencer: Arbeit U

Alex: Welcome back to another episode of Debt Collection 101 Spencer: The greatest show on the world

Alex: Yes, thank you. Spencer: You're welcome. So yeah we have a very interesting topic today at least

what I Alex: Yeah we're gonna change gears a little bit and we're gonna talk

about some regulatory action in the debt collection industry

yeah so Spencer lead the way. Spencer: Oh wow that's an honor thank you so I don't know if

anyone follows InsideARM, I do, they released great content but they had an

article that just came out actually August 2nd about the FTC looking to

crowd source unwanted calls and this is actually a really interesting thing and

I actually had a customer talk to me about this actually and ran into this problem the

other day so basically what's going on is the FTC is taking the do-not-call or

what consumers report as spam or debt collection or whatever and they're

giving that information to mobile telecommunications companies and they

are then taking that and blocking those calls Alex: Right so it's ours so first this has

already started anyone who has a cell phone has noticed this Spencer: Correct Alex: I get it

all the time it says suspicious spam call Spencer: Correct "Spam Likely" Alex: It's like

yeah so its like I'm getting a call from the devil so everyone knows I mean

this is already taking an effect and I guess what it like I what's your opinion

on it? I do you think, I mean some people I think I think consumers

obviously think this is great Spencer: So the problem is consumers yeah consumers

love it and they can just report it right so I can literally take any call I want

go online and report as spam likely right and then Verizon, Sprint whatever

is gonna turn around and block those calls just from anyone right so if Arbeit

software calls someone because I don't know they missed a bill or whatever

right and that person turns around and reports us. Anyone we call will say

spam likely Alex: And then so in theory this

sounds good but how is it bad in practice well first they have all these

like different descriptions that you can give of what this calls for you know is

it spam, a scam, something and one of them is actually debt

collection so first like they're saying you can, they're giving you the

option to report a debt collection call as spam doesn't seems I don't know that

doesn't seem like a good thing to do because I mean debt collections a

legitimate business, you shouldn't be able to like say that's

Spencer: Yeah debt collectors aren't just calling random people Alex: Because it's one of the terms that they

actually state in this is they say it's it's meant to be like for illegal robocalls

right they specifically say illegal robocalls so regular robocalls

shouldn't fall into this Spencer: No and there's actually also there's a

chance that just in general consumers are gonna report legitimate numbers so

that would be like the biggest concern I guess is like and like perfect example, my

student loans I can literally report my student loan

company as illegal robocalling and then they're they just get out of cycle

Alex: Right so I've been reading up on this and I don't think that there's been a

decision made or any actual good proposals given to the FTC but in a lot

of these I've been reading and they they're looking for opinions or looking

for advice essentially on how do they get rid of those how do they get rid of

those misidentified calls from happen like how do they stop it from happening

so one thing was to give companies the ability to register themselves as

legitimate callers so you'd have to them register yourself saying were legitimate

and prove were legitimate so don't mark us a span ever and I

think another one was to basically every time somebody reports your number as

spam you can then like defend it so it's like you have to prove that was

legitimate call it seems like it would be like I could see that getting out of control

Spencer: Yeah and also like you shouldn't have to

prove your legitimate call right like the burden of proof should not be on you

to prove that, it should be on the other person to prove that its a illegitimate

call you know what I mean, so Alex: It seems like a big mess thats going to start

Spencer: Yeah it's it's a slippery slope Alex: Its like for so personally me I have missed

payments before are things right so I'm gonna not

Spencer: If you're watching buy his debt Alex: So I'm not gonna get these calls now because like I

don't mind those calls I get robocalls sometimes and

it's for like a credit card I forgot Spencer: Or like if you change your credit

card right like if you change your credit card on I don't know like Netflix

Alex: I throw all my mail out Spencer: I don't read my mail Alex: I mean I don't read my mail it doesn't

matter Spencer: I don't know if I get mail Alex: So now if let's say Verizon decides the

black calls from this giant collection company now I'm not gonna get these

calls Spencer: Yeah and like what if like then they hit your credit right so I've

called them ten times and nothing, now your credit score just took a dump

and honestly it's just because you didn't know that you owed that money so

right like I mean there's a scenario where that is possible

Alex: Yes, it's very possible and happens the time with me, I mean then I don't know

it's uh it's like a Spencer: How behind are you? Alex: It happens on my PayPal account quite often, I don't

know why but anyways I guess like what is everyone else's Spencer: Yeah I mean who cares

what our opinion is right Alex: Do you have any, so have you proposed anything like

how to fix this, what would you do if you could you know create a solution to this

because this is already happening Spencer: Yeah this is something you're gonna have to

deal with whether you like it or not yeah so the better it's better be

prepared, so what are you gonna do right, what's a tip, do you buy new

numbers? Alex: I don't know I mean I like I can think of a like I could think

of something like a solution to it, but it's like a what is so an agency is

gonna constantly be cycling through numbers Spencer: Yeah seems like

a waste, there's only so many numbers out there

Alex: Yeah it's tough it's, there needs to be a way for the for a legitimate

company to not be placed on this right I mean wrong number calls are gonna

happen Spencer: It happens all the time Alex: I don't know yeah but one Spencer: Give us your opinion

Alex: Yeah we want to hear from everybody watching Spencer: So we'll link the article below so you can read it for

yourself but also comment, give us your feedback, subscribe if you haven't

already and Alex: Thanks for watching Spencer: Thanks for watching, as always. See you next week

Alex: See ya

It's OVER For The NFL After What They're Adding To Sidelines And Field For Racist Protesting Players - Duration: 4:29.

There was a time when NFL football players did exactly what they were paid to do, and

that was to throw a ball and run with it without dropping it.

But now these players want to make a difference in the world, and there is no better way to

do that than by becoming a social justice warrior.

These "woke" individuals stomp around the country bringing awareness to causes that

have been dealt with years before.

For instance, racism in America, correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe that the majority

of it has been handled, but don't tell that to unemployed Colin Kaepernick and his buddies

who are still kneeling for "equality."

These arrogant players insist that they need to raise awareness about racial inequality

and police brutality and the only way to do that is by spitting in the face of veterans

across the country.

This season the protests have continued despite millions of fans boycotting, which has caused

ratings to nose-dive drastically.

This is exactly why what these NFL players and executives have decided to do in November

makes no sense.

And, if they follow through with this absurd plan, you can kiss the NFL goodbye for good.

The NFL is making moves to make the entire month of November "social justice month,"

and they plan to promote it much like they would with Breast Cancer awareness, or any

other accepted cause.

Michael Bennett, the man who lied about the Las Vegas Police racial profiling him.

is behind the idea, and now it appears as though the NFL commissioner is jumping on

board.

What this boils down to is that the league is inching closer to accepting Black Lives

Matter style protesting for an entire month.

According to Downtrend:

Now it is being reported that a group of blacktivist players sent a letter to NFL Commissioner

Roger Goodell calling for the league to set aside an entire month to promote community

activism and black equality.

The group includes Seattle Seahawks troublemaker Michael Bennett who recently set off a social

media firestorm by accusing police of racial profiling and roughing him up when he was

seen exhibiting suspicious behavior when they responded to reports of a shooting at a nightclub

after the Mayweather-McGregor title bout in Vegas.

The Las Vegas Police have denied Bennett's claims and the player is looking to cash in

off of a civil rights lawsuit that will also serve to elevate his profile in Kaepernick's

army.

The others who signed the letter are Malcolm Jenkins who is thrusting his fist into the

air on the sidelines in the uniform of the Philadelphia Eagles, ex-Kaepernick teammate

Torrey Smith who also plies his trade in Philly and former player Anquan Boldin who also played

with Kaepernick when he was with the San Francisco 49ers.

The league issued the following press release this week:

NFL, NFLPA meet to discuss player social activism

The NFL and NFL Players Association met Tuesday to discuss social activism by NFL players,

the two groups announced in a joint statement.

"The NFL and NFLPA met today to discuss the important issue of social activism by

NFL players," the statement read.

"Roger Goodell, DeMaurice Smith, Eric Winston, Robert Kraft, John Mara, Art Rooney and other

player leaders engaged in a productive conversation.

We are all committed to an ongoing dialogue."

The meeting comes a week after a group of eight players, more than half of NFL team

owners and Goodell met at league headquarters in New York to discuss social issues important

to players.

In addition to those two meetings, Malcolm Jenkins, Anquan Boldin and Torrey Smith along

with Goodell and Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie met with Philadelphia community leaders last

month to get a better understanding of the criminal justice system.

Jenkins, Boldin and Smith invited Goodell and Lurie to join them in meeting with community

leaders, which included Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross and community advocates

for incarceration and bail reform.

Eagles defensive end Chris Long and safety Rodney McLeod also accompanied the group.

It appears as though social activism month is coming our way which means no football

for many us all through November.

If these players want to keep up their anti-American protests, then they can do it while their

ratings plummet into the toilet, and they finally get the memo that NO ONE CARES ABOUT

THEIR PROTEST.

The only thing we want these players to do is run down the field, catch a ball and make

a touchdown.

They can leave their protests at the door where it should have been the entire time.

what do you think about this?

1 Sari Draped 3 Unique Ways - Duration: 5:50.

Hi guys, this is Rashmi from team MissMalini

and today, we are taking a challenge of draping

this basic sari in three unique ways!

Kalpana ji, is not only a renowned sari draper,

and styles many celebrities on and off screen,

but she also has her own coffee table book which is called

The Whole Nine Yards,

and today she is going to show us three unique ways

to drape this traditional Patola sari.

For this style of sari, first drape it once around your skirt.

Keep some gather and tuck it in front.

Take the pallu and make small five-six pleats.

Now, it's time to secure them with clips.

Keep the length till the pallu touches the ground.

Turn the pallu and take it onto your right shoulder.

Now, wrap it around your neck.

Remove the clips.

Now make two-three broad front pleats.

Arrange all your front and back pleats.

Cinch the pallu pleats at the waist with a belt.

Voila!

For this, you will require a pair of leggings.

The first step is to take four-five pleats in the front.

Make small pallu pleats till approximately

one and a half meter to two meter.

Tuck the rest of the sari halfway

and take the pallu to the back.

From the back, take the pallu pleats in the front

through the gap between your legs.

Place the pallu pleats on the left shoulder and pin up.

Now, put the the remaining part of the pallu

on the right hand and pin up.

Remove the clips

and set the pleats!

And we are done!

For this style of drape,

wrap your sari once around your skirt.

Keep some gather and tuck it in front.

Make small pallu pleats till below knee level

and pin up.

Remove the gather and take the excess from the left waist

and pin up in the front.

Now, make front pleats of the remaining sari

and secure it with pin.

Stretch your sari around your waist from left to right

and pin the excess in the front.

Cover this pin with your front pallu

and arrange your pleats.

Take the corner of the pallu from the other side

and pin it below the front border and inside the front pleats.

Stretch the pallu behind and pin up.

Arrange all your front and back pleats.

Voila!

Thank you ma'am!

You're most welcome.

For showing us these three

beautiful drapes and I bet with these styles,

we are going to rock this upcoming wedding season, for sure!

How I Became A YouTube Star | Lucie Vlogs | Refinery29 - Duration: 5:28.

Hi guys! It's Lucie.

I've received a ton of questions on Instagram

and YouTube and Twitter about my career path

and how I got to do what I'm doing today

for Refinery29.

So I'm hoping to answer all of your questions right now.

In order to tell the story of how I got

to where I am, I have to go back in time and

take you back to Childhood Lucie.

I was never shy in front of the camera.

I always loved performing.

In high school, I did theater.

In college, I was an in a capella group.

And performing was always a really

big part of who I was.

The other side of me was

able to stomach really gory open heart surgery on TV.

So for a while, as a young child,

I thought maybe I'm meant to be a doctor.

But when it came time to go to college

and I ended up getting into Johns Hopkins and deciding

to go there, I figured this much be a sign.

If I want to be a doctor,

Johns Hopkins University is one of the best

medical institutions in the entire world.

I had a couple of conversations with some

friends of mine who are also pre-med

and it just didn't seem that we had the same reason

for wanting to be a doctor.

Which made me think:

maybe I made the wrong decision.

When I decided to switch my major

away from neuroscience, I needed to figure out what

I was actually going to major in.

I've always loved writing.

So when I discovered that the writing seminars

department at Johns Hopkins was one of the

strongest writing programs in the whole country,

I knew that that needed to be my new major.

A lot of people asked where I got my

production experience and what classes I took to learn

these skills.

The truth is:

I did not take any classes on video production.

I learned every single thing that I know

about production from making videos for YouTube.

So as a freshman at Hopkins,

I decided to pitch a YouTube series

to the Admissions Office.

That was essentially a Travel Channel show

about the city of Baltimore.

Now let me just say,

I had no production experience

when I pitched this show.

Truly I was going in blind,

but I had an idea and I thought I could do it.

And I pitched it.

And the Admissions Office loved it.

Once I had been in college for a couple of years

and I had been producing all of this video content,

I kept sending it over to the Today Show

because I wanted to show them that if

they ever needed a teen to come onto the show,

I was a comfortable teen on camera.

Then one day, my junior year,

I guess I sent enough videos over,

that a producer from the Today Show reached out and

invited me to come on the show.

They were doing a segment about parents and teens

and they wanted to talk to teens directly.

Over the course of the year,

I was on the Today Show six or seven times.

Then it came time to graduate from college

and I remember really thinking that I was

heading towards a career of being on-camera

in a TV environment.

But unfortunately the only on-camera opportunity

that I got was a bootcamp program to be a

news reporter.

And that really didn't seem to align

with the exact type of on-camera work that I wanted

to do.

So instead of taking that,

I wound up going the complete opposite route

and going into the production side.

I started at a giant ad agency as a PA,

a production assistant.

And I worked my way up over the course of the year

to being an AP, an associate producer.

The environment at this ad agency

really fostered creativity and being a maker.

And I remember them telling us

to just pick up a camera and do something.

And so I really have this ad agency to thank

for my current stop motion love.

I didn't know anyone else that made stop motions.

I didn't ever take a class on it.

I didn't use any apps to make stop motions.

I learned it just through doing it and

through practicing it.

And over time, I was able to really

perfect the art of the craft.

My love for stop motion ended up turning into

a side hustle and I had brands coming to me

asking me to create stop motions for their

social media channels, for their websites.

And at the time when I was working at that ad agency,

the stop motion videos on my Instagram

were paying for my rent in New York City.

So how did I get to Refinery29?

I was at this ad agency and

I really still had my on-camera dream.

Somebody who I met at my ad agency

actually gave me a connection to the video team at

Refinery29.

Now this was in 2015 when the video team at Refinery

was tiny and was just getting started.

And I remember showing them all of my

video reels, everything I did at school, on the

Today Show, all of my stop motion videos.

And it was absolutely right place, right time.

So I whipped out my notebook which had a

whole bunch of shows that I had wanted to produce

since high school.

One of them being the 5 Day Challenge format,

Try Living With Lucie.

And thankfully Refinery was looking for just that.

They needed content.

They needed producers.

They needed editors.

And we were a match made in heaven.

And now I'm still here today.

So if you're looking for a career in media

or something creative and you want a similar

career path to me,

here are my three main takeaways:

1. Constantly create.

You don't need a fancy website.

If you want to put your work out into the world,

just put it on social media.

And you don't need a lot of money.

2. Do not be afraid to take internships

or low entry positions when you're starting in

this field.

This field is totally DIY.

You just got to go in, start at the bottom,

work your way up, and really, really bust

your @$#.

And 3. Never ever stop learning and growing.

Even when you think that you've learned

all there is to know,

there is so much more

knowledge and so many people all around you

at all times that can teach you something

new that can just advance your career

to the next level.

So never think that you've hit the top.

The most important thing to keep in mind

is that everyone's career path is different

and the timing is different for everyone

so you cannot compare yourself to people around you.

I hope that was helpful and

I hope you learned a lot about my career path.

But as always,

if you have any questions that I didn't answer

comment below and I'll try to answer them now.

See ya next time!

Thanks so much for watching.

Vi leggo i miei vecchi racconti 11(G.D. ed il triangolo amoroso) - Reading my old short stories 11 - Duration: 14:22.

>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel

Y.D.'s series is back

the young depressed heroin of a short story I wrote when I was in my 20ies

If you missed the previous instalments don't worry as by clicking on the I

that will appear somewhere above my head

you'll be magically teleported to a playlist with all the previous videos.

Today we'll keep on reading the adventures of our heroin, which is not that depressed anymore

who is in the middle of a love triangle

with Luca, the brooding hunk, the man of her dreams, that she is dating

and Fabio, her best friend, pre surgeries

who confessed his love for her old self, because he didn't recognize her in her new

sexy body

so she faces a few awkward moments with these 2 men, Fabio and Luca

In the last instalment she managed to avoid a fight with Luca, who

unexpectedly showed up while she was having dinner at home with Fabio

but she managed to hide Fabio in her bathroom

to his great disappointment, but she also managed to fix the awkward situation

and save her friendship with Fabio.

so let's keep reading

if you hear some weird noises that's because I'm in my house at the seaside

and it's a super windy day

so that's why you may hear weird noises

let's keep reading!

It's 2.40 a.m.

the table lamp light turns yellow the walls

the TV is on the musical channel

Y.D. stares smiling at Fabio, who fell asleep next to her

She feels tenderness for her newly found friend

during the evening they laughed together as they used to do

he was in a good mood again and told her a thousend of funny stories, most of which she already knew.

she feels happy and calm

He breathes reguarly next to her

Y.D. allows herself to watch him

she looks at his chiselled face with a 5 o'clock shadow beard

the freshly shaved brown hair

and the piercing right below his mouth, that's the first time

that I describe Fabio's appearance, because until now I never described him before

so we get to know that he has a buzz cut, a 5 o'clock shade beard and a piercing

Fabio has his own charm, totally different from Luca's

he is funny and positive, but there's more behind his nice guy look and Y.D. only sees that now.

She never thought about Fabio that way, if you know what I mean

he was more like a brother, a partner in crime

she always liked the bad guys, the ones with a killer look and he was nothing like that

but at the table lamp light, while peacefully asleep

he looks different.

She starts to think that if he could fall in love with Anna maybe he could finally forget Y.D.

that maybe Anna is the right girl for him

she is more confident and friendly

she is lost in her thoughts...as she...no wait, she is lost in her thoughts while still staring at Fabio

when he wakes up

he slowly opens his blue eyes

so he has got blue eyes too

he smiles and then says with a rough voice

"I'm sorry, I fell asleep, I'm such a boor"

Y.D. looks at him full of tenderness

"No problem, I love looking at you, you seemed so peacefull"

"I must have eaten too much!!"

"I take it as a compliment!"

"that's what it was!

Maybe I should go home..."

"You can stay over for the night if you want"

she talked without thinking, in the past he used to sleep over quite often

but that was with the old Y.D., not with the new Anna!

Fabio looks at her with a mix of malice and tenderness

a new kind of look, more intense, that he never used with the old Y.D.

"I-I mean, after all that I've put you through tonight, that's the least I could do" she smile awkwardly.

"I don't want to cause you any more problems" he says while getting nearer

his blue eyes are stuck into Y.D.'s

OMG, OMG!!!

I think something is happening here

I'm sorry, I'll read again the last part ...

"I don't want to cause you any more problems" he says while getting nearer

his blue eyes are stuck into Y.D.'s

"I may want some more problems..."

she said it without thinking , slighty overwhelmed by his look

Fabio smiles and leans over

they stand still a few minutes, as if both of them were reading into the each other's eyes

then Y.D. slides her hand on Fabio's neck and kisses him.

she did it spontaneously, as if that was something she always wanted to do

when their mouths separate they are both smiling

then Fabio starts kissing her neck

she feels safe in somebody's arms for the first time

so she closes her eyes and while his hands slide under her sweater.

OMG, OMG, it happened, we were all expecting it

I didn't remember when it was going to happen, but I knew it would..let's go n.

It's morning, around 11 a.m.

she is still too sleepy to check the clock

she wakes up in Fabio's t-shirt, the one with the logo of a famous band

she is alone in the room

she sits on the bed slighltly confused

she stares at her face in the mirror in front of her

then she authomatically grabs a brush from the bedside table

she brushes her hair enjoying the feeling of the knots detagling

then using an elastic she ties her hair in a tight ponytail as usual

suddently she becomes aware of the situation

she remembers about Fabio, who seems to be gone

so she stands up and walks steadly to the living room

The daylight blinds her as soon as she opens the door

while the fragrance of coffee seduces her nostrils

after a slow dissolvence she finally sees Fabio holding a tray with 2 coffee mugs on it

That's so sweet!

he only wears a towel around his waist and Y.D. looks at him breathless

The nice guy Fabio has an unsuspected body

his shoulders and chest are covered by several tattoos

the most intruguing of which lays right above his abs

his name in a gothic font in a perfect semicircle.

The night before everything happened so quickly she didn't even realize, but now that she can have a better look at him

she mentally insults herself for what she had missed

Fabio walks towards her and lays the tray on the livingroom table

"You're already up? I wanted to surprise you, well I guess we'll drink the coffee here!"

he pats the couch next to him

Y.D. sits down still overwhelmed by the sight

"I took a shower, I hope you don't mind" he says while handing her a mug

"N-n-no problem!" great she starts to stutter

he smiles amused

"What's up? You didn't imagine me like this? You should have realized that last night" he smirks!

she feels awkward

"well in all this time I never r-realized .." she pauses

" we've only met a month ago, that's not a long time"

"I mean, I never realized...well nevermind!" she giggles

the phone rings

Y.D. grabs the receiver while Fabio drinks his coffee

"Hello?"

"Hi, it's Luca, how is my student feeling? Did you recover from last night?"

She panics.. "W-W-Why?"

When I came over you looked a bit stressed out

"Oh yes, I studied too much" she sights, Fabio stared at her and she smiles back at him

"Have you got plans for lunch?"

"I-I d-don't know" she looks at Fabio who stands up and brings the mugs back to the kitchen

"May we have lunch together? Giulio found a lovely vegetarian restaurant!"

"I don't know, I need to finish a book today"

"What? Are you letting me down two days in a row?"

"Shall I remind you that yesterday I missed that russian movie because I wanted to watch it with you?"

OMG

"I know, but I need to study, I just moved here and I don't want to miss my first exam"

He is annoyed "Whatever, I'll come over tonight, bye"

she can't even reply as he already hung up

Fabio is washing the mugs in the kitchen and without turning around asks her

"Was it Luca?"

"No, it was a girl in my same class who invited me over to study together

but I work better alone"

"I See..and what do you plan to do with Luca?"

"I don't know, I need to think about that...

I'm a bit confused..."

"I'm sorry, maybe it was too soon to ask, but I feel like your relationship with him is a bit weird"

he said it while staring at the sink where the mugs float in the water

"You are probably right, it's hard to explain and I'm not really in the mood to talk about Luca now

She looks into his eyes, laying a hand on his bare chest

following with her index the edges of a tattoo

"It was great last night"

Fabio looks at her smiling and Y.D. starts to run her nails over his chest

with his hands still wet he lifts her up and lays her on the table, then he kisses her.

When Fabio leaves Y.D. suddently decides she needs to dump Luca the same night

she suddently decides...LOL

she feels confident , Fabio is the right man for her, he makes her feel at ease

he is funny and those abs are definitely a plus

I don't know whether I should stop here or read some more

I'll read a bit more

She is still confident when at 8 p.m. her door bell rings

without looking at the screen she opens the door and waits

Luca looks more beautiful than ever

with his usual smirk and he kisses her with intensity

her confidence is not so strong anymore

she has never been very assertive

"I missed you" 3 simple words

he takes his coat off and keeps kissing her

40 seconds later they are on the bed

her confidence has disappeared

Ok, let's stop here

There is still more, for one or 2 instalments at least

yes, one or 2 at least

Anyway that's it for today

Anna/Y.D. this time is really confused, because the love triangle is even more real now

What will she do, who will she choose?

I have some opinions on this, what about you? Let me know in the comments

who do you think she will end up with?

how do you think the story may end? But most of all let me know

if you prefer the brooding hunk Luca or

the unexpectedly handsome and funny Fabio?

Are you #teamLuca or #TeamFabio?

let me know in the comments as I'm curious to see what you think

That's it for today, I keep clapping my hands for no reason

anyway my clappy hands and I are signing off, I send you a big kiss

and I'll see you in my next one, ciao!

A UNUSUAL DAY WITH MAX VERSTAPPEN AND THE REDBULL F1 TEAM (ENG/ITA) - Duration: 14:26.

Ciao everyone here it's Marchettino and well if before the end of the day

I don't die from heart attack, I can say this day is gonna be very cool!

Oh guys and to make you understand how am I freak out for cars..

these are my socks!

Today I will spend a rather unusual day, first of all because

I'm in a gym, something unusual for me lately,

I'm here with Exxon Mobil and the Red Bull F1 team, why?

Because today I'm gonna train just like a F1 driver,

I will do lots of exercises and I allready feel bad if I think that,

but it's gonna be a very exciting day,

drivers are about to arrive, we're about to start

to train and if before the end

of the day I will be alive and with my breath, well I will have

the opportunity to have a chat with the drivers of the team

and for the occasion well I brought some questions

Max has just arrived!

Having steady reactions is very important if you want to become a racing driver, one

of the most important parts of a Grand Prix is for sure the

start of the race and having reactions, being the first to take off well, that could be

the difference between winning or losing a race, here's why in the next

challenge you may see here a steering wheel like the one we find in the

F1 cars and here we'll test our reactions.

From what I've been told, on the average a F1 driver takes about 00.120

to take off by the time the light gets green, well I took 00.144

RedBull if I continue this way you better prepare me a seat for me!

The training has definitely become more interesting here at the gym,

Just look at a F1 simulator that Mobil1 and Esso have brought here today!

I'm gonna jump onboard shortly, let's hope not to crash!

It's really insane to have a closer look of this simulator, it really seems to be

something really complex and expensive and I think this will be

my closest experience from driving a Formula 1 car, or at least for the moment!

Do not go flatout on low gear otherwise you spin out!

Do I have traction control? - NO - ABS? - NO - Good!

Brake early, turn early!

It's not easy!

Can't deny that well... I'm bad at driving

but I have to say the level of simulation

of this simulator is just incredible, I have never tried something

that realistic well I have to say that drivng a Formula 1 car with the simulator

that the F1 drivers use it's not that easy!

Well at least I finished a lap without crashing!

As you can see I'm in a rather bad shape, please call and ambulance!

As you can see the training is really tough,

I'm not kidding the trainers make us work hard and I understand

how training is a real work for the F1 drivers, a side not to underestimate.

Will I finish this video alive? I don't know, we'll find that out!

LThe training of the drivers is much harder than this, just think

that during a race they go through a g-force

the equivalent of 124 punches of a heavy weight, probably I would be knock out at first one!

Mobil 1 ed Esso have created these documentaries to document not just

the incredible strenght that Verstappen and the Red Bull Racing show in every Grand Prix

but also at how there's a union with

Mobil 1 and Esso to work under challenging conditions, looking for

the best performance. If you want to see more about these footages, you find the links

in the video description below.

After a whole morning spent crashing a F1 simulator, showing my sloth-like reactions,

the time has come for a well deserved lunch!

A healthy, light and balanced diet is a very important side

in the training of a F1 driver. Well, considering that until yesterday I was in

USA which is not really a country known for its healthy food and that

it's been one year since the last time I went to the gym well, I'm still a bit shocked about that!

Taking that desert is very tempting but I think

it's a trap, it's a trap because I think those who try to eat that

chocolate desert, well I think he's gonna do a even harder training today!

Well as you can see, also Daniel Ricciardo has joined the training and the

most surprising thing is that at the simulator he has done the second best lap,

he was just 1.4s quicker, 1.4s! I feel even closer

a future with RedBull, mmmm

Well as you can see, in the press room the interviews with Max Verstappen have started,

it's gonna be my turn shortly and I have to say I'm very excited to

have a chat with him! So guys the moment has arrived, now I'm gonna enter and

I'm gonna have a chat with Max, he doesn't speak italia so we'll speak english but

don't worry because italian subtitles are available!

So here we are with Max Verstappen! Being here in front of him is an - Sorry, I'm very excited so I'm struggling to find the words to interview a F1 driver!

So first question, you're a racing driver for RedBull so I have something to ask you,

Does Red Bull really gives you wings?

Sometimes it does, yeah!

Ok so jokes aside, before coming here to chat with you I just spent the whole morning training

and I realized that being a F1 driver is not just about driving but also training and I realized that it's an important side

and I want to ask you, how much energy and time do you spend for training?

That depends but I think that January, February I do 2 sessions per day, 6 times a week so that's quite busy.

and then during the season you try to keep up when you don't have events and stuff, and that day you're free you do your training session.

That's a lot of work.

Is it really demanding to work so much to be able to keep the body in a good shape to be able to drive a F1 car?

Yeah I mean, the fitter you are the more you can think about other stuff like the strategy,

you approach to what you gonna do and you just be clear on your mind and tyr not to make any mistakes in the race and

that's why I think the strong you are, the fitter you are, the fast you can go.

When I think about you I think also that your father used to be a F1 racing driver so I want to ask you

do you race your father around the track or with gokarts?

Not really, I mean we haven't really done it before so , I mean my dad was always very happy to help me after he gave up to his career after F1

and try to let me drive and become better than him.

Talking about gokarts, I see that most F1 drivers come gokart racing so I want to ask you, is it really that important starting with gokarts if you want to aim to become a F1 driver?

I think yes it's very helpful, I mean that's where you learn all the starts of racing, the basics of gokart and also car,

so for me it helped a lot, that's for sure.

You're much younger than me so I want to ask you, around what age you should really start racing if you want to reach F1?

As young as possible, i started when I was 4 so it's quite early but you know, 6-7-8 years old it's still possible to start for sure!

But I'm happy when I started when I was 4! - Wow!

You look good, you look good Daniel!

That's Daniel!

Alright, we continue the interview - So I want to ask you,

many of my YouTube followers say that I look like a bit the second hand version of Sebastian Vettel so I want to ask you, may I drive your F1 car?

I think you look better than him!

So can I drive your F1 car?

What can I drive?

I can let you drive my Fiat 500!

But I promire I will give you back the car on a full tank!

And in one piece as well?

I will try!

You will try.. uhm that's not enough, sorry!

Well, at least I tried!

Talking about F1 cars, driving a F1 car is not something that everyone can do so I want to ask you,

what's the best feeling about driving a F1?

Best feeling, for me personally is qualifying when you're on low fuel, the fastest way to drive the car

and then go to the limit is the best feeling in the world.

So this morning I got to test the F1 simulator and I realized how tough can be driving a F1 and - Were you fast?

No. - No? Need a bit more practise.

But I crashed just a few times - That's why I cannot lend you my car, you would crash it!

But I think you have an insurance on the car I think. - I have, you?

Not really.

So I want to ask you, after a full weekend driving a F1 car and you step into a road legal supercar,

do you feel like the supercar is still fast for you?

It's all right, depends which one but it's never the same sensation as F1 car but then in the other way, if you take it on small street or stuff, then it can be quite cool.

So even though you're use to drive F1 cars at full speed, supercars still generate emotions to you.

Oh for sure!

Talking about supercars, I think that my fans would like to hear more about your garage, your personal cars - It's private! - Oh, ok!

But can you tell me what's your dream car, what would you love to own someday?

My dream car well, I never really had a dream car, but I think that the Aston Martin which is coming up, the Valkyrie, that will be a beast!

It's a 1:1 weight to power so that's quite impressive! - Yeah I can imagine!

So last but not least,

most of my followers are from Italy so I want to ask you this, would you love to see a red future in your career, if you know what I mean?

I always get this from italian people, I don't understand!

To be honest, I just want to be in the fastest car in the future,

and if it's red it's red, if it's grey it's grey, if it's blue it's blue, if it's pink you know it's pink!

for me it doesn't really matter so we'll see in the future what happens.

Ok so, Max thank you very much for this chat, it's a pleasure being with you! - No problem! - Thank you very much!

How exciting being in front of a F1 driver that dedicates your time, being in the room with him

and ask him some questions well, it's been a hell of an experience!

As you might have heard through my voice that I faltered sometimes

because it's been a real exciting experience, fantastic!

And to make me even more nervous well, there's been also

something unplanned, also Daniel Ricciardo showed up while I was speaking to Max

absolutely amazing, I will certainly remember this day!

As you know I feel very at easy and fluid to speak english but this time

I have to admit, I struggled a bit I was very excited!

Guys I'm back in my hotel and that means my day with

the F1 team has come to its end, I wanna say thanks to Esso and Mobil 1 for

making this possible, it's been a crazy day, incredible,

I still can't believe that I spent a day with the Red Bull Racing team and I trained also like a F1 driver!

Today's training has been tough and it was also targeted because we trained by stimulating the muscles that the g-forces would have stimulated the driver during the Monza Grand Prix!

Drop a Like if you did enjoy the video, subscribe to the channel if you haven't done it yet, your support

is really important and yes, more italian content will follow!

And now pardon me but the training made me destroy and now I need to collapse on the bed, ciao!

SNES Mini Controller Tear Down & Comparison | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 6:58.

The Super Nintendo control pad, a glorious thing.

Whilst other popular consoles had their 4 buttons, the Super Nintendo burst onto the

scene with twice that number.

Two of which being shoulder buttons.

Popularising a layout that would feature in almost every significant controller afterwards.

So, it's joyful to see their return with the SNES Classic Mini.

Compared to an original pad, it looks almost identical.

I mean, there are some slight colour differences with the print.

The back has new stamps and the rubber buttons feel firmer, but this is 27 years later.

Manufacturing evolves, but yet our hands remain mostly the same.

For me the controller pad is one of the most nostalgic things.

It's the item we spent the most time interacting with, and I think it's a bit part of why these

mini consoles do so well.

The aesthetic is familiar and it completes the nostalgic experience.

We know the internal components of the SNES Mini is drastically different to the original

console, we also know the connectors of the controllers are drastically different, but

how about the internals.

Are they the same, or do they differ?

Well, let's take a little look.

Whilst I'm unscrewing these 5 screws, I might as well tell you that to communicate with

the original machine, the Super Nintendo sends out a data latch pulse to the controller every

16.67 milliseconds, in NTSC regions, equating to 60Hz.

This asks the IC chips for the state of all the buttons which are then returned.

I mean, it's a little more complicated than that, but it gives you the general gist.

So here's the internals of an original pad.

The two shoulder buttons pop out, and as you can see they're held in place by a metal rod,

allowing them to pivot.

The right button is actually detached from this mechanism in this particular pad, but

other than making it a little loose, doesn't affect it's operation.

These buttons press onto upright daughter boards,

which have a piece of what is likely to be carbon impregnated rubber inserted to make

contact and form a resistive path.

The wire is looped around these two grooved pegs, which acts as a pretty efficient and

simple measure to prevent stress on the connection.

Then underneath that we have the buttons and their respective rubber domed pads, which

provide the tactile spring when a button is depressed.

Interestingly this case indicates where all the coloured buttons should reside.

The rubber pad for the D-pad has actually stuck to the circuit board on this controller,

but you can see it has a little round hole to mount to the peg on the front of the controller

housing.

The board itself has 2 surfaced mounted 14 pin ICs marked as IC-A and IC-B on the board.

Both chips are identical and are probably 2 parallel load shift registers in series,

at least according to this guide by JChristy over on GameFaqs.com.

Over on the right we see the company name Mitsumi, who manufactured these pads, along

with the NES, Gamecube and Wii controllers.

Alright, so onto the Classic Mini pad.

Again 5 screws, although a significantly cleaner and more textured back, being brand new of

course and suffering from less fingering.

Now interestingly, there's a different support structure going on between the old and new

backs here.

You can see the original pad has some circular structures, which remind me of the maze from

Westworld, whilst the new has adopted some pegs.

The new also seems more comprehensive, especially in the middle section.

I shouldn't think that has any bearing on their firmness however, I think that's just

because of the rubber used this time around.

This time the shoulder buttons are pivoted on entirely plastic pegs, which form part

of the moulding itself.

So nothing to drop and lose there.

Other than that, the operation seems pretty similar.

The wire is held in place by the double peg arrangement once again.

You can see how the length of the old and new wires compare in my SNES Mini review.

Although you should note that the measurements are in chopsticks, rather than anything useful.

We've got some different coloured rubber under the buttons here, there's some changes to

the indentation on the D pad, but there's not much real change here.

There's no instruction on which colour goes where anymore.

Whether the original pad's buttons were inserted by hand and current by machine, I'm not sure.

In any case, no one is going to receive a pad with the buttons in the wrong holes, because

each is designed to only fit in a specific place.

Clever stuff.

Rather than pegs holding in this piece of rubber, we've got a solid plastic lip now.

This makes for a tighter insertion and means although you probably could swap these bits

of rubber around, they wouldn't sit well.

Anyway, let's pop all those back on.

I noticed here actually that the shoulder button letters were printed on the original

pads, but now they're ingraved.

There's no wear on the old lettering however, so I'm not sure why the change here.

Comparing the boards, we've got different layer and track layouts here.

You can see how the implementation of these has progressed over the years.

The old board, marked with N2XF and with the stubs where it was snapped from a larger sheet

has that very 90s look to it.

There's also only one chip on the new board labelled WCP 405, along with a few different

holes here and there.

Note there's no Misumi logo anymore also, as these new boards are made by Nintendo themselves

I believe, but there is a Recognised Component mark which is quality assurance mark issued

by Underwriters Laboratories.

I believe it's to indicate an official product as opposed to a cheap knock off.

Both controllers go back together quite easily, although those metal rods are a touch more

fiddly.

5 screws back in each, although somewhat rusted in the old, and there we go.

One new Super Nintendo pad, and one old.

Both do the same thing, but I just have a curiosity in comparing these thinks, especially

when it's like for like.

In a way it shows us where we've been and where we're going, although at the end, and

indeed beginning of the day, it is just a control pad.

But a glorious one at that.

USEFUL- Door stand/stojak do drzwi/Soporte para puerta/ドア/ 门 /дверь - Duration: 11:52.

Welcome

Today I will show you how to make door stand.

It is very useful during make installation of hinges or locks.

I lost my door stand somewhere so I must make new one

Materials. That 1/2 inch plywood for base

I cut all on 3 inches (about 76 mm)

That 76 cm/30 inches

40 cm /15 inches

61 cm / 24 inches/ 2 feet

I will cut it foe 3 X 3 inches

Now I go to the chop saw and cut on two pieces the angle on the ends

I have cut it 3 x 3 inches

the angle on both sides can be 45 degree but if is possible cut 35 and 55 degree angle

later I will show you why that way is better

on the 1/2 inch material mark the center and then make mark for the thickens of the ticked door you plan use for.

I using for 2 1/4 of the inch

that the thickest one what I work with

And it will works great for all thinner doors as well.

that the center...

and the thickens of the door

I use brad nailer 18 gauge gun and screws

nails are just for hold the pieces on the right place

counter sink

two screws 2 1/4"

Now I attach the base(shoe)

there is no air pressure

Now is better....

now I use counter sink and put couple screws.

Now is time to attach side supports

the 55 and 35 degree angle support it higher then 45 and 45 degree

the 45 and 45 degree will work ,just you need use 2 pieces of 3/4 plywood on each side

the angle 55 and 35 works good for me.

I nail it now

that 18 gauge nails...

Now I put couple screws..

Do not use too long screws

one screw be enough

I put additional screws from other side.Just in case....

Now , I show how it works

It can work even for much thinner doors or panels

That way it works

That is very simple but useful stuff

you can use this for door or wall panels or something else...

if the shoe is just 1 piece of 3/4 sometimes the grip is too small because the bottom hit the floor

when you use 2 pieces of 3/4" that way it works better

That the door stand

Today I made the useful door stand

I hope you can use this many times.
